Ah that's right, my name's Malcom... No... Caleb? Naw... Nii... Nope... Milly... Naa, that's a girl's name. No... I am a girl. No... I was? Hmm, I'm pretty sure I am right now?

My arms. They are so tiny... so frail. Ah, I can't do anything. Am... am I a baby? Wait, how do I know what that is?

Ding!!

That's right, my name's Ibuki Ryo now. And I guess I reincarnated again. Hehe, it is my curse after all. I guess they still exist.

Those creatures... those beings. Monsters of the night. Denizens of the netherworld. The Netherworlders.

What are they?

Hmm, if I had to relate them to a creature I'd have to say something like the fantasy monsters in kid story books and fairy tales. However, they are far worse.

How do I know? Well, I've been fighting them for centuries now. Each time i think i win, but... but... they always find a way to come back. That's it. I'm going to end it all this time. I... I who was the greatest swordsman, sorceress, monk and forger... I shall eliminate the Netherworlders.

Why? Because... because I am the Chevalier of this world, and i will see this to the end. I mean... I can't die until I do.

'Did... did I just get reborn... again?!'

Nemva is a daughter of the Elisia El royal family, or at least she was. Her father was played for a fool and her family was destroyed. She was made to become the servant of a certain prince who abused her and forced her to become a member of the imperial army as a Rank 1 soldier.
Nemva managed to run away on the job, but she was chased by Rank 3 slayers which led to her being stranded on a trash planet. Even though she was exhausted, the Imperial System gave her one last warning and spawned a punishment field to kill her.
Luckily for her she stumbled upon a sword that opened up a new system for her. The Ragnarok System. With this system, she vowed to take revenge on the Empire and all those who caused her family to suffer.
A new monster has been born of hatred and she won't stop until she has destroyed everything. The universe is about to know the wrath of a girl who had everything taken away from her.

Each time he visits the King, he is asked to tell a new tale which usually includes talking animals. The King learns lessons and so does his citizens.

Everyone rolled their eyes at the mysterious man when they heard his so-called identity.
Who within the Pyno continent didn't know the story of Cinderella?
2 years ago when merchants started bringing in things from Baymard like crazy, the storybooks like Cinderella and Snow White were one of the first works of art to hit the Pyno continent.
Storytellers in high established bars and even those who told their tales on the streets all echoed out these Baymardian tales for their illiterate or unlearned guests.
And one could imagine that they made quite a fortune from it all.
Because even if someone was just a passerby, after listening to one tale, they usually got hooked and ended up sitting on the floor to listen to more tales from the storyteller.
And those who sat had to drop any amount of coins that they were willing to spare into a bowl if tgey wanted to continue listening.
Of course, storytellers who typically told their tales in high-end bars were also paid generously as well since they managed to pull in customers and keep them ordering and drinking more than they usually would. 
Additionally, actors performed plays on these Baymardian tales.
And even street performers gathered small children around a small box to act out the drama with sock puppets.
For sure, villagers weren't exempt from listening to these tales, as those who had to trade their goods in the nearby towns or cities soon got to hear of these Baymardian tales.
Empires also focused their attention on these stories and regarded them as wonderful books of literature and poetry.... especially the story of Romeo & Juliet.
And now, the upper echelons would belittle those who didn't even know such 'common' stories.
Women would gather around for tea parties and get a cultured storyteller to properly tell the tale.
Of course they would read it privately at their convenience, but at times it was more fun listening to them in groups.
And the funny thing was that these tales from Baymard seemed to never end.
Be it Grim adventure tales or even tales of Zeus and the Gods, there were just so many stories that kept many people fascinated.
Nonetheless, Cinderella was one of the first Baymardian books to hit the Pyno continent.
So it definitely intrigued the interest of the masses.
Even the kings and princes of several empires read it too, as well as studied how the nature of the book.
Of course, they were more concerned with how the pages and cover covers were made.
And what ink had they used in writing it?
The whole thing was revolutionary!
At that time, they read as much as they could because for them, it was better to know everything about this newly growing empire that seemed to produce several magical items. 
So with all that said, how could the men within the arena not know Cinderella's tale?

They rolled their eyes at the mysterious youth below and didn't for one minute believe his identity.
If he was a Fairy Godmother, then where were his wand and wings?
Please!
Who was he trying to fool?
But then again, maybe he was.
After all, he created pink smoke out of thin air and killed the bagwers within the smoke.
Nonetheless, some of them didn't believe that he just appeared in the arena like a fairy.
Nope! 
3 minutes was a lot of time for someone to jump down from the audience and assist the prisoners below.
In fact, they felt like the prisoners were in it as well.
Of course, everyone had their own crazy ideas locked up in their heads as they gazed at the so-called fairy Godmother who nonchalantly stood in the arena calmly.
Their Commander looked at the mysterious youth and scuffed.
"Boy!
Do you take us for fools?
Look around you!
Do you think that you'll be able to get out of here alive without our mercy?
I'll give you a chance to survive if you answer me truthfully.
WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?" The commander bellowed out angrily.
And instantly, the entire place fell into silence.

Silence!
Everyone's ears were perked up like that of a fox', as they truly wanted to know the real identity of the man below.
Even the prisoners themselves were curiously waiting for the youth's response too.
Henry didn't for one minute think that the youth was his Fairy Godmother.
If it were true, then why did he live such a miserable life till now?
The mysterious youth, AKA Landon, just looked up and smiled.
"Who am I?
Of course, I'm his Fairy Godmother!
But just to convince you all a bit more, let me all tell you a brief tale.
You see, far away, there was a magnificent kingdom called the Fairy Kingdom.
And this fairy Godmother was one of the inhabitants of that kingdom.
As a dutiful citizen, this fairy Godmother has been working hard all day long without rest.
The fairy Godmother ran up and down the fairy kingdom doing its best to better the kingdom in the long run.
So after a day of hard work, this Fairy Godmother thought that it would be rewarded with a good night's rest.
But who would've thought that its boss would heartlessly out more work on him?" As Landon spoke, his expression flipped 180 degrees over when he thought of how he had dragged his aching body all the way here.
Luckily, he had gotten an energy-boosting and muscle relaxing pill from the system.
So now he was much better.
Still, he was just annoyed that the system would just send him on missions without considering his feelings.
All he was saying was that the system would have told him a long time ago that Henry had been captured, so that he would've freed the guy while they were still on route to this base.
By then rather than fighting an entire base, would've he have fought a fewer number?
He felt like the system just lived to see him suffer a bit.
And that was just too annoying.

"In the end, this faith Godmother heard the cry of its child and decided to come to its aid.
So you see, I'm his fairy Godmother."
--silence-- 
The commander's lips quivered in rage as he looked at the snotty-nosed brat below.
"Good! Good! Good Mr. Fairy Godmother.
Since you've come to his aid, then I take it that you're one of them?"
"Of course!
What are you, stupid?"
'Bam!'
The commander hit his stony-slab before him and quickly stood up while pointing at Landon angrily.
"Good!
Since you want to die so much, then I'll grant your wish happily.
Men!
Get him.
Get that Fairy Godmother Now!!"

When he turned 15, his father had announced that the city of Baymard would be given to him, and would no longer be under the empire's control. It was a well known fact that Baymard’s lands were barren, and poverty stricken.... For god’s sake, this was banishment.

His deadbeat father had indirectly banished him from the empire.

In the highest point of the Black Tower that loomed over Tower City, Two Tales was patiently waiting for The Empress to arrive, the sun's rays shining beyond the horizon, giving the dark skies some color and life. His mind was in thought, wondering where the Empress had gone to.
As far as Two Tales knew, if one didn't count the Velvet Procession, the times the Empress left the Black Tower for something personally could almost be counted on one's fingers. If some historian knew of this matter, he, or she, would probably note it down as one of the more impressive moments of the World's history. 
But Two Tales wasn't worried. Her leaving didn't mean anything too dangerous. Probably just something she didn't expect when she was first building the tower. Two Tales knew that the Empress built this tower with the intention to never leave. She herself bragged about it all the time, after all. 
'And I did it not because I am lazy, but because I want a place where I can do everything I need from. Well, also because it's a bother sometimes,' she would say.
"Well, after this, her tower will be one step closer to omnipotence," Two Tales muttered.
Since she had to leave her tower for a problem today, then that meant she going to later think about how she might solve the problem without going away.
As he was thinking of such random things, a grandly dressed woman materialized in front of him. There was no need for a portal or anything else, The Empress simply appeared where she pleased.
"Good morning, your highness," Two Tales greeted dutifully.
The Empress just half-smiled in response and waved her hands. She then walked towards an armchair and began to sip a drink with one of her countless hands, her eyes shimmering in the dimness of early morning. Two Tales didn't take the Empress' behavior to heart, as greetings had lost meaning for the two of them after all these years. 
"It is currently the last month of Fall of the year 1478, almost two years since you've last fallen to slumber," Two Tales recounted and began to report to the Empress of the more important events that happened throughout the years.
The general state of the four countries, the general level of technology and magic, the general state of the population, the ongoing war of the South and the general states of the Worlds of Magic. 
The Empress expressionlessly listened to these news, mostly silent, but sometimes asking for more clarification and information. 
"The biggest events that happened these past years are all tied to the Religion of Ascendants. Too many organizations are using its face and ideals as a cover for their ambitions," Two Tales said and the Empress chuckled slightly.
"The one created by my supposed child, right? I still find it humorous when I think about it," she said.
"In any case, the Otherworlders have also used the religion's face to move against us," Two Tales recounted solemnly.
The Empress' shimmering eyes stopped for a second, and she showed a rare… almost expectant smile. Unfortunately, Two Tales could not show the same excitement as her. Alvox, on the whole, was a relatively new fish on the big waters. They had a great ally with the Ruler of Earth, but the mysterious being suddenly disappeared about two and a half centuries ago. This meant that Alvox was now left to fend for itself… Frankly the future seemed grim to him.
"I suppose those conquerors and warlords have waited enough… Hmm… Do you know who it was, exactly?" The Empress asked.
"Unfortunately, no. But their technology was very advanced. From what Kal described, they seem to have used a spaceship to transport their members," Two Tales explained.
"Hmm, that is troubling… but the deities of the magical civilizations aren't so easy to deal with either…"
Two Tales tried to reply, but decided not to after seeing the Empress' mouth curling into a slight smile, her eyes becoming unfocused.
"There's not much time for it all… Perhaps ten years? No… They should take at least 20 years. That's enough time to prepare the citizens," the Empress murmured under her breath and chuckled quietly. 
"Yes, that should work. Though a bit extreme, but would be very interesting to see it unfold. And besides, any of it wouldn't really matter in the end, so it's acceptable. Even if it somehow fails horrendously, I can try again from scratch after all…"
"Oh, how I wish this could be solved through brute force… but alas, I'm not so omnipotent. Yet. No… I shall never be… We've been through this… Don't you remember what happened to you when you tried to be omniscient? The best you can try for is to be nigh-omnipotent, or nigh-omniscient… " 
"But still, having to wait for these indecisive cowards to finally make the decision to attack you is such a chore… What a pain… Hmm? This feels rather nostalgic, doesn't it?"
Two Tales only stood silently in the background, listening to the Empress mutter about random topics like a madwoman, supposedly formulating a plan.
"In any case, the countries must be united. I shall officially declare it the next time I appear in public…" the Empress' eyes regained focus, and she seemed to have decided on her actions. 
Hearing of the unification of the countries, Two Tales could not help but shiver slightly. Another tide of chaos was about to wash over the Empire. 
"What do you require from us?" Two Tales asked, speaking on behalf of the Authorities.
"Nothing yet. I'll need to think a bit more about this whole matter," the Empress replied smilingly.
His duty finished, Two Tales relaxed slightly. It wasn't his job to worry about the future, his job was to follow orders.
"If you don't mind me asking, why have you left the Tower?" he asked, feeling chatty as the Empress was in a rare good mood. 
"Oh, I felt someone peeking into my past. Turned out it was a set of coincidences that involved that spirit from Earth. Well now he goes by Evin… Anyway, Four tried into escape to Evin's mind, by tainting his soul and baiting him into jumping into her World. Obviously, Twelve stopped everything before anything happened, but decided to leave Evin inside Four's World to go through the flawed trial, thinking that I was interested in him," the Empress laughed.
"In any case, somehow, the first corrupted soul he encountered tried to merge with him through an exchange of memories after failing to absorb him. Moreover, the soul just happened to be someone that met me personally. When Evin's soul reached a point in the woman's life when she met me, I could feel someone glancing at my past through some weird, unorthodox way. Curiously, I went to check it out and found out about the whole thing," the Empress finished narrating.
After listening to the story finish, Two Tales couldn't help but frown.
"I haven't told you this before, since I thought it unnecessary, but we were able to discover the Otherworlders thanks to Evin," he said and narrated the whole story.
Hearing the account, the Empress fell into thought. 
"That's a bit too coincidental, isn't it?" she muttered out loud and asked: "What do you think of him?"
"Nothing too special, but there is a certain charm to him. As far as I know, most of the older Authorities end up liking him after they converse with him. As for his powers, he's on the more powerful side in his own league. He owns Dark World Sprites, a skinshifter and a connection with the Cosmics. If I also consider the fact that he lived through the life of that woman in Four's World, his chances of assimilating a Beast Lord should also become high. In conclusion, it would be hard for him to not succeed in the long term," Two Tales narrated. 
"Hmm… Perhaps I might consider letting him into my plans, even though I might have to tilt the board towards him a bit…" the Empress made a pondering expression, her hand touching her cheeks.
"Do you wish for me to help him?" Two Tales asked.
"No-no-no. That's over forcing it. We have to maintain some class here. I'll think of something, don't worry about it," she said and soon began to smile, her gaze losing focus.

A higher power gave Evin, a lingering spirit who wandered Earth for three centuries, the chance to reincarnate in the realm of the Final Empress, reminding him that the solitary existence he just went through might come back to haunt him again.
