I'm talking about pictures of her. The mother of your children. The love of your life. The one who works so hard to hold it all together for your precious family. 

Take more pictures of her. 

One night when she's laying in bed reading a story to your daughter, whip out your phone and take a picture. 

Without warning. 

Without posing. 

Just take the picture. 

When she's in the kitchen talking to your son about his day, take the picture. 

If she's rolling around on the floor with the kids or helping one with their homework, take the picture. 

Time goes by so fast and everyday these sweet babies are getting older and older. Before we know it, they'll be packing up their cars and moving off to college. 

Take the picture. 

One day she'll be gone and all the kids have left of her are memories.  

Take the picture. 

Take the pictures to show them the love she had for them. Take the pictures so they can always remember how silly she was. Take the pictures so they can see how beautiful she was. It doesn't matter if she's in her pajamas and on day 4 of dry shampoo, please, take the picture. 

My mom passed away when I was 20 years old. All I have are pictures. I stare at the pictures of her holding me in her lap laughing at something cute I must have said. I zoom in on pictures of her hands to see if I have the same ones as I've gotten older. 

You can't capture things like that in a selfie. 

Please, take the picture.
 
I know you don't always think about it, but when you do, don't worry about anything else and just take the picture. Your kids (and your wife) will be so grateful in the end.

This is a collection of a random thoughts that I’ve collected around the internet and I wanna share with you guys.

The next morning in the Mu villa the two kids were busy doing their homework  when the main door suddenly opened and a feisty lady entered the villa. Wearing high heels and a red bodycon dress along with red lips she looked every bit a runway model . As soon as she entered both the kids stood up trying to hide away from her but before they could run the lady had already reached them and stretched her delicate white hands and pulled their cheeks with one hand each.
" Ah! I finally caught hold of both you cuties , everytime I come you both hide away this time I'm gonna cuddle you as much as I want ", saying this the lady started tickling them and both fell into the hands of the devil.
" hahahahahaha... aun..aunty  Ruyan spare us... hehe he...please..please stop hahaha...", pleaded Tian'er with his whole face red like an apple while controlling his laughter.
" aunty hahaha..  you...you do this everytime if you don't stop Xue'er will tell daddy ", after hearing this Mu Ruyan finally spared the kids and said

" if you both complain about me to your dad then I won't be giving Tian'er his advanced gaming equipments that I got from a friend of mine and also Xue'er her new light microscope which has 1500x magnification ", listening to this both of them said in unison
 " We won't complain to daddy  aunty is the best why should we complain " 
saying this both looked at her with eyes that said " quickly give us our gift" . 
Looking at their expression Ruyan finally could not hold herself and burst out laughing finally giving them their gifts.

After doing all this Ruyan sat on the couch and started searching her Weibo when she suddenly got a notification from her favourite idol's fan club page  so she opened up the page just to see a stunning magazine cover snippet post . On the picture posted were a man and a woman , the man wore a black suit and the woman wore a red wedding attire both looking stunning as if a match made in heaven. Ruyan felt shocked after seeing the picture and then screamed
 " aahahaahh.!!!! my Bingwen looks so handsome I think I'm in love I wanna marry him ah ah ah !!! but wait who is this model she looks like a goddess next to my Bingwen ".

Hearing her screaming like a maniac the kids were startled and Xue'er went ahead and took a peek at the picture and screamed " ah! I know her she is fairy sister, brother! look it's fairy sister", 
hearing this Tian'er also looked at the picture with surprise clearly evident on his cute little face .

Listening to Xue'er Ruyan clearly got interested and asked 
" Xue'er you know who this lady is?"

" yes aunty she is the one who saved me in the mall dad must have told you about the incident  , also I really really like her she is super nice just like a fairy" .

Hearing this Ruyan was astonished because don't look at Xue'er being all cheerful but she actually doesn't like strangers much and  is only this chirpy with people she is comfortable with so her attachment to Gu Qingcheng was quite a surprise.

Listening to all the commotion happening                  Mu Jingyun enters the living room and asks
 " what are you all screaming about ? what happened?".

Seeing him coming Xue'er quickly runs up to him with the phone  and says " daddy look it's fairy sister , she is looking like a goddess , Xue'er will also be so pretty  when she grows up isn't it daddy Xue'er wants to be just like fairy sister " .

Looking at the picture Jingyun couldn't move his eyes  as if they were glued to the lady on the screen , she looked stunning but it was not her beauty that captured him but her soulful eyes and her aura , but the next moment when he saw the man next to her he started feeling all sour and uncomfortable.  The man in the picture brought him a sudden sence of emergency as if if he doesn't make his move now the lady on the picture would be stolen.

" So you are a model , I tried searching for you all these past five years but failed each time initially I just wanted to find you because of the kids but now that I see you I just want to be your husband and follow beside you, this time I won't be late and will surely find you and never let you leave" thought Jingyun in his mind .
" daddy ".
"daddy ".
Feeling a pull on his sleeve Jingyun quickly wakes up from his thoughts and looks down at the little doll pulling him while pouting her lips , with a smile on his face he asks " what happened Xue'er?".
" daddy can we call fairy sister and meet her on this weekend?".
" okay we'll call her and ask her if she is free then we can go to our family's amusement park fine".
Happy at her father's reply Xue'er goes back to her room with Tian'er to get Qingcheng's phone number. 

Seeing her niece so excited Ruyan looks at Jingyun and says
" Brother as far as I know you , you have always kept a distance from other women and kept searching for the kid's mother , even when mom and dad wanted you to marry someone you outright refused but looking at you now you seem to be quite interested in this lady , come on tell me who she is and I'm absolutely sure you've known her since before otherwise you wouldn't have this reaction ".

" She is your sister in law and Xue'er and Tian'er's mother, she is the one I've been searching for ".

Hearing this Ruyan happily hugs her brother and says with slight tears in her eyes " finally! finally you found her , I'm so happy for you  and the kids , brother!  your wait hasn't been in vain , remember to bring me along when you meet her I also want to meet the woman capable of making my brother wait for her for so long ".
" okay I will " said Jingyun.

While experiencing all this she merges with the memories of her new body with the same name and comes to a realization that she is in the world of a novel called "Chasing my heartless dear" that her niece used to read. She suddenly finds out that the Villain of the novel is her 5 year old son and there is a handsome man that comes to her claiming that she is the mother of his children. Faced with all these problems how is she supposed to react? Will she be able to lead a peaceful life or face unending challenges?

Let's see how our female lead deals with all the challenges that are about to come her way and prevent her son from following the Villain's route. 

PS: This is my first time writing a story there might be mistakes please point them out if you want,I'm open to criticism and will try to improve the plot as days go by. I would also welcome suggestions and try to incorporate them if possible. This story won't be very long but I'll try my best to pull it to 500 chapters.
I love reading similar kind of Chinese light novels so ended up wanting to write my own. There may be a lot of cliches but please bear with it.

I saw how she took good care with our childrem. The photos on the wall shown them all.


We sorted out everything regarding our kids. I did not imagine I have them this time. I cannot believe the first time I saw them in their school I felt connected in their lives. They are my kids in real life. 


Cadence left me in the living room for a moment to get the kids. I am nervous and at the same time, I am afraid that they will not like me. I walk back and forth waiting for them.


The door opened and the kids walked in. They were confusedly looking at me as Cadence leads them to move forward.


"Jaxon, Cady, there is something I want  to tell you both." Cadence said as she sat lower to them. "Do you remember you keep on asking me about you dad." They nodded. "Well, actually I did not tell you right away that he is near us. And he is now here in front of you." Cadence pointed at me as she lowered myself to level them. "That is your daddy." They nodded again. "I am sorry babies but your daddy did not know you two exists." She paused, falling her tears. "Mommy did not tell him about you two." 





They both staring at me and I was shyly smile at them. My heart was about to explode from nervousness. "Are you Mac's Uncle Jar?" Jaxon asked.


I walked nearer to them and sat the same as Cadence so that they can see me near. "Yes, I am."


"I told you big brother that he is our daddy." Cady burst aloud.


"What?" Cadence said in shock. "You saw him already.


"Yes Mommy, we saw him with Aunt Clarisse when they picked them." Jaxon explained.


"And you never told me about it." Cadence asked.


"Because Mommy we were not really sure it was Daddy because the picture we have was younger than he is now." Jaxon says.


"You tell them about me?" Jaron was surprise. 


"Of course, honey, I told them about you and even in picture I let them see what you look like." Cadence smiled at me. "The picture we had in my wall when we were younger."


My eyes were started to cry that Cadence was not that bad raising our kids even I was not there for them. She even let them know that I exist. Well, I changed into a matured one now. I was thinking they might not recognize him if Cad had a picture of me.


"Okay, kids, why don't you give Daddy some hugs." Cadence said. 


Our kids quickly embraced me so tight that I almost could not believe what is happening. This is surreal. 


Cadence interrupted. "Okay, okay, that is enough. We still have a party to take care of. Since Daddy is here why don't we should go outside and it is time to blow the candles." 


"Yehey!" They said the same.


We went outside as family then continue the party.


CADENCE P.O.V


Our small party was successful that my kids were so happy to tell them about their daddy. Clarisse was shock as well knowing that my kids were her truly relatives. That is why they were like family because they really are.


"I cannot believe this… This should be destiny. I thought at first that they were just some kind of similarity but in reality they are Jaron's kids." Clarisse said excitedly. "I knew the first time I saw you. I feel like I saw you somewhere but did not even imagine it was really you." She added.


"Huh! How is that? I do not think I met you somewhere rather than at school." I said as I raised my eyebrow in confusion.


"Yeah, that's not what I mean I saw you. I mean, in Jaron's phone, you have many photos in store. He took a photo of you actually stolen photos to be exact." She said grinning. "That's why you seem familiar."


I just smiled watching Jaron with kids. They were playing with him. I can see that the kids loves him even with Clarisse children. Never imagine he was good with kids, really great. Clare and Donna joined me with Clarisse in one table while Tony and Jaron still playing with kids throwing balls.



My kids were too tired from the party and playing. They were in their rooms sleeping. Jaron never left in my house. I was in my bedroom done showering. After my body was stinky with sweat and dirt. The door opened and Jaron steps in.


Our eyes met as he stepped forward. "Are you not going home?" I asked as I break the contact.


"No, I am staying here tonight and tomorrow we will go to my place." He said and my mouth opened. 


"What? You want to stay here?" I pouted as I stroke my hair. "It's too sudden you know." 


"Well, it is not sudden to me, Cadence. I wasted so many years not knowing them. Why? Are you not going to move in with me?" He asked with his one eyebrow lifted. 


"No, that is not what I mean." I shook my head as I looked at his eyes. 


Then he took something from his wallet. It was shocking when he kneeled down. "Wh-what are you doing?" I nervously confused.


"You know that I keep it for so many years since I am the last member of the family that have not settled down. I wanted to make things beautifully prepare. But I think this is the best moment to do." He said while taking out the ring in his hand. My tears could not stop from falling. "Cadence Marie Thomas, will you be with me forever for the rest of our lives? Will you marry?" he proposed. 


I nodded but it seems I choked from all of the things happened right in front of me. I shouldn't be hard to get because like he said we both wasted years.


"I want to hear it princess." He said and I cleared my throat. "Yes, I do Jaron. I will marry you." I finally said it.


He slowly inserted the ring to my finger then the kissing just the beginning of that night.

They started being next door neighbor. Became friends and classmates but Cadence did not expect in her wildest dream that she gave her virginity to Jaron. Her next door neighbor that just moved in not long ago.

Jaron a guy who never do kissing on the lips when hooking up with girls but other than Cadence. He could not help it her lips were so tempting.

A girl who does not like going out a lot and always love to stay at home. A guy who loves party and hooking up.

But feeling could not deny if you are meeting your soulmate. It will lead you back together like destiny that already written in each palm.

LEO's POV

The day went normally with us playing around the sprinklers and running around the yard. Even my father joined in and we had a fun family moment as all that could be heard was laughs and giggles.

By the time dinner time arrived, everyone seemed tired and we just ordered a pizza. We all ate while dad and mom kept telling everyone about fun stories that happened in the past. Like how mom was actually interested in dad's best friend before she met dad and we all laughed at the story of the awkward third wheel who was supposed to be my dad but changed into his best friend. When the kids were finally done eating, I took them upstairs for a quick bath and put them to bed. 

As I lay on the bed to get ready to go to sleep, I received a call. I looked at my phone and found that it was Robert. I still had his number from the first time he gave it to me but I have no idea why I never erased it off my phone. Hesitating for a while, I finally decided to answer the call. 

"Hello?" I picked up and could hear how hesitant my voice was which made me want to slap myself.

"Hey Leo, it's me, Robert," he said and I could feel the hesitation in his voice as well. Why was he nervous though?

"Why did you call me?" I asked.

"I just wanted to hear your voice," he said and I could feel my heart skipping a beat at the sweet words that haven't heard in so long. 

"You heard it so can I hang up now?" I asked and cringed at how bad I sounded but I kind of forgot how to be nice to people with how I always used to be mean to other.

"Can I ask for something before that?" He asked and I hesitated for a while before answering.

"Alright, what do you want?"

"Can we meet up? I really want to see you, Leo." I could hear his voice get deeper on the other side as if his longing to see me has made him completely desperate. I didn't know how I should feel or what I'm supposed to say.

"Okay," I said with a small voice that almost seemed nonexistent but he still heard it.

"That's great! Then, can we meet this Friday at 3? I'll take you to lunch." He said and then he said hurriedly, "You can also bring the kids with you!"

I laughed at how flustered he was and was happy that he still remembered the kids, "I'll come alone, I don't think my parents would want to eat alone so I'll leave the kids with them."

"Okay, then I'll see you this Friday," he said and I could hear the extreme joy in his voice.

"Okay, bye."

"See you later, Leo." Then he waited for a while and I hung up with a small laugh. Friday was only a few days away.

My heart seemed to feel light and happy for the first time in a long while and it wasn't because of the kids but the kind that only a love interest can bring. I went to sleep with a smile on my face and had a good dream without any nightmares.

In the morning, everyone had a smile on their face as we chatted about random things. When the kids finally went to watch a cartoon on the tv, I decided to tell my parents about my date.

"Really!?" My mother screamed while my dad and I shushed her so the kids wouldn't come here. She quieted down in embarrassment and calmed herself down. my parents seemed to be happy about the fact that I'm trying to date again after so long as I could see the immense joy within their eyes.

"Yes, mom it's true. But it doesn't mean that we are officially a couple or anything." I said while looking at them in seriousness.

"I know but it's still great that you're actually trying to fall in love again. This is your chance to finally do something for yourself." My mother said and my father nodded at me in agreement with her words.

I was happy with how supportive they were but still reminded them, "You know that this would mean that you guys have to babysit the triplets while I'm on this date, right?"

My parents then seemed to be even happier and my father said, "We'd love to take care of the kids and you know that we would never be hesitant to make this kind of decision."

I smiled at them because I knew that my dad truly meant that.

"Now how about we take the kids to the park?" My dad suddenly said which made me surprised.

"Don't be so surprised. Your father and I have decided since yesterday to take you and the kids to the park so they could have some fun and not be bored. Just get them ready and we already have the food for our lunch ready. We're going to spend the whole day at the park and even have a picnic." My mother said while looking excited and I was also happy because this will be the first picnic for the kids and I'm sure they'll love it. 

After the talk with my parents, we decided to go to the park right now so we could have as much fun as we can and also have a little walk which I agreed to. I went upstairs after that and told the kids to follow me shortly after so they can start dressing. But I was angry at what I found.

I found another picture with Derek actually doing it with a girl and a note that says 'You're one of many so leave him alone already!!'

I got extremely mad because whoever this bitch is actually thought I was with Derek which was completely untrue. After seeing the picture I felt like I wanted to hurl and quickly ripped it apart while shoving it in my pocket so I can burn it later.

I got really angry but not at what was said or shown in the picture but because I just will not allow such things to stay in the house near my kids. It made me angrier when I thought that one of my kids could have seen that. The kids afterward came up and we got dressed.

While at the park, I told my parents about it because now it was annoying and I don't want this to leave a shadow on my kids' lives when they're just kids. They don't need to know about sex yet.

We spent the whole day at the park with everyone playing happily. My dad brought a soccer ball with him and he played with kids while teaching them how to kick the ball. My mom and I just sat at the blanket that we laid on the grass and watched them while shouting encouraging words. 

After tiring themselves out with playing soccer and other games, it was finally time for lunch. We called the other over while my mother and I put the food in the picnic basket on the blanket. The kids ran over first with my dad walking after them. They sat next to me while dad sat next to mom and we started eating. The kids were really enjoying the picnic and I could see that they really loved this. I was glad that their first picnic was a success.

We enjoyed our day and everyone was happy. After lunch, my mother and I decided to play with them and we all played tag while my mother was the one who seemed to always be it. The kids were quite sad when it was time to go but cheered up after we promised them that we would have another picnic soon.

The next day on a Tuesday at 4 am, I sat on the chair near the couch with my father on the other and my mom on the couch. She had a picture and note in her hand which I think you can guess what it is.

I found it under my pillow today and now here we are discussing it because seriously it's out of hands to the point that the damn stalker goes in my room. I don't care what happens to me but this bitch might be dangerous towards my kids. Whoever it is, seems to be infatuated with that bastard Derek and hates the fact that I had his kids.

I called that person the bitch for now because I have no name for them. That bastard was with so many women that I can't start to count or I might miss one. So that is not an option but if this keeps on, the bitch might try to do something to the kids. And I won't stand for that because nobody touches my kids. NOBODY!! 

"So what the heck are we supposed to do!?" I asked frantically because I really hate this.

"I don't know love. I was really surprised when I saw this and it even has naked people on the picture too." Mom said while putting the picture and the note on the small table.

"What if the kids saw it!?" I said with anger trying not to scream and wake up the kids.

"This is a big problem but we'll be able to solve it so don't worry." My dad said and I tried to listen to him but it still worried me because it has something to do with my kids for god's sake.

"I'm trying dad but it's about the kids and you know I can't help but worry when it includes them," I said while putting my head in my hands.

"For now you have to tell him about this because he might know something you don't and if he has a solution then listen to him seriously, okay?" He said and I tried to protest but my mom cut in.

"Your father is right. He's their father too so he will need to know and he may help you so you have to do it. This is not for you, it's for the kids." She said and I knew I couldn't argue with that.

"Fine, I'll go today after breakfast," I said finally after a bit of silence. I knew this was the best way for now until Katie calls me back with the things she found.

"Good." They both said with a big smile on their face that I couldn't help but return and they got up to leave for the kitchen. This kind of moment made me happy because it reminded me of the times we used to sit together as a happy family before I became an 'adult' and they started getting serious.

I remembered what happened eight years ago, I finally became twelve years old and I'm really excited at what I'll get for my birthday. I got out of bed fast and ran downstairs to find nothing. I was confused at why that is and when I tried to look in the dining room I heard a big shout that made me jump.

"SURPRISE!!" They both said and that made a big smile grow on my face. The kitchen was decorated in my two favorite colors, purple and blue. With balloons that said 'Good job on reaching Twelve' or 'Happy Twelfth Birthday' and 'Lucky age Twelve'. 

"Wow, this is so great! I love it!!" I shouted while running to give them a big hug.

While hugging them, we all fell and started giggling. This was truly the best day ever and I don't think I'll ever forget it. 

"Happy Twelfth Birthday, love." My mom said with a big smile and kissed me on the head.

"Good job on reaching twelve champ." My dad said with a smile as well and ruffled my hair which made me giggle even more.

"Thanks, mom! Thanks, dad!" I said and the whole day went on with us having fun together and spending time as a happy family. Even though that was my last happy birthday and that's why I could never forget it.

I snapped out of it when I heard the kids running down the stairs. I looked up at the clock and saw that it was 7.30 am already so I got up to go to the kitchen. The kids were in their seats already when I got there and Jason got up pulling me to my seat so I can put him on my lab. 

After going to his father's pack he became more clingy to me in fear of me giving him to his father. It seems his wolf is more attached to me than Derek which makes me a little too happy. I hugged him tight to assure him that I won't let him go and he snuggles in my embrace.

The other two are on each of my sides and they look up excitedly when my mom puts a plate of bacon and eggs in front of them to eat.  

But in front of me, she put a plate of pancakes which was mine and Jason's favorite. I put on some syrup and started to feed Jason and eating some as well. He liked the cherry that my mother put on top so I gave it to him.

After eating, I told the kids that we were going to their father's place and they agreed without questions like cute and obedient kids which made me smile.

I dressed them and decided to walk there this time so I brought their stroller out and put each of them in their seat. Jason was in the middle with Joel on his right and Julia on his left so he feels safer and they can feel happy for being sure they can protect him. 

Even as babies, Jason was always in the middle, otherwise he would cry and the other two would complain loudly in a cute baby voice. So it became an important thing to do from that day.

I walked for a while and hearing them talk and play together in the stroller. Joel tried his best to show everything awesome he sees to his brother and sister. That made me smile more because of how cute they are.

Except I frowned when I was getting near to the pack house and saw some creepy woman who was almost the same age as me but maybe a little older looking my way.  She had light brown hair that seemed a bit messy, light brown eyes, a small button nose, thin lips and with a lot of makeup on her face that fit with her skimpy clothes that also seemed too tight. She was looking at me and my kids and I started glaring at her which made her snap out of it and turn away when she saw me glaring.

'Well, that was just creepy', I thought and hoped that my little rascals didn't notice her because I didn't want them to see that kind of creepy woman.

We finally arrived after a while and Daniel let me in right away while waving at me and the kids which they totally returned excitedly. Daniel used to come over to my old apartment to visit during his vacations and the kids see him as an uncle even though he's a lot older but they still love him nonetheless as I do too. I knew that he was also there to visit his family which made it mean even more to me because he saw us like family.

We went in and I walked to the door and knocked but I was not expecting who answered the door.

'Oh hell no!! Not this bitch!!' I thought while looking at her with apparent hate in my eyes.

MC Ron is the one leading the thanksgiving prayer and after then, as a signaled, all the waiters and waitress of El & Lyn and Family Restaurant are now serving the foods. After the foods got served they are now eating and while eating the teams are singing together along with Tae, followed by the duet of Ellyn and Jinyu then last but not least Lynel and Ren.
"Whoa, who have thought that most of our entourages are really good and pro in singing and it will be complete if these 4 beauties along with Atty. Kei also performing. Tsk, such a waste of beauty if they are not going to sing." Then again they glared at him "alright, alright and I know why. So then since most of us here already almost done eating so then let's play a slideshow for our newlywed couples pictures but well looking to this hall, they are a lot of pictures of the couple hanging on the wall. Geez, are they going to feeds all single here dog foods?"
"I wonder why you are part of being the host MC Ron but well for now both I and MC Ron here will give a short line of speeches. So now Mr. Jun and Mrs. Jun, congratulations on your wedding and you may continue loving each other. Don't be get swayed by your obstacles as a married couple and face it together because you are now married to each other, so you always remember that you are now with each other."

"Tsk, tsk such a serious one. Alright, let me ask this one to Mrs. Jun here first." Looking to where Rei seated and notice that she nodded her head. "Thanks, Mrs. Jun and everyone if you might don't know about this one but I will always remember it since I ask her about this one a few years ago during her Live Interview with us, so now may I know the answer of who's you celebrity crush, Mrs. Jun?"
"Eh, you still remembered that one MC Ron?"
"Fortunately Yes Mrs. Jun"
"It's not obvious of who's my celebrity crush is?"
"Don't tell me it's Mr. Jun then?" Rei nodded while blushing "whoa what a wonderful for you to marry your celebrity crush, Mrs. Jun. Congratulations to both of you and you may continue loving with each other. For now, let's request all our single ladies guests here along with the bridesmaids to stand at the center and not including kids for the tossing of our bride bouquet"
All of the single ladies participate and stand at the center of the hall and then Rei tosses her new set of bouquet since the other which is the original one is for her keepsake. Everyone is trying to catch the bouquet but then they are not really destined to get the bouquet since it really got fallen with the two ladies who didn't even try to get effort by catching it.

"Y...You...How dare you?" Tang Wen yelled as he stood up glaring at RuQian. The rest of the people present also glanced at RuQian, eyes widened, shock written all over their faces. That was when Director Tan realised something.

This woman was a high school girl? How was that possible? Now they were even more doubtful if she was the right person for the job.
"Oh! Are you sure you can even model?" One of the executives asked.
RuQian quietly handed the folder of her portfolio to Director Tan who was beside her. Director Tan took the folder, RuQian did not even glance at anyone, it was like she was sitting in her living room at her house, she was that comfortable.
Director Tan opened the folder slowly but when he saw the first picture inside his eyes widened, his mouth dropped open, he sat there dazed as he stared at the folder and it was still the first picture. He could not even get himself to move. The rest of the people in the room though, missed this reaction of his.
"How dare you slander my granddaughter? You are just a bitch." Tang Wen finished what he could not earlier.
"Mr Tang you should watch your language!" Ren Wei warned sternly. Everyone in the room could clearly hear the warning in his voice. Ren Wei never spoke even a word without the boss' instructions, this was the first time he directly spoke without a prompt from the boss. He tore his eyes away from her picture when he remembered the scene when she stabbed his father. She wore a sad look on her face when she did it. Her usual smile was not her face. In fact, she was crying, and when she saw his standing at the door, the knife she held fell on the floor and soon she followed in crying as she stared at her hands that were now stained the blood of her husband. She kept repeating the word 'no' over and over when his father collapse and went unconscious. It was scream that made his grandmother come to the room and his father was immediately rushed to the hospital.
He stared away from the picture looking around the deserted and quiet cemetery. He stepped back away from the columbarium and finally turned to leave after offering her quick bow. This was how most of his nightmare starts and he was already not sleeping well, he did not want to begin hallucinating. It took years to over the fear he had that his mother's ghost was haunting him and he definitely not going back to the past. 
He walked away from the cemetery to where his car was parked with his secretary and chauffeur waiting for him.
"Sir are you okay?" the voice of his secretary made him realize that his bearing was not the usual. Lifting his hand he touched his face to feel cold sweat on his face. 
"I am fine," he answered the young man mopping his brow with a handkerchief and returned to usual countenance. 
His secretary helped him open the door of his car and he went in after looking around shortly and spotted a black jeep a few meters away an assurance that his guards were close by and watching because he could not count the number of enemies he had around. It was important that he was under protection of his own guards. 
"I will go to the hospital before going to the hospital," he informed his chauffeur of the next place he wanted to be driven to.
"Yes sir," the chauffeur and the journey to the hospital began. The chauffeur knew quite well the hospital his boss was going to because that was the only hospital his boss had visited in the past two months except the one his kids were but now they were at home. So, he could easily guess the hospital his boss wanted to visit at the moment.

Jinnian stood beside Lin Jing's sick bed and he could help but praise for still looking beautiful despite being in coma for a couple of months. Her skin was pale and white but it did not diminish her attractive. He remembered how beautiful she looked that day on the boat as though they sent her there to make the appearance she made. 
He could not help but lift his hand slowly and touched her forehead. "You have to wake up. I don't want to blame myself for your death. I cannot lose two women in my life in such manner okay? Don't make yourself a new nightmare I will have to battle. You have done well enough by giving birth and your kids are in very good condition. They are both alive. So, wake up. I know that if you do, you will have the opportunity of seeing them although you might know they are your kids and . . .," he had to stop himself because he obviously not helping her by tell her that. 
He pulled his hand away from her smooth soft fore head, evidence that she was being well taken care off. 
"I am sorry for what you are passing through. I am going to leave compensation money with your sister. So, wake up so that you can spend it to your satisfaction. I will leave enough for take care of you and your sister for the rest of your life," he told her firmly believing that this new speech was better than the former but he was wrong. In the past, whenever he came to see her, he would only stand at the door and stare at her for less than a minute before leaving. He used it as a means of relieving himself of the guilt he felt towards her. 
After that, he would go to the hospital where his kids were and spend about thirty minutes watching them and another thirty minutes asking the doctors about their wellbeing. 
"I won't be coming back here. Bye," he told her and turned to go but she suddenly gripped his hand tightly and the fast loud beeping sound of the monitor made him shocked. 
Soon a few doctors ran into the room along with some nurses.


A contemporary romance.
"I swear, it wasn't me. I will never do that. I will never put your life and that of our kids in danger. I did not betray you," Lin Jing tried her best to make him believe her but nothing changed, he still wore that look of disappointment that hurt her more than she could take.
"I don't know what to believe anymore. I feel like I don't know you at all. If my family finds about, might not survive it. I don't want my children to pass through what I passed through. So, leave," he ordered turning away from her and walked into his study locking the door behind.
"I am not leaving you until you believe me. And I will never leave my kids. Not ever again," she said loudly in front of the closed door before walking away with slow sad steps. Who was trying to frame her?
