The book is an Epistolary novel where the protagonist writes his daily events into a letter amd sends it to an unknown individual. The individual was not revealed within the story. He writes about his high school crush, his childhood trauma and his first Relationship and how he made friends after his only friend died or commited suicide. It really gets exciting to get on this journey of this school boy which everybody does go through at some point of their lives.

"Okay, I'm sold," Emmitt said. "This is super sad. We should all kiss the dick in honor."
"No, I'm not doing that."
"That would be very unsanitary."
"Uh uh. No, thanks."
He scoffed, "Fine. I'll just kiss it for all of you."
Remy grabbed his shoulder. "For your health, I'm going to ask that you don't do that, please."
"Jealous?" He raised his eyebrows up and down.
"Of a penis carved into a bed frame?"
"You're upset that I'll be kissing it instead of you."
"Oh. Yes. Totally. You figured me out. Dang it."
He smiled, then pressed his lips to the frame.
"Ew!"
"Do you know how many people have probably touched that?"
"That's pretty nasty."
He clapped his hands together, "Now that the dick-kissing has commenced, let us watch Renee's stupid movie."
"Yeah, that insult doesn't mean as much after I witnessed what you just did," Renee said. "You've lost all rights to be allowed to criticize anything ever."
Emmitt shrugged, "That makes sense. Now go on and play your little movie."
She stuck her tongue out at him. "I will," she sassed.
As they watched the movie, each of them was constantly aware of the waning time they had left with Renee. Landon held her hand the whole time, wondering when he'd see her next and what this change might do to their relationship.
When it was over, the time was only about 8 PM.
"So what do we do now?" Renee asked.
"How about a car ride?" Landon suggested. "We could drive around the city, make last-minute memories, do something cliche that you see in movies."
"Ooh, we could find a tunnel and stand up as we go through it like in The Perks of Being a Wallflower," Emmitt said. "Oh, wait. My car doesn't have a little roof hatch or a truck bed to stand up in." He pouted. "Damn. The whole plan's ruined."
"I'm so sorry you can't live out your dreams," Remy said snarkily.
Ignoring them and just focusing on Landon, Renee said, "That sounds nice. I'd really like that."
"Go get your keys, bitch," Landon told Emmitt.
"Maybe I'd be more inclined to get them if you didn't call me a bitch."
"Getcha car... and bring it around front, peasant."
"That's better," Emmitt said, standing up and heading for the door. "Come along, Rem-Rem. You're riding shotgun."
Remy could tell that Landon wanted a moment alone with Renee, so he followed Emmitt out the door.
As soon as they were alone, Landon asked, "So what does all this mean for us?"
Renee shook her head, "I honestly have no clue."
"I guess that means we're doing the whole long-distance thing, then."
"Landon... you know that never works. And I can't just hold you back while you could be meeting lots of other girls. You've only dated like, two people your whole life. And I don't want to stop you from seeing who else is out there." Her voice begins to break. "There are better people than me for you to date."
"You're breaking up with me? After everything we've been through, we can't make it work?"
"That's not what I'm saying. I love you, and I'm sure I always will, but we can't maintain our relationship when we're going to be so far apart."
"You don't even want to try?"
He expected her to explain herself, but she just shook her head, tired of using words, tired of explaining things, tired of trying. "I can't be a good girlfriend to you right now. Maybe we'll get back together someday, but I have to be alone right now. Do you hate me?"
"I could never hate you, and if you think this is what's best, then I'll just have to get over losing you. Just promise me we'll still talk, that we'll still be friends."
"Of course," she nodded. "We should go. Emmitt's probably got the car by now. For the time we have left, let's just enjoy it. Don't think about what comes after."
"Okay," he said, hugging her and kissing her on the cheek, well aware that it could be the last one they would share. "I love you, Renee."
"I love you, too."

At a festival, 18-year-old Remy overhears a very private conversation. He listens as two people talk about killing another person. He is compelled to follow them and witnesses as a boy about his age murders another teenager. But was this taking of another's life justified? Remy soon finds that he is unable to separate himself from these people and must get closer to this boy in order to find out what brought him into a situation where he needed to kill someone.

Warning: There are mentions of sexual assault throughout this book. The actual act is not explicitly described, but if you are sensitive to that kind of thing, you might want to skip this book.

The next Monday, Eun Ji was feeling much better and had almost totally forgotten about the rude guy that bumped into her at the cafe. She was once again working at the diner with a much more healthy looking Mr Sun. 

There was a two days break all over Korea and the schools there would be starting exams soon so Jae Hyun didn't go to school that morning. Hence, he had to go to work with his sister. 

Eun Ji was busy throughout the day and didn't have time for social media though she noted that some people who knew her had tagged her on some posts on Facebook, and even on social media. 

Not thinking much of it, she didn't check them out so she wouldn't get distracted at work. Then it was afternoon and the sun was hotter than usual. 

They attended to more people than usual, mainly because those that would have been in school treated themselves out to dates and some girls even spent up to an hour after their order, gisting about random things. 

This reminded Eun Ji of when she was in school and she began to reminiscence about how quiet her life had been. She didn't have time to notice people so much but concentrated on her studies. It was a pity she had to also always think of her brother but Eun Ji didn't regret it for one second. After all, he was her family. 

When Jae Hyun ran up to her in his blue shirt and suspenders, he wore a dashing smile on his face. It was already three twenty PM by this time and the the sun was at its hottest outside. 

Eun Ji squinted at him in suspicion as she wondered what was up with her brother. 

The minx was definitely up to something! 

"Noona can I go to Mr Sun's office for a short while?" He gave her a dashing smile, his expression confident. 

"Why?" Eun Ji couldn't help the suspicion that laced her tone. 

"I-i miss him!" He replied firmly. 

"You saw him this morning and he even gave you a plate of his specially made salad." Eun Ji argued. 

"Does that mean you don't want me to see your boss? I'll tell him I wanted to chat but you didn't permit me. That's bad and-"

"Okay, young man." She cut off his ramblings with a giggle. "You can go but remember not to disturb him. Mr Sun is-"

"An old man who needs to rest!" Jae Hyun chuckled at his own joke earning him a pointed stare from his sister. 

"No. He's a bit ill and doesn't need anyone to disturb him. He won't be happy with you if he hears you calling him old. Okay?"

He bobbed his head. "Okay."

Eun Ji went back to her work, attending to several customers while Jerry who was now working nine till six was back at the kitchen. 

What she didn't know was that in a few minutes time after her brother left there, she would receive an email from the official Wallflower boys headquarters account. Jae Hyun had been notified about this and he didn't want to see the disappointment on his sister's face if he wasn't selected in the first round. 

The process of the Wallflower boys 2 first round of selection was a challenge. You post a video of yourself with the Wallflower boys challenge hashtag and then wait for twelve hours and the selection management would get back to you. 

Being hopeful, Jae Hyun had sneakily took his sister's phone and posted a video of them singing 'Will you still be there?' on Facebook and Instagram. The lyrics of the song was focused on the importance of family and friendships and love.  

Of course Jae Hyun had been doing a follow up about the Wallflower challenge on facebook so he knew this process. What he didn't know if he should expect was whether his sister would scream his name in confusion when whe received the mail or ignore it altogether.  

Over at the counter where Eun Ji was sitting, when notification of the mail came in, Eun Ji had almost ignored it but the address had her pausing her acts. 

Furrowing her brows, Eun Ji wondered why the Wallflower boys headquarters would send her a mail. 

Was this a spam gmail address or was someone impersonating them?! Gritting her teeth, she was ready to curse them out when she saw that the address was from the official Wallflower boys headquarters! 

"Aigoo, what is this?" She questioned rhetorically. In the past, Eun Ji always knew she usually found luck easily at all times and whatever she wanted, she could always ask her family lawyer, who was also her father's friend for whatever she needed; mainly because the man would never beat a sweat before fulfilling her wishes. 

But there are stages one will get to in life and you'll just feel like being independent. Except that person has been brought up or trained to rely on others or use scheming means to get things done, you'll get to a stage in life when you want to account for your actions and inactions. And that was what Eun Ji decided to do immediately she realized this mail had ended up in wrong hands. Ignore it and never take one single action.

Her heart was thumping wildly in her chest as she re-read the message and pondered over shy the address would have been sent to her. 

It wasn't even in her spam and it read thus:

[Dear Applicant 1075, your entry into the Wallflower boys challenge has been reviewed and was moved to the next stage. Congratulations, you can now proceed by formally filling the form below. Also, attached to this mail, is your entry video and we hope this is just the beginning of such rare talent! Cheers, Wallflower boys headquarters!]

Nag-ligo na ako at nag-bihis, pupunta ako sa Botique ng Tita Elizabeth– my father's side, para magpa-gawa ng gown para sa grand ball.

Nang maka-pasok ako ay agad ko'ng nakita si Sissy, ang assistan ni Tita, he's a gay, share ko lang, oh bakit?

"Hi Tita Eliza, it's me Ara!" Bati ko kay Tita Eliza at umikot-ikot pa.

"A-Ara, ikaw na ba talaga yan, you changed a lot, gosh!" Sabi ni Tita at nakipag-beso beso.

"Hay nako tita, ila'ng buwan lang ako di nagpa-kita, ang dami kasi'ng nangyari eh!" Sabi ko sa kaniya.

"Ahh, oh siya, nasan na nga pala si Sam?" Tanong niya sa akin, napa-yuko ako pero agad din ako'ng humarap.

"Ahm, a few weeks ago, he broke up with me, and I don't know why but now, I moved on and happy go lucky!" I said and smile brightly.

"Ohh, bamuti naman, pero ano nga pala ang pinunta mo dito?" Tanong ni Tita.

"Ahh, tita, magpapa-gawa ako ng gown para sa grad ball and sana yung brightly, yung unique, and I know you can do it Tita!" I said.

"Siyempre, oh sige, pa-birthday ko na lang yan sa iyo, malapit na nga pala iyon!" Sabi niya sa akin.

"Ahh, oo nga pala, nakalimutan ko, ang dami ko kasi'ng iniisip ngayon eh kaya, sige Tite, and thank you so much!" I said and smile.

"Oh sige, kailan ba yung ball?" Tanong niya.

"This Friday, kaya ba tita?" Tanong ko.

"Ahh, siyempre, may lima'ng araw pa para gawin iyon, one day para sa pagde-design, and four days para sa pag-tahi, oh siya, bukas ko na lang ipapa-kita yung design huh!" Sabi ni tita.

"Sige po tita, aalis na rin po ako, basta color bright red po ang kulay, thanks po tita, bye!" Sabi ko at kumawaykaway pa habang palabas ng botique ni Tita.

Pinakita na rin sa akin ni Tita ang design para sa gown ko at nagustuhan ko ito, unique na unique siya, wala'ng katulad, tinatahi niya na iyon at sa huwebes na siguro yun matatapos ni Tita, at dahil nga nakaka-pagod ang pagbi-bili ng libro ay inantok na ako, pa-gabi na rin naman kasi kumain pa ako sa restaurant.

Pagka-gising ko ay agad ako'ng nag-ligo at nag-bihis bago pumasok sa University, at tulad ng dati katabi ko si Sam, di naman talaga siya doon naka-upo pero dun siya umupo simula pa nung una'ng pasok niya

Napapa-kamot na lang ako kasi ang kulit talaga niya, ayoko nama'ng mag-walkout ulit.

"Ano ba Sam, ang kulit kulit mo, alam mo ba yung salita'ng space, please paki-bigay naman nun oh!" Sabi ko, napa-tingin yung nga kaklase ko at si Ma'am.

"O-okay, sorry" sabi niya sa akin, tumingin na lang ako sa mga kaklase ko na tila ay sinesenyasan na 'Ano'ng tinitingin tingin niyo?'.

"Okay so, class dismissed!" Sabi ni Ma'am sa amin, agad ko'ng knuha yung bag ko at umalis na, naunahan ko pa si Ma'am palabas.

Pumunta ako sa garden kung saan kami lagi nagkikita ni Prince pero ngayon hindi ko siya nakikita, pero sana ayos lang siya.

Umalis na lang din ako kasi wala naman ako'ng gagawin dito eh, pumunta na lang ako sa canteen at kumain na ng diet food.

Nakita ko naman si Sam na naka-tambay sa isa'ng puno malapit sa building na pinagkikitaan namin.

Lumapit ako sa kaniya at naupo, hindi naman madumi ang sahig kasi malago ang damo dito.

"Ba't mag-isa ka, nasan si Amanda?" Tanong ko dito.

"Wala, at saka bakit naman ako magpapasama kay Amanda?" Sagot niya sa akin.

"Bakit nga ba?" Nagtataka'ng sabi ko.

Umupo siya sa tabi ko, dumasog naman ako ng konte, masyado siya'ng close sakin.

"Eh ikaw, bakit ka nandito?" Tanong niya sa akin.

"Wala, namiss–" di ko na natuloy yung sasabihin ko ng magsalita siya.

"Namiss mo ko?" Ay ang kapal rin neto.

"Hindi, namiss ko ito'ng puno, di ba dito mo sinulat yung pangalan nati'ng dal'wa ng... Wala'ng katotoohanan, tanggap ko naman eh kaya nakapag-move on na rin ako, may Prince na ako" sabi ko dito at lumingon sa kaniya. Naka-tungo siya na parang may iniinda'ng sakit, eh baliw na ata to eh.

"Oh ano, okay ka lang?" Tanong ko dito.

"A-Ahh, o-oo ayos lang ako, buti naman at nakapag-move on ka na pero ako... Hindi pa" sabi niya, napatingin ulit ako sa kaniya.

"Ehhh, kaya mag-move on ka na, kasi may Amanda ka na pero... Bakit di ka pa nakakapag-move on eh wala ka nama'ng nararamdaman sakin" sabi ko dito ng nay pagtataka.

"Yan ang akala mo... Yan din ang akala ko, yung kala mo moved on ka na tapos malalaman mo na lang kapag nakita mo yu'ng tao, mararamdaman mo nanaman" sabi niya, mat tumulo'ng luha sa mata niya, is he crying?

The girl who changed her style after his boyfriens broked with her.

"If things really go south, we need a contingency plan to keep our business up while keeping our promise to Hou Fei," Jin said out loud to the System as he returned to the Dungeon Maker.
"What happened to the 'we are going to ignore the pleas of the people who decided to abuse you for their own benefit' kind of deal?" Kraft had coincidentally returned to the Dungeon Maker to pick up some stuff.
"What are you doing here? I thought Pei said that you foxes needed to stay together?" Jin asked, and Kraft gave a short grin.
"Just changing the video cams' memory sticks for Kiyu. Since she wanted to shop and take more videos around." Kraft answered as he switched the memory sticks in front of Jin's interface while casually opening one of them.
Suddenly a bodycam like a video was streaming right in front of Jin. "What's this?" Jin asked as he had never seen such a white pristine-looking hallway before.
"We planted a mini camera on one of the Church of the Afterlife agents. Seeing that their Dungeon World is focused on magic rather than technology, we are able to do this without them detecting any magical signal."
"I am more surprised you can get a stream out of this. We have no satellite or communication towers to even transmit this data."
"Damn it, you got me. And here I thought I could bluff you on this." Kraft snickered, and Jin looked at the crafty fox who would never commit such a basic mistake. In other words, he 'accidentally' revealed it just so could boast about doing something stupid but effective...
"You followed them, didn't you?"
"More like, Kiyu transformed into a piece of dull decorative accessory that was camouflaged with the rest of their odd white suits and they carried her inside. Just something we used to do way back in the old days of infiltration. Perks of being an oldie. Heheh."
"… Unbelievable." Jin shook his head. He had already guessed that Kraft wouldn't just let the Church of Afterlife agents get back to where they came from without stalking them from a distance. The sound was slightly muffled, but the picture was crystal clear.
"So how are you switching memory cards for Kiyu?"
"You know, make 'em invisible and use chi to manipulate the object towards the accessory for Kiyu to switch it on the fly. Nothing too complicated."
"Shouldn't they have magic detectors all around the place?"
"Unlike your Maqi, which had a trace of magic in it, my chi is rather peaceful and has a tranquil kind of aura. People won't suspect much." Kraft was incredibly proud to say it.
"More like hiding behind the pillars, being a wallflower and striking them with overwhelmingly murderous intent when time presents the opportunity to do so."
"Meh, same thing." Kraft shook off Jin's analogy as he switched the files on the Dungeon Maker interface and Jin saw the conversation of the agents reporting to their superior.

"Yes, this is indeed the crown. The readings matched with what our mages had discovered. Have you managed to salvage any of the broken Dungeon Cores inside it?" The superior asked, and the agent shook his head.
"Sir, we checked with our labs, and the mages confirmed that while there are remnants of the cores, the most important component we were looking for has been destroyed or is now missing. They concluded that Hell's Plane could have been too much and burnt the cores within the crown."
"Damn it. Fine, I will report to the council that we acted too late. In any case, continue to monitor the Pandapolis and Demon Metropolis. I do not know where that Bull Toy Moloch was able to find those humans, but they pose a possible threat." The superior said, and before he left with the remnants of the crown, he gave one last additional order.
"When their city is officially open, send in undercover agents to make sure that they blend in well and learn their state of technology. I will prepare the budget to provide a merchant cover in case they restrict travel. We hardly got any coverage with all the magical interference from the battle, and we need to gather more information on them."

"Agent 5843, that is not for me to understand. Just get your job done."
"Sir, yes sir." Agent 5843 nodded his head and got out of the office.

"Kiyu will still be hanging around for a while to see if this guy has any more secrets we can hold on to. As for me, I shall do some scouting. Oh and their base..or should I say Dungeon Core is basically like the Vatican City."
"Beautifully holy?"
"Exclusive dominion with full ownership to the Church of the Afterlife and no one but them. No Demons, no monsters, no poor adventurers, not even middle class peeps." Kraft revealed, and Jin stared blankly at him.
"Anyways, Rex will have full ownership of Demon Metropolis in another 10 hours or so. Do remember to check back with Moloch on how to deal with those agents when we are done." Kraft said as he waved goodbye to Jin and disappeared without a trace nor System portal.
"Even if we place that issue at the backburner, I honestly do not feel like making anything after hearing about that conspiracy Hou Fei had," Jin complained out loud to the System.
"Then like the situation in Pandapolis, System suggests making contingency plans to aid Panda Remnant Hou Fei. Besides, he has already given an advance to the System in case we required some more cash to prepare for the place of refuge." The System stated.
"How many empty undersea domes do we still have left?" Jin questioned, and the System indicated that there were at least two of them that was entirely empty. The other two were partially built for a massive shopping centre and a racing grand prix stadium.
"More entertainment venues can be inserted within the racing grand prix, and it could potentially fit the Cyberpunk setting of a racetrack." The System replied, and Jin queried how much was built.
"Hmm, If it is only the foundation, can we change it to buildings temporarily?" Jin asked once more.
"The current occupation of hotels and condominiums will hold approximately 100,000 people."
"Then, we need more. Roughly enough space to hold an additional million." Jin stated without any crack on his facial expression as he typed the number on the interface.
"System is unable to compile. System is unable to comprehend."
"What's so hard to understand? We need space for over 1 million people. We still have a few floating islands, too right? Build as many fabricated buildings as we can. As fast as we can." Jin explained and then the System stopped responding for a moment.
"System. I am not joking. If the unnatural monster hordes were any indication about what ravaged the overseas cities, we would likely face the same. There is no way the citizens will be left unharmed."
Instead of arguing with Jin, the System used a slightly more efficient technique and called real people out to talk it out with the now 'cracked under pressure' master before using any System based techniques to reform him.

They are called dungeon suppliers.

Xie Jin's one and only dream was to be a dungeon supplier and when his only relative passed away, the relative's inheritance gave him a plot of land and surprisingly, a 'System' Module which the relative had previously used. 

With the help of the system, Xie Jin decided to pursue his dream of becoming the number one dungeon supplier.

(13/8/2020) Author's opinion: At this point, this book had hundreds of chapters worth of content which I had planned for a long time. If you wish to undertake the book and appreciate the story, please read it up till chapter 300s to understand the sudden twist in chapter 100s.

i will admit that during that time, I am still a young budding author and could have expressed the story better in the early hundred chapters. But I assure you the story development is worth it.

Elizabeth Andrews

Here I am again, sitting on the same lonely bench table set under the shade of the same oak tree in the school campus, earphones on, peacefully listening to the tunes of my self-created playlist.

"Any time now," I whisper underneath my breath, patiently waiting for her. 

A few seconds later, arms wrap over my shoulders and I feel my right ear piece being pulled out gently. I feel a head fall perfectly, resting beside my neck, over my shoulder. Her face is close enough for me to hear the sound of her heavy breathing. She must be tired. She softly sings to the last chorus of Til Kingdom Come by Coldplay, the song currently playing.

Just say you'll wait 

You'll wait for me

"Good song," she says.

As the song fades to its ending, she slowly lifts her arms up and moves to sit beside me. I look at her and see little beams of sunlight pierce through the leaves and through her flawless fair skin. The dark brown wavy hair that complements her auburn eyes is always a lovely sight to see. She's beautiful. There's no doubt about it. We sit in comfortable silence as we take in the calm breeze of the autumn wind.

Her name is Amber Hills. She has both the brains and the beauty. She isn't very popular but she could get along with anybody that comes her way. Her pleasing personality is adored by everyone who knows her. She's practically perfect. As for me, well, I'm just your typical average wallflower. Mediocre art skills, mediocre academic abilities, mediocre everything. I'm completely ordinary. Sometimes, I wonder how I'm even friends with this beauty but I'm glad I am. 

I met her in this same place, listening to music alone in this secluded area. It's a good place to go to, to kind of get away from the rowdy athletes, loud cheerleaders, just all of the noise created by the crowds around the campus. She also felt that need and needed a little piece of tranquility. She sat next to me just like how we are right now. I took my earphones off as I was drawn to her. I looked at her intently as if I was waiting for her to initiate a conversation and to my surprise, she did.

"Amber. Amber Hills," there was a little rasp to her voice but it was calm and sweet. It gives off a sense of comfort.

"Elizabeth Andrews," I shyly replied. 

She reached out her right hand for a handshake and I politely took the motion and shook hands with her. 

"It's nice to meet you, Lizzie," she said.

"Well, that was quick, I literally just met you and you already have a nickname for me," I replied with a soft grin as I was shockingly already quite comfortable with her.

There was no wave of awkward energy in that space and I was relieved. "I'm pretty sure you wouldn't wanna be called Elizabeth, anyways" she chuckled and it just went on from there.

The conversations flowed smoothly even with strange topic-shiftings from juicy stories and embarrassing moments to weird facts and odd habits. We basically shared everything worth mentioning about each other. We connected almost instantly. She offered to drive me home afterwards and I accepted her offer. The drive was also nice. We even exchanged our numbers before I walked out of the car and headed towards my home's front door.

"I'm tired."

She slowly lays her head down on my lap. She is now facing upwards, I look down and see a complete view of her face as I brush her hair out of it. 

I reply with "I thought so."

"It's okay, you can rest up before we head home", I say. 

She grins and lightly laughs, "You mean before I drive you home, right?"

"Thanks, Lizzie," she continued.

Yes, she does drive me home. She claims to be obliged to bring me home after class since we became friends. Of course, I don't oppose it. I actually enjoy our drives. 

She now pulls over right in front of the main door. I step out of the front seat and wave her goodbye. 

"See you tomorrow."

"See ya," she replies with a playful wink.

Our hands seem to always find a way to touch. Each time we close the distance between us, we seem to crave the feel of each other's skin, either we instantly wrap ourselves in each other's arms or automatically hold hands in a way your fingers are intertwined between mine. 

Our eyes seem to always find a way to meet even in crowded places. The stares that linger before we exchange sweet smiles and face somewhere else as if we long for something more.

No soul has ever captivated me the way yours does. 

But... 

"We're friends. Just friends, right?"
