Kadoya Tsukasa (Kamen Rider Decade) new journey after the incident in Zio Ar World

This message no longer seems relevant given how old this novel is, but I will say it nonetheless. A few years ago I fell into the slippery slope of Japanese fiction, I started with innocent anime like One Piece, Dragonball, and Naruto, but then I started to read manga, and eventually that lead into light novels. Of course that path would eventually lead to this website, where you and myself most likely have found our source of entertainment. In the beginning when I joined this community and would indulge myself in the vast repository that this website has, most of the novels followed a basic structure of power growth that typically started from a weak point and eventually becoming one of the strongest. This was changed however with new implementations in this website that fostered fan-fictions and with it came a genre that I believe essentially removed a year of my social life: wish fulfillment. I often see these new fan-fictions or even originals sometimes that literally have the main character given whatever they want. I presume these stories are largely self-inserts and based off of what the author themselves want. I would like to emphasize this before I continue: ---->I am not speaking from a place of authority and thus do not believe that reading these are bad for everyone<----, but in my experience ever since I have started reading these wish fulfillment stories I realize that, in a snowball effect, I have become essentially addicted to these writings. I would go hours on end looking for a new novel that would feed my need for an "overpowered character".  Often I found myself ashamed to show people what I was reading on my phone, and this cemented the idea even further that I should not continue to be a part of this "community". I am sure there are some good parts of this website, many have good stories and character development, but right now this website is not built to incentive that, and thus these crappy yet addicting SI fan-fictions run rampant. I wrote this just in the off likely chance that someone sees this and they found themselves in a similar situation that there are other people just like you. After I am finished writing this I will delete everything from the library and maybe I'll read a book with genuine literary merit. Also, I understand people might hate this and feel free to vent in the comments. This message will be posted on all my other shitty novels that I wrote when I had a bad idea for a book.

My eyes shoot wide open! "Where am I?" Confusion evident on my face.

I see that I'm in a room, the walls are wooden but not like the one I'm used to, it seems like it's Japanese inspired. 

As I think get my thoughts in order, a sharp pain in my head suddenly appears.

"Ahh!"

What the hell I thought, it feels like someone's playing with my brain! 

Intense memories rushes through my head. Names, places and events play through my head.

As the pain subsides I finally start to organize what the hell I just experienced.

"I am Kakazu?" Confusion once again appears on my face , but also a hint of fear.

The idea seems so ridiculous that I'm not sure if I'm even sane right now. I have somehow been tossed into the body of Kakazu one of the Zombie Combo, S-rank shinobi in the bingo books and a missing nin of Takigakure...

A smile slowly appears on my face before disappearing.

'I can become immortal if I just stick to canon! But wait what if I somehow mess up and they don't give me the Earth Grudge Fear justsu.'

Eventually I just decide that I'll try to stand out and hopefully they will let me use it. I'll try to be known as a genius, maybe that will give me more access to jutsus that others don't typically have access too and eventually that will lead to the goldmine.

Settling my thoughts into order I finally take notice of my surroundings.

From my new added memories I'm in my apartment that I own.

'Huh who knew Kakazu or me now I guess, was an orphan'

But this actually benefits me, I don't wanna deal with a new family, I don't wanna chance getting caught acting weird. And from my new memories Kakazu was a lonely child, he didn't have any friends or anyone close too. 

'Lucky!' I thought 'I basically have a clean slate no worrying about behaving weird.'

As I search through my memories I jump a little bit as I remember I have class today.

I start getting ready for school. It's kinda weird knowing where stuff is right now. When I think about something I need, my mind immediately gives me a memory of where it is and giving me the memories of the times I've done this exact routine.

As I walk out and lock my door my body automatically start walking towards the academy.

'This is still a surreal situation. I was falling asleep reading fanfictions, that was the last memory I have before all this happened. It's not like there was anyone at home for me anyway.'

'I was an average kid with an average life I got by life fine. My parents died when I was 35, I mourned them and all that and life moved on. I had relationships here and there but not anything serious. I worked as a mail carrier and it had good pay and benefits. During my free time I watched anime and read fan-fictions. This is honestly what I've wished for whenever I read a self insert fan-fictions. What I would do in this situation or what not to do'

I end my reminiscing there as I enter the academy. I slide open the door and meet kids the same age as me. Kakazu is in his 3rd week as an academy student so I'm 8 right now.

As I look around I see no one in particular that catches my eyes. Nothing in my memories provide me with information about interacting with any of them. Maybe a few introductions at the beginning but nothing afterwards.

'Wow pretty anti social kid...not like I could say anything. I was pretty much the same.' I thought

I start going towards the stairs and nobody glances at me. My memory provides my usual seat and promptly go towards it. 

I sit down and wait till class starts.

Kakazu is I think a very interesting character for me, the only reason he lost was plot armor tbh. For gods sake he's older than the 3rd hokage, he has a power that makes him super hard to kill and you're telling me naruto kills him. You telling me he didn't have a backup plan, or have the skill to escape? *sigh* I feel like Kakazu would've been an interesting character to go in-depth in. He was betrayed by his own village. How come naruto didn't give him the talk no jutsu. Sorry just me rambling! Anyways let me know if you guys want me to continue this or not. Awaiting your replies. Cya!!

hello, i just wanted to let you all know the reason that i'm mot writing as much. 

First it's because of people over analyzing my fiction where i stated MANY TIMES that this is something i was writing for fun. IF YOU have a problem with how i'm writing my story then guess what????....WRITING YOUR OWN STORY IS FREE.

Second, i made too many changes to what i first decided when i was going to write the story. And now i don't really have an idea where the story might end up.

Third, all of the fictions i will be writing are just for my amusement. If you want a perfect story with amazing and intricate plots, then anything that i write won't be that.

ANYWAYS, sorry to let you guys down. i will continue to write this story sometimes but i'm going to be thinking about new ideas for other fictions.

'I can become immortal if I just stick to canon! I'm not sure how i'll acquire "it" but I think I need to stand out, if i'm noticed as a one of a kind genius, maybe they'll give me certain privileges and maybe that will lead to the Jiongu.
The infamous kinjutsu Jiongu or Earth Grudge Fear in english; makes the user have black threads inside the body, the threads are used for offensive and defensive purposes, the threads can be used to steal human organs and integrate them into the users, making them prolong their life, the most important organ is the heart, it's essentially what makes the user live longer. The hearts gives the user the opponents hearts chakra reserves, and also their chakra nature. The jiongu is able to store 5 hearts including the users originals.
 
I need the jiongu in order to survive this world. Eventually I just decide that I'll stick to the plan and hopefully that will lead me to it.

A Guide to Webnovels
 
Some of you may have heard of webnovels / webfiction by now. Huge successes like Worm or The Wandering Inn have certainly not gone unnoticed by speculative fiction fans and most of us have heard whispers about that legendary site: Wattpad. Still, webnovels remain a niche product, with its audience being mostly teenagers. People might avoid them because the quality of the novels wildly vary and it takes too long to sift through so many options until you find something decent. But how is that different from looking through self-published books? Another reason is that people might simply not know where to look. Especially with webfiction guide not accepting new users, there's no other sites that list webnovels from various sources for you to look through. Or are there?
Well, buckle up, fellow speculative-ists, I'm about to help you out with finding new, free fiction that releases at a faster rate than that one book if you've waiting for for 5 years!
(Full disclosure: I am a webnovel author. You may find my name / novel pretty quickly on one of the sites I will mention in this guide because I'm on trending and high up on the dark fantasy tag there. I'm not writing all of this for self-promotion purposes, however. It honestly makes me sad to see amazing webnovels doing poorly while average ones do amazingly simply because the audience is severely skewed. This is my attempt to broaden the audience a little bit, while giving other speculative fiction fans the chance to find amazing stories and fellow authors another outlet for their creations.)
Let's get into it:
The cons of webnovels
Quality does vary greatly and you'll have to sift through tags and read synopsis, reviews and first chapters looking for something you like and that is a bit timeconsuming. I still think it's not much different from looking for books you might enjoy, if you search efficiently.
Novels tend to be dropped. A lot. The golden rule that everyone tends to follow is: if it's less than 20~30 chapters or 200 pages, don't touch it. Filter out everything that is on hiatus. Big yes to novels that have at least one arc / volume / book finished.
The pros of webnovels
They're almost all completely free. Authors will have patreons, paypal and ko-fi if you want to tip them or get extra rewards, but that's it. If you don't like something, you've wasted nothing but a bit of time.
Fast releases. To make their novels competitive, authors tend to release new chapters at the very least weekly, with the most common release schedule being 2~3 times a week. Some even release daily. Some, still, release several chapters a day. You can follow the novel, forget about it during the week or for a month and end up with quite a stash of chapters to binge.
Being part of something that is being created "in real time". Webnovel authors will often ask for input from their readers, have fun polls where they ask them to vote on certain things, active discord servers, etc. You can also come up with and discuss theories and character growth as the story advances. It's a livelier community than getting a book that's finished and then you just talk about a full, finished project.
Where to look for webnovels?
With webfiction guide not accepting new members, it becomes a bit harder to find an impartial list of quality webnovels. You can still look at their top webfiction guide, but you're likely to have heard about some, if not all of the authors there. So, what to do when you've read through this list already (or browsed through it and nothing caught your attention)?
Muse's Success - This is a "sister site" to webfiction guide that serves as a directory. Webnovels have to be added manually either by fans or the authors and there is a rating system, but I can't vouch for how reliable it is.
If you want to forego directories and go right to the source, however, I'd say RoyalRoad is the biggest site for speculative webfiction. Yes, Wattpad exists, but it's largely for romance (some with speculative elements, of course), but it's also a bit of a mess to navigate and it's very unkind to new authors and works more like a SNS than an actual writing site. RoyalRoad offers better options in terms of following webnovels, looking through and filtering tags, getting rid of fictions you don't want to see, etc. It's a very good platform, overall, the best of its kind, I would say. It does lack a mobile app, but that's being worked on at the moment.
The Tops and Lists
Of course, the first place most people will look at is the tops and most viewed lists on any site. Don't be surprised if you find yourself disappointed with some of these. It happens. Make sure you don't stick to the first page only.
Best Rated - As the name indicates, this is a list of the best rated novels in the entire website. Some of them are already finished and have been so for years, some are still ongoing and have been so for years. You can select the complete only and active only best rated depending on whether you're looking for completed or on-going novels, too.
Trending - This is a list of 50 fictions that are doing the best at the moment, on the site. They call them the "rising stars" because they tend to be newer fictions, but you might find some older ones there as well.
Popular This Week - Again, as the name suggests, the novels that have been most viewed and rated the past week.
These lists tend to be somewhat repetitive. If you're on the top 7 on trending, you get a lot of exposure and that makes you rise on Popular This Week and Best Rated. It's kind of a cycle. So, what to do if you're done reading everything that interested you on these?
