We all know that we have reason to play tgis dangerous game cause of our ambitious and reasons to our life but not matter what happen don't fall to you evils did.

  After two hours of driving into the streets with corpses, broken cars, collapsed buildings, zombies, a few barricades put by the police to protect themselves from those zombies, our three survivors have made it to Haga, the city where their freedom will begin. After a long road from Groningen, travelling with a jeep through Drachten and taking gas from a gas station there, surviving through Hell in Harlingen, Amsterdam and finally made it in Leiden, the place where they stayed for almost a day and night, and meet the soldiers who are occupying to save this whole world.
  These three dudes are stopping in front of a fence, which is blocked by a military truck, but around them are just zombie corpses and some military officers who got killed before these three survivors arrived. They are scared cause they think that this wall of soldiers wasn't able to face these zombies. Gerald heard a groan, and he quickly draws his pistol, and with one bullet shoot the zombie who was on the other side of the fence. That bullet shot by Gerlad hit the zombie corpses head and made him fall on the ground. These three survivors observed the corpse it is wearing a military uniform and got bite marks around his body. Ronald observed the helmet of the zombie is already damaged, a few marks were let on that helmet, which means a man could've destroyed that hat or even a new type of zombies these survivors haven't met yet.
  "What happened here?" asks Mike to his friends looking down at his legs and seeing countless corpses around the ground, a big amount of used bullets, a few melee weapons and blood everywhere.
  "These bastards weren't able to hold this port?" asks Ronald to Gerald taking a random key that doesn't look damaged and shows to Gerald.
  "That key it is for what I think it is?"
  "Most likely." says Ronald. "But like I said one time. I wouldn't be able to drive since I never st- I mean drive or work at boats."
  "Dude, we know you were stealing cars back then. Before all of.. this." says Mike to Ronald, and makes him feel ashamed that he hide this thing for so long.
  "Oh... Are you mad?" asks Ronald to Gerlad and Mike.
  "To me, it doesn't matter. You do a great job at what you do, damn rascal." says Gerald smiling at Ronald.
  "Well... You did some awesome work for us, dude." says Mike smiling at Ronald.
  "Thank you, guys." says Ronald who is feeling overwhelmed by this emotion he has never experienced in his entire life.
  "Enough with this lady talk, gentlemen." says Gerald going closer to the barricaded entrance to their safety. "Our freedom it is on the other side, now, our only chance it is to climb over this truck, jump on the other side, and runs to any available boat out there."
  "What if the boat is running short on fuel?"
  "We will not take that one. Because we are aiming to one who doesn't need gas. Now, before we are about to do our final mission, I want to tell you that. You two are some fine soldiers. If I were in the Army again, it would've been my honour to fight with you two by my side." says Gerald who is looking at those two who are clapping for this small encouragement talk, and then he turns around. "Ready?"
  "Yes!" responds these two survivors who are wielding their weapons, Ronald is wielding two pistols, while Mike is wielding an assault rifle he found on the ground with a full clip.
  "LET'S GO!" yells Gerlad who is already climbing to that truck, and with Ronald and Mike.
  On the other side, they see countless reanimated corpses who are just standing there or others who are eating the rest of those corpses left there. Gerald is aiming his weapon at those zombies and he proceeds to shot them, Ronald and Mike are doing the same. Together they gunned down a few zombies, and after they killed enough, these two are sprinting to the boats that are located on the dock.
  At the time, these three got on the wooden floor, they see there a soldier who is crawling to a boat, but these three sees the soldier it is just half, only his torso with one arm, and head are there. That soldier sees the survivors, and yells at them to save him, and bring him into a boat. Gerald was about to put an end to that man, but the soldier who is only half piece screamed at them.
  "Don't shoot me, ma'am! I am not infected. Yet. We have a cure! WE HAVE A DAMN CURE!" says the soldier who made Gerlad, Ronald and Mike feel speechless.
  "What?" asks Mike. "There is a cure."
  "Yeah... That cure could save all of us lives! It could turn humanity back to"
  But before he was about to end his line, a scream, is coming closer from these survivors.  At third meters from there, a big zombie, with massive muscles, and wearing ripped clothes is going through a building wall, he looks angry at those survivors and he screams at the sky. These survivors are terrified of this thing because it is their first time when they encountered one.
  The soldier starts screaming for help, while Gerlad is gunning down that thing by using his assault rifle which was gifted by that soldier named Garen. The wonder soldier screamed that the bullets couldn't destroy this thing, only explosives could do it. Ronald was also trying to shot that huge thing by using the shotgun he found earlier on their way to the pontoon. But, Mike, after he had a flashback from his past when he played a video game with his "friends" he realized that the thing in front of them is almost acting like that one he encountered many times, so, he runs to the closest boat to found something which will help them overcome this massive beast.
  "Mike! What are you doing?" asks Ronald when he sees Mike running to the closest boat and start looking in the room where the sailor is living or sleeping, to see if he can find a propane tank.
  He looks at the entire small room, on the kitchen part, but he didn't see one, so, he runs to the other boat, hoping that he will find a propane tank or something explosive. While Mike is searching for an explosive thing, these two survivors are having a hard time gunning down that giant who is walking at them at a fast pace.
  "Die! Die, you motherfucker!" says Ronald reloading his shotgun by adding three more shells to his shotgun. 

  Then, the monster starts looking at a small boat, he takes it with his boat arms, looks angry at those two survivors and at that wounded soldier. The survivors are looking terrified at that thing, and wondering how they could defeat such a monstrosity.
  "Oh, God." says Gerald who is looking around and he has an idea. "Let's dive in, Rascal!"
  "Alright." says Ronald following Gerlad, and he jumps after him into the salty water. 
  The monster throws that boat, which was supposed to be their place, and the boat has hit only the wounded soldier who was already dead, to begin with. The boat has landed on his head, the vertical part, which has crushed his entire head and will also prevent his transformation into a zombie, even though it will only be a crawler, and not one who could walk or run. A small fry who could be killed easily. 
  When the boat has landed on the pontoon, it almost breaks it. And if the pontoon is breaking, some of the boats there could be lost because some are tied up and entering a boat would only be possible by swimming, but with a wind condition, you never knew where a boat could land. 
  Ronald and Gerlad are swimming to the closest boat, with their guns on the back. Ronald is not an experienced swimmer, but he is a fast learner. After he saw Gerlad swimming, he already understands the technique people are using to swim. These two are swimming to the boat where Mike has is looking for something useful to stop that crazy monster.
  While Mike has entered the third boat, he is looking for that thing in the room of the sailor, he found something, but he doesn't know if he could carry it. He found a propane tank, but after he was about to lift with both of his hands, Gerald and Ronald are entering the boat.
  "We have to go Mike!" says Ronald going to the wheel to direct this boat that is used for fishing. "We need to leave this place ASAP!"
  "Gerlad!" says Mike to Gerlad. "The thing cannot enter the water." 
  "What?" says Gerald looking at that huge monster who just threw a boat at them.
  That huge monster is staying on the platoon, screaming at that boat where Mike and his gang have made it. Sure, it is five meters from them, and he could just take that boat back and throw it to them, could've crossed that huge zombie mind. If he wasn't branded, but because he is, this will be extremely useful for our group. Gerald is almost smiling, and he looks at Mike, who was about to throw the propane tank at that monster.
  "What are you doing with that?" asks Gerald. 
  "I was about to throw at that thing and kill him." says Mike, and Gerlad is already taking the other side of the propane tank, and says to Mike. "At three. Ready?"
  "Ready!"
  "One!" says Gerald.
  "Two!" says Mike.
  "THREE!" says both of them at the same time and threw that propane tank to the water, but close to the pontoon.
  "Quick!" says Mike to Gerlad who is already taking his rifle, aim at that propane tank.
  "Goodbye, Deutschland!" says Gerald who is trying to shoot his last clip with ammo for his assault rifle.
  Some bullets hit the propane tank, and when they did, that propane exploded. The explosion was big, and this one attracted zombies from a big distance. But this explosion has destroyed the pontoon and made the huge zombie fall into the salty water, and when he got his full body on the water, the monster started screaming, waving his arms and legs for a few minutes, until the big monster, will be drowned into the water of Deutschland. 
  The survivors are looking at the huge fire gong on the dock and seeing countless of zombies going through that fire, burning alive and falling into the water. When some zombies falled in the water, they weren't able to swim, which means one thing. Every zombie could be kill by water, especially deep water. And this make sense because zombies arent able to swim due to their movements, but hey do still be alive in water since they are already dead. 
  Gerald, Mike and Ronald are slapping their hands together, yelling "Horray!" and sitting on the room of the sailor while they are opening a pack of beers and proceed to drink them.
  "For our long road through Hell!" says Gerlad to all of them, then their beer bottles collide, and proceed to drink those beer while they laugh, tell some funny jokes and confess their deepest secrets, like some good friends. While their boat was navigating by herself, an helicopter is leaving Haga, and that helicopter belongs to the army. As soon as Mike sees the helicopter, he left the room, and wave at him. Then, the helicopter left this area, and a guy with a megaphone told them from the helicopter, after he opened the door of the helicopter for a second, to follow them to safety. And that's what they are doing.

  Three days later, on one of the fifth artificial islands, made by the soldiers ( and a few skilled survivors), on a camper van who is parked on artificial grass, Roanld is waking up in that van, on the couch. He gets up from that filthy couch which has mostly chips bags and drinks spilled... I think. He looks around, he sees Mike, who is sleeping on the only bed, also in garbage with dirty clothes and a few rounds of bullets.
  Ronald gets up from that couch, he walks slowly to the door of the camper van, he left the van and goes to that picnic table outside where Gerlad who has already wake up, is eating a soup, made by Doloroes, an great chef of this island. 
  "Good morning!" says Ronald to Gerald.
  "Good morning, to you!" replies Gerlad to his friend. "Slept well?"
  "Kinda. Mike has a behaviour like an animal sometimes."
  "Well. That is our Mike. He might be weird, but extremely smart." says Gerlad after he take a spoon of that amazing soup. "You should totally eat Dolores soup."
  "Maybe later, boss... Wasnt this day your first day as a new you?"
  "New me?" asks Gerlad. "Dont laugh boy. This new me it is the old one." 
  Gerlad finishes his soup, he takes on his helmet, his assault rifle and he goes to the training camp, to instruct the new recruits which would be sent one day on the lands withroaming monsters. 
  When they arrived on this island, these survivors have started new lives. Gerald has become a trainer for new fighters, Ronald hired as a Mechanic at a service auto, close to the camper van they are sleeping, and Mike is working as a supplier, with one cute girl who already felt in love wit him. The things are working good for these three survivors who were going through Hell a few days ago.

It is the year 20XX and something bad happened to Earth and humanity, but much worse to humanity to be precise. The thing it has happened, it is known as a zombie apocalypse by the modern generation. 
It presents the stories of a few groups of survivors across the world who are either going to stay among undeads, zombies, climbers, swimmers, vomitrons, flamers and tons of other types of zombies, or try their luck to run on inhibited islands with or without military help and live safely until everything comes down. Eventually.

 Schaffe then says, "Jess?" she then says, "well yes thats who I am." it was Jess but something was different she had shave the side of her hair and left the top long. Jess then says, "but how can that be me when I am right here." Phil then thinks about it. Punk then confused the other Jess then says, "Let's go we need to move it be matter time to find Gula is here." Schaffe then reverts back to his human form and they all fellow The Other Jess to an old church. She then says, "we should be safe here." Schaffe then says, "so what the hell is going on here." Other Jess then says, "thats what I want to find out here." Phil then says, "I think I know what up here now." Schaffe then says, "what really." Phil then says, "well it a theory but I think we might be in another universe like this isn't our world." Schaffe then says, "in other words your portal thing sent us to another Dimension." Phil then says, " yes a paralleled from ours but the only one with the answer is her." Other Jess then say, "make sense I am seeing another me here." Schaffe then says, "so what your story then." The Other Jess then says, "well it all start when I meet our Schaffe but then again you know that story, when I was kidnap by my brother Vince but his planed fail when Schaffe turned into a deathclaw he slaughter everyone from that day my brother, Alan, Punk, Sara and Tyler only survivor was Ian But he recently disappeared I fear the worse for him, but after Schaffe or El Diablo now decide to take over the world with his deathclaw brethren an Armageddon in the Apocalypse a Nightmare we live in." Jess then says, "where were you during the battle with Vince because our story our different because I help during the battle and help Schaffe gain control." Other Jess then says, "I never help Schaffe I was Saved by Ian then find out Schaffe became a monster." Schaffe then remembers what Phantom told him saying he a true monster. Phil then says, "Schaffe are you okay." Schaffe then says, "I'm fine just think about something that happened." Other Jess then says, "if you knowtest the strange tower that "his" castle and the seven deadly sins his him and his elite Deathclaws." they see it starting to get dark. Other Jess then says, "we need to move it more dangerous at night we going to our secret hideout." Meanwhile at the Strange Tower a man in a throne made of bones and flesh says, "Gula has Fallen what a pity." another voice then says, "he was weak any way a runt in the litter." another says, "my lord the humans seem to be getting more tougher then we reliased." the man then says, "I figured as much but they are getting much of a bother they need to learn that there our live stock but soon humanity will be extinct soon enough." another voice then says, "should we send one us to deal we know there base is in a nearby area." the man then says, "no but soon my children we feast on them soon enough." they all then says, "Yes El Diablo." meanwhile in a junkyard they go down a hole to where there was hiding a vault. The Other Jess then says, "this where we are hiding for now." they open the vault a bunch of kids the see The Other Jess. They all go over to her and hug her. The Other Jess then says, "they see as a mother figure most there real parents are gone this vault here what you can say is holding the last hope for humanity." the kid from earlier then says, "hey it that guy who save me from that monster he so cool able to hurt him." Everybody then goes in but then Other Jess then says to Schaffe, "Sorry but you can't enter the vault I don't trust you the most." Schaffe then says, "fine I understand I'll just keep watch then." Phil then says, "I guess I'll join you then." they then found an old beat up camper this will be Schaffe's living quarter here. Phil then says, "well anything beats underground sanctuary any day." Schaffe then says, "the Jess here don't trust me in here vault the other me must be some asshole now huh." Phil then says, "I can't believe in a parallel universe from ours can imagine how much that blueprint gonna make us." Schaffe then says, "yeah but we just have to scratch off the part it send you a deathclaw master race world." Phil then says, "Noted so you can turn into a Deathclaw hybrid." Schaffe then says, "Yeah for some reason I can now I was able to turn into a regular one at first but then it became only that one." Phil then says, "hmm maybe you evolved from a regular deathclaw you seem pretty strong in that form when you fought that Gula thing." they then hear a knock at the door. It was Jess and Punk, She then says, "hey guys we got some food." Schaffe then lets them in. Punk then says, "nice place you got here." Phil then says, "what it like in the vault down there." Jess then says, "it like a normal vault full of people oh by the way we got cloths for you too she complain you smelt like booze." Schaffe then says, "but thats my normal smell Jess." Jess then says, "well you got a point." Schaffe then sees a vault suit and says, "man I haven't wear on of these for a while." Schaffe then rips of the sleeves and goes to bathroom and puts it on." Phil then says, "man thats nostalgic seeing you in that suit." Schaffe then says, "yeah feels like it man maybe I should more these suits they are pretty comfy in." Punk then says, "well for them living in a junk yard they ain't protected here." Schaffe then says, "lets help them out then we can probably Scavenge some stuff here to build a wall." Phil then says, "well a bet some old sentry gun parts here to build defenses." they all went to bed for the night think what they can do for the next day. The Next day they then look through the junk yard piling all the useful stuff they can use they find. Other Jess then says, "What are you up too." Schaffe then says, "well trying to help you out here by build this place up." Other Jess then says, "fine then I send some the men up here to help I guess." she then goes back to the vault. Phil then says, "she totally different from our Jess." Schaffe then says,"well she seen some shit from ours." they then start building the walls after a couple days they have the whole place clean out on there wall they got Good Sentry guns all controlled from a working terminal programmed by Phil. Schaffe went around and killed some the Deathclaws in the area he then used there blood on the outer walls and bury the limbs and body Schaffe also keep the good part of the meat for food. Schaffe then says, "there we did a lot to day." The Other Jess then Says, "Good work I guess we can stay here bit longer then." Jess then says, "you mean you been moving a lot." Other Jess then says, "yes me we been moving for a while only reason we here because we more hid but we have protection now." Schaffe then says, "so who are the seven deadly beast." Other Jess then says, "They are Deathclaws that have been Evolved they also have there on special ability they have there own territory as well as your probably have guess we are in Gula Territory he was the leader of the Nocturnal in the area the beast that hunt at night, near city hall is Acadia area she Controls of the hatchlings, Now Avarita he Control The museum he real freak about really Shiny things, Ira Controls the park he is in charge of the human slave camps or there cattle, next Luxuria He is station at the airport he control the Sky, now Invidia is set up near an old amusement park he is El Diablo Right hand man, and finally El Diablo who is in the strange tower these are seven deadly beast." Schaffe then says, "well Gula is dead now." Schaffe then decides to go explore the area. The Other Jess then says, "I won't stop you but only thing I'm going says is Beware of the King of Nothing." Schaffe then heads out he wanted get some stuff for the base and get some booze he walks around the city and finds a liquor store they were at he got there he fills a bag. Till he saw man in a cloak when he exits the man looks surprised and says, "hello young man." Schaffe then says, "who are you." the man then says, "I'm no one not anymore living for me is nothing." Schaffe then says, "I'm sorry to hear that sir." the man then says, "what do you think of your friends." Schaffe stood there for a minute and says, "well I don't know I like being with them but at same time I'm scared of what I can do to them." the man then says, "I see." he then starts to walk away and says, "I hope we meet again Schaffe Deathclaw." Schaffe then looks as man leaves and says, "I do too King Of Nothing." Schaffe then returns back to base and goes to his camper with booze. Phil then says, "finally a stiff drink." Schaffe then says, "I been thinking of something." Jess then says, "what is it." Schaffe then says, "let's help these people more by taking care of the rest of the seven deadly beast" Punk then says, "wait really but there the most violent deathclaws." Phil then says, "yeah but he got a point they control the other one." but then the other Jess then says, "that a Stupid idea." she then comes in the camper and says, "they are different then the others, I know you beat Gula but he was the runt of them." Schaffe then says, "I know but do you want to keep running from this evently your luck will run out and lose more your friends." the Other Jess then says, "... Fine go ahead but we will not get involved with this I wish you luck." Schaffe now knows what he has do he going help save humanity from extinction.

Schaffe Deathclaw finds him self in the ruins of Albany New York three hundred years after a nuke now he must fight mutants and Psychos to live his life. (original made in 2017)

Getting our phone ready for the upcoming call with Princess Diana and Nurhaliza, I bring some tea and snacks for Sir Ceanu, Sir Crow, Mrs Bladel and myself. It's just a regular update from both our sides, so a simple phone call should be more than enough, but given how we wanted to make sure all the fake Doppelganger hidden within us expose, a proper talk should be made.

As for Princess Nurhaliza, she should be resting inside her castle in Malsia now, and so does Queen Rinz in Kiserre. That makes King Leogris of the Beastman Kingdom and the Demon Queen who will still be traveling to their respective nation.

The exchange land. Given how prosperous with markets of various items, it's perfect place to go on a date with Diana, and winding some time with all of them, but given what happen inside the last floor of the ice dungeon before we arrived here, I should put my desire off

I designed this golem so it can even survive monster attacking us, but that doesn't mean I wanted something bad to happen to it. Not even a scratch

Even though the crowd started to disperse thanks to the earth wall and Savel's spell, I still feel a bit of hesitation to stop the Camper van golem, and for the second time of the day, those two transported someone from outside to inside the golem

Faris and Faizi, they are literally once the neighbors of Saint Louis, before moving out to the holy palace and act as an insider source, so it make sense that Zerolith would know of them, and as for the other two, I kinda get the gist of who they are. They're the former butler of the Holy Palace and the guard that work for the holy palace. Well, ex butler and guard I suppose, as they're now working closely with Faris and Faizi as well. I guess Saint Louis kindness really rub on them, and for the better

Rean stop the carriage, before me parking the camper van golem inside my item box. It's simply big if you ask me, that it can fit us all rather comfortably, albeit it's lacking in term of privacy part, so much so that Rean wanted to book a room for Muse

Ain't this turning out to be our regular meeting then? Given what happen after we tested out the Sea Serpent Project and the thing we were experiencing on the last floor of Ice Dungeon, I guess this is just a perfect time

Accepting Aaron's hand Mark got back to his feet once more. However before the young Son of Ares could reply a loud ear piercing shriek sent a sudden chill was felt upon the spine of everyone from within the camp. As they all looked towards at beach they noticed a Creature walking out from the waves.

Now with a better view of the creature they noticed that the creature appeared to be a man's torso fused on to the back of a horse. The Creature lacked skin causing it's crimson bloated muscles to be exposed to all who seen it. The create only had two burning crimson eyes. One on the horse's head, the other on it's human half.

The long arms of it's human half caused it's knuckles to drag along the ground. The head of it's horse half breathed out a small amount of black smoke. When the smoke touched the sand below it caused a fowl stench to fill the air. The jaw of it's human half lowered as it delivered another high pitched scream.

"What is that thing!?" Percy shouted as he asked.

"I... I don't know." Chiron replied.

"Skít... It's a Nuckelavee. A Water Demon."

Chapter 2: My first Day at Day Care.

"A Nuckelavee?!" Percy asked. "How did it get past the camp's defences?"

"I honestly don't know." Chiron softly replied. He like the other camper quickly became disgusted by the bloated figure of the Beast as it slowly walked forward.

Turning his head over to face the Norse Demigod, Chiron asked Aaron."Can you kill it?" Aaron was hesitant in answering Chiron's question, as he kept his eyes focused on the Beast in front of him. Moving slightly to the right he noticed that the two eyes of the Nuckelavee seemed to be fixed solely on him.

'So i'm it's target.' Aaron thought to himself but his thoughts were soon shifted as he heard the Sons and Daughters of Ares scream out. "CHARGE!" As they rushed towards the Nuckelavee.

"NO!" Aaron shouted out as he slammed his Axe into the sand below. Mr. D was about to jump in and attack Aaron but he stopped when he noticed his action created a small wall of thin Ice between the Demigods and Beast. "Do not engage it! The Black Breath's poisonous to what ever it touches. You'll be dead before you can even get near that thing!"

Slamming the Axe down once more another thin wall of Ice was created on the opposite side of the one facing the Demigods, temporarily caging the beast with an icy trap. "That aint gonna hold long but it'll buy us enough time for the moment."

"If Ice won't stop it, I take it my powers over Water is useless." Percy stated out getting a nod back from Aaron.

"That thing's a water Demon. Water'll only empower it even more." Aaron responded. Sniffing the air he turned and looked at another one of the older campers.

"Ash and Molten Metal. Are you a Son of the Blacksmith?" Aaron asked Charles Beckendorf the head counselor of Cabin 9.

"Yeah." Charles quickly responded.

"Tell me, can either you or anyone of your brothers and sisters have control over Fire?" Aaron asked. The tone of his voice sounded near desperate.

"Not that I've ever been made aware of, but we do have a few Molotov cocktails made with Greek Fire." As Charles finished answering Aaron's question the Ice finally began to show large cracks.

"Hurry and grab as many as you can. I'll try to hold it off for the time being." Aaron shouted as he moved slowly away from the campers. The Nuckelavee slowly turned as well as walked towards Aaron.

"What's fire going to do against the monster?" Chiron asked as he moved in front of the younger campers.

Before Aaron could answer one of the long arms of the Nuckelavee shoot forward. Ducking and rolling towards his left, Aaron was able to dodge the attack but he still couldn't counter. "It's a Water Demon! Fucking think about it"

"Hunters!" Aaron shouted out to Artemis' Hunters. "Once this thing is on fire, aim only to pin and trap it's arms and legs to the ground! Only one needs to aim and shoot it's two eyes!"

"Understood. I'll do it!" Normally Zoe would argue or berate any man or boy who dared give out orders to herself and her other Hunters. But she had never seen a Monster like this before. Reluctantly she had to place a little faith in whatever was Aaron's plan

The Nuckelavee screeched at it now for the first time ran towards Aaron. "Ekki gott!" Aaron yelled as he dived out of the Monster's path. Checking his back pockets he pulled out what appeared to be a small block of birch wood with a glowing white crystal trapped within.

Rubbing the crystal over the Axe's blade, it caused the edge to glow the same colour as the crystal. "Ljós Álfheimar!"

With his weapon ready Aaron turned on to the offence and rushed towards the Nuckelavee. The horse's head breathed out a more concentrated amount of Black Breath. Thrusting the his Axe forward the glow from it's blade brightened as the black mist dissipated. With the Black Breath gone for a moment Aaron began his assault o the Monster itself.

However no matter how many cuts he made across it's bloated body, no blood was spilt nor did it's wounds remain as they healed as quickly as they were made. There was one small change that did occur from his attacks. The Nuckelavee's body appeared to have become less bloated with each strike.

'Alfheim's light isn't gonna last for much longer and I can't risk using any more to keep attacking. I need to save whatever left for my Bifrost jump back to Asgard and then Alfheim.' Aaron thought to himself as he began to become more frustrated.

However with his slight lack on concentration towards the Monster, the Nuckelavee managed to back slap away Aaron. Crashing into the Arena's floor, Aaron slid across and had to bury his Axe into the stone to stop his movement. He once more had to roll out of the way as he avoided the Monster's follow up attack.

As Charles arrived back he quickly passed out the Molotov cocktails to his brothers and sisters. Once he was finished he signaled to Aaron they were ready. "We're ready!"

"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! PERMISSION?!" Aaron snapped back as he jumped back out of the Hephaestus' cabins line of attack. "FUCKING THROW THEM ALREADY!"

Upon impact the glass shattered causing the Nuckelavee to shriek and howl in pain. It's body began to shrink as it tried to retreat to back into the lake. "Hunters! Fire at will!" Aaron shouted out as the arrows of Aretmis' Hunters along with Apollo's children of Cabin 6, even Thalia joined in to help by throwing her spear right into the Nuckelavee's Human torso.

A hailstorm of arrows impaled the feet and hands of the Nuckelavee into the ground, preventing the Monster from moving. It's now skinny and frail body swayed side to side as it tried to free itself. With a single shot firing two arrows Zoe hit both of the Nuckelavee's eyes.

Taking this as his chance to kill off the Monster, Aaron rushed to the rear of the Beast and jumped into the air. With a clean swing aimed at the human torso's neck, he sliced it's head clean off from it's shoulders.

Not allowing the Beast to recover for even a moment, Aaron quickly twisted his body midair in order to cut off the Horse's head. To those watching his attack seemed like one quick and swift attack.

With both heads of the Nuckelavee separated from it's body the Beast began to glow and faded into a golden dust, only to be scattered by the wind leaving nothing behind of the Monster.

Silence feel over the camp as they all watched the Monster disappear. "What? All that effort and no war trophy?" A random camper asked out loud.

"Leaving with you life is a much of a war trophy you'll get against a Nuckelavee." Aaon replied back to the camper. He didn't even look at them as he spoke, keeping his eyes fixed on the place where the Monster faded instead.

After a few moments of rest Chiron and Mr. D walked towards Aaron. "I think we'd best have a talk in private."

"Agreed." Aaron nodded in understanding as he, Chiron and Mr. D walked towards the camp's Big House.

(The Big House)

As the three of them entered alone Aaron sighed as he seem the suspicious look on Mr. D's face, matched only with Chiron's worried expression. "Mind telling us what the fuck that was Norse brat!" Mr. D demanded an answer.

"As I said before, it was a Nuckelavee. And I believe it was sent by our enemies to prevent me from completing my quest." Aaron answered as he sat down and leaned back into a chair. "I've been sent down to Midgard in order to retrieve Mimir. He's Odin's Counselor who was kidnapped from Asgard around a month ago."

"Our enemies? What do you mean boy!?" Mr. D once more demanded.

"Listen whether you like it or not we've had the same enemy for thousands of years. Ever since the Kraken was taken by the Titans."

"I don't understand what you mean." Chiron stated. "The Kraken was born of Oceanus, the Titan of the Sea."

"No, it wasn't. The Kraken was created from the merger of a squid and a small island by Odin himself. It was created to prevent Jörmungandr from reaching his full length." Aaron calmly answered Chiron's confusion. "He was taken by the Titans. However I know that Poseidon captured the Beast and has wisely locked it away."

"Do you fear it'll escape?" Mr. D asked. He appeared to have calmed down if even slightly.

"I don't believe so. Poseidon from what I can see appears to be in excellent control over his dominion of the Seas and Oceans. I doubt he would've been lax when locking that beast away." Aaron replied with a nod of disagreement to Mr. D's worry. "Our worries should be over the Titans though. The Aesir in Asgard don't know how they managed to capture Mimir. Heimdall the Bifrost's watcher could not even view the path they took out of Asgard, he only managed to get a glimpse of one of the creatures that helped take him. Yesterday the beast revealed itself for the first time since then. I was sent to Midgard then and managed to get the name of the person currently holding him."

"So that would explain the how and why you showed up." Chiron replied. However he noticed Aaron's eyebrow was raised after hearing his statement.

"Young Percy Jackson filled me in on the events that happened in Bar Harbor. However he neglected on telling me who is this person that has your friend. It appears his excitement in retelling how you arrived forced it to slip from his mind." Chiron stated. Inside he hoped that he would be able to help Aaron during his quest by passing on anything he knew that might help him.

"I know he's called the General." Mr. D's face became slightly pale when he heard that name. It was something Aaron noticed from the corner of his eyes but decided not to say anything over it. "However I have no clue on his whereabouts so I'm gonna have to just continue with my search for Mimir instead. I'll run into this General when i've tracked my friend."

"I know of this General." Chiron stated with a soft hint of fear within his voice. "I dare not say his name but he is dangerous... I fear your journey ahead will not be as easy as you may think."

"I don't plan on engaging him in combat. I only came to retrieve Mimir. After that it's a case where I will have to follow Odin's order and return to Asgard." Aaron scowled as he mentioned Odin's name.

"The Allfather is an immensely vengeful God. I would not be far by speaking the truth in saying that if any War were to break-out between the Titans and Olympus... The Aesir and Vanir would with no doubt join Olympus' side in that war." Aaron face was full of worry.

"I can see you fear this? Why?" Mr. D asked.

Aaron seemed to once more become hesitant once more. Sighing he explained his fear. "This war will not be good for the Nine Realms with or without our help... I fear that no matter whoever the victor in this war. The result will be the same outcome. Odin wants my actions here to help prevent an early Ragnarök but..."

"You mean that." Chiron began to ask but was cut off by Aaron.

"Yeah... I fear that the gears leading to Ragnarök have already begun to turn." Mr. D was now showing the same worry that Aaron's face showed.

"This winter's wind does not help my nerves much either. It does not feel like the others I have been through. There is more of a soul crushing chill in the wind. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that Fimbulvetr or Fimbulwinter has begun. This is the final warning the Nine Realms get signals Ragnarök will begin within the next few years."

"The Twilight of the Gods..." Chiron now too held a worried look. "This... Does not sound good."

"I understand how you both might feel about hearing this. However I do feel I need to say this out loud incase it is missed but... I'm sorry to say but with Mirmir's kidnapping by Greek Titans, it may have inadvertently dragged Olympus into the events of Ragnarök itself." Aaron explained with a somber tone to his voice.

"Curse my father's punishment. After hearing this I need a drink." Mr. D stated as he snapped his finger allowing a glass of wine to appear in his hand. Chugging it down quickly Chiron became more worried when he did not hear Zeus' thunder in the sky.

"If it's alright with you Dionysus... I think i'll take a drink as well." Aaron smiled as he looked at the Greek God of Wine, who appeared to smirk back at him.

Snapping his fingers a Stein of Lager appeared before. "I know that you Norse aren't 'cultured' enough for Wine, so I hope that'll do." Mr. D laughed as Aaron raised his glass back at Mr. D in appreciation before beginning to drink himself.

"There one just one more thing that still concerns me." Chiron stated gaining the attention of both members drinking. "Why send that creature after you. You appear to have faced it before, so why send a monster that they know you have defeated before?"

"I never defeated the Nuckelavee before. This time was the first time I've ever won a fight in my encounters with it... And even then I only won because I was with others that helped cover my disadvantages against the Beast." Aaron replied shocking both Chiron and Mr. D.

"If it wasn't for the Blacksmith's son..." Aaron didn't finish his sentence. He felt a great deal of shame even admitting such a thing out loud. "I should be moving soon. They could send more monsters here in the Nuckelavee's place."

Chugging down the rest of the Stein, Aaron stood up and walked towards the exit but hesitated for a moment. "I just have one question to ask."

Chiron and Mr. D nodded at Aaron allowing him to continue. "Is it possible for Hades to locate anything dead that walks Midgard?"

"Yes. He can also track those alive as well, but only those who wish to have themselves revealed to him." Mr. D instantly replied. Me might not agree with his Uncle often but he for sure respected his power and domain.

"Thanks... I think for my quest i'll have to pay him a visit then." Aaron replied back. "Thank you for your hospitality. As a thanks I'll be leaving a Protection Ruin on the Tree near the top of that hill you pointed out to me earlier. That should help prevent any Norse Monsters entering camp in search of me after I've gone."

"Thank you." Chiron smiled at Aaron as Mr. D also stood up and walked towards the Norse Demigod.

"For a brat. Your not that bad." Mr. D smirked as he offered Aaron out a hand.

Aaron smirked back as he shook Mr. D's hand. "And for a 'cultured' god, your not too bad yourself."

"Great now get out of here before you try to ruin the moment. I have an image to uphold Norse brat." Mr. D snapped back however the face never dropped his smirk.

"Wait before you go may I ask for a favour?" Chiron asked Aaron before he left. "You will need help getting into the Underworld. Would it be alright if I ask camper to join you as a guide perhaps?"

Aaron understood why Chiron was advising to bring a guide along. "I suppose so. But they better not slow me down. Now that I know I'm being hunted as well they would need to accept and understand the dangers of being around me now." Aaron replied.

Chiron nodded in agreement. "If you'd give me an hour i'll explain this to our cabin councillors. They'll vote on who will accompany you."

"I'll be fine to wait an hour or so. Tell who ever is to join me at that Pine Tree up at the Hill. I'll be finished with those Protection Runes once they arrive." Aaron replied as he nodded to Chiron before leaving the Camp's Big House.

"I don't think we'll need to allow the campers to vote." Mr. D stated. "We both know who you plan on sending to help the Norse boy."

(An Hour later - Half Blood Hill, Thalia's Tree)

With the blood still dripping from his thumb Aaron put the final touches to the long and complexed Rune written near the Tree's base. Applying ice over his cut to stop the bleeding, Aaron touched the Rune with his left hand and closed his eyes.

"Andi fjallsins. Vernda" Aaron commanded out loud causing the Rune to glow with a greenish yellow shine. The effect was felt by Aaron as he could smell several creatures both Norse and Greek move further away from the camp.

'That should last for a few years... Just in case.' Aaron thought to himself. He didn't have to wait much longer for the his guild to the Underworld to arrive. "Oh, it's you."

And Cut!

Okay cliff hanger I know but i'm a bastard so... Expect a few more to pop up here and there. In case your all wondering the person in question that has yet to be revealed is not up for a vote. For you see I have made a cunning plan.

Now, is it as cunning as a fox who's just been appointed Professor of Cunning at Oxford University? Well I'm afraid you'll have to wait to find out.

Now this will also most likely be the shortest chapter of this story so don't expect any short chapters like this one for a while. Any way here's the Q&A!

1) Aaron will have more Nordic spells/tricks like Loki (MCU) or Atreus (GOW)? One or two but can't comment on what they may be.

2) Will Zeus be a jerk and try to kill him? Zeus knows of Aaron and his mission, however I cannot say for now.

3) Is Aaron to be paired with either Zoe, Thalia, Artemis or all three? I'll confirm right now. It ain't Thalia. Aaron's 28 and she 16... The pairing as of now is still undecided but there is another name that was missing that i have still to consider as well. you'll have to guess who lol.

4) Aaron have superior physical characteristics, like inhuman strength and speed? Since he is the son of the Mountain Goddess there are some physical perks. To be revealed soon.

5) Is Aaron's father, shall we say, bad or is it just who he's related to? To be revealed in a later Chapter.

6) Are Odin, Thor, Baldur and Jörmungandr based off of GoW, Riordan's version or a bit of both? a little bit of both.

7) Would Aaron also have met Gods of other pantheons as well?. Nope Aaron grew up on Jötunheim with his mother. While he had ventured to Midgard or Earth in past Quest his first interaction with another Pantheon was Artemis.

On the second day of Christmas, the heavens sent to me: a motherless Christmas just for me.
We just came back from the fire where my mother mysteriously disappeared. The police swarmed the streets of our small suburban area, alarming some of my neighbors. Was someone shot? Was the explosion caused by the militant tree-huggers who were still angry about the expansion of Green Arches? I don't know. The police and the firemen left as soon as Chiron talked to them and the fire was put out. Still, bright yellow lines crossed our perimeter. It was an eyesore. And what else? Cameron, my cat, was nowhere to be found.
To cope with the sudden loss of my mother, I was humming Twelve Days of Christmas with much more sinister lyrics. Mr. Ryder—who was revealed to be a man named Chiron—and Mr. Sheridan—still Mr. Sheridan but with cloven hooves and ivory horns—escorted me back to the principal's office after crying for at least an hour over my mother's death.
Sorry, disappearance. Mr. Ryder was optimistic that my mother was still alive.
"Haruto was a camper in the camp that Kenneth and I have been talking about," Chiron explained, lacing his fingers together. "He was supposed to be a counselor last year but he turned down the votes of his fellow cabin mates. Then he ran away from camp."
Chiron wheeled around the office slowly, eventually toppling down the tall columns of psychology and counseling books. I kept my gaze at the small horse paperweight on his desk. "That does not really answer why he's disappeared at the same time my mother has."
The principal seemed to frown at my statement but he was out of my vision to confirm. He picked up one of the books from the column and skimmed through it absently. "Haruto is an interesting camper. A good fellow, above all. Promising with his power and wit. But I would never believe he had something to do with your mother's death."
I chewed on my lip and gazed back at Chiron. "Then who? My house was on fire. Lightning could have done that."
"But what might be his motive against you?" Chiron countered in Haruto's defense. "He is confused, maybe, but he would not do such a thing to mortals. What we can do for now is to train you—"
"Camp Half-Blood is your best bet." Mr. Sheridan chimed in.
I almost snorted upon the mention of the name. "Wait, wait. My mother just died and you guys still want me there in Camp?"
Chiron seemed to miss the annoyance in my question. "Indeed. You are not safe here now that your mother is gone, Giselle. You are a demigod like Haruto. Albeit, parentage unknown. Haven't you had a clue all along?"
Well, I have. It's just rather unbelievable. When we were attacked by the shadow monster in front of the school grounds, the monster addressed Haruto as a son of Zeus.
Zeus. The ancient god of lightning and the king of the Greek gods. My brain just wanted to register that maybe Haruto was a son of some superhuman dude who can control lightning. And the parents of that guy decided to name him Zeus, after the Greek god.
Then again, it kind of clicked. Zeus. Monsters. Teachers with hooves and horns. Maybe, just maybe, I might be part of something less mundane.
My growing silence might have answered Chiron's rhetorical question. I looked away.
"The only thing we do not know for now is your godly parent," he continued. "We have a few guesses but only your parents can confirm it. Most demigods are claimed by their godly parents during their lifetime."
"Most?" One of my eyebrows arched at the statement.
Mr. Sheridan clopped his hooves against the floor. "Some gods don't claim children, honestly. It's either they have forgotten or they are scared their child could ruin the fabric of fate."
Neither option was a happy option for unclaimed ones.
Were they saying we were treated by the gods as baggage? Baby factories should restrict the gods from coming more often.
That simple thought of being unclaimed for either reason made me feel sick. Who knew gods could be as incompetent as normal human parents? Did Haruto run away from camp because he felt the same towards them?
"Kenneth, please escort Giselle to the van. Argus is waiting. I will catch up. Every second we waste is time lost to train her." Mr. Ryder lowered his head. "Every second counts. She is nearly sixteen."
Mr. Sheridan nodded and prodded me gently to the school grounds where a white van was waiting for us. He did not talk all the while we walked to the vehicle. Which was unusual for Mr. Sheridan since he was a chirpy but neurotic teacher.
The van must have been a property of a farm chain called Delphi Strawberry Services because the van door has its logo. A man was leaning against the shotgun seat door, wearing a powder-blue collared shirt with the same logo on his left chest. He looked handsome, the buff kind of handsome, with blond hair and blue eyes underneath the dark sunglasses. When I blinked, my eyes revealed that he had more than two peepers… maybe a hundred or even a thousand dotted all over his body.
"This is Argus. He is the camp's driver number one. He is also the head of security."
"No crap, he's probably good at it." I tried not to look much at his other hundred blue eyes.
Argus did not say anything back and just smiled at us, opening the door for us.
"You know, Giselle," Mr. Sheridan told me as we sat inside. "What I do not get is that you survived."
That was a treat, considering I just nearly got killed by a shadow giant, "What do you mean survived?"
"You are a demigod. One with a truly powerful aura. But…" He pursed his lips and swept his fingers away from his chest. "… You survived. Normally, the children of demigods with such powerful auras are hunted down by monsters at a young age. Haruto, for example… his mother hid him away from the States when she knew she had conceived him. He lived under Japanese cloak, so to speak, and then he reached fourteen."
"I am guessing he entered Camp at fourteen?"
Sheridan nodded but he was still not looking at me. "And that was a considerable achievement for a son of Zeus. Being kept alive for at least twelve years was considered lucky. Percy Jackson, the legendary son of Poseidon, had survived outside Camp for twelve years because his mother decided to mask his scent with a repulsively-smelling mortal. Haruto, well, he was protected by his family for fourteen years."
"What does it have to do with me?" I asked in silence.
"You are luckier. To think you have survived the outside world at the age of sixteen. Without any sort of cloak to mask you. It mystifies me. Even Chiron, the wisest of all centaurs."
Wait. Centaurs?
A knock on the back window almost scared the wits out of me. Chiron was waving at us with a smile. The only thing that weirded me out was the fact that Chiron was now as tall as the vehicle. From head to the hem of his brown coat, Chiron still looked like the gruff yet kindly principal James Ryder but from the waist down, his body was turned into sinews and muscles of a strong, white mustang. I blinked, trying to erase the mirage but it had gone worse. I could not decide whether he was just a man on a horse or man with a horse for the rest of his lower torso.
Mr. Sheridan rolled the window of his side of the vehicle nonchalantly. "Chiron, why did you decide to go on full-centaur mode?"
Chiron shrugged and smiled, his eyes sparkling as if he was waiting for this moment. "I haven't stretched my legs for at least half a year now, Kenneth. Besides, I assume Giselle knows what a centaur is at this point?"
I only nodded.
"As expected from our history star student," His eyes twinkled. "Do not worry. When we get past Minneapolis, I will revert to my wheelchair. I just miss the glory of being myself!"
Argus started the van and for one last time, I turned to look back at the city.

Thankfully, we arrived at camp safely in thirteen hours. In spite of the stories from Mr. Sheridan and Mr. Ryder—I still have a hard time calling my principal an immortal centaur—I think it was a miracle that destiny had allowed us to travel safely to Camp Half-Blood. No monsters. No shadow maniacs. No crude biker girlfriends flashing their breasts on our tinted windows.
Delphi Strawberry Services, Inc. was located along the highway, surrounded by a perimeter of a washed-out white picket fence. Rows and rows of strawberries were softly illuminated by the lamp posts along the highway. Beyond the strawberry fields was a big mansion that was flanked by pine trees. Argus gently guided me down the slope to the fields while Mr. Sheridan and Mr. Ryder walked (read: trotted) like it was their first time in years.
As soon as we reached the mansion, Mr. Ryder turned to look at me. His height made it difficult for me to have good eye contact. Darn short height.
"Here we are at Camp Half-Blood. We go by the disguise company called Delphi Strawberry Services, Incorporated. Mortals love our jams, you know?" he proudly told me as we made way to the front porch.
I know, I wanted to reply. Mom always bought two jars every payday. I love it with peanut butter on banana bread. Don't judge.
"Uhm… Mr. Ry—"
"Chiron, darling. I prefer to be called by my name within campgrounds."
"Ope… okay, Chiron? Are you really sure I am a demigod? Because, you know, I might be just a regular person who has weird hallucinations."
He smiled once again and got hold of my head. It was a little comforting yet intimidating.
"If you were, you wouldn't have made it past the barrier." He guided me towards the west and pointed at the shadow of a hill in the distance. On top of it was a pine tree with flames repeatedly extinguished and brought to life around its base.
"That is Thalia's tree. It is the tallest point in the camp's perimeter. The Golden Fleece on one of its branches gives the whole camp protection, Giselle. From mortals and monsters alike. Sometimes, lost pizza delivery guys, too. It is guarded by Peleus the dragon."
"A dragon," that was all I could breathe at the moment. "Does it ever attack people?"
Chiron seemed to be oddly offended, "Of course not. Only enemies. It's getting late, my dear. I have already alerted Kenneth to prepare your bunk in the Hermes cabin."
"Can't I stay here in this house?" I could not walk for another minute. My butt was sore from sitting for thirteen hours.
But just like an indignant stallion, he snorted, "Giselle, my dear, Cabin Eleven is where all undetermined campers go to. No exceptions to the rule."
I felt my cheeks burning from embarrassment. I just nodded. Mr. Sheridan was already at the fields waiting for me, with a classic gaslight in his hand and a happy-go-lucky expression on his face.
"Mr. Sheridan!" I yelled to call his attention. More than I needed to.
"Don't worry. Chiron is just tired from the trip." Sheridan patted my back as we made our way to the cabin grounds. It was more than my eyes could handle that day. Cabins were not usually this weird. For one thing, Cabin Seven was made of solid gold. Cabin Eight was made from silver gildings, forest twigs, and deer horns. Cabin Ten was a huge Barbie doll dream house and for a brief second, I expected large Barbie dolls to come out and have a pool party. Cabin Thirteen was like an old mausoleum. That kind of creeped me out.
Thank goodness, Cabin Eleven, the Hermes cabin, was like an old camping cabin. Except that it looked really ancient and worn-down. The wooden walls looked like they were slashed by some serial killer and were lazily renovated by a blind lumberjack. The "11" on top of the cabin roof was faded out and cracked. Sheridan knocked on the door softly. After the fourth knock, a teenager dressed in an orange tank top and khaki shorts yawned as he greeted us with a bored stare.
"Uhh… can I help you?" he asked, obviously confused.
"Oh!" Mr. Sheridan forgot to remove his beret. Pale, curved horns sprung out of his wavy hair. He tried to fix his hair and fronted me to the camper.
"Undetermined. Her name is Giselle Blair."
The camper looked at me and then at Mr. Sheridan. When he was fully awake, he realized what my teacher had told him and scrambled to open the lights inside.
"CAMPERS! NEW MEAT! WE GOT A GIRL NAMED GISELLE BLOOM!"
"It's actually Blair."
Some of the campers groaned and went back to sleep. One stood up, a girl, and took my wrist almost forcefully. "She'll take place in our bunk. You know Ariana Spiller transferred to the Aphrodite cabin yesterday."
"Right, right." the older camper just went back to his bed and turned the lights off.
The girl still pulled me to the direction of her turf. The top bunk was full of two campers, twins, I assume, while the lower bunk was hers. She pulled a foldable cot under the bed and placed it on the space between the bed and the wall. "There."
"Now I know why Ariana Spiller transferred to Cabin Ten." I mindlessly muttered and sat on the makeshift bed.
"Just shut up, newbie. You are dead last here. You go by our rules."
"Coming from a twelve-year-old, that does not sound so scary."
She pushed me off the cot and snickered. "Good night."
I winced from the pain but weirdly, I recovered almost instantly. Maybe being around someone who would not expect me to summon demons made things more natural. I sighed, not trying to counter anything, and laid down on the bed to get some sleep.
My brain did not plan to have one.

Cassidy likely wasn't too happy about that answer, but Cadence didn't hear another peep out of her. 
"I think they know something's going down," Elliott said. "There's a lot of heads popping up, looking around."
"Then let's go get them," Aaron replied. 
Cadence took that as an order but added her own, "Watch the crossfire. Aim low. Move!"
The Vampires did seem to suddenly realize they were not alone, and several of them jumped up just as the team moved past the line of trees. Cadence opened fire immediately. Though she was definitely in the sort of mood where she would've loved to rip a head or two free of its tendons, there was really no reason to take the chance on other monsters getting away while she tried to get her kicks.
Brandon was to her left as she moved in, and they both immediately shot the two Vampires in front of them. Cadence took out a man who looked like he might have been a pioneer back in the day, and Brandon shot a younger looking fellow next to him. The rest of the team began to make quick work of the others who had been outside, but just as Cadence reached the front of the nearest RV, the door flew open, and she heard a menacing growl behind her.
Turning around quickly, Cadence raised her weapon, but the beast was too fast, and she was knocked to the ground. She looked up and into a pair of wild eyes. This guy had that crazed look about him that made her think he probably hadn't been Resurrected for long. Maybe a month at most. He might not even know what she was as he seemed to be clawing for her neck. The sound of gunfire continued around her as the man, who probably wasn't any older than Cadence herself, began to scrape his way toward her jugular.
"Do you want me to take him out?" Brandon asked from a couple of feet away.
Cadence was starting to subdue the creature, though his claws were sharp and blood was beginning to drip down the side of her neck. She tipped her head back slightly to so that she was looking at the campfire upside down. She saw Mickey and Ashley also engaged with a pair who might've come from another RV, and from the sound of it, Hannah and Meagan were doing more than cooking in the kitchen of the camper they'd infiltrated. Shane and Aurora were done in theirs and headed toward Mickey and Ashley. Other Vampires scrambled down the steps of RVs where the team hadn't suspected they'd been hiding, and Brandon was kept busy playing target practice with them as they came out.
"I've got him" Cadence assured him as he gouged the side of her face. Irritated and now in pain, she had had about enough. Using her legs as leverage, she raised her trunk up off of the ground enough to throw him off balance and then twisted beneath him so that she could flip him over onto his back. She let her Glock fall to the ground behind her and swung her Beretta around to her back so that it wasn't in the way as she pinned him with her knees. "You need to learn some manners, asshole," she said as she fought to position her hands correctly. His head continued to bob and weave, and he was shaking like he was strung out on some sort of uppers, but she managed to get her hands in place, despite him sinking his claws deep into both of her forearms.
Cadence began to twist, expecting his head to come off fairly easily. But just as this fresh bloodsucker had fought to devour her, he was fighting to free himself and spare his life. It also seemed like his tendons were somehow stronger than what she was used to. She continued to ratchet but realized it was slow going, and by the looks of things, her team could use her. The count they'd gotten was off way off and even though the piles of ash were mounting, there were still plenty of Vampires who needed erasing.
Her Glock wasn't quite within reach now, thanks to the bucking Vampire's attempts at escape. She could potentially swing her Beretta around, but that would take at least one hand, too. Letting go of his head might just give him enough leeway to wiggle his way out, so, she continued to twist, hoping to hear the pop she loved so well.
"Are you still dancing with that guy?" Brandon asked, looking over his shoulder.
"He's persistent, I'll give him that," Cadence replied, out of breath. "I didn't even want him to sign my card."
With a deep breath, Brandon took two steps backward. "Lean up," he said.
"Huh?" Cadence asked, instinctively doing what he'd said. Brandon fired one shot into the Vampire's heart, and a second later, Cadence was sitting on her knees in a pile of the pebbles that served as the parking area for the various vehicles. "Sure, do it your way," Cadence muttered as she pulled herself up and collected her discarded weapon. She did feel better, though, having had the chance to get out some of her aggression.
"This sucker won't die!" Hannah shouted over the IAC. Another clatter of pots and pans colliding with breaking glass sounded from the little camper, and the whole building shook.
"Shoot it!" Brandon suggested having just used that strategy himself.
"We have!" Meagan replied.
Cadence was just about to run to their assistance when another Vampire casually stepped out of the RV between her and them. This dude was tall, close to seven feet in her estimation. He wore a black fedora, which didn't quite seem to look right out here. Neither did his black suit pants, maroon button-down shirt, black tie, and black suit jacket. His face was so pale, at first, Cadence thought she was looking at a hockey mask. But his black eyes were rimmed slightly in pink, and his grimace widened, displaying large red gums where three-inch fangs protruded.
"Holy hell" she muttered, images of Gibbon filling her mind. This would be a more sophisticated version of the last monster she'd tangled with that wouldn't die.
"Shoot it!" Brandon said again and opened fire before Cadence could even draw her gun. 
At this range, he had to have hit the thing at least twenty times, but it slowly started walking right toward them.
"What the hell is happening?" Cadence asked, looking at Brandon who had stopped with the gunfire. He shrugged, his eyes wide, and they both slowly turned back to see the monster standing about a foot in front of them.

~PERCY POV~
I was walking back to the Poseidon cabin. (As I was unwilling to sleep in the Artemis cabin) As I reached the Poseidon cabin, I saw a beautiful, feminine figure standing near the door, as if waiting for someone. I walked closer as I saw Artemis looking at me lovingly, making my heart flutter a bit. 
I eagerly walked towards her as she asked me "Hungry?"
I shook my head as she brought her hand forward "Wanna go for a walk?" I held her hand and we suddenly teleported to a waterbody (probably the ocean). "I thought we were going for walk?" I smirked at her. She nudged me on the chest and smiled. "Percyyyyy" she moaned. I chuckled as our hands intertwined further as we walked under the night sky under the moon, next to the waterbody. We walked a while as I told her what the Indian Gods were talking about. She started hitting my shoulder when she heard that I had risked my life while fighting corrupted Shiva in the mountains and hadn't even mentioned it to her. 
"Sorry, sorry, jeez, Artemis!" I apologized as she blew up her cheeks. I looked around and saw the cliff I first confessed to Artemis. I grabbed Artemis's arm (tho I was holding it, so in actuality, I readjusted the way I was holding it) and pulled her to the cliff. This was all so sudden she forgot all her anger at me and when we reached, kept staring at the beautiful scenery in front of us.  
"Percy" 
"Yes?"
"I love you"
"I love you too."
Both of us stared into each other eyes, as I leaned towards Artemis and kissed her. As our lips met, the time had stopped. Her flavors fled into my mouth as the kiss grew more intense. My hand reached for her cheek as I kissed her more. I pushed my tongue into her mouth, kissing her as much as I could. We only pulled back to regain our breath. We stared at each other, and I pulled her into my arms.
"I love you, Perky baby," Artemis whispered giddily. "Perky baby? Seriously?" I questioned her. She giggled and nodded. "Very well then, I love you too, Arty." 
"Oh no, you have done it now." Artemis scowled and pushed me to the ground and climbed on me. She kept trying to hit me for calling her Arty. When she finally calmed down, we were a little sweaty. I looked into her eyes, I could see lust and desire. She was going to devour me into a kiss when we heard a voice. "Ahem ahem."  
We looked at the origin and saw a sleepy Chiron standing there with his arms crossed. "The harpies said that people were roaming around after lights out, turns out it was Goddess and Percy. Its been a week since you came back and already breaking camp rules? I didn't expect this from you Lady Artemis." 
Artemis got up mortified and a little bit angry. I am sure if this was a camper, she might have burned the camper to crisps. She was closely followed by an equally mortified (and angry) me. "We are adults, Chiron." I tried to reason. "Adults, in MY camp." Chiron retorted. "Now you shall sleep."
Artemis and I silently walked towards our cabins while the sleepy Chiron glared at us one more time before walking towards the big house to get some sleep. I was around twelve when I went to sleep. Olivia was already fast asleep. She was hugging a pillow while drooling a bit. Looking at her made me smile a bit. She and Cally were getting closer as both of them are around the same age and trained together with me. 
I took off my t-shirt and went to sleep. 
 
The next morning, I woke up to a lot of weight on my body. I looked on my top to see Artemis lying on my chest. Her beautiful auburn hair was all over my torso. I had never seen such beauty before. She seemed so deep asleep I was too scared to even try waking her up.  I tried to move my left hand but it was stuck to something. My right also seemed to be stuck. I looked at my left arm to see Olivia hugging it and sleeping, basically using it as a body pillow. On my right was Cally doing the same. "Is this some shitty scene from some harem anime?" I sighed thinking about this situation. 
All of a sudden, I was pinched at my love handles, or at least where love handles are supposed to be. I looked down to see Artemis awake. "You dare do something like that." She said, a little miffed. "Don't worry, love." I chuckled. "These two girls are underaged, and I already have the perfect girlfriend." Artemis's face flushed and she hid her face in my chest. 
I smiled then shook my arms gently to wake up the two girls. "Oi you two kiddos, wake up. It's morning." The two girls slowly woke up, yawned, and rubbed their eyes. "Good morning Percy" Cally yawned. "Yeah, goooooood morning brother," Olivia said through a long yawn. I patted their heads and told them to go for breakfast. 
Artemis simpered. "What is it?" I questioned. "It looks like you are their father." Artemis smiled. 
"Wouldn't that make you their mother?" I smirked. Artemis looked away blushing. The two kids and I chuckled and moved out for breakfast. I then wore a hoodie and moved out along with Artemis, to meet a mob gathered around the cabin waiting for me to come out. 
So he is dating Artemis….  
Didn't the two kids say that he slept with them? Isn't he a pedophile?
I heard people mutter. There were a lot of people there looking at the virgin, man-hating Goddess's boyfriend (me) come out of the cabin with Artemis to confirm if what they had heard was true or not. I could make out few faces, like Thalia and the other hunters smirking at us from a distance. Their gaze could easily be translated into "Did you finally reach the final base?" I ignored their gazes and looked at the others.
I could see Chase looking at Artemis with malice. I wanted to hit her there and then for looking at Artemis like that, but I showed restraint. There was also Zach who was looking at me with pure hatred for stealing the limelight, I may not like it, but stealing it from him made it seem worth it. 
I could also make out Leo and others looking at me and mouthing way to go champ. There was also Chiron looking at us while shaking his head because he knew his words did not affect us whatsoever. I apologetically looked at him and mouthed I'll try not to do it again.  He just facepalmed and smiled, giving me the signal that it was fine if I kept it controlled. I showed him a thumbs up and proceeded to walk through the mob while holding Artemis's hand to the mess hall. 
As I had breakfast, I talked to Olivia and Cally. Turns out Cally came to sleep with me because she was having nightmares. When she came, Artemis had already occupied my front so she held on to my arm. I asked Olivia what she was doing on my arm. She just said that she misplaced the pillow she was hugging so ended up hugging my arm as a replacement. 
I went on to ask Artemis how she ended on me in the first place. She just answered, "Do I need a reason to sleep with you?" It was enough to silence me. 
I quickly finished my breakfast, then along with Artemis, I went to Chiron to discuss our plans. I quickly explained what I had been told by the Hindu Gods. Then I went ahead to explain what was required. 
"Chiron, we need to issue a search and exploration team to analyze the current situation. I want 2 other campers to come along with Artemis and me."

I would also like to address one query quite a few people had. A few chapters back I had mentioned that Lord Shiva had turned evil under the influence of Chaos and Hindu monster Kali. Some people asked if I was talking about the Goddess Kaali. To those let me tell you, in Hindu Mythology, there is a Goddess Kaali (काली) and, and a monster Kali (कलि). Kali is a monster/personification of adharma. Kaali is the Goddess of destruction and power. We see Kali the demon, in several of the previous stories of Hindu mythology such as during the Gambling match of Mahabharat. Kali the demon is mostly known as the reigning lord of Kaliyug or the present age as this is age has the corrupted humans in all of history.

A couple weeks passed and I heard nothing from Tim; no texts, no calls, nothing. Dodged a bullet there, I told myself and moved on. The thing is, it was too busy to dwell on anything. As soon as I submitted my police check to the school, I was summoned to assist with lunch service. Luckily, it coincided with my lunch break, so I didn't have to request extra time. 
And according to the water cooler gossip, Tracy assumed, that I was lunching with Tim. I let her run with that story. 

Mrs Camper - Eyanni, may I see you in the office? 
Eyanni - Sure

I wasn't sure what our talk was going to be about, but Tim was the farthest from my mind. 

Mrs Camper - Your friend Tim, came by looking for you today. 
Eyanni - Oh..What did he say?
Mrs Camper - I think everyone assumed, you were going out at lunch with him, even me. 

I didn't volunteer any explanation. I waited for her to continue. She cast her eyes down, before speaking again. 

Mrs Camper - Eyanni, I don't need to know your personal business, but -
Eyanni - I'm sorry Mrs Camper, I will ask him not to come by. 
Mrs Camper - No, don't do that. I think he cares about you. 
Eyanni - Well ... I'm ... we're too different. 
Mrs Camper - Different? He asked to speak with me. 
Eyanni - What? Why?
Mrs Camper - He seemed concerned about you. He asked me, if you were doing okay. I told him you're a very good worker, very sweet. But I also told him about those people that came in here to harass you. 
Eyanni - Oooh. Mrs Camper, I appreciate your concern, but -
Mrs Camper - Eyanni, you can't shut every guy out of your life, because of one man. Every guy that I saw approach you, you pushed them away. Don't do it to Tim. 
Eyanni - Mrs Camper, Tim should be with someone, who matches him. 
Mrs Camper - He mentioned that. I was shocked. You're very beautiful, even a blind man can see it. 

I chuckled a little and felt my face flush. I felt like I was with a best friend. She continued. 

Mrs Camper - I told him to come back at 1 pm today, to take you to lunch. 
Eyanni - Wait, what? I had my lunch -
Mrs Camper - The school called, they couldn't reach you. I know you're using your lunch time to volunteer. 

Oh my God! Can anyone have personal business. It was not a big deal, but I didn't want this getting out at work, in case it didn't work out. 

Eyanni - They didn't mention, they called. 
Mrs Camper - I know what you're thinking. But, it's wonderful what you are doing for the kids. If you ever need extra time, just let me know. 
Eyanni - Thank you. 

Mrs Camper opened the door and Tracy sprang backwards. She was eavesdropping. What a witch! Mrs Camper seemed to agree with my assumption, when she scolded Tracy and called her out in front of everyone on the floor. Tracy looked at me dirty. I felt it best to ignore her and get back to work. I was so busy with one of my accounts, I didn't see when Tim showed up. 

Tracy - Hi there, handsome. I'm Tracy
Tim - Hi, Tim. 

I looked up to see Tracy, looking back at me smirking. 

Tracy - She's had her lunch already, you know. But I haven't. 

Mrs Camper came marching out of her office and called to Tracy. 

Tracy - One moment, Mrs C. Tim, can I have your number? 
Mrs Camper - Eyanni, don't keep the gentleman waiting. Tracy, now! 

I got up from my chair, signed out, grabbed my bag and slipped through the barrier. Tim said bye to Tracy and walked over to me. 

Tim - How are you?
Eyanni - Fine. You?
Tim - Good. I came earlier but -
Eyanni - Mrs Camper told me. Can we get out of here? 
Tim - Sure thing. 
Mrs Camper - Eyanni, one second. 

I met up with Mrs Camper, outside of Tracy's earshot. 

Mrs Camper - It's very slow and it's Thanksgiving, so take an hour okay. 
Eyanni - Ah, okay. Thank you. 

I turned around and Tim was grinning from ear to ear. He heard her. Now I couldn't feign the half hour speech, I was going to use on him. My face may have been a little tight after that realization. We walked through the exit.  As we cleared it, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked up at Tim. 

Tim - Eyanni, why don't you like me?

I stopped walking. This question, simple and pure, knocked the wind out of me. And at that moment, honesty was king. I looked into his eyes. 

Eyanni - I don't dislike you. I just don't now you. I think I would like you, but I don't trust strangers. And you're a stranger. 

My eyes started to fill with tears. What the hell.  I felt like I was on my way to tears. No!No! Not now! He was looking back at me, intently. My mind was flooded with what ifs. 

Tim - Eyanni, I'm not here to hurt you. 
Eyanni - My life is complicated enough already, and I'm not about to add to it. 
Tim - I get it. I know about the complaints you filed, regarding your ex-husband.
Eyanni - You looked me up good, eh?
Tim - Actually, I didn't. One of my colleagues, saw us talking and asked if your ex was at it again. Long story short, he filled me in, even back to Melona, where the boys were born. Eyanni, I didn't go looking. 
Eyanni - Well now you know, why are you here?
Tim - Let's have lunch, I'm starving. 

Great segway. My mind was a rollercoaster. What do I do? My mind was blank until he asked again. 

Tim - Please.... 
Eyanni - Okay. 

It was the way he explained himself to me, that gave me the feeling he didn't go looking. He told me, he was going to leave me alone, since the last time he saw me. But once his colleague, filled him in, he understood, why I pushed him away. 

Tim - I am sorry for what you've gone through in the past. That couldn't have been easy. 
Eyanni - It wasn't. 

While we waited for our spaghetti and meatballs, Tim changed the subject and told me about his family. Two brothers and one sister. I felt a little more at ease with him. And soon I started being myself, witty and down to earth. And boy, he was very easy on the eyes, which helped. 
Tim walked me back to the office. I think we were off to a good start. But only as friends. No dating. I started to believe it was good to have a friend. Especially, one that takes the edge off, when I look at him. Or when he causally touches me and sends shocks through me. 

Tim - Can I have a hug? 
Eyanni - Oh... Ah...

Before I could completely decide, my arms were hoisted around his neck, his arms were wrapped around my waist and he was squeezing me against him. 
Holy Murphy, did all my cares just disappear with one hug? What voodoo is this? His arms wrapped around me must be what heaven must feel like, or was it 10 years of being alone suddenly, caught up to me? I closed my eyes. He was warm and smelled so good. I nuzzled into the comfort of his chest. 

Tim - I like this, it feels good. 
Eyanni - Hmmm. 
Tracy - Get a room! 

Oh boy! How long was I, were we? Oh God, I think my brain short circuited. What did I do. I felt wet, in the nether regions. I pushed Tim off with a gentle shove and laughed. 

Eyanni - Oh..!Haha! Thanks for lunch. 
Tim - I'll call you later, baby. 
Eyanni - Uh, okay?
Baby? What did I say or do in my moment of bliss to bring out, baby!

It's a rainy May morning, I've been driving for hours. I need a break. I'm on my way from Michigan to Kentucky, from my mom's house to my very own house. I'm only 19, I'm so excited. I have been saving money for 3 years for this. I stop at a rest stop to relieved myself and refuel my energy. The bathrooms and rest stops always scare me. They make me think of that one movie where they make something out of kids belly tattoo. It's still early and cold, there are only three other cars here, and one weird old camper. After relieving myself, I hit the vending machines. How put the vending machines out side, I have to stand in the rain to buy my stuff. Two Monster energy drinks and ... um ... ice cream! Since when do they have ice cream vending machines? A very energizing breakfast. Mom would flip if she saw this. With that though I happily walk back to my car. Eating my ice cream as I walked. I'm already soaked there's no point running. My clumsy butt would just fall. Once I was safely back in my car I finished my nutritious food, and started one of my drinks. They didn't have any of the assault flavor, so I got to of the original. 
I finished the second one as I pulled in to the gravel driveway. A smiley man was waiting on the porch. I can't believe I got this whole house  to myself. It's a large two story home in a small forgotten town, with one store/ gas station. I think it is called Visalia. There is a railroad track that that runs through the neighborhood.  Right along the side of my property. It's still raining and I haven't seen any kids around here. there is an elementary school across the tracks but it looks empty. I wait till Mr. Smiley steps in to the rain before I get out. 
Mr. Smiley handed me the key and gave me a quick tour. He told me that the house had some corks but for being 150 years old it was in amazing shape.

This was based on a writing prompt from school. The teacher placed an object on my desk and said write about it. Can you figure out what she placed on my desk?
