Ned sighed deeply as he looked up at the ceiling, a weary look on his face.
'I hope Torrhen is okay.'
This past week had not been good for him. One one hand, he had to deal with an entire continent of lords who all wanted to waltz into his library and see what had happened, giving no small amount of stress and frustration. 
On the other hand, he had a deeply worried wife that took this all personally and through some sort of seemingly profound logic believed this was all her fault and that it was the Seven above who had brought this down upon her as punishment for her wrongdoings. Something about 'not loving a motherless child' tormented her day and night, which was bad for Ned as he had to tend to her during the day and calm her down in the night. Almost every night over the past week had gone by with barely any shut-eye. Instead, he spent his nights coaxing his wife to sleep as tears stained his tunic and the sheets beneath them. It didn't help that his children, all except Rickon, were also very deeply worried about him. Robb had got Rickon to believe that Torrhen had just gone a hunting trip alone to stop the boy from crying, and he hasn't worried since.
Ned felt the need to give closure to Cat and tell her the truth about Jon and who his parents were. He knew that she felt her disregard and hate for Jon lead her to believe this was all her fault. After all, there wasn't anyone else in the castle that could really be described as motherless. But the dying face of his sister Lyanna prevented him from doing so, lest he broke the promise he made to her no her deathbed.
Caught between his honour and his guilt towards his wife,he was stuck between a rock and a hard place.
What was worse was that a faint throbbing noise could be heard from the library when all the noise in the castle died down. This wasn't heard in the day, but past the hour of the wolf ("the blackest part of night", midnight), this was loud and clear, frightening the animals and the people alike. Every morning, he saw his people getting more and more tired as they lost many hours of sleep from fear and superstition. 
Some had begun to say that Winterfell was cursed, but he shrugged that off. It wasn't the first time people suspected Winterfell was haunted and cursed, and it most certainly wouldn't be the last. But something about this incident, probably his instincts, told him that everything would change if and when Torrhen returned.

After finishing his statement, Torrhen blacked out and woke up with a bad headache. It felt like he had a soldering iron pierced into his skull with how much pain he had.
He slowly got up from the floor, the taste and smell of dust filling his senses. Inspecting his surroundings, he saw a dark room lit with an eerie green light. He could see moss covering the dark stone walls around him. 
Before him was a double door. It was quite grand, standing at roughly 15 feet in height from what he could gather. The whole thing was made of a shiny black wood with a shining green metal at its rims. Around the height of his stomach were two golden doorknobs shining with gold. Carved in the middle of the double door was a sort of taiji symbol with two wolves, coloured black and white. The black wolf seemed to swallow the black sun and the white wolf swallowed the black moon, both wolves resembling those of the Stark sigil. Surrounding it was a thick white border with black runes written across it

"Where am I?" Torrhen asked himself. "What am I forgetting here?"
He took a closer look at the door before him, marvelling at the workmanship that went into so beautifully depicting the image before him. He then looked to the runes surrounding it, studying what it could be.
"Skoll is the name of the wolf who chases the bright priest into the desolate forest, and the other is Hati, Fenrir's son, who chases the bright bride of the sky...Wait, I understand this!?"
This realisation came as a shock to him. It was a great surprise to find out that he understood the runes on the door. He had never even learnt a single rune, after all.
He had the feeling that something happened between his reply to the wolf and his waking up here, but he had no clue what it was. There was a gap in his memory that nothing around him could give hints for. But something significant must have happened for him to suddenly understand runes. 
Thinking further, he also realised that what he just read had a very significant importance.
"Fenrir? Hati? Skoll? What am I dealing with here? Norse mythology!? What does a being like Fenrir and Norse mythology in general even have to do with House Stark in the first place!? Old man George, I really want to kill you right now!"
He knew what the three of them were from his old life, when his name was still John Scott and studied Norse Mythology in class. No one wanted to, but with how Norse mythology was misrepresented in movies and other forms of entertainment, their history teacher took it upon himself to teach them about it properly, along with the Olympians, the Hindu gods, the Egyptian gods, Buddha and the Shinto pantheon. 
According to his knowledge, Fenrir was supposed to be the wolf son of Loki, the God of lies, deception and fire, and brother of Jormungandr, the World Serpent, and Hel, goddess of the underworld. Due to being too powerful, the Aesir tried to chain him twice and failed. On the third go, Fenrir grew suspicious of their intentions even though the gods said that they were playing a game and testing his strength. He demanded one of the gods to put the hand in his maw as a show of faith. With no other gods daring to do so, Tyr, the God of War, placed his hand into Fenrir's maw. When the chains bound Fenrir, he bit off the hand of Tyr as was expected. The chain was tied to a boulder with a sword placed in his maw to keep his mouth open. The river 'Expectation' flowed from his mouth as he awaited Ragnarok, when he'd break free of his fetters and run throughout the world, with his lower jaw on the ground and his upper jaw above the sky, destroying everything and even going so far as to kill Odin, the King of Asgard and ruler of the Aesir tribe of gods.
Skoll (One Who Mocks) and Hati (One Who Hates) are supposedly supposed to chase the Moon and Sun respectively and devour the two on Ragnarok, but it was uncertain whether or not the two of them were merely other names for Fenrir, who was also described in myths to devour the Sun on Ragnarok.

The grimoire on his hand was later shown to David, the man seems to know something is up. David checks the content of the book, only for him to raise his brows. He then flips the pages, but nothing comes out. 
The pages are all blank, nothing pops out when he opens it. When Min Soo is the one who touches it, however, the pages are filled with the runes.
David's deep blue eyes gazed upon Min Soo's bronze eyes, he shows the symbol in front of the book to Min Soo. He asks the man where did he get that book, to which Min Soo replies with a puzzled look. Not even the idol knows why he was given that book. The man is clueless about the book's origin.
He thinks hard about the book's origins, and that's when Aphrodite's face shows up. The Goddess may be the one behind the sudden appearance of the grimoire in front of him. David explains that the symbol on the front book is the symbol of the Love Goddess Aphrodite, which governs the water element.
"Can you read the scripture?" David asks the K-pop Idol.
"Strangely, yes" he answers lightly.
David gives it some thought, the man then proceeds to flip the pages. Yet, another rune that he cannot read, David can only think that Min Soo is a special being that was chosen by the Goddess. His sudden appearance may hold the key to protect Sanctus Luminera from its impending doom.
After that, the man then leads the pink-haired young man to somewhere else. A place where the man understands the gravity of the situation. Right next to the entrance of Arachnesia City is an exotic large building with a banner on the top. It appears to be some sort of organization, the symbol of a wolf is plastered on the navy banner.

It appears to be a symbol of Fenrir, a wolf that has been existed in Norse folklore. Min Soo knows this because of games' influence. Inside the building seems to be an office of some sort, another male staff welcomes Min Soo as he enters the premises. His face is similar to Hansel, the one who also works as the guild staff.

David introduces Min Soo to the staff, the purple-haired man on the counter appears to be Hansel's twins. His name is Gretel, but despite the resemblance of their names toward the kid's story Min Soo read when he was young, Gretel is a male instead of a female. Wearing a blue eyepatch on his left eye, his glistening hazel eyes gaze at Min Soo bronze ones.
He silently offers his hand for Min Soo to shake, which Min Soo happily obliges. He introduces himself quietly, different from his twin, Gretel is quieter. The man then asks David about Min Soo, indulging his curiosity over the fact Min Soo looks cute and handsome. Min Soo blushes when he heard the words of compliments came out from the twin's mouth.
"Oh, I'm sorry" Gretel smiles. "I am Hansel's younger brother, Gretel".
"I'm Min Soo, nice to meet you" Min Soo blushes. 
He bows his head as he shows off the inside of the exotic building, which appears to be an office. After that, he leads the two outside the building to go to another side of the building through a different entrance. Instead of an office, they're welcomed with new tough-looking faces. 
It appears to be yet another tavern and a place to hang out, somewhat resemble the guild. Gretel explains that the building they're in is called the Nightsbane Union. Somewhat similar to a guild, they also accept quests and offers from the citizens. However, what differentiates both of them is the jurisdiction. 
Union is limited to official guarding jobs only and it usually approaches government officials. The union's main job is to be an acting bodyguard to those who hire them, while guilds are more leeway with the quests and clients. Guilds prioritize explorations, emergency rescue teams, and other things that are related to adventures.
While Nightsbane Union is a company for the people to hire them personally, whether it is as a messenger or a bodyguard. Exploration is not on their job list, hence why guilds are more flexible. Gretel coughs awkwardly as his hazel eyes looked at David who stands idly next to Min Soo.
"Mr. David King here is the owner of the Nightsbane Union, he's the chief in command and the reason why Nightsbane Union exists" Gretel explains.
David waves his hands awkwardly at Min Soo whose mouth is opened wide. The Idol wouldn't have thought he met an important person with a critical role, to begin with. Then again, he remembers the layout of his house, and how he's rich. 
David tells Min Soo to stay as he is, don't refer him to any honorifics since he hates being called that way by a friend.
Min Soo hears throbs when he hears the word 'friend' by David, the good-looking man next to him considers him as a friend. Somehow, it makes his heartthrobs uncontrollably
"But you never said anything about me calling you Mister or Master" Gretel grumbles. "So this new person gets a special treatment?".
"It's nothing like that" David sighs. "In any case, thanks for showing us around Gretel, you may leave us alone".
Gretel bows his head politely as he made his exits, he walks away from the two of us. There are lots of people around the tavern, full of men in uniforms and suits. 
Their weapons are safely stacked in a locker room ahead, their eyes glazed at the Idol's new face and David. Like prey surrounded by predators, Min Soo gulps as their sharps eyes browsed his appearance from the top to the bottom, silently judging him.
"I want to talk to you" David taps Min Soo's shoulder. "Just the two of us, if you want".
Surprised by his sudden offer, the young man nods as he follows David who leads him to exit the blaring eyes from the people inside. The aura is quite different from the guild who seems to be freer and less tense. The union, however, there's a certain heaviness in the air as he passes by. 

Their suspicious eyes eyeing on Min Soo's every movement every time he opens his mouth to reply to David. After escaping their eyes, Min Soo and David sit down on a bench under the oak tree on the center of Arachnesia. The blonde-haired man gazes upon Min Soo's puzzled looks, without hesitating he shot a difficult answer.
"Min Soo, which one do you choose? The guild or the Union?" he asks.
Min Soo widens his eyes when the tall man next to him asks such a straightforward question, his eyes look downward toward the colorful concrete below him. 
"Who are you, Min Soo? Why the Goddess chose you for this? And what's your plan in the future?" the man looks at Min Soo curiously. "Please, tell me everything about yourself".

Kim Min Soo is the most popular K-pop Idol in the Mystica boyband group.

I found a ruin, near a mountain.

I use Byakugan; I see that there is a space the size of a football stadium under the ground, in the space below the earth there is a small chakra signature. The entrance to the underground is behind one of the ruin pillars. I decided to enter the place to investigate.

Using Surface Walk, I went underground with my feet on the ceiling instead of walking on the floor. There are some simple pitfalls that can be avoided by not stepping on them.

After walking about 5mins, I find myself in the giant space where the chakra signature is. As I reach the end of the ground, I notice that there is an altar with chains attached to the ground around it. In the center of the altar is what appears to be a canine tooth.

Just by looking at the look of this place and the chakra signature on that tooth, I can logically identify that this is not a good thing. As I am a Clone, I don't have to worry about dying, I better go investigate, so I know what the Main Body will have to face.

I activate Byakugan at maximum distance and then focus only on the underground area and activate Chakra Skin Version 5. Putting chakra in my hands, I go all the way back underground, placing the marks to use the Marked Movement. Then, back, I put more marks on the edges of the underground. When I see that the whole place is safe, using a faint jutsu of wind, I make a draft flow toward the tooth on the altar.

After waiting a while, I see that there is no answer. I pick up the wooden kunai that is sealed on my shirt, mark it with my Marked Movement symbol and toss it toward the tooth. I hit the tooth perfectly.

Immediately after I get it right, the tooth starts to shake. I stand guard and expect any movement from anywhere.
Around the tooth, a purple smoke begins to appear; from there, the rest of your body begins to appear.
After seeing that the smoke has not moved, even after noticing me, I pay attention to its appearance.

The purple smoke took on the appearance of a giant wolf with normal colors; must be at least 4m high.
Its appearance reminds me exactly of the Fenrir of Norse mythology.
Your eyes have no pupil, there is only a red glow.

Its two fangs are white in color, like porcelain.

Me: "Well, if you're going to look at your looks, except for one woman I've seen and one more to see over the weekend, you're probably the most beautiful thing I've ever seen (in both lives). If you could shrink in size, it would probably use you as a body decoration."

Like a mixture of two of the races I like best, a wolf and a dragon, my collector's spirit ignites.

Being: "... For a child of your size already to have mental problems; in what kind of environment should you have grown up..."

Me: "Rude! Wolf-san, if I wanted to own you as my Summon, what would I have to do?"

Being: "My full name is Okuri Ookami Ryū, but they call me Okiryu, not "Wolf-san".

Me: "Is that all? It looks like I'm going to be summoned more easily than I thought."

I bow my head as if I've heard the easy challenge.

The lad didn't know how to respond to all this, but finally he sighed and said, "Alright, old man I will stay with you I guess"
Machida smiled, he made success.
"So, what should we call you?"is the next question that Machida asks,
"Albion"
"Nah, it's kind of outdated and old and not so cool as well, how about you use my son's name? Kazuma Yamato? I think its suits you quiet well"
"Do as you please old man, guess I do that for now"

After talking him down, Machida and Albion…woops not Albion, Kazuma returned home, where Machida's wife, Kasumi and the dog that came with Kazuma were playing.
"Dear", Machida's wife speaks in a worried manner; he then calls her wife and her daughter, Kasumi inside the hall and asked Kazuma to stay inside.
After about thirty minutes the woman, Machida's wife comes out and hugs Kazuma tightly.
He didn't get what the woman was trying to do.
"Kazuma-kun, I am your step-mother, but please feel free to call me mother ok, by the way I am Machida's wife, Miki Yamato and this is my daughter, Kasumi Yamato"
"Hello Onii-chan! You are my onii-chan right?" little Kasumi hugs on to Kazuma and jumps around, the former could only keep quiet.
"Alright everyone, I have made plenty food, let's eat" Miki stated after all it was time for dinner,
Kazuma watches different kinds of delicacies placed on the table, which is actually human's food although he was no alien to human's diet he never tasted it, the tongue of a Dragon is different after all.
"When I was coming inside, I saw the barn's roof was broken" Kazuma stated.
"Indeed, this place may look small, but we do have a small barn, but the roof of the shed is recently broken, I will fix it later" Machida replies,
"Let me fix that now" Kazuma bluntly replies,
The couple were at a loss of words while little Kasumi was thinking why her mother isn't serving the food yet, 
Kazuma continues, "A man must only eat bread when he has done his share of work, and I haven't done anything to accept this meal, allow me to work" 
Machida wanted to decline but Miki stopped him, she went inside and brought a tool box and handed it over to Kazuma.
"The ladder is just next to the shed, alright we'll wait for fifteen minutes, alright" Miki stated with a smile, Kazuma headed out with the tool kit followed by his dog.
"Why did you gave him the task?" Machida asks,
"Well, you and I know very well, I don't care about his past, but it seems like he isn't a man who wants to be in debt and is filled with principles and so, don't you think it's only polite to act like the way, he wants us to be" 
"I can never argue with you can I?"
"No, you can't"
In middle of the conversation Kasumi cried that she was hungry, but her mother calmed her down by saying wait for fifteen minutes.
After fixing the shed, Kazuma and his new family sat for dinner, he was shocked…not because of the reason, he was eating with the humans, but because he had all the manners of a human.
Time passed and it was late night, Machida opens up a small house connected to the shed just outside, which formerly belong to his late son.
"There is also a forge and a world map, a small library my son used to build his own equipment and stuff" after saying what he wanted to, Machida was about to leave when Kazuma stopped him,
"There are a few questions, I have do you mind answering them?"

Kazuma was sitting on a chair and in front of him was a computer with three monitors and a fourth large monitor with a blue globe on it.
After talking with his step-dad, Machida he came to know many things about his place.
The name of this place or planet is Earth.
Until 1995, the existence of Magic and Equipment, Gods and Demons didn't exist, and then suddenly an unusual anomaly occurred.
The anomaly came to be known as "The Era of Magi" since existence of mythical creatures, Gods and Devils…and magic came into existence.
At the year, 1999 things got heated up and World War three occurred, but this was in between humans, Gods and Demons, the war lasted till 2016, after which everything came to halt.
First, what happen to the Land of Man?
The seven continents where no longer seven and the whole of Asia, was now called Xavier and it's capital being Japan.
The Xavier was kept under control by two major forces the Xavier Government and the Ten Heavenly Clan.
It looked as if both worked individually, but from the shadows Ten Heavenly Clan controlled the Xavier Government,

Ryukami Clan, The strongest clan among the ten and bears of the symbol Dragon, The Heavenly Dragon.
Currently the clan head has one son and daughter.
Shishikami Clan, the clan next to Ryukami Clan and don't back down in terms of strength and bear the symbol of Lion, The Heavenly Lion.

Okaminokami Clan, information regarding this clan is unavailable since it's a hidden clan. But, it is known that they bear the symbol of Wolf, The Heavenly Wolf.

 The second strongest continent is Europe, its forces are considered deadly since its government has a unique army, and an army is called Spartan Association who happens to have the powers of Norse, Roman and Greek Gods.
The third one followed by United States of America, its power gradually decreased due to the aftereffects of war, it's also one of the continents who have cut off most of the ties with the world.
The organization which U.S.A, has under it is termed National Sorcerer Union, (N.S.U.) unlike other continents this actually works on magic intelligence gathering, and currently under shadows, their movement and motives are clearly unknown.
The fourth continent is now termed Russia, aftermath of the war was actually beneficial for them since they separated themselves and took over nearby islands.
M.O.S.U or otherwise called Magicians of Soviet Union, there principles are unknown since Russia took over Germany and their magic corporation as well, currently only Russia has good connections with Xavier, will on the surface anyway.
The fifth and the last continent is Africa, it's most under uproar in itself since, there is always a coup in between the Government and the resistance, the government or also called Critical Operators try to bring peace, among each other but it seems people don't get it. If the innate battle continues, the continent will soon turn to ashes.
And lastly, there was once the continent called Australia, but due to it been taken over by certain 'people' whose existence is not known, and then it came to be known as the Floating Continent Agreas, no one, not even Xavier dares to attack for reasons unknown.
This is the current history and situation of the planet earth.
Now regarding, magic and equipment.
Magic came to existence due to a certain anomaly whose reason is unknown, but it gave humans ability to cultivate.
The cultivation ranks were as follows,

There are three more, but it is said that humans or rather, no being can reach those heights.
Each cultivation rank had a grade in it as well, for example if you are Silver, this means you are Silver- Grade D, then it will increase to Grade C and then to B and to A, then to S and finally the next level which is Gold, this is how it works and the more you increase, the more difficult it becomes to cultivate.
Now, a man can seriously not fight bare handed, that's why with proper resource and minerals Magical equipment can be crafted as well, but not everyone can craft.
Rare and talented smiths can craft.
Remember that, random minerals can never craft equipment, the unusual anomaly caused rising of many zones filled with magic equipment, each of them are graded as follows,

Most of the zones are the first three, while "Destructive" and "Immovable" are rare and seventy percent of its resources are monopolized by Xavier, but there are only four magical zones of "Catastrophic", 
The Great Forest of Amazon, guarded by Immortal Class, Dragon Thimaya.
The Fateful Desert of Sahara, guarded by Immortal Class, Dragon Manekshaw.
The Depth of Despair, Bermuda Triangle, guarded by Immortal Class, Dragon Carippa.
And finally Mount Olympus, guarded by Immortal Class, Dragon Mountbatten.
No continent dares enter these places, even though they are filled with minerals which are actually best for equipment.
What annoyed Kazuma most was, there was no map regarding the Underworld and Heaven from where Demons and Gods are from, it would seem they don't attack, but they are rather deadly and it can easily be said that their weakest forces are of Diamond Class.
"Nature, do you hear me?" Kazuma calmly sates,

Everyone feared, a Great Dragon...once

Over the past four days I have been practicing more and more of my magic while expanding my knowledge of different religions. The school library had religious texts and reference to different aspects of each religion. I focused my study on Norse mythology and runes seeing as how it can be very versatile it is. If I correctly remember the Norse faction was a powerhouse on its own. If I could get in contact to someone from the Norse faction then my studies would be going much faster than know, but sadly there isn't someone here currently.
I am currently reading a book about Odin and the feats he accomplished as well as trying to draw inspiration for different types of spells. I also found a book on the elder Futhark which was composed of 24 characters. They are probably the oldest language to use in Norse runes as it was used 100 to 800 AD. Each thing has different means, and the one I am thinking of using is Fehu which represented to wealth and luck. I am trying to start gathering funds so that I could leave the orphanage as I don't want to keep having to deal with all the kids, plus I could practice more magic as well.
By the end of my time in the library I made a list of the symbols and their meanings so that I could try to use them later as I try out other combinations. What Interested me was that apparent if you revered the symbol then it its meaning is reversed which gave me 48 symbols. On my way out of the library I saw someone following me it was Koneko. I could only smirk, 'Guess Rias is starting to take these seriously.' I thought to myself as choose to ignore her.
Over the past week Rias and Akeno have been bugging me every time I am out of class. They kept accidental running into me in the hallways. When we do meet up, they try to start up a conversation with me that ends with them giving hints that I should join their club. The students that heard the offer were gob smacked by her words as it is known that her club is strict about letting people in. I knew the reason why as the club was nothing, but a façade to hide her peerage. So, every time she asked about it, I mentioned my love for kendo and the kendo club and the friends that I have made in it.
Which is true I have made myself close friends with Katase and Murayama over the brief week. They seemed to enjoy my presence since while I am improving fast, I don't act conceited nor do I do anything perverted. It my also help that I caught the perverted trio a couple more times before I finally fixed the hole and added curtains for privacy. Honestly, I wondered why they hadn't done so before still what's done is done.
After this stunt, my actions apparent caused the entire school population to have a high regard for me expect for the one girl that hangs out with the perverted trio from time to time. So, adding my top grades so far and my calm and friendly nature they decided to give me a nickname, 'The Freshman King'. Which I founded funny because of the irony as I was called Gilgamesh and even had the looks of him from the Fate series and now, I am being referred to as a king. I guess I was better than Kiba because he was colder to them and didn't really interact with them, so he remained a prince in their eyes.
Speaking of looks I was able to grow to the height of 180 cm which makes it seem like I will grow a little taller than the original. My hair was still the same golden blonde which I kept styled down like the original as I liked the look.
Anyway, back the present I was still being followed by Koneko as she trailed me from the library to my next class. I wouldn't mind her so much if she just talked to me instead of following me at a distance. When I got the class, I just focused on what the teacher was teaching and ignored the stare that was being carved into my head. I happy that today is Friday meaning that I don't have to run into anymore as the club doesn't meet on the weekends. Either way when afternoon classes ended and I was making my way to a restroom to change into a kendo outfit that Murayama gifted me I saw that Akeno was walking up to me from the opposite end of the hallway.
"Hello Gilgamesh-kun." She said in a sultry tone as she has me her best attempt at seduction. If I was any other guy here at this school, then I probably would have been turned into a puddle of goo.  In response to her I just gave her a polite smile before bowing.
"Hello Himejima-senpai." I responded to her formally which form the look on her face she wasn't expecting. She looked as if she had just eaten a lemon she had to cough before gaining her composer back.
"Now, now call my Akeno-chan." She said ending in a pout as she looked at me with big eyes as her arms crossed under her breasts to make them seem bigger. I could only internally sigh at such actions as it seemed that she and Rias are too use to guys bending over from them just because of their looks.
"Sorry Himejima-senpai, I can't do that as it would be disrespectful." I said as I bowed once again to her as a sign of an apology. "Sorry to cut this short, but I must be going as I need to change clothes for my club." When I finished saying this, I was able to slip into the bathroom we were standing next to and made my way into one of the stalls and locked the door.
'I really hope after this week they will stop.' I thought to myself as I made sure to change quickly and place my school outfit in my school bag before making my way out. When I made my way out of the bathroom, I was happy to see that she was gone. The time I spent practicing in the kendo club was fun as I was able to spar with many of the second years and win half of the matches as I still needed to perfect my form.
When I finally made it out of practice, I was happy to see that Rias and her peerage weren't out an about. I also couldn't feel anything with mana in it, so I don't think that Rias as a familiar tagged onto me. So, I made my way towards my practice ground and start working on creating a few runestones and increases my mana capacity. The walk was quiet as there wasn't many people out and about on the side roads.
When I finally made it to the training ground, I was able to find numerous small stones that use for my experiment in runes. I picked one that was smooth on both sides that was about half the size of my palm. I got out my notes on runes and found Fehu as got ready to carve it into the stone. I had learned that I could use my mana as a drill of sorts to dig into tough materials and now I focusing it on my pointer finger on my right hand as I craved slowly the symbol into the rock.
After a painfully slow process I was finally done with my first rune. When I was finished with it, I pumped some mana into it, and I could feel it being drawn into the symbol as the symbol took on a black color. I stared at the stone and could my mana in it as it very slowly escaped from it. I guessed that I would have to fill it with mana often to keep it filled, but it looks like it could probably last a day of more before needing me to.
"I guess this weekend I can test out how lucky I can be with this stone." I said softly to myself as I looked down at the stone in my hand.

Alone and dying a soul gets another shoot in another world. A world were devil, angels, and fallen angels exist. A place where the land can be transformed with a flick of a finger.

The SacrilegeMobile roams the land, shaped like a metallic wolf. It roams across North America, in search for another shot at the chickenhawk it couldn't kill at the band camp in Cedar Rapids.
The Sacrilegious Six soon learn that killing men while the size of a flea is even funner than doing it full-size. To them, it almost feels like giant-slaying...
The SacrilegeMobile roams to the West Coast. It leaps off a cliff. While in freefall, it shapeshifts into a falcon-with the team still aboard. It spreads its wings, and flies across the Pacific.
This is Manchuria. It's a vast open amount of space, up for grabs by its stronger neighbors, for there are rumors that get spread throughout the region that neither Manchuria nor Korea are strong enough to protect themselves.
The SacrilegeMobile is still airborne. Not for long. It descends, and shapeshifts into a boar. It snorts, and roams across the Manchurian plain.
To the Sacrilegious Six, is a strange ride. The wolf and the boar are both bumpy; they're not complaining about that...anymore. But the wolf and the boar are two different creatures-and the AI knows it. But at least they're both forbidden by Islamic/Jewish law, and THAT'S what makes the Sacrilegious Six so sinister.
In forty years, there's probably going to be a war here. But fortunately for the Sacrilegious Six, no one on the team is Russian or Japanese...or Manchurian or Korean, for that matter.
Now, this is Norway. The fjords and cliffs are a sight to behold. Across the ocean lies Beerenberg, an active volcano. Fortunately though, the Sacrilegious Six's next target has enough common sense to not hunt reindeer near a volcano.
And no, there are no dragons living in it, contrary to popular Old Norse myth. Then again, some things aren't ENTIRELY impossible...
And, it's back to the American Frontier. The SacrilegeMobile is a falcon again. It lands, and becomes the wolf again. The wolf roams the land, in search of one of any of the four final targets.
Luckily, there were no witnesses to the other ex-husbands' murders. OTOH, that's probably because the Sacrilegious Six were the size of fleas while committing them...
If only they could've thought of that before going after the pizzeria in Queens. Oh well; no plan goes perfectly... But then, neither one of them will be singing that tune half as sweetly if Allan's or Reilly's testimony goes as far as getting them all back to where they were to begin with: female inmates on death row. And then everything they've worked so hard for, and come so far for, will be in shambles.
The sun has set over the Frontier. The wolves howl. The dust clouds float through the air. The dry forests whisper.
The SacrilegeMobile has slowed. Its sensors, in the form of the wolf's nose, probe the surrounding areas for traces of Spider-Man, Ms. Allan, Ms. Reilly, or the final husband. The witnesses haven't been around; a dog's nose would be useless in finding them. But last the Sacrilegious Six checked, the final husband had a scent-and as far as his relevant ex-wife is concerned, it is NOT, and was NEVER, by any means, a pleasant one.
High above, the moon shines brightly. The SacrilegeMobile is metallic; the moon on its metal's breast gives the luster of midday, for it is beneath. Not the wolf's breast, of course; the SacrilegeMobile would have to be upside down/on its back for that. But whoever wrote "Twas the Night Before Christmas" sure had a crappy way with words...
Good thing he didn't write any more poems besides that. He...DIDN'T write other poems, did he?
In the shadows, a female wolf lurks, having abandoned her pack. Her eyes barely glow.
She can see the SacrilegeMobile. He looks interesting. He's handsome. Could he possibly be the lone wolf whose administration could possibly be more slack-cutting than that of the awful alpha who killed her favorite mate, just so he could be in charge?
She chases him through the woods. Moments pass before Trachtenberg turns around, in the rear saddle, and sees that the SacrilegeMobile has a tail...besides its rudder, of course.
Kershen, the driver, raises the throttle. The SM runs faster. So does the black bitch tailing them. Trachtenberg can't tell in the dark, but she thinks she might be gaining on them...
Oseku turns around in her saddle, and sets her shades to nightvision. To her dismay, the she-wolf IS gaining on them. And she's got black fur; which means she's NOT Shakira. But even if she weren't an anachronism here, the nearest border of Latin America a hundred leagues south of here...and the border to Colombian Panama is even farther south than that.
It's time to take a stand. Oseku orders the team to arms, and to stations.
The SM spins, and bares its metallic fangs. Like fleas, the Sacrilegious Six assembles, in combat formation, on its head.
The she-wolf stops. She whimpers, and assumes a prone position.
Alas, the Sacrilegious Six were raised Islamic/Jewish; they don't know as much about dog sociology as they'd like. They come from a world where women should, if they're not, just as capable of beating the shit out of anyone as a male jihadi on a stormy Ramadan.
Kershen advances past the front line. She's got her crossbow. She crouches still, and aims at the poor bitch's pressure point. As big as the black bitch is, she's clearly less threatening than before.
Kershen fires. At her size, it takes the bolt some time to reach its target. But when it does, it hits with more force than a .243 bullet at point-blank. She whimpers, and falls over.
SheVulture takes flight. She flies in a circle over the hurt she-wolf, and unleashes a barrage of rotary cannon fire over her coat. She'd look like one of those cows, in O Brother, Where Art Thou, who George Nelson will shoot with the machine gun while avoiding an impending police chase. But for now, the Sacrilegious Six should be thankful that the Great Depression won't happen for another seven decades...even if the Odyssey and the Iliad have long been written.
Mystria imagines herself into a phoenix, flies over the hurt wolf, dives, and sets her on fire. She yelps, and squalls in pain.
Elektra raises her sais, and summons some lightning. She strikes the she-wolf with a huge bolt of it.
Worked up, Oseku inflates the balloon in her prosthetic back. She floats over to the burned, shot, struck she-wolf, and lands on a place on her neck where the phoenix fire has gone out. She elongates her prosthetic tentacles. Below, the she-wolf's eyes look up at them, in terror...
Splitting the tentacles two ways, Oseku wraps them around the she-wolf's neck. And she squeezes. With her sais, Elektra strikes Oseku's prosthetics with more lightning, hastening the she-wolf's asphyxiation. She does this until Mysteria whispers, and warns her that she'll bring the she-wolf back to life if she hits the wrong cells with electricity.
At long last, Oseku feels the bitch die. She releases the power over her prosthetic tentacles, and they all contract back to their regular lengths. For the honor of Afroasians everywhere, they've killed a bitch. Nevermore will she defile an unsuspecting Muslim or Jew, anywhere.
"I don't think that was necessary," Marya warns them. "I think she was backing down."
Trachtenberg chuckles. "She would've started chasing us again as soon as we would've tried to ride away. That's how the female mind works. We would all know; we're all females."
"Not bitches, we're not."
All eyes stare at Marya.
"I mean...we ARE bitches, but... Look, wolves might be degenerate, but they have souls."
Oseku returns. "It doesn't matter anymore. Good or evil, that one's soul is history. Now, as memory serves, we were hunting our ex-husbands to extinction?"
They all mount up. With Kershen back at the reins, they ride away.
Hours pass. The she-wolf's corpse stays where it is. The moon sets. A cooler wind blows through the forest.
From the shadows, another wolf emerges. He's as tall as a horse at the shoulders. He's got longer fangs. A collar, made of chrome metal, hangs from his neck.
On the collar, an Asgardian symbol is branded. This wolf is a berserker...one that specializes in wolf-morphing.
He sees the she-wolf, with his glowing green eyes. He nudges her carcass with his paw. He moves his nose around it, checking for scents. He detects them. They're of human females. He'd expect them to be more pungent than his nose detects...
Whatever the case, he can tell that this death was of no blight's doing. Versus that, his eyes change, and glow red.
Bitch killer, he whispers telepathically, consider my following signal both a warning, and a war cry! With that, he sits, cocks his head back, and howls.
All around him, far away, his brothers return the same howl. And the womanhunt for the six bitch-killers is on.
