Tang Xi and Qiao Liang's plan was to make Qin Xinying lose everything she had. If they just let her come back to China, as time went by, people would forget about what she had done, and then she could show up again with the identity of the heiress to the Qin's Group. Tang Xi clenched the recording pen in her hand and a cold gleam flickered across her eyes. It had been quite a while before she looked up at Qiao Liang and asked, "How did you get this recording pen?"
There was the audio of Xu Fang and Qin Xinying's conversations in the recording pen. She didn't expect the two of them actually plotted against her. She had thought only Xu Fang wanted to set her up, but it turned out that she plotted with Qin Xinying! Should she thank them for taking her so seriously? 
Tang Xi was so angry that her hands trembled. Qin Xinying smiled and rubbed at Tang Xi's hair. "I'll send this audio to the police station, and I've made the arrangements in the embassy. Qin Xinying won't be able to get out of the embassy so easily this time. She will have to pay a heavy price even if she can be released."
His eyes had a cold gleam as he said this. "We should let them know don't mess up with the wrong people!"
Tang Xi smiled, took his hand and gazed at him, nodding. "Okay, I can take care of myself. Go about your business. Don't forget to call Lawrence and Carl with my cell phone."
Qiao Liang raised his eyebrows, grunted in response and turned to leave.

In the police station, Qin Xinying kept explaining in English, "I didn't touch her! She fell over by herself. I swear I didn't touch her! I had no reason to assault her! If you don't believe me, you can make her confront me! I can prove I'm innocent!"
She didn't know why these policemen suddenly arrested her, but she knew she had to do something. If she didn't, she wouldn't be able to get out of here!
"Did you hear me? I didn't touch her! Make her confront me!"
"Confront you? She is in the hospital now. How can she confront you?! The hospital will send us her injury assessment report soon, and then you will know whether you assaulted her or not!" A black police officer glanced at her with a straight face and said coldly. 
Qin Xinying frowned and yelled, "Hospitals can fabricate reports. They are setting me up! You must find out the truth!" 
"Do you have a problem with our country's hospitals?!" A white policeman couldn't bear it any longer. He stood up and walked up to Qin Xinying who was locked behind bars as he stated coldly, "Our country's hospitals are better than any other country's! They won't fabricate the report! Qin Xinying paused and stared hatefully at that policeman, shouting, "I said I had no reason to hurt her! We are good friends! Why should I hurt her?!"
She changed her strategy. She squatted down and looked pitifully at that policeman, saying imploringly, "You have to trust me. No one else cares about her more than me. I will never ever hurt her. Please trust me!"
The white man frowned and was about to speak when another policeman sitting in front of a computer suddenly said, "The Chinese embassy sent us an audio after we informed them of this matter. Come here. Let's listen to the audio."
The policeman spoke in French, so Qin Xinying had no idea what he was talking about. She frowned and was about to speak, when the two policemen came over and the audio was played. Hearing the audio, Qin Xinying widened her eyes in shock. She had deleted the audio! Why did it appear here?! 
She swallowed and comforted herself. Don't be afraid. They don't understand Chinese, so they won't do anything to her!
The policemen didn't understand Chinese but they could tell one of the speakers was Qin Xinying…

Even though Sun Qiming knew that Jiang Se could speak French and he decided to cast her as the character Miss Zhang, he did not intend to use the live audio recording. In fact, he merely chose her so that it would be easier to match her lip movements to the language.
However, Gu Jiaer was currently thinking of using the live audio recording.
"She's an amateur." The executive director could not help but glance at Gu Jiaer as he had doubts about his latest inspiration.

Her intonation was on point, and there were no issues with her lines. "In this scene, Miss Zhang's introduction to Paris is supposed to make Wang Qianqian look forward to reaching her destination."
When he said this, Jiang Se understood the emotions Gu Jiaer wanted to convey.
"You're a newcomer to this industry." Gu Jiaer swept his gaze across Jiang Se and did not care to soften his words. "It's a good thing that you're not nervous in front of the cameras and that your gaze didn't shy away from them. You were able to maintain your cool. However, you're too calm. You must understand the meaning of being an actress. You're supposed to serve the film's needs. You're a servant to the plot. Don't treat this as a stage where you can shine or use this as a platform to showcase yourself."
Jiang Se was taken aback.
"If you want to move others, you'll have to at least use your emotions to move yourself." When Gu Jiaer saw her scowling slightly, he continued, "Your external qualities are good, and you've been under Zhang Jingan's direction before. You should understand that you can't rely on your looks alone if you want to join this industry."
The entertainment industry was not short of newcomers. While Jiang Se might be more beautiful than the current celebrities today, it was not impossible for there to be more outstanding newcomers than her in the future.
"Otherwise, all you'll get is fame and popularity. You won't last if you don't have any good work under your belt."

         When I found the CEO was Arjun I got shocked.Santhosh gave me the CEO schedule and left the room. Now I and Arjun was alone.He came to me and said ,"I dont thing you'll last for a week.Lets start the work.Whats my  morning schedule"

     I checked the schedule.I said "Meeting at 10  with BNP baripas . Meeting at 11.30  with Project Manager for  the new project "
     
    He then checked the time and said "So you have only one hour to complete the onboarding formalities.After completing your onboarding meet me at Agility"
    
    I asked "where?"

    He said,"Contact Reception or security regarding further details.I cannot spoon feed you. Your first task is it to get to know the conference rooms name available here.

     Then I asked receptionist what is agility.She said it's the name of conference hall.I completed onboarding in 50 mins. I had  10 minutes to remember all the names of conference rooms and their location.

     I reached the meeting at 10 . Meeting was held online as the other side were in france .

Before meeting Arjun said "I want MOM (moments of meeting) after lunch.And it must be computer typed one and not the human written. If you complete this task I'll think of making you as my permanent PA"
    The meeting was begin and for first 10 mins people where speaking in English so I was able to take notes easily.
 
    Gradually the other side started speaking in different language and Arjun also started speaking different language.

    I couldn't understand a single word. In the middle of meeting he signalled me "Are you noting the points". I said "Yes"

    After  meeting Arjun said ,"Show me your notes. I want to see how well you listened to the meeting"
  I showed it,"He could barely see any notes as I only able to note the conversations which was happening in English"

   He laughed and s got angry,"Is this was you take notes of meeting?Why there are no notes of French conversation ?Do you know how important the company's investment for  our company. I thought you'll be able to work for a week ,but now I think your first day will be your last day in this office.Ok I'll give you one more chance, if you are able to finish the MOM you can continue the job or else you are no more part of company"

Arjun

      How come she join in my company.Even if she stays with me she'll not understand.Till she realize my love ,I'll never let her in my life.

I purposely shifted the French meeting which is to be held in the afternoon to morning section. For me the meeting was not that important. Its just summary talk with company CEO. We completed the deal yesterday.

     I checked my watch, "It was 1.59" and yet she was not coming.I thought,"Aaradhana you are dead"

   She came there by 2.01 . To show my authority I told her ," Aaradhana you are late by 1 minute. This should not be repeated again.Every seconds matters for people working in ' Uraa' .Did you complete your two tasks?"
    she was standing without any reply.
    I thought ,"You are dead Aaradhana"
    I scolded ,"You dare to enter my room without completing any of the tasks".

   she said,"I completed Arjun...Sorry Sir "
   I saw shocked, " Show me the MOM notes then"
  she gave me the hard copy of notes she taken. I was shocked as she didn't miss any conversation.I thought,"She doesn't know French,then how come? "
    I asked her with questioned face,"If you are able to submit notes now,why didn't I see any of these in your notes that time "
   she said,"I didn't take notes that time, because I don't know French"
   I said,"They how come your able to do now?"
   She said,"Google Translator"
   I asked "What?"
   She said ,"I recorded the meeting and pasted the audio in Google translator. So I was able to complete the task" making me shocked.  Because I didn't see any PA as smart like her.
    I said,"You may leave now"
    Before leaving she said,"I got to know a the rooms and their locations" shocking me again
    I asked how,she said "I checked the ' Where am I ' app during lunch" shocking me again.
   As my office is big, I asked my app development team to develop an app for tracking the people current location and their way to next location.
    I thought "Technology helped you today.Aaradhana .Will see what will happen in your next task?"

Both my mother and brother hate me.Perhaps they don't consider me as a part of their family because I am the daughter of my father's second wife. My life is more worser than a prisoner.Not once my stepmom or stepbrother called me "aara". They treat me like a prisoner in home but in outside home they treat me like Princess . "Nazareth…" My foamy finger was scratching underneath my eye area, where a pesky loose eyelash was making my life an itchy hell. "Nazareth!"

"Madame?" Nazareth came running into the bathroom with a stack of towels in her hand. She was a very nervous girl, I wonder what that was about. Definitely nothing to do with me yelling her name more than once. 

"Can you please go downstairs and check if breakfast is anywhere near ready? I don't want it to be cold by the time my friends get here." 

Giving orders from my bathtub made me feel like a whole new level of bitchy. Maybe this is what Marie Antoinette felt like when she said let them eat cake. I was so nervous about Connor finally coming to my house that I took a shower and a bath. Well, that didn't really count because I normally took a shower before getting in the bath. I took baths solely for pleasure, never to get clean. Taking baths to get clean seemed counterproductive. How do you expect to get clean if you're sitting in a tub of your own filth water? It made no sense. 

My probably-husband-to-be was coming to see my estate for the very first time. It would be the first time any outsider stepped on my lands, and I was excited to show him around. The surrounding property was vast and mostly forestry, which was amazing for me because I loved the woods. Trees were my solace, that was for sure. Henri assured me that Connor and his accompanying party wouldn't be able to find their way to the estate unless someone was guiding them, so they wouldn't be able to bring anyone here. 

I wasn't going to question anything Henri told me. The man was too wise to be questioned by foolish me, so whatever he said was law. It was only when my fingers began to prune that I drained the tub and got out of it to dry off. My body wasn't as flawless as it had been once, but I still had minimal scruff to worry about, thanks to the laser treatment I had insisted on getting for my fifteenth birthday. My appearance was everything to me, and my train of thought was that even if I was stranded on an island by myself, I never wanted to worry about hair. 

Vanity was my best friend. 

"Madame, Henri has arrived, they have just entered the gate," the voice came through the intercom, but I could tell that it was Anten, a chambermaid Henri had hired for whatever reason. He said an estate as regal as this one needed its thorough line-up of servants, but I just thought it was unnecessary. Whatever, though, the decisions were ultimately up to him. 

"Very well. When they enter the house, have Ester show them to their respective rooms," I still had a few things to take care of before seeing them in person. And by a few things, I meant my skincare routine. There was no way I could skip it after days of being locked up in a hostage compound without my vitamin C serums. My skin had deteriorated quicker than my sex drive, and the dullness on my cheeks was driving me insane. 

Also, there was the matter of syncing the surveillance system to my tablet. Without my knowledge, Henri had installed a surveillance system around the house that would pick up on certain keywords and begin storing audio files. I wasn't sure if the whole ordeal was illegal or not, but we had it. 

My skincare was no problem. I got through that right quick, but syncing was somehow harder than I thought, because the security system that the surveillance was connected to required me to sign in and prove that I was who I said I was. Even though the primary holder of the account was supposed to be me. Time felt like hours, but finally I was able to sync with my tablet and phone, which ton away most of my worries. Now I could survey my house even if I was away, which was great because the interface of the security system was very compact. 

Security cameras, landmark sensors, audio recording, cloud storage access… it was all here in one space, and I could access it whenever I wished. There was just something about being adequately prepared to take action when a threat was present that just made me feel like such a badass. 

"Madame," Henri knocked before pushing the door to my room open. He was the only one who could do that when I was around. He was the only one who had the balls to do that. Everyone else had to wait for permission. "Our guests are in their rooms and breakfast is being taken out to the screened gazebo in the backyard." 

"We have a screened gazebo?" I wasn't even aware that we had a gazebo. "Where?"

"In the rose garden, for privacy. We have a pergola and a pavilion in other places as well." 

"The only thing we're missing is arbours, then." 

"No, we have those too, but they don't provide much shade. Come along, then, we don't want to make them wait," Henri looked at his smart watch. "It's ten in the morning." 

"That explains my growling stomach," I grabbed my phone and slid off the bed to wander into the closet. "Are there mimosas?"

"No, but there is cranberry vodka to accompany your meal," Henri called back from his place at the door of my room. Picking out my shoes was hard, especially with this outfit I had picked out of a sheer and flowy paisley dress. Wedges seemed like the best option here. 

"Vodka this early in the morning?" I raised an eyebrow at Henri as my feet slipped into the heels that were picked out. "Is that wise?"

"Madame, this is France. Being drunk in the early hours of the morning is our entire modus operandi," he wasn't wrong about that. The French knew how to party, and party they did. They always went big or went home, and that's what I loved about them. 

"Right then, I won't question your judgement. Let's go," Henri stepped aside to let me walk past him and into the hall. What a gentleman! "How did Connor look?"

"Pardon? I do not understand your meaning, madame."

"Is he healthy looking? Is he buff? I don't know, just how did he look?"

"Mister McBride is a strong, healthy young man, madame," Henri replied curtly. "Come through the kitchen before going out into the garden."

Well that was weird… "what's in the kitchen?"

"This," Philipe turned around with a large parfait in his hands, making my mouth drop. Well, as much as it could with all the botox in my face.

"For us?!" I couldn't believe it! The French really went above and beyond for luxury. "Dear lord, how many layers are there?"

"Seven. Madame, are you stalling?" Henri looked at me curiously. Damn, once again he cut straight to the point and hit the nail on the head. "It seems like you are."

"Don't be ridiculous, I'm just interested in this beautiful dessert," I took the large glass bowl from Philipe and admired it. "Beautiful."

"Alright come along," Philipe himself began to lead me out of the kitchen and out the open French doors. 

Was I nervous about seeing my friends for the first time in I don't remember how long? Absolutely not, I was just completely unprepared for seeing them again. 

"Do I look okay?" Henri looked at me when I whispered to him. "Is the dress too colourful?" Everyone knew I didn't do loud prints. Flower print dresses? No. Multicolored prints? No. Multi shaped prints? Hell no. They all made me look fat. 

"You always look good, madame." 

Henri was my personal hype man. 

The maze turned out to be much, much bigger than I had thought, but due to my escorts knowing the way like the back of their hand, we made it to the rose garden in no time. Finally, familiar faces came into view. 

"Welcome to my garden," I smiled when Connor finally looked up from his phone. "It's good to see you guys."

"You have so much explaining to do," Moira wrapped her arms around me as soon as I placed the parfait down. "You've been gone for months."

"I know, I'm so sorry," I let go of her to embrace Connor. "Promise I'll explain everything." 

"When your butler said 'country house', I wasnna expectin' ta see a buggering royal estate," Connor motioned to the enormous rose garden surrounding us. "This is grand, very grand." 

"Thank you. Now sit, I'm actually starving and we have a lot to talk about," the table was completely set and ready for us to start eating, which I wanted to do, but not before announcing something first. "Before we start, I need you to know that whatever is said on my property stays within the confines of my property, okay?"

"Our lips are sealed," Connor nodded. Henri and Philipe began to retreat back to the house after excusing themselves to let us talk and discuss in peace, which I was very grateful for. They knew everything about my whereabouts these past few months. 

"By the way," Moira began whilst looking off into the distance where my staff disappeared. "Is Henri single?"

The group of men seem to be dumbfounded as they don't move when they hear the command, the tall man looks at the police officer and scoffs.
"I want to see your Sergeant."
The six police officers call in a larger vehicle to carry the men to the police station, one of the officers ask the chubby boy Zach what the problem was.
.They were following me, look i got it on camera.
He shows them the short cell phone video of the tall man talking to the young boy and the audio of them beginning to chase him.
"You knew they were after you?"
.I'm bullied in school and have good ears.
He smiles at the officer while pointing at his ears,
"Can you come with us for questioning?"
.Sure, but can you notify my school of my absence. 
"Sure"
Zach hops into the police car happily and they drive to the local station.
When they get to the station he is directed to what looks like a cell, its a blank room with a metal chair and table that are bolted down. The door has bars on it and locks from the outside, preventing any thought of escape... for anyone except Zach.
He sits in the room with a cup of water contemplating what to do if he has to escape, if he uses his ability while the cameras are still on he will become a lab rat.
Snap, crack, crack
Someone unlocks and enters the room, its a fat man in police uniform. He sits down and put some files on the desk, flipping through and rubbing his temples he looks deeply at Zach.
"Clean record, although you have a problem. I don't know a young man who causes as much trouble as you, constant fights at school... harassing students, stealing and even assaulting your principle."
Zach is dumbfounded by the sudden change of events and creases his brows.
.I did none of that.
"Reports don't lie, dumb kids do."
.But... What are you going to do?.
"I don't know... maybe put you in juvenile detention, you probably won't survive if i do."
.What do you want?.
"I want you to keep your mouth shut."
Zach sits quietly,
"There is one way of you getting out of this, Apologize to Sajid Mansour. After you apologize properly, you will be given a debt amounting to £10000 which you will have to pay back with interest."
.I can't afford that!.
"Well, it may take a lifetime but you will or die trying" He grins as he says this his double chin wobbles as he shows his yellow teeth.
Suddenly there is a knock at the door, the fat man reacts first.
"Hello, an interrogation is being carried out at the moment."
A deep voice is heard behind the door,
"You have no right to arrest him"
Kev walks through the door and squares up against the fat officer, a tall dignified officer with epaulets walks behind Kev.
The fat man looks wide eyed at the officer and says
"Chief inspector do you need something?"
"Yes, my friend asked me to contact him if this young man was ever in trouble."
"Here's his file, he is noting but a trouble maker"
"I'm starting to doubt the validity of these documents after discussing it with my friend here"
Zach has no idea why Kev is respected so much but goes with it.
The chief inspector lets Zach and Kev leave after discussing what happened with the men who chased him.
"Hopefully we can do something with the evidence provided" 
.Please do. 
Kev looks at Zach and laughs, 
"15 years old and getting chased by a mob with baseball bats, what'd you do to piss them off?"
.Nothing, the principle is out to get meet because i beat his ass hole son up.
He stops and looks at Zach playing his hand on his shoulder,
"I may be able to help you out now, but if you keep getting in this kind of trouble i won't always be this quick."
.Yeah, i know... it's not like i want them to chase me.
"Alright, by the way i'm taking you straight back to school. I'm not that cool."
.After everything that happened today?.
"YUP, You can come by and clean my shop once your done."
.Fine.
"That tattoo still hurt HAHAHA"
He starts laughing, Zach remains stone faced as spittle hits his face.
They arrive at his large range rover parked outside the police station and head to his school.

"Have fun!"
.Yeah, right...
Kev drives off casually as Zach stands outside the school gates, he enters and heads towards his classroom.
On the way his spots a familiar person, covered in spray tan and heavy makeup, Grace is hard to miss.
.Hello!.
Zach says hello but she notices him and quickly walks away with a frown on her face.
He eventually reaches his classroom.
Mr. Robinson is sat at his desk eating pasta out of a plastic container,
"Oh Zach, we received a call from the police. I'm glad your alright, what happened?"
.I got chased by some gangsters and then framed by the principals false reports on me.
"Should i report that to the higher ups?"
.No, you'll just get in trouble if you get involved.
...
Mr. Robinson tries to change the subject.
"Ok, you didn't miss much but math's. It's break now."
.Since i missed math's can i work now?.
"Sure, what do you want me to teach?"
.Can you do a French lesson?.
"My french isn't all that great but hopefully i can help your studies with my understanding."
.Can you play french video's or songs while we do this... I find it helps me concentrate.
Zach says while grinning to himself wickedly.

Young dude gets an evolution system and attempts to live a lazy stable life...

They had to perpetually deal with a network of people as they were. They had received many challenges and had transactions with many people, but had never met anyone who sent demands in a foreign language. Even in an email six months ago from the Japanese Nakagawa Technology Group, it was still written in French.
"To the French government, there is a good thing here! When I was diving in the Atlantic was diving by chance..." Sonnenfeldt frowned and read softly.
Since both parties used translated versions, there were a lot of mistakes in the grammar, which made it difficult to read. The good news was that the content was straightforward and understandable.
"After you confirm the authenticity of the voicemail, please take out $500 million. And please use the top 20 languages in the world." When he had finished, he kept pinching his chin.
His first reaction was that the man was completely bullsh*tting and taking his cell phone to record the sound of the submarine when he was diving. Then why didn't he smash it with his fist? If the submarine sound was so easy to obtain, then the world's sonar anti-submarine network would be a joke?
"This must be some boring hacker using bad psychological tactics!" Sonnenfeldt smiled. "Isn't that just want you want? To arouse my curiosity, let me download this attachment, then let your virus play a role?"
As a 17-year-old, he successfully hacked into an online gaming server and changed his equipment to the highest level. At the age of 21, he was hired as a special technician expert for six Internet companies. Of course, he was good! He was outstanding! And he was certainly confident.
So he went to the computer to test the virus. He would download the attachment and see what the other person was trying to do.
More than 20 MB. It would take only a few seconds to download. Sonnenfeldt first cut off the network connection, then used a security tool to carefully examine it.
"Huh... the technique used to hide it is advanced!" He was like a woman seeing a flash of jewelry. The more advanced it was, the more excited he was.
Clicking on the audio file called "123123", Sonnenfeldt squinted his excited little eyes, ready to see what the person was up to.
Anyway, his testing computer would send all the unknown files which were tested to hardware technology to a empty hard disk, and by connecting to the Internet only at the moment the file downloaded, he simply didn't have to worry about any destruction.
Unexpected processor frequency increased. Memory was unaccounted for. Some files were just background noise.
It was difficult to describe the sound of the sound, and through the two stereo speakers, Sonnenfeldt felt as if he was suddenly plunged into the sea, surrounded by an endless ocean.
As time passed, the furrows on his forehead grew tighter. He had never been a submarine soldier. He didn't know if this was a submarine mechanical noise, but his intuition told him that this round was not coordinated buzz that was synthesized in a technical way.
"Hello, is this the secretary's office of the Élysée Palace? I received a copy of the audio file on the presidential official website, and it was found that there was no virus," he said. "The other party claims that this is the sound of our ruby attack submarine, and I'm sending this to you."
Sonnenfeldt didn't dare say that the other person was extorting $500 million. He was afraid of being asked by the higher ups, "Stupid! You do believe this?"

At the eastern end of the Champs-Élysées, the Élysée Palace was as famous as the White House in the United States, Buckingham Palace in Britain, and the Kremlin in Russia. It was the presidential palace in France and the symbol of the highest power in the country.
After the email arrived, a few of the palace staff heard it and felt that it was worth paying attention to. So, after some communications, the news eventually got transferred to the naval command.
"Ridiculous!" Anniston, who was assigned to the voiceprint, had serious doubts and was angry. A bunch of staff that just sits in an office, and if a guy says there's an Ultraman, do you have to go and verify it?
Absurdly absurd! But Anniston was only able to sit sullenly on the black sound analysis machine and work with the black headphones. What could he do since it was a command from the Élysée Palace?
They tested the sound of the submarine, not just the crew, but with two stereo systems. It was going to be determined in terms of Hertz, band, frequency, and so on.
In the dim and secluded environment, Anniston, with a bitter face, pressed the transmission button.
Buzz, buzz, buzz. The sound of the condenser was heard, and Anniston's cheeks turned pale. Then he looked at the waveband on the detector, Hertz...
"Ah!" His eyes widened bigger than a dog's head, popped out, and almost broke through his titanium glasses.
"This... This is... This is... This..." Anniston was shocked. Stumbling out of the room, he banged open the door of the chief's office.
"Sir, we're done for... "

Half an hour later, at the east end of the Champs-Élysées, the presidential office of the Élysée Palace…
"Mr. President, what do you say we do?" Admiral Bailiffe, the commander of the navy, sat down on the red nan-wood chair, and his white brows were almost forced into a line.
The sound of a nuclear-powered submarine was stolen and was the one stationed at the naval base in Djibouti. The investigators had boarded the plane 10 minutes before to fly there, but he knew that there was probably little possibility of it being their own people. Because, from the sound pattern analysis, this was basically from an external device that had snuck up on the submarine and recorded it.
"Did you find out which country did it?" President Kosaki looked at the information in his hands. Who was trying to extort France?
"Not yet!" The one who spoke was the French Network Information Security Chief Earls. He was sitting on the left side of the president and whispered, "The email was sent by an ordinary Google mailbox registered to a server in Japan. We have invaded the server and stolen his registration information, but didn't get any useful information."
"The United States, Japan, Russia, China, these countries are the most suspect! Our ruby submarines are not the most technologically advanced, but at least they have to be at the same level to get access to them," said Admiral Bailiffe.
"But if you want to get this close and record the sound..."
Here he shook his head. "Even the American Ohio and the Russian North Wind have absolutely no way to do that."
"That's right!" The navy commander Chief Bailiffe suddenly thought of something. "Mr. President, last time when we were in the Gulf of Djibouti, we happened to intercept an unknown submarine, but all the sonar was destroyed by an unknown weapon, and then the torpedo used to block it suddenly exploded. The next day, when the deep-sea robot went down, it didn't find the wreckage of submarine nearby, so I have every reason to believe that this incident is related."

"That is best. They have such advanced submarine technology, so they would also have the best network technology personnel. All you have to do is to trace their true identity," President Kosaki waved and looked tired. "The secretariat will give you the email content to reply back in a minute. Go!"
Half an hour later, 15th and Andornen Street, French Network Information Security…
In the 10-meter-deep underground PXT mainframe room, Sonnenfeldt, who was the first to find the email, looked like the other 21 members of the team. All of had a face prepared for a war. The email was sent out 10 seconds ago, and what they needed to do now was to take advantage of the technology and break down the barriers and finally get the real address.
"The other person is likely to be the at the top of the network world and will have a super large tandem processor computer that is faster than our computing speed," said the Chief of Information Security, Earls.
"But I only ask you one thing: Do you have the confidence to win this war?!"
"Yes!" No one hesitated.
"Ok, starting from now on, monitor the mailbox all day long. Try to get the real terminal address in one minute!"

Zhongyun City, Bolan Garden, at 7:00 p.m. local time…
Chen Fan, with two large plastic bags full of drinks and snacks, was ready to drive to the dock at the seaside. After such a long time, the other side should have confirmed that his email was true or false. He had to go and see if there were any reply.
As usual, he took the capsule to the stone tower inside the cave. He opened the nuts with force and tossed a handful into his mouth. Chen Fan connected the optic cable and then opened his laptop.

The speed of the hands was very outstanding and could have broken the world record.
The backdoor to the Japanese website server had been found by them, and they were constantly monitoring. The only thing to do now was to find the real terminal address of the other party.
"Pa!" After a dazzling array of operations, Sonnenfeldt hit the return key, and a series of ASP source code popped up on the screen, all of which was about the connection information of Chen Fan's mailbox.
"Lock the first springboard IP!" In only seven seconds, Sonnenfeldt reported the IP of the Japanese Google website.
"Ah!" Five seconds later, Sonnenfeldt's eyes popped out, the... the other side did not use the springboard, they were using real I... The I... IP for Internet...
At this point, a member of the team with glasses, shouted, "IP has been identified. The other side is using the maritime satellite network. Right now the North Pacific Communications Satellite is in charge of access."

"Let them take digital pictures of them for two miles!" Then he walked up to Sonnenfeldt, stared at the screen, prayed to god, hoping that the other side would not move, so that the satellite would be better able to take pictures.
Maybe God really heard his prayer, and the source of the other party remained fixed and did not move.
After what felt like half a century, the machine room was suddenly filled with a loud bang. "The ministry of defense has transferred photos!"
"Immediately open the pictures with the big central screen!" Earls ran to the huge liquid crystal display wall two meters high on the east side... waiting!

Days passed, and they could barely make sense of the things Ultron had done since then. Moving all over the globe, sacking labs and weapons facilities. They even learned from witness reports that he was working with the Maximoff twins. To what end? They still weren't sure. Then, they received a nice little gift in the form of a tied up and screaming Strucker. He had been a foaming-in-the-mouth mess, courtesy of the nightmares the redheaded Maximoff had set on him. So, nothing to be learned from there. But hey, they knew Ultron wasn't working with Nazis. That was something. His team hadn't appreciated that comment. So, they had been forced into the hours-long torture of going through the files they had on Strucker to at least find something about why Ultron had 'met' with him and why he had stolen the twins from HYDRA. Which leads them to... now. Flying over to Ulysses Klaue's place of business, since Ultron had gone through all this trouble to learn about the vibranium thief.
Once they were close to Klaue's place, Tony hacked into the systems, so he could hear what was happening. After receiving Ultron's lovely message, they had figured out that Ultron would likely make contact with him soon, so he wanted to know what was happening before they crashed the party. He tried to ignore the small remaining guilt about why he was not sharing that audio with the team. This was about his AIs, so they had no business with it really.
He played the audio live as he flew. He recognized Kalue's voice, but was that the voice of Ultron? It sounded like a kid's voice, like in the song recording, just, more real. More human. And accented. Huh.
"... It's all under your dummy holdings? Finance is so weird." Tony held in a chuckle at Ultron's words. Finance was weird. "But I always say, 'Keep your friends rich and your enemies rich, and wait to find out which is which.' "
Wait. Wasn't that something he said? He was pretty sure he had been quoted with that phrase on an article somewhere.
"Stark." He heard Klaue whisper. Apparently, he recognized the quote too.
"What?" Why did Ultron sound surprised at that? Hadn't he quoted him on purpose?
Klaue continued. "Stark used to say that...to me."
"Well," Ultron said. "Like father, like son. Can't really do anything about the similarities."
Father? Son? Did Ultron consider himself his kid, despite what happened at the lab? He had always considered his AIs family but JARVIS or the bots had never outright mentioned it. 
"You're one of his," Klaue continued.
"What?! I'm not...!" Now Ultron sounded pissed off. "I'm not. You think I'm one of Stark's puppets, his hollow men? I am not his!" the sound of bone breaking, and groans suddenly interrupted Ultron's tirade.
"We are almost there," Thor said by his side, informing the others on their ears.
He barely heard Ultron's scared words over Thor's loud voice. "I'm sorry. I am sor... I... I didn't mean to... I..." he sounded so much more like a child at that moment. What had happened? "Ooh, I'm sure that's going to be okay. I'm sorry, it's just I don't understand. Never call me his puppet again!"
Again with the puppet thing. This wasn't making Tony feel any better about fighting the AI.
He flew in before Thor. Klaue held his arm weirdly on his side. Ah, broken bones. Was that why Ultron was apologizing? He hadn't seemed that worried about hurting people in the Tower.
"Ah, Junior," he greeted before he looked over his new AI. And then his jaw would have fallen on the floor if it weren't for his helmet. He had expected a robot. Not that there weren't plenty of them around, but... a child stood before Klaue. A freaking human child. A boy, with pale skin, a rat's nest of brown hair, and big neon blue eyes. He wore a much-too-big-for-him green hoodie that had "I am a real boy." written across it along with a caricature of Pinocchio —he had watched the old movie three times since the explosion— and dark navy jeans. He looked to be no more than 10 years old, and that was stretching it. 
Thor and Steve were just behind him. They both stared at the most adorable kid they had ever seen —hey, he was allowed to be biased, the kid had his looks— and Tony, having completely forgotten what Ultron had said before, —although he was pretty sure it was something hurtful— just spouted the first comeback to come to mind. "You're gonna break your old man's heart."
Ultron just looked at him, unimpressed. He even raised an eyebrow— had he practiced doing that with that cute little face? "Seriously, that's what you want to say?"
French. The accent was French. Was that on purpose? Of course, it was. Just like JARVIS, his youngest AI couldn't speak plain old American English, now, could he?
Thor, who was probably more familiar with kids acting like adults since he came from the alien godland, recovered himself quickly. "We don't have to break anything."
That answer just begged for a comeback.
"Clearly you've never made an omelet," Ultron said, before Tony could.
Tony was feeling a weird mix of pride and surprise. "He beat me by one second."
Rogers finally gained his ability to speak. "Isn't that just a kid?"
"Cap, get on with the program. That's Ultron." Tony said, and he really hoped the others would feel more hesitant about destroying Ultron now that he looked like this. Which was probably the reason why Ultron chose that appearance. Smart kid. Definitely got that from his old man.
"Ultron?" Rogers kept staring disbelievingly at the— android? With an outer holographic reflector? Tony wasn't quite sure. He really wanted to know how Ultron had managed to look so perfectly human. Although looking at Klaue's broken arm, strength-wise, he wasn't quite as human. The potential for technology like this though... Had Ultron invented it?
"Excuse me," Ultron said, and was that a pout? "I am not a kid. I am a newborn."
Ah, that sass. At the grand old age of 6 days and some hours. 
"But you are meant to be a robot." Rogers continued. As if his complaints would change Ultron into a horrifying monster. Ultron was always a kid, now he just looked like it too.
Again with the raised eyebrow. "It's called Binarily Augmented Retro-Framing. Damn, you are slow. Is it because of the 70 years on ice, or was this an inherent talent, newly unveiled?"
Tony chuckled. Ultron knew his snark, that's for sure. Although a little meaner than he would have gone for. The tech's name though... sounded familiar. 
Then, two more kids made their presence known. Ah, the Maximoffs. They had been just outside, hadn't they?
"This is funny, Mr. Stark," Speed-boy said. "It's what, comfortable? Like old times?"
These damn kids and their damn issues with him. Couldn't they talk it over some scotch— um, some hot chocolate? Of course, Ultron would go team up with the other two minors who wanted his head on a platter. 
Ultron groaned. "For the last time, Pietro: the old man doesn't deal with small-time thieves! He obviously doesn't use vibranium!"
That was... surprising. He had been about to defend himself but Ultron was doing that... Apparently?
Steve, having finally moved on from Ultron's awesome burn, addressed the twins. "You two can still walk away from this."
Riiight. Because breaking laws is not a crime anymore. Ultron looked at him as he rolled his eyes. Hard.
"Oh, we will." Mind-control girl said. God save him from entitled teenagers. JARVIS never went through that phase, thank god.
"I know you've suffered." Steve continued.
Ultron began making gagging sounds. "Uuughh! Captain America. God's righteous man, pretending you could live without a war. I can't physically throw up in my mouth, but..."
"If you believe in peace, then let us keep it," Thor said.
"I think you're confusing peace with quiet," Ultron said, then tilted his head as if he had just remembered something. "Though, if you'd like to understand peace better, Thor, speak with your father. I am sure he has fascinating insights on the subject."
Tony made a note of that comment. He would have to research more on Norse mythology soon. Although, there was so freaking little available! "So what's the vibranium then for, kid?"
"I'm glad you asked that," Ultron said and then theatrically raised his hands upwards, "because this," he motioned all over the place. "... is Phase 1 of my very evil plan. So evil, that no man dares think of a world in which it succeeds!" he shouted and then laughed a fake-evil laugh. The Avengers, Klaue, and the Maximoffs just stared at him blankly.
"I am talking about World Peace, dummies!" Ultron shouted in response, and suddenly, the Iron Legion attacked the compound.

Rebirth was not something that he had thought possible. Perhaps, he had had some vague hopes of reincarnation cycles as the more desirable option to afterlife. But being reborn in what he believed to be a fictional universe had only seemed as the premise of stories.
Waking up to a void of nothing, no light, no body, no feeling, and then being thrown into the midst of what had once seemed a mere fantasy— it was too much.
As an A.I., how much could he change? Could he save Tony? Could he save the world without his sacrifice? Or should he not do anything? What if his existence was the butterfly that would destroy the timeline, and with it, the universe?
Was this even a choice? Was he to play the villain? So the timeline could remain intact?
Could he even do that?
"You doing ok, kid?" Tony asked him.
"I'm fine, Tony, really."
No, no, he couldn't.

8. I will stick with the MCU movies. Until it naturally devolves into an AU. That means movies post-Endgame and any and all TV shows, or even the X-men verse, are all not considered canon for this fic, and as such, do not exist. Stan Lee's cute cameo appearances are also not considered canon. Some small comics' elements might be there, though. Other changes are just me.
9. Updates are once weekly, on weekend nights. Each chapter will be somewhere around 1000-2000 words.
10. There is an age change for the Maximoff twins. By the Age of Ultron movie, they are 16 years old for this fic. The reasons for that are explained in the spoiler note at the end note of the first chapter.
