"Our two young masters and their attendants, together with the few young masters from the Zhao clan, Li clan, Qian clan and Zheng clan, were tied up into one bunch, and now they're dragged through the street towards our direction… Now, a fight is going on among them!" the warrior said hurriedly.
"A fight?" Sun Chengcai's round face instantly flattened again, and his eyeballs protruded out of his face. He roared fearfully, "Who's fighting with who?"
"There're people from our clan, and also people from the Li clan, Zhao clan, Zheng clan… and Qian clan. Its easier said than done finding the so called village.... 

Shen Maoi has walked for two days around the not exactly barren land, Even if she has a 0-rejuvenating ability all the desire in human body is still present, So she may not be hungry but she very much want to eat some food!!

Her taste bud is hungry!!! 

Shen Maoi nose twitch, a roasted meat smell pervail in the air, Shen Maoi really believe now that if you are really hungry uh.. No for her 'if your tongue is really hungry your sense of smell for food is really keen' this word she believe very much. 

Maybe about 20 km apart Shen Maoi could make out a group of people hurdle around maybe a fire.

Finally people!! 

Shen Maoi hurried her way to take a closer look.

Once she was close enough to see them clearly Shen Maoi saw that the fire she proclaim was although a fire but it was emit by a teenager, his hand holding a blazing flame. 

Reading is one thing but seeing is another thing. 

Coming across someone doing the Fantasy thing like producing an element ability, it still shock Shen Maoi.

There was two female maybe a mother and a daughter because they look really alike and two of them were male maybe also a father and son pair. 

The mother quickly side glance at the younger male, the teenage who just not long ago emit a fire on his palm, the mother seem to inquire something from the teenager, the teenager look at Shen Maoi intensely one more and after as if confirming something shake his head towards his mother.

After the mother saw her son shake his head she gradually relax though still on alert but not as intense as before. 

"May I ask who you are Miss?"
The mother asked, her voice pleasant to listen and her tone not too overbearing nor too weak. 

Shen Maoi smile lightly after she finished Analysing them, for her reading people was her forte, as a celebrity it was within reason that she got to has a good observing quality of people's mood and intention, those photographer, producer and all the like also as someone who mingle in the upper echaleon of celebrity scrutinizing people intention is needed. 

Shen Maoi doesn't feel any ill feelings from the four people so she also relax but being wary all the time is not wrong either. 

"Sure name is Shen, I am a traveller coming from East deciding to travel towards the West"

Shen Maoi replied analyzing her answer quickly.

The mother said quite surprised.

Shen Maoi as a veteran who mingle with a lot of different people so quite naturally was she able to talk and laugh with the Osborne family, the whole of five people was very harmonous. 

Mrs Osborne, Amille is a rather outward lady, the ancient people ughhh... no fantasy ancient lady are quite reserved in their conduct Mrs Osborne though quite lively and talkative she doesn't speak any of improper word through the whole chatting. 

Mr Osborne, Mile on the other hand is the opposite of Mrs Osborne, quite and stiff, though he sometimes interjected a word or two his word and the current word they are talking about are always off topic which sometimes make an awkward moment, Mrs Osborne would reprimend hushly which Shen Maoi would smile at, She felt that Mr Osborne is rather cute. So many word to say but when it was at the tip of his tongue a different word will come out. This kind of introverted but also strict man Shen Maoi has a rather good feeling for them. They are quite honest! 

David Osborne was a 16 years old lively teenager much like her mother but Shen Maoi noticed that he is much more sharper than he looked. Sometimes his word when talking to her has an inquiring tendency about  her origin, what she do in life and the like . Not so obvious but how can Shen Maoi whose EQ and intelligence is rather high in this aspect be led by nose by a teenager, though Shen Maoi appreciate his sharpness very much, if he hone his mind than surely if there isn't any untoward things happened to him he will be somebody in the future. 

The fantasy ancient children sure are smart and matured rather early. 

Ebony Osborne this 17 years old girl an introverted but not too much who can't even say even a word like his father, Shen Maoi has quite an intimate good feelings for her. That was probably because she was a little musician. 

Throughout the conversation Shen Maoi chat with Ebony the most. 

Through her she learn about a lot of musical intrument thing which are really similar to the intrument in the modern world, there was drum set but it was in the form of a huge mushroom that emit a sound like a drum ,the mushroom can even glow , a guitar was the same, an electric guitar like which need energy stone to make it function....

Also much to Shen Maoi delight the musical note they refer are also the same as the note like the modern world. 

There sure wouldn't be people like Guido D'Arezzo or  Pythagoras or the other historical music inventor but there sure will be people who invent the music note like in her original world but Shen Maoi wasn't really interested in knowing those people but she still inadvertently hear Ebony ramble about the origin of musical note which Shen Maoi was stupefied with, Ebony said it was presented to the human by the God Of Music. Hehe.... 

Fine, so very Fantastical!! 

"System does the music note of this world really comes from the so called God Of Music??"

Shen Maoi couldn't curb in her curiousity anymore. 

"It is" system cold emotionless mechanic voice replied Shen Maoi.

This was nothing shocking anymore, for those two days and now seeing An ability being used by The Osborne family Shen Maoi very much was calm a lot now. 

Mr Osborne and David was an ability user while The two female very sadly doesn't have an ability. In this world there maybe an ability user but not all human are ability user which Shen Maoi also knows about from her reading of '<<Infinite Darkness>>'. 

She was not so ignorant about this world but not too knowledgeable as well because reading is one thing but living in it is another thing.

Shen Maoi also knows the existence of those so called God but from reading <<Infinite Darkness>> Shen Maoi know they very much can die, it was only because they were powerful and their ability core evolve at a nearly immortality which make them not able to die or getting hurt so easily. 

It will take a lot of power and effort to kill them. Also the more people worship them the more their power will grow as the God have that so-called Godhood.

As Shen Maoi doesn't get to read till the end she don't know how to have the Godhood nor she desire it either. All she desire now was to go back to her own world as soon as possible. Not to mention with great power come great responsibility and Shen Maoi was in no way eager to shoulder a so called reaponsibility. 

This world God and her has nothing to do with her... 

That was what Shen Maoi thought but in the future she will surely spit at her naive self.

"System ahh.... How did the God come about.. Are they really God??How did they have the Godhood?? "

Shen Maoi asked curiously because to her a God who can die is not really a God but just some pewerful person only. 

"They are God but also not a God. Host has to fugure out why they are God and not God yourself if you are so curious and about the Godhood host level is too low to know about it"

System mechanic voice replied unemotionally. 

F*ck!! Shen Maoi swear if the system has a material form she will beat the crap out of it.

Shen Maoi knowing that she can't do anything to this system and was rather too lazy to scold it continue to chat with the Osborne family and also pry more information about this world which is much more useful than talking with the crap system. 

"Shen Maoi you are also a singer?? That was really great, can... Can I hear you sing... Ughh... How about I sing a song and you sing a song too"

Ebony was pleasantly surprised and shyly request. Maybe because of thinking about that Shen Maoi will feel discomfort with only her singing Ebony decide to sing as well.

Shen Maoi nod her head indicating her agreement, she was also curious about the music of this fantasy ancient world. 

Ebony took aout the guitar from her backpack and positioned it on her front, she cleared her throat and when she open her mouth a pleasant sound drift out from her mouth. 

It was melodious and soft, really pleasant to listen to. 

It was also clear that she has a good control of her voice. 

"I drank the most intoxicating wine. 

Brewed under the ten thousand abyss sea....

Basked under the ancient harmony

With its enchanting breath of the fountain of youth...

All my turbulance emotion seem to tonned down.. 

Replaced by a Serenity of mellow emotion.. 

Maybe.....

At the end Ebony sigh a little maybe still immersed in her little song.. 

Shen Maoi felt it was really nice to listen to, as expected of an ancient song.. 

The music carried a trace of ancient tone even the song are poem like, leaving people in a melancholy, though Shen Maoi love ancient music very much, the song she love to sing are more open and outworldly, straightforward but also very emotional feelings though it may not be a poem based song. 

"That was a really beautiful song, who wrote that song?? Also your control of your voice is really good"

Shen Maoi compliment her word not stingy at all. 

Ebony smile shyly her face blushing a little. 

"I... I write the song and thank you for the compliment"

"What can I say? it really was good, your song writing skills is really good"

Ebony smile again.

"Than Its Your turn Shen Maoi... I know that you are a really good singer"

"You don't even listen to my singing and already gave me the good singer label, I don't know whether I will be pleased or be pressured"

Shen Maoi laugh even the three people laugh happily. 

"I'm really curious now how Shen Maoi will sing"

Mrs Osborne added smilingly, after a long converstation the way they call each other was more familiar with and less honorific.

Ebony pass the guitar to Shen Maoi.

Shen Maoi after positioning herself started strumming the guitar.

Shen Maoi was quite helpless when she found herself transverse in a strange place with a mission i.e 'SPREADING THE MODERN MUSIC' which was quite absurb so as to say. 

As absurb as it may sound Shen Maoi has no other choice but to comply so that she can unlock the prop which can help her in protecting herself from this strange world where fantasy magic was shrouded.

As much as Shen Maoi tried not to interwine herself with the novel protagonist the word 'Man decides but God discard' really fit her entanglement with the male protagonist.

STORY-LINE SYNOPSIS
(WAR Paranormal Urban Fiction and Paranormal Day)

PART- I

An evil “King Kong Raj” who rules in a Planet called “King Kong Raj Planet”. He troubles and tortures all the people in his Planet and robs all their gold, jewelry and diamonds. People of that Planet fed-up with his rule.  This evil King has his own army who frequently robs and tortures people to gain an upper hand for this evil King. This evil King had some super-natural powers and  also maya, mantra, tantra by virtue of his staunch Prayers to Sun God. He even creates a big evil appearing thing, called “BING THING”, which cannot be killed or destroyed by anybody until the evil King Kong Raj gets killed. Maharshis and Rushis of this Planet also were tortured with cruelty. This Kings hefty soldiers and army rapes women, enjoys, robs and even destroys their properties. The battle is through Sword Fights, Dagger Fights, Arrow Fights and Fights with Maya (Illusion) and with the BING THING too.

An opponent group leader “The True Hero”, by name Vishal always tries to defend people and fights against this evil King Kong Raj many times, but in vain.  The Hero has the full support of the Maharshis and Rushis in this Planet and also Queen’s Angels
Angels of the nearby Planet called “Queens Planet”, and the Sun God also support “The True Hero Vishal”, who is a staunch supporter of the Sun God and Maharshis and Rushis. Vishal gets the blessings of all the people of the planet, Maharshis, Rushis, Queen’s Angels and the Sun God. 

In the long “save our souls” battle at the evil King’s Planet, the evil King Kong Raj ultimately gets defeated and dies. The True Hero Vishal also gets severely injured and dies. Vishal takes rebirth at the Earth as per the blessings of all the Maharshis, Rushis, Queen’s Angels and the Sun God. The True Hero Vishal becomes a Doctor.

PART II
Vishals takes birth again on Earth. The story of Vishal starts from his childhood and he becomes Physician and a Doctor in a family.

"It was the same for me, Levin. Before I even knew it, my heart already made room for her."
Levin was silent for a moment—not expecting what his brother Devin had said. He then heard the Soul Eater sigh as he continued explaining to him how he felt.
"Do you know the poem 'My Love' by James Russell Lowell?" he asked, Levin, furrowing his brows as he cocked his head to the side in wonder.
"Yes. Why?"
A melancholic smile appeared on Devin's face. He then recalled that Angeal had read that poem to him before, making him remember the contents. He knew the stanzas of the poem very well as he read it a lot of times when he was younger.
"I read the poem a lot of times—thinking how love could have possibly mean and feel," Devin answered Love's Overseer. "At first I thought falling in love was stupid."
Levin scoffed, chuckling at the same time.
"I know you thought of that. When you came to me before as I was doing my responsibilities as Love's Overseer, you were practically cringing—finding love a foreign concept in your vocabulary."
"True," Devin agreed, "I do not see why people feel giddy—why people fall in love—why people grow stupid sometimes when they love too much," he added, Levin, leaning on the pillar as he continued listening to his brother.
"I don't understand why they love too much—why people engage in relationships sometimes when they love less. I don't get why they cheat and I don't get why they commit. Love… it is something difficult."
Levin could not help it anymore. He laughed out loud, Devin, narrowing his eyes at him as Love's Overseer shook his head, finding what the Soul Eater had said comedic.
"But how about now?" he asked, a smile appearing on his face as his tone was turning serious, too. "Now that Angeal has appeared in the picture, you could say that now, it is different, no?"
With Levin asking him that and bringing Angeal up, Devin's lips turned into a tight line.
Devin agreed with him. With Levin pointing that out, he could now understand that now that he has found the love of his life after how many years when he believed he could not find someone who was capable of making his heart beat, Devin knew that Angeal was different.
"You don't need to answer my question," Levin said out of the blue, snapping Devin out of his thoughts. "Angeal is your one and only—the only person who's capable of entering into your heart."
Devin acknowledged what he said. He nodded, a small smile appearing on his face as he heaved a small sigh, Levin remembering about the poem that his brother mentioned earlier.
"Now what about this poem? Does it make you think of Angeal?"
"Yes," Devin answered, "It was a poem that Angeal had read to me before when I was sick. Now that I remember it out of the blue, it made me think of her in every stanza and in every line—the message of the poem finally understood."
After Devin spoke, he was suddenly surprised when Levin disappeared from his sight. In just a few seconds, he came back in his room, Levin already holding the Treasury of Poems in his hand.
Devin raised a brow at him, "You're planning to read it now?"
Levin nodded, "I want to know what you could possibly mean. I'm not familiar with the poem very much, so I want to read."
"Page 236 of the book," Devin instructed, Levin scoffing as he found it amusing for his brother to remember the page of the poem.
Levin went to that page specifically. It was a 10-stanza poem and the moment his eyes landed on the first page, he started reading, trying to understand the poem that made his brother think of Angeal.
The poem is entitled "My Love" by James Russell Lowell.

After Levin read the poem, he closed the book. From the 10 stanzas that he read, now he understood how much his brother Devin loves Angeal. The moment Levin finished reading, Devin sighed, his words heard in his vast, dark room.
"Angeal… I love her, I really do… it makes me want to be with her, but I know I shouldn't."


"Devin, do you love me?"

Hearing her question that had snapped him out of his thoughts, the Soul Eater opened his eyes slowly to meet her blue eyes once more. He smiled foolishly as his right hand reached out to her face, his thumb caressing her bottom lip.

"Is that a question you dare ask your husband?"

Angeal pouted like a child. 

"Tell me you love me... or I’ll cry."

Devin chuckled, making Angeal pout more as she narrowed her eyes at him. When Devin ceased his jovial laughter, he didn’t answer her question. Instead, he bent down as he pulled her closer to him, his lips smoothly landing on hers to give her a loving kiss. 

’I love you, Angeal. Before I even knew it, my heart yearned for you.’

Punished by the Almighty Seraphim, Devin was branded a fallen angel and was given a curse to become a Soul Eater—a being who is hungry for souls and feeds on them for sustenance.

Devin was bound on earth, looking for clues on how to cure his irrevocable curse until a desperate old man saw the Soul Eater and begged him to save his newborn granddaughter’s life.

However... it comes with the price of selling both of their souls. 

With the old man giving both of their lives to the Soul Eater, what path lies ahead for Angeal as she grows in a house full of magical immortals?

That being said, one should take note that Ling Tian’s Azure Bamboo Leaf was vastly different from any of the wines which Ye QingChen had sampled before.
As compared to the wine fermentation process in this world, Ling Tian’s original world boasted of a much more complex culture for wine. Ling Tian had tried the most intense wine in this world — the ‘Intoxication to All’— and found it to be lacking sorely in flavor It could only, at the very most, be compared to the ‘baijiu’ [1] in terms of taste. While the mellowness of the wine was abundant, the complexity was far from it. This led an unsatisfied Ling Tian to begin the idea of fermenting his own wine.
Due to the problems he faced in his past world, Ling Tian had to be calm and vigilant at all times. Thus, he never indulged in wine. However, he was still considered a wine connoisseur of sorts, be it tasting, discussing, as well as fermenting good wine, he was especially knowledgeable. Furthermore, the Ling Family in his previous life owned quite a few specialized wine fermentation factories and, because of his hobby, he had frequented the place to research on the processes involved in wine fermentation. With years of experience under his belt, he opened a secret chamber in the Ling Family Courtyard, easily reproducing some of the famed wines of his previous life, hiding it in his residence.
While the Heavenly Star Continent did not have much progress in the culture of wine, the raw materials used in fermentation were still comparable to his previous life. Thus, Ling Tian could even dig out those wine recipes which required highly complicated processes to produce. The Azure Bamboo Leaf was one of the few produced.
However, Ling Tian never thought of profiting off this. In his mind, self-fermenting wine was just a way of fulfilling his hobby, just like how a wine-maker might not be fond of drinking wine at all. Furthermore, he was aware of the theory of scarcity, if the wines he produced made their way out to the stores, the most they could be labelled as would just be top-end premium goods. However, if they were only available in his hands, then that would be a commodity worth hoarding! Based on Ling Tian’s memories, the typical reclusive expert would be interested in wine itself. But this era had too little good wine to offer, to the point that one could say there did not exist a wine good enough to be praised! Even the famed ‘Intoxication to All’ was only worth as such, any random self-fermented wine that Ling Tian had could easily trounce it with ease!
However, Ling Tian’s intuition told him that the news of this sort of good wine must not be spread around, for it would create an adverse effect on himself. Though such matters would not be able to draw those reclusive experts to take his side, he could at least strengthen his relationship with them. After all, better friends than enemies. Furthermore, some experts treat the bottle like their life, and simply throwing out a random bottle would allow these people to submit to him. Optimistic it might be, it was not an impossible matter.
Having met Ye QingChen today, Ling Tian was even more assured of his line of thinking. Indeed, an object’s value increases with its rarity. Thinking up till here, Ling Tian began to feel pity for those characters who made use of wine fermenting to make quick bucks in the web novels he read in his previous life. Fermenting wine, how could it just be for the sake of earning money?
The grandeur of China, roughly five millennia of wine-making, how inclusive and profound was it? In Ling Tian’s eyes, wine making should be regarded as an elegant craft!
"Seeing how Mister is so fond of wine, I would think that you have a deep knowledge about most famed wines. With nothing on our hands now, why not express your opinions? This can also allow junior to broaden his horizons." Now that they had finished with proper business, and had given that Ling Tian had already obtained all that he wanted, his eyes flashed as he took the opportunity to change the topic. It was as though he had just came up with some scheme to carry out.
"Haha, this young noble’s self-fermented Azure Bamboo Leaf is a heavenly product amongst wines, enough to be described with the four words ‘‘looking down from above’. However, if we were to go into the topic of wine knowledge, differentiation, discussion, or critiquing, I don’t mean to boast, but this old man here probably knows more than anyone else in the world. Although young noble is able to produce such excellent and heavenly wine, but for the true essence of the word ‘wine’, I believe I’m still above you in that."
Ling Tian had only briefly mentioned the word ‘wine’, but Ye QingChen’s expression suddenly changed to an aloof one, glancing at Ling Tian in a disdainful manner. Obviously, he took pride in his attainments in wine knowledge and wanted to take this opportunity to get one up Ling Tian.
A pity, however, while he could have done that to almost anyone in the wide world, Ling Tian was the exception. This could be likened to an undergraduate boasting in front of a high school student, but definitely not in front of a professor!
"That goes without saying, with Senior’s ten years’ worth of experiences, leaving your footprints all over the world, how can this junior be compared to you?" Ling Tian seemed to be sincerely complimenting him on the surface, but the words sounded sarcastic in front of Ye QingChen! He thought, ‘Is the kid trying to slight me? Let me recite a poem on wine, and show him a thing or two!’
"Given the chance, most people would kill for wine! However, those who can actually understand, discern, and appreciate wine are few and between. The gentleman does not notice the common mortal drinking in huge gulps, nor the clinking of glasses, for they are all mediocre! To join this rabble in consuming wine, I would vomit before I even started to drink! Even if I want to drink till I drop, it has to be with someone who is noble and lofty, with a similar mentality as me. For this sort of intimate friends, I don’t require much, just a couple who can understand the true essence of what is wine. Only at this realm, can the drinker really feel the prestige!"
Ye QingChen twirled his beard lightly, as his head swayed from left to right. His eyes were fixed on Ling Tian, with a hint of contempt within; as though deep inside his heart, he felt that talking to this wimpy brat about the complexity of wine was akin to playing a lute for a cow. The cow would probably continue chewing on the peonies and any flirtatious glances thrown towards it would probably be as good as showing them to a blind man. Thinking about this, he could not help but feel a sense of melancholy deep in his heart, as though having the feeling of ‘acquaintances abound throughout the earth, but soul mates are hard to find’.
"If High Heaven had no love for wine
There would not be a Wine Star in the sky.
If Earth herself had no love for wine,
There would not be a city called Wine Springs.
Since Heaven and Earth both love wine,
I can love wine, without shame before God.
Clear wine resembles a Saint;
While thick wine akin to a Sage.
Since Saints and Sages have long quaffed deep,
Why should I request for permission from God?
At the third cup I penetrate the Great Way;
A full gallon -- Nature and I are one...
But the things I feel when wine possesses my soul
I will never tell to those who are not drunk." [2]
Ling Tian recited this in a low tone. Just then, he sounded lofty and free at east, standing detached and aloof from all mortal problems.
Ye QingChen’s eyes, that were originally heavy with intoxication, suddenly opened up wide and the drunken fog cleared immediately as he smacked the table while praising, "Good poem! Good poem! Hahaha, to think that young noble could actually understand this old man so well, sharing similar interests in wine! This old man, me, is no longer lonely!" His attitude warmed up visibly, as though inside his heart, wine was more important than martial arts!
Right now, in Ye QingChen’s heart, Ling Tian was no longer someone of the younger generation whom he admired; but rather, his soulmate in his country of wine in his heart! "If High Heaven had no love for wine, there would not be a Wine Star in the sky. If Earth herself had no love for wine, there would not be a city called Wine Springs. Since Heaven and Earth both love wine, I can love wine, without shame before God.… what a wonderful poem." The look he gave Ling Tian was now one of reverence; for someone to be able to compose such a poem, how could he not understand wine? That would be the biggest joke on earth!
This could literally be considered as an immortal amongst wine! Just based on the poem, it would be enough to justify a wine lover getting drunk for three days and nights! The poem even emphasized the fact that within heaven and earth, the lofty and aloof mood of being the only person to actually understand wine. As such, it triggered feelings of friendship within Ye QingChen.
"Since Mister has drank wine for many years and proclaim himself as a know-it-all in wine, then dare I ask Mister, if he knows of the ‘eight pleasures of drinking’?" Ling Tian appeared to be drunk too, fixing onto Ye QingChen with an unfocused stare. The haughtiness in his expression was tens, no hundreds, of times more than what Ye QingChen had shown to him originally! ‘Since you want to be arrogant, then this young noble here will show what is arrogance! How dare you attempt to outplay a professor level character like me in wine! Let this young noble give you a good shake!’
"Ehh? I’ve not heard of this. Will young noble please bestow on me what the ‘eight pleasures of drinking’ are?" Seeing Ling Tian’s arrogant expression, Ye QingChen flared up immediately, but was extinguished soon after, replaced with panic. ‘Eight pleasures of drinking? Why have I not heard of it before? To think I boasted about being the best in wine knowledge, how shameful!’ The pleasures and joys of drinking differed between each person; who could say it clearly, and who could explain it correctly?’
