She was 5' 7" with perfect shaped body, not so lean nor so husky. Her maw black long hairs would reach till the bump of her luscious ass. Her dark black eyes with arched eyebrows were very catchy. Her round face with a fair glossy complexion often turned heads around.

"I was confused with two choice, if I want to continue the path of skating or to become a teacher. Until I met that teacher. "Your teacher is really a good person." Hiroto complimented. 

Kirisu nodded, "After he said that to me I was thinking If I could become a teacher like him and that I should be able to do what he was able to do.."

"Then, I became a teacher. In the start I was brimming with passion and dedication to the teachers life." Kirisu smiled again.

"And around that time, a student somehow got close to me. She always asked me for advice about her music since she really wanted to enroll in a music university. I was happy that someone was relying on me back then." Kirisu smile but little by little she was becoming sadder. 

Hiroto noticed the changes but didn't say anything and continued to listen.

"She applied to the school music university but, she failed. I felt sad and confused because I have made her feel livid and motivated but that point of time I realize..I had the wrong idea of what I was doing and wasn't able to understand what 'kindness' really means." Kirisu looked down.

"I thought that a teacher should always guide students and help them what they wanted to become but I was wrong. When I looked at her I saw myself when I was younger, a student that wanted to become a teacher but right now I had took a student to an emotion filled path that becomes her negativity and that made me realize that I cannot become a teacher like him."

"Because of that I didn't have the face to teach there anymore..from then on I focused on the talent of every student they had, if they are talented in a field they want to pursue. Then, I would try to make them realized that it was the best path they have to take.

"..."

"I'm sorry, Kirisu-sensei. I should not ask." Hiroto said

Kirisu shook her head, "It's okay"  he was sad hearing Kirisu's hardship but he couldn't help but say.

"What about the untalented student, sensei. If they don't have any talent on them then what would you do?..."

"I understand that you wanted to help students to their best path, but in the end it comes to the person's ability to work hard, persistence and motivation to one path they wanted to take, should they not have one, it's easy to say that they can easily fail."

"Then, even if they have a minimal amount of talent on one field then I a teacher would focus on that." Kirisu said with a slightly higher voice.

"What if they weren't happy doing it, would you keep teaching them even if they became unhappy about it..."

Without knowing they were already at the apartment building and she went upstairs. Kirisu opened the door of her apartment while Hiroto opened his door before he was able to enter, she called him.

"Hiroto-kun… Thank you." Kirisu went inside quickly as she crouched and covered her face with her knees.

Hiroto was called by Ao who was the manager and editor of the novel he signed at a publishing company.

He traveled to Akihabara and reached their in just minutes and after getting to the company, he was suddenly surprised.

"Ahh! it's Hiroto-kun, what nice timing come here quick we'll show you.." Ao san energetically said as his bald head had a reflection that can blind one's eyesight 

Hiroto was brought to the meeting room, everyone had a tired look on their face but they all had a smile..

The managerial, every department directors and the president was at the meeting room.

"Everyone, let's clap for our rising star, Tamaki-kun for bringing the company to its better glory!!" the president said.

"And let's clap to ourselves for being busy these past two weeks, we have been tired but it was worth it!, look at the graph of Tamaki-san republishing in just a week and seems like many stores wanted more restock." ome employee had changed the slide on the front to the two week of publishing. The rise was astounding. From the first three days which had 20,000 copies to 50,000 in three days.

"Yes, the books were being emptied after they were restocked. It turned infamous to its popularity due to the first chapters at the website as a "Daring Novel" that was suddenly serialized to a light novel and many had recommended it for others by then this hype already happened. "If you change your mind then don't hesitate to join us and we will welcome you open arms." Ao said.

"...Thank you for the offer  but I'm sorry, I don't have plans for now but I would still complete the Haruhi Light novel to its completion." Hiroto smiled while rubbing the back of his head

Hiroto was asked by Ao which surprised him. "Do you have time at saturday."

"What is it Ao-san?"

"It seems that your illustrator wanted to meet you to discuss something"


"Eh? that's okay, I think I can have time for that."


"Then, don't pressure yourself, you two would be the only to meet, he-he you should be happy.."

"Eh, why?" Hiroto asked in confusion

"Because its a girl.." Ao teasingly said

"Is that so.." Hiroto said

"Why not much reaction…"

"I already have a girlfriend, she will kill me if I had expectations." Hiroto raised his hands.

"... youth's act fast this days huh.." Ao only sighed 

"Well, that's to be expected ha.ha" Hiroto dryly laugh.

"Let's have a drink sometime, I could give you advice on your relationship..."

"Eh, but I'm still underage.."

"You just need to drink juice, juice is still a drink, I didn't say about alcohol boya…." Ao pats his shoulder.

A sound of party poppers pop in the living room of Hiroto's house. Honoka's house was small so afterwards he had been the one who recommended his house as the party place since he was the only one occupying and it would lessen their money spending rather than scheduling to a restaurant or something. 
Upon seeing his home, Honoka and co. was surprised at the space it occupies. While Maki and Umi felt shy because it was their first time being in a males house and moreover him living alone. With the lead of Umi they had made the party dishes with his consent while he bought the ingredients that was not enough. Until an hour passed they had prepared everything.

A two table connected full of nice smelling food, drinks and confectionery for the girls taste.

"Hiroto-kun/chan, Maki-chan!" Umi and co. said his name at the same time then looked at each other smiling.

"Thank you for helping us." the three of them bowed deeply to Hiroto

"N-no, you don't have to thank us that much ! I just did what was right." Hiroto waved his hand frantically while Maki twirled her hair and did not say anything.

"No! Helping us in training and exercise, Helping Umi-chan to conquer her stage fright and you Maki-chan, Hiroto-kun created that wonderful music for us. Honoka said with a resolute energetic voice and she bent her body to 90 degrees as to thank them. Meanwhile, Umi and Kotori followed up.

Hiroto can only gladly smile, well they were really kind girls that he was happy to help.

"You're welcome.., everyone had already practiced enough to make this live a success right? I hope this live will reach the hearts of the students at our school" Umi and the co. raised their heads to look at Hiroto.

"Yes, we're ready perfect!" Honoka beamed as she enthusiastically said while Umi and Kotori nodded the same. (AN:Lol)

"Un." Kotori said.

"It's thanks to you guys that we didn't have to worry about other things. We just have to focus practicing our dance steps and thanks to the maid training, I was able to lower my fear, now I don't react that much.." Umi said with a composed expression and smiled gratefully.

"Come on, Maki-chan say something to them as well." Hiroto whispered to her ear.

"Why do I have to say something, isn't it your duty?" Maki said in a low voice as she rolled her eyes on him. In a moment of looking at Hiroto's face she surrendered and sighed. She looked at the three that had expectations on their face.

"... well, your welcome..." Maki looks sideways as she crossed her arms.

"..."

'That's just like her..' The trio laughed at her shying away.

"We will definitely show a successful live!" Honoka raised her fist up high, totally determined.

"Yes, will not make our hard work be wasted!" Kotori joined her bandwagon.

"We practiced so hard after all." Umi smiled.

Hiroto nodded, 'They had grown their personality in just a month' he thought and could not help but smile.

'I should record their live performance. It's for the sake of school in the end and they haven't noticed Takeshi's publishing yet?, they might just be that focus on their training.' 

"Then everyone? KANPAI!!" Hiroto raised his glasses, everyone saw his gestures and did the same.

"KANPAI!" Umi and the co. followed up. Maki did the same but had a lower voice.

They started eating the food on the table.

"Karaage really tastes good!, try it Maki-chan!." Hiroto couldn't help but praise the karaage he was eating.

"Eh? Mmm!" Maki was only holding her cup of juice was a bit surprised when she felt a piece of food flew into her mouth that unconsciously opened since he asked so.. 

Hiroto put the karaage inside her mouth using his chopsticks. "It's really good right?"

"Mm!" Maki chewed down the food inside her mouth "indeed delicious, wait! Why did you do that so sudden" Maki followed up while getting flustered a bit.

"If I wait for your approval you will just reject it."

"Aren't that a couple thing." Maki said with a cute low voice.

"Aren't we..?" Hiroto whispered, while he holds her hands not seen by others.

"Idiot, don't say it out loud." Maki whispered while feeling embarrassed. She couldn't help but pinch his waist.

"Since when did you become this close? Hiroto-chan, Maki-chan?" Honoka said, while Hiroto and Maki realized that they had shown them something misleading but it wasn't and was the truth. Hiroto looked at Maki as if waiting for an approval. Maki didn't reply and had look sideways while pouting.

'How should I say this..' Hirot felt troubled. He whispered to Maki what he should say.

"I don't know...it's embarrassing" 

"Eh?, well, actually Maki and I were going out.."

"EH?!?!?!"

"Since when?!"

"It's not!, were no--" 

'Geee' Honoka and Kotori stared at the embarrassed Maki who was shouting already. Until she give up.

"Fine, we're g-going out that's the answer…."

Honoka and Kotori had understood that with their closeness during this week, they had already developed a special connection with each other, it was just a matter of time. They are both happy and not happy with the revelations. 

"I see, congratulations Hiroto-kun, Maki-chan. " Umi smiled.

"Hehe, Thank you very much. Umi-senpai."

Honoka and Kotori look at Umi then look at each other. They only sighed and also congratulate them.

"Thank you everyone"

"Make sure to take care of Maki-chan, or you will regret." Honoka

"Un! Make Maki-chan happy " Kotori 

"!"

"Maki, if hiroto did something that makes you unhappy don't hesitate to speak with me." Umi said smiling seems not a smile.

'That's a warning right, it's a warning right?' Hiroto thought

"Don't say it anymore it's embarrassing.." Maki said while cowering at his back.

"What are you saying, so suddenly!" Maki felt shy and she looked at the side as Hiroto whispered to her ear.

"Let us show them the song that I taught you last two weeks ago, Maki. I will play the piano and you sing." he said.

'It was supposed to be an emergency thing, if the live isn't successful, it can't be helped if I can motivate them I guess,' he thought.

"Eh!, why?" Maki was kind of surprised by the sudden proposed by Hiroto.

"Let's just do it, there's no need to be shy.." Hiroto straightly said.

"Fine...just this once, okay!" Maki said while not being honest with her answer.

"Why did we practice if we wouldn't perform, well let just show them."

Hiroto prepared his piano while Maki drank some water to clear her throat. Meanwhile, the three was curiously looking at them while whispering at each other. Honoka wasn't able to stop her curious mind.

"What'chu playing Hiroto-chan?" Honoka said.

"To think that you would have something like this." Kotori said with anticipation.

"A duet?, you're training her right?, how did you have time for this."' Umi felt confused, she didn't consider this as training as well. Since she would be singing while he was playing. Hiroto rubbed his head to think of a reason.

Chapter 4. Getting published (2)

Rei was currently sitting in front of Nagamo-san as he was talking about the flaws in his novel.

"Here, this part where the protagonist tried to cut off his fingers when he found out that he wasn't able to play music like before"

"What is the problem with this part?"

"No, it is good but don't you think that you can make the bloody part short"

"Huh"

"I mean, this part has too much blood and gore to be featured in a literature work"

"You think so"

"Yeah"

"OK, I will try to make it less intense"

Rei had wrote this part thinking about the time when he had tried to cut off his fingers when he had found out that he wasn't able to write like before.

He had poured his every feeling out in that part but it seems like it was a bit too intense.

On the other hand, Nagamo-san was thinking about how Rei had written that part. 

When he had read that part, he had gotten goosebumps and after consulting with some other editors he had felt that this part was too intense. That's why he had told Rei to cut it down a bit.

But he really wanted to know how he had written that part in that much detail. No, he wanted to know how Rei, a 16 year old had written a novel this good.

After that part, they went on to some other parts and after a hour, they finally reached the ending.

"The ending was rather unexpected, if I say so"

"It was written to be unexpected"

"How do you even think about the ending, I mean what was going on your mind when you write that ending"

"I just wanted to write something that readers can find intriguing and unexpected"

"It was certainly unexpected, I mean killing the main character at the end when he was finally going to fulfil his dream was a rather unexpected choice"

"That's how I imagined the ending would be from the start"

"You wanted to kill the main character from the start"

"Yeah, the main character wasn't a good character to begin with, he was someone who never realised his talent and after realising it, he destroyed his talent and make mistakes he couldn't handle. In the end, his fate was dying"

"I have one more question, In the whole novel, I felt some hatred towards the main character, no I am certain after meeting you, you hated the main character, right"

"I did hated him, he was the type of a person I never wanted to become "

Rei certainly hated the main character, no he hated his past self which the character was based on.

After hearing Rei's answers, Nagamo-san fall into a silence and started thinking about something and after some minutes, he finally said.

"You aren't a ghost writer, right"

Nagamo-san question amused Rei. Anyone would certainly doubt Rei as a ghost writer if they read his novel.

"Do I look like one?"

"No, you don't, although I have previously doubts about you, from talking to you, I think that you are the real writer"

"That's good but you don't want to change the ending"

"No, it was perfect for your novel"

"Thank you and the publishing"

"Oh, congratulations Yuuki sensei, our publishing house wants to publish your novel. No, Please let me take care of your novel"

Nagamo-san hold a hand towards Rei as he said that and after thinking it through, Rei holded Nagamo-san hand. It was the start of a cooperation which will change the literary industry in the future.

The atmosphere was tense. Nagamo-san was in a editorial department meeting.

Sitting in front of him was the the head editor and the topic of discussion was Rei's novels.

"What do you think about the novel" Nagamo-san asked the head editor and there was anxiousness in his voice.

Nagamo-san had already confirmed Rei's book for publication. He can do it as he has that authority as a senior editor but he still wanted to know the thoughts of the head editor.

The head editor was a old man with a moustache. He opened his mouth to give his thoughts about the novel and Nagamo-san was carefully listening.

"I never read anything before like that, you said it was written by a 16 year old"

"Yeah, it is"

"Congratulations, you have found a genius"

"You think so"

"This novel had everything that can make the readers interested in it. It's characters have distinct personalities and it tells you a very important lesson"

"A important lesson?"

"Yeah, it tells that sometimes geniuses are both made and destroyed by the circumstances"

"Geniuses are made and destroyed by circumstances"

"Yeah, on one side is the protagonist, who is a genius and on the other side is his rival which at start loses to him but in the end, the circumstances made him a winner. It really is a intriguing story"

"Yeah, the author is also a interesting person"

"Only a interesting person can write something like this and I would really like to meet a young genius who actually hates a genius"

"So, what do you think. Will this novel sell. What would you think the readers response would be"

"It will sell, I am sure of it. Readers will first buy it as the author is still a high school student. It will be a curiosity at first but it will soon change into craziness for the novel"

The opening ceremony of the international book exhibition in Shanghai would be held at 10 o'clock in the morning.
Gun-Ho and President Jeong-Sook Shin walked out of Hilton Hotel and took a taxi heading to Nanjing Lu where the book exhibition would be held. The opening ceremony was to be held in the exhibition hall. When they arrived at their destination, Gun-Ho could see the banner on the platform saying 'Shanghai International Book Exhibition'.
Gun-Ho wrote his name on the guestbook in Korean before entering the exhibition; he wrote it as 'the owner of GH Media in Korea—Gun-Ho Goo'. When the female staff at the registration desk saw Gun-Ho's name on the guestbook, they laughed while looking at each other. Everyone wrote their names in Chinese, so maybe Gun-Ho's name in Korean seemed interesting and fun to look at.
The opening ceremony started with Shanghai City's deputy mayor's congratulatory message. After the deputy mayor delivered the message, people applauded. Seukang Li was sitting on a chair at the platform. Gun-Ho was sitting in an area where all other participants were found.
 
Gun-Ho and President Jeong-Sook Shin slowly walked around the exhibition; they were wearing a flower on their chest, which were given by the staff. The book exhibition was carrying all types of books from children's story books to cryptic philosophy books.
"Gun-Ho Goo."
Someone called Gun-Ho's name and Gun-Ho turned around. It was Seukang Li.
"Hey, I've been looking for you."
Gun-Ho introduced Seukang Li to President Jeong-Sook Shin.
"This is the director of the Shanghai's Bureau of cultural affairs, radio broadcasting, film, television, media, and arts."
President Jeong-Sook Shin extended her hand to Seukang Li for a handshake with a smile.
"Oh, you must be President Jeong-Sook Shin from GH Media. It's a pleasure to meet you."
"How did you know her name?"
Gun-Ho asked,
"I just saw it on the guestbook."
 
Seukang Li introduced other Chinese publishing companies' business owners to President Jeong-Sook Shin. China had a very stringent policy in approving the publishing business license, so most of the publishing companies in China were large companies. That contrasted with Korea's environment where there were many small publishing companies with only one or two employees. President Shin received tens of business cards from the Chinese business owners of publishing companies.
Seukang Li said to Gun-Ho in a low voice,
"Thank you, Gun-Ho. I told the publishing companies' owners that GH Media is a very popular publishing company in Korea. That's why they are pouring their business cards into President Shin. They want to make a connection with President Shin hoping that they can publish their book in the Korean market."
"I see."
"Guess what I told them."
"What did you tell them?"
"I told that the owner of that famous GH Media publishing company is my best friend."
"Haha. You didn't lie to them."
"Thank you so much, Gun-Ho. You and President Shin's presence means a lot to me and to this book exhibition."
"You're very welcome, Seukang Li. You must be very busy. You don't have to stay with us. I will look more around the exhibition with President Shin before we leave."
 
As Gun-Ho looked at the books displayed at the exhibition, he asked President Shin.
"There are tons of books here. Are you sure there is not even a single book you want to publish in Korea?"
"Well, there are several history books that are intriguing to me."
Gun-Ho then said,
"If you think we can sell even only their first edition, let's make a contract. If necessary, I will invest more funds in GH Media to give support."
"That won't be necessary, sir. GH Media has enough funds to handle those contracts now. I will make a contract for three history books then."
"When you do that, please tell them that Director Seukang Li of the Bureau of cultural affairs and media recommended those books to you and that that's why you decided to publish them in Korea."
"Haha. Understood, sir."
President Jeong-Sook Shin made a contract right away with the corresponding publishing company's staff, and she didn't forget to tell them that Seukang Li recommended the books.
"I am signing the contract because Shanghai City's Director Seukang Li strongly recommended it. I didn't even read the books yet."
"Oh, Shi Ma (Is it)?"
President Shin gave them a small amount of deposit as she signed the book contract and promised them to wire-transfer the remaining balance once she returned to Korea. Since President Shin couldn't speak Chinese, Gun-Ho interpreted for her during the contract signing. President Shin smiled and said,
"Hahaha. I feel like I am the owner of the business, and you are my employee since you are interpreting for me during my contract signing."
"Haha." Gun-Ho laughed.
 
Gun-Ho and President Shin were having a beverage while sitting on a chair when Min-Hyeok arrived at the book exhibition.
"Hey, Min-Hyeok!"
"I am sorry I am late."
"You have already met GH Media's President Jeong-Sook Shin, right?"
"Of course, I have. How are you, President Shin?"
As Min-Hyeok said hi to President Shin, President Shin gave him a slight nod of greeting with a smile.
"President Shin, you haven't been to our GH factory in China, have you?"
"No, I haven't."
"Why don't you visit us then? We are located in Suzhou City."
"Sure. I will."
"Oh, how did your visit to Qingdao City go?"
"It went well. I went there because of a product claim we received."
"A product claim?"
"Yes. One of our customer companies made a product claim. They said they received defective products from us, 10,000 of them. I was terrified, so I immediately visited their site to verify the defective products myself."
"Really? How is that possible? I can't believe that our factory manufactured 10,000 defective products. Our GH Mobile's former plant manager is there working in the factory with an advisory position. He wouldn't have let anything like that happen under his supervision."

Kay got a much better handle on her growing feelings for Joseph, thanks to her talk with Nitocris and having a heart-to-heart girl talk with Sayuri. The guilt she had been washed away and the longing she had for him became a bearable pain.
If Big Bro Nic could wait for Xing Han, she could wait for Joseph.
The only thing she didn't know was whether she had the strength to let him go should he end up with someone else before she could even 'make her move'. 
That was something she pushed to the back of her mind so that she could handle each day as it came.
As for Joseph, he went down another route. 
Having felt like he was not good enough for Kay, or that he would ever be able to reach her heights and provide for her the way she is used to … he started to write.
The blog that he had started became his starting point and he used the pen name 'Rose' to start writing. He opened up an entirely new account with that pen name at the online reading platform he had been using for the past year.
There was this 'writing prompt' contest that would reward the winner with some cash, the online currency that is used to 'unlock' chapters, and an online banner advertising the novel for a month. 
In order to win, the readers would have to vote on it. After a month of voting, the top 3 novels would go through a judging process by a publishing company. All three would be offered publishing deals, but only the best would win the competition.
There was no 'second' or 'third' place - though perhaps, the fact that they would get offered a publishing contract was a prize in itself.
It wasn't that Joseph though he would win - although it would be a lie to say that he didn't have some hope. It was more of the fact that the writing contest seemed to call out to him, for its theme was 'forbidden romance'. 
Forbidden in the sense like 'Romeo and Juliet' whereby the two lovers were from families that were at 'war' with each other. Not forbidden in the sense like in Shakespeare's Hamlet, where the son had an Oedipus Complex - that is, the sone was in love with the mother (though some argued and disagreed of such an interpretation).
Joseph felt that the best way to deal with his feelings and to settle it, was to write about it. However, he would be in control of what happened and what the ending would be like. He had the entire structure in his head, which included all the fantasies and hopes he had, mixed with the reality of the situation.
He was going to use the novel to release the pent-up frustrations and, perhaps come to terms with the turmoil that invaded his soul.
He used the pen name 'Rose' because he didn't want people to know that he, a guy, would be writing a romance story. Worse, it would really be a pure romance story that had no action scenes or anything of the sort.
Just thinking that people he knew would read his jottings sent him in a panic so he kept the secret close to his heart. He didn't even tell his sister, who would most likely make fun of him anyway.
He didn't have much hope in it gaining any readers for he was writing just to get the stuffiness out of his chest. 
So he began writing, entering the competition. His angle? 
A young boy falling in love with his older 'sister' - not blood related, but a sister he gained when their parents got married. He adjusted a bit so that it wasn't too close to his own life, but close enough that he could be more realistic with what happened.
To his surprise, his novel not only gained readers, but it also became extremely popular. So popular that a month later, he was informed that he had won the competition. 
He was so shocked, yet happy.
Despite the fact that he was a minor, it didn't mean that he couldn't form the publishing contract as a minor is allowed to work in Country Tz (and most countries around the world, in fact).
Thus, he was spared the hassle of informing his father to sign the contract.
With the contract, he was assured with a steady supply of income for a year, as that would be the time he was given to continue the novel on the online platform. Once it was completed, the novel would be printed in book form for anyone who wished to obtain a physical copy.
Little did Joseph know, that his little act of penning down his feelings then would become his career in the future. For now, though it was just a hobby still. 
A hobby that paid.
Thus, at that point, Kay and Joseph had accepted their fate and continued their lives in a new routine.
However, that routine was rudely shattered one day for Kay. 
It had started as a normal day, when she was hit by this huge wave of fear and worry from her twin.
She clutched her chest, feeling agitated, and she had trouble breathing. She didn't call out to Kyle, knowing that he would not be in any state of mind to talk. 
She was deathly worried, however, as to what had happened.
While her mind was fuzzy with all of this, her phone rang. She saw that it was Beatrice and her heart thumped within her as she picked it up. 
"Sayuri's injured and is at Trinity Hospital," Beatrice told her succinctly.
"Got it," Kay replied hoarsely, her heart in her throat, "Please call my parents and inform them as well."
"They are the next on the list for me to call," Beatrice replied, "As well as the other Elite Five."
"Thank you," Kay said as she was already on her way down. Putting in her earpiece, she contacted Zero, knowing that he was the one that was on duty today to pick up Sayuri.
Her apartment was close by and although she reached the hospital quickly, she had taken time to park her car. When she rushed to the emergency room, she saw Kyle standing outside the operating room theater doors, looking lost.
He turned towards her, his face pale.
She went over and hugged him, holding him tight as he held her tightly back. No words were said, be it openly or mentally. 
He was too broken.
Kay pulled him down, making him sit and they held hands while they waited. Not long after, Delilah and Patrick arrived.
"Oh, Kyle, my baby," she said, tears in her eyes. She rushed over and hugged him, while Patrick sat down beside Kay.
"How is she?" he asked.
"We don't know. She's in the operating room," Kay said.
"What happened?" Delilah asked softly.
Kyle clenched his hands so tightly together that it was pale, he said, "She was attacked."
"WHAT?!" gasped Delilah and Patrick.
Kyle didn't intend to hide the truth from them although he wasn't going to give them the whole picture either. The fact that Sayuri had been attacked couldn't be hidden anyway, as the injuries she sustained were too severe for it to be just an accident. 
Also, Kyle wanted the whole world to know.
Right now, he was too worried about Sayuri to bother or care about Sarah. It was enough that she was caught. He knew the Team would not kill her, and that was enough.
He didn't care what they did to her in the meantime as well.
Kay watched her brother suffering and she said with a few changes to the story, "When Zero went to pick up Sayuri, he saw her being pushed down the stairs."
Delilah gasped, putting her hand in her mouth, "But what was she doing at the stairs?! She's so heavily pregnant …"
"Delilah," Patrick said softly, "I don't think blaming anyone at this point will do anyone any good."
She looked at him aggrieved, for that was not what she was doing. However, upon seeing how her son was so 'out of it', she didn't say anything. It wasn't the time nor the place for an argument.
Instead, she calmed down and said, "I am not blaming her. I was just surprised because Sayuri is normally very sensible."
Patrick nodded, realising he had been too hasty. Then again, if he had felt Delilah was blaming Sayuri, he was sure Kyle had felt the same as well.
"Let's just let the police handle it," Kay said. Their parents agreed, thinking that it's best to just keep quiet and not agitate Kyle even more. He was worried enough as it is.
The Elite Five arrived and they sat there quietly, offering support while waiting for Sayuri's operation to end.
Several hours later, Dr. He came out.

Her voice was bone-chilling cold, but it managed to get Jiang LuiWei fired up.  He got up to sit behind her and wrap his arms around her. Feeling Jiang LuiWei's arms around her waist and his face snuggled up against her neck, Lin BaiXue couldn't help but smile. 

"Someone take out the trash."

She said uninterested while running her fingers through Ming ShuoYan's hair. The girl was dragged out of the building and never seen again.  Ming ShuoYan sat at her feet with his head on her lap and Go Tan was sitting on the other side massaging her hands. Ironically they all looked like dogs by their master. (author: I think they took their role of her dogs to seriously.)  The music started again and Lin BaiXue watched her family do what they did best, and that was party.

"Wei, Yan, I want you to sing. I haven't heard you in a long time."

Said Lin BaiXue pushing them a little. They both looked at each other than at her and smiled then ran up to the stage. She was couldn't help but smile as everything went back to the way it was before she left. It was something she thought she would never see again, after all, she thought she would be dead by now. The three of them were known for taking songs and making them switching vocals no matter what song it was, so it wasn't a surprise when they did it. The beat dropped and the whole room was bursting with sound.
