I'm sorry that those of you who enjoy The story so far have to wait for me to finish it since I lost almost all of my written notes and handwritten chapters I have found it hard to be motivated to work on it to redo all that work again I use a storyboard to help me orientate my stories and without it it's difficult to continue I will eventually rewrite my storyboard so I can continue writing my novel however with my busy schedule and my other novel starting to launch it may take some time before I move on to this one again sorry for the inconvenience I have not abandoned it completely but it is difficult to continue with the story when you have lost so much on it

Slowly the recitation came to an end and Xin moved onto the second phase of his plan.  
"Miss Xeng, listen to me. The divine words that you have sorted out are good. They have balanced energy, but that's the very reason you can't balance them anymore."
"How so?"
"Mhm… It's like… Ahh how to say…" Xin paused in the middle. After giving it some thought he came up with a solid example that could give Jia a perfect idea of what she was doing and what she should do.
In the meantime Jia was muttering the riddles again to check if she had missed any divine words by chance, The first part "Moonlight blooms as day grows slight
Black and purple shroud your sight
You could follow plaintive cries
Into darkness, into night."
'Moonlight', 'Blooms', 'Night' were the words that she got from the first riddle. She recited the riddle again to re-check if she had missed anything. And at the end of the recitation she determined she hadn't left out anything.
Moving onto the second riddle, "Falling, diving from the heights
Will you drown, or will you rise?
Moonlight blooms as the day grow slight,
Into darkness, into night,
Secrets that are dark"  
Like the first time this time too she did a thorough check-up on all the lines and tried to sort out the divine words amongst them. And like the previous time she got the three words 'Moonlight', 'Blooms' and 'Night'.
Though she was getting everything correct Xin's speech was still echoing in her mind, 'The divine words that you have sorted out are good. They have balanced energy, but that's the very reason you can't balance them anymore.'
"What could he meant by that?"
After giving it some thought and unable to come up with an answer she moved onto the next riddle.  
"Unnoticed movement
Unnoticed whispering
Whispering from beyond"
Once again like the previous times she concentrated her mind to find the words create turbulence. 'Unnoticed', 'Movement', and 'Whispering were the three words that she got.
Till then Xin was thinking about an example and Jia was utilising that time by re-checking the riddles again  by the help of her enhanced memory.
The last stanza, "Seas so ancient and wide
Seas to contain the sleeping
Sleeping as they were placed
Sleeping, but not forever
Forever they will always exist
Forever in the back of your mind"  
Previously the last stanza was a bit hard for her to figure out. Every word of this riddle was creating a turmoil in her heart. Even after reciting it multiple times she couldn't figure out the divine words out of them. But this time she didn't have to undergo through all that. She instantly focused on the words that she had gotten last time and checked them for any mistakes.
And yet, once again she got the words, Grow, Forever, and the last one was sleeping.
Now normally she should have felt happy after the completion of her task. But currently her facial expression that of un-satisfaction.
"Tch, tch. What am I doing wrong?!"
On the outside Xin was just about to explain when he got a call from somewhere and had to leave his work in the middle. Before going he didn't say much to Jia and said, "Be right back in some minutes."
Jia was dumfounded by his response. At one point she was thinking the person helping her must be a noob god and must have fled after unable to solve her problem.
She didn't give it any more thought and started to analyse the second set of riddles. She was sure that she will get some words from second set to use on first set.

"Wight, pattern, space, future." Jia figured out them in an instant. Thanks to all her hard work from before she was getting proficient at it.

Now this was a very big riddle that she had never felt before. Many words at a time were creating chaos and turmoil in her heart. It was becoming hard for her to figure out the energy levels and difference between them. Then suddenly, she remembered something that he adoptive hunter parents had taught her in the past.
According to them not only animals even hunters have a sixth sense with them. It's more like hunter develops this sense in the course of their hunting. Only few hunters in the world are capable enough to sense out this power and activate it for them.
Jia was thinking was this sixth sense an intuition power or deduction power?
After giving it some thought she decided that she shouldn't give it any thought in the first place. Sixth sense was a type of sensing ability and to activate it she must learn more about it in practical instead of  thinking and analysing about it.
The second riddle of the second set was too big for her to process her at once. So to ease down her work she divided it into two.

She gently closed her mind and tried to feel all the turbulent feeling inside her. For some reason when she did it she could visualize them as a round ball of threads tangled with each other. Only two or three threads were useful and the rest of them were there to confuse her.
'Now that's weird. I couldn't activate this visualisation before but now I can do it properly!!'
She went near the ball and looked at it from different sides. In her mind she had visualised that the green threads were the right threads, and the rest of them were distractions. After looking here and there for some seconds she couldn't find the trace of any green threads.
It was as if the green threads have vanished from there. Suddenly a thought flashed through her mind that a riddle is an energy stabilised text on its own. And dissembling it will make it unstable.
And to make it stable she has to join them again.
Jia, " …"
She face-palmed hard on her face and tried to assemble the entire text again.

Besides, most of our employees are students with student loans. That way they can pay for their studies and gain some work experience.
"It seems you thought about everything. Congratulations," said John genuinely proud of his brother. "What do you think, George?"
"They didn't fired us, so that's something. But, hey, when are you gonna give us a raise?"

These are the infamous stories of Ringo Jones -or Swindle Jones as his friends call him, and that's why he never mixes business with friendship- a professional scammer who, throughout his life discovers that the biggest scams are in the most prestigious institutions we have, like colleges, stoke brokers, hospitals and so on.
The world is a scam, and humans, just a bunch of scammers.

As the bloody lifeless body of the damsel lay on the Forrest floor. Questions fill our heads, what? who? when? And why? But to understand this story, let's travel back in time. In a postmodern Kingdom called " Opulent," where the name tells it all. From the lush green gardens to the well-farmed mountains. With houses resembling that of historic mansions, well-chiseled stone walls encamping around palaces perfectly matches these stone roads. Just outside the busy town, with movements from carriages and people alike. By the way, they dress, you could tell this Is like living in Hollywood. Through the gates of the Parsons' residence, up past the east and west lawn, then through another gate, stood a mansion beyond your wildest dreams. Occupied by father (David Parsons), mother (Elizabeth Satcom-Parsons), brother (Samuel Parsons), and daughter(Katherine Parsons.)
The Parsons family owns the second largest farm in town and the largest sugar factory. The sugar factory was on the verge of shutting down, and father David couldn't allow it. The Parsons are friends to the Vandams who js the wealthiest in the town. Owning a vast amount of land, farms, buildings, and businesses, Father Elijah heard of the Parsons crisis and decided to help. But just like today, no help really comes without a repayment. You see the Vandams was also known for having a son called Charlie, Charlie was the village "male dog." He could have any girl he desires and probably did have them all, all but one. Katherine was a girl from a classy family, but she was a girl with beauty and brains. She had turned down Charlie's various attempt of seducing her, and even once literally fought him off. But this only makes Charlie more determine to one day, claim his prize. 
In 1832, Katherine then aged 18 sneaked out the house to the stable to ride her favorite horse, Ruben. She rode Ruben all day until it was almost time for her family to return back from the town. Ruben was frightened by a mouse down by the pond, as he railed, Katherine was thrown off into the pond. A young lad around the same age who was mowing the lawn saw and ran to her rescue. As he helped her out the pond, her eyes were filled with emotions as she looked at the sweat falling down his perfectly symmetrical face. Her heart leaps at the sight of his blue eyes.

Inside the very postmodern secret laboratory, the personnel members who had been anxiously working for an hour gradually relaxed.
They slumped sideways in the seats as almost everyone had a can of soda as they enjoyed the aftermath of the great battle.
Although they hadn't managed to break through the last bastion of the Special Operations Forces, they had breached many nodes in the Huaxia Empire. Their successes included parts of the Special Operations Forces' website, as well as the Cabinet's and Senate's websites.
It was now time to appreciate the loot from their raid!
The head of the US Military Secret Laboratory giddily pressed the start button.
A series of yellow flowers appeared on the giant screen inside the secret laboratory. As the graphics flipped and decompressed, files revealed themselves one by one.
Just as they were about to open the first decompressed file, it suddenly exploded like a bomb!
Fireworks exploded on their screens as all the data turned into horizontal and vertical lines!
The edges of the lines glowed a pale gold. Like taunting eyes, they flashed, rotated, rolled, and combined into all sorts of patterns. It looked exactly like their firework displays on the Fourth of July!
Everyone was stunned silly by this sudden change of events. In one instant, everyone inside the secret laboratory froze. No one spoke for a long time. The entire room was as quiet as if it was the end of the world.
In the end, the head of the laboratory was the first one to react.
"What the f*ck!? What happened?" he bellowed. "Who accepted this folder?!"
"...Stop right there! Don't open up any more files! We have to send all the data we retrieved to the test inbox and filter for viruses!"
An experienced engineer suddenly realized something as he fearfully stared at the Troy.exe program inside the folder. "There's a Trojan! Trojan virus!"
In ancient Greek mythology, the Greeks never won the city of Troy.
Afterward, a Greek commander thought of an idea.
He had his people construct a huge wooden horse with a hollow belly so people could hide inside.
He hid Greek warriors inside the wooden horse's belly and left it outside the gates of Troy with their soldiers hidden inside.
The long besieged city of Troy did not see any Greeks, so they assumed the Greek soldiers had retreated. The wooden horse left outside the city were rolled inside as spoils of war.
At night, the Trojans fell asleep. The Greeks hidden inside the bellies of the wooden horses came out under the cover of night and completely slaughtered all the Trojans and seized the city.
As a result, the Trojan horse symbolized letting the enemy in and leading to one's own demise.
Gu Nianzhi had frantically selected a modified Trojan virus using the same principle.
As the Americans' cyber attacks began to retreat, they'd attempted to download as much of the Huaxia Imperial internet network's data and content as possible. Gu Nianzhi had taken the opportunity to disguise her Trojan virus as critical system data and insert it into their download package.
"What? There's a Trojan virus?!"
The warning had come one step too late.
When the realization dawned on everyone, Troy.exe had already begun executing.
It wasn't an AI program, so it couldn't be reprogrammed or hide in waiting. It only knew how to loyally execute the command given by its programmer to wipe out all data!
When the personnel in the secret laboratory retreated, they hadn't realized that they had let in a huge Trojan horse!
The computer used to open the system files was connected to the host computer. At the moment the screen displayed countless fireworks, their system crashed and their hard drives were wiped!
In less than one minute's time, all the file packages downloaded from the Huaxia Empire's network were completely deleted. It then expanded to all the computers connected to the host computer!
"Shut it off! Shut it down!"
"Oh no! Sh*t! Sh*t! Sh*t!"
The head of the US Military Secret Laboratory pulled on the few hairs remaining on his head and mourned angrily. "Shut down all the computers! Cut off the power supply if you can't shut them off! Cut the power! I'd rather smash all the computers than let this thing continue to wreak havoc! Have you all forgotten about the German Federal Intelligence Service?!"
The department head's crazed rant awakened all the blankly-staring personnel.
They quickly moved to delegate tasks. They were shutting down computers, cutting power, and pulling out Ethernet cables and using hammers to furiously smash the main computer!
The Troy.exe was too powerful. It wasn't complex at all or built with AI. It only had one function⁠—to delete everything!
When a very simple program went into a powerful computer, it's speed was no less than a fish in the water. It deleted data in no time and perfectly exemplified the meaning of "virus." It infected and breached data at lightning speeds.
All programs were the same, so a computer's CPU was the most critical data benchmark that determined a computer's quality.
But at a time like this, the faster the CPU, the higher the speed of the Troy.exe's deletion.
When their shut off speed couldn't surpass the speed of computer infection, they could only use brute force. By smashing the host computer and causing physical destruction, they attempted to prevent the program from breaching the cloud drives through the hard drive. That would actually be disastrous!
The electrical system in the laboratory was affected, so the lights flickered and illuminated the entire postmodern secret laboratory like it was a doomsday catastrophe movie.
Countless expensive pieces of equipment were destroyed, and years of data gleaned from hard work was also completely deleted without a trace.
It would be fine if there were backup copies, but the issue was that their secret laboratory was the most confidential place in the entire United States. This was the database for many of the US Military server's backup copies!
They could only watch as all the databases for the backup copies were destroyed and all data was lost!
Just as they'd fully exhausted themselves from smashing and assumed that they had stopped the Trojan virus from executing further attacks, a bright circle of light appeared on the gigantic screen on the wall.
A cute pink piggy walked out of the circle of light. It rolled towards them twice before turning around, turning its back at them. A short tail was revealed on its round bottom as it wiggled at them.
The circle of light gradually shrunk until the cute, pink piggy disappeared into the circle of light.
"WTF! It's the Pink Piggy again!"
The head of the US Military Secret Laboratory cried out furiously. He completely lost the good mood and authority he'd had when he'd mentioned wanting to recruit the Pink Piggy.
Storming out of the laboratory, he grabbed the base's phone and didn't hesitate before calling the CIA.
"I want the Pink Piggy's head! I need him to be brought to the United States! Bring him to justice! I need to execute him myself! I need to flay his skin off and make it into lampshades! One will sit in each of your offices!"
He wailed madly, yelling, "I don't care what methods you use, I need you to arrest Pink Piggy! Extradite him to the United States! I don't care what nationality he is! I don't care where he is! No one has ever taken advantage of me without paying the price!"
The head of the US Military Secret Laboratory was also a great genius. He'd led a number of top-secret US Military experiments that could never be made public. He had provided invaluable technical support to the US military, CIA, and FBI.
He was so arrogant that he didn't even deign to use a name. He called himself Mr. X and didn't use a first or last name–only a code name.
He loved the United States passionately and had vowed from the day he joined the US military that he would devote all his life to the United States and the US military.
In this world, the United States was the biggest superpower on the planet. He would make sure that the United States would always be the number one country in the world.
While he could abuse others, other people couldn't abuse him.
If someone else abused him, then that person didn't deserve to exist in this world.
He wouldn't tolerate the existence of such a person!
The person on the other end of the line was the Director of the CIA, one of the most powerful people in the United States.
He was furious when he heard that the Military Secret Laboratory had suffered a devastating attack.
He angrily slammed the desk with his fist and stood up. "The Huaxia Empire took this too far! How dare they initiate cyber attacks against our nation! How shameless! Shame on them!"
When he said this, he was completely disregarding the fact that this cyberwar had been initiated by his own Military Secret Laboratory.
To him, the US Military Secret Laboratory invading another country's network was a normal day. They couldn't be blamed, so they required other countries to respect what they did on a normal day.
However, being attacked themselves was considered treason!
A violation of international law!
A violation of international morals and regulations!
He must launch a public opinion war around the world to condemn the shameless and hegemonist Huaxia Empire!
The Director of the CIA set down the phone and immediately called his assistant over. "Contact our personnel right now and ask them to get started. Also, call the White House now and tell the President that I need to see him right now. Ask him to refrain from using Twitter for 24 hours!"


Gu Nianzhi had no idea how to get the aloof and handsome Major General to fall in love with her. 

His eyes were dark and serious. "...Seduce me. If you can do it, I’m yours."

"Okay, so before we leave on the field trip, who can tell me the three parts that make up an atom" the teacher droned to a mostly empty classroom. "Mark, you always seem to have an answer for everything. How about you tell the class." the teacher said, with a subtle hint of condescension in his voice. The few students in the room looked immediately at me, waiting eagerly to see if this would be the day I finally failed one of the teacher's "pop quizzes". 
"The Proton, Neutron, and Electron" I answered, annoyed that he was doing this right as I entered the classroom. "Not to mention the Proton and Neutron are also made up of other particles called quarks" I added in, knowing fully well it would annoy him. 
 "Good job, but the quarks part was highly unnecessary. Please stay with the class next time" he chastised, now visibly annoyed. My classmates giggled or shot me a grin, finding it all amusing. I however, didn't care very much. I had already gotten far too used to being the outcast in the school and targeted by teachers. After all, my parents were always too busy yelling or arguing to help me with my school or personal life.
Once all the remaining students entered the room, the teacher began talking. "Now everyone, make sure you have everything. We're going to be traveling to a local laboratory, they've been gracious enough to offer us a tour". As my teacher said this, I felt a jolt of excitement. It was rare to see or hear anything useful in my classes, I'd already studied all the material during the first month. This would be the first time I get to see something new.
Getting to the lab was the same as any other bus ride. As people got on, they made their way to the back where they could sit with their friends and gossip or play their games and I was given the seat at the front. Unlike a normal bus ride however, I wasn't by myself, I was with the teacher who's classroom I had just left. 
Once we had arrived, we left the bus and stood in front of a massive complex of buildings. White, glistening structures, dotted the landscape. In the distance one of the buildings rose up high, giving way to a glass dome with the world's most powerful land-based telescope. Nearby, two large metal poles protruding from the ground, created a holographic sign. The sign was slightly faint due to sun beaming directly onto it, but it read: "The Institute of Scientific and Engineering Research was founded in 2091 by the Father of postmodern science. Incorporated by the state as the capital center of research, it has flourished and brought forth all postmodern advances." 
All of this I was already aware of. Working at the institute was the dream of myself and every person like me. We could be ourselves, and our worth was based on what we know rather than who we know. Working there, I would be given all the resources I would need to begin working on projects I could only dream of since I was a child. It was amazing to even be given a tour, since most people who worked here only wanted to talk to people who could help in their research. Unfortunately the complex was too big to explore in a single day, instead we were touring the "Advanced Space-Time lab". It was a new branch in the complex, so I knew nothing about it through all my research on the institute. 
As we walked in, we were greeted by a young, energetic man who seemed excited about what he had to show. He took us throughout the lab, showing us advanced gadgets he claimed could move objects without touching them. He demonstrated a teleporter by moving an apple across the room without picking it up. All of these things had never been shown to the public before. It was amazing, but also strange why a random group of 10th graders would be given a tour of something no one else knew about yet. It felt like we were given VIP access to an exclusive club. As we continued on the tour, I came across a strange looking bracelet. It had a holographic screen on it, but what caught my attention was the translucent band that could barely be seen connecting both ends of the screen. If it wasn't for the fact that it was perched on some sort of display stand, I'd have thought it was a regular device someone had accidentally left behind after they left work. "Well, it doesn't look nearly as important as any of the other stuff here. Maybe they won't mind if I grab it and take a look" I said, making sure no one but me could hear. 
I reached out, and as I grabbed the bracelet it's band turned completely transparent, making me almost drop it. As I brought it closer for inspection, I noticed it wasn't completely transparent. Small lines could barely be made out, indicating the edges of the band. You wouldn't even notice them if you aren't looking for them. As I put it on to see what it was used for, something happened. Something that I'll never be able to forget. What sounded like thousands of explosions began to ring out around me, as everything went black. I closed my eyes and went to close my ears, preparing for what I assumed would be my death. Before I could even reach my ears though, the explosions stopped just as quickly as they had started. I opened my eyes, but everything remained black. I moved my body, and even though I could feel my muscles contracting, I felt nothing physically touching me, as if the air itself had been incinerated in the blast. Then something appeared in my field of vision.

Just as I read the last line, everything went white. Light battered my retinas and I could feel my eyes burning. I closed my eyes again, waiting for them to adjust even slightly. That's when I noticed I could feel something again. I could feel a breeze across my skin, and hear trees rustling in the distance. I opened my eyes to a vast landscape of green. Thick trees covered the area behind me, making it impossible to see through. In front of me was a large drop, and beyond that was what looked like at least a hundred miles of open grasslands. Far into the distance I could even see a city, though it looked nothing like any city I had ever seen before. 
"What is happening?" I thought to myself, confused as to how I even got here. As if in response to that very thought, a voice could be heard inside my head. "I thought it would be obvious. You've been transported". "Transported? Transported where?" I asked out loud, not considering the snarky remark from the voice inside my head. "A location would not be enough to give you an idea on your current situation. It would be better if I introduced myself. My creator gave me the designation omniscience V0.9.9. You do not, however, need to use my designation while talking with me. I can read your intent without it. As for information on what happened, I cannot tell you everything at this time." the voice said. It sounded far too human to be an AI, but at the same time its word made it clear I was not talking to a regular person.
"Why can't you tell me what happened?" I inquired, annoyed that this AI was keeping something from me. "You do not have proper access privileges. You need to unlock these privileges. The device will now scan your mind, and start presenting information to you in the most understandable method possible" The voice responded, and as soon as it did, a menu appeared in front of my face.

"Please let me finish my introduction. It is rude to interrupt" the AI said somewhat annoyed. I'd never heard an AI with emotion before, but the agitation in its voice was obvious. Such a thing had yet to be made, at least as far as I was aware. Maybe that's why the bracelet was inside of the complex. 
"You are currently standing approximately 738 trillion light years from your starting position. This device was made to make your journey easier. I was also programmed for the purpose of gathering data on this new location, as well as studying the effects of the particles present. From this point onwards I will attempt to answer any questions about this new location as I discover it."
As they said this, a hundred questions went through my mind. I had no idea where I was, how I got here, or what this AI was talking about. However I was curious about the screen that had popped up earlier. "What was that notification earlier? the one that said something about an achievement." I asked, not sure what to expect as an answer.
 "As stated earlier. This machine has adapted to your personality, and modified the way it displays information so that you can understand it as succinctly as possible. According to your own mind, you play a lot of video games. As such, the machine has adapted to play as one, making the machine easier to use. As you complete achievements and missions given to progress research into this new area, you will unlock points to further improve your access privilege in the system. Doing so will grant you new tools and features to work with, which could potentially help you in the future."
As I was processing what the AI had just said, it continued by answering another question I had about what particles they were referring to earlier. "Welcome to the antimatter research system."

Di dalam sana, Shao Moqian berdiri di balik pintu dengan alis yang dikerutkan dan suasana hati yang kesal. Dia sedang berusaha membujuk dirinya sendiri untuk tidak membukakan pintu, tetapi ketika bel pintu tiba-tiba berhenti, hatinya terasa kacau. Detik berikutnya, dia langsung membuka pintu itu dengan cepat. Pintu pun terbuka, memperlihatkan Su Yunhua yang berdiri di sana dan sama sekali tidak terlihat ingin pergi. 
"Su Yunhua, sebenarnya apa yang kamu inginkan?" Shao Moqian berdiri di depan pintu, melipat tangannya di depan dada, mengerutkan alisnya dan memelototi Su Yunhua.
"Aku…" Mau apa? Aku tidak mungkin langsung mengatakan kalau aku datang untuk memiliki anak dengannya, kan? Batin Su Yunhua.
"Aku… Aku datang untuk meminta uang!" Akhirnya Su Yunhua berbohong.
"..." Alis Shao Moqian bergidik beberapa kali, dia mengeraskan rahangnya.
"Uang apa?" tanya Shao Moqian yang bingung. Di mata wanita ini hanya ada uang! Setiap kali bertemu denganku, bukankah selalu berhubungan dengan uang? Gumamnya dalam hati.
"Uang apa? Dokter Shao, apakah kamu ingin melarikan diri? Terakhir kali kamu berhutang padaku 200 Yuan, kamu belum mengembalikannya padaku. Masih ada lagi, kamu tinggal di rumahku satu malam, bagaimanapun juga bukankah harus membayar biaya tinggal. Semua totalnya 500 Yuan. Tidak perlu lebih banyak lagi, begini sudah cukup, kan?" tutur Su Yunhua sambil mengulurkan tangannya kepada pria itu.
Ujung bibir Shao Moqian berkedut, dia menunjuk Su Yunhua dengan jarinya, lalu berkata dengan kesal, "Su Yunhua, kamu adalah budak uang! Kamu benar-benar tidak dapat ditolong lagi!"
Sial! Batin Shao Moqian. Dia merasa wanita ini terus menginginkan isi dompetnya. Dia pun memutar tubuhnya dan masuk ke dalam, bersiap mengambil uang. Melihat hal ini, Su Yunhua segera ikut masuk ke dalam. Tanpa menunggu tuan rumah mempersilahkannya, dia juga langsung mengganti sepatunya dengan sandal rumah dan masuk ke dalam ruang tamu.
Bukan pertama kalinya Su Yunhua datang ke vila milik Shao Moqian ini. Perabotan di sini tidak berbeda dari lima tahun yang lalu. Gaya postmodern, dengan didominasi warna abu-abu memberikan suasana tenang. Tetapi karena ruangan itu kurang berwarna, sehingga memberi kesan yang kurang hangat. 
Walaupun tidak ada pembantu di sana, tetapi ada tukang bersih-bersih yang setiap hari datang untuk membersihkan rumah tersebut. Shao Moqian memang seperti itu, dia terbiasa hidup sendiri. Meskipun muncul seorang pembantu yang tidak bisa berbicara di rumah itu, dirinya tetap merasa tidak bebas.
Shao Moqian mengambil 10 lembar uang berwarna merah. Dia membalikan tubuhnya dan memberikan uang tersebut kepada Su Yunhua. "Ini! 500 Yuan untuk bunga!"
