Every night, you see one dream nearly two weeks now. And also it's about a man. But you never have seen him before.
Because of that dream, Your life change so much. Even you can't understand what happen to you.
This is about you who try to struggle with one dream to win your life.

A noble daughter who is the only one who can use magic. Her dreams are the same and continuous. A book in hand and four people along a butler is always there giving her a loving look but it ends there. She wakes up in frustration. Why do I dream about this? Is there a meaning? Why can't I get past this point?

You never know the meaning of "love" until that word hits you like lightning strikes. You never know the meaning of "lost" until someone you loved the most turn into dust under your watch. You never know the meaning of "surrender" until you started to doubt your existence in this world. This is the story of my life as Julia Darmawan.

Few days have passed as Karol dig information about her dreams from general dreams to the details of it. 
While in the middle of her research she has this sudden thought 'Why the hell am I doing though like I could just ignore all of this and get my closure as the Gods being irritate with my demands'.
She quickly shakes her head and ignore her stupid thoughts and continue to research as her mind was aimlessly searching for an answer. 
'Hmm, real-life werewolf: psychiatry re-examines rare delusion'
'Okay, hospital study shows full moon werewolf effect, Sydney Morning Herald'
'Hmm, Peter the Wild Boy's condition revealed 20 years. Lycaon. The werewolf of Bedburg. Piff Hopkins Syndrome? Huh?! What's the connection with it? Okay then skip' said Karol as she scrolls and skim thru the information. 
"Okay 5 real-life werewolves from history" murmur Karol to herself.
"1. La Bete du Gevaudan, 1980. 20 attacks, total case 113 reported. Local hunter (Jean Chastel) shot a wolf on June 19, 1767. According to historian Jean-Marc Moriceau, he wolfs killed 7,600 people in France between 1362-1918"
"2. The Livonian Werewolf. Okay let's skip since I can't read other languages than English"
"3. The Wolf of Ansbach, 1685. Wolf terrorizing and killed human in the town of Neuses in Principality of Ansbach. The wolf's body display at the local museum. Okay that's kinda creepy tho" said Karol to herself as she scrolls down the page and continue with her reading and commenting by herself.
"4. The werewolf of Allariz. Hmm, okay. so, in conclusion, he suffers from a delusion and at the end, he was executed"
"The last one. The werewolf of Bedburg. Okay... hmm. Again dead man and a sick bastard at its best! Fuck this why is it so dark. Everything either ends up by getting killed or be killed. Fuck this shit I'm done with this" said Karol as she quickly closes all page. 
Giving herself a small massage and open a new tab on her university page as it's the last day of submission for her final assignment. 
After done her assignment and submit most of it she was done for the day so she completed her daily routine before head back to her bedroom.
The next day, throughout the day Karol was up and searching for answers from interesting cases of real lycanthropy to Greek mythology. 
"Yo sissy, what are you doing?" asked Sharon as she enters the study room.
"Just searching for some clues on my dreams and let me tell you, it's so not what I was expected" reply Karol while looking defeated at Sharon.
"Hahaha sissy, let's get some dinner then you'll tell me all about it okay?" coax Sharon as she pulled Karol up from her chair and down towards the kitchen.
Few hours after that both sisters went up to the study room and have a chat about Karol's dream but only the last bit of the dream where she was at the open field star gazing then at the end she looks at a naked perfect round ass man but she leaves out the changing part where the wolf change to a human.
"Lol, why don't you just search dream interpretation dummy," said Sharon as he pushes gently Karol's head while she finally gets the idea.
"Ahhh, why didn't I think of that?! Thanks, sissy" said Karol as she types into the search engine regarding dream interpretation.
 
*Dream about a wolf running away.
When a wolf is running solo or away from you, it points to your desire to be left alone. Perhaps in dealing with one's issues or tasks.

'Okay, goosebumps it feels so real and related to me but again some aren't, so let's search some more since now I'm intrigued' said Karol to herself as she rubbing her arms trying to calm herself down as it's starting to give her some creeps.
As she searches other pages and different title she stumbles upon the astrology of wolf symbolism and meaning.
She quickly clicks the page and it shows a different type of interpretation in astrology meaning. 
'Symbolic meaning of wolf based on colour. The black colour wolf symbolizes the return of ancestral spirits who are trying to relay an important spiritual message'
'What does a wolf mean in a dream?' said Karol as she types it in and it stated a dream about wolf represents beauty, survival, mystery and self-confidence.
"Damn with that ass, of course, he's gonna be handsome and fucking mystery too since it's been days since the last dream and here I am fucking with my head over this," said Karol as she read the other information.
'Wolf eye colour, yellow symbolize your passions and midnight blue stands for purity and self-respect. Hmm that's good I guess well he is handsome in wolf form but in human hmm how I wish I wasn't that stupid to run away' said Karol as she curses herself silently while messing with her hair in a frustrated way.
At the end of the astrology page, it stated a friendly wolf showing up in your dream assure positive changes occurring soon in your waking life
'A wolf protecting you could indicate that you want to be loved by others' 
'A black wolf can represent a carnal nature or a solution that pertains to material and physical things. For example, some people will dream of wolves that represent the presence of specific people in their life. The nature of the wolf may be similar to the nature of the person which would reveal that this wolf could be seen as that person's arrival totem. "Then what about clear skies, okay wait for ermm, dream about clear skies, search," said Karol to herself again.
'Clear skies representing a clear situation or non-threatening and calm nature of a person'
"Okay that's my cue to just ignore all of this shit and get some much-needed sleep," said Karol to herself as she logs off her laptop and closes it before she heads towards her bedroom.
'My God, why am I such a curious cat? No, don't answer that because your answer is twisted so ermm goodnight I guess' said Karol as she closed her eyes in a praying manner while laying down on top of her bed.

A regular bedtime story that was being told as a small kid turn into a recurrent dream as an adult then dismisses them as childhood imagination.
But as she passes her 21st birthday suddenly her dreams of wolves become more vivid, more realistic, a dream that turn out to be her reality that unconsciously sending her in search of her family secrets!
A fated pair that bumped into each other in an unexpected situation, will their relationship work or will their differences get in the way?

It's the usual dream. It gives off such feel. But, it is a bit different.
 
I'm not in the void, since it isn't that dark. And there is a trail below me.
 
Just where is this trail leading to? 
 
Somehow, this feels a bit nostalgic.
 
I looked to where the trail might be leading. I saw a white shadow of a boy. He stood and turned to look at me. "You are…" he mumbled.
 
Who is this boy?
 
"Hakuya" He smiled. "You, who are you?" I asked.
 
His smile changed into a frown. "Instead of me, you should focus on what you need to do" He stated.
 
What I need to do…
 
"Hakuya, you should save…" He stated.
 
I suddenly remembered the reason why this dream feels nostalgic. I first saw this dream while I was out of conscious, when I died as Edward. 
 
Why did I forget about this dream?
 
I suddenly felt a drowsy. "Don't worry, you will just leave this dream" The white shadow boy stated.
 
"Hey!" A familiar voice called me. I opened my eyes slowly. 
 
As I did, I saw the usual black haired boy.
 
Eh? A dream after another dream!?
 
"How come you can sleep so easy?" The black haired boy sighed. "Sorry, were you telling me something?" I asked. "Nothing" He stated.
 
We were in a library, sitting beside each other.
 
Is this a continuation of the dream I saw last time?
 
"Hey" The black haired boy called out to me. "Why do you think does a person dream?" He asked.
 
"Why, you say?" I mumbled.
 
He looked at me, as if he was waiting for my answer.
 
Is this something I should answer?

Before I could even think of anything to say, my mouth moved on its own.
 
"Dream, this word possess two meanings" I started. "First, a series of thoughts, images and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep"
 
"And the other is a cherished aspiration ambition or ideal" I added.
 
The black haired boy remained silent.
 
"Both are different but results to one thing" I stated. "What is that?" The black haired boy asked.
 
I spoke, "Both can be a reason to live"
 
"If you were to see a happy dream (former meaning) in the midst of your despair, you would wish for it to happen, right?" I asked. "Well, yeah" He nodded.
 
"And that is the same with a dream (latter meaning)" I stated. "These two can make you work hard to make them true and be your reason to live, that's what I meant"
 
The black haired boy chuckled, "I see…"
 
"Then, you're conclusion about my question is" He mumbled, as he stood from the chair. "We see dream to have a reason to live" 
 
I nodded.
 
"That's a good idea" He stated, as he walked to where the bookshelves were. 
 
He came back to sit beside me again, after picking a new book.
 
"Hey" I called out to him. He looked at me. "Do you have a dream? The latter meaning, of course" I asked. 
 
He opened the book. "I don't know" He bitterly smiled.
 
My vision slowly blurred.
 
Ah, this dream is going to end soon…
 
Goal, huh?
 
What's the point of asking someone about their goal when I, myself don't have one?
 
I suddenly remembered the words I've told myself that day.
 
"Wouldn't I be incompetent if I were to be born as Edward Finn von Collins, without any memories of the past?"
 
I opened my eyes slowly. I looked around every corners of the room. 
 
"Unfamiliar ceiling" I mumbled.
 
I tried to sit down, but my body felt heavy. I tried to use my hands as force, but they were tied behind me. "Eh?"
 
Why are my hands tied? And where the hell am I?
 
Memories came flowing into my mind.
 
"It is an honor to have the prince accompany us" the leader of the group I was assigned bowed to me.
 
His name is Gordon Brewnt.
 
"You don't have to do that" I insisted.
 
Right! I alone was assigned with the group that is searching over the North side. 
 
We then reached the harbor and found a bit destroyed boat. "Let us go and check it" Gordon stated. "Uhm" I mumbled.
 
"What is it, your highness?" He asked. "I have motion sickness, so can I wait here in the sand" I stated.
 
The leader chuckled. "Of course, your highness" he nodded, before going to the both.
 
He is surely making fun of me..!
 
I sat down the sand, while I wait for Gordon and the others. I yawned.
 
It's cold that I'm getting a bit sleepy…
 
I wiped my eyes, as I felt drowsy.
 
I gasped, as soon as I saw my right hand that I used to wipe my eyes.
 
 I slapped my cheeks. "I shouldn't sleep, until I find Thomas!" I told myself.
 
"You can, you know. If that's what you want" An unfamiliar voice was heard from my behind. I look back to see him. "Eh?"
 
Behind me was the robed man who abducted Thomas. "You ar-..!" As I was about to shout, he quickly covered my mouth with a handkerchief.
 
What is this?
 
Before I could even start my doubts, I quickly lose my consciousness.
 
Hmm....So, that was what happened to me.
 
I got kidnapped by the robed man. Why the hell did I got kidnapped..?

How can I save Thomas if I was kidnapped myself?
 
As I grieved due to my own mistake, I heard someone groan in front of me.
 
There I saw Thomas.
 
Thomas!
 
Ah! But right, I'm kidnapped as well.
 
I continued to grieve. As I did, I heard something from behind. I looked behind me to check what it is.
 
Eh?
 
"Aria!?" I exclaimed.
 
She opened her eyes slowly, as she woke up thanks to my sudden loud voice. "Ed..?" She mumbled.
 
"Why are you here?!" She gasped. "That's my line!" I complained.
 
She looked at me with a surprised face.

He was drowning to the deepest level of the sea when a young girl with auburn curls appeared from nowhere, formed within the waves. 

"Mom, what are you doing here?" The man asked clutching his hands into each other, he loved doing so from the birth as it eased his nerves. 

"I am not here, child. See. Open your eyes and feel around you, do you really feel me here?" 

The man blinked once and then twice. No, she wasn't anything, but an illusion came to talk to him. Just like a projection you would call in normal circumstances. 

"Bring her blood, I am starving for revenge. And remember only Katreana's bloodline can save me...." 

Chocking himself hard, Halvor gasped as his eyes flew open. 

He has had dreams several times which were often involved in guiding him through his plan. But, this dream had haunted him for several weeks. And he couldn't solve the riddle. 

The first dream he had was when he was twelve years old, small and meek boy working on the deck of Mr. Ransomnal. 

That dream consisted of her mother picking up a pebble from underneath the beds of the sea and melting it in her hands and said, "Look around yourself, child." 

For a repeated times he had the same dream when one day he asked Mr. Ransomnal the meaning or did it mean anything or was completely just disturbance? The only companion on the ship who was mature and could help him, he thought. 

"Such dreams are called Songs of the Spirits." Mr. Ransomnal told him considering the fact that he was an orphan. He continued, "Your mother is asking you to look for the stone she has melted herself in." 

That day, he also told Halvor that he also had dreams when he was a child and by his meaning of a child meant when he was twenty. Half the age as he was now.
In his dreams, it was always his sister who often used to address him to a bar. She would ask him to meet there. 

But, it was a bad luck when a spirit calls you towards itself and Mr. Ransomnal was a clever man to know this, but the blood was way too salient to ignore. He visited the bar the exact next day and found bottles of potions coloured in different textures and each one different from the other with a note which said, 

From your dear sister, Sally. 
Use it carefully. We ended on the bad terms and I needed to compensate. Meet me every third day of the first week of a month. Consider these as gifts. 


"And from then, I am like this." Mr. Ransomnal said with arching one his brow upwards. 

"Like what?" The boy asked impatiently. 

"I can turn into a shadow whenever I want myself to go unnoticed." He whispered leaning towards Halvor. 

"I always wanted to be something dark. Like a shadow." 

Halvor replied fascinating and entirely impressed. 

"Then you can, boy. Here, drink this." 

Mr. Ransomnal handed him one of the bottle which, Halvor suspected was the same his sister was leaving for him.
As Halvor stretched his hand to take hold of it, he snapped the bottle back saying, 
"There are rules. You'll not regret it. Your seeing and hearing will be a little higher than normal, but you'll not fuss about it. And let's keep it a secret. Deal, my boy?" 

Halvor agreed by nodding and gulping the bottle as it was too addicted. 

He felt a slight pang right under his ribs, like his body not even fitting into his own. 

"Congratulations, Halvor. Sally will be proud of you. Speaking of Sally who is your mother obviously wanted this to be done a lot more before, but better late than never. What do you say wolf boy?" 

"What wolf? What did you do to me?"
This time, he wasn't the same meek boy, but his voice held a strange grip and strength which was new to himself and personally he was liking it. 

"The children of extended generation of werewolfves like me and your mother called Myrations, which are supposed to have different features and abilities than normal ones as they are the breeds of half human and half animal, werewolf ofcourse. But, you. You are different as you are the child of Ruler of the pit, the Black and a Myration. And now you will be the one teaching me to be a shadow as I have many of the dirty businesses left undone waiting for you." 

Since then, it was like that. Halvor doing favours for Mr. Ransomnal and taking the meanings of dreams from him which turned out to be perfectly the same everytime. The first dream told him to look around himself and he found Mr. Ransomnal to tell him the meaning of the dream, no matter it did came as a cost of something. As for the phrase Melted in the stones, Mr. Ransomnal told him that Halvor's mother, his own sister died in a house which her husband, the Black made for her. It was more like a Castle. Days passed and the Black involved with another woman Katreana who was unable to give him a child, just like Sally. But, they adopted Katreana's sister's daughter whose mother was dead giving birth to that girl. 

Sally was about to take her life when she discovered she was pregnant with Halvor. She marched from town to town in search of the Black, but he was nowhere to be seen. He lived as a normal human with his mortal wife and was happy. 

Sally raised Halvor as a weapon against once her Black and vowed to take revenge by ending Katreana's blood lines. 

But long before she could do something, her husband came to her and they argued. The Black pushed her down from the stairs unwillingly and she felt to her death. 

He fled the Castle ever since bringing Halvor to Mr. Ransomnal and that was how Halvor ended up on a deck. The spirit of Sally tied to the Castle wouldn't even take a breath without avenging. Indeed, she was melted down in stones of that Castle, but she would rise.
