"Alright then. We have a deal." Lin Yehan stood up and extended his hand towards her.

Iris accepted his offered hand and they shook hands to symbolize the sealing of their deal. Jin Liwei and Lin Yehan's lawyer also joined in the handshaking.

With the matter about the endorsement deal done, Lin Yehan and his lawyer prepared to leave. It was already late in the evening and everyone still had work early the next morning.

As Iris and Jin Liwei stood in the grand foyer to see them off, Lin Yehan observed the couple. His eyes fell on the sparkling diamond ring on her finger. When he first heard that the two were engaged, he thought that their relationship was progressing too fast.

After saying goodbye to the couple, he left with his lawyer.

With the fans' power, "Hey, It's Me" and "Monster of Insanity" trended online as soon as they were released. 

"Hey, It's Me" ranked number 1 in the trending lists in various websites while "Monster of Insanity" ranked number 2. It could be seen just how massive Jin Chonglin's army of fans were. He even trended in other Asian countries courtesy of his fans abroad. 

Compared to him, Iris Long and Pandemonium's popularity and influence were mostly contained within the country. It wasn't such a big surprise that Jin Chonglin held the advantage when it came to online social media influence.

As a result, "Hey, It's Me" by Jin Chonglin debuted at number 1 in the music charts while "Monster of Insanity" by Iris Long and Pandemonium debuted at number 2.

Jin Chonglin's army of fans celebrated their victory. 

The Black Stars and Pandemonium felt disappointed but only for a short moment before they quickly recovered and continued to support their boss and hubbies' music. The fight had just began. They truly believed that "Monster of Insanity" deserved number 1 more than "Hey, It's Me."

"Hey, It's Me" continued to rule the music charts and the radio airwaves for the next few days. The general public seemed to react more favourably to it. Its type of music was more familiar. "Monster of Insanity", on the other hand, sounded too bizarre to most of them.

While "Hey, It's Me" continued to reign supreme in the music charts, the musicians, the experts and critics in the music industry were all busy studying, deconstructing and analyzing everything about "Monster of Insanity". It was a treasure trove of advanced musical techniques that were rarely used by musicians in the country. Some of the experts even concluded that Iris Long created some new techniques that was uniquely hers. Overall, they all could agree that it was definitely one of the most original songs that they had ever heard in their careers.

Finally, the reviews started pouring in.

"Hey, It's Me" received mostly great reviews. Critics praised Jin Chonglin for focusing more on emotions and connecting to the listeners instead of relying on his sexual appeal like usual. Of course, there were a few critics who blasted him for producing such a simplistic and effortless music. For the most part, Jin Chonglin's new album was well-received among the critics.

As for "Monster of Insanity", the reviews were completely mixed. There was a clear division between the critics. 

One side absolutely hated it, calling it a sacrilege to both rock and classical music. A critic wrote:

"What kind of music is this? It's just painful noise wrongly labelled as music. Does Iris Long think that music is a hotpot that she can just throw whatever ingredients she wants to and it'll taste good? 'Monster of Insanity' is absolutely revolting, horrendous and a torture to the ears. This single just demonstrates how the songwriter is trying too hard to prove herself but failing to do so. The advanced techniques are too much and over-complicated. They don't make any sense! Don't waste your time listening to this garbage. You'll thank me for saving your eardrums from bleeding."

These were mostly the purists who didn't respond well to unconventional music.

For the next few weeks Duke stopped attending school for most of it since he decided it would be better used for recording music. And started recording a new album that contained many of Eminem's most popular songs including "Not Afraid", "Till I Collapse",  "Space Bound", "Lose Yourself", and "Rap God". 

Although there are also many parts that would need editing and some details that will be necessary for a wrap up. Right now his mission completion is only at 81% and he found the difficulty to be harder as he reaches the higher percentages. 

The week before the school festival Duke finally finished all the paperwork and necessary editing and published the album. Unprecedented in this world the album sold over 4.48 million just within the first debut week and began to quickly spread not only in Korea and the United States.

Similar to the original webtoon Duke decided to sing with Daniel and they started practicing together for the festival performance. Now they are standing on the stage for the performance.

Duke decided to sing the popular Eminem song "The Monster" that he hasn't released in this world yet. Seeing Daniel who just got off pitched due to nervousness in the crowd Duke winked at Daniel to say 'I've got your back.'

Remembering what happened in the original story Duke just passed the guy by without a single glance as he tried to chat up with the superstar, "Hey Duke would you like to do a--"This kind of person is not worth talking to.

Besides doing a performance at school this month Duke finally turned 16 and earned his pro boxing licence. And fought his first pro middleweight boxing bout. The opponent didn't even last more than one round and the fight ended in less than a minute. 

When he got back to school there was a huge crowd of girls waiting for him to sign an autograph. Rarely are there guys because they are intimidated by Duke's boxing prowess. 

Getting into the class he said hi to Jay and proceeded to read his book when he noticed the jealous look of Zoe who's envious of Yui who's attaching herself to Daniel. 

'Looks like what's supposed to happen eventually does,' this was the part when Daniel falls in love with Yui. Though she's a very good actor Duke can tell she's acting and trying to get inside poor Daniel's head. 

'She is different from other girls. She's innocent and sweet,' thinks Daniel to himself slowly entrapped by her flirtatious ways. 

Originally Yui also tried to get close to Duke. However, he rejected her approaches by acting very cold in order to avoid the temptation. He has nothing against the way she acts, it's just that he can see past the non-authenticity and perceive who she really is behind the mask. 

Disregarding the fight between these two girls Duke just went back to reading the book he's holding. It's better to avoid the annoyance by being out than in. But he decided to visit Daniel later that night.

That night after training at the boxing club he was looking for some vinegar for cooking at the back when he heard Yui's voice, "Aren't you cold? It is september."

"Men don't feel cold," replied the tattooed guy that is next to her.

Who not only stopped him, he also revealed how the wallet and the pants that he's wearing were originally gifts from Yui to Daniel who rejected them.

Then Yui begins to explain away to her boyfriend, "Sweetie! This is a bunch of bull! He's saying it because he likes me!"

"H..How do you know all this?" Asked the tattooed boyfriend.

"Oh? I sit right next to him."

"Hey, no! Don't you believe me?" Exclaimed Yui with nervousness. 

"You promised it would be different! Really Babe, you're..the only..!! He then hits a straight that launches for Yui's face with quite a force in his anger.

Before it reaches her face a hand suddenly grabs the hand. Making the guy shocked at the sudden stranger standing between his fight, "..W..Who are you!?" The grip on his fist is quite strong.

This time Duke didn't wear his face mask so his face is bare and not covered. Only dressing in his regular all black hoodie.

"..It's you." Said the shocked Zack Lee who remembered the black hooded guy that knocked him out.

"...Duke??" Yui opened her eyes to see who helped protect her from the fist. Duke looked with a cold glance at the girl who is now with a slightly tearful and fearful eyes at him.

"Even if she does something wrong...Never hit a woman!" Duke then appears near that guy with a wide stride and launches a leaping right hook with full force. 

The full devastating power of a pro fight launches with that single punch. Although Duke's only a middleweight his strength way surpasses his contemporaries. 

Since he now practices for future pro fights he has increased his bench press to close to 600lbs per set. Along with the combination of powerful deadlift weights that gives his legs into a powerful stepping lead that adds to his punches.

Everybody in the room watches in slow motion as that punch hits that guy's face and launches his slow motion on the ground. And it created a bam as his body hit the floor and that guy fainted from that heavy impact.

"Hey Daniel, here's the bill for the ingredients," Duke spoke to wake Daniel from his thoughts. WIthout a single glance at Yui, Duke just left the store and the fainted guy on the ground like nothing happened.

It would make her seem like she was looking down to all vegetarians in the world. She could not do that. Although she hated bunny food, she still respected what others choose to eat for themself. 
She could sum her experience in less than ten words. 
It was a miserable experience for her.
"I love them so much," Mika confessed again while she walked into the shop happily. Her stomach was full and she was ready to do her shopping seriously now.
No wonder it took her quite a long time to decide during the fabric shopping. She was starving! The boba drink did not help her brain to work. She needed real food to fuel her.
Ryn rolled her eyes. She knew Mika would love them even before she confessed just a few minutes ago when they left the restaurant. Mika finished everything even though she was supposed to limit her food intake for the diet! But Ryn would not point it out loudly for Mika to realize her mistake. If Ryn had to eat in another vegetarian food, she would gladly have Mika to eat her portion of the food. She could only swallow a small spoon and then started to push the food around her plate while waiting for Mika to be done with her meal. Luckily for her, her drink actually helped ease the hunger in her. She asked for watermelon and lychee juice and the fibre in the drink stopped her from pulling her hair in frustration. She was still hungry but too scared to tell Mika.
Maybe later, after Mika send her home, she would cook whatever left in the fridge. Tomorrow, after checking the house, she would do a proper grocery shopping. She would fill her fridge with a lot of steaks. She would eat more steaks to erase the experience of eating bunny food.
Cheering up at the thought of real food back home, she finally looked at Mika who was busy choosing the perfect crystals and whatnot for their dresses. Again, Ryn found herself listening to more jargons between Mika and the salesgirl.
Whatever. As long as Mika was happy, Ryn was happy too.
Ryn adjusted her leaning against the glass display and waited patiently for Mika to be done with this one. She could not wait to go home.

Jeremy pulled the tie off his neck and let out a relieved sigh. He threw his bag into the passenger side at the back and quickly started the engine. Again, today, he had no opportunity to meet Ryn because his dearest but selfish little sister was conquering her time. But this time, Jeremy was unable to fight against Mika when she told him she needed Ryn's support and opinion for the dresses for the wedding.
Hearing the word fabric shopping stopped Jeremy's plan to follow them. He had once followed Mika during her fabric shopping and it was hell for him. She spent hours, well, more than five hours in the shop and only bought four metres of blue satin. He had no idea what she actually did during the four hours but he knew he wasted those hours waiting like an idiot!
After that bad day, he vowed not to follow Mika during her fabric shopping anymore. Once was enough. And truthfully, he felt pity for Ryn having to follow Mika during her shopping trip. But Ryn was more patience than him when with Mika. 
That was one of the reasons why he fell in love with Ryn. Her patience when dealing with Mika.
He groaned. He should not start thinking or he would be missing Ryn desperately. His mind and body would be screaming for him to go to Ryn and hugged her tightly, never let go.
Jeremy, he told himself, control yourself. Ryn would not like you acting this way. She wanted you to change into a better you and you should try now. Besides, she hadn't given her rejection and until then, he still had the chance to woo her into his arms back.
He should be more optimistic and more positive. He should believe in himself and their love.
Speaking about love, he still hadn't done what Mika wanted him to do. He groaned loudly. Did Mika think it was easy to create a love song for his own little sister? He only thought of her as his little sister so how could she expect him to make a new love song for her wedding day? Had Jason's love made her so silly she could not think rationally now?
But if it was Ryn... His eyes sparkled. He could make a dozen and even more songs just for Ryn. The ideas never stopped like water running down the waterfall and going through the river until merge with the water in the sea. He always had the mood and ideas for Ryn's love songs. In fact, he already prepared more than twenty new songs, all were his confession of love toward Ryn and how he pictured their future together.
"Why can't I just reconstruct her favourite song instead?" he muttered to himself, now finally buckling the safety belt and changed the gear. He needed to go to the studio. Time was running out for him and he needed to give at least an outline for the songs for the wedding.
The traffic was not that bad so he reached the company in no time. He parked at his usual parking spot and walked into the building.
"Jeremy?" one of the men asked questioning seeing him wearing his working attire, albeit without the tie, coming into the lobby.
"Hey," he greeted each one of them before went to the receptionist.
"Is Mathew inside?" he asked the girl.
"Yes, he's in," the girl replied with a smile.
"Cool," with another nod at the girl and the others, Jeremy walked toward the studio where his trusted music engineer was.
"Jeremy is not scheduled for any album making, is he?" one of the men asked once he saw Jeremy was not within hearing.
"Not that I'm aware of," his friend replied.
"So why is he looking for Mathew?" 
All of them knew who Mathew was for Jeremy and Jeremy, as far as they knew, always used Mathew for his solo album. Even for the group, if he could, Jeremy would choose Mathew. He said Mathew could understand the soul of the song and it would make their job easier, whatever he meant by that, because Mathew, every time after he was done with Jeremy's solo album, would beg them to accompany him for beer session to release his tension. 
Jeremy was a devil in angel's face, Mathew claimed. Jeremy looked so naive and good-hearted, but during recording, Jeremy would turn into a monster. Mathew always asked them why Jeremy always chose him as his favourite victim but none could give the correct answer. They just patted his shoulders in sympathy and coaxed him with the bonus Jeremy always gave whenever the job was done. Besides, they pointed out, didn't the album come out so good even his rival could not find anything wrong with his work to jeer at. Mathew should be proud of his hard work.
Jeremy found Mathew in his usual little corner. Jeremy smiled and entered the studio, giving so much fright to Mathew who was listening to the demo by another producer. He was supposed to help make the song better.
"Hi, man," Jeremy greeted cheerfully.
Mathew spun his chair around and looked at Jeremy in shock. His eyes widened in horror. Why was Jeremy here? Jeremy was not supposed to be here. He was already done with his solo project and his group project. There was no album making scheduled in these few months. Mathew knew because he checked with the managers. Jeremy was not supposed to be here. He should be elsewhere. Do something else. He should focus on his business or whatever there was for him to do. Jeremy was not supposed to be here... not yet!
"Why are you looking at me like you're seeing a ghost? What's wrong, man?" Unaware of Mathew's frantic emotional rollercoaster in his mind, Jeremy asked with a grin.
Mathew gulped nervously. He was done for. What should he do now? Was it too late to ask for help?


On the surface, Ryn looked like a normal quiet girl who only focused on her study and did not even bother
about things outside her study. However, the whole campus was shocked to know she was actually a
popular model who just made a comeback after two years 'retired'. To make them more shocked when a
very popular singer, Jeremy was her ex-boyfriend and now wanted her back. Of course, to add the spice in her life, a model who is her university's mate fell in love with her.

"five hundred billion digital Galactic sales on the star streams and counting as well as two-point eight billion digital locally and ten thousand physical copies at yesterdays event alone
 and another three million physical copies across the planet and those numbers are all still climbing she reported we also have several million Galatic orders 
for physical copies to shipped off-world with an additional one hundred million on special order for Huassain"

"what do you mean ten thousand physical at yesterday's event? I gave then five hundred albums for that" he said
"sir, they had a massive turn out at yesterdays event that was supposed to last two hours" she explained
"However, they were sold out within minutes of the events start and they had not seen even half the fans that had turned up,
so the band extended the event saying they won't leave until they had seen all of their fans who came out, they had to make emergency calls to other record shops branches
to have their albums delivered to the downtown branch,
fans were even coming down from the upper levels to see them and Silver Shadows happily obliged to stay and see as many fans as were willing to show up
all ten thousand albums we sent out to the record shops initially were sold out at that location and we had to restock the other stores the event did not end until late last night actually"

"huh wow those kids," he said shaking his head
"let me see how they doing on the charts," checking the star streams his eyes widened
they were on the album charts
number one on the Prylea Full Album Charts and top twenty Galactic Full Album charts at a solid number fifteen
they had broken new records as these new charts charted the entire album overall and not single songs from the album
and they were doing beyond what they imagined they would do for a debut album
all the songs from the album had taken the top ten Prylean Hot One Hundred and the Galactic Hot One Hundred Music Charts had been there solidly for several hours now

Their album release was a smashing success the music videos on their channels were getting billions of streams
fans loved the mini-movie concept and they both had great storylines Not Looking Back was the big favorite out of the two
for its slow-motion battle scenes in the beginning and the exciting Lazor Ball Game that took place they loved the appearance of the Crimson Stars players in the video the Silver Dragon Kick was legendary and looked fantastically amazing in the video
After You was loved for its romantic storyline and Kanna's character which had been entertaining to watch while all the heartbreak was going on melody's
underwater swimming scene and the musical-Esque climax at the end for its choreography
the band members acting was also praised as well many fans were excited
of the possibility of band members maybe appearing in movies in the future as actors especially the guys as they were all handsome
they loved the album too every song was getting good reviews for many various reasons
from Daisuke and his ability to blend complex sounds to Sienna's songwriting and storytelling with her lyrics
but also for the band's vocal ability and sound color the range of voices they had to work with which were still very raw and unrefined
many music critiques said they could use vocal coaching to teach them to improve their voices
with the one powerhouse vocal belonging to Daisuke
but with his talent, he was able to guide the other members vocally especially sienna
was her lighter airy toned voice and Zane as a rapper was a whole other case
they loved his raspy rougher sounding voice in contrast with the two pretty-sounding vocalists added a new dynamic and with Kaleb's fresh
boyish voice adding adlibs and other backing vocals with Liam sometimes doubling Zanes rap lines
it was a great combination that didn't let their songs get boring with the tempo of the instrumental tracks Daisuke had made they were
catchy almost addictive to listen to but every song had a different vibe
and emotion behind it and each had a different story to tell while still tying back in with the main story of the album it was like they were all part of a sequence of happenings that occurred during a point in time that fleshed out the entire story 
all were amazing and fans could not wait now for the next part of the story what was going to happen next? where was the Silver Shadows journey going to be headed? 
 it was a great start that kept their fans hooked in and looking forward to their next release 
Mr. Williams was very pleased with the results, the public response was excellent, they could push forward with continued promotions,
 they could plan a galactic tour they had support from their home planets secured merch sales were doing well album sales both digitally and physically were still climbing 
their names were trending endlessly they were a rookie group but they were already strongly established as if they had been around for years 
it was terrifying to imagine their future if they were this big right from the start their growth would be unprecedented in the galaxy if this kept up the labels most successful band ever 
he needed to do something to help them establish good relationships with their label mates and other people in the industry it was imperative to their future careers 
he decided to make a few calls and arrange something
