I was able to convince my dad to let the wolves train me. Every day, I had school in the morning, training with the wolves in the afternoon, and on the weekends martial arts training. 
I learned how to control my power, to compress it to make it stronger, to make art with it, and to control its temperature. I even learned how to manipulate it so I can fly. In martial arts, I learned how to fall from great heights without hurting myself, I got flexible so I could dodge attacks easier, and now I beat Master Chi almost all the time. 
It's kinda confusing because he used to always say that he was the strongest fighter, and that if I beat him, I would also become a master. Now he says that there are even stronger people than him, and I need to keep training. 
Spirit grew to be as big as the other wolves, and now I can talk with her too! The wolves have become my first and only friends, and I think of them as my family. They are always there for me.
I have learned that they are werewolves. That explains why they are much bigger and more intelligent then regular wolves. Every full moon they gain human form. (Unlike the werewolves you've probably read about) 
I am 17 now. I still practice martial arts and my power everyday. During school, I learn about mathematics and animals. I learn how to calculate distances and speeds. I learn how to tell exactly what an animal eats by its teeth, how to tell its exact weight and species from its footprints.

A girl with super natural powers is born in the 1600s into a middle classfamily. Her father trys to give her a normal life.
But homeschooling and martial arts train ain't that normal. When she figures out that she can talk to animals they become her only friends since she can't see anyone.

I stood there with my eyes closed and focused. I didn't move and tried to cancel out all the noises except the wind. It was hard to cancel out everything. I could still hear the waterfall. I could also hear Shelly running around and even the rustling grass. I knew it wouldn't be easy to achieve that but I wouldn't give up that quickly. I set my sight on the noise canceling part first.

I needed to learn how to cancel out all the stuff besides the one I needed to focus on. Although I could manipulate my hearing in a way where I could hear like a normal average human or with my advanced hearing where I could hear someone or something closing in from far away. The problem I had was to determine where the sound was coming from. If it was a silent day or night, I didn't have much problems doing just that. Yet with Shelly, waterfall and what not that produced noise around me, it was multiple times harder to determine something that was happening further away, something I never saw with my eyes.

I decided to take small steps first. In order to learn how to find wind, I would need to first learn how to cancel out the noise of all the things but one. In order for that I chose Shelly as my target. I needed to focus on only noises that Shelly made. With my eyes closed I started to listen in for the sounds that Shelly was producing.

I found it very hard to do because the waterfall was very loud and other noises in the background didn't help. I guessed that I needed to train in order to learn 'I wouldn't be able to just do it without first learning how to do it' I thought to myself. I focused like this for a long time and trained. I don't know how much time has passed but Shelly came over and hit my leg lightly, I woke up from my training and looked down at Shelly that was still wearing the mask. I also noticed that it was already evening and Shelly was probably tired and wanted to eat something.

I said "Sorry Shelly, I was so focused on my training that I forgot what time it is. Let's go eat something and then rest for today". I took off the mask from Shelly's head and stretched a bit. I was standing in one place without moving for couple of hours and could feel a bit rusty. I had enough food for us to eat but I still decided we should go and hunt. This would allow Shelly to gain more experience but before that we had a meal from the supplies in my bag. We then went out for the hunt. I decided to give some hints to Shelly before we encountered any group of animals "The ramming attack that you do is effective against most enemies but when you attack a group of animals, you will not be able to kill all of them with that one attack. You should only use it against smaller groups because after that attack you will lose your momentum and will be more vulnerable". 

Shelly nodded its head in understanding and I continued "Last time, you actually used your mouth in order to attack. This is a good idea. Also as long as something is not poisonous, you will be able to recover your energy at the same time. Use your mouth more often to attack a group to preserve your stamina". Shelly again nodded in understanding and I could see that it was grateful for me to point those things out.

I said "Remember that there are different types of enemies. For example wolves move fast and usually attack individually but they are working as one pack and it is much harder to fight against them then the boars. Bears on the other hand are much stronger and if you are surrounded, you can receive quite a substantial amount of damage". 

I then said "Let's go, we need to find some animals to hunt". We looked for a group small enough for Shelly to take on by itself. After about half an hour of searching we found a pack of wolves that numbered 11. I said to Shelly "Think about your actions and what consequences they will have. Also think about your enemy. Wolves are more intelligent than boars and are much more agile. Take that under consideration when you go and fight". Shelly nodded its head and didn't attack immediately. It was probably thinking about good way to play this fight out. This was a good sign. Instead of rushing in like the last idiot, Shelly was strategising or at least starting to form some plans.

I waited patiently for Shelly to start the fight. After couple of minutes, Shelly started to move. I watched with anticipation and wondered what was Shelly's plan. Shelly slowly creepted closer to the pack as if trying to be stealthy but it was not very well versed in that departamnet. Shelly couldn't move silently like I could and therefore the wolves easily discovered it.

Shelly didn't seem to panic and simply continued sneaking. I thought 'Why does Shelly still insist on sneaking when it was already discovered? Maybe it doesn't know that it was?'. The wolves were getting closer and when they noticed a turtle they simply let their guards down and walked over in a playful manner.

The wolves would not put a turtle in their eyes as an enemy, Shelly was rather considered as food than an enemy. One of the wolves ran at Shelly in a playful manner and probably got surprised at what happened next. With a lightning quick movement, Shelly bit the wolf's neck and killed it on the spot. I thought 'Using the fact that Shelly is a turtle, it's quite small and appears weak, the wolves underestimated its capabilities. This was a good plan but it would not work on the rest of the wolves anymore'.

The other wolves were also stunned at what just happened. Shelly then started to run very fast towards the pack of wolves. I think the wolves were even in bigger confusion when they saw a turtle rushing at them and gaining speed the closer it got. The wolves didn't understand what was happening and because of that Shelly managed to ram into 3 wolves that stood as a group. The first wolf that took most of the impact almost shattered and the last wolf was critically injured.

'I don't know if Shelly was after that moment of confusion but it did help in reducing the number of wolves. I wonder what is Shelly's next move'. The wolves were no longer spacing out and ran towards Shelly in order to kill. Shelly on the other hand back away and speed off into different direction. 'I think I know what Shelly is trying to do. Because it needs space to gain speed, Shelly wants to run away for a while then turn around and use this ram attack again' I thought.

After awhile, I witness that exact guess I had. Shelly did a circle and came back to attack the wolves again. Some of the wolves managed to avoid Shelly's attack but another two still perished. Now there were only 5 wolves left. This was much smaller group and much more manageable. Shelly then decided to attack in close combat using its mouth.

I waited patiently and after about 10 minutes, the struggle was over. Shelly returned to my side and looked at me as if showing off its skills. I said "You did very well. You confused the enemies and took advantage of their stupidity as well as carelessness. Let's go and collect the meat then we will return to the shelter".

They had with them a big  carcass of dead bear. Which was kinda weird. I remember that in earth bears were bigger then wolves and much stronger then them and usually bears tend to be the predators. At least I think so. But since when do wolves are capable of holding bears  in their mouth. Even if it is fantasy world.
And yeah I know this is a fantasy world. I remember wishing for it but anything else seems fuzzy and blurred even my name.
The gray wolf with sigils come near my mom his tail were up and he moved in a grace that i  never seen before , I could only appreciate it because i was wolf and he started snuggling her and putting his head  on hers and sniffing her around. I guess that is the equivalent of kissing in wolves or maybe this is how they communicate and I would learn to do that in the future. Then he come to us young siblings and start sniffing us around like he want to commit it to the memory though I doubted my smell will always be same . Then he started pushing us around with his head and started making faint sound. 

Was he playing with us ? Or was he checking us around? Looking for the weaklings to end them. I mean dogs and cats eat their weak children right? What about if this wolves  are same? I admit i was afraid and paranoid but i had a good reason to be. Because the mind of animals are mysterious to us humans, and I haven't been  old enough as wolf to understand and learn about wolves way of thinking.
The gray wolf moved around my siblings and kept probing them.Some of them played with him and some run to their mother and snuggled behind her. When of the thing I noticed about sigil wolf was that  when he come near me there was this  thick scent of blood that I couldn't smell until he come near me and started sniffing me. Like it didn't exist before that. Which was weird because that is not how smells work.
 The two wolf left us as they come. And every day or two there was new wolf who come to visit our room. Still all the wolves were odorless and soundless even the meat they bring which seemed to be against logic but then again this is the fantasy world with giant wolves that hunt bears. I hope that i could learn those skills.

After two weeks from opening our eyes various wolves come to me and my siblings and started mouth feeding us meat puke and i meant literally. Which was very disgusting to me but seemed  delicious to my siblings and they like it very much. I wanted to refuse but  I feared that if I don't eat it will effect my future growth. I don't want be the weak feral wolf when I grow up that couldn't defend it self. So i decided to eat the puke or my ground meat although changing the name doesn't make it less disgusting. 
The time kept moving and I kept pla.. i mean wrestling with my siblings . We were five siblings two females and three males and I kept identifying them with their smells like smelly ,dusty, milky and bloody because she tend to play with dried blood and smells like it . 
Right now my main goal was training and learning how to communicate with the wolves and if they are  an intelligent creatures that  capable of communicating or pure instinct creatures .
In the training front I decided that I lack enough  knowledge of how to train a wolf pup body correctly so I decided that I should jump  every day as much and I high  i can.  And i played  a lot with my siblings because in away it was from of a training. And i also decided to eat my moms leftovers if it had small left overs that wasn't bigger the my paw. I was very careful not to choke and die from my greed. 
Although I couldn't determine my mother intelligent but I learned different body language that indicates when she is happy and when she a bit angry on us or playing with us. I also learned that if I want express my emotions I should let my instincts guide me. Like how human children don't need to learn how to cry and laugh.
It have been week since I have seen any signs of our wolf pack mate and my mom seems a bit restless and worried or maybe not but it seemed to me  that way .
Now it have been two weeks since we have seen any of the pack and I was sure  this time that she was a worried and restless. And it have been  2 weeks since she haven't eating anything. We kept drinking her milk and she become weaker and skinnier every day it felt to me that we were like parasites.

It have been a month since we have been in our predicament my mother milk had stopped yesterday although it was kind abnormal for her to keep producing milk without drinking water or eating anything and yesterday was the day she left us alone in the cave. I wonder why she kept waiting until she become that week and not hunt by her self.

Jason watched as Jeffery powered up.  His eyes turning red and his muscles visibly bulging at the mention of snakos. Jeffrey jumped onto the mage's invisible shield scratching and biting the heck out of it. Jason took this time to analyze the mage and figure out his next move.
Boops had figured out the period of time the mage needed to chant a fireball. And currently, he had a few seconds left. Yet for some reason, the goblin mage didn't pay attention to Jeffery who was literally on top of his barrier trying to break it and instead kept on pointing the staff at Jason chanting furiously.
Jason shouted to Boops while preparing to dodge the fireball that was definitely going to be shot at him.
"Boops! help, any way to get rid of the barrier?"
Boops replied in a relaxed voice
'it's fine the goblin mage doesn't have an infinite pool of mana so calm down and just keep on dodging the fireballs and attacking the barrier.'
Jason accepted the answer and tried to calm down the adrenaline and panic he felt when he saw the fireball being cast. With a much cooler head, he was able to raise his sword up in preparation for the next fireball and hopefully buy some time for Jeffrey to do his work. The goblin mage finished the chant and a fireball was shot straight towards Jason. Jason kept his sword up and managed to deflect it away from him. Jason felt like he had just deflected a cannonball and his arms were still shacking from the aftermath. The fireball was sent into one of the nearby trees surrounding the small clearing they were fighting on. Jason analyzed the goblin mage.

Boops couldn't tell how much mana the mage had left, which in hindsight they definitely needed when fighting against a mage. So Jason prayed that Jeffery could manage to break the barrier before Jason eventually made a mistake and got hit by a fireball.
The goblin mage was about to fire another one at Jason when he heard the audible *crack*. The goblin mage gave a genuine and real expression of terror, while Jason gave off the smuggest smile he could muster out of his tired body. The barrier broke into pieces and Jeffery fell next to the mage. The mage didn't even have time to screech out in fear, Jefferys jaws were already on his neck and biting.  It was a universally known fact that most mages were weak in close combat and this mage was no exception.

Jason walked to the goblin mage that was struggling with Jeffery hanging on his neck and stabbed the mage in the back of the head completely piercing it while being careful to not stab Jeffrey accidentally at the same time. The goblin mage knelt down and died after not being able to handle the sword in its head. Jason pulled out his sword and made sure that it was dead. Then he looked at the notifications
[you have killed a goblin mage!]
[you are the first to kill a goblin mage!]

Jason immediately went to loot the body. He was hoping that the mage dropped something expensive and searched around for his drops. Jason prayed while searching
"Please let there be something expensive please"
Boops asked Jason in a questioning voice
'why don't you want gear or a skill book?'
Jason replied like it was obvious
"because I'm not able to use them duh"
Boops replied in an even more confused voice
'Who told you that?'
"wait what are you trying to tell me? I know that only certain classes can learn certain skills"
' that's for a regular player, you have a system!'
Jason didn't know what Boops was going on about so he kept on pushing
"sooooo what are you trying to say?"
'basically you can learn any skill because your status is a real one that ties into reality, not a in-game one'
"wait really?"
'Yeah, but the downsides are that its harder to learn since its an actual skill your learning instead of an instant learn thing everyone else has, unless its a skill book, they will just input the skill into your brain which, well I think you already know will turn out.'
"So learning is harder and even when I'm able to learn it instantly it's going to hurt like hell?"
' yup good luck '
"wait why didn't the skills that I got before like slash and precise strike not hurt?"
'It took the fundamental moves you made in the training center battle and just made them better so it didn't hurt. If you were to learn a completely new thing like magic all of a sudden it would hurt a lot more. trust me'
"do you face the same thing for subsystems?"
'yup things having to do with subordination are much easier to accept into the system'
Jason learned a bit more about Boops and his status while searching and soon came up with wooden staff like the one the goblin mage was using earlier.

Jason wanted to admire the staff a bit more but Jeffery decided to pull Jason back to where the main battle was. Jason made sure that he packed all of the trinkets and shiny stuff left behind and followed Jeffery's intense tugging.
Jason and Jeffery emerged to see the entire pack of wolves decimating the last group of goblins who were no a disoriented bunch with no commander. Now they just follow instinct and when facing an entire pack of hostile wolves their instincts told them to run.
The pack of wolves closed in on the remaining goblins. Jason really wanted to steal some kills but the pack of wolves definitely wouldn't let him interfere with their hunt. So Jason sat with Jefferey and watched as the pack tore them into pieces.
Boops checked again to make sure that no more wolves were injured. Jason then went and collected the loot from the battlefield. This time he had gotten a lot of goblin weapons and armor they were all pretty small for him and a regular humans size but he was sure he could melt it down to make some money.
The pack started to look for any more stray goblins and started to regroup after the confusing attack the goblins made. Jason walked around camp confused as to what they were going to do. Jason noticed the alpha wolf talking to a few of the older wolves in the corner of the camp. Judging from how they were walking in hushed whispers Jason deemed it was important and sneaked over to check it out.
One of the older wolves was talking when Jason got close enough to listen
"chief seriously this is the 3rd attack this week! we won't be able to hold off for long, sure we haven't had any casualties yet, but they are bound to start pilling up sooner or later."
Some of the wolves around the alpha started to agree but then the alpha wolf answer them
"yeah I agree that we are in a dangerous position but what can we do about? our home was destroyed a long time ago and we have no place to return to and no family to protect. We are now wanderers and we really don't have a place to rest"
The rest of the wolves quieted down at the alpha wolf's reasoning. And a gloomy mood overtook them. They had just recently avenged their own kind and now didn't really have a purpose, sure killing goblins sorta was but they were going to lose in a battle sooner or later whether it be to a goblin camp or to age.
Jason was about to step in but a wolf pulled him from behind. Jason turned around and saw that it was Jeffery, Jason reached for Jeffery's mouth intending to clamp it shut but before he could do that Jeffery shouted loudly
"HOOMAN SNAKOES"
The group of wolves turned to Jason and Jeffery who was wagging his tail and not understand what he just did. The alpha wolf walked up to Jason and Jeffery
"guys you shouldn't be here"
"BUT HO....MHMHMH"
This time Jason successfully made Jeffery just up and he said the alpha wolf politely
"yes we will get out but later I want to talk to you"
The alpha wolf answered in his characteristic gruff voice
"in private?"
"yes it's important"
"alright after we eat"
Jason thanked the alpha wolf and left with Jeffery on his back who kept on encouraging him to give him snakoes. Jason walked to the pit that he had used to cook the rabbit meat and started to set up. While doing that he started to think hard on what he was going to say.

Jason was just your average joe, until one day he received a job offer that came with a system and a world crossing mission. For Yun Tian and his comprehension though, the process of learning the wolves' movements went smoothly.
It was not only his movements that slowly became much more similar to the wolves around him. The way he reacted to things and how he would go about going after prey became much more similar to a wolf's.
He wasn't adverse to using his hands and arms to push off of things before, but now his arms could act almost like a wolf's as he sometimes used his hands to even grab the ground to move faster.
His style of dodging attacks slowly changed too.
First, he learned how to be like the wind, fleeting, and using it to improve his speed. Then, he learned to move like water, fluid and constantly changing.
Now, he was like a fast beast that circled its prey looking for openings. He slowly made it harder for the wolves to even try to attack him now, as he moved around them at great speeds constantly changing location.
He thought that this was still not enough though. So, he continued to learn from the wolves and his movements became much better and more like how a beast would move. He lost his refined nature and his movements became less like a human's.
He told the wolves it was enough after going at it with them for a few hours. The wolves were exhausted from helping for hours and went to rest, while Shen Yu came over and asked, "Did you learn the skill?"
Yun Tian shook his head no and said, "It helped, but there is still more I am missing."
Shen Yu wished him luck saying, "I know you can do it. Besides, even if you can't, it just means the skill doesn't suit you. After all, with your ability what skill can't you learn if it is at least possible."
Then, she left back to her own training as she knew Yun Tian would continue to try and figure out the skill.
What she said before leaving bewildered him though. He thought, 'I haven't failed. I just haven't started yet.'
It still put a smile on his face to hear how she believed in him though.
He focused once more and thought about his progress with the skill again.
The prowess he could display with the skill had greatly increased, but he knew that he was still missing something. Fortunately, Yun Tian already knew what he was missing.
'I can move like a wolf, but I still am not incorporating the features of lightning into my movements at all. The only reason I was able to dodge the wolves so smoothly was because of my superior strength. Otherwise with my comprehension of the skill so far it is not enough. I am not displaying even fifty percent of this skill's ability so far.'
He continued on, 'I can learn skills through example or using other things as a reference, but where can I find a constant source of lightning to study?'
Suddenly he realized something, 'I don't have to witness it or wait for lightning to suddenly strike down. I still have my memories.'
He had seen lightning before in this life. Besides that though, he had his memories from back on Earth. There, not only had he also seen it in real life, but he had learned about it. He had witnessed electricity and seen it in videos.
He delved into his memories and tried to grasp the concept of lightning through them.
'Lightning is quick and contains a large amount of energy. You can only witness lighting while it is flashing toward the ground. It is almost like short lived fast bursts of energy. It destroys whatever it touches, but it can also be used as a source of power.'
He recollected all his memories about lightning and tried to figure out how to put them into use in his own movement.
He said to the others, who had left him alone at this point, "I am heading out for a while," and then left into the forest.
None of them bothered to try and stop him since they knew he was going to train his skill.
After he left, he started to display the Wolf's Lightning skill once again. At the same time though, he was recalling all the knowledge he had about lightning and trying to understand the underlying concepts behind it.
He travelled throughout the forest without any destination in mind.
He thought about lightning and slowly his movements changed. Before he was just like a fast beast that was slightly erratic in its movements.
He still resembled a beast as he moved, but now he was a beast made of lightning as he moved.
He constantly changed position and made erratic turns with each piece of ground he stepped on being completely displaced by the force he used while moving.
The movement technique was good for short bursts of speed, but he felt it was still not enough.
He continued to comprehend lightning and he started to use his qi to enhance his movement technique.
His body was already very strong, but now he was trying to transform his qi into electricity to stimulate his body. He had used his qi in attacks and changed it into different forms like a cloud with the cloud palm skill, but this felt different.
His qi wrapped around him and sparks appeared on him as his speed suddenly increased. He went much faster and looked like a lightning beast that flashed from one spot to another.
When he launched off the ground there would be a large explosion of dirt. When he kicked off a tree it would look like lightning struck it as he blasted a hole from him launching off it. 
He smiled and thought, 'I wonder what level I just reached.'
He wasn't sure what level he reached with the skill at this point or if this was even the path he was supposed to take with the skill.
Still, it suited him and was indeed very fast so he liked it.

There is nothing especially grand about the main character. He only wanted to live happily with his family, but this kind of life was taken away from him twice. So, with a heart set on cultivating and growing as strong as possible as fast as possible he will grow to unimaginable heights take revenge and then continue growing stronger while protecting those dear to him. All, while struggling to stay true to himself.

The last few days have been so exciting. I don't know whether or not to be nervous with all the nobles I'll be sharing classes with it will definitely be a experience but i won't let it get in my way. It's morning and Cal has Headed to our first class without me he wanted to be early. I packed a satchel with some parchment paper and a feather pen and walked out the door. "Hi Alder " Sara said standing outside my door she has a light yellow dress on which made me blank out for a second " ahem I said hi" Sara said smiling she obviously noticed I was staring. " hey Sara hehe sorry just nervous about first class" I came up with a excuse that she pretended to beleive for my sake. "so any progress training I noticed you go to the outskirts of the forest every night since we got our monsters" Sara said while we walked down the corridor towards class. " it's been alright Willow and I have taken out a couple slimes and horned rabbits" I said looking for Sara's reaction battle is normally hard for infant monsters and training as much as I do is considered dangerous. Sara just smiled " I checked cookie with my appraisal scroll yesterday and she hit Lv 10 we've killed almost a hundred horned rabbits I guess they are her natural prey" Sara said making me stop "that's amazing!!" I exclaimed noone lvs up a new monster that fast . wait a minute..."you're why I was only running into slimes for 2 days!" I pointed at her with mock anger "oh..im sorry Alder" Sara pretended to be sad knowing I couldn't say anything "it's okay" I grumbled walking . If she knew the trouble she got me into the other day she would feel bad I didnt wanna worry her but due to the lack of horned rabbits it seemed a couple low level wolves are getting hungry and heading closer to the school. Yesterday after killing a slime a young timber wolf appeared and attacked. Willow snared it right before it reached me barely saving me from its bite. It then clawed and bit Willow leaving many marks on her thankfully a side affect of Willow's barbed roots is it heals Willow with the enemy's drained life. Five minutes of entanglement and the timber Wolf finally drew its last breath and Willow had healed herself in the process. Before the day was over we fought tooth and nail against another timber wolf their pelts were ruined in the fight but I collected the monster cores from each of them. Willow and I are lucky the timber wolves are a much higher level but thankfully being made from enchanted wood Willow was at a huge advantage. Timber wolves kill by tearing away at opponents and making them bleed out as well as crushing them with the wolves powerful jaws. Willow on the other hand has no blood and the only way to kill her is with a fire elements attack or by destroying her core in the center of her body anything else she can heal from none of the timber wolves claws made it deeper than a inch into Willow's body and there wasn't enough brute force to take chunks out to reach her core. After all that Willow reached Lv 7 the wolves gave a load of experience so I just smiled at Sara. We reached Proffesor Leo's monster analysis class and took some empty seat by Cal and some of the other commoners i hadn't met. "welcome class" Proffesor Leo said standing from his desk when he saw me he smiled and continued "you will learn in two ways in my class one I will teach basic understanding of different monster classes and species but I won't be focusing on any specific monster" hearing the professor say that I got worried I won't get to learn about Titan's abilities. "don't worry for all of you who wish to learn more about your own monsters you'll teach yourselves." " you expect us to teach ourselves do your job" the person who so disrespectfully spoke up was none other than Damion who is sitying with a smug look on his face. Professor Leo who has always seemed very kind looked very angry and all the students noticed " Listen here Damion this is the prestigious Ironwood Academy here your status doesn't matter and you can lose many privileges acting like such a spoiled pup." At first Damion seemed angry but he quickly realized his mistake he could fall behind others if he lost out on some of the schools benefits " I apologize professor" Damion said gritting his teeth getting a couple chuckles out of some commoners. "as I was saying the school owns 10 Rare and valuable books for each element with information about their different monsters you may sign ONE book out of your specialty and learn yourself my magic element is the lightning element so I wouldn't be suited to teach about other elements my understanding could hinder your progress you must all develop a personal understanding bonding you with your element. when it was my turn I walked up to the different books and looked for one that might have my sub element in the Earth element section just like Tarrel whose Rock element is just a branch in the Earth element my Nature element is as well several books are already missing which worries me right before I see a bright green book with a picture of a tree on it. Smiling ear to ear I grab it as fast as I can and read the cover " Yggdrasil's Children the book of nature" this book will be perfect I quickly sat down with the book and waited for the professors insructions. " okay students do as you wish with your individual books as for today we will study the slime race" Professor Leo started our first lesson.    " why do we have to learn about such trash monsters" a noble in the back asked "there is no such thing as a trash monster" said a young man in the center of the room. After speaking no noble dared speak and the rude boy from before was even shaking in his seat even Damion sat quietly. " Well put Prince Elyas" The professor praised the young man. I stared for a what fealt like a long time I never thought the current Prince of the kingdom would be in my class the resources and backing he has makes him the most dangerous person here. " The slime race is the most versatile of all monsters they exist in every element and are capable of evolving into endless different sub species. each slime has one core just like normal monsters but what many people fail to learn is that slimes are the only race that can incorporate other cores 3 to be exact giving them a instant boost in experience and power and increasing there potential". many students were visibly suprised by the information about a race most people looked down on. just like that the class went over other aspects of slimes before the professor sent us back to our dorms with instructions to study hard.

Alder works as a carpenter for his father when the annual trials arrive in his vlliage he finds he has an affinity as a rune sealer which grants him the ability to seal and control magical beasts . Traveling to his new home at ironwood academy he will have to adapt, fight and above all be smart to surpass those born with all the tools he has to earn one by one.


We are now on our way to the dungeon. It's been a few minutes since we left the town. We're going through a pathway surrounded by tall thick grass. Joey said this will lead us to the dungeon's entrance. He is in front of us leading the way. I wanted to learn more about dungeons and how they worked so I asked Joey. 

"Hey Joey, what are dungeons?" I asked.

"Let's see, there are different kinds of dungeons that varies depending on their location abd difficulty. Usually a dungeon has 10 floors and it get harder the deeper you go. Higher ranked dungeons are harder and have more floors but with better rewards of course." Joey answered.

"Wow, so how are dungeons ranked and what's inside them?" I asked. 

"Dungeons are ranked in stars from 1-7. inside dungeons there are traps you need to avoid or deactivate, puzzles you need to solve and monsters you need to fight." Joey answered.

"Oh I see, so what's the rank of the dungeon we're going to?" I asked. 

"The dungeon we're going to, "The Temple of Nature" is a 3 star dungeon."
Joey answered. 

"Wait won't that be too hard for me? Will I be okay?" I asked in concern. 

"That's why we'll stay at the first floor so you can train there. Don't worry if anything happens I'll protect you." Joey answered. 

"Yeah I'll protect you too." Mideniko replied. 

"Oh okay, that's good to know. Thank you so much!" I said as I felt relieved. 

Not a moment after I said that a grass wolf jumped out of the grass from the side of the pathway and leaped towards Joey. 

"Watch out!" I said reached out my hand.

"Pierce." Joey said as a vine appeared from the ground and pierced the grass wolf before it could reach him.

"Phew, that was close. I thought it was gonna get you." I said as I sighed in relief. 

"Not necessarily." Joey replied.

"By the way how did you do that? Did you cast a spell without saying it's name or something?" I asked sparkled in excitement and curiosity. 

"Ah yes, once you master a spell enough you can cast it without having to sy it's name. All you need to do is just imagine it in your mind and the spell will activate where you want it to." Joey replied. 

"Woahhhh, now I wanna train even more." I said as my eyes sparkled even more as excitement filled my whole body. 

"You can do it if you work hard enough." Mideniko replied. 

We continued walking for a few more minutes. There were some more grass wolves along the way but Joey took care of them easily. We then saw a few stone structures and not for long it came to view. A massive structure which seemed to be made of stone covered with vines and roots. This was it, the dungeon. 

"Well here we are, welcome to "The Temple of Nature"." Joey said as he walked towards the entrance of the dungeon. 

"Woah, this place looks amazing." I said as I looked around and admired the surroundings. The dungeon seemed like an abandoned temple and it was surrounded by tall trees and grasses. 

"Enjoy the view while you can, the inside won't be as amazing." Joey said as he walked towards the dungeon door and placed his hand on something. 

"What's that?" I asked as I walked towards him.

"Oh this, this is used to open the dungeon door." Joey answered.

"Ohh, how does it work?" I asked as I looked at the object, it looked similar to a mana globe and it was on top of a pillar beside the door. 

"You pour mana into it will open the door, simple as that." Joey replied as the object started to glow and the door slowly opened. 

"Woah, that's pretty cool. So can we go in the dungeon now?" I asked as I looked at the open door. 

"Yes we can, now stay behind me and let's head in." Joey replied as we went in first. 

"Okay let's go." I said as I went in and followed Joey. 

"I'll be right behind you." Mideniko replied.

The inside of the dungeon was pretty dark and it just looked like a long hall way with cracked stone floors, walls, and ceiling.  

"Here let me make some light." Mideniko said as her bracelet started glowing. 

"Yeah Joey was right, this place doesn't look as good as the outside at all." I said as I looked around. 

"Well we're not here to look at stuff we're here to train." Joey replied. 

"Yeah you're right, so when do we start training?" I asked.

"Right about...now!" Joey replied as he stopped walking and out his guard up. 

In front of us severel grass wolves appeared from the shadows. 

"Everyone prepare for battle!" Joey said as the grass wolves started to run towards us. 

"There's so many of them!" I said as I prepared to cast a spell. 

"[Grass Vine]! [Grass Vine]!" I said as I casted two spells which wrapped on two grass wolves and immobilized them. 

"Not bad Aster!" Joey said as he dodged several grass wolves and pierced them with his grass spikes. 

"Two more spells. [Grass Vine]! [Grass Vine]!" I said as I casted two more grass vines and trapped two more grass wolves. 

"Now I'm out of mana." I said while breathing heavily.

"Here take this, it's a mana potion. Drink it to recover your mana." Mideniko said as she tossed me a mana potion. 

"Oh sweet, where'd you get this?" I asked as I caught the potion. 

"I got it from Anna, she gave it to me after dinner." Mideniko replied. 

"Hey stop chit chatting now there's more of them coming." Joey said as he finished off the wolves I trapped. 

"Why is there so many of them?" I said as I drank the mana potion. 

"Well this is a dungeon after all." Joey replied as he kicked a grass wolf to the wall and pierced one behind him. 

"Damn I really need to learn a new spell. [Grass Vine] x4!" I said as I casted more spells and trapped more wolves. 

"Mideniko do you have more mana potions?" I asked as I stepped back while breathing heavily. 

"Yeah I have some more." Mideniko replied as she handed me another potion. 

"Okay keep tossing them to me." I said as I drank the potion. 

"[Grass Vine] x4!" I casted more spells and trapped more wolves. 

"Pierce!" Joey said as he slammed the floor with his hand and several grass spikes impaled the wolves. 

The fighting continued for about 10 more minutes. Joey looked like he was having a blast. I kept trapping more wolves while Mideniko tossed me some mana potions. 

"Phew, that was insane." I said as I sat on the floor catching my breath. 

"That was a good warm up." Joey said as he stretched his arms and legs. 

"You killed so many wolves without even drinking a single mana potion. How much mana do you have!?" I asked as I got on my feet and wiped my clothes. 

"Well a good amount, you yourself did gain some mana from that fight didn't you?" Joey asked as he looked at me. 

"Yeah, My mana limit increased. I can cast 6 spells now." I replied proudly. 

"Well good for you, now you should be able to learn a new spell." Joey said.

"You both did great." Mideniko said while giving us a thumbs up with a poker face. 

"You helped me alot too, thanks for the mana potions." I replied with gratitude as I turned to Mideniko. 

"You're welcome. Now you should go learn that new spell that Joey is talking about." Mideniko replied. 

"Oh yeah, what spell is it? Is it the [Grass Spike]?" I asked in excitement. 

"No not yet, You'll be learning the [Grass Thorn] spell. It's an inferior version of the [Grass Spike] spell but it's still very useful." Joey replied. 

"Oh I see, I see. Now teach me please!" I said as I bowed my head. 

"Here's a spell scroll." Joey replied as he tossed me a rolled up paper. 

"What's this?" I asked as I caught the paper. 

"Like I said, it's a spell scroll. It will let you learn a spell instantly but it is very hard to find and quite expensive." Joey replied. 

"Woah, but are you sure? You said it's rare and expensive." I asked as I looked at the spell scroll. 

"You can have it, think of it as a gift from me." Joey replied with a smile on his face. 

"Really!? Thank you so much!" I said as I bowed my head. 

"You're welcome, now open it. You will learn the [Grass Thorn] spell when open it and put mana into it." Joey replied. 

"Okay." I said as I opened the scroll and put my mana into it. It started glowing then fell apart and vanished. 

"So is it done?" I asked with a confused look on my face. 

"Yeah it's done, go ahead and try it." Joey replied. 

"Okay then, [Grass Thorn]!" I said as I aimed at the floor in front of us and a sharp, thorny grass vine appeared.

"Woah, that's pretty neat." I said while looking at the sharp vine. 

"Well you won't be able to see it's effectiveness without an actual target." Mideniko replied. 

"Yeah she's right, by the way how much mana do you have left after casting that?" Joey replied. 

"Let me see. Ehhh!? I can only cast it two more times." I said while looking at my mana meter.

"Well that's a given since it is a new and stronger spell." Joey replied. 

"Yeah, you'll be able to cast more spells soon!" Mideniko replied. 

"Okay, so now what do we do?" I asked. 

"Well shall we head on the the nexy floor then?" Joey replied as he looked at the direction where the wolves came from. 

"How do we get there?" I asked while looking around. 

"There should be a door over there on the other side, Mideniko can you please light up the area." Joey replied.

"Okay." Mideniko replied as she used her bracelet to light the area in front of us. 

"There it is." Joey said while looking at the distance. There was indeed a door not so far from where we currently are and the best thing is, no more wolves! 

"Well then let's go." I said as I cracked my knuckles. 

We made our way towards the door. It will lead us to the next floor of the dungeon. I wonder what other monsters we'll face in here. I can't wait to try out my new spell too. 





     During the day while William rests and Caesar and Sarah take care of him, Jonathan and Kaiser decide to go into a nearby forest to start Kaiser's training immediately.
     Jonathan asks him:
- what kind of Ki do you want to learn to use?
then Kaiser answers:
- can't I learn them all?
Jonathan then explains to him:
- you can learn all of them, but there will always be some you prefer, I myself use Kaen a lot, William and Sarah use Shin, do you understand?
kaiser thinks about its uses in battle and then decides which one to choose:
- I want to learn Zen Ki, I want to use my mind to never lose a battle...
Jonathan, not believing what he heard, tells him:
- You know that this is the most difficult type to train, don't you? while the other two can be trained in many ways, Zen Ki only improves with mental exercises, which can be more difficult.
Kaiser then decides to choose to train his Kaen Ki and leave Zen Ki to train his mind at other times.
     Kaiser starts the training by doing several sets of exercises, and with Jonathan's help they train for the rest of the day. Meanwhile Sarah goes to get water for William, while Caesar stays with William, he wakes up and asks what happened, Caesar tells him that they managed to scare off the dragon, and tells him not to worry because no one was hurt.
     Sarah returns and hands the water to William, and he tells her not to worry, because he is fine, and also asks her to call Jonathan to leave, and she goes. Then, William shows Caesar a bruise all over his abdomen. Caesar tells him not to worry that the bruise will be over soon.
     Arriving at the forest, she sees Jonathan and Kaiser training and says:
- were you guys training all this time?
- Whatever, what I mean is that William is better and they want to leave, come on jontathan.
Jonathan answers:
- Kai is coming with us, and from now on I am his master.
Kaiser says:
- I didn't agree with you being my master, but that's okay.
Sarah interrupts:
- Let's go!
- And welcome Kai, now you are part of the best team in the world.
They arrive at the village and find Caesar and William ready to leave, William with an angry face asks:
- What is he doing here? Don't tell me he decided to come along.
     Jonathan explains everything to him and he apparently doesn't like the news very much. Meanwhile Caesar congratulates him for making this choice, but says that this is not a good time to stay still, they still have to find the three hashiras, before starting to walk Caesar explains that they will have to pass through the middle of the forest where they were training, going deeper into it.
     Caesar says:
- I know you must be thinking that it could be dangerous, but there's nothing to worry about, but I've learned that this forest is known as the green labyrinth.
- people who enter always get lost, but as long as they are together nothing can harm them, so that we don't get lost I will tie a rope around my waist, and you will hold the rope.
- Understood?
everyone happily speaks up:
- Yes!!!
then they get ready and go into the forest, in the forest there are many animals but nothing to worry about...
     Walking through the forest a fog covers everything around them is difficult to guide but they just need to keep walking ahead, they hear sounds of various animals, it is already night and many predators are loose, they keep walking and end up running into some wolves then Jonathan touches a stone on one of the wolves, the stone ends up hitting a puppy and then all the other wolves are angry and start running to attack them.
     Caesar decides to run because with the fog soon the wolves will lose sight of them and he doesn't want to hurt the wolves. Everyone runs ahead, but in the middle of the way the rope breaks, when they realize they were already separated, Caesar decides to continue ahead because going back could make them get lost, and he trusts that William thinks so too. Now Caesar, Jonathan and Sarah are together while William and Kaiser are lost behind, William says:
- You idiot, you have torn the rope!!!
Kaiser replies:
- I???? if it's anyone's fault it's yours you must have let the rope touch the blade of your katana!!!
William says:
- my katana stays put there is no way that can happen!!!
they argue for a long time and suddenly an animal comes out of the mist, a wolf, but this one is different, he looked four times bigger than one of the wolves from before and had wounds all over his face. Soon William draws his katana and starts to attack the wolf, but with his wounds, he falls and leaves his katana on the ground, the wolf approaches them both and Kaiser runs to William, now the two are alone. Meanwhile Caesar's group faces some wolves but soon manages to get out of the forest and to Caesar says:
- stay here I will go get the other two.
Sarah and Jonathan ask him how he plans to do this and he tells them that his Ki is enough.

in a world where demons are real, someone has to maintain order. for this there are people like kaiser who will fight at all costs so that no one suffers what they suffered.
