I'm going to put Sephiroth at high class devil or tier 4 power level in the beginning because his body was just remade and while he was extremely powerful in his old world in this one their are Gods in this one where in his old world there wasn't plus he doesn't have his sword taking away one of his superior abilities.  While he has complete control of almost all elements of magic there are some forms of magic that are to unique like Rias.  Then there is Senjutsu, Yojutsu, Touki there isn't really anything like it in his old world that I know of so something different as well.

Charles read the instruction and it said"Need to be physically fit to experience the game better or you can adjust the physical fitness mode but it will not be 97%realism but it will be 93%realism" Well Charles have 2 weeks to workout so tomorrow he will run and go to the gym. The next day Charles wake up at 5:00 am he eat a light breakfast and It was Already 5:40 am when he starts heading  to the park to start running After running for 2 hours he sat at a bench in the park for 15 minutes after seating there he started walking and goes to the Gym First he registered for the membership and hired a Professional Trainer. After signing and hiring a Professional trainer he saw a Bulky Man walking up to him and the man said:"hi sir I'm James I'm gonna be your personal trainer for 2 weeks I hope we get along".After the introduction, James started instructing Charles about what to do Charles did 15 sets of push-ups,5 minutes of planking,5 minutes of the squat. After finishing all of that Charles looks so exhausted After exercising at the Gym Charles takes a walk to his home and After walking for 10 minutes he was at the front of his home. Now that he is home he immediately sit on the couch and after sitting he fell asleep.

ABOUT MAGIC

Magic spells are divided into five schools of magic namely: Casting, Enchantment, Evocation, Illusion, and Transmutation.

Casting: Simple spells that require a Mage to know the spell gather their Qi and weave their Qi to cast the spell. Examples: Fireball, Firebolt and Fire Shield spells where prime examples of casting spells.

Enchantment spells: Mages place an enchantment on an item. Example imbuing your weapon with Fire.

Evocation spells: One of the most difficult types of spells to weave, as it requires that the Mage draw the spell's rune, then inject their Qi into the rune to invoke the spell, these types of spells required a tremendous amount of Qi and some even required a continuous supply of Qi to keep the spell active. Examples: Fire Bast and Summon

Illusion spells: Relies more on a Mages mental strength, once a mage weaves the spell, the can make the target believe whatever the caster wants them to. These types of spells require the least amount of Qi, but the danger to these spells is that if the target mind is strong or that they had been trained like to build mind blocks, these spells will not work.

Transmutation spells: Similar to Evocation spells these type of spells required the Mage to draw the spell's rune and inject their magic to invoke the spell, but these spells are either placed on the Mages body itself or an inanimate object, when the spell is invoked a Mage can temporary mutate their own bodies like giving themselves Fire Wings or Fire Claws, you could also transmute a rock into lava. Transmutation spells where gold level spells and only a high-level Mage could learn and cast them.

It was more real than when she was right behind the screen ! She had the impression of risking her life ! But as a heroine, she could not leave a person in need ! Especially if it was a tutorial.

Rose: it's a light based magic used by the Masters of the Mystic Arts It can be used to generate constructs of tangible energy, such as melee weapons, shields or cast spells by conjuring specific formations with the fiery energy some examples are Eldritch Whip (the one Dr.strange used in the film) that can also be used as a Binding Spell, Tao Mandalas a way to use fiery energy to form holographic Mandalas religious and magical symbols used as shields or melee weapons, a portal spell that can be used as a location spell if you have a body part of the target, Illusion Casting which is nothing more than a hologram, Atmospheric Spell creating a wind, Protection Spell it's an enchantment of sort's that not allow's other people to touch what your's (like that time when Ebony Maw attempted to take the Eye from Strange, the amulet glowed brightly with Eldritch Magic burning his hand), Dimensional Warping conjuring a construct of the Mirror Dimension in the form of crystalline fractals that acted as a shield absorbing energy and can be also used to send the fractals of it as an attack, Duplication Spell, Conjuration and many other's
