But something unexpected happened, he got transmigrated into a cultivation world, but after transmigration, he had one extra thing. He transmigrated with an RPG system.

After going through several stages such as; account creation and editing of the character's appearance, Ryzen—the name of the character played on Fantasy Star Online—found himself on a city street, precisely near a fountain which is usually a crowded place and is located in the middle of the city. 

Ryzen saw many armed people and looked like hunters, knights, adventurers, and others. Then he looked around, saw the beauty scenery of the city in the virtual world for the first time, felt the air touching the skin make him feel cool, then he made a few movements such as stretching and punching the air. 

People immediately saw him when Ryzen did that, some smiled and laughed, others disgusted. 

"Look, it looks like that person is a new player." 

"What did the person do? Is this the first time he has played a virtual game?" 

"Looks like he will be a burden on a party party, ew." 

Ryzen ignored the words of those people, and realized that there was something like a green ball floating above those people's heads. 

"Hmm, is that a player cursor?" 

The green ball was called 'player cursor' functions as a marker, that the person is a player, and with that cursor, it will be easier to distinguish between players and NPCs or Non Player Characters—the characters that are set and has its own script to do something. 

Ryzen looked up, found the same cursor as the other players, floating above his head. 

"Then, check the status ..."

A transparent panel appears when Ryzen wipes the empty air in front of him, it shows a list of buttons that start from; Character, Inventory, Quest, Social, and Settings. 

Ryzen pressed the button at the top, Character. After pressing it, a new panel with three button options; Stats, Title and Skill appear in the empty air. Again, he pressed the top button, Status, then the panel changed its appearance.

The panel shows a statistical character data from Ryzen. From all that is displayed, it is familiar for him to see the identity and strength data in the status panel of an RPG game. What caught his attention was the status named 'Karma' which is located at the bottom of the panel, the status itself has a parameter that has two color variants namely red and blue, bounded by a white line with the number 0 in the middle. 

"Karma status, this is the first time I've seen it. If this is related to the meaning of the word karma, maybe this status serves as a measure of character traits?" Ryzen muttered.

After trying to examine it again, he found a question-shaped icon at the end of the karma status. Ryzen pressed it, then a small panel appeared explaining the karma status. The explanation about the status turned out to be the same as what Ryzen had previously thought. Karma here serves as a gauge of the good or evil of a character, Ryzen has zero karma, so the character is included in the neutral group. 

"Ah, I see."

Ryzen closed all the panels visible, then re-examined the body and equipment. He only wears a garment made of thin cloth, and wears a breastplate and shoes made of leather. 

"Well... What did i expect from beginners equipment," Ryzen said, scratching his head that was not itchy. 

Ryzen walked without knowing the purpose of what he's gonna do, when he checked his inventory, he decided to go to the weapons shop first. Arriving at one of the weapons shops in the early city, he saw so many players who were also looking for the best weapons for them to use. Seeing that the place was filled with players, Ryzen decided to look for another store that was more quiet. 

"I really don't know what to do first, there is no quest and also the storyline," Ryzen complained. 

His playing experience in a game with a different mechanism than usual, really made him confused what to do. Ryzen says something like the storyline of a game, which is usually found in RPG games. However, this time it's very different, in Fantasy Star Online, there is no prologue storyline or initial quest that usually appears immediately when starting to play RPG games. 

Because of that, he didn't know what to do, all he could think of was just to go on an adventure and immediately to hunt down monsters, so he decided to go to the weapons shop first. 

Ryzen had arrived at another weapons shop, the place was quieter than the first shop he visited, there were only one or two people who visited this shop. Ryzen entered the shop and began searching for a weapon that suited him. 

"The weight is just right, but the sharpness of the blade seems to have been rather dull," Ryzen said when checking the quality of a sword forged from silver. 

"No, wait, I don't think it's a blunt issue or not a weapon. As long as the damage is big, who cares about the dullness of the sword? I'll try to check the details," Ryzen muttered. 

As he has been read from the manual, the way to check the data of an object, that is, simply by focusing on the item to be examined. Ryzen did that, then a transparent panel appeared from the sword.

When Ryzen was about to put the sword back, there was a high-pitched shout voice. He paused for a moment and tried to check the surroundings, there was no one in the store except him and a female player who was standing near the counter where there an NPC that seems to be a shopkeeper. 

"If you think the voice was to call someone else, then you are wrong," said the player. 

"So you called me?" Ryzen asked, pointing to himself.

"Of course, who else? There is no one else here, besides me and you," the player replied, with her hands on her hips. 

"What business do you have with me?" Ryzen asked again. 

"If you don't buy the sword in your hand, come here, give that to me." 

"Why? This sword is dull and broken, just like the sword you took," Ryzen said, his eyes glancing at the sword that was kept on the counter.

"Heh! Because I'm a blacksmith!" said the player loudly and proudly. 

Ryzen raised his eyebrows and said, "So what if you're a blacksmith?"

Ryuei, an unemployed man in his 20s has a lot of money in debt. One day, someone came to collect the debt but he could only pay half of it. Ryuei begged for extra time and he was given one more year to pay the remain debt. 

By relying on a VR Gear given by his friend, he started to earn money in the game!

Kira stood up and patted his clothes. He walked out of the woods and returned back to his apartment.

"I'm hungry." He opened his refrigerator and picked up some ingredients. He then cooked his dinner for tonight.

After he eat, he took a bath to wash the dirt on his body.

"Hu~ feel so good..." He muttered in satisfaction. He leaned his back at the side of the bathtub and lowered his body. 

"This is life..." He muttered as he looked at the ceiling. 

If only there's alcohol and cigarette then he could truly enjoy this bath. 

A grin appeared on his face as he recalled the thugs he met this day. They could get along if he met those thugs in his past life. He was sure that they would fight side by side. 

He saw a brown pouch at the corner of his eyes. He recalled that his teacher gave this to him. He stood up and picked it up. He went to the bathtub and carefully looked at it.

"What's this?" He shook it and heard a strange sound inside. It sounds like a marble scratching against each other. 

He slowly opened it and took a peek inside. He saw a pile of light blue stone emitting a blueish light.

"It's glowing!" He picked one of the stone and looked at it closely. 

"What's this? There's no gem like this on earth!" He could clearly see that it was glowing with blueish light. There's no mistake this stone contained mana within. 

He closed his eyes and concentrated. He felt a tremendous amount of mana inside the stone. His mana wasn't even half of the mana inside the stone and there's even a pile of it inside the pouch. 

Just who exactly is that middle-aged man? He could easily gave him a pile of precious stone without batting an eye.

"Such a thing really exist!" He muttered in surprised. If he could absorbed it using the «Mana Gathering» skill he learned before then his mana...

He took a deep breath and calm himself. He then remember the «Essence Conversion» skill that he had.

He closed his eyes and activated the «Essence Conversion» skill while holding the blueish stone on his palm.

"Yes, it works!" Kira exclaimed with a smile on his face. Finally, he found a way to gain essence points. He couldn't contained his excitement as he mentally said, 'Yes.'

"Whoa! A thousand?! This piece of blue stone is equivalent to a thousand essence points!" Kira was surprised by the amount of essence points he received. A single piece of blueish stone was equal to a thousand essence points. 

This only makes him more curious about the identity of the middle-aged man. This blueish stone wasn't an ordinary stone that power user could gain. 

It seems that his guess was correct. That middle-aged man was a powerful man just like what he read in those novels back in earth. A hermit powerhouse that was in seclusion in that mountain.

"Hoho~" Kira looked at the stone on his palm and saw that it lost it's light. It seems that it became an ordinary stone after he converted the energy inside it.

He placed it at the corner and opened the pouch. He counted the number of the blueish stone.

There's nineteen blueish stone left inside the pouch. It means he will gain 19,000 essence points. 

"Hahaha!" He couldn't contained his laughter anymore. 

After a while, he calmed down and slowly converted the eighteen blueish stone into essence points. He left one blueish stone for him to improve his mana capacity. 

He quickly checked his system.

He could only see ten skill on the skill list and it seems that he need to refresh it if he doesn't want any of these skills. There's also the "Page". It looks like he need to unlock it before it became available. He looked at it and saw the requirement.

He doesn't need to use essence points in this case. It seems that he only need to raise his level to rank 2 creature and it automatically unlock itself. It's the same as Page 3. He need to raise his level to rank 3 creature. He don't have any problem with this.

Now... What should he buy? He had 19,100 EP left. With this he would be able to buy two or three skills. 

The first thing that caught his eye was «Herculean Strength». This was the basic skill he saw when playing rpg games. This was a skill that could increase his strength by fifty percent. 

There's was two more skill that was the same as «Herculean Strength». The «Stone Body» and «Extraordinary Physique». All of this skill could enhance his physiques to higher level. The difference of these two skills and the «Herculean Strength» were the two skills could enhance his defense unlike the «Herculean Strength». 

The most expensive one was the «Stone Body». He checked the details of this skill and found that the benefits he will receive was only enhance defense. He doesn't know why it was the most expensive one if this was the only thing he could gain. 

The «Extraordinary Physique». This skill doesn't gave him strength or defense like the other two skills. This skill gave him +50% recovery, +5% damage reduction, and +5% abnormal resistance. It's a pretty good skill for him.

We're finished about the three body enhancement skills. Now, let's proceed to check the other skills. 

The «Health Recovery» and «Mana Recovery» skills. It was also the basic skill that could be found in any rpg games. He doesn't need to explain this as the name of the skill already explained it's effect.

Then, let's move to «Hyper Punch» and «Triple Stab» skills. These two skills were an attack skill. This was what he need the most right now. He doesn't had any attacking skill that could defeat his opponent. 

"Okay, I will buy this! Let me see the other skill first." Kira said as he looked at the other skill.

The «Night Vision» was a skill that will let him see in the dark while the «Thermal Eyes» was a skill that will let him see the body heat of every creature. As long as the creature was producing a heat he could see it even if there's a wall in front of him. Both of this skill were pretty good.

The last was the «Calm Mind». This skill will let him calm in any kind of situation. This was not a passive skill but an active skill. The only problem was that he will become mentally exhausted if he use it for a long time. 

"What a good skill!" Kira exclaimed. He also need this type of skill. He haven't experience his first battle against a power user so he was bound to get nervous. It was inevitable. No matter how much he prepared himself he will became surprised when he saw his opponents power. 

He need this much more so that he could fight with a calm mind. He would be able to think logically when battling. 

Kira didn't hesitated and directly used  6,000 EP to buy «Calm Mind».

As soon as he bought «Calm Mind» he felt a wave of pain inside his head. 

"Argh!" He held his head with both of his hand. 

The information about «Calm Mind» was directly imprinted into his mind.

After a few moments the pain disappeared leaving Kira gasping.

On his right is a 5'8 tall Chinese looking guy with an eyes like those common to Chinese people, black colored hair in dreadlocks, with his shades and his carefree smile while using his phone to browse the internet. He is the most savage "damager" of the team in any games, he is called Chen. 

At the back of my captain's seat is a Caucasian guy, 6'0 tall in height but with a skinny frame, large gray colored eyes, with his signature sleepy eyes and gray colored hair. He is also the laziest, the "support" and the last member that was added before the formation of the team. He is named Murphy. 

Beside Murphy is a fa.. , oh he prefers to be called chubby, rough looking guy with tattooes on his chest, dishevelled red colored hair, with thick brows and he also wears a nasty grin whenever we pass by a girl no matter what she look like. He is the "tank" of the team, King.

"Mo, the President of the World Government wants to talk to you about your speech for the upcoming "Gamer's World" press conference, do you want to talk to him?" Dean inquired.

"Yeah Mo, I already read through the guest list and it seems the Blazers team is also attending." Chen said while not lifting his eyes on his phone's screen. "Do you want me to say hi to them on ****book?" Chen added with a carefree smile.

"Want ME to say hi to them instead Mo?" says King with that nasty smile of his. Nobody knows what he is planning.

"Nahh, I'm to lazy to give them my attention. As for the speech, what do you think Murph?" Mo replied.

"Uhhh.. Huh?.. What?.. Speech?.. Ahh! Just use the same speech as always..." says Murphy after being startled for a bit and goes right back to sleep.

"You need to take this seriously Mo, this is in the presence of the President of the world." says Dean in an upright manner.

Mo shrugged the behaviour of his captain as he is already used to it and was about to reply when suddenly the bus halted and made them fall over because of the abrupt stop.

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING JOE?!!" Mo barked at the driver.

"SOMEONE IS APPROACHING!! THEY HAVE GUNS!!" roared Joe.

Suddenly gunshots are fired at the bus and an angry shout with that ruthless voice. "GO DROWN ON BULLETS BITCHES FROM EMPIRE!!!" roared one of the men.

"BLAZERS!!! FUCKING SHITS!!!" roared King while taking cover. 

"BYE EMPIRE BITCHES!!" roared the men while one of them throws a grenade under the bus. 

BOOM!!

The bus exploded and quickly caught fire. The men who were firing hastily stopped and ride their van before speeding away from the wrecked bus.

After who knows how long has passed, Mo suddenly opened his eyes, waking up as he started looking left and right before discovering that he is in a four-sided small white room with no doors in it. He tried to remember everything that happened and found out that he died on that explosion. He took a deep breath and slowly regained his calm on this situation thanks to his 20 years of gaming experience which helped him a lot on precarious situations in high-end tournaments.

"Wait what about Dean and the others?" Mo mumbled. 

"Shit! That fucking Blazers team! We are pro gamers but they.. Sigh!" Mo lamented.

"Where am I though? Is this what they call heaven? I don't believe in religious doctrines but it seems it's real on certain aspects" Mo muttered. 

"I don't see anything here though?" he continued.

Suddenly a voice came beside him. "Nahh, this ain't heaven dude." said the man with a chuckle.

Mo jump in fright upon hearing that as he didn't even sense anything someone was beside him.

"Holy cow! Who are you?! And the fuck! How did you get near me?" he exclaimed.

"Woah! Pu*sy! What are you shouting for?" the man replied with a chuckle.

"I'm Joe, don't you remember me, Mo?" Joe said while smiling.

"Joe the driver?!" Mo said with his eyes becoming large.

"Yep that's me." Joe said while changing his face to that of the driver for Mo's team and then changing his face back to his not too old, not too young, common and smiling face.

"What was that?! Was that magic?!" Mo said while slowly regaining his calm.

"You could say so, but let's not dwell into that first. I'm sure you have a lot of questions but I can only answer one because I'm bound by the laws of this place but as a bonus, I'll tell you the name of this place. This place is called "The Gamer's Pod."

He looked around him to see who had spoken, but no one's there except for him.

Michael curiously walked up to them and read their own class descriptions.

Warrior -  Warriors combine strength, leadership, and a vast knowledge of arms and armor to wreak havoc in the battlefield.

Assassin -  Free from the constraints of a conscience, these mercenaries rely on brutal and efficient tactics. Lethal assassins, masters of stealth and hidden weaponry, they will approach their marks from behind, piercing a vital organ and vanishing into the shadows before the victim hits the ground.

Hunters - From an early age, the call of the wild draws some adventurers from the comfort of their homes into the unforgiving primal world outside. Those who endure become hunters. Masters of their environment, they are able to slip like ghosts through the trees and lay traps in the paths of their enemies.

Wizard - Students gifted with a keen intellect and unwavering discipline may walk the path of the mage. The arcane magic available to wizards is both great and dangerous, and thus is revealed only to the most devoted practitioners. To avoid interference with their spellcasting, wizards only wear cloth armor, but arcane shields and enchantments give them additional protection. To keep enemies at bay, wizards can summon bursts of fire to incinerate distant targets and cause entire areas to erupt, setting groups of foes ablaze.

Priest - Priests are devoted to the spiritual, and express their unwavering faith by serving the people. For millennia they have left behind the confines of their temples and the comfort of their shrines so they can support their allies in war-torn lands. In the midst of terrible conflict, no hero questions the value of the priestly orders.

"Wow, every single of these classes are amazing but still.. Assassin!" Michael was amazed on how descriptive of every classes are but in the end he still chose the thing he's most proficient in, Assassination.

Afraid to even waste a single second, Michael hurriedly skipped the introduction story, he had already seen a countless times earlier. Currently, a $300 monthly bill for this game is a great expense for him.
 
In Fate Online, players can play asleep for 2 whole days in the game while only a day would passed in the real world, It was implemented to accommodate the working people.

Every player can choose where their starting point would, either the capital of a kingdom, a major city even a village.

In a flash of light, he appeared in the square of Haven City.

"Holy!"

Michael was shocked by how realistic this game is, with buildings made of bricks, it was like in the middle ages but cleaner Astonished, Michael looked around with unbelieving eyes. There were players like him with the same attire of white shirt, black pants, a pair of shabby shoe and their respective weapons from their classes, as they also curiously looked around with shock in their eyes.
He had been bewildered, but it was temporary, and he soon calmed down.

Michael clenched his first, "this is my time and I will become the greatest assassin the game world has ever seen" he thought.

"Based on the knowledge I had of Rpg games I've played before, It's either the mayor of the city or town that would first issue a quest but sometimes the gate guards also do it" Michael mumbled as he racked his brains from the knowledge he had while playing Rpg games before.

"Let's head to the Guards first" Michael decided but it seems the other users didn't had the same thought as him and they headed towards the middle of the city, Michael looked at them and shrugged his shoulders and ran towards the nearest gate. "After all, this game is almost a reality, is it really that easy to meet the mayor or city lord with how they dressed shabbily?" thought Michael.

 "Yes!" Michael shouted in joy as he saw the flashing yellow light above one of the gate guards.
Michael walked up to the guard and politely said: "Hello there sir, is there anything I can help you with?"

The guard looked at him while he started scrutinizing Michael. Wow, this NPC's really acts like real people, Michael thought, not even bothered from the gaze of the guard.

After a few seconds, the guard suddenly smiled and said: "Brave young warrior, I"m the Bruno, the Guard Captain of the East Gate! Recently, the Wolves on the Eastern Forest has been causing a lot of troubles to people coming in and out of the city and because of the sudden surge of population within the city, almost all the city guards have been mobilize to patrol around  and we don't have any spare guards to send to take care of these Wolves, Are you brave enough to kill 25 of them?

Bruno, Guard Captain of the East Gate has issued a task for you to kill 25 Wolves at the Eastern Forest that has been causing troubles around the city. Finished the task and get the following rewards.

"Wow, he's probably talking about the surge of users appearing in the city" Michael can't still get use to how these NPC's act.

"I'll gladly help!" Michael said in a resolute tone.

Michael trotted pass the gate and saw the Eastern Forest just over 100 meters away from the gate and walked there while he would passed by some merchants entering the city who nodded at him, he then opened his "Status Window" while walking.

Even I know that I'm not that kind of an Intellectual guy, it must be because of how easy for me to learn martial arts and Luck, hmmm...I'm probably the luckiest guy alive right now, like who even had the chance at coming back on their younger years? 1 out of 300 Billion of people maybe?" Michael thought when he saw how high his stats are while shaking his head, before coming to a halt.

Before stepping inside the Forest, Michael made sure to check his equipment and skills first.

"How lousy, i guess it's better than nothing but still lousy though" Michael said as he shook his head and then he opened the "Skill List".

[Ambush (Passive Skill)]: 25% bonus Attack Damage when attacking an enemy undetected.

[Level 1] Stealth: Ability to hide one's presence in the darkness. Only monsters or players with a level less than 5 levels above the stealth player could detect the player's presence within a 4-meter distance.  Ability would be disabled if attacked or discovered. Cooldown: 3 minutes.

In the game, all items are ranked by Normal, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Ancient and Legendary. The higher the rank of the item, more additional options it would provide and higher attack damage.

"Heok! Both Skills are passive?" Michael was surprised for a moment probably because he thought he should have at least one active skill.

"Thinking about it. It makes sense, after all I'm an Assassin. Tsk! It's not like I need an active skill to kill a wolf" Michael sneered.

Michael hurriedly entered because he realized he had been taking too much time as the other users must have already realized by now that they can't get or even meet the city lord for a quest.

"I need to finish this quest fast before the others found Bruno" Michael thought as he slowly sneaked behind a lone wolf before pouncing on it like a Tiger pouncing on its prey.

Michael repeatedly stab the neck of wolf 3 times as Red Numbers appeared above his head.

- 20! -20! - 20!

All of it was critical hits, the wolf probably didn't even know how it did from just how fast Michael executed it. Just what you'd expect of the former number one Assassin, killing its prey within a seconds.

"Almost a reality indeed" Michael said with a huge grin before picking up the loot dropped by the wolf.

1 Wolf Pelt, 1 Wolf Meat and 3 Copper Coins

Michael put all of it inside his Inventory before making his way to another lone wolf doing the same thing over again.

It took Michael 1 minute and 25 seconds before he finally killed the 25th Wolf. It took a bit longer because he accidentally aggro-ed 2 more wolves while he was trying to sneak up to another lone wolf.

"Hmmm..it seems my body here still can't keep up. It just shows that this still a game. It seems levelling is still a must and I only gained 50 Exp from killing these wolves, looking at from how low the Exp. on killing these monsters just shows getting a level is hard, it seems there will be a lot of people stuck on level 1 in the upcoming days" Michael sighed as he looked at his Exp bar that was only halfway full.

Just as Michael came of out the forest, he saw a throng of people running towards his direction.

"Took them long enough" Michael chuckled as he passed by them and headed towards Bruno.

"I have successfully finished the task you've given me" Michael said.

"Well done, young warrior!" Bruno heartily laugh while tapping his shoulders.

In Fate, the game currency are just like norm, like in most RPG games out there. Copper, Silver, Gold and Platinum. 100 Coppers = 1 Silver, 100 Silver = 1 Gold, 1000 Gold = 1 Platinum.

Opening his Inventory, he saw 1 appeared beside the Silver logo.

"Thank you" Michael gave a slight bow before heading inside.

"Don't forget to visit the Training Hall around the city square!"

Just as Michael only took his 9th step, he heard Bruno's reminder. Turning back, he gave him another bow before continuing.

"Such pity, he would have a bright future ahead of him if he was a Warrior instead of a Nocturnal, becoming an Army General is not impossible. It's been a really long time since I've seen those eyes from a youngster, sharp and fiery. Hmmmmm…" Bruno mumbled looking at the slowly disappearing silhouette of Michael while stroking his beard.

"I actually planned to roam around to look for a place to learn skills associated to my class but it seems I just need to head towards the Training Hall at the square" Michael was mumbling as he looked at the bustling scene around him.

"Hey mister, if you help me level up, I will give you my number!"

"I will give a $100 for a Silver Coin or $10 for 15 Coppers! Come to me if you have it!

"Silver Legion Guild is now recruiting members! No requirements needed! Join now before it's too late! We won't accept members after this!

Michael just shook his head at this smiling and opened his "Status" and put all additional stats on his Agility. I didn't know playing a virtual game would be this much fun, Michael thought.
Standing just inside the the Training Hall, Michael was dumbfounded at what he saw. He was expecting things like the place would have a training a area where you could hit training dummies all day you want.

"This is a freaking bar where drunkards would get themselves drunk" Michael mumbled as he slowly walked towards a guy from out of the 6 people inside, who is dressed in all black with daggers strapped on his waist.

"Hello there, Is it possible for me to learn Assassin skills from you?" this time Michael didn't talk politely to the person but more like a tone he had when making deals with his clients when he was an Assassin from his last life.

The person didn't say anything and just took out two scrolls and placed it on the table in front of him.

Michael then saw the description of both skills the moment it was placed on the table.

Backstab Lvl. 1 - Costs 10 Mana per level. Increases damage by 10% per level. Requires you to be behind target. Stunning them for 1 second. Cooldown Time: 10 Seconds. Cost: 1 Silver

Bleed Lvl. 1 : Costs 5 Mana per level. Ignore 2% Defense of your desired target per level. Cost: 1 Silver

Michael only thought for a few moment before picking the < Bleed > Skill and paid 1 silver before he immediately learned the skill.

Michael didn't linger around and immediately left the place. The other class trainer just did their own business like nothing happened.

"For now, I don't need the skill < Backstab > because I could do it on my own. < Bleed > is more suitable at my current situation right now" mumbled Michael and just as he just started walking at where his foot would lead him, he suddenly came to halt and his pupils constricted at what he saw.

"It's him!"

The most fear Assassin on the world died because of vengeance.

What didn't expect was instead of being sent to the nether world, he instead woke up on his younger body all before the time he became an Assassin.

Instead of going back to the life of living in the shadows. He instead decided to lead a normal life this time and play the newly released Virtual Game, Fate Online!

Let's watch as he change the things that isn't supposed to happen and changing his fate along with it and on the road to becoming a top professional player.

So many of you were asking for the power system layout and many other things. Ask any question you want and I will answer them. I am also taking my time to write and plan out the next chapters. There will be new chapters tomorrow. 

So here is the breakdown. There are five main powers. 

Phantasms: The manifestation of one's soul transformed into any kind of weapon or power made out of Qi and Mana energy. These weapons once given a name like Wolfsbane(Reza's Phantasm) can materialize into a full-on weapon know as a Heroic Phantasm or any other name which depends on the user's bloodline and race. So kind of like Fate the anime with some twist. 

Soul Form: Form of a chosen Spirit Beast during a Blood Trial. This Soul Form can be fused with a Phantasm as seen with the battle between Logan and Drakos when the Spirit Hell Wolf wields Logan's Phantasm (Buster Sword) in its mouth and attack Drakos. Close to Harry Potter Animagus but in soul form(For now) No spoilers. 

Qi: Cultivation Energy mostly used to strengthen one's body and mind and to achieve immortal feats like fast healing and even flying into the higher ranks like dimensional travel. 

Mana: Used to summon any kind of magic spells or used during summoning or Necromancy. EX: Used in Necromancer Class. 

Seals: Seals can range from any kind of magical seals like a Heroic Seal or Harem Seal, only rare races and bloodlines can use seals. Drakos is one of the few which has a name (No spoilers). 

There are also a lot of classes, weapons, and relics in this world. I will use my knowledge from LitRPG novels and RPG games to build upon this world. As most of you know the story idea was inspired by Game of Thrones and the Witcher Videogame, but done in my own way. Characters may sound the same, but are completely original and made up by me. 

I will a post Rank list on Aux section and the same with this chapter. I just want everyone to see this before I continue.

The Harem Seal increased Drakos sisters lust drive and therefore when Reza went to shower in the bathroom she was attracted to Drakos Aura, Qi, and body/face immediately. And there was also more too it(No spoilers)

But don't worry I won't rush anything. Instead, I make Drakos and the bonds he has with other females take time, but not so much time. Kind of like in the middle. I want every H-scene to have some kind of meaning lol.

"I don't suppose you have any rope on you?" Toyo asked as he craned his neck, trying to take in the entirety of the mountain looming before him.


Naomi shook her head. "Sorry, no one told me I'd be going rock climbing in an RPG."


"In an RPG, it's kind of a rule of thumb that anything within the game is there for a reason."


She placed a hand on her hip. "Alright then genius, why didn't you bring any rope?"


Toyo shot her a sardonic look. "Give me about five minutes and I'll come up with a really witty answer."


Naomi rolled her eyes before returning her attention to the steep mountainside before them. Holding a hand above her eyes to ward off the merciless sun, she checked for any paths or tracks carved into the rock. Beside her, Toyo focused his gaze nearer towards the base as he leaned on Silverthorne. Sweating from the heat, Naomi finally shook her head.


"I don't think there's a way up."


Toyo scratched his beard. "No, there has to be. Why would Kayaba place a random mountain here, in the middle of the plains, if it can't be climbed?"


Naomi pulled out a bottle of water.


"Games have areas that can't be accessed all the time," she said between sips. "Floor One alone had an entire mountain range that couldn't be scaled."


"Yes, but that mountain range was at the edge of the map," Toyo replied, not taking his eyes off the mountain. "It was probably made to be a natural border for the sake of immersion, and that makes sense. But this?" He waved a hand irritably at the colossal pile of rock. "This one mountain in the middle of the Floor, and surrounded by nothing but fields?"


Naomi sighed as she offered him the water. When he didn't notice, she cleared her throat in annoyance. He glanced over, sheathing Silverthorne while he turned.


"No thanks, I have my own." He crossed his arms as he focused again on the base just ahead of them. "This is really going to bother me."


"Why do you care so much about it?" Naomi asked curiously. "At best, there's some kind of Field Boss waiting for us at the top. Trapped up there, we'd probably die."


Toyo pursed his lips at the mountain. He couldn't help but feel like it was taunting him.


Turning to Naomi, he tapped the map tucked behind his belt.


"I care because the position of this mountain is perfect for an outpost." He pointed to the top, though neither of them could see the summit. "From that vantage point, we could see what's going on for miles, all the way back to Urbus."


He wasn't exaggerating. It hadn't been more than twenty minutes march to the south of the fields outside Urbus when they had seen it, jutting out like a shark fin over the ocean's surface. Though they still had quite a few miles to cover in order to complete their perimeter, Toyo had persuaded Naomi that reaching that mountain would make the patrols incredibly more efficient.


It had taken over two hours to reach the base, not to mention several battles against the Floor's mobs, which were stronger and more powerful than those of Floor One. During the walk, the sun had become increasingly unkind, bathing them in it's artificial light as the temperature of the Floor rose. All in all, it had been a gruelling march. And now, it seemed, a fruitless one as well.


Pulling a strand of wet hair behind her ear, Naomi accessed her menu. A second later, her breastplate and shirt were gone, leaving only a black undergarment that looked very similar to a sports bra.


Toyo batted an eye at her. "Are you trying to make me feel better?"


She laughed cynically at him. "You know, you could be a comedian. Your jokes are just remarkable." She glanced hatefully at the sun. "It's gotten entirely too hot out here, I'm sweating like a pig."


Toyo grinned mischievously. "Aren't you afraid I'll look?"


"I'm sure you already have."


He scoffed. "Someone's awfully cocky."


She arched an eyebrow. "You're one to talk."


"Hey now, I could've taken off my shirt using that same excuse to show off all those late nights at Planet Fitness I put in, but instead here I am being the perfect gentleman."


Tying her hair back behind her, Naomi flashed him a haughty look. "I may not know you very well, but I can say with absolute confidence that gentleman is not in the list of nouns people would use to describe you."


Toyo put a hand to his heart. "Now that's just rude."


Taking out his waterskin, Toyo took a swig while giving the mountain another look. After a final moment, he sighed.


"Alright, I guess I was wrong. Sorry for wasting your time, Naomi."


She waved his words away cheerfully. "Don't worry about it, I'll call it even if you pay for dinner every time we meet, from this point forward until the end of time."

The usually soft light of two computer monitors - now almost like a room light itself in the darkness of the room - caused the occupant to wince slightly. Having just woken up a few minutes ago, staying in the darkness of their room, He wasn't used to having a light shone directly in their face, no matter how dim it may seem. He often found themselves cursing for their stupidity, using an electronic device so soon after waking.

After giving his hazel eyes another rub and a few more seconds to adjust to the light, the occupant slid their mouse over their mouse pad with quick, precise movements that came from years of practice. A few clicks here and there, and the monitor displayed a stream and a stream chat next to it. In the box that showed what the webcam was seeing, was the face of the streamer, which happened to be the sole occupant of the room.______________________________________________

I hear a voice, why am I hearing voices? I live alone… I must have finally lost my mind reading all the terrible events in the news for the last several years of my life. Yes, that must be it, I am insane. And insane people should stay indoors and sleep to avoid bothering the sane who are going about their business. It is a weekend anyway so no phone alarms or urgent business to handle, perhaps I should just sleep until I can think straight again.

The voice continues, so I may as well wake up and deal with this specter so my brain can stop conjuring it up to bother me! I toss off my blanket and stand, or I would have if I was in fact in bed. But to my surprise I feel no movement when I think of performing these actions! Great, sleep paralysis, I finally get to experience this feeling as well… wait!

My eyes snap wide open, yet I cannot see my ceiling. I glance down to find no blanket or body, just blank whiteness that is far too white to be the surface of a wall or bed sheet.

"What is going on? I have truly lost my mind?"

I turn towards the voice; it feels odd to move without a body. As my eyes finally meet the owner of the voice I am stunned into silence. A pure white manikin with no head stands before me, drooped over its body is something I would expect to see in a roman play.

"What, or who, are you?"

I manage to ask, hoping that maybe the hints they have been dropping are real.

I never really believed in a benevolent creator anyway, so I guess I should count my lucky stars that the gates of judgment ended up being as fake as I thought.

I nod along since that makes sense, I guess. Taking someone from a world that they wish to escape and placing them in another world fitting of their escapist fantasies would be helping them and the world you move them into. Two birds one stone as it were.

[[As such, we have decided that we shall be the outside interference we normally prevent. Instead of just passing into our realms to be cleaned and recycled for use elsewhere, we shall allow these souls to retain their knowledge and grant them power. Perhaps this way they can improve the worlds they land in and prevent the same problems that have stagnated their own world.]]

Never seen a headless body shrug before, looks odd without the head to move along with the shoulders...

[[We shall grant you such power, we cannot grant enough to make you a God of course. But it should be a simple task to grant something similar to the 'OP' powers your fantasy novels often rely on.]]

Hmm, I have daydreamt of what I should ask for in this situation numerous times. Each time it was different and now that I am standing here a concrete choice is even harder to decide on.

"First, can I ask what the world I will end up in is like? What kind of fantasy would it be if related to the novels you talked about?"

[[A commendable question, the world that has been selected for your soul is one of the 'sword and sorcery' variety. However, we would classify it as closer to one of your RPG's rather than a novel given that this world has developed a numerical way of tracking the growth of those that live within it.]]

What would normally be a set number of HP in your game is just shown as a percentage in this world. A slice to the finger would bleed less than a cut to the leg, resulting in less percentage lost over time. Think of it as if it is an hourglass, the lower the current value the more urgently you would require aid]]

I glance over the list that displays before my eyes, floating in midair like a hologram from a futuristic movie or even the VR games that are common today. Okay, so it appears that this world classifies physical and mental health in percentage values. I imagine that reaching zero in Vigor means death, that would mean reaching zero in Instinct would be…

[[A coma or insanity depending on what caused it to reach zero, which would also mean physical death in a world without life support machinery and mental therapy. Staying alive in this world would require a nearby healer to keep you healthy or a priest to restore your sanity.]]

As I thought, moving on. The stats under Vigor and Instinct are separate, so the values for those only affect how the main constitution for a stat is affected by damage?

I actually ended up living another life in a fantasy world?! Shall I be the hero? The demon king? An adventurer seeking glory and wealth? No, I shall become the first of a staple fantasy race!

Time to be reborn as the Dwarf King in a world that lacks the staple fantasy races, while I am at it why not be the first to own and operate a dungeon? This shall make for a perfect way to found and grow my Kingdom!
