this is a collection of some of my poems. some of the poems are about love, life, unrequited love, sorrow, loneliness, and more. I hope you can enjoy of my collection of poems and I hope I can transmit the emotions that the poems are supposed to give.

Just some poems I wrote because poems help us heal. And vent.

The Book of Poems... But Instead Called Poems of Blossom

Yes this is a book full of poems.

A book of poems that I made for fun. Each poem is different so if you dislike one then just know there are many different types. The newest poems are better then the older poems.

"What's a Banxianzhai?"
"That's what this study is. Father said that he'll leave this study to you; you can discuss if after you’re married. I already got Qiye the shopkeeper to go to Laohengju and order a stone tablet for the inscription. The name is going to be Banxianzhai."
Fan Xian felt something wasn't right. "So what's the Banxianzhai Poetry Anthology?" he felt compelled to ask.
"Huh? It's the poems you recited in the palace hall the other day. It's already been compiled into a collection by the Imperial College. His Majesty is making preparations for it to be printed under the name of the Imperial Library. I was the one who asked father to get it done."
After the Xishan Paper Store had been robbed, the imperial merchants had been removed from their posts and investigated. They were still yet to return to their former power, and furthermore, the inner treasury had been warned by the palace not to target the Danbo Bookstore again. Danbo Bookstore was slowly regaining its momentum. Naturally, wanting to prepare for its great expansion, Qiye the shopkeeper and Sizhe had fixed their sights on this poetry anthology mandated by the Emperor. Part of the money was taken by the palace, and the palace gave permission for private individuals to sell it after it was printed; this was the source of the money. 
Who were the poems written by? Fan Xian. Who was Fan Xian? The behind-the-scenes proprietor of the Danbo Bookstore. This moneymaking business, whether it was Qiye the shopkeeper of Qingyu Hall, or Fan Sizhe standing behind the shopkeeper with an evil laugh, could not be allowed to benefit the royal court. Fan Sizhe had been thoroughly annoyed by his brother’s unwillingness to come up with the next ten chapters of Story of the Stone. Now that he had come up with this poetry anthology, he was willing to let that slide. 
Fan Xian wrote his signature below the words "Banxianzhai Poetry Anthology" on the paper, laughing bitterly to himself. That evening, in order to provide cover for his whereabouts later that night, he had feigned drunkenness in the hall. As a result, he had fallen into a wild state, not holding his tongue for a moment. Within these poems were countless unexplained references to the classics; if he wanted to explain these references, he would have to write countless history books and stories. 
Could you write the Four Classic Novels? A New Account of the Tales of the World? The Analects of Confucius? The Book of Songs? Don't think that that's too quaint. Could you compose A Mirror for the Wise Ruler out of thin air? Or Sima Qian's Records of the Grand Historian? Nobody would have the faintest idea of how to write them all. 
Thinking of such a volume of work made Fan Xian quiver with fear. If it really were to extend that far, perhaps Danbo Bookstore would really become a disseminator of all of the culture of his previous world, as had been his dream in Danzhou long ago. "The Imperial Library's proofreading won't do," he said. "You must get it back. I need to re-edit it all. I was so drunk that day. Who knows what nonsense I might have been talking."
He laid down his plan. If he could deceive them, then he would, but it really wouldn't do. He could reluctantly make a loss, using drunkenness as an excuse to totally delete it all. Anyway, people often suffered from amnesia after a night of heavy drinking. 
"This is out of print." Fan Sizhe shook his head. "As I see it, wait five years. You say you won't write any more poems. If you come out of retirement in the poetry world, I reckon it'll make quite a bit of money."
Fan Xian laughed and shook his head. His gaze suddenly fell on a sheet of pink paper from the bookstore. "What is that?" He asked curiously.
"A list of gifts," replied Fan Sizhe.
Fan Xian was slightly surprised, and finally thought of his own upcoming wedding. But so much had happened recently, not to mention the fact that his frame of mind had changed slightly from  what it was that first time at the Temple of Qing. He could no longer get along with her mother. The current Emperor still could still keep a handle on things. Once the Emperor no longer wanted to control keep things under control, the eldest princess would definitely kill him. 
Or he would definitely kill her. 
He had been looking forward to his marriage for a long time, but Fan Xian could not feel a little restless and aggrieved. 
Over the next few days, the Danbo Bookstore brought out the Banxianzhai Poetry Anthology. This time, Danbo Bookstore had the printing rights, and Fan Xian had personally made bold and sweeping changes to the text. He felt somewhat more at ease. To his surprise, the bookstore held a ceremony, using Fan Xian's name to invite people such as Crown Prince Jing and Xin Qiwu of Honglu Temple. 
Fan Xian was rather shocked, and was only willing to allow his talented sister Fan Ruoruo to show her face in public and act as his spokesperson. As the bustling sale began, he used the excuse that he wanted to maintain an air of poetic mystery, and hid in the pavilion at the palace to flirt with Lin Wan'er. 
An eighth-level functionary had composed one-hundred poems on the spot, shocking the master Zhuang Mohan so badly that he had spat blood and fled: this story had already spread throughout the Kingdom of Qing. Although some of the poems had already spread among the masses, this self-edited version of the poetry anthology was naturally an uncommon thing. Sure enough, as the poetry anthology spread outside of the capital, Fan Xian's reputation grew and grew. 
By the pavilion, autumn winds blew in the night. Fan Xian looked kindly at his fiancée and smiled. "The method you mentioned wouldn't be of any use."
Lin Wan'er looked miserable, and pouted her lips adorably. "I haven't been outside for days."
In truth, the young woman also knew of the business that had gone on in the capital over the past few days. Although she had grown up inside the palace, the concubines all had her in the palm of their hands. A part of it  was due to her own sickness and gentleness, and she could not harm them. Another was because His Majesty seemed to love her so dearly. 
Naturally, she had not read the "essay" on the eldest princess, but she had gradually heard some of the rumors. After, but before the eldest princess had left the capital for Xinyang, she had come to the pavilion, and mother and daughter had sat facing each other, somewhat like strangers; it was then that the eldest princess got in her carriage and left the capital. 
Although Lin Wan'er didn’t know how Fan Xian was connected her mother's departure, being the sensitive person she was, she still felt that Fan Xian's mood was not as relaxed and carefree as it had been in the past, so she suggested that they find a day to go out again and appreciate the autumn scenery. The red leaves of Xishan, the mountains to the west of the capital, were well known. 
But hearing the word 'Xishan' reminded Fan Xian of the paper workshop than had monopolized all the paper in the capital. He thought of the eldest princess seemingly observing him from the behind the paper workshop with seeming malice and timidity
Fan Xian knew that the eldest princess’s departure from the capital was a result of the Emperor's power. His own "speech paper" had only given the Emperor a reason to convince himself and the Empress Dowager, nothing more. 
To explain things, all levels of Qing society had named the leaflets that covered the capital like snow that day "speech-papers" at that time, because they thought it was a method that the common people used to get their grievances addressed after they exhausted all other options. 
Over those days, there was a sudden vogue for such "speech-papers", which had worried the Overwatch Council. Once someone had been arrested, they discovered that it had originally been a forced laborer at a copper mine, who had come to Taiyuan Road to present a grievance to the Emperor, but had been unable to enter the palace, and so had learnt to do it this way. 
The Overwatch Council followed the thread, and finally discovered that the ones supplying these struggling types with paper had been the Xishan Paper Workshop!
But the people helping the laborers to write their complaints could not be found out. They could only track down the flexible and sleek handwriting to a fortune teller who had been outside the Temple of Qing. But when the Overwatch Council came to search the Temple of Qing, they discovered that there were no fortune tellers there - save for the temple attendants who had never left the temple once in all their lives. 
The business with the copper mine was naturally given to a bureau to sort out, and they quickly discovered a group of officials from Taiyuan Road and arrested them as they made their way back to the capital. A month later, they were beheaded. The royal court could not bear this movement of speech-paper-writing, and reinforced the supervision of paper. But Director Chen of the Overwatch Council had not punished the copper mine laborers, and in the eyes of the bureaucracy, he seemed to have gone soft. 
He came to his senses, looking at the worried Wan'er, came up to her, smiling, and softly caressed her smooth chin. "What are you thinking about?" he asked gently. "The eldest princess has returned to Xinyang. When we have the chance after we're married, naturally, we should visit her."
This, naturally, was a lie; Fan Xian hoped that he never had to go to Xinyang in his life, and hoped that the eldest princess would die there. Of course, he also knew that he had not truly dealt a shocking blow to the power of the eldest princess and her mysterious partner. The Emperor enjoyed playing cat and mouse  - with his enemies; the eldest princess would return one day. 
Lin Wan'er smiled reluctantly. "We'll see. Yesterday I entered the palace. You know that with the recent events in the capital, the concubines are still well, but the Empress Dowager does not seem comfortable. His Majesty has also not been as friendly to me as he was before."
Fan Xian sighed. The Emperor was worried about who the prince that her mother had been colluding with was. How could he have been as he was in the past? 
The two exchanged some more idle chat before they suddenly heard what sounded like a lady-in-waiting making her way up the stairs. In a conditioned reflex, Fan Xian leapt up and climbed out onto the edge of the window, preparing to jump off. Lin Wan'er giggled. "That's still a habit of yours?"
Fan Xian smiled, somewhat embarrassed. Looking at Wan'er's pale face, he could feel his heart soften. He went up to her and hugged her tight. "Don't tire yourself out before the wedding," he said quietly. "And when it comes to your illness, don't be afraid. Leave it all to me. I'll be here for you."
The green branches outside the window had kept their lively colors in the stubborn autumn winds, trying to prove that despite their bleak surroundings, that they were still beautiful. 
At a bend in the staircase, the servant girl Siqi watched the mistress and her young man, and couldn't help but stick her tongue out. She knew that the young man of the Fan family was a gifted scholar, but he was still shameless. 
The wedding was at hand, and all of Fan Manor was in motion. The eldest princess was not in the capital, so the work of making arrangements was down to Concubine Shu in secret. Apart from feeling a sense of glory, all of Fan Manor felt cautious. There was a fear that some detail had been missed somewhere, that rules had not been meticulously abided by. 
But rules are difficult things. Lin Wan'er's status as a princess was only in effect inside the palace. Outside the world of the palace, her status was that of Prime Minister Lin's illegitimate child, only forced to be acknowledged by him at the start of the year. So it could not be ascertained whether this marriage ultimately still used the ceremonial protocols reserved for princesses, or normal marriage standards for the children of cabinet minister. 
Lady Liu entered the palace again, finally receiving clear instructions from the Empress Dowager. Although the Empress Dowager did not like the Lin family's participation in her precious little granddaughter's marriage, she had to agree to  it. At the same time, she also announced that the wedding would not be performed in  accordance with protocols for the marriage of a princess. 
Although those old ladies with inside knowledge within the upper echelons of the Fan clan were slightly disappointed, when they thought of the marriage to the family of the Prime Minister, they felt it was a thing of great renown, so they eagerly prepared for it. 
But no one imagined that the sight of Fan Xian's marriage to Lin Wan'er would be thought far more deserving of remembrance than the marriage of a princess and the Emperor's son-in-law for many years to come. 


A family inclined to kindness and charity would grace the descendants.
Thanks to one small act of kindness,
by providence she comes across a grateful friend;
Fortunate that her mother,
has done an unperceived good deed….

Men should rescue the distressed and aid the poor…
Who would have guessed that kindness in this world ultimately would be the road that one must choose, that proverbial fork in the road?

Clouds of rain float on eastern winds as new vines start to blossom.
Though drums of war roar too loudly and their brilliance has been lost,
a green grass carpet greets the sun by the break of morning.
Let us wait for the yellow leaves, a few gourds are harvested.

There was this guy who went weeping to his best friend. 

The friend asked "What is the matter? Why are you crying?" 
He replied "Yesterday night was my first night with my wife and as I used to go to red light area, I handed my wife a hundred rupee note in the morning by mistake" 

The friend said "Ok forget it, go to your wife, apologize and tell her that you will never do that again" 

He replied "I am not worried about that" 
The friend said: "then what is your problem?" 

"My wife has given me a fifty rupeee back as change" pat came the reply.

Daniel was engrossed in his cellphone, scrolling through his feed, while Derin was seated on the bed – her legs crossed together – as she dribbled into her notepad. 

Occasionally, Daniel had looked up from his phone, and watched her. Unable to keep the silence, he spoke up.

"You seem really engrossed in your poems," He said.

Derin's eyes flew off the book, and to him. She had never ever mentioned anything about her poetry to him or to anyone else. 

No one knew about her poems, not even her parents when they were alive. There was no way he could have found out about her writing. 

"How did you know about my poems?"

He chuckled. "Easy, I just needed to pick up your notepad and glance through it," He said, "But, you've got an awesome way with words."

"When did that happen?" She stuttered.

"A long while ago," Daniel answered.

Derin went quiet as she returned her face to her book, and continued writing, although her mind was deep in thoughts. 

He knew about the details of her notepad, and she never suspected it. Those were her thoughts, and in a way, the notepad was her diary. Some people write words. Some draw images. But, she expressed her thoughts in poems as this was her way of getting her emotions out. 

From the side of his eyes, Daniel watched as Derin's forehead wrinkled up as she wrote, and his lips stretched into a smile. 

When he found her notepad, he immediately became very interested in her words and her thoughts. Her poems were so in-depth, and they were perfectly written. 

At that point, he knew he had become a big fan of her poems, although he could never tell her that.

"Are you ready?" Ray questioned as he walked into the ward, snapping both Derin and Daniel out of their thoughts. 

Looking up from his phone, Daniel replied, "You bet!"

But, Derin let out a pronounced sigh. 

She hated being in a hospital, but going out there to face the public, was something she did not want to do.

"Wouldn't you bid goodbye to your bed-slash-friend?" Daniel joked, and Derin glared at him.

"C'mon I do hate the fact that I am still here, but…" She paused, her mind trailing off as she imagined the wildness and rowdiness that awaited her, and she exhaled, "I just don't want to be out there."

Ray butted in. "Eventually, you must. Derin, you are now Ms. Craig Hartley."

She shifted her glare to him. "Not helping!" She scoffed.

He raised his arms. "I was just saying."

As much as she frowned on his words, he was right. There was no way she could evade the eyes of the public. Daniel's whole life is being monitored by the world. This means, whether she liked it or not, she was now in the spotlight too.

"Alright," She said, "I hope they don't eat us up."

Sensing her fear, Daniel cooed, "I am with you, do remember this."

Clearing his throat, Ray announced, "We have to go now! The officers are waiting."

But, under her breath, she muttered, "So are the media."

The trio stepped out of the ward and into the reception, where the men in khaki uniforms stood, along with Lake and Henry.

On sighting them, the officers all turned to them.

"Are you ready?" The D.P.O asked. Daniel nodded and Derin groaned.

Seeing her expression, Henry said, "Just smile and walk on. The media aren't monsters."

"Thanks," Derin smiled.

Looking ahead, Derin gasped. 

She was wrong. There were battalions of cameramen and women out in the parkway, and they all looked ferocious and news-hungry. Her heart began to race, and her feet became frozen. 

Daniel noticed this and walked to her. He reached for her hand, and clasped it in a gentle grip.

"It's going to be okay," He smiled, "We are all here."

Firming her jaw, she said, "Alright. I guess I am doing this."

They both walked along with the rest to the main door. The officers pulled the double doors open, and instantly, millions of flashes came in her face. 

Pulling her hand, Daniel led her through the raging crowds of journalists, who the officers managed to keep away, as they walked to the waiting motorcade.

"Daniel, what are your comments on the allegations of your secret marriage?"
"Was she impregnated?"
"Are the rumors of the kidnap true?"

The paparazzi polled questions after questions at them as they scurried to the car. 

Derin winced as their words made way into her ear. They were speaking about her as if she wasn't even there. 

"Ms. Derin!"

From the crowd of crazed cameras, Derin saw a slender woman who tried shoving her recorder through the officers' barricade.

"Could you give us a word on your relationship with Daniel Hartley?"

As if organized, they all began throwing questions at her. 

"Is yours a love marriage or an arranged one?"
"Did you concede to marrying him for his money?"
"Rumors have it that you are a gold-digger, here for the Hartley's wealth. How true is this?"
"Are you having a side lover?"
"How does it feel being married to a billionaire and hotshot like Daniel?"

The weight of their words settled on Derin, and her eyes dilated. Her heart ballooned, as she felt her chest tighten up at once, and she shivered. 

Daniel noticed this and his grip on her tightened as he hastened their walk to the motorcade. He knew she was close to hyperventilating and losing control, but he had to ensure that she makes it.

Eventually, after what seemed like several hours, Derin got into the vehicle, followed by Daniel, and the doors were closed, protecting them in the car, and keeping the news-vampires out. 

The cameras surrounded the car, and even though there was thick metal between them, Derin still felt their intimidating presence, as their words replayed themselves in her mind, haunting her.

"Did you concede to marrying him for his money?"
"Rumors have it that you are a gold-digger, here for the Hartley's wealth. How true is this?"

This stumped her. She couldn't believe what people were saying about her. 

How could they conclude that she married Daniel because of his money? 

When in reality, she never chose to be Ms. Hartley. No, all she wanted was to be okay, and happy. But all this with the media, was definitely not part of her plans.

Daniel's palm came over hers which rested on her laps. 

"Crystal, are you okay?" Daniel asked. He raised his free-hand to her face and using his thumb, he wiped something off her face, and this made her realize she was crying.

Sniffing, she wiped her face with the back of her palm, and said, "I'm alright. I was just slightly overwhelmed."

Daniel watched her for a while, before smiling. "I don't believe you, but I will let it slide," He pointed out, and the corner of Derin's lips fell. 

Continuing, he said, "C'mon, you did great out there."

As soon as the words left Daniel's mouth, her face fell on recalling what had happened. 

She did great out there?! 

Damn it, she was few seconds to passing out, how is this great?

But, Derin pulled on a smile, and replied, "Thanks I guess."

Instantly, Ray got into the front seat, beside the driver, and the motorcade began moving through the clogged press. Derin stared at them, her eyes glassy with tears. They were only doing their job, but their words hurt every time. 

She threw a glance to Daniel who had buried his face in his cellphone, and suddenly, a cold air blew against as her eyes froze open.

What if everything with Daniel's new attitude was all a façade of lies? 

She couldn't tell if he really cared about her or if he acted up to save his image. 

The whole incidence in the forests, were they all a lie? 

Derin gulped as the sick realization sank into her. What if Daniel returns to his old ways?

Her stomach went cold as the thoughts weaved into her mind. The truth was she would never be able to accept, if once again, she is returned to how they used to be. 

Her forehead throbbed as his actions flashed in her eyes. She tried to push this away, but she couldn't as the voices in her head became louder in her ears.

"You are his enforced wife, why would he care for you?"
"He's a multibillionaire and you are nothing."
"He's a hotcake in handsomeness, and you Derin, you are nothing but an average girl."
"Why did you even consider ever being loved by him?"
"You are nothing but a pawn in his game, everything was a huge pretense, and you were the clown in it all."

She tilted her head, as her face was overshadowed with sadness. Maybe the voices were right, she had gotten too close with Daniel over these past days, that she had begun to consider and hope for the impossible. She had listened to the fantasies in her head, and let her imaginations cloud her reality. Everything had been so enchanting and flawless, it was her and him, and she had grown truly attached to his presence. 

Even though she had strove to lie to herself, Derin knew she had to come clean, and admit that she loved being with him. She enjoyed laughing with him. 

She adored the version of Daniel she got to know when they were both in the forest, but now, they were to return to their conventional revulsion, and her pathetic misery.

The familiar road moved under the car as she stared out through the window. She looked forward and saw the house slowly come into view, and she sighed. 

This was it. She was back to reality, and back to Daniel's ass-attitude.

As soon as the car came into a stop in the premises, Derin opened the door and slighted. She walked in and hurried up the stairs, to her room. 

Getting in, she closed the door behind herself, locking the door, and crashed unto the bed. 

Tears gushed out of her eyes as she sobbed into the pillow. Her heart felt sunken and embittered, but she did not understand why she felt this suffocated.

"Obviously, you've grown a liking for him," Her innersole pointed out.

Derin shook her head, trying hard to deny this, but she couldn't. While she wished it was a lie, Derin knew the reason why she was clouded. 

In all truth, she had grown a deep affection for Daniel L.C. Hartley.

“Crystal, you challenged me from the very beginning and I tried to resist you, but I knew even then that I wasn’t going to walk away without you by my side.”

In a stance, her life is changed as she is faced with his ass/attitude, the media, frenemies, and the untold secrets. With all these pulling her, will she stand to survive, and eventually find the one whom her heart beats for?

Daniel, the most talked playboy of the season, is made to take in a bride by his parents in order to curb his delinquency, against his wish. Accepting this, he plans to make Derin’s life a living hell and force her to call it quits. But when his heart begins to rule him otherwise, will he be able to learn to love his simple wife, or quiver under the weights of the media, family, enemies, and a skeptical mystical mission?

Hearing Zhang Yan's words, Qin Su's face waned.
He… had indeed deceived Zhang Yan.
He had a girlfriend whom he had been dating for five years. However, in order not to affect his career, the couple had chosen not to reveal their relationship to the public.
Recently, the couple had quarreled frequently because of the marriage issue, as the female's family had been urging them to get married and settle down soon.
The profession of an actor differs from others. It required frequent traveling worldwide for work and rumor-generation or occasionally creating some gossip with other actresses to co-operate with the company's publicity requirements.
Qin Su did not have much specific thought or requirements on this. He just wanted to find a 'good' girl, one who was understanding and supportive, and who could spend the rest of her life with him. He was already communicating with his company about marriage.
But his girlfriend could not be understanding and always quarreled with him, always suspecting him of womanizing outside.
Such suspicions created much pain and helplessness for Qin Su. The filming timing fit him well, and he decided to use this time to go away and cool down the atmosphere, especially since there was a poor connection in the countryside. It was also during this time that he met Zhang Yan.
Zhang Yan was very innocent and also had a passion for acting. She was also a quick learner, and the duo shared common hobbies like ancient poems.
Qin Su especially gave that collection of ancient poems to her.
Since Zhang Yan was a fan of Qin Su and naturally liked Qin Su very much, the relationship between the two went smoothly, and they quickly developed feelings for each other.
Qin Su had never revealed to Zhang Yan about his girlfriend. In fact, he was planning to break up with his girlfriend.
He even planned to return to Zhang Clan Town after his break up and bring Zhang Yan out of the town.

Looking at the girl's innocent face filled with an expectant look, Qin Su was speechless.

Seeing that Zhang Yan was still pleading for Qin Su while breathing her last breaths, Li Yan's expression took on different forms. All of a sudden, her spirit became a ball of black smoke, diving straight into Zhang Yan's body.
The wounds on Zhang Yan's body healed rapidly.
"Little Yan!"
Qin Su yelled out. Zhang Yan suddenly stood up and stared at him coldly. "I shall let you off today. But you don't deserve to call her name!"
In a flash, Zhang Yan dashed out.
Seeing Zhang Yan's departing figure, Ning Huanxin immediately chased after her unhesitantly.
In the night's darkness, the consecutive movement of two red figures one after another was like a rush of wind.
Ning Huanxin chased for a long time until she reached the barren grave outside town, where Zhang Yan had vanished.
"Zhang Yan! Li Yan! Li Yan!"
Ning Huanxin could not help but yell, but there was no response.
She subconsciously stared at Li Yan's grave. It was still new since Zhang Xiao newly renovated it and was also slightly bigger than the original one.
Where did Li Yan want to bring Zhang Yan's body?
Zhang Yan… could she still survive?
A familiar fragrance wafted over and blurred her senses. Ning Huanxin lost her consciousness and went into a momentary trance before she fainted.

Mrs Thompson's home was locked and the neighbor informed Bella that she had gone to her native place on the countryside after the death of her husband. Bella was not sure what to do. There was some very serious expression on the gardener's eyes yesterday and the curiosity of her parent's secret was at her peak. Atlast Bella decided. She is going to meet Mrs Thompson by any means, even if it means visiting her native, which was more than five hours from her town. The climate had turned dangerously cold recently but she felt some strange urgency to meet the lady and to get hold of the key as soon as possible. So off she took the bus for her long journey.

The chilling breeze of the early morning was beating against the glass windows of the bus. Bella was not wearing a sweater and the cold was piercing her bones making her clatter her teeth. She was hungry and the cold was making it worse for her. She took out a bun from her bag and just as she was about to close the old torn bag, her eyes fell on her mother's diary. In all the rush, she had forgotten about the diary. She decided to read it, what if her mother gives her some hint about this mystery that is haunting her. 
She felt a strange sense of emotions as she turned to the first page. Her mom's writing.. she was completely lively and cheerful.. She was a person who loved her life and the writings told it all.. 
So many pages were torn and were missing. She only kept the best of her memories in this diary..

20.02.1995 
Today was a yucky rainy day. I was wearing my favorite skirt with floral top to my college. Anne too accompanied me. She looked dull today.. had some fight with Jacob, I guess. Its been three  years after their marriage and I always wondered why they never fighted, they were so perfect together, so this might be their first fight. Today is that day, when my parents left us both and gave us the huge responsibitily of taking care of each others. Its twenty years now and after the rituals, we both sisters sat on the graveyard silently for a while thinking about our childhood. My sister is all I have got and we lived in our huge home with the most beautiful garden. We never spend much time in gardening but our garden was the best garden anyone can find, and the roses, it kept on creeping everywhere. Anne was eight and I was five when our parents passed leaving behind all of their assets to us.. there was some money, this home and the garden. A distant Aunt had been taking care of us for ten years after which she too passed away. We were totally dependent and looked after each other until Anne fell in love with Jacob. They had a simple wedding and were very happy together. But even after three years of marriage, they are not bearing any children and that reason kept on distancing them, making me sad. After I got inside the class, Anne bid me a sad farewell and left off for home..
3:00PM
I was sitting in my usual chair, second last bench close to the window. Since history was my subject, my classmates were just too boring. All the guys in my class had big spectacles and blank faces, I look odd one among all, with round eyes and trying to be funny all time. It was just like any other day, and I started scribbling in my paper finishing my incomplete poem.. I loved to write poems, and this was the only time I kept my mouth shut looking serious. Today, Susan was on leave and sitting alone at my desk, I switched to serious mode writing.. Susan is my best friend since school and is a cute chubby girl who loves chattering just like me. It had suddenly stopped raining.. I was feeling bored and was staring out of the window counting the drops dripping out of the ceiling. I was startled when someone came and sat near me. He was tall and handsome, wearing a white shirt with his sleeves folded upto his elbow. His blue veins were reflecting from his fair skin and had a bushy hair. I stared at the guy, I had seen him a few times in the campus, he was certainly not from my class, he was seen around the literature department and was a senior.. and my extremely attentive eyes were sure of it.
What is he doing here?? I wondered.. 
" Hii.. I am Lawrence.." He put forward his hands to me and I was certain he winked. And he looked so eye catching when he winked. And then we started talking.. About what..? I don't really remember, nothing was making any sense, I was so happy around him and we were talking as if we had known each others for years. It was not until Professor Patel came to class that we finally decided to give some rest to our congested throat,.. As the Professor turned to the board, He stealthily escaped the room and at the door, he gave his most beautiful wink.. 
I think this is what we call love at first sight.. but I was not sure, how does he know me and why he approached me today all of a sudden? As I left out for home after the class, I felt someone following me and looking back to my surprise, I saw it was him.. He ran to me looking shy but full of energy. 
"I forgot to tell you earlier, but yesterday, you left behind this book on the bench outside the campus, I opened it to check whether the rain had ruined it and read a few pages in it.. I really loved your poems and I wanted to talk to you after that.. The words are really wonderful.. I hope you don't mind me reading it.." He handed me my book back.. I really don't share my poems with anyone, not even Susan or Annie.. but I did not seem to get angry at him for reading it either.. taking my book back from him I smiled and thanked him.. Turning away I felt he was watching me.. There was this strange feeling to look at him once more, atleast to wave him bye.. but I walked away, I was a little shy in such maters.. But I really wish to meet him again, maybe tomorrow…
