Semua orang bersujud menyembahnya. Bahkan Sleeping Moon tidak bisa tidak mengakuinya. Orang ini memaksakan penggunaan keterampilan dengan cara yang tidak bisa dilakukan seorang pemain level 10. Itu Konyol.
"Kakak, cara kamu menggunakan keterampilan-keterampilan Battle Mage ini… terlalu tirani." Seven Fields benar-benar mengakuinya. Jika dia tidak mengatakannya, dia mungkin mengalami kerusakan dalam tubuh karena menahan nafas terlalu lama.
"Ha ha. Tidak buruk." Lord Grim telah dikepung oleh tujuh monster. Menusuk, memotong, menebas, mencincang seperti menggunakan pisau pemotong daging dengan mudanya. Yang lain merasa malu berada disana dan menontonnya. Mereka semua adalah veteran dan dapat dengan mudah mengontrol aggro. Mereka tidak akan mengganggu kontrol Lord Grim terhadap ketujuh laba-laba. Yang awalnya mereka pikir terlalu sulit, sekarang diselesaikan dengan begitu mudah. Mereka berempat juga menyadari, untuk melihat situasi yang tidak normal ini, tanpa ada dirinya disana, maka tidak akan mungkin terjadi.
Tepat setelah ketujuh laba-laba terbunuh, mereka mendengar jeritan yang aneh. Dengan cemerlang Bos kecil pertama telah tiba. Semua orang belum melihat laba-laba, ketika mereka mendengar jeritan itu dan awan kabut jingga lebat menyembur keluar.
"Itu adalah laba-laba beracun." Teriak Seven Fields. Namun awan kabut jingga ini datang dengan begitu cepat. Jangkauannya sangatlah besar. Dua anggota tidak sempat menghindar dan secepatnya mengeluarkan penawar racun untuk digunakan. Setelah itu, muncul peringatan tentang kehidupan mereka. Kehidupan mereka masih tetap berkurang!
"Kenapa tidak mempan?" Mereka berdua keheranan.
"Tingkat penawarnya terlalu rendah." Kata Ye Xiu.
"Sial!" Kedua pemain itu mengutuk. Mereka tidak datang di dungeon ini saat masih masih level rendah. Setelah mencapai level yang cukup tinggi dan kembali lagi, seharusnya tidak ada masalah dalam dungeon ini. Saat ini, level mereka masih dibawah daripada monster-monsternya. Bagaimana bisa mereka berpikir untuk mendetoksifikasi racunnya? Mereka telah berhati-hati dengan menyiapkan dua penawar racun, namun pada akhirnya, mereka tidak bisa menggunakannya disaat Bos datang. Bukankah mereka telah ditipu?
Lord Grim mengayunkan tangannya dan melemparkan penyembuhan di masing-masing mereka. Setelah itu, dia bergegas menuju Bos #1. Pada waktu yang bersamaan dia mulai mengarahkan kedua pemain yang tidak terkena racun Seven Fields dan Sleeping Moon kemudian mengarahkan tombaknya ke belakang, berteriak: "Seven Fields bersiap diarah jam 1. Little Moon Moon bersiaga diarah jam 4.
"Little Moon Moon..." Sleeping Moon hampir batuk darah, namun ini bukan saatnya untuk berdebat. Seven Fields, tanpa bertanya, berlari menuju ke posisi arah jam 1. Sleeping Moon juga berlari menuju ke posisinya tanpa menunda waktu. Awan beracun dari Bos #1 telah menyebar keluar. Laba-laba ini besar dan gemuk setidaknya tiga kali lebih besar dari pada laba-laba biasanya. Jenis yang luar biasa aneh ini jauh lebih mudah untuk dipukuli daripada Hantu Kucing Tengah Malam yang kecil. Namun Monster besar memiliki keuntungan tersendiri. Karena bobotnya yang relatif berat, keterampilan memukul keras atas perpindahan lainnya tidak terlalu efektif. Seberapa efektifnya tergantung pada bobot monster dan kekuatan serangan.
Bos #1 ini di depan mereka bisa dianggap monster besar. Disaat Lord Grim menusuk ke depan, dia bahkan tidak bergetar. Jelas bahwa serangan biasa seperti itu tidak akan membuatnya terjatuh.
Ye Xiu yang berpengalaman tidak kaget dengan itu. Jarinya bergerak cepat dan Lord Grim melancarkan empat serangan kombo lainnya. Laba-laba besar itu berdecit. Dia mengangkat kepalanya dan memuntahkan kabut tebal. Tapi Lord Grim telah berbalik dengan cepat dan menghindar.
Although this BOSS's body was big, its actions weren't slower than a normal spider. Its jumping power was also remarkable. It jumped as if it were Mt. Tai wanting to crush Lord Grim. He flipped over and rolled away. The one called "Little Moon Moon" silently said: "Hello? Do you want us to stand here so you can fight by yourself?"
Meski tubuh Bos ini besar, gerakannya lebih lambat dari pada laba-laba biasanya. Kekuatan melompatnya pun luar biasa. Dia loncat seperti Mt. Tai ingin menghancurkan Lord Grim. Dia berputar dan berguling. Yang dipanggil "Little Moon Moon" berbisik: "Halo? Kau mau kami diam disini supaya kamu bertarung sendiri?"
"Kalau begitu kalian berdua, salah satu kalian pindah ke arah jam 7 dan yang lain ke arah jam 9." Ye Xiu berteriak.
"Seberapa besar jarak diantara kami?" Mereka berdua berlari sambil bertanya.
"Radius 2 meter!" Kata Ye Xiu.
Setelah mengambil posisi, mereka berempat telah membentuk barisan lingkaran. Mereka saling menatap dan tidak mengerti apa yang sedang mereka lakukan. Melihat masih saja dia sendiri yang menghajar Bosnya, apakah dia hanya menyiapkan tempat agar kita bisa menontonnya bermain game?
Lord Grim menghindar kekiri dan kekanan membuat Bos berlarian ke arah mereka. Mereka berempat segera bersiap untuk pertarungan. Bos tiba-tiba melompat tinggi terlihat seperti akan menghancurkan Sleeping Moon. Sleeping Moon ingin menghindar, namun mendengar teriak Ye Xiu: "Jangan bergerak!"
Balas dendam! Orang ini menggunakan kesempatan untuk balas dendam. Terlintas seberkas cahaya mempesona di pikirkan Sleeping Moon. Tanpa berpikir, dia mengabaikan kata-kata Ye Xiu dan berputar. Namun saat dia berputar dan melihat, Lord Grim telah melancarkan sebuah Sky Strike di perut Bos laba-laba. Sky Strike, dan keterampilan memukul keras kelas khusus, jelas memiliki efek yang lebih besar daripada pukulan biasa. Setelah laba-laba yang terjatuh menerima ini, dia menjadi lamban di udara, dan berpindah haluan. Meski Sky Strike tidak terlalu berpengaruh, monster itu sudah berada di udara. Saat dia berpindah haluan, dia terjatuh dengan baik di tengah mereka berempat.
"Seven Fields menggunakan Front Kick padanya. Lunge di arah jam 9. Repel dari arah jam 7. Little Moon Moon cepat kembali ke posisi!" Ye Xiu dan keempat pemain ini telah bersama dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Dia sudah bisa melihat semua keterampilan mereka. Sekarang mereka telah mengepungnya, Ye Xiu bahkan mengarahkan keterampilan apa yang seharusnya mereka gunakan.
Seven Fields bergegas dan memberinya Front Kick. Ini adalah Keterampilan dari Striker yang sedikit memberikan efek pukulan balik. Meskipun efeknya jadi berkurang untuk ukuran Bos laba-laba yang besar, itu masih membuatnya sedikit terdorongan kebelakang.
Pemain di arah jam 9 juga melompat untuk melancarkan Lunge. Ini adalah keterampilan Ahli Pedang yang juga memiliki efek pukulan balik seperti Front Kick milik Seven Field. Bos yang ditendang ke belakang mendapat pukulan lagi. Saat ini, pemain yang berpengalaman telah mengerti maksud dari Ye Xiu. Pemain dari arah jam 7 menyambut Bos dengan sebuah Repel.
Ini adalah keterampilan Knight. Dilihat dari namanya, keterampilan ini memiliki efek yang paling unggul diantara mereka. Namun Bos terlempar ke arah jam 4 dimana tidak ada penjaga disana. Awalnya ini adalah posisi yang ditempati Sleeping Moon, namun karena dia berpikir Ye Xiu ingin membuatnya terbunuh, dia menghindar ke samping. Meski dia telah berlari untuk kembali ke posisinya, tampaknya dia sudah terlambat.
Mereka memahami bahwa Ye Xiu menginginkan mereka untuk bermain billiards dengan Bos sebagai bolanya. Alasan ini hanya bisa dilakukan melalui poin-poin yang kuat dari masing-masing empat pemain. Apa poin-poin yang kuat tersebut? Kekeluargaan! Keempat pemain adalah veteran-veteran yang datang sebagai teman. Harus ada rasa saling memahami satu sama lainnya sehingga mereka dapat membuat formasi seperti ini.
Hanya sekarang, situasi nyaman ini dirusak oleh Sleeping Moon. Bahkan Seven Fields dan yang lainnya merasa sedikit tidak senang.
Disaat genting, ketika Bos akan keluar dari formasi lingkaran ini, Lord Grim tiba-tiba muncul dari arah jam 4.
Semua orang terkejut. Lord Grim sedang berdiri di posisi jam 11. Mereka belum melihat dia berpindah, bagaimana bisa tiba-tiba dia sudah berada disana? Mereka melihat di posisi jam 11 dan terkejut keheranan bahwa ada Lord Grim yang lain.
"Sial!" Seven Fields tiba-tiba memahaminya.
Keterampilan Ninja Level 10: Teknik Shadow Clone.


Di dalam game daring Glory, Ye Xiu dikenal sebagai seorang pemain pro level tinggi. Namun, karena berbagai alasan, dia ditendang keluar dari timnya. Setelah meninggalkan arena profesional, dia mencari kerja disebuah kafe internet sebagai seorang manajer. Ketika Glory membuka peladennya yang ke sepuluh, dia yang memiliki sepuluh tahun pengalaman bermain sekali lagi melemparkan dirinya ke dalam permainan. Dengan membawa ingatan masa lalunya dan sebuah senjata buatan sendiri yang belum selesai, dia memulai kembalinya ke jalan menuju puncak!
Setelah pertarungan dan tipu muslihat, siapa yang mengambil kejayaanku? Dalam ombang ambing angin dan hujan, mimpi-mimpiku akan tetap terlihat seakan mereka tidak pernah hancur. Dalam semua kemegahannya, jalan tidak akan pernah hilang. Didepan jutaan mata, disinilah tempat dimana aku kembali!


The battle unfolding before Donnie was rather unreal to his senses. It's one thing to have a fight in a park, it's another when the aforementioned park was a melting nightmare version of one born from memories.

On one side was a Batibat, a Filipino nightmare demon born from fallen timber and with a nasty habit of choking people in their sleep. Taking on the form of an ancient, obese demonic woman, the Batibat looked ready to crush her opponent into dust.

On the other side, a brash, heroic looking woman dressed in Greco leather armor and armed with a golden spear. Despite a plain looking face, the fierceness in her eyes and the cocksure grin on it made her look like the battlefield was her home.

Donnie didn't know who would make the first move, but he could feel that it was going to be explosive.

"BROOOOOAAAA!"

The Batibat let out a mighty roar moments before transforming her arms into thick and twisted tree trunks that began to reach out towards the distant Tatterhood, threatening to crush her like a fly against a battering ram.

"Flashy, but slow," Tatterhood remarked with a confident tone.

Tatterhood kicked herself off of the ground and into the air, elegantly dodging the encroaching tree trunks. When she was out of harm's way, she landed onto the Batibat's tree arms and began to run up them.

Spear in hand, Tatterhood readied herself to jam the spear into the tree monster's head. The aforementioned tree monster, however, found it rather insulting someone was using her beautiful arms as a running track.

A deep vibrating growl emanated from the obese demon's throat, causing her arms to vibrate as well. Tree branches that were as sharp as spear began to jut out of her tree trunk arms in an attempt to skewer the running Tatterhood.

While initially surprised by the sudden counterattack, Tatterhood didn't let the sudden onslaught of branch spears stop her momentum. 

Branch after branch shot upwards in an attempt to pierce Tatterhood, but none of them managed to hit their mark. Everytime a branch almost pierced her, she would sidestep, spin or just leap forward to avoid the attacks.

From Donnie's point of view, it looked like Tatterhood was dancing through the spears as she made her way closer and closer to the Batibat. The fact that she sang while doing so, strengthened this opinion.

"Do you believe in life after love?," Tatterhood quietly sang while dancing through the branches.

The warrior woman was now in stabbing distance when the Batibat made a sudden change in tactics. a wall of branches covered in thorns rapidly grew in front of the demon moments before launching forward at Tatterhood like a tsunami of a wood.

"And up we go!"

Undeterred by the sudden obstacle, Tatterhood slammed her spear into the ground and used it as a pole vault to launch herself upward and leap over the wall of thorny branches.

"Eat this you tumorous overgrowth!"

Tatterhood threw the golden spear at the Batibat, aiming it at her bulbous head.

Unexpectedly, the Batibat's neck began to elongate and twist like a viper, enabling her to avoid the spear. 

As Tatterhood's golden spear impaled itself into the ground behind the Batibat, the demonic tree woman launched her own head forward to take a bite out of Tatterhood. At the same time, the Batibat retracted her arms back into the original shape.

"Oop!"

The Batibat almost succeeded in taking a nasty bite out of Tatterhood, but Tatterhood managed to avoid the hit by punching the Batibat's head once it got into range.

The momentum from the blow allowed Tatterhood to roll across the Batibat's elongated neck, back down to the ground. Once Tatterhood was close enough to her spear, she landed a brutal stomp kick onto the Batibat's back and sent herself flying towards her spear.

Tatterhood grabbed the spear to stop her forward momentum, extracted it from the ground using the aforementioned momentum and charged at the Batibat in one fluid motion.

The Batibat retracted her head just in time to see a golden spear getting jammed into her chest.

Wisps of holy golden energy began to leap from the spear head and worm their way into the Batibat's newly acquired chest wound. Tatterhood gave the Batibat a smug smile as she jammed the spear deeper.

A bloodcurdling roar echoed through the dream park as the Batibat howled with pain at the repulsive holy energy squirming away at her wounds.

Dark nightmarish energy began to condense inside of the Batibat as she attempted to extract the spear that Tatterhood was firmly holding in place. 

"Uh oh."

Several beams of dark light began to leak out of the Batibat's wounds, moments before a huge amount of force launched the spear out of the wound and Tatterhood with it. Thankfully, Tatterhood managed to correct her posture in time to land on her feet.

Tatterhood was ready to launch another attack against the Batibat, until she saw that the wound she had just inflicted start to close up. Seconds later, the Batibat looked fully healed, but significantly angrier.

"Looks this is gonna be a war of attrition."

Back at Donnie's Apartment

"And clear!"

*BZZZT!*

Tony and Kathy stood back as the defibrillator did it's thing and shocked Donnie's heart. The heart monitor on his wrist had stopped beeping erratically and was now beeping at a steady pace.

The tanuki and kamaitachi duo let out sighs of relief as their master's heart wasn't in trouble anymore.

"That was stressful," Kathy groaned as she slumped to the ground, "what the hell caused all of that ruckus? I know the boss is fat, but..."

"I get what you're saying," Tony nodded, "one of us should probably get inside his head to see what's going on."

Tony and Kathy looked at each other, expecting the other to volunteer to go into Donnie's dreamscape.

"..."

"..."

"Rock, Paper, Scissors?"

"Best two out of three."

AT THE BUS
We are going home now, and then they already introduce themselves to me, so I can add them in my Social Media account.
We stopped by in the waiting shed while the passengers that is from Las Pinas and Cavite will go down and go home directly on their own.
"Dakasi." I did not tell you guys that my seatmate in the bus is our High Officer in ROTC he is Sir Trimson.
"Yes Sir?" What would be the reason to called me? Even though it is already long time when we seat together
"Do you think she will like this?" Oh! A surprise gift for a girl.
"Of course! Sir as long as it comes from your heart, she will definitely like it."  I smiled.
"Alright! Thanks, Dakasi." He smiled and get back to what he was doing.
Before I forgot to tell you guys, I found out that Sir Trimson's house is near my house too. 
Our travelling time is so long, we already travelled for almost 1hr and 30 minutes but still we are here in Costal Mall, traffic jam is always the reason why travelling is too long.
After 2hrs of travelling we already reached our university, and we prepare all the things needed to bring inside the ROTC Unit, and we will be going home after we finished packing all things.
I should bid my goodbye to my Higher Officers, so that I can leave now and my Crush to his Facebook account.
"Sir, thank you for letting me go with warfighting and I need to go Sir bye." And then I bowed my head and leave our ROTC Unit.
While I was still in journey going home, I tried to open my Facebook account and add my crush.
OMG! He already accepted my friend request; I should chat him and ask him where he is right now? Maybe he was already at home.

I will wait for his reaponse.

I bit my lip as I type my message to him.

Where are you right now?

Still in travelling going home and I am hungry right now.

I quickly sign out and go down from jeepney and walk for a minute to reach my house.

As I fix my things, I cannot help but to smile widely because my crush notice me.
I signed in again to check if Jam is already at his home, and I chatted to confirm my thoughts.

I smiled, good to know that he is safe.

He is good to be friends with and he already chatted another message.

I Smiled and I set my alarm at 6:00am and lay down to sleep.
NEXT DAY
When I suddenly check my phone, I noticed Jam sent me a message.

I smiled immediately; he starts my day with a bright smile forming in my lips.

Good Morning.
I started to do my morning rituals and prepared to go to the University.
I finished everything and decided to go to school even if I am a little bit early from my usual time of leaving.
I arrived at the University. My classmates are not here yet. I am still the early bird. I need to know where my friends are right now? because I do not want to be alone here in our building.
To: Triplets
Where are you guys? I am already here at the University.
From: Cristy
Here at the UN station sis, I am near already don't be so impatient HAHA.
To: Triplets
Yeah whatever.
From: Angel
I am still here in Doroteo Jose sis. Maybe I will arrived at the University a little bit late.

I turned off my mobile data to lessen battery consumption.
And after 10 mins Cristy arrived at the university. We started chatting and I started sharing my experienced in Tanza.
"Sis Cristy did you know that I love guns?"
"Of course! You always wanted to be a Soldier or a Secret Agent Rai." I laughed she knows me too much.
"That's a fact sis!" And we laughed, until the time comes, we need to enter our first class.
And Angel came in time before the Professor came.
We always stay at the backrow of our classroom because the aircon is near.  After minutes have passed, our Professor came and we started our first class in Reading the Philippine History, I really hate studying History.
After our Professor discussed about History of the Philippines. She will group us for research study.
"Cristy, Angel, I think we will be split because of this research study." I feel so sad.
"True Sis!"
"True Rai."
Omg bye friendship for now because of this research we cannot be together as triplets.
Stop it Rai you are not fluent speaking in English HAHA.
"Hey sis! Where are going to eat later?" I asked them.
"SM! Or Robinson!" Great Idea! MCDO is Life HAHAHA.
"CLASS DISMISSED!" Professor said.
"LET'S GO! SIS, I AM HUNGRY!" They laughed at me.
"As always Rai." It was not my fault being hungry always, I sighed.
"Yeah Yeah whatever!" I grinned

"Hey gal! What are you doing here?" She sat beside me and stare at the school's canteen food stalls.



"You're hungry? Buy me some coke and I'll treat you anything." I looked at her and crossed my arms. I'm not in a good mood today, a monster ruined it and I need my coke right now.



"Na-uh! You can't buy me Leah." She shook her head and mirrored my pose. 



"You know what Farah baby, you're my favorite and anything you would like me to buy I'll buy it. Even if it's the Limited edition chanel purse that you've been eyeing since yesterday." I tried to bribe her more and I can see in her eyes that she's battling if she will say yes or no. I can't help but smirk. I'm gonna win.




"No! You know that I have a big crush on your brother, so I won't accept that." She shook her head multiple times. Aish! This girl! She's head over heels to Liam and that guy knew it and used her weakness to stop me from drinking coke. He made sure that this girl will be my guard when he's not around.




"Baby L!" Someone shouted that made the students to looked at her. 



"Argh! Bunny, you're heavy. Get up now!" She dived in my lap and hugged me like we've never seen each other for a year. 




"Audrey, stop it. I'm jealous." Fenella pouted and sat beside Farah. Audrey got up of my lap and sat beside me but she pinched my cheek. 


"You're my lover but Leah is my baby, so stop being jealous." She said and smiled at me. I didn't complain, Audrey is like my big sister that cares for me everytime and I like her like that. 


Audrey and Fenella are in a relationship for a year now. We're only friends before but the two fell in love with each other's. At first I'm very awkward with them because we're like sisters and I'm not a fan of gay lovers but I got used to it when these two can't stop flirting infront of me.




"Why are you like that my baby? Does the hottie flirt with a girl again?" She cupped my cheeks and looked at me.



"No. It's just that Aries keeps on bugging me." I rolled my eyes when I remember what happened earlier. That monster waited for me at the entrance, Aunt Priya's driver always send me to school. Aries tailed me until we reached our class, and yeah unfortunately he's our block mate. He bothered me the whole time, keeps on asking for a date and ask if he can court me. I always says no, I already rejected him for I don't know how many times but he's so stubborn, there's this one time that only a day I rejected him trice. 



"That guy is really persistent." Fenella said while combing her hair. 



"I pity him." Farah commented and Audrey clung on my arm like a koala and stare at me with adoration in her eyes. If I didn't know that she's in a relationship I'll think that she likes me romantically.




"Why don't you give him a chance?" Fenella questioned that made us eyed her.



"You know who owns Leah's heart didn't you?" Audrey rolled her eyes on her girlfriend.



"I do. But look, Mr. Miller isn't really interested in his students." She pointed to our left and we all turned our heads.




"Stupid Fen! It's her sister, Frankie." I almost throw my phone at her but Audrey pulled my arm.



"Don't hit her, I'll do it for you." She mumbled and smile. I just let it pass because my ultimate crush is walking towards us.




"Hi Sir Flynn." Farah greeted him when he's almost a meter away from us. He smiled and I fainted. Just kidding but seriously, I almost. He's super handsome.



"Hi girls! You did well on your weekly evaluation especially you Leah." He mentioned my name and my face burned. 



"Thank you sir." I shyly said while fidgeting on my fingers.



"I'm looking forward to your next performance." He smiled brightly. Ughh! How to unlove this handsome man? But never mind I don't want to! Since the first day of class he took my heart away, he became my inspiration in everything. Well, second to my OT7 babies.



"Mr. Miller, I need your help in the faculty. Are you free?" I rolled my eyes to the fullest when this snake girl Jello came and flirt with my hottie prof. 




"I'm free 'til two. So, yeah. I can help you with anything Ms. Garcia." And him being sweet, gentleman and reliable colleague made my blood boil because the snake giggled like a teenage girl and it really really irritates me!



That is the reason why I'm in a bad mood the whole day and it worsen because Aries annoyed the hell out of me! Our class ended at five but that monster didn't let me go and tried his luck for this day, he did a flash mob with the university's dance club and asked if he can court me, alot of people watched and cheered for him but I turned him down again. I'm not in the mood and I'm very hungry so I left him. I went to the convenience store to buy my comfort food, but a bad day is a bad day the old man I've been avoiding for so long is inside the store. Before, I can sneak in because he's not around but today it's different. When I entered the store he turn his head and immediately pulled me outside and the yelling war begins. 



His daughter winked at me and dragged the old man inside, Yvette knew me since we're kids because sometimes Uncle Joji brings me here to eat my favorite strawberry sandwich and we became friends.



"Uhm, let's go inside." A brunette staff awkwardly smile at me. It's the first time I saw her, is she new? I only knew Chichi and Yvette or maybe because I always visit the store morning and lunch time, and her duty is at night. Maybe it's the reason. 







"Gosh! Thank you. I need my stress reliever." I went in first, I really wanted to eat now! I grabbed my favorite snacks and walk towards the cashier. She looked at me and smile? What is her problem? Can she just scan it now because I'm really hungry and she's weird.





"Miss, I'm not in the mood today. Please be fast because I'm hungry." I almost rolled my eyes but I held it back. I don't want to be a bitch with this girl, she didn't do anything.




"We're sorry for what the boss said and for not letting you in, that's why it's on the house." 


Oh my!


"For real?!" She chuckled and nod. Oh my gosh! She made my mood! It's the best thing I heard today. I picked my sandwiches and went to a vacant table and start unwrapping the plastic packaging. 



I hummed when the strawberry jam filled my mouth. It's really delicious! Since the day I tasted this it never changed. I opened the can of coke and drank it. I can't last a bad day without having this one. But not as always as everyday because my brother will scold me again. I started eating again when I noticed the brunette's presence beside me. She was kneeling and aligning the display of chocolates in it.




"Hey. Miss--" Wait what is her name? I saw her nameplate on her chest.




"Jade. Thank you for this free snack." I smiled at her.




"You should thank Ms. Yvette." 


I know but I want to talk to you. I said to myself. I think she's nice girl and beautiful, but really simple. But she needs a makeover. A little blush on, and a red lips would fit in her and a new hairstyle! Being in just a neat ponytail makes her plain and boring. 



"Just thank her for me please." I beamed like a kid, a cute kid. 





"By the way, is it true that you broke wine bottles here before?" So she heard us awhile ago. 




"Nah. It's not me, it's my sister. She's drunk that time." I explained but not to mention who's sister. She doesn't even know them.





"Can you pack this for me?" I asked when I noticed that she's shocked. I suppress my laughter, who would have thought that a skinny girl can break bottles of wine?





"Sure." She immediately went back to the counter and came back with a paper bag. I straightened my back when I got a call from Audrey.



"Where are you?" She greeted. 



"I'm at the convenience store Bunny."


"We left a message earlier that we're gonna spend the night with Farah. Are you coming? We'll wait for you here at Fenella's." She added.




"Yeah, yeah. I'll be there, wait for me." I stood up and picked the paper bag but I stopped.




"Hey princess! I heard that your sister Leon got beaten up by the Kings this morning." Fenella's voice welcomed my ears. Wait! Leon?! Beaten?!



"What did you just said? What happened to Leon?" I can't believe my ears! They beat Leon again?! It's the second time this month. Aish! It's because my brother isn't there anymore that's why they keep on bothering everyone again. 



"I heard it to your hottie professor. Blade's group has metal bats with them and almost break her bones, but a girl saved her." What? A girl? How can that happen? 



"No! It's not just that baby Leah, a girl appeared but Jace tried to flirt with her and guess what? A new superman came into the view." I can feel that my bunny is smirking right now.



"Tell her! Tell her!" And Fenella is very excited.



"No, later. I'll tell you." I heard her girlfriend hissed in the background.



"Your sister needs to learn how to fight back or else she'll be dead sooner." Audrey's voice became serious now and she's right. That sister of mine is really nice and I hate it.




"Aish! I told her to fight back, but she still didn't." I grabbed the bag and start walking to the exit door.



"But a weirdo is always a weirdo." Fenella butted in.



"A weirdo is always a weirdo?" I furrowed my brows and pushed the door open.



"Hey Fenella! Stop calling her that or do you want me to kick you in the face?!" I yelled but she just laughed.



"I'm just teasing you L. Of course she's not weird, she's really cool. I wanted to have a dick too but she's the lucky one." My jaw dropped, I'm not comfortable having a conversation with anyone about my sister's dick, it's gross. 



"Bunny can you smack her head for me?" I cutely asked. Please Audrey, do it.



"Okay!--"



"Ouch! It's too much!" I heard Fenella groaned and I'm satisfied. Audrey has an iron hands. 




"Gonna hang up now. Keep safe baby L."

And with that everyone began to ordering food and alcohol. And for us, we just ordering the food because we still underage.

When waiting our order come, someone approaching us. He is the one who gave the opening before. The one who in charge being the commander in last event.

"Good job out there, lad." (???)

"You are just overstimate us because you guys that held so many monster during the Monster Frenzy." (Ray)

"Hey, don't lower yourself. If you not coming to help us we have be a dead body. By the way, name's Crush." (Crush)

He offer his hand and we shook it alternately.

"May I ask you some question? I having interest on you two right now." (Crush)

I give a nod.

"Sure thing." (Ray)

"I curious since the first time you came to guild. You said you live in the forest. Where do you really come from?" (Crush)

It's the first time someone asking our home before. So I kinda sad remembering the past.

"Well.... to tell the truth I live in a village before but that place is no longer exist." (Ray)

"Why?" (Lily & Crush)

It's weird to see Lily asking it. But if I remember correctly, seems like I never told a bit about my past to much to her. Maybe it more suit to said I always avoiding that qusstion before.

"That place is destroyed by monster. I can say that I am the only one who can survive from that attack. Because of that I start live in the jungle." (Ray)

I looked down when I told them that. I still can't forget what happened and believe that someone was behind it. I can't forgive that person.

"I'm sorry for asking that." (Crush)

"Me too, I never know that."  (Lily)

"That's not a problem. It's a past now, I can't do anything to change it." (Ray)

"Then, how about you Lily?" (Crush)

"I was sold by my village as a slave then Ray is helping me. He taught me many thing!" (Lily)

She hug my arm tightly. Here come again her 'Not Let Me Go' side.

"So thats why you two come together." (Crush)

"Yeah, you can say we are kind of apprentiece and mast...!!!" (Ray)

Something crushing my arms!

"Partner!" (Lily)

She saw me with a cold eyes. All I can do now is nodding her.

"I see.... Ray, your story remind me about the Erta village that has be destroyed by monster too three years ago. Unfortunately, no one survive it. Even my friend was killed on that incident." (Crush)

"Really?" (Ray)

He bring up my village to this case. I can't tell him I came from that village. It's not the right time.

"Yeah, suddenly a Bear type monster that never know their existed there attacking the village. It destroy everything in there and killing all people. My friend was a F-Rank adventurer killed there." (Crush)

Now that remind me, there was a group of F-Rank in my village in that 'Incident'.

"That village was completely destroyed. But no longer after that duke from Retilia Family come there and rebuild the village. That place has become a small town now." (Crush)

Retilia? I feel like I have heard it somewhere. Oh right, that was one of the noble family that Mathias said they have bought so many expensive thing from him before. And they was the one who ruling the land where the village built.

I wonder where they have much coins when the village in their land was poor. Seems like they was a corrupted noble. Is they the one who cause the 'Incident'? No, maybe only the head family. Their children surely not knowing anything about their head do.

I must wait till the quest begin. I believe the monster ruler was controlled by someone. If I can trace the controller mana, they have a chance the same person that cause the 'Incident'.

"Sorry to start asking. Looking the mood suddenly changed into like this." (Crush)

"That is no problem. I feel sorry for your friend." (Ray)

"Thanks." (Crush)

After that we ate our dinner with some small talk. But, I must suspect him too. Suddenly bringing up the topic about Erta, something feels off about him.

Around one month has passed. We take the normal quest regularly. Increase our Rank Point and try to Rank Up.

At a certain day, the night after taking quest Zack called us to his room.

"We have located all ruler's place. Thanks to you we have make it quickly. All need to do is preparing for the quest and departure on 3 days." (Zack)

Glad to hear it that they have found it. However, something still come to my mind.

"That's good, but I have something I worrying about lately." (Ray)

In confuse that I worried something, he ask me.

"What is it?" (Zack)

Zack has acknowledge my ability to analyzing some problem quickly with only limited information.

"I felt something off. Don't you feel that lately the monster suddenly calmed?" (Ray)

"Come to think of it, I felt the same. Isn't that a good sign?" (Lily)

"I agree with Lily. What are you worrying about?" (Zack)

"Haven't I told you about 'The calm before the storm', Lily?" (Ray)

She look at me with puzzled face. She like told me, "Suddenly bring up that matter now, are you ok?"

"You have told me that before. Didn't you said that just something that suddenly came up to your mind?" (Lily)

"I told you like that but seems like I understand it now." (Ray)

In curious with our talk, Zack joined our chat.

"What is it?" (Zack)

"Something big is coming. It's bigger than the Monster Frenzy incident. The moment will come when we set out to subjugate the rulers." (Ray)

Shocked with my word, they both have a worry face on them.

"How can you so sure about it?" (Zack)

"It also happened to me in the past. When the situation felt safe, suddenly a terror appear and destroyed everything I have." (Ray)

Again with remembering my past, I can't hide my regret on that time.

"But, because of that time I can come here. I thought that what someone called fate. But honestly, I not fully believe it." (Ray)

"I see. So basically, you want to told me to left some adventurer here to help guarding the town, am I right?" (Zack)

I relieved a bit that he can understand it without long explanation from me anymore.

"That's right. At least, the strongest adventurer you have. I have a feeling that this will be turn bad." (Ray)

"How about our subjugation? Don't we need it to take the quest that higher from us?" (Lily)

I understand it. To become a top Rank and gain freedom to travel around all kingdom on this continent, we really need it.

"Don't worry, we still participate it. I just told him that to give some warn. I am sure that whoever he choose is the best to protect this town." (Ray)

I patted her to give her some calm. She seriously had come to like it so much.

"If you said it so much then I will cooperate. But in this town, not many adventurer with that capability, also many strong adventurers joining this quest." (Zack)

"Then, can't we ask for help from another town. Also we have Royal Academy here. I am sure if we tell them the reason, they will understand and help us." (Ray)

We must get every help we need. This is serious problem. I want to say it but seems like he understand it before I told it. But he looks distracted.

"With only three days, how we do it? We also can't postponed this matter or the same incident will happen again." (Zack)

I see.... With that short time, we cannot get much help.

'There is nothing that can be saved, you cannot do anything to save them. Everything you do is useless.'

That voice again. I wonder where that come. When situation is dire, that voice always come. It told me that what will I di is futile. Whatever we choose, both of them have an end on the town is destroyed. It really gave a feeling of despair. Is there really not a single thing we can do?

In that despair, once again something screaming at my mind. It told me "Calm yourself, analyze what the situation you are in, remember everything you learned, use everything you have, and make the best option to change the destiny."

It told me like I have done it before. It is the same one that told me to "Run away, don't let their sacrifice become useless". Because of that, I still alive and met Lily. Also I can live in this town right now.

Believing what my mind said, I calmed myself, remembering everything I learned and everything I can do. Learning the situation, every single thing in detail. Use anything I have to reach the goal. Make the simulation on my mind and choose the best outcome.

The room remain silent. Everyone in here don't know what can we do. Both Zack and Lily has surrender with the situation. I believe there is something we can do. I trust in myself and in my mind.

I open my eyes and look at Zack.

"We can save this town!" (Ray)

Both Zack and Lily surprise with my sudden declaration.

"What do you mean?" (Zack)

"Like I said, we can save the city. Even with only 3 days, we definitely can make the best outcome!" (Ray)

Lily stand up from the couch and glared at me. She is ready to outburst what in her mind.

"I don't know what come in your mind but whatever it is, it definitely one of your illogical methods that bet on your life! I refuse it!" (Lily)

"Can you at least calm a bit? Rather than risk, this is the safest way that I can come up."  (Ray)

"So, what is it?" (Zack)

Zack curious with my method. It absolutely hopeless if only one thing we can do, but...

"We will do them both." (Ray)

Zack and Lily seems puzzled. Well, it is something impossible if we do it normally.

"First, we still calling help to the academy. Explaining the situation right now they surely will help us." (Ray)

He gives a nod, I know for sure that he can make it happen.

"Next, make one more group to protect the town secretly. For the quest, we will split the group equally. We need it so there is no clash between the adventurer. Make sure to choose the leader for the group and for protector group, you can pick anyone you trust. We can't let anyone know about this. Then, make a contact with the government and soldier." (Ray)

"I got your point but what about the academy, there is still impossible to negotiate with them if I negotiate with the landlord first?" (Zack)

"Just believe, we definitely make it. I am sure Sana is the one who suitable to negotiate with the academy. Just make the important letter and believe her. She has some hidden talent when come to it. With that, we can make a faster move." (Ray)

I said that because Sana has a skill to interact with other, although she is irritated with us when we first met. But I must admit it she had a talent. She can reconcile a clash between adventurer in instant. It surely a talent that not everyone have it, even fir me. Stand up from his seat, he already has make a decision.

"All right, I put my trust on yours. We will make sure to protect the city." (Zack)

We leave the guild at night. Still, we need to take a preparation for tomorrow.

"How can you always have an idea with the hopeless situation?" (Lily)

Suddenly bring up the matter, I can't answer it surely too

"Yeah, just try to grind my gear. Analyze and make a plan, just that." (Ray)

We walk through the night, surely today is different. Tonight is so quite, because today is the day of God. Many people believe that if we pray all the night, then our hope will happen.

When thinking of it, I take Lily's hand and carry her. She is surprise but not have intention to fight it. We secretly leave the town to somewhere there no one can found us. I stop at a lake that shine tonight.

"W-What's the matter s-suddenly take me to here?" (Lily)

She looked down and waving her tail.

"Have you ever heard a voice that make you felt a despair?" (Ray)

She shook her head. Is it mean, I am the only one who can hear it? Then, what was that sound really is?

I look at Lily, she seems disappoint with my question. Maybe she is have a high hope for something?

I look around then look at the sky. Tonight is a full moon. It rays reflected on the lake and make it look shining. The wind is breeze strong too. Even though like that, it really give a peaceful air.

"Tonight is surely beautiful." (Ray)

"Y-Yeah." (Lily)

This is awkward. I must think something.

"You know, tonight is surely quite. This give a calm, right?" (Ray)

She nod. I collect my courage and take a deep breath.

"In this night, I want to tell you something. I want us to stay together, no matter what happen we will be together. So, I want that You and I will always together. Just believe that we will meet again if we are separated. Even the world against it, we will fight through it together." (Ray)

After that I look at her. She is blushing and then look at me with a joyful face. Her tear is dropping from her eyes

"I glad that that you said it. Then I also hope that we will always together too." (Lily)

I hug her and she rub her face on me. I am glad too that I can say it. Tonight, we spend it in front of the lake and slept there.

"Tonight I have pick my interest to both of you and for that, I will give you two my power and with this we three have make a contract. I hope you can show me that I am not wrong to give this to you."

Suddenly I hear a voice. I open my eyes bit no one there. But there is something strange, the lake is no longer shining like before. but I too sleepy for this so I ignore it and continue my sleep.

When he was child, his village destroyed because a monster attack. He was somehow survived and found a letter that left by the past hero. Reading that letter, he determined to see the world by his own eyes. He will make a journey to see what the world hid and change it. No matter what will he face, even though the world against it, he will continue his path to make the better world to live.

The rock monster ran clumsily towards Lily, the earth trembling like an earthquake with every step it made. The werewolf maiden was waiting for the clumsy monster with full composure. Lily swiftly evaded the assault when the monster's rock arm crashed down on her. She leapt onto the monster's arm and climbed to the back of it, jumping like a nimble squirrel on a tree. She was as fast as a faint, white shadow, circling the upper body of the monster. Her movements were accompanied by a series of cutting sounds and chips of stone falling off the monster like snowflakes. However, that did not cause much damage to the monster. The monster was twisting its body, trying to shake Lily off. Lily was having a hard time hanging onto the monster as she could have been shaken off at anytime. However, she hung on anyway.
Chop, chop, chop, chop, chop, chop—
Lily was still leaping back and forth on the rock monster. Wielding her fire and ice claws, she cut her enemy and shouted in frustration. "It's futile!"
The rock monster was not made out of any ordinary rock—she learned soon enough. It was extraordinarily hard and could regenerate itself. The cracks on its body caused by the blast from Vivian's Lightning Strike had healed.
By then, the rock monster knew it was going to be difficult to shake off the "little bug". It was enraged as if capable of thought. Lily planted one of her claws in the monster's head to stabilise herself while she used another to hack it. The monster suddenly wheeled and it was about to crash its back against the nearest cliff face.
"Watch your back!" While he was engaged with another monster alongside Vivian, Hao Ren saw Lily in danger. He shouted and lunged towards the monster. With his limited strength, he knew what he could do was minimal before the monster. He just crouched on the ground with his shield in the rock monster's way. The rock monster did not try to avoid it, thinking that it could easily crush the tiny human. As the monster stamped its foot on Hao Ren, it almost lost its balance. Lily pulled her claw out from the monster's head and jumped down onto the ground. "Thank you, Landlord..."
Hao Ren was buried halfway into the ground. But, he kept his head high and roared at the rock monster. " Eat me!"
Boom!
There was another explosion on the other side. Y'zaks was alone in taking on the third rock monster. The cramped space was rather inconvenient for the great demon. Being in human form was also limiting his fighting style. However, he could not have cared care less. Y'zaks exchanged punches and kicks with the rock monster; his style was no-frills, simple but brutal with every punch smashing a chunk of rock off the enemy.
Yet another loud boom followed as Y'zaks raised his leg and kicked the enemy. The five-metre rock monster was sent flying. Y'zaks then strode forward, stepped on the monster's shoulder, grabbed its head with both hands and pulled it off.
"It's not working." Y'zaks crushed the head into pieces and looked on as the headless rock monster got to its feet again like nothing happened. As though driven by some strange force, the gravel floated up in the air and quickly condensed, forming the monster's new head.
You could break off its limbs and head, chop its body into two, or even crush it into smaller pieces; no matter what the tactic used against these rock monsters, they would not bleed. They had no sense of pain, and could regenerate using natural ingredients from their surroundings. For a moment, Y'zaks was at a lost of what to do next.
He was thinking if he should fight in his original form, or toss these monsters somewhere else and summon a meteorite to crush them—he was thinking as a demon and he was seriously considering these measures.
Vivan and Becky were together, keeping another rock monster busy. Although the dazzling moves of Becky's enchanted sword were powerful, they were useless against the rock monsters during close quarter combat. Her half-past-six magical powers did not help either. These rock monsters were only slowed down by Vivian's frigid cold and some magic curses. Becky raised her voice and asked the injured mercenaries, "How did you guys kill it?"
They were rescued by Hao Ren earlier but had not regained their strength. Some of them were still fighting while others were pulling the injured away. When they heard Becky, a middle-aged man, who looked like the leader among them limped as moved on his feet and said, "We have no idea. One of them just broke like that while the fight was going on."
"This is not the way to go." Vivian was using extremely cold ice to freeze the rock monster in front of her. But, in just a few seconds, the layer of ice started to crack. "Can't you lot recall what you did?"
The mercenary leader was as anxious as Vivian was but, he could not recall what had happened because the situation was pretty chaotic at that time. Just when everyone seemed unable to find a solution, Y'zaks suddenly shouted happily. "I know their weakness!"
Hao Ren turned his head and saw Y'zaks in a standoff with a rock monster. He was in a rather bizarre position: he first broke the rock monster's limbs off, and while the monster had not regenerated its limbs yet, Y'zaks raised its body above his head, three-metres above the ground. As the monster was limbless, very much like a stick man, no matter how hard it struggled it was not going to touch the ground. Then came the incredible moment: a layer of black matter slowly covered the monster's body. The monster's struggling became weaker and weaker until there was a loud crack, then it broke into pieces.
"Let them leave land!"
The mercenary leader finally recalled the moment when the first rock monster was killed: a senior druid in his team trapped the rock using poison ivy and dragged it up mid air.
However, the druid was lying dead nearby so, no one thought about him earlier.
Finally, there was a way to deal with these rock monsters. Lily was the most elated. She rushed towards the monster she had fought with earlier, grabbed its leg and swung it in the air in a terrifying way.
The rock monster struggling grievously as its body began to disintegrate at an alarming speed after it left the ground, before being yanked to the other side of the mountain several hundred metres way from them. It then broke into thousands of pieces.
But, it stood up again: Lily did not toss it at the right angle, and the rock monster did not exhaust its magic while it was still in the air. It reformed after it came into contact with the ground.
Lily was dumbfounded. As the rock monster marched towards her again, the werewolf felt her pride as a warrior was seriously being insulted. She first stopped Y'zaks from intervening. Before the rock monster arrived, she squatted and wrote something on the ground using a pebble. Once she was finished, she threw the pebble away, rolled up her sleeves and lunged towards the monster. With a loud cry, she heaved her enemy up and out!
This time, she had carefully calculated the angle. The rock monster stayed up in the air a tad longer, and before it landed, it had exhausted every single bit of its magical power. It was totally dead in front of everyone.
Lily's tail almost stood upright. She ran towards the wreckage and waved her fist. "My physics teacher will now rest in peace, you idiot!"
Knowledge is power, my friends!
At last, the third rock monster was dealt with by Vivian: she split into a swarm of bats, wrapped around her enemy and lifted it half-a-metre up in the air. The vampire maiden was white-eyed as she returned back to human form. She sat on the ground disregarding her posture. "It was too heavy. I should've brought a set of pulleys..."
Everything was breathtaking from the beginning to the end for Hao Ren. He could not utter a word as his mind was jammed: what kind of team is this? Why could they never be normal when it came to solving problems?

"You guys aren't the bright geniuses I thought you were" say Amiuel punching down one of the guys that surrounded him. "This guy is made crazy Feilo I think you should just do the transformation," says one of the guys backing away. "Transformation?" says Amiuel confused. "It be my pleasure," says Feilo one of the guys as the others retreated to a safe distance. Feilo grunts as scales appeared on his face his eye slowly turns into reptile-like. His muscles expand. "No way is it a Dragon," says Amiuel excited. Feilo looks at Amiuel in rage as he is a Humanoid reptile with huge muscles. "Well that was disappointing," Says Amiuel who one-shots the beast in the stomach as it drops down onto its knees.       Back with Lola, she scolds Scar as he is on his knees looking down pouting. "Ugh, I can't believe you just did that Scar. That's it no more missions after this," she yells angry. after this display, she heals Hannah with Recovery cream. It is a cream that posses ever regenerative capabilities healing all types of scars. "I'm so sorry cutie you had to go through such pain I should've been more careful I'm truly sorry" Lola begged. "Ah no Loli did her best it not your fault" Hannah replied panicked. "I-" Scar was silence by another glare from Lola who then sat back on his knees looking down. 
     
      "Well well well look who decided to come back my right hand," says the old man with a beard and a top hat looking at Scar as he froze in fear. "Your...Him!" says Lola glaring. "Now hold on I have some information that might intrigue you," says the old man. "I have nothing to hear from you monster," says Lola. "Fair enough but don't you find it weird how we came to possess an eagle stone." says the old man as Lola's eyes widen. "Yes, the blue rock I implanted on the boy is not an eagle stone because that power and it's the entirety died along with her," The oldmen added with a Smirk. "Then how did you gave him that ability!" yells Lola. "The stones we posses are called Inheritance stone," says the old man as Lola's eyes widen again. "Or better yet should I tell you the story of how I ripped him out of her womb," says the old man with an ominous laugh.


       Lola exploded in rage as she turns into a bull launching at the Old man. He stood there as he got the full impact of her horns which broke and Lola collapses on the ground returning to her human form. "heh wasn't even a proper challenge." He commented slowly approaching Scar as he stood there frozen. Hannah found some courage to run at the guy to protect Scar only to be kicked into a tree getting knocked out the man then proceed to jam his finger into the side of Scars throat that knocked him out.

   
         Few minutes gone by as Lola was wakened by Amiuel. Her eyes widen as she recalls everything that happens tears flowed down her eyes as he panics to find the kids. She gasps in relief seeing Hannah but cried out to Scar who was missing. After calming herself she explained what happened to Amiuel. "I put a track on that he let's go save him," says Amiuel hugging Lola. They both woke up Hannah and healed her wounds with recovery cream and soon headed out to save Scar. They tracked him to the lake where they found Scar and the old man relatively easy. "You didn't even try to hide!" Yells Lola. "Why should I hide from bugs I can crush with ease effort," Says the old man as Scar was tied up.

        Another battle erupted between Amiuel and the old man. Amiuel struck harder and harder as the old man's body seemed to be made out of some strange metal that seems indestructible. But then he made a dent as the old man back up finally starting to dodge Amiuels attack. Lola sighs in relief seeing as Amiuels attacks are working. "Urgh, this is getting annoying." says the old man. "This is the end of the road for you" yells Amiuel. "You wanna mess with me kid ill show you the despair I bring about," says the old man as he disappears and appears behind Scar. Scar looks down shocked as he saw the blade stabbed through his chest right through his heart. "Consider this my parting gift for intruding my business warriors of the light next time we meet I will be the God that rules this hell," says the old man as he disappears. Amiuels eyes widen as Lola Shrieks in tears. 

    
        Amiuel catches Scar before he tumbles to the ground pulling the blade out in tears as Scar cough blood slowly closing his eyes. Hannah stood there processing what happened in tears as she fell to her knees quietly. Lola approached Scar sobbing held on to his body as it went cold covering her new clothes with his blood crying on as Amiuel looking down triggered.
