The story of a Comic Book Collector who is brought to a world where he finds out that he is one of the special people who can earn experience and level up to become a superhero.

In the packed streets of Beijing, China, a popular comic book cafe runs its business as usual with the dim, but bright lights on, extraordinary smells of delicacies escape the gaping doors, and a welcoming aura that draws people inside. Everything was going on as usual except for the large signs posted on the windows outside written in large striking letters saying, "Last Chance to Get a Comic Book! Store Closing Today!" which made old customers weep to think such a grand place was closing down after 15 years in business. A young man enters the store after stopping to read the signs posted over the front windows. He sighs sorrowfully, looking around the shop, which was in the middle of packing up its books. He knew the comic book cafe would have to close for his uncle, the owner, had to pay for his aunt's cancer bill. Regardless of trying to prepare himself for the closing, he hadn't prepared enough.

Memories flood back in the boy's head of the comic book cafe. When he had gone there to read some comic books accompanied by cup-o-noodles. When he would come with all his books to study and listen to the warm buzz from the customers. Even the times when his uncle grabbed him by the collar and dragged him into the store to get a break from studying. The store had been there for as long as he remembered and he wasn't ready to say goodbye to it just yet. He walks over to the check- out counter and leans over, calling out quietly so he would not disturb the customers.

"Uncle, I'm here. You said you had something to show me?" A rustle is heard from the backroom and a man in his 30's appears in front of the counter. His shirt is damp and beads of sweat hang off of his face, dripping down his toned skin and into his shirt.

"Wei Zhixin, you're here? You came earlier than I had expected…" He says wiping off the sweat from his forehead.

"What were you doing back there Uncle…?" Wei Zhixin says teasingly as his face grows into a smirk, "You're sweating so much…"

"You shameless brat, how can you say this in front of the customers?! I have a wife!" His uncle hisses, sounding flustered.

"I didn't say, anything Uncle, are you thinking about something dirty~," Wei Zhixin says as his smirk widens and his uncle's face becomes a deep shade of red.

"You better man-up, you're already 20! This is why you've never had a girlfriend!" His Uncle exclaims with his face so red Wei Zhixin can't help but tease him even more.

"I never knew you were such a man Uncle! Not only do you do weird things in the backroom but keep up the stereotype of old pervy uncles!" Wei Zhixin gushes with both of his hands on his cheeks, laughing uncontrollably.

His uncle shoves Wei Zhixin behind the counter and into the backroom with a strong grip on his wrist. Wei Zhixin doesn't resist as he is laughing so much at the joke before he can barely breathe. In the backroom, boxes are heaped up on the left corner, labeled and all, probably ready to be shipped into his uncle's house or given to other comic book stores. A ladder is seen traversing up to the mysterious attic in which Wei Zhixin had never been allowed. Once, he had tried to sneak up there to see what was so special that had to be hidden from him but he ended up getting caught red-handed. Whatever happened as the consequence after that is up to your imagination. After that incident, he assumed that the attic was where his uncle hid his "not so PG" books and never again tried to sneak up there. As Wei Zhixin had expected, a man was in the backroom helping move boxes. The man, Wei Zhixin recognized, was his uncle's friend, and he quickly bowed down to greet the man, who greeted him back. He then followed his uncle up the ladder, step by step, into the dark attic. Or so he thought.

The attic was something Wei Zhixin didn't expect it to be. In all the comic books he had read, the attic was always a bad sign. From cobwebs to stray ghosts, the attic had a knack for drawing evil beings, however, this attic looked as if it was meant for a young child. The floor and walls were wooden and stained dark brown. A small wooden table was located on the side of the room, accompanied by a charming lamp. Apart from that, shelves and shelves of colorful comic books filled the rest of the room, making Wei Zhixin's eyes pop out of their eye-socket. From thriller to romance, all kinds of comic books filled the shelves which would attract any comic book lover, let alone Wei Zhixin.

 This, Wei Zhixin thinks to himself, must be Uncle's private library! Why has he hidden this from me all these years?!

"Are you sure about that? It looks like you really care about these books. I mean, they've been here for who knows how long." Wei Zhixin lifts an eyebrow accusingly.

"Of course I am sure, go find a book!" His uncle gives Wei Zhixin a small push towards the bookshelves.

"Alright, alright, I'm gonna go now!" Wei Zhixin says excitedly jumping up and down as he heads towards the bookshelves.

Wei Zhixin thanks his uncle multiple times before walking through the shelves, his hand brushing against the spines of every comic book, collecting dust. He soon finds himself in the darker corners of the attic where the light doesn't reach there as well as the rest of the shelves. His hand comes to an abrupt stop at one book which he would've missed if his hand didn't feel it. Wei Zhixin gently takes out the comic book from the shelf and traces the title on the cover with his index finger. He flips through the comic book to get some glimpse of the drawings and chooses this as the one he would take home. He walks back into the light where his uncle is writing labels for boxes. He sneaks up behind his uncle and grabs his shoulders tightly.

"HeY there UnCLe!" He yells into his uncle's ear, making him jump up in surprise with a loud scream.

"Holy- Wei Zhixin! How dare you sneak up on me?!" He says with his eyes wide open. He lunges to punch Wei Zhixin who, since he fences, dodges the punch successfully.

"Bye Uncle, and thanks for the comic book!" Wei Zhixin yells as he jumps down the ladder, and dashes out of the comic book store, surprising some customers who were about to enter.

When he stops to restabilize his breathing, Wei Zhixin realizes he ran himself into a park subconsciously. The park he ran himself to was located 15 minutes away from his house and one of the many things he adored more than comic books, was this park. It hadn't been renovated for a while, but the park was still in good shape, and since it was spring, cherry blossom trees, which were planted all over the park, were flourishing as young children ran around and couples stopped to enjoy the view. This park was the best place to read as it was not too loud or quiet, and the scenery was stunning. Wei Zhixin found himself an open bench, laid down on his back, and opened to the first page of the comic book. For the next hour, he was on his back and read the comic book with utmost interest without being disturbed until he flipped to the last page which read "The End". He finally gets up from the bench and rubs his sore back. He wipes the tears which escaped his eyes and looks at the book cover, his eyes red from crying.

"This was the greatest book ever!" He yells out loud, catching the attention of many visitors in the park, however, he didn't care much. He looks up for a second, and back down at the book, saying in a whisper, "The sex scene was amazing, but there should've been more kisses… and that villain was total shit, I would've beaten the crap outta him the first time I saw him!"

Suddenly, his phone rings which catches him by surprise. The book slips from his hand, and Wei Zhixin jerks forward to catch it, but it falls right through his fingers. Wei Zhixin picks up the book, muttering curse words and brushing the dirt off the cover page. He grabs his phone from his pocket and sees that he missed 15 calls from his mom. He gulps, knowing that he was screwed no matter what he did. If he picked the call up, he's screwed, if he went home without picking the phone up, he better have his Will ready! Wei Zhixin chooses the path of the phone since his mom couldn't beat him up from behind the phone.

"Hey mom, how's it going?" Wei Zhixin says cowardly, shrinking as he hears her breathing.

"Is this how you greet your mom after picking up after 15 missed calls? Was your ringer not on?! Boy, don't play smart with me! I know what you did!" His mom yells into the cell phone causing Wei Zhixin to flinch.

"Mom, I didn-"

"I know you ate those cookies I left out! Those were for your dad!" She says disappointedly, which was easily masked by anger.

"Oh, uh sorry. I didn't know they were for dad." Wei Zhixin says chuckling awkwardly with a guilty conscience, his hand scratching his neck awkwardly.

"Oh, you are so dead when you come home…" His mom says murderously before shutting down the phone. A cold shiver travels up Wei Zhixin's back.

"She sounds mad… What should I do?" Wei Zhixin murmurs under his breath. Suddenly, he gets an idea and grabs his book, leaving the bench and walking through the cherry blossom path.

Wei Zhixin walks around the huge park, his nose in the comic book once again, as he walks to the closest grocery store which he knew was only 5 minutes away. As he reaches the store, he looks up and BANG. He bumps face to face with the glass doors and falls down.

"BRUH! LIKE, STOP." Wei Zhixin kicks the door, which hurts him again, and enters the store limping.

He finds himself in the snack aisle and stands back, looking at all the options of chips, cookies, sodas, etc. He grabs a pack of Talkis, glass coke, and even some chocolate chip cookies, then walks over to the checkout counter, paying $35 (I'm too lazy to convert). He then begins his walk home, a small grocery bag in his hand, the other one holding up his comic book. By the time he reaches the gates to his home, it's dark and by then, he's been reading under the light of the street lamps. Opening the gate with his key, Wei Zhixin enters the house followed by his mother running out in an apron.

"Wei Liang! Do you know how late it is?!" His mom's face looks worried and relieved at the same time, but what gave it away was the name. She'd only call Wei Zhixin by his real name when she was mad or really worried.

"Mom, it's only 9. I took a while to bring you replacement cookies and your favorite snack. I'm sorry for eating dad's cookies." Wei Zhixin says in a soft tone, stretching out his hands to show the bag of what he purchased.

"Wei Zhixin, you didn't have to… I was so worried…" She says hugging her child and stroking his hair.

"It's okay mom, did dad come home yet?" Wei Zhixin says hugging his mother back.

"No, but he's coming soon. Today I made your favorite dish, Wonton Soup." His mom replies, retreating back into the house closely followed by Wei Zhixin.

"Sounds delicious, my mouth is already watering!" He pipes up as he takes off his shoes in the front and enters the warm house. Placing the bag of goods on the floor, he goes straight to the bathroom to change and wash his hands for dinner. When he goes back outside, his father is already seated at the table.

"Hello, dad." Wei Zhixin greets his father as he sits down at the table.

"Hey, dad!" Wei Zhixin's sister, Chang Lian yells from her room and comes running out.

"Hey bitch, what's up?" Wei Zhixin looks at his sister grinning.

"Stfu hoe and eat." Chang Lian glares at Wei Zhixin and sits down at the table as well.

Wei Zhixin's mother comes out of the kitchen with a pot of steaming soup in her hands which holds no mittens. The heat never gets to her for some reason! She sets the pot down lightly on the table and opens the cap. Steam pours up and the lovely, light smell of Wonton soup fills the air. Taking a huge breath of air in, Wei Zhixin sighs as he grabs a bowl and begins to pour soup for himself. Gulping the steaming soup down his throat, Wei Zhixin finishes his soup and immediately reaches for seconds. 
 
After having at least 5 refills of the soup, Wei Zhixin finally retreats to his bedroom. Filled from all the soup, he lays down on his bed and grabs the comic book, reading it for the third time that day. However, struggling to keep his eyes open, Wei Zhixin finds himself falling asleep with the book hugged tightly around his hands, and the usual sounds of crickets chirping before everything goes dark.

When Wei Zhixin wakes up, it's still dark. He sits up on the bed and rubs his back, yawning. When his eyes open fully, he stands, shocked. The walls weren't filled with posters he knew he put up, the floor was a weird old wood, and his bed wasn't a bed at all. It was made of wooden poles and fabric tied tightly around it to hold a human's weight. Wei Zhixin gasps, looking around frantically, and after taking a few breaths, he assesses the situation.

"This doesn't look like my room…" He says rubbing his hand, but suddenly stops. His hair feels long and silky, unlike his usual short, ruffled bed hair. He reaches for the bottom of his hair and realizes it's now down to his waist, and his clothes were unlike anything modern. He was beginning to panic again.

His clothes looked like those traditional things he had to wear to parties and shit, but it looked a bit odd. Those clothes were pretty complex, but this was simple… and looked REALLY good. By the door, a beautiful silver sword lies on the floor. It looked pretty complex for a sword, but it still gave him an odd sense of deja vu. Everything did. From the room to the clothes to the hair, it reminds him of something, but at the same time, he can't pinpoint it.

Wherever he was, all he knew for sure was, he didn't wake up in his own bed.

This long-running comedy focuses on the eponymous family in the town of Springfield in an unnamed U.S. state. The head of the Simpson family, Homer, is not a typical family man. Erina walks fast to the testing hall with Hisako behind as the girl was very excited.

"Erina-sama! Please slow down!" Hisako exclaimed as she was having trouble keeping up with her mistress haste steps.

Erina and Hisako reached a door as Erina swings it open and both were now within the facility of the testing hall.

The blonde mistress scan through the participants within the room and spot no redhead man within the crowd.

"He's not here? He told me that he would be coming into this school," Erina thought while having a sad look to her face.

The crowd saw Erina as they all seem to be afraid of her.

"It's her!" "It's the God Tongue!" "Why is she the examiner!?" "I'm ruined!"

"Erina-sama?" Hisako called out to her friend.

Erina sighs as she takes the test paper from Hisako before looking at the fulfillment conditions to enroll.


"And I was excited over nothing," Erina muttered out as she gives back the paper to Hisako before going to a table filled with all sorts of high-grade ingredients of all sorts.

She reached her hand out and took an egg into her possession.

"The main ingredient is an Egg," Erina said our loud while showing the egg to all the participants. 

"Make a meal that is worthy of my tongue and you will earn your admission to Totsuki, I will give you a minute to withdraw from the examination if you want."

In a second, all of the participants instantly ran away leaving Erina and Hisako within the hall.

"It would seem that there would be zero transfers today, Erina-sama," Hisako said looking to Erina who seems to be frowning sadly "Erina-sama? What is wrong?"

"Nothing…It's just…" Erina mumbled out while placing back the egg to the table before sighing out "I was so excited to see him again."

"Him?" Hisako asked while raising an eyebrow.

"-Sigh- let's just leave.." Erina said and was about to leave the testing hall before

BANG!

The front door to the testing hall was slammed open as it was the cloaked figure from before.

"I FINALLY FOUND THE PLACE!" The figure shouted out while seeming to be out of breath.

"A latecomer?" Hisako said as Erina slowly turns her attention to the cloaked figure and her eyes widen to see a bracelet on the figure's hand.

"It can't be…" Erina muttered out as the cloaked figure drops his bag before taking off his hood.

"Yo! Erina! Long time no see!" the cloaked figure revealed himself to be Soma, now 16 years old and looking quite mature from 8 years back.

"Soma…," Erina spoke out as her eyes started to tear up.

"Sorry I was late! This place is huge and it took me 30 minutes to get to the place!" Soma said with a sheepish grin while rubbing the back of his head.

"Soma!" Erina jumped to the man as she hugs him tight.

"Wow! Easy there!" Soma said with a laugh as he gives the hug back.

"Mou! I was nearly disappointed when you didn't come!" Erina said while sniffling.

"Sorry, sorry! Got a lot to sort out back home and I just got here like 5 hours ago and this happens," Soma said to her.

Erina wipes off her tears and gave Soma a big smile before her nose picked up a foul smell.

"Eeww! When was the last time you took a bath!?" Erina exclaimed while pinching her nose with her fingers and backed away from the man.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to take a bath today. Hahaha," Soma said with a laugh.

"Go to the showers!" Erina exclaimed while pointing to a bathroom "I won't let you take the exam if you stink! Your foul odor makes me want to puke!"

"That didn't stop you from hugging me though," Soma said with his grin still on.

"Take a shower now!" Erina shouted as she pushed Soma towards the bathroom and shut the door.

Erina huffs as she places her hands to her hips.

"Hisako, get some clothes for him to change," Erina told Hisako "I swear, he smells worse than a Durian fruit."

"Y-yes," Hisako said while bewildered to the scene that she had just witnessed beforehand before going to do what she had ordered.


30 minutes passed and Soma came out of the bath, all clean and fresh.

"Man, haven't take a nice bath in a week!" Soma said while drying his hair.

"For goodness sake, you haven't changed ever since we were kids," Erina said crossing her hands over her chest.

"Hahaha, glad to see you too," Soma said with a smile.

"Erina-sama" Hisako called out to Erina who turns his attention to her "Do you know this man?" Hisako asked her as she had no idea about who he was.

"His name is Yukihira Soma, a chef at a diner in Sumiredorei Shopping District, a loser at children games, and dislike losing to his father," Erina said as Soma takes out a briefcase and opened it and revealed a set of knives "and he's also my first male best friend."

"Funny that you know me so well, Erina," Soma said with a cheeky grin, "Did you miss me so badly?"

"Hmph! Please" Erina said while huffing her chest, "having Hisako around was way better than having you!"

"Oh look here, I just happened to have a new release of "Happy Memories" manga the 25th edition that hasn't been released yet in public," Soma said with the said comic book at hand that instantly made Erina's head whipped to the man.

"I wonder what happens after Hiroki met Sakura at the classroom, let's take a look~," Soma said while opening the comic with a big wide grin.

Erina's face turned red as she looks to be in distress over something.

"Hoooo, so that happens, huh?" Soma said with a cheeky sly smile as Erina was trying to stop herself from going near the man.

"And this happens as well? The author sure knows how to make a good scene~," Soma said while waving the comic in front of Erina as the girl's eyes followed the comic.

"Do you want to read it, E~ri~na?" Soma said playfully to Erina who nodded while blushing.

"What do you say first?" Soma asked as he holds the coming in front of Erina whose hands are reaching for the comic.

"P-please.." Erina mumbled out while reaching for the comic but Soma pulled it away.

"What was that? I didn't hear you~," Soma said while putting a hand to his ear.

Erina started to steam as she glared hard at the man.

"P-p-please.." Erina muttered out as Soma grins cheekily at her.

"What was that? What is the magic word?" Soma said out as he reached out the comic to her hands.

"P-please," Erina spoke out as her hands hold the comic.

"Atta girl," Soma said as he patted her head.

Hisako looks like she was out of the world as she watched the scene of the two acting like two kids.

Erina puffs out her cheeks before she turns around and reads the comic to herself.

Soma chuckles before he went to the ingredient table and takes out a couple of eggs.

"What are you doing?" Hisako asked the man who was in the middle of taking some chicken and spices.

"Just making a dish for the test," Soma said in reply as he takes a bunch of ingredients and went to a kitchen station.

"But you don't even know the main ingredient," Hisako said while in the background, Erina seems to be blushing hard while having steam coming out of her head as she intently reads the comic in her possession.

"Oh, I know," Soma said as he started the stove and place a pan on it while pouring some cooking oil on it "Just happened to hear the main ingredient when running by a group of guys who were screaming like a bunch of pansies."

Hisako looks deadpanned while Erina was steaming hard and looks to be nearly fainting from reading the comic.

"Now then," Soma grinned as he takes the white cloth off his hand before putting on his forehead like a headband "let's start, shall we?"

Soma started the cooking as he chops, stirs, boils, fried, and steams the ingredients as his hands were fast as lightning.

"How fast!" Hisako looks in amazement as Soma was cooking so fast that she started to see after images of him all around the place.

Soma instantly finished in mere 5 minutes as he presented a bowl of rice to a table.

"It's done!" Soma said with a grin.

Erina walks to the dish with the comic in her hands as she saw what the man-made.

"May I ask on what is the dish you presented for me?" Erina asked while having a tinge of red on her cheeks for no reason.

"Just a special from back home," Soma said as he had a container in his hand and it was filled with scrambled eggs and some sort of brownish jelly "Transforming Furikake Gohan Reunion Version!"

He drops the content of the container onto the bowl of rice as the jelly instantly melted upon contact with the rice.

"The jelly is melting onto the egg!" Hisako exclaimed as she saw how the dish transformed.

Erina's eyes soften as a delectable aroma burst out of the egg dish.

"Enjoy!" Soma said as he gives the two some chopsticks.

Erina and Hisako took a piece of the egg mixed with the rice and the melted jelly coating and took a bite.

Soon the flavors within the dish exploded within their mouth and send the two into heaven.

"The flavors! They're tingling around my tongue!" Hisako looks in amazement as she had never tasted such a dish.

Erina felt like she was in heaven as her body was tingling and shivering in pleasure so bad that she nearly dropped to the floor.

"The chicken, The rice, The egg! They're all mixed in harmony, and the taste is boosted to the limit!" Erina thought while puffing out some steam from her mouth "This taste…. it exceeds that of last time!"

"Do you like it?" Soma asked with a smile while leaning his chin to his hand.

"Hisako, you already ate today, right?" Erina asked Hisako who nodded.

"Good," Erina grabs the bowl of rice before she devoured the whole dish to herself.

"Erina-sama!?" Hisako exclaimed in surprise to see her mistress eat in such manner as such a scene was unbelievable to her.

Soma smiles as Erina finished his dish with a content sigh.

"How was it?" Soma asked as Erina wipes her lips with a napkin.

"It was…adequate" Erina replied while blushing a bit.

"Really~? Even though you ate it all for yourself like back then," Soma said with a cheeky grin as Erina blushed hard.

"S-shut up!" Erina exclaimed while turning around and her hair whipped around, "You passed and I expect you to come to my place this evening, understand!?"

"Is that an invitation~?" Soma asked as Erina stopped in her tracks with steam coming out of her head.

"Let's go Hisako!" Erina exclaimed as she speeds off away.

Hisako followed before bidding goodbye to Soma with a bow.

"It was a pleasure serving you," Soma said as he takes off his headband and wraps it back around his hand.

Erina and Hisako were now in a different department at Totsuki.

The shades from the windows were up and from where they can see, the sun was finally setting.

"That Yukihira fellow, he's a strange one," Hisako said as she stands beside Erina who was seated in the office and was looking at a paper that has Soma's information on it.

"That's just how his character is," Erina replied with a sigh.

"How long have the two of you know each other?" Hisako started to question as Erina watched with a smile towards the picture of Soma who did a peace sign in it.

"7- 8 years?" Erina answered as she takes a stamp and pressed it on the paper and with that a 'passed' sign appeared on it.

"That long?" Hisako said with a bit of amazement "That man has some amazing cooking skill but lack required etiquette."

"That blockhead is always the one who always forgot something that isn't related to cooking," Erina said while putting away the paper into her drawer "He always forgets to take a bath, take out the trash or anything that relates to daily life."

"You sound like you're his girlfriend, Erina-sama," Hisako said with a smile and in an instant, Erina's face went crimson red

"B-b-b-b-b-boyfriend!? Hisako! How could you say such a thing!?" Erina stammered while steaming up.

"I just assumed that," Hisako said with a sweatdrop as Erina started to steam while stammering a lot of gibberish.

Hisako sighs but smiles at seeing Erina acting like this before she looks to the window "You're a strange man, Yukihira."

Soma sneezes as the man rubs his nose to his finger.

After a long talk with the lawyer's assistants, the police officer finally established that God and Ning Meng were close friends—they were "so close that they were like brother and sister". 
Having concluded that there was nothing fishy going on between the boy and girl, the police officer turned toward Young Master Lu. "Mr. Lu, if you insist on forcefully taking the boy away, we have every reason to suspect you for homicide."
Young Master Lu, who was now fearful of his misdeed being exposed, anxiously responded, "No, I... I don't intend to do that. It's just... I didn't know that his fever was this bad..."
The lawyer's assistant smiled. "We would be glad to pay for the damages caused in your E-sports club. Now, would this be all?"
Although feeling unsatisfied that things were not going his way, Young Master Lu knew that he needed to back off. "After he's done with his stupid fever, you must send him straight back to my club. Otherwise, he must take full responsibility for the losses that stem from his absence, understand?!"
Mr. Exagerrating Man whispered in Ning Meng's ear, "About God's contract... it will be difficult for him to continue dwelling in the E-sports scene if he breaches his contract. The best way to deal with this is to find another E-sports club and ask them to poach him away."
'A poach, huh? That is indeed a good idea.'
Ning Meng nodded her head in agreement.
However, to do this, Ning Meng still needed to ask for God's approval first. Thus, she put that topic aside and continued probing. 
"Hey, Mr... Mr. Lawyer, just now, about that comic..."
Mr. Exagerrating Man immediately took the bait. "Yeah! Comic! You said your dream was to one day become a famous comic artist! Oh boy, you loved to draw Huo Beichen back then. You were always sneaking about outside of our classroom just to draw him... after we graduated, one of our classmates told me that you had even published your comics! And it was even about the love story between you and Beichen! Well... if I remember correctly, the publication date is drawing near now, right?"
"What's the title of the comic?"
Mr. Exagerrating Man was surprised to hear this. "It's your comic. Don't you know the title of the comic that you drew yourself?"
Then, Mr. Exagerrating Man took a long look at Ning Meng and saw the confused look on her face. Being a seasoned lawyer and attorney, Mr. Exagerrating Man had to deal with various kinds of people and had learned how to read people, thus, he knew something was off.
"You're... not Ning Meng?"
"??"
What... what was he talking about now?
"Oh, I'm sorry. I must have made a mistake!" Mr. Exagerrating Man quickly stood up. "Oh... Haha! Look at the time! Oh my, I've got to go now. Pardon me. Haha! Bye!"
Then, he stormed out of the ward, not waiting for Ning Meng's response. His two assistants quickly followed after him, leaving Ning Meng still sitting there in confusion.
Walking out of the hospital, one of his assistants asked, "What's wrong, sir?"
Mr. Exagerrating Man patted his chest and let out a sigh of relief. "Yeah, now it makes sense. Ning Meng was as poor as a beggar, while this lady comes from a rich family! Thank Jesus I realized this sooner, otherwise, it would be really sinful of me to be the one responsible for wrecking Beichen's family!"
"??"
A short moment later, Mr. Exagerrating Man sighed yet again. "8 years. 8 years! Now that I think about it, I can't remember how Ning Meng looked like anymore. In fact, I don't even know if her real name was 'Ning Meng' either. It's odd, really. Everyone just called her 'Ning Meng' back then, so I thought that that was her real name. Oh man~ my brain is getting so foggy..."
His assistants looked at each other in confusion after hearing their boss mumbling to himself.

Ning Meng was stunned as she sat on her chair. 
A mistake? He had mistaken her for someone else?
Clenching her fist, Ning Meng could feel a string of frustration in her heart. 
After entering this novel's world, there had been a lot of strange things happening around her. Despite Original Ning Meng being given the cold shoulder for 6 whopping years, the Huo Beichen now had suddenly changed and had become so loving toward her...
And now, Mr. Exagerrating Man had mistaken her for another "Ning Meng"... a "Ning Meng" who was so drastically different from the Original Ning Meng...
Ooooh...!!!!!! Ugh!!!
There were so many mysteries that she could not get her head to wrap around them all...!!
And so, Ning Meng picked up her phone and sent a message to Huo Beichen.

All Ning Meng did was criticize the novel that she had read. When she woke up the next morning, she realized that she had entered the novel that she had read the previous night and became the unfaithful female supporting character. And soon, she would divorce her powerful husband and lead a miserable life. To prevent that from happening, Ning Meng has to find ways to stay by his side. That would mean she would make a lot of enemies along the way. Time for her to use the knowledge from the real world to turn her life around and not let others take advantage of her.
