"I will have my revenge, Batman!" Hugo screamed as Bruce threw him inside the Prisoner Vehicle. 


"Thank you for the help, Batman." A policeman, who I believe is officer Gordon… Oh, wait. I heard that he is promoted to Commissioner now… thanked Batman. 


Batman nodded as he got on his Batmobile. "He is yours, Commissioner. Don't let him escape again."

"Bwahaha!" Croc's laughter nearly drew their attention towards us but Selina stopped him in time. 


"Idiot!" She hissed as I shook my head. 


"What? I knew that the smug bastard Hugo was going to get his ass kicked! And I love it!" Ah, yes. Croc hates the Riddler and Hugo Strange.


Why? I don't know… neither do I have any intention of knowing. 


"You almost got us caught." She then looked at me. "And you said that this would be fun… but this was anything but fun. I didn't know that someone who is known as the genius would make such a rookie mistake."


Situations tend to make people clumsy. 


"Indeed." But that doesn't change the fact that he royally screwed up. 


Selina sighed before jumping off the elevated portion of the roof towards us. "We should go, I need some sleep after that shit show." 


"Agreed. But first I will need a drink." I raised an eyebrow at Croc's words. 


Drink? It's 2 am. I guess, there isn't exactly a time for a good drink.


"Yeah, let's go."

Barbara was going through every bit of information that she could find on the biggest criminals and villains within Gotham.


Some of those names on the list were Scarecrow, Cornelius Stirk, Professor Pyg, and of course… The Joker. 


She started her search as a way to prove her professor wrong. That killing them would not do any good, everyone can be reformed. But… what she found was not what she expected.

Barbara visibly shook as this was something that she didn't expect. At most she expected them to break free of prisons like 2 or 3 times and the list of crimes that these people committed made her stomach churn. She felt like throwing up as the pictures of the mess left by these criminals were in front of her. 


"There has to be something wrong with these reports." She knew very well that they were quite accurate… if anything, those criminals might have committed more heinous crimes that weren't mentioned there.

Was there any way to stop those crimes? 



Yes, there were. 


Even if it is quite late now… can future crimes be stopped?


Yes, they can be.


Will they take the steps necessary to stop them?


That's a probability. They were heroes and heroes… don't kill. But they can still lock them up in prisons better than the current ones. They can build prisons that are unbreakable.

"I should probably go and sleep. I have classes in the morning." 


With a low sigh, I walked towards my apartment. 


This place has changed. The number of major villains a few years ago was easily countable with two hands. There were hundreds of villains even then, but they were not on the same level as someone like Joker or even Scarecrow. And other bigger villains that are famous today, were still at their early stages back then.


This place is rotten to the core. And with the current ways in which the heroes handle the things. There is no saving it. 


I cannot interfere with either side… directly. That was the only condition that I received back then.


There's no saving the world if things continue the way they currently are. The problem with the current heroes and villains are their personalities and ideologies. 


Villains like Joker are enough to make anyone fear them. But the problem is his insanity.


As for heroes. They consider themselves to be the correct ones under every circumstance. They are heroes, how can their judgment be wrong? And this… does the most harm. 


What do I mean?


They never kill, they never cripple the villains. The furthest they go is breaking a few bones which heal with time. Not killing the ones like Joker… has led to the death of countless innocents. 


"*Sigh* I will worry about that later." I shook my head. "You know... You can come out." I said and turned around.


The air around me changed and carried a sweet smell as vines wrapped around my body.


"Seriously? You are going to play like that?" I felt myself rolling my eyes as an amused Poison Ivy walked from the corner of the alley.


"When I saw you that day, I thought that I must have confused you with someone else… After all, you have changed quite a lot." She frowned. "But imagine my surprise when Zatanna said that there was a new guy in Gotham that could use space-based abilities and had the name Blake Hardy."


I did try to run away from her. 


"I wasn't sure as to how you would have reacted if I suddenly revealed myself… and there was also this… eccentric blonde girl with you." She made a funny face as I said that.


"Harley." She mumbled.


"Hum?" 


"Her name is Harley Quinn… well that's her alias but she and I are friends." She said. "And yeah, she can be a little weird sometimes."


"I can see both… you being friends with her as she was clinging to you and her… being a little weird." She literally ran around with a hammer that was twice her size. 


She shook her head as her frown reemerged. "But we aren't talking about Harley. I am still pissed that you didn't inform me about your return." Really? I thought she was still mad with me because of the past. 


"Well, yeah… about that. I came back as I got a job here. And didn't exactly have the time to meet anyone." Partially true. 


She huffed.


"Why don't we talk somewhere else?" I said the vines that wrapped me vanished into oblivion. 


They were getting a little annoying. 


"This place is not ideal for these kinds of talks." 


She nodded. "Yeah, let's… go to the bar." 


At least she didn't explode in anger… but I ain't getting any sleep tonight. Damn it!

An Ex-Villain as a professor? That's never going to work.

After finishing 5 blood transfusions the whole day and spending dinner time with her mother in the canteen, Jessy teleported into the mansion, as always Nana Aida was delighted to welcome her favorite visitor on that night.

"Any major news happening today, Nana?" she asked.

Nana Aida was recalling the shocking news she saw on TV earlier. "Ah, the major news as of today was about the sudden death of Major Miller that occurred last night and also the occasional stabbing and killing in the park and in the street by some psycho guy and sexual assaults by a serial rapist, nothing new, the usual crime happening in our society is becoming a daily staple for me. Every other day there's always killing happening in the city. I wonder why the cops can't arrest those criminals?"

Jessy shrugged her shoulders.

"Well...the ratio of the cops and the people are not well proportioned, the number of cops is too little compared to the people they have to watch and protect. Once the crime is done the only thing the police can do is clean the murder scene. It happened all the time, it's rare that the crime can be prevented before they happened, the crime always happened first before the cops arrive. To make the story short, no one can predict when those psycho murderers will attack the unsuspecting citizen. Crimes like this can only be prevented if the cops have access to the minds of this criminals and they can monitor when the criminals are about to commit a crime, then arrest the criminals before they can execute the crime, but we don't have that technology yet, and I wonder if the citizen of this country will agree that their minds and thoughts can be monitored daily just to weed out the potential murderer and psycho's in our society," Jessy voiced out her opinion.

Nana Aida stared at Jessy, frowning.

"How about you Nana? Would you allow the police authorities to have access to your minds and thoughts all the time so that it can help prevent crimes from happening every day?"

Nana Aida had a mixed reaction on her face. "It has a positive and negative side. But if it's gonna happen one day I'm sure it will be a compulsory thing then the people will have no say in the matter once the government began implementing it all over the country."

Jessy agreed.

"But you know, Nana, the intention is good, but then things can really go bad because we will lose our privacy and some people can take advantage of that, but then if we want a crime-free society the idea is worth exploring...on the other hand if the cops visibility will increase in the city then the number of crimes will decrease... unfortunately the national budget can't even afford to hire more cops, so yeah the crimes will continue to flourish in the street and the only way to stay safe is to lock the door and never venture outside during nighttime, am I right, Nana Aida?" she smiled.

Nana grinned. "Yeah, let's save our asses and help the cops by not venturing outside during the night so that crimes can be prevented."

Jessy smiled, she wanted to add that sometimes staying inside our homes is not even safe anymore. Once the criminals and psycho's minds are being polluted with criminal intent they will act blindly, they can murder anyone, it can be inside or outside the house, once there is a motive then there is always a need for action...and once the action is done there's always result and anything can happen.

"Why are we even talking about all these things, Nana?" she asked.

"Dunno, you started it, anyways have you eaten your dinner?" Nana Aida said.

"Yes, I already have eaten dinner with my mother in the canteen. Did Adam drop you a visit this week?" she asked.

Nana Aida shook her head. "No. I think he's busy with his work. Why don't you go to his condo and visit him there?"

"Sounds a bright idea, Nana! I will go there after I sleep in my bedroom for at least two hours. I miss my room, I miss my rose garden, I miss everything in this mansion," she walked towards the staircase, then she halted in her tracks and turned around to face Nana Aida.

"By the way...what is the cause of death of Major Miller, Nana?" she asked.

"His physician declared that the cause of his death is Cardiac Arrest," Nana Aida answered.

"Okay, I will go upstairs now. Goodnight Nana Aida," she said and climb the stairs looking forward to resting in her room.

Once she reached her room, she jumped into the bed and prepare to sleep, wrapping herself with the blanket.

She closed her eyes dreaming of Adam longing for his presence and warmth. She can't wait to see him tonight!

She falls asleep after thirty minutes.

Two hours later, she woke up feeling refreshed and well-rested.

Time to go and see her boyfriend.

Gu Yuanli and the group walked towards the back, and suddenly, the entire manor lit up brightly. No one knew who had stepped on the trigger and triggered the alarm, and the alarm sirens wailed loudly in the air all around the Gu Manor.

Luke glanced at it and nodded. "Alright, it seems you're not getting cocky."
Turning his head, he said to Selina, "You should let it watch more soap operas when it has nothing to do. The kind about old friends, the trials of adolescence, I love my home - that sort of thing."
Selina was enlightened. "That's right. That should teach it more about life."
Gold Nugget couldn't be any more despairing.
It knew that the fiend was always biased toward Selina.
Gold Nugget, who had been about to go through late puberty, was scared back into obedience.
Its mood didn't improve until they left home and it had today's cake. When it came to food, the fiend was quite nice to it, at least. Hm, he was also generous enough with money.
After the ocean liner mission last time, Luke asked Gold Nugget how much of a bonus it wanted, and it had asked for twenty thousand dollars. Luke had handed the money over in full right away.
As to why the pilot could get two hundred thousand dollars, Selina had also explained it to the dog head.
That man's special plane could be considered an early investment, and most of the money for the ticket covered the plane's depreciation cost.
In comparison, the dog head was only doing hard labor, so it naturally couldn't be paid as much.
Just as its mood was starting to recover, the ground suddenly shook, and Gold Nugget dropped the Napoleon cake that was in its mouth.

Luke pulled over and said, "It's an earthquake. Selina, turn on the cameras and see if there's been any disasters nearby."
As far as he could tell, this wasn't a small earthquake.
An earthquake that could shake a moving car had to be a magnitude five at least, and the source couldn't be far away.
Luke got out and stood on the road.
The tremors were even more obvious and lasted more than thirty seconds. He started to wonder; don't tell him it was a major earthquake?
Luckily, the tremors settled in less than a minute and didn't go higher than a magnitude five. It wasn't too bad.
Inside the car, Selina alerted him: "There's activity on our internal channel. A huge number of emergency calls are flooding in regarding accidents caused by the earthquake."
Frowning, Luke quickly got in and started the car. "Okay. Gold Nugget, stop licking. It wasn't your fault."
Gold Nugget's scrunched-up face immediately relaxed. It barked.
Luke: "However, you have to be more careful when you eat. You're the only one who sits there."
Gold Nugget began to whine.
Selina snorted. "You have the nerve to say you'll wash it? I'm the one who washes it for you every time. Your new dog house is even more complicated. How can it be washed in the future?"
Gold Nugget barked in dissatisfaction.
Luke said with a smile, "It's fine, the dog house can be vacuumed. It doesn't smell, anyway."
Gold Nugget was conflicted. It's true that I don't smell, but why does it feel weird, the way you say it?
When they arrived at the police department, all the detectives of the Major Crimes Division were waiting in the hall.
After they arrived, Dustin nodded. "Okay, basically everybody's here now. Let me now explain what we'll be facing today."
Nobody in the Major Crimes Division was really surprised. They knew that Dustin had been waiting for Selina and Luke.
Dustin coughed lightly and said, "The epicenter of the earthquake this morning is about sixty kilometers to the north of the city center, and we clearly felt the tremors here. A lot of emergency calls are now coming in. If it's a regular case that isn't directly related to the earthquake, ignore it, got it?"
"Got it," replied everybody at the same time.
"Law and order has been shaky in L.A. recently. After this earthquake, there's bound to be many people who'll take advantage of the disaster." Dustin continued, "So, I want you to warn the gangs under your jurisdiction not to cause trouble for us during this time, or we'll settle the score with them later."
Everybody nodded silently.
They were being asked to notify the gangs that they were familiar with.
Of course, that didn't mean that they were colluding with the gangs.
Once this was over, LAPD would come down even harder on whoever added to their woes during this time.
HQ had a division which specialized in gang affairs, but the Major Crimes Division detectives in each precinct couldn't idle by either.
There were tens of thousands of gang members in Los Angeles. Relying on just HQ's Gang Intelligence Unit to put pressure on the gangs wouldn't scare the gangs at all. Conversely, the unit would just be run ragged, and wouldn't be intimidating enough. 
The Major Crimes Division was different.
Each Major Crimes Division was a tiger which clashed daily with the gangs in their precinct, and knew them very well.
If they really wanted to give the gangs a hard time, all they needed to do was set up a perimeter at a few critical locations.
This time, the detectives weren't acting on their own, but with the collective will of the police department.
The police had no problem killing a few small fry who were acting up to intimidate their fellows.
Seeing everybody nod, Dustin lowered his voice and added, "Remember, HQ and the precinct are right behind you. Don't worry too much. If any of them dares to try anything with you, don't bother with it and just report back. SWAT has canceled all their leave and is standing by."
Luke was amused.
Wasn't this just telling them to use the simplest and crudest way to get things done?
Whoever dared to provoke them would receive a warm visit from the professional goons that were SWAT.
Dustin's briefing lasted no more than five minutes before he dismissed everybody.
He just needed to let everybody know the official stance on this issue so that his subordinates would know what to do in the next few days.
During these few minutes, the phones rang nonstop in the Major Crimes Division, which suggested a super busy day for everybody.

After all, the major crimes department was not the place that they were familiar with. Moreover, they heard that Captain Wu of the major crimes department had a very bad temper. That would depend on your abilities, however, don't worry, every job has its own benefits and you will have a fixed schedule, so you won't have to work overtime… as for those below eighteen, they have two options,  join the army or enroll  in the university, those who choose the later one will have a one year period to show result, we will provide the best teachers we have and materials, however, if you don't show the results that I expect, then, you will have to join the army and pay a fee to the university, so choose carefully, if you want more details, the university will open in two weeks, you can ask Susana, this young lady right here, who is the director of the University" Said Alfonso while signaled Susana, who made a small wave with her hand.

Everyone tried to process the information.
"That's it for work and education, as for security, you may already notice however, I will still tell you, Wasteland Valley DON'T TOLERATE CRIME, the wolves and the little girls will patrol constantly Wasteland Valley, if they catch you breaking the laws, the punishment will be severe, if you don't believe me, hehe, just try" Said Alfonso in a playful way.

"As for major crimes, well, the one in charge of those will be Deferio and the Spartans, come here Deferio" Said Alfonso.
"YES, YOUR HIGHNESS!" Shouted Deferio.
"Deferio, tell them what the major crimes are and what will be the repercussions" Said Alfonso.
"AS YOU ORDER! IN WASTELAND VALLEY, THERE ARE THREE MAJOR CRIMES, THE FIRST ONE, MURDER, IF YOU MURDER SOMEONE, NO MATTER THE REASON, YOU WILL SUFFER DESMEMBRATION, EACH OF YOUR LIMBS WILL BE TIE TO A HORSE AND THEN… WELL, YOU GET THE IDEA" Said Deferio.
 Everyone was scared by imaging such a horrible way of dying.
"SECOND! RAPED! NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR A MAN, THE ACT OF FORCING SOMEONE TO HAVE SEX IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, THE VICTIM WILL MADE AN ACCUSATION AND THAT WILL BE HANDLE BY THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE, IF YOU ARE FOUND GUILTY, YOU WILL BECOME THE SLAVE OF THE VICTIM, ALL YOUR FORTUNATE AND POSSESSIONS WILL BE FOR THE VICTIM AND YOUR PENIS, IN THE CASE OF THE MAN, WILL BE CUT, AS FOR WOMAN, THEIR BREAST WOULD BE CUT AND YOUR HAIR WILL BE BURNED, THE VICTIM IS THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO FREE YOU, HOWEVER, THERE IS A WARNING HERE, IF YOU FALSELY ACCUSED SOMEONE, THEN, YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE ALL YOUR POSSESSIONS TO THE VICTIM AND WORK AS A SLAVE FOR THE PERSON IN QUESTION, HOWEVER, YOU WILL ONLY HAVE TO DO THIS FOR THREE YEARS" Said Deferio.
Some men touched their crotch in pain while other girls touched hugged their breast.
"THIRD! AN ATTACK TO HIS HIGHNESS! THIS IS THE WORST CRIME THAT YOU MAKE! IF ANY OF YOU TOUCH A SINGLE HAIR OF HIS HIGHNESS, THEN, I WILL MAKE YOU WISH YOU WERE DEAD! THAT'S ALL! " Said Deferio.
Alfonso touched his face, this wasn't part of the plan…
"Not even a single hair…"
"Scary~"
"I-I almost touched his shoulder when he was walking, please don't kill me!"
"Deferio…" Said Alfonso.
"I did this for them, your highness, after all, if they touch you, not even all of us, Spartans, will be able to stop the wrath of miss Demeter" Murmured Deferio while looking at Demeter who was smiling innocently.
"…Good job" Murmured Alfonso.
"*Cough* anyway, now you have heard it, I want my people to live as peaceful as possible, that's why, I have strict norms in terms of crimes, speaking of which, what I despise the most are burglars, so, although is not a major crime, I WILL BE THE ONE who dictates the punishment for robbery, believe, you don't want that" Said Alfonso firmly.
All of the people in the crow were surprised by these norms, after all, it was not so often that lords and royalty cares about crimes so much, in fact, some lord had their own groups of burglars.
"ITS THAT'S YOUR JUSTICE?" Someone on the crow shouted out.
"Hmm?" Alfonso looked at the one who shouted when he took a look, one old man with two teenagers, one small black-haired girl and one handsome young man were behind the old man.
However, what surprised Alfonso the most was the name that the system provided when he looked at the old man. Alfonso smiled and say
"That's right, my friend, you have any opinions?" 
The old man climbed the platform and looked at Alfonso straight into the face.
"Let's discuss your justice, young man!" Shouted the man with excitement.

Alfonso was a historian of earth who suddenly appear in the body of Alfonso Lockheart, a fallen prince that is the Lord of a formal city known as the wasteland valley, with infertile land and losing the protection of their god, the wasteland valley is land that is destined to be destroyer by the extreme weather and the attacks of beast.

Alfonso was in a despair situation; however, he wasn’t destined to fall in this land, that is because....

[The supreme sovereign system welcomes its new host, with the help of the Greek gods as your allies, you will become the new sovereign of this land!]

Aura had a few other tasks to see to on his way back, the first being to pick up some clone fruit and also grab some lifewood.

Lifewood was a moderately rare tree that promoted growth and good health, and grew in places with high concentrations of life and nature energy. It was commonly used in potionmaker's tools and healers' staves due to the effects it has on healing and the body in general.

Aura wanted it to be the main material for Fiona's prosthetic, because he had once read a novel about a boy with a false arm made from a living tree, and he grew plants and raised insects in it.

Aura wanted to do the same, and lifewood was the best choice.

Fortunately, every major city has a lifewood tree farm due to its many uses, so getting your hands on it was pretty easy, just expensive. Aura didn't have a lot of money right now, so he planned to steal it.

Crimes in Ascendance were pretty much the same as in real life, so long as nobody caught you, you were fine, but the system put some harsh penalties on those who commited serious crimes or repeat offenders.

Penalties could even include forcibly removing a player's class and levels, and making it so that they could only choose criminal classes, so most people who committed crimes made sure to be careful.

'Why would they not commit crimes? It's just a game.'

That's what some people thought until they learned what it meant to be caught as a criminal.

They could be put into slavery without access to the system's mercy.

An extremely painful punishment, complete loss of your free will, with no system protections. Your only choice is to log out until your sentence is over.

However the rewards for crimes are just as high as the risks, with some players intentionally trying to reach the end of the achievement path, starting small and working their way up until they can reach the peaks of crime, never having to lift a finger again.

A successful criminal is also known as a merchant, because they rip you off and make bank doing so, ignoring the law when profit is involved.

The lifewood farms were mostly unguarded at night, so all that really needed doing was to sneak in, chop down a few trees and get out of there. The guards would never investigate a few missing trees, since it happens all the time.

But Aura liked to do things properly, and leaving anything in the farm would be a waste of good materials, so when Aura reached the next major city on his path home, he picked up a mask and some dark clothing and prepared for an unnecessarily dramatic tree heist.

He even put on some classic Mission Impossible music, preparing himself mentally for this extremely important tree thievery.

Aura was dressed in all black, wearing a silver mask in the shape of a cat, standing on top of a building overlooking the tree farm.

He was armed to the teeth, because it seemed like you always had to have at leasy forty knives on you when you broke into a facility to steal something.

He used Sky Steps to get over the fence, and salamander-climbed down, making sure not to make too much noise, then once he reached the bottom, he wrapped a line of mithril thread around the base of the tree and cast a constrict spell, cleanly slicing through the wood without making a noise.

Then, before the tree fell, he stored it in his Item Box, repeating the process until the farm was empty, before heading to the on-site warhouse to steal everything there too.

Once he stepped out of the facility, immediately recieving a notification from the system.

"Here is the top 10 list of countries whom we believe had made a great impact as to why our whole international organization cannot advance for improvement leading to a major problem of poverty" the IPFD spokesperson mentioned in their conference meeting held at the Britain's famous national hall. 

The news had spread worldwide about the top 10 list and it is highly recommended that the government of those countries who are in the list should resolve this problem regarding crimes. They were given 6 months to resolve this issue, if not...those countries who were not able to solve this problem would be eliminated. 


Well, guess what country was listed as the top 1? 


The whole world is watching the country called, Philippines. It's all over the news and the greatest topic of all. Ang bansang dating hinahangaan, ngayon pinag-uusapan. 


90% of Filipinos commit crimes everyday. Kahit saang sulok, dako, ano mang segundo o minuto sa Pilipinas, laging may krimen. 


Poor education. 


Racism. 


Judgements. 


Corruption. 


Territorial disputes. 


Money. 


Power.


And the worst, 


Crime. 


Ito ang ilan sa mga rason kung bakit kalat ang krimen. Well, we can't blame the people if it's how the way they live and how they want to live. It's a matter of life and death. Maswerte ang hindi mahuli at malas ang mabilis mahuli. 


To avoid being eliminated forcibly, the Philippine government thought of an idea which everyone seems to agree. It was mid-1900 when a noble man, Marshall Swanepoul Del Haughton chose to part ways from his peaceful rich life. He was the richest man in the Philipines back then, but he did not have the power to control things just like what he desired for so long. He wanted everyone to obey him but everybody was obeying the president of the Philippines which was his childhood bestfriend. The president wasn't rich compared to him but everybody obeyed the president compared to Mr. Marshall. He wanted power and chose to act violently just to make everyone obey him. It was the time the dangerous word 'Mafia' was made. He was the Mafia Boss, many were forced to obey him after he killed the president. Unfortunately, not for so long he still didn't get everyone's obedience because they were still loyal to the former president tho already dead. 


The Filipinos asked help from their greatest ally which was America to help them get rid of the Mafia Boss. This country was very known for making weaponry's for their greatest advancement in technology. They tracked down Mafia boss' location and threatened him. They even killed most of his mafias even his most trusted butler which made him scared. Marshall felt afraid to die so easily that's why he fled somewhere at hanggang ngayon, there are still no whereabouts for his location. He was actually the one who started the Mafia thing whom everyone is afraid to hear. Pero ayon sa mga nakuhang impormasyon, this mafia boss had connections to other rich families in the Philippines kaya noong time na pinatay niya ang president, 70% of the country's funds went missing. Lahat ng mga sumama sa grupo niya, had equal shares from the country's overall funds and the poverty rate coincidentally went up which only means that the mafias corrupted the country. 


Of course, they were trained by Mashall how to clean up their own dirt that's why no one could actually pin point kung sinu-sino lahat ng pamilyang kasama sa mafiang itinayo ni Marshall because there were no evidences even lists. 


That was already a hundred years ago, the Filipino people believed that many mafia groups are slowly being dispersed to every country now forming new mafia organizations and the people can't do anything to stop this now. Mafias became so powerful. Most of the crimes na nangyayari sa bansang Pilipinas, it's because of the mafia groups whom we don't really have an idea kung sinu-sino sila. They do crimes for money and power. 


Finally, the Philippine Government together with its newly elected president in the year 1930 decided to make an agreement as a solution with the still-unknown Mafias living in Philippines to prevent the country from being eliminated so it's better that way to solve this problem. 


The Philippine president words were this in the year 1930,


"We don't really have an idea kung sinu-sino ang mga mafia families sa bansang 'to. For mafias, I am not doing this in order to pick a fight with you but to protect my people and our country. In order to lower the rates of crimes, I am offering you a new country. It means the Philippine government together with the Mafia groups would build a new country intended for the mafia groups only. Once you agree, wala na kaming karapatan na makielam sa inyo in whatever you want to do. Do crimes all day, the Philippine government wouldn't care as long as you wouldn't mess with my people and I hope, you would want it that way, right? We are all Filipinos but we cannot live together because not all Filipinos can cope up and adapt with your situation, besides you are all rich. The only way for us to be reunited peacefully, is to build a new country for you, which will be called as, " The New Philippine Colony otherwise known as NPC" a country where only Mafias live. 


It is the mafia country.
