We are people with dreams and goals in life. We face people with a smiling face like we have no problems, but in life, it's not just happy times, even when reaching for our dreams and goals in life, we will face hardships or what we call obstacles. Obstacles are something that makes it difficult to do something or blocks your path. We face obstacles, in life, when facing our dreams and some dreams are not easy to achieve, you need to shed blood, sweat, and tears, achieving your goals in life can be a bumpy ride, but it's so good if you will overcome it and just like smooth sailing to you if you will achieve overcoming it. Life has its ups and downs. It's not that easy. It's not a rolling stone as if you are a happy-go-lucky person.
As a student, we face lots of obstacles. We might feel sadness, anger, and all the emotions we might experience during the process, and this could disrupt when overcoming obstacles. It's normal to feel that way because sometimes it makes us frustrated but does not think of giving up. Giving up is like giving up all your dreams and goals. Giving up is not the best decision because it only means that you are weak, but some person does not define giving up as weak, but, they just can't handle the hardships. I've experienced a lot of obstacles in my life as a student. In Senior High School (grade 12), making a thesis is the worst because you have a lack of sleep, and all your members are struggling, but for me, I'm not good at making a thesis, but I managed to find ways on how to make it. We defended it in front of the principal and our teachers, they approved it, and when we're done defending our side, it feels great and I can breathe calmly because it's done and I graduated from Senior High with flying colors, but not all obstacles have the meaning "not giving up"  there are times that we need to give up because of some particular reasons. When I was in 1st-year college, I studied Industrial Engineering. My goal is to become an engineer someday, but things got complicated, I face lots of obstacles in the process, I heard voices in my head saying I should give up, I made a self-assessment of myself and I've come to a decision that I would give up engineering because it's not good if I continue, it's not good in my mental health because I say a lot of negative thoughts already, I cannot take it anymore that's why I decided to give up and shift to another course. Now, I'm fulfilling my decision of becoming a Psychometrician and hopefully become a Psychologist one day, in God's plan.
When facing obstacles, you need to:
·         Accept your emotions. It's normal to feel emotions, but accepting it is good. Just unwind, go to a place where you can soothe all your emotions. This method is to let your emotions stop you from doing anything bad and negative.
·         Acceptance. We have goals, but we need to accept facing obstacles in the process.
·         Think of possibilities. Sometimes our mind would tell us to quit or do something that is not good but think of ways that would beat those negativities.
·         Seek meaning. When facing difficulties, seek meaning you can question yourself and think that there's a meaning to your obstacles.
·         Asking for the opinion of others. It's good because you are open in telling your obstacles to others, and maybe by telling it to them, that can help you in overcoming it.
·         One step at a time. Facing obstacles, it's not that you will achieve it immediately, you will go to the top, but take one step at a time, slowly overcome it, it's like walking a staircase, step-by-step.
·         Tell yourself that mistakes are normal
·         Re-evaluate. Sometimes we might change our plans, but it's good because you have another caught up in mind, which is better than the first one.
When facing obstacles, we need also to take care of our mental health because it's connected. Some people are having a hard time coping up and overcoming it that they can't control their emotions, and that could lead to a mental disorder, and we don't want that to happen. They develop a mental disorder probably because they can't handle the frustrations and hardships. Some have suicidal thoughts already. It's best if they would try to open up with other people. I think it would be good. Their parents should monitor them, ask them how their day today was. Mental health has a large impact, mostly on teenagers today because of stress, anxieties, and pressure, but just remind yourself all the time to not give up and be positive all the time.
Some people see their obstacles as a stepping stone towards success. Just take one step at a time, slowly but surely, and it's like a staircase for them to step on level 1 up to their goals and achievements in life.
Obstacles are in our nature. We face it in our lives, we need it because life does not just up, and we need downs to go up. Accepting failures and mistakes are important also in our emotions, and also accept that there are obstacles that we might face when it comes to achieving our goals. Do not be taunted by fear because fear can also disrupt our dreams. It also blocks our path in achieving it. It's ok to face obstacles on your own, but don't hesitate to seek guidance from others. Be open to them. Obstacles are just challenges in our life. We need to face it and overcome it.

This book is about my life.
 In this book, it tackles about facing different stages of life. It's not mostly about my life but anyone can relate to what I wrote in the book. 
It's about who you are, saying what you feel, and being real and honest.

Jensen saw a very specific spell trapped in the Waterbowl, in Gracie's vision of the Moon Goddess.

This spell had been in pratically every dream he had of her, one which was filled with blood, screams, violence, tears, and fears.

And it served to confirm her as his destined companion. 

Gracie, however, did not came to a full understanding in what concerned Jensen, as she had not come to know his long journey until finally finding her.

This task fell upon Amaya, who could sense the dreams people had, and she had to explain the story.

Jensen was born with the ability of dreaming with people, he had a great knowledge about its meanings, and, usually, what he dreamed would become reality.

But, endless nights, a mysterious girl would appear into his dreams. And he could never find a meaning to these dreams, which were the only dreams that would appear repeatedly throughout his life. He had never seen a repeated dream, with her exception.

The Waterbowl was a recurring location, and, if he knew the way there, maybe he could find her.

Then, they come to what had happened. And she was watched for approximately 3 weeks before he had courage to step out of the woods.

Orphan Gracie was adopted very young by the Volosonova clan, and, had a dream all her life: step out of the role of servant. Once she meets Prince Jensen, a princess life is a viable dream, with its setbacks.

Some memories get lost in those Dreams. 

I once read a book, forgot who the author was, but he said that Dreams are formed by one's insecurities, perfection, fears, hopes. The list kept on going until he paused and stated that 'A dream is another world that exists in the mind. Which has its own creations and flaws and one can't in no way control nor plan it. 

 Dreams are sometimes formed by predetermined thoughts. There are connected to the inner voice that one hears when reading a text. 

The mind is built on knowledge and wisdom being the structural steel that keeps it balanced. For knowledge alone can be unhealthy and some might say unbearable. Self-communication helps you to further understand the inner deeper meaning of your existence. Paying attention to every detailed message even if it seems to be unrelated to your prior goal motives triggers a form of hidden message. And when one learns to translate those messages and fully understand the meaning within them. They will tend to view the world in a more spiritual way rather than physical which in a way is a preparation for the unknown 

﻿The mind can be a scary place at times. For those tunnels lead to different destinations and from each path, there is a hump of some sort. I believe true growth lays within discovering your own self for it sure is easy to cling on someone and feel as if you've maintained a form of growth just to, later on, learn it wasn't yours. 

A man does a good deed and keeps on doing good because it makes him feel good. Let us say he was to feel bad for doing good, would he keep on doing good? Or would he simply invest his efforts elsewhere? 

Intentions set apart from what's good and what's bad. So if one feels bad for doing good then it means they did it for the wrong reasons and doing the right thing in a wrong way makes it a wrong thing. So to answer: he should invest in guiding his intentions.

 That is why the mind has a wide range of responses, it gives you a choice to choose which voice or response best suits you.

David was a sad champ, a mess, and an academic genius. By genius, I mean an A+, no effort type of a genius. He is that child that every parent kneels and prays to God to have. You know them, those that society admires. And are held closest to heart.

ZINA'S POV:
   People think it is easy to live the life you always wanted , they think everything we want just comes without hard work , all you have to do is pray for god , and all you need is money , they all had it in different point of view , they understand wrong things , they value unimportant people , they know the wrong definitions for love , friendship , dreams , and in particular happiness .
No one knows that the hardest thing in life is when you lose your way , and don't know what you should do anymore , you don't know where you belong to anymore , you don't know what makes you happy , what hurts you , you will feel numb empty lonely tired sick , then after sometime you get depressed , feel like you are just surviving , do things people think they are important , no confidence , and all this because you don't who you really are , who you really should be .these lost people they think they are just some losers fools that are useless , they didn't realize that they are special unique that's why living like an ordinary person kills them inside , all they have to do is , break free and , go and look for who they really are , live their lives , how they wanted , live their dreams , work hard , give some risks sacrifices , and become the person they always wanted to be , love who they really want , be free , know the real meaning of life .
So this story is going to be about a lonely girl who faced all this kind of issues , a girl who wanted to know who she really is , and who she really wants to be , a Muslim girl who lost her way , and she didn't know what she should do , zina .
Well, in a small town there was this girl that called zina , she is totally a different person with a good heart and a unique way of showing her kindness, she is fun, cheerful, hopeful, faithful, religious and most importantly a dreamer, she lives in a small house with her family, dad , mom , grandmother and sisters. she is a 19 years old beautiful lady with a long brown hair and cute dark chocolate eyes a small nose a round face , a petit frame , in a world full of fakeness , she can always be herself act normally dress so simply , to her all what matters is that her dreams come true someday , and that maybe someday she can live a simple life with the people she is sure that they love and cherish her , she wants to be happy , but how can you be happy when you leave in a poisoned society , where all people do is break your hopes and judge you as if they have the right , a society where love has become just a word , all there is hatred , jealousy , betrayal , judgments , pessimism , and blindness , yes , they are blind , they cannot see the world in its real meaning its real view its real existence , and Zina has been one of the very rare people , she was capable to see to hear to know to understand the real meaning of life , well she has been living like that useless girl who was only capable of dreaming , hoping , wishing , and studying . all night crying and praying for god that maybe tomorrow will be a great change for her , little did she know that hoping won't change anything , add to all this pain , she was lonely , that's because no real love no friendship , all she has is her god and herself , her family they kind of are full of problems , some much noise , so much stress , so much pain , so many troubles .
It was all suffering, from the very first day of her birth,
Growing up in a society where no one cares about you even your own family , living your life like everybody does , forget about your dreams , what you love , because it's bad to be unique , can't do anything abnormal because you are a girl , waking up every morning to hear the same depressing words , "useless daughter" , " useless girl" , "useless friend " , " useless lover " , she couldn't endure all that , everything is forbidden for her , why ? because she is a girl. every night she prays she hopes that the next day will be a different day, and that everything can change and a door will open for her and her life will change. she is living like she is dead , just surviving , no one encourages her , her abilities and her passion is very high , she can defeat every human being if she has the power , no one values , no one appreciates her , heartless and careless people all around , do a good thing to them or don't , it will all be the same , she is thinking why was she born in such a cruel world , she always felt she doesn't belong , she wanted her own life , she didn't want to be judged , she lives like a half mermaid who's heart weakens when she is in land , a bird whose wings are broken .
So , she woke up again to another dreadful day , hearing the same things , same shouting same troubles same people , she started her day washed her face looked at the mirror , she saw her reflexion , a girl that looks like her but a weak one , a weak smile and tired dull eyes , the eyes that once were life full and shining , her glowing face is now all pale , the cheerful girl is no longer there , she ate her breakfast was ready to get out and go to study , took her phone plugged in the earphones and listened to music , watching the world and all people that were around , all ready to start their day , she took a long breath and started walking all the way to university , studying what she loves , but she knew that her future would be different from what she wanted , meeting her fake friends seeing the fake smiles , being far from home , but living the same shit , she was tired , she stood in the middle of the road crying out loud , she had enough , she couldn't endure anymore , shouting like a crazy , in that moment she wanted everything to stop , time , those people walking the noise she was listenning , and most importantly her heartbeat , all people looking at her like they saw an alien , she kind of lost hope , she didn't know what to do anymore , how can her shitty life would change , how can she be as important as she wants , how will people listen to what she wants to say , how would her family understands her , how would god answer her prays , she didn't want to live anymore , she couldn't , she calmed down and she started walking to nowhere special , hours passed and she kept walking , crying silently , suddenly she felt the world spin around her , she felt dizzy , everything was a blur to her , until it became all dark , she lost conscious in an isolated place , her phone fell down , she fell down , in that moment she realized how much better it would be if she won't wake up anymore , just sleeping that peacefully , where no sound would annoy her , no troubles , no hatred , no jealousy , a very peaceful world  .

An innocent 19-year-old, Zina falls victim to abuse from her family. Her father forces her to marry her cousin because of an unknown reason, but she will run away not being able to take it anymore, only to encounter a broken soul just like her herself, who will help her escape her miserable life. They would both try to fix each other and mold their broken hearts.
