He had previously briefly sensed a ghost like presence with the aid of the Zodiac formation but the appearance of this creature. No it was better to call it a thing. But the appearance of this thing all but confirmed it.


Since time immemorial, deceased beings have always entered the cycle of reincarnation. Originally reincarnation was a simple process, when someone dies his/her soul passes into the cycle in which an automated process where the deeds of that soul is judged and sent to be reborn. Ancient records tells that those with no major karma will be reborn mortal ie humans, elves, dwarves etc. Those with tremendous accomplishments become heavenly beings, Xiantian at birth. Those with negative karma become animals who would cultivate to become demons.


Of course this process judged deeds not intentions, you could wish to save the world but must sacrifice infants to do so. Your intentions may have been good but your actions were ultimately evil. As such you would reincarnate into an animal.


This all changed when the second Demon-God war occurred. The reincarnation cycle was shattered and the great earth goddess Houtu sacrificed herself to create the netherworld. Along with blood ancestor MingHe and the longevity god of the south pole they created the six paths of reincarnation. Further input from the Gautama Buddha solidified reincarnation as it is known today.


In the netherworld, those of extreme accomplishments are permitted to be reborn into the Deva path. These beings are True Gods at birth, comparable or even stronger then True Immortals. Those of great accomplishments are reborn into the Asura path, Xiantian at birth born from the land itself.


Those of neutral positive karma are reborn into a Human path. These beings either lived a balanced life or did not accomplish much but still lean towards good. As such they are reborn into mortal races.


Those of neutral negative karma are reborn into the Animal Path. These beings either lived a balanced life or did not accomplish much but still lean towards negative accomplishments. As such they are reborn as an animal or beast.


Those of evil accomplishment are reborn into the Preta path. They were deemed to not be worthy of living a new life and hence are instead cursed to become a ghost, or an undead being.


The worse is the Naraka path. This is reserved for the vilest and filthiest of individuals. They become evil devils forced to reside in the great dark abyss.


The thing that got up from the crash landing was hideous. It had five bulging meaty legs all red in colour set in circular placements. They all had varying number of toes some having only 3 while others have as many as 7.


Those legs carried a lumpy body covered in eyes and 11 arms of different sizes. These limbs were placed unevenly some being as long as 3 metres while others were only 30 centimetres. This thing stood tall being easily 23 metres tall. It had one massive gapping maw at the middle of its body but no tongue.


"To think you all started the party without me?" The thing spoke slowly. Its voice was neither distorted nor ugly, it was clear and easy to understand. It sounded almost like a teenager's voice, not fully mature yet not too childish. In fact it sounded familiar to anyone hearing it.


The appearance of this monster caused everyone to take a few steps back. Some even gasped in shock. While it emitted no aura, it possessed a certain presence that screamed power. In fact taoist Infinity Heaven who was closest even began sweating when he saw this monster.


"Who are you?" Hu Wenxi spoke out midair. Today he wore full royal get up complete with his crown. His visage was that of majestic royalty, he looked heroic, wise and above all powerful. If any stranger looked at him they would identify him as the leader. Hu Wenxi held a frowning face at the monster. He didn't really have to ask, he had already concluded the likely answer.


"What do you mean who are you? Did you really forget emperor?" It spat with such hatred in its tone. It raised one of its legs and brought it down hard onto the soil cracking the earth beneath him. Dark storm clouds appeared above the skies that enveloped the entire continent. It was even visible from the three subsidiary continents despite the vast oceans.


"I was destined to win this tournaments. I was destined to celebrate the trophy with my nakama. I was destined to marry Mimi-Chan. My friends and I would've discovered your enslavement and freed the people from the evil emperor" all tis eyes glared at Hu Wenxi who now had a different expression. It was as if listening to a bad comedian to Hu Wenxi. The emperor's expression changed from a serious frown to a mirth look.


"Whats so funny emperor. Just because I look like this doesn't change facts. My friends are still with me. With my nakama at my side, with my precious people. I will return to my former self"


"Heh, heheheheheheh. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha" Hu Wenxi began giggling at the creature before breaking into full laughter. His laugh broke the stunned silence everyone else was in. Slowly they too put the pieces together.


Qiang Wang signed, "Truely a cockroach". As if hearing him the thing placed its attention onto the sect chief, "HOW DARE YOU". It gripped one of its large fists and a smoking aura began funnelling out, "HOW DARE YOU". It punched out towards the sect chief.


Qiang Wang merely sneered blew out a golden light that canceled out the punch. However the monster wasn't harmed at all. Qiang Wang on the other hand appeared shocked, uneasy, and even a little pale.
"Villains always lose" The monster spoke out with a righteous tone. It did not fit its monstrous visage at all. The crowd of people broke apart as a young man approached.


"What villains" he spat, "The only villain here is you". The monster looked at him, "You're Sam I. My nakama, what are you doing there?"


"Even after all this time you still get my name wrong" the man sneered, "It was you who came to me, harassed my sister and used that eye on both of us."


The monster looked shocked, "No you're wrong my friend, you and Sansan-Chan are precious to me. I only did that to free you from the corrupt villain harassing her��.


"That was our father" he gripped his fists and looked to be on the brink of tears. "You were the one who kidnapped us one after the other". He took a deep breath, "You were the one kept approaching every beauty you can find. You were the one who used that red eye. You were the one who slaughtered the aristocratic and ruling families. You were the one who broke the balance of power and forced us all to be with you"


The man as if possessed summoned a bow and shot an arrow at the monster. The arrow however did not even penetrate its hide. The man sneered, "I guess the ugly monster within is finally showing".


"You" the monster did not speak. It was confused but then responded, "I see what's going on. My nakama had all been corrupted. I already freed the Azure Sky continent. But it seems I wasn't strong enough to protect my precious people." The monster faced the giggling Hu Wenxi. It opened all its fists and clenched them again. "But, I will not give up. I Sam will save my nakama. Together we will…" before it could finish Hu Wenxi interrupted him.


"Friends, nakama, precious people. Pick one and stick with it. You can't have naruto, bleach, and one piece at once" the emperor let out one last laugh as if finding the whole situation ridiculous. "Stay consistent for me would you. It got annoying weeks ago".


"How do you know?" The monster that was Sam was once again shocked at the emperor's knowledge. "Were you reincarnated like me?" Slowly the eyes of the monster blinked several times before slowly obtaining a look of realisation. "God told me there were a few kinks to work out or something. I remember him telling there were a few before me. Is that it? Were you a former hero who failed his way?" The monster seemed to make a tsk tsk sound, "How sad, I the hero Sam will defeat you once and for…" yet again the monster was interrupted.


"Just how delusional can you be. I struggle to think modern earth's society could give birth to you" slowly the monster felt an increasing pressure. It realised it was coming from the emperor. It also realised that Hu Wenxi's aura was quickly surpassing his own.


The monster quickly stamped down its fear. It spoke once again the mid air emperor, "Don't get ahead of yourself teme, I was gifted a system by god. No way can you beat me"


"Are you sure? Can you hear it?" Hu Wenxi responded. The monster despite its confident look did not answer. It knew the system wasn't within him anymore. Ever since he came to his senses in that forest yesterday it was unable to hear its system nor could it use any of its anime powers.


"You bastard, you stole my powers. I guess you're just like Sasuke Uchiha, stealing those that wasn't yours" it roared out but Hu Wenxi wasn't the least bit intimidated. In fact he looked slightly pissed off, "Pot calling the kettle black. I cultivated step by step for 500 years". He spared a look of contempt at the monster, "You're just got a bunch of anime superpowers by a higher expert six seven months ago?"


Small traces of sandy light glistened in Hu Wenxi's pupils, "You did absolutely nothing to earn your powers. You got a bunch of cheats didn't you or are they wishes?" The monster was angered more and more, "How dare you. I was a loser back on earth. I deserve this far more then you".


Hu Wenxi clasped both his hands behind his back and shook his head, "I will not deny my privileged birth". The monster looked smug at that and roared out in laughter, "Then you admit it. Your daddy fed you too many pills didn't he. Your cultivation was all a gift from your daddy. You can never top someone like me."


"Tsk tsk. Read a history book for once. My origins aren't a secret"


The monster simply scoffed, "What books what history. I know Chinese emperors. Your kind burns books like no tomorrow, you suppress the people". It tightened its fist preparing to throw a punch, "Reincarnated from earth or not I know your type. I have read PMG, I bet you're just like Lin Feng weren't you" it punched out. Its fist stretched across towards the emperor.


Sandy light formed a shield that blocked the punch. The emperor didn't even feel the impact nor did he look ruffled at all. "Gods be good, your delusion simply knows no end. There's really no point in talking to you". The emperor raised his left palm and pushed forwards with it.


In an instant the monster was thrown out of the palace into the horizon far beyond. Hu Wenxi addressed the experts with him, "Leave the pest to me. Ensure my citizens are safe" he then rocketed off chasing after the monster.

The monster crashed landed in a forest many thousands of kilometres from the capital. It quickly got up and dusted itself, 'So last time wasn't a fluke, he is strong'. It gazed up at the figure of the emperor who had arrived looking down at him from a position high up in the air. The monster though to himself, 'No matter, even without my sharingan or any powers I can still win. Even without my precious people with me now, they're still in my heart. That's right I am Sam'. It roared and ferociously began charging at Hu Wenxi. It even leaped into the air like the hulk.


"Good grief, you do know you can fly right?" Hu Wenxi flicked his right hand and a wooden sword appeared. He flicked his left hand a scroll appeared and unfurled itself into a river map. Hu Wenxi got ready and prepared for battle. This time Sam wasn't mindless, it wasn't as powerful as the golden ape had been but it's power definitely qualified as a True Immortal. For a Human Immortal who could fight certain True Immortals, Sam was a decent opponent.

It has been many years since Hu Wenxi reincarnated. since then he had achieved the status of emperor of a powerful dynasty.  Now after a period of peace things are getting interesting again.

In the back of the beautiful crystal cave was a large glowing white orb that seemed to be made out of white luminescent fibers surrounded by large white crystals, as if the crystals were protecting the fiber-like orb.

Suddenly, the large orb started to pulse at a steady pace, as if it was a heart and started to glow brighter. The fiber started to move and a large dragon head poked out. The dragon walked out of the orb and the imposing and majestic body was shown.

The body of the dragon was large, 45 meters to be exact, with an otherworldly appearance. It has two eyes and six orange glowing spots running up the length of its horns. Parts of its body glow ethereal blue, making its skin appear crystalline and translucent. Its wings are frayed at the edge of the membrane and are grayish-blue in color. 

'So it really did happen... I was reborn as Xeno'jiiva...' The otherworldly dragon thought to himself as he looked over his raised claw before information started flooding his mind.

So, right now, I am at the Lumiere City, not sure which country it is, but it's somewhere near the Philippines, I guess. According to Dr. Quazano, the nearest library here is located in South Fulgoant District. The name of the library is Quietus Athenaeum.

It's not that far here, so so just a few walks, I arrived immediately.

At first glance, it looks like it's just a big house, but as I strolled in, I could see in the big mirror that there were so many tables and high bookshelves.

There were not that many people, so I did not hesitate to enter.

"Ahmm, goodmorning!" I warmly greet them like a librarian. "Where can I find history books?"

"Good morning too, ahmm go to section 3 left side, just look for the one with the history, it's all there."

"So it's been 2,000 years already huh?" I smiled and whispered to myself. So my other soul has kept me alive for such a scary long time.

I just kept reading, and I found out that their type of government is basically monarchy, constitutional monarchy to be precise.

"Vander?"

"Yeah, just Vander."

"Okay then." She smiled again as she speaks

"Anyway, I noticed you earlier when you entered."

I just looked at her

"And I've been staring at you for a while."

'The fuck? What?'

"I said I was staring at you earlier." She repeated.

"I heard that."

She grinned and looked at me. "Then why are you just stunned, are you crazy or something?"

"No, it's because you said you were looking at me earlier, of course, that's startling." 

"Ahhhh !! HAHAHAHAHA" She laughed even louder. "It's not like you think, I've been looking at you before, you kinda look strange. Are you new to this world? A reborn?" She asked.

"Ahhh, hahahah, y-yeah."

"What type?"

"Ahmm, third type, actually I just came from Dr. Quazano."

"Oh, so you have a lot of necro." He replied with a smile.

"Actually, it's the opposite." I replied. I can't believe it, I've been reborn as useless shit in this world, and now I have to strive again to rise.

Though I am smart, and I have my other soul but for me, what I need here is a necro. I need lots of it.

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"I don't understand much as long as it says, I don't seem to have a necro, I don't seem to see a necro in my body."

"Whaaaaat??? Nani? Seriously? How? How is that possible?" She asked in awe

"I also don't know since I was new to this world, I also don't know how to start." I answered sadly.

"Hmmm" She acted as if thinking. "Would you like to join us?" She asked.

"Where?"

"Research Guild, this is the guild that leads the search in Kuishinbo bases, also in finding new weapons, in case you want to join, you definitely need your brains here, you need to be smart."

"Hmmm, sounds a good deal, back in thousands of years ago, I was a successful businessman, I am smart and I'm sure you can use my brain, but I'm not sure about it. Especially I don't have any necro" I don't know if joining a guild is right, but I think it's s a good starting point.

"Hmm well, think about it, until tomorrow I will wait, go to our headquarters in the Clild Yard District, just after that, ask questions where is the Cloudspire Garrison, when you go there, just find me." She said before finally leaving.

"That voice….it's sound mechanically…like computerized voice" Andrew try to link all the clues he had like arranging a puzzle.
"Wait a minute…monster…computer…could it be…this is the world of a game?" finally Andrew able to link all the clues he had to a solid conclusion.
"Yes, that must be it. I died in an accident while holding the CD game that I just bought….my soul somehow enter the CD game and I don't how the CD activated and I'm reborn in this world of a monster. Yes, that's the most possible explanation for what happened to me"
Andrew looks at his tiny hand and legs, and to other little green creatures near him. Their size is about 2 years old human baby.
"Why?.....why I should reborn into this kind of monster? Is there no human in this world that make me must reborn into this creature?"
Andrew feel so sad about this, although when he still alive he's not someone that can be called as a handsome man, but at least he's not bad looking and has a woman that loves him, Amanda. Remembering his wife makes Andrew's heart become sadder.
"I'm sorry Amanda, please take care of our son, since I'm no longer with you again"
Feeling depressed, Andrew decided to leave that cave. Although there's no light in the cave, Andrew's eyes can see clearly in the dark, he can see any rocks or any stone that scattered within the cave. And when he found the cave entrance and step outside, he dazed with the scenery he sees outside.
The cave located in a cliff wall and in front of the cave there is some clearing site that filled with green creatures like inside the cave, but with the bigger size. The tallest creature he saw is about 150 cm while the average height of those creatures is around 125 cm. Most of them wearing something like loincloth from animal furs and carrying various weapons like the club, stone spears, stone axes, rusty sword, crude bow, etc.
It seems the cave is a place for the offspring of those creatures, including Andrew, but he doesn't know who his parents in this world are. Some wooden hut can be seen in the clearing, this place like a village for those creatures. And beyond the clearing is a fast and thick forest. Some larger green creatures seem coming from the forest carrying some preys.
The way they eat their prey almost make Andrew to puke, after skinned, they just eat the meat raw with its blood in it. There's no cooking whatsoever to process the meat. But when Andrew realizes he also eat that raw meat like that before, the urge to puke in his belly vanished. Andrew's interest changes to the hut in the clearing. He curious with what inside that hut because he sees some bigger creatures comes in and out from that hut. Step by step he leaves the cave entrance, heading to the hut until one bigger creature spotted him leave the cave.

Somehow Andrew can understand what that guy talking about. Because of the infant still weak, they must stay at the cave until they have the strength to stay in outside cave. Andrew did not want to attract any attention so he returns to the cave.
When he sits in his dark corner, the mechanical voice resounded again in his head.

"Ryan your awake just in time to try some meat that I cooked." said Luna with a smile and Luna puts meat on a plate, she then puts it on the floor, I try the meat and it tastes terrible.

"It's good." I said and my face gives what I'm thinking away.

"I can see that you don't like it." said Luna.

"Well, why did you cook with your not good at it." I asked.

"Well I just want to make tasty food that you will like, but I need more practice, well let's go to the forest so you can get stronger." said Luna, and she picks me up, we then go to a forest just outside of the city, I see big plant monsters, some have fangs with blue poison leaking from their mouths, some have vines with thorns on them, they look like flowers that eat people in one bite, Luna then puts me on the ground.

"Now kill some monsters." said Luna.

I should use Fire Breath they are plants so it will do lots of damage? 

I use Fire Breath on a monster plant, the monster plant has green poison leaking from its plant mouth with many fangs, it doesn't kill the monster plant, but it does lots of damage, the monster plant then grabs me with its vines.

"Ryan, you can kill it." said Luna and I use Fire Breath on the vines that grabbed me and the monster plant drops me, I use my Fire Breath again, the monster plant trys to bite me with its poisonous fangs, I use Fire Breath and it goes inside the mouth of the monster plant, the monster plant died.

Luna picks me up and we go to the spaceship, we go to the bedroom and fall asleep.

I wake up because I hear a voice, I walk out of the spaceship and I follow the voice, I walk and I see that it is coming from deep inside the forest, I can't help but follow the voice, I walk into the forest and the more closer I get to the voice the stronger I get, I kill any monster that tries to attack me with one attack.

"Yes, I brought you here to tell you that you are an experiment." said the Evil Goddess.

"What does that mean." I said, not knowing what she is talking about.

"It means that I used some experimental magic to make you be reborn, you have no limits of how powerful you will get." said the Evil Goddess.

"I still don't know what you mean." I said.

"Simply you have no limits for how strong you will get and the magic that I used was one that I created." said the Evil Goddess.

"Why did you do this for me." I asked.

"Because you are special." said the Evil Goddess.
"Special." I said.

"Well, I have been watching you ever since you were born, even when you were human." said the Evil Goddess.

"Well can I go back and cuddle with my master now." I asked.

"Yes, but first I will give you a gift." said the Evil Goddess, the evil goddess uses some evil magic on me.
