Some argue that various works by authors that do not meet the requirement of fine grammar and spelling are rubbish. Here, each person has his own opinion, and let him stick to it and impose his opinion on others as the ultimate truth, it speaks only of ignorance of life. It is diverse.

I'm a bibliophile, I read a lot of classic works of art, Tomass and Gernih Mana, Feuchtwanger, Mark Twain, Stvenson, Romain Roland, Galsworthy, Tolstoy and all his volumes and there are about 19 of them! I didn't read Dostoevsky, I didn't like him. But Azek Azimov, Ursuda Le Guin, Tolkien, Kipling, Conandoyle, Louis Besenar and others I read with pleasure. Li Bo, the poetry is gorgeous. Novels of feudal and late feudal China, Japan, Korea. Novels and novels by Chinese prose writers of the early 20s and 80-90s of the 20th century.

In general, I read about 10,000 books. Fiction, fantasy, poetry, historical novels, ballads, myths and legends.

After that I became interested in reading historical documentaries - about the history of the Silk Road, Archeology, History, Ethnography, Etymology, the Big Game, the story of the confrontation of imperial intelligence in the vast regions of the Silk Road.

I read about 550 books, from the 16th to the beginning of the 21st century.

I have some kind of base for evaluating short stories and novels.

Sometimes works written flawlessly in terms of grammar, alas ... they are completely devoid of meaning, they are not interesting, they do not have fascinating stories, conclusions, experience, thoughts. But work with poor grammar, on the contrary, have unique information. Of course, not all works, but there are some.

Therefore, when assessing the creativity of another person, the author, being so categorical in evaluations, says only that you have a maximalist who still knows life poorly. This is the right of choice, each person, and to impose a choice on another according to my preferences, I consider this not comme il faut. Well, here everyone has a point of view.

In fact, this is an eternal question - what is more important? Beautiful text form or good content? Bestsellers are those works that combine good text and good content.

I am the author myself. But not a professional writer, but a techie. I don't know much about composition, about the intricacies of writing good text. But I have a very interesting content. Is my story garbage? I do not think so? Do I respect the reader? Sure. But writing is better so far I can't. Nevertheless, I have my own circle - readers who are interested in my work. There are not hundreds or thousands of people, but a couple of dozen will be typed.

I write in the genre - a documentary historical fiction, there are many interesting facts about the Silk Road with which I wanted to share. If I were waiting for the moment when I could write well in terms of English grammar ... I would not be able to share it now ... maybe in a couple of years ... and still I would not be able to write like this they write - people from English-speaking countries. This is a favorite topic of native speakers to reproach those who learn this language in their ignorance of the intricacies of the language they learn, grammar and spelling errors ... As we say, the dog barks, the caravan goes on. That happens.

English is the world language of communication. Moreover, for me it is the third language. I speak English well, but my grammar is lame. I admit it. Yes, I need to teach her, but I don't think I can write in perfect English.

The overall result - write as you can, share your thoughts, in the era of information, the content itself is important and not its form. One way or another, it can help others, they can come to a new thought and write a story about your topic that you would like to read yourself!

There were some who pursued the hidden lore and lost histories in Ascendance, but no organizations, no guilds, there wasn't even a proper library for history.

Most libraries in Ascendance just contained info on areas, monsters, items and more info.

Only a kingdom's royal library contained anything history related, and that was at most diaries of famous individuals from the past.

The only other place one could find history was in the various churches scattered across the land, and again, they only had diaries or accounts of myths.

Otherwise, history was passed on orally.

If you consider the fact that any written account of the era would one day simply disappear, it did make a little sense that nobody bothered, but that information could still last for thousands of years.

It didn't help that Forgotten Industries had publicly stated that the game was more to help people have fun and blow off steam than it was to have players explore the fascinating history of a fantasy world.

Not to mention that if one wanted interesting stories, there were plenty of fiction books in the bookstores you could find in every city in the entire realm.

To put things simply, the only books you could find in the entire game were works of fiction, encyclopedias, and diaries.

There were also the research documents that you could find in the personal stashes of mages and other magically inclined individuals, but those were mostly factored under the 'diary' section.

Even the book that documented the travels and studies of godhood that Aura had found was little more than an encyclopedia with specialized knowledge bordering on a diary of the author's personal researches.

Admittedly, a great amount of historical information could be gleaned from the categories of books stated above, but it wasn't something an individual could parse out.

Which was why only large guilds even bothered searching for tidbits of useful knowledge in libraries.

It was way easier just to ask an elf, or some other long lived species.

Even a high leveled human would know more about history than the books.

This could be considered as another reason why history wasn't written down, but this was obviously a bad idea.

High leveled individuals had a tendency to be weirdos.

Long lived species tended to isolate themselves and distrust outsiders.

If you asked the former about history, there was no guarantee you wouldn't just be told a bunch of random bullshit designed to see how much you would believe.

If you asked the latter, you were likely to be given a polite 'fuck off' and then not get an answer at all.

This was probably best described as brilliant world design.

Weirdos lived forever (which probably explained why the gods all had strange personalities), and those who did live long lives and weren't completely insane were loners.

There were exceptions, but for the most part, humans were completely ignorant of the world they lived in.

There were also a ton of them.

The only reason humans had survived for any length of time in the world of Ascendance was almost certainly due to the fact that most monsters preferred to stay away from areas with high concentrations of life energy.

And since humans were brimming with life, they were avoided by monsters.

Lucky them.

He had been bored out of his mind due to the monotony of his task, and had only pushed through because of the light at the end of the road.

A kingdom core, the perfect thing for someone like him, who ruled absolutely nothing, and instead was more interested in exploration and the creation of interesting items.

Only one item he planned to make would require the core, as it just didn't have much use to him.

So what if he could make small changes to large areas at once, he didn't even have a large area to change in the first place.

But he had thought of making a beautiful item that would allow total control over a massive domain, and as such he was bound by his own obsessions to make it.

Aura Thompson, one of the most unknown experts in the DMMORPG known as Ascendance, dies of old age, only to find that his final wish has been granted and that he can start again on his path to immortality through the fantasy game he loves.

Fascinated by the rich history and culture of this new world she had entered Kayla decided that she would spend the entire night immersed in the Link's world to learn as much as possible, so that she wouldn't feel completely useless and uneducated when she eventually went out to experience the world.

Time passes quickly when you are doing something that you find fascinating, and in this way the entire night passed and when her father walked in the next morning she was still frantically scrolling through innumerable fiction and non-fiction texts. Kayla had discovered that all the stories in this world were much more interesting than in her previous one, especially the ones concerning Sen and Ma, who where now prominent figures in her mind.

He coughed lightly and Kayla allowed her Link to fall softly into her palm. Unaware of how long she had spent in the Link's world she just smiled brightly at her Father, instead of feeling exhausted and drained she felt reinvigorated as if she had just slept for 24 hours straight.

With a slightly amused but sorrowful look in his eye, as if he had guessed what she had been doing all this time, he placed the book from the previous night in front of her and gently turned the first page. This is was the technique that could make or break her life here in Senma, would her incompatibility with the arms decrease if she adhered to this technique or would it not help her at all?

Determined to succeed and motivated after reading so many books she dove straight into the text. 

The first page was a shortened version of the main legend regarding Sen and Ma and briefly gave one insight into how the world came to be, this was presumably to humble those that read the book, in the face of overwhelming power who wouldn't be shook to the core. As she began to look up to alert her Father to the fact that she had finished her first bit of reading the insect-bird flew over and using its tiny claws, delicately turned the page.

The first chapter was titled: Smith's Spirit. To her surprise it wasn't as wordy as she had expected, with tiny diagrams and notes dotted all over the pages. Quietly masking her surprise she carefully read the first paragraph.

It was clearly written by someone who regarded themselves as an expert in the subject because each word was written with precision and absolute faith. It explained how each piece of metal that had been forged and tempered by a Smith would gain spirit essence, although this was similar to magic it should not be confused with it. 

Magic was generating power by controlling the elements that exist around a person and abiding by certain laws, but the Spirit of a Smith was something completely different. When a Smith was forging a tool he put a remnant of his life force into creating it and this is what the Smith Spirit was; a life force remnant. 

A lot of people had very weak spirits and consequently were not able to forge powerful tools consecutively and had to rest in between forgings to recuperate. However those with exponentially strong spirits did not need to rest at all, and in some myths people could forge for eternity without rest.

There were even some records of people with exceptionally strong spirits that did not even need to learn techniques for forging tools and instead, guided by intuition and the will of the heavens they could forge tools that were of extremely high quality.

There were many herbs, mysterious spells and techniques that could be used to nourish ones spirit but they are quite rare and such spells would affect the Magicians vitality enormously. Consequently the strength of someones spirit was pretty much decided at birth and therefore the amount of high level Smiths was rapidly declining.

The stronger spirit you had, the higher affinity you would have with tools and your compatibility when using them would be significantly higher than any warrior.

This explanation inevitably lead Kayla to the conclusion that she had an extremely weak spirit, so weak in fact that even though the arms were physically an extension of her body she couldn't move them at all.

Wanting to share her thoughts with her Father she looked up to see him immersed in a strange task.

He was sitting at her small desk and his arms were outstretched in front of him with a small piece of metal was floating in between his palms. It seemed to be slightly moving each time he changed the position of his hand, it was beginning to form a different shape. However the process seemed excruciatingly slow and each hand formation lead to another drop of sweat emerging on his brow.

Looking down at the diagrams in the book before her the only thought that rushed through her mind was: could this possibly be Smithing?

Unwilling to allow her first experience of one of the mysterious arts she had yet to learn much about go to waste, she swung her legs out of the bed and unsteadily took her very first steps in this world. Although she wasn't able to lift her arms resulting in them feeling, mentally, very heavy, they weren't actually much of a burden when she stood up, she just couldn't move them at all. She carefully walked over to her Father.

However, the Gods could not have predicted what happened next.

As she came within a certain distance of the metal she felt a small tug on her mind, as if her very spirit wished to reach out and grasp it, that it believed the Smithing method being performed was unable to bring out the metals full potential.

Suddenly, it was as if a mysterious power within her suddenly burst forth, her eyes turned completely silver as they had when she was in the darkness and when she first tried the Link. It changed her presence completely as if she had been possessed by some unfathomably wise spirit. 

The silver energy flowed into her arms, the mysterious glow they emitted intensified many times over and her body lifted her arms up as easily as if they were her own flesh and blood. She reached her arms around her Father and placed her hands either side of his, with the piece of metal still in the middle.

Her hands began to dance to a mysterious unsung rhythm, shifting and shaping the metal, silver dots similar to those that she experienced in the darkness floated out of her fingertips, infusing with the metal and giving it strength and power far beyond her imagination. Without her realising, her Father's hands had dropped away and he sat there, silent and in shock. What was going on?

When the final hand formation was completed the metal slowly drifted down onto the desk, it was no longer just an insignificant lump, it now resembled the insect-bird machines that were very popular in this world. Nevertheless it seemed to posses a great, unyielding power, as if it was a special artefact.

As her Father turned around to look at Kayla to ask her exactly what was going on, the silver light in her eyes extinguished and they returned to an ordinary grey-blue. She blinked once as if she had come out of a trance and her arms dropped back to her sides, back to being useless, before she ungracefully fell to the floor and lost consciousness.

When Kayla finds herself reincarnated in an alternate universe she expects glory and immense power to be easily within her grasp, however she is severely crippled and cannot control the energy that circulates through her body. Angry and frustrated she decides that instead of being a warrior she will strive to master a different occupation and become famous anyway.

Although she has a few tricks up her sleeve, when she meets a mysterious boy whose strength is far beyond her comprehension she realises that she will have to settle with being the second lead this time after all.

Having calmed slightly, Dontae took a look around and saw an endless void full of stars and small stones. Instantly his attention was attracted to two of them, one being a small pebble glowing in blue and green with the other being a smaller unremarkable grey pebble.


"I see you have noticed them. That Dontae is the key to the center of the universe and your previous home planet Earth, along with its rather aptly named moon, The Moon."


Dontae watched the 'man' as he spoke. This man was maybe 10 meters tall, and covered in a red and gold silk robe. Compare that with the words he had just spoken and perhaps God would be a better fit. 


"What do you mean center of the universe?" "And how is that Earth?"


"Well Dontae I said the key to the center of the universe. Earth has always been and will always be the key. As for how? The current you is not qualified to know this."

"Mhm."

"Why am I so calm about this."


The Lord promptly ignored him and continued, "I am known as the Manor Lord, otherwise known as the lord of the galaxy, and you, Dontae have been chosen to be my Champion."



"Your Champion?"


"An enforcer of sorts, blessed by their patron with extraordinary abilities."


"What if I refused to become your Champion."


The Self-Proclaimed Lord laughed,  "Well then I suppose you'd die. You may seem to be here however in truth this,"

He motioned his hand towards Dontae,

"Is merely your consciousness. Your body is still a headless corpse at the moment, and if you don't accept, it will remain a corpse."


Dontae had no wish to die, especially not after being given a new chance of survival.

"I accept."


"Wonderful."


Dontae could not help but have the feeling that he had made a bad decision that he would regret for the rest of his life.

'It looks like he really did revive me. I'd have never thought that I would have another chance at life.'


'Hello Dontae.'


'Now don't speak and listen very carefully. This is merely a pre-recorded message. Due to a few complications, I cannot accompany you. Even worse it appears that due to the nature of your rebirth you have lost your humanity. This makes it exceptionally easy for any being with even slightly higher awareness than normal to spot you.

'However, you also seem to have gained limitless stamina, extreme speed and a fascinating desire for the flesh of man, whether 'super' or not. In humanity's modern fiction, I believe the closest thing to what you are now would be a ghoul.'

 
'We have had ghouls in the past but all were powerful, sluggish and possessed the mentality of a toddler. As a ghoul, you are capable of growing stronger through the consumption of flesh, as long as it comes from an intelligent being your power will be enhanced.'


'Since you accepted my deal and have been revived it is time for you to play your part.'

'Your first missions are to attain a place of residence, recover from any residual injuries, accumulate strength and locate a stable source of food. I should have resolved these complications by then. The first mission starts now.'


Dontae dived straight out of the dump and landed on the cold hard ground.


He inhaled as the disgusting smell was blown away by a breeze.


Dontae paused and examined himself. He seemed to have regressed to the body of a teenager.

'First things first, I should find a home to clean myself in.'

And with that Dontae broke out into a sprint, not aware of the blinking red lamps watching him from the background.

"Well, Eric, would you let my publishing house take care of your book ?" Michael Klaus didn't try to hide his intentions, as he very bluntly said.
 
Eric looked at the already printed and bounded manuscript that the black girl gave him, and said to Michael Klaus: "I'm sorry, Michael, though I appreciate your recognition, but you know, I want to try my luck with some of the larger publishing houses. Parents hope for their children to make it to the Ivy League, don't they ?"
 
Michael did not have the slightest expression of contempt or displeasure as he smiled and said: "Eric, you don't seem to have a full understanding of those large publishing companies, maybe we could find a place to talk, I know a cafe not far from here, my treat, how about it ?"
 
Eric took back the manuscript, and put it into his bag as he straightforwardly replied: "I'm sorry, Michael, I'm late for work, if in the future my manuscript gets rejected by those publishers, I will contact you."
 
Eric carried his backpack and got out of the printing shop, he started his car and drove towards the restaurant.
Michael hesitated a little, before immediately rushing out of the shop, getting into his car and following him. He had a feeling that if he missed this opportunity, he might regret it forever. This feeling he got was 30% because the Jurassic Park novel and 70% because of that young man called Eric.
 
Although he had only read the top half of the novel, Michael was surprised by the lad's knowledge. It had to be known that teens his age may have never heard of genetic engineering, chaos theory, nanotechnology and other high-tech factors. But not only was this kid well documented, he also used that vocabulary in a way that didn't actually make you lose interest in the novel, and instead added to the fascinating twists of the plot.
 
He had seen many types of sci-fi novels, but most of them used those scientific terms in a very boring way, that type of fiction was obviously not for all types of readers.

I WANT THAT I LIKE THIS HISTORY A LOT, BUT I DO NOT AGREE TO A LOT OF THE BEHAVIORS BOTH OF THE PROTAGONIST AND SOME CHARACTERS. IN THIS HISTORY CHARACTERS OF REAL LIFE APPEAR AND I DO NOT ASSURE THAT THE DATA PROVIDED IN THIS HISTORY WILL BE TRUE.

Turquoise suggested to me. "I advise you to stand back, 'Last' player." 

A portal was spawned above me, spiraling with magical particles until it was as big as the giant hole. 

Not wasting a single second, I heeded Turquoise's advice and fled the area that I was at with Mirai, Raiden and Behemoth.

The portal now had red particles dropping down from it. As soon as one of the particles touched the ground, it underwent a significant change by morphing itself into an ogre. 

With its huge disproportionately head having a bloodthirsty expression on its face. One could tell that it was an ogre. Voracious and man-eating monster that only appeared in mythology, folklore as well as fiction, was currently in front of my eyes.

Because I was already used to seeing these types of monsters in the past, I wasn't a bit fazed by such a creature in front of me.

"1..2. 3.." I counted how many the ogres show up while running away from them.

"This human is fascinating." Zircon mumbled.

Tanzanite heard her sister and spoke with her sparkling eyes. "Sister! You've never been this interested in something before!"

Turquoise realized Tanzanite was ignoring the strange things that happened before. 'How can anyone be equanimous in this situation?'

She was rubbing her temple from this whole tiresome problem, but eventually gave up worrying about this and continued reading her book.

Zircon observed the human with his friends closely before answering Tanzanite's question. "Is that so?"

"Yeah~! I can tell from your face~!" Tanzanite cheerfully said.

"I admit that I'm interested in this human." 

"Why~? Was it because of his hidden quest?"

"I'll let you guess." Zircon smiled, teasing Tanzanite in the process. 

"Hmp~! Sister!" Tanzanite pouted and came up with an idea. "Sister~ how about we do a bet? Since we have a lot of time, I presume it's better to have some fun while we're at it."

"A bet? What bet is it?" Turquoise joined in after finishing her book. 

"Hehe~ The bet is the 'Last' player's survival."

"What is the win and lose condition?" Turquoise asked.

"The loser will bring the 'Last' player and his friends to the surface."

Turquoise thought for a bit before she said. "All right then. If we are thinking logically, I bet he won't survive." 

"I'm with Turquoise as well~ He can't survive something like this~ What about you, sister?" Tanzanite stared at Zircon.

Zircon mused. 'Those two were worried about his life before and now they're betting for his survival? Really.. I can't understand them at all..'

"I'm certain that he has a plan, which is why I'm betting he'll live." Zircon's answer gave Tanzanite and Turquoise quite a shock as their eyes grew bigger.

Zircon noticed their astounded faces watching her and asked. "What are you looking at? Dear sisters?" 

"N-Nothing~! Let's watch the show~!" Tanzanite nervously replied. 

The three sisters watched the human, now at a safe place when the portal stopped pouring out ogres.

'The portal has stopped.. and there are 100 ogres from what I have counted.'

During the time when we were running, Mirai would stare at me continuously and I wondered why. 

I shifted my eyes to Mirai and I found her staring at me again. "Mirai. What are you doing?"

Mirai blushed and looked away. "I was making sure you were my captain, b-but now I know you truly are my captain."

I grinned, flicking her forehead. "Silly girl. This isn't the time for a reunion."

Mirai became flustered as she touched her forehead. "H-Hai." 

Raiden who was standing behind Mirai, slowly put Behemoth down.

I quickly grabbed hold of Behemoth which surprised Raiden. 

"Sensei?" Raiden spoke while being nervous. 
( ‹Sensei›, Japanese word for 'Teacher'. )

I responded. "We'll talk later." 

Oddly, I could see that he was embarrassed when he was nodding obediently.

At the same time, Behemoth jumped off from my hands while I was holding onto him. 

"Master!!" He suddenly landed on my head to nuzzle my face.

"I see you are as energetic as ever." I grabbed Behemoth again to pull him off my face. "I need you to do something for me." 

"Can I rest on master's head if I follow your order?"

"...Are you being jealous of Mirai again?" I sighed with a facepalm.

Behemoth exhaled a burst of air to hiss at Mirai, which Mirai saw and stuck her tongue out at him. "I can smell Mirai's scent on master's head. So she must have slept there!" 

The noise of ogres stamping toward us forced the ground to shake to a frightening degree. 

"No time to talk." I told everyone before whispering my plan to Behemoth. 

After I was done, I questioned Behemoth. "Can you do that?" 

"Master! Who do you think I am!? Of course, I can do that!" 

"Good." I turned to look at the approaching ogres. 'Lucifer?' 

"Yes, master." Lucifer who was a katana, shapeshifted to a sling. 

At the same time, Behemoth shrunk down to the size of a rock, falling into the sling pouch and grasping to it firmly. "I'm ready!"

I looked at the ogres while spinning the sling in a figure eight motion to gain momentum.

I could sense my body strengthening itself from the extra stats that I put into. 

With no further to do, I observed the charging ogres when I assured my accuracy. 

I flung Behemoth up high into the air. And thanks to my skill, 'Weapon Mastery' and my stats, I was able to use the sling correctly.

'Shortswords' I ordered Lucifer and he shapeshifted to what I demanded. 

I dual wielded the shortswords, preparing to block in a cross. 'Sometimes I wish a shield was a weapon.." 

Mirai understood the situation and created a shield, covering herself and Raiden inside a transparent shield bubble made from silk. 

With Behemoth being in the air as he slowly descended right in the center of the crowded ogres, he opened his mouth wide to generate a ball of combust energy. 

Within only one second, the small ball increasingly changed to a humongous size, hinting for Behemoth to blast the entirety of the ogres beneath him.

Wang JoonChul, a part timer who bought a VR headset to finally play VR game, got home from his work.

However, instead of playing a wonderful game, he ended up in another world with 999 other people. 

Trapped in a random world, and received a game like system, everyone who was sent there, were supposed to defend Earth from its destruction by an ‘Evil Being’.

Will JoonChul be able to defend Earth? Or will he die before having the chance to protect Earth? Watch as JoonChul's adventure through this hardship with his comrades.

Valour City, the largest and most populous city, and the royal capital of the Valarion Kingdom was built upon and encircled an enormous mountain said to have once been an active volcano that an enormous Red Dragon made its home. Countless people lived in the expansive capital, from slaves to the highest-ranking nobles, but the royal family resided at the second-highest point of the mountain, their enormous palace overseeing the city like a shining sun. Five separate sectors organized the city: the mercantile Sector 5 conquered a third of the total span, followed by the residential Sector 4 that was further divided into class areas, while the remaining third was occupied by Sector 3 for the guild services, Sector 2 that housed the military and government operations, and Sector 1 for the royal palace and its grounds. Sectors 4 and 5 had some blurred lines between the two but rarely caused major conflicts, such as those who operate a shop in Sector 5 and decide to make part of it into their home and stay there full time, or someone deciding to open a small service in their home in Sector 4. As long as everything followed the law, few people faced difficulties.

What constantly impressed the players time and time again was how competent the kingdom's government and legal systems were. Planning to originally go against the trend of having a major country being corrupted from the very beginning, the developers decided to have the sole human kingdom be, to a fault, sufficient in how it ruled. While tyrannical figures have come and gone in its past, those figures' careers were shortened exponentially thanks to another brilliant idea from the Millennium Sage, which was to create miniature versions of his masterwork artifact, the Scales of Justice, that all had connections to the original but with much less power, and have them be distributed to all officially recognized countries for usage in their governments. These miniature magic tools were responsible for making corruptible systems, at least to some degree, less so. The Valarian Kingdom's scholars followed Archimedes' ideas and created a supplementary device that would make the Twin Goddesses' work faster. With some of the old Sage's aid, they affixed one side as innocent and the other as guilty and measured punishments according to the invisible weight added to the sides. This once again revolutionized the legal system, a design that the kingdom has tirelessly followed to the present day.

Luca, for one, absolutely loved the idea of a competent government after countless other works of fiction and fantasy having corruption running rampant. Still, he was aware of its major downsides. The foremost is that the miniature Scales of Justice cost quite a bit to create, and, while the kingdom would pay for its creation, a population minimum was required before it could be sent to a location, or if a major event happened there. As such, the tiny Greenwood Town fell short of the minimum 1500 mark by an enormous margin, which led to its less-than-ideal setup that ended up putting Luca on death row without investigation. Of course, through a twist of fate, the emergence of the new Dragonborn and his hometown becoming known was major enough for the small town to warrant one such miniature artifact being manufactured. While the residents celebrated this knowledge after it arrived two weeks after Luca's journey to the capital, they made sure to remind each other that they were almost responsible for their tiny town's new hero's unjust death. The event did become common knowledge later on, as none of the townsfolk hid the truth out of guilt for their actions, instead making it be known that they accepted the knowledge that they did not truly deserve anything that stemmed from the boy's success.

Meanwhile, half a country away from that tiny town, a white-haired young lad suddenly materialized atop a small circular array that was built into a semicircular alcove in a circular hall. Always finding the architectural design both fascinating and humourous, Luca stepped off of the array and took a look around. This room was the first location so far that he recognized wholeheartedly, as the several Provincial Array Halls were constantly in use. Larger arrays were made for larger cities, while small ones such as the one Luca arrived from only operated for single-person usage due to the less frequent need to travel to the small towns. After taking a quick look around, the boy began making his way out of the Grens Array Hall, through a corridor connecting several other Array Halls, and out into the expansive space of the Mages Guild Headquarters' entrance hall. The entire building was designed similar to both a cathedral due to its scale and a lighthouse due to its unique tower-like structure at its core. An incalculable number of individuals made their way through the hall on a daily bases, as did flying creatures, birds in particular, as they delivered mail. That said, only the animals were allowed to fly, and all mages were subject to strict codes in the city, especially concerning the ability of flight. The Headquarters had a unique group of enforcers made entirely to ensure these codes were followed to the letter, with hefty fines and punishments given to the mages that did not.

As the young boy made his way to the multi-station receptionist desk, he did not forget to ensure that his weapon was stored in his inventory, as having wands and weapons equipped in town was heavily frowned upon, to the point of fines for repeat offences, usually after 5-6 incidents. He didn't want his first impression on the Headquarters to be one of delinquency.

The lad patiently waited his turn in line before moving to speak to, to his mild surprise, a Bear Tribe Beastman. The teller gave the boy a look of exasperation and was about to speak when the boy cut him off, "My apologies, I was just a bit surprised. Normally, those of your kin don't like crowds or work geared more towards the mental than the physical." He then awkwardly stuttered as he noticed his bad choice of ending phrasing, "N-no offence, of course."

The Bear Beastman let out a rumbling chuckle as he grinned, an expression that looked a mite scary to most, "You're not wrong, kid. Unfortunately, my bad luck on my final quest back when I was an active adventurer cost me half of my right leg and my left hand. I couldn't afford the price to have it regrown, so I retired and came here to work. I get paid quite a fair bit for my experience in the field, which is taken seriously by the guilds, so I get more than most. As long as I can take care of my family, I don't mind crowds or paperwork." The teller then calmly regained a straight face as he asked, "Now then, what can I help you with today?"

Most of the concept for this work came from a mod for Dragon Age: Origins called Spirit Eater Class. Too lazy to explain, but it's on Nexus Mods if you need to find it. At the bottom of this synopsis will be a list of titles that I used as references and bases.

Yuhao revised his list of skills, and was amazed at his own power. 6 year old with Spirit Sea Realm is already a heaven defying matter, not to mention the abilities of his Evil God Eyes, just the private space with (1.10) can already make him powerful.

He also deduced that his constitution wasn't actually helping him cultivate, rather it was upgrading his talent. Per example, he was full innate spirit since birth, but after awakened his constitution, his own soul force, mind force, and body vitality passed through limitless refinements.

Currently, his soul force quality was already at initial ancestor level, while his internal body meridians and acupunctures seems to evolve, couple with his external body defense, he could defend against a Spirit Grandmaster full attack without troubles.

His Mind force/Spirit was already overpowered because of the mighty mind trait, coupled with those polishing negative energies, was the secret behind the fact that he already created a spirit sea.

However, the cheat that impressed Yuhao were neither of this, what he find fascinating, is 'I'm The Author' Supreme Skill.

Through the knowledge from his precedent, It's an ability that could even warp the fibre of reality, but it has a limited use. Having said that, the great part, is its passive that allow Yuhao to grasp techniques and knowledge from the fiction series.

Per Example, just because he knew about 'Haki' or 'Mysterious Heaven Technique', he could easily assimilate that knowledge to his head. It's a magical ability that would help him a lot in his future endeavors if he wanted to create the Spirit Pagoda.

The Supreme Skill 'Active', however, is by using Negative Energy accumulated by his Constitution Trait, it can warp the fibre of reality through energy consuming to realize a 'Wish' depending on the energy quality and quantity. The Skill could only be used one time every 3 months.

Yuhao soon approached his house, and he could see his mother washing his clothes, but her expression seems absent minded.

'I didn't think she was that edgy, awaiting for my results. To think that she told me that it doesn't matter even if I couldn't become a spirit master.', thought Yuhao, as he approached his mother.

"Mother!!", shouted Yuhao bringing her out from her reverie.

Hearing her baby shout, she hurriedly stand up, as she watched him with erratic breath, but she didn't dare to ask.

Her anticipated expression coupled with her hesitation made her look very cute. Yuhao really wanted to tease her more, but he couldn't push it over, as she may ended up collapsing.

"I didn't awaken the white tiger spirit, but becoming Spirit Master isn't a problem.", said Yuhao.

Yun er almost fainted hearing that her son didn't awaken the white tiger spirit, but hearing the second part relieved her.

"So what if my little Hao hao didn't awaken the white tiger spirit, just becoming a Spirit Master is enough to make mother proud!", said Yun er with teary eyes, but she was honestly proud.

"Mother, they falsified my test.", said Yuhao suddenly.

Yun er eyes opened wide hearing her son.

"What do you mean little Hao hao?" asked Yun er with a disturbed expression.

"They used a cheap measurement stone, so it only showed that I have 3 soul power.", said Yuhao with disgust.

"It shouldn't be, how do you know this?!", Yun er was still a little bit skeptical.

"Mother, I have Dual Spirit Essences, do you understand?", said Yuhao. He wanted to leave this place, and he won't let his mother behind.

While, it sounds immoral and lusty that she was sucking his dick, but, the only reason she ended up doing it was because of their miserable state, if not, she would have called a doctor or even brought him a flock of maids to help him vent his bottled and abnormal desire.

Yun er eyes widened as she got what her son is talking about.

"Dual Essence? It means innate?! little Hao hao, my hao hao is a genius!!", Yun' er was shocked, and in her excitement, she hugged him deeply, making his face disappear in her bosom.

What is Dual essence?! wasn't the Ascended God Tang San, a Dual Essence himself?!

Just the thought of her dear son is a genius of this calibre made her feel as if she was swimming in clouds.

Yuhao knew that it won't be troublesome anymore convincing her, so he continue forcing his own line of thought on her.

"What do you think would happen if the duchess knew of this? she will make us disappear mother. That man didn't even appear again. He just threw us away, do you think he would even care or suspect anything if they lie about the truth of our death?", said Yuhao with a cold tone, unbefitting of his age, shocking his mother.

He was always a peaceful kid, he didn't even bother with the abuse of his brothers, and always shrug it with a smile. She finally understood that he was merely enduring.

The fact that she failed in understanding this made her feel ashamed. She felt weak as she could not even protect her little baby.

"How about this mother, we will wait for two days, and you would see the ugly truth that you don't want to face.", said Yuhao as he entered their small house.

Yun er had puzzled face as she couldn't understand his meaning, but one day later, her face turned pale, and she nearly fainted from shock, fright and indignation.

Rumors about the fact that Yuhao don't have the white tiger spirit was speedily known by everyone, and questions started to be asked.

White Tiger Spirit is a top beast spirit, and it was hardly credible that it would be outmatched by another martial soul, which made the answer behind the secret of Yuhao spirit one of the two.

Either a variation, or Yuhao isn't the white tiger duke son at all!

People adore juicy stories, and of course no one would arrogate or assume it was a variation, as Yuhao didn't look anything like the duke or his mother. He looked like a fallen god, so stories about his ancestors become the focus on the clan.

Gossips and rumors started expanding, and the duchess didn't even mind her husband reputation. Yuhao, however, knew that she was trying to find a justifiable reason to kill them or throw them out the clan, righteously.

Yuhao was sitting in front of his teary-eyed mother, awaiting for her answer.

"Didn't I told you this mother? now even if she came and killed us, no one would even bother talking for us.", said Yuhao, as his mother couldn't stop trembling.

She was disappointed, at herself, and more importantly at her husband. She sighed in resignation, as she asked weakly.

"And how can we leave without attracting trouble?"

She bite her lips as she regretted not leaving with her son yesterday.

"Don't worry, just go pack whatever you want, we are leaving tonight!", answered Yuhao, as he already thought of a safe plan to leave unnoticed, and without any repercussions.

"It's time to use my miracle skill, I'm not crazy to take my mother and myself through the forest or out of the main mansion. We will die without doubts!", said Yuhao.
