Lin Fan looked at Xiaoze. This one was a genius, a true genius in martial arts. He had high abilities, just that his personality was rather arrogant.
"Alright… Shuishui, go get two teacups and boil some tea water."Lin Fan said.
"Yes, teacher." Liu Shuishui looked at Xiaoze, her eyes blinking rapidly. For girls, the handsome Xiaoze was very appealing. The cool and cocky face carried a great deal of damage in the eyes of females.
Not long after, Liu Shuishui trotted back carrying two teacups and a kettle.
"Teacher, I brought them."Liu Shuishui placed the items on the podium and silently glanced at Xiaoze, her eyes quietly sparkling.
"Alright, since you two were captured by my personality and seek to become my disciples, naturally I cannot just decline you two. You two should be familiar with the process for discipleship, so I won’t say anything more." Lin Fan pulled out a bench and sat down on it, then beckoned for his students to stand behind him.
This should be proper enough.
For Lin Fan accepting an A class genius was a rather impressive matter on his part.

"Well, I already have thirteen students. They are all seniors for you two. Zang Tianhao, you are my fourteenth student and Xiaoze would be the fifteenth. Lin Fan said.

The Yan Emperor opened his God's eyes. They flashed about, but hidden within was an immense amount of anger.
When he recalled the despicable person that had sneak attacked himself and the Queen, and the fact that the person still hadn’t been found, his heart churned with rage.
He had been majestic his entire life. He had never encountered such an incident before, and this was a great shame for him, something he would never be able to wash away.
At this moment, the Yan Emperor submerged himself into the void and then appeared within a dark mysterious place.
The place was like an abandoned area within the world, pitch black as the lamps in the corner shined dimly.
The Yan Emperor walked slowly forth along the dark passage.
"Ah…" Bursts of piercing shrieks sounded out from within like demonic screams. When he reached  the end, a mixed sour smell of rotten decay entered the Yan Emperor’s nose. The Yan Emperor marveled in this rotten smell, the feeling was incredibly wonderous.
The powerful and dignified Yan Emperor revealed a revolting expression. If this was seen by the citizens, they would surely be shocked.
"Clang, clang…"
Sounds of steel chains colliding with each other rose like a demon’s roar; sinister and terrifying, bringing forth tremendous fear.
Within the very depths was a deep cell surrounded by walls. Numerous glowing hooks penetrated the chests of each prisoner within the cells.
"Death to the Yan Emperor."  
Waves of bitter curses echoed deep throughout the dungeon, as if casting forth the feelings of unyielding willpower within the hearts.
"The heavens belong to me, the earth belongs to me… Your hatred will only make me stronger, haha." The Yan Emperor’s eyes became pitch black as if he were possessed by a demon, and his body was enveloped within a light of blood.
"Everything is mine."  
The Yan Emperor held out his arms, his long hair flowing wildly. The entire dungeon suddenly burst forth with a frightening wave of suction.
The people imprisoned within the dungeon began shivering. Their blood energy then began surging forth and slowly merged into the Yan Emperor’s body.
"Death to the Yan Emperor." A person within one cell had long been reduced to a bare thin figure due to suffering from a long time of absorption, and at this time, he became even drier and eventually was reduced to a pile of bones.
The Yan Emperor immersed within the marvelous feeling of blood energy.
The blood of the Gods within the Saint Devil sect is mine.
The entire world is mine.
No one can stop me.

But why is sighing like he just lost something?

Well, the Heavenly Law that supposed to punish him ran away as it disappeared into the unknown.

After the Heavenly Law ran away, Silver once again went to the Divine World, Saint Realm, and even to other upper realms, looking for someone to fight.

He did found some, but they weren't enough for him to unlock his Super Saiyan Transformation for he was too powerful for them.

He even went to the True Dragon Heavenly Dynasty and Extreme Vault Heavenly Dynasty looking for the other God of Creation to fight them, but only to get disappointed for the two are also in seclusion, making him unable to fight them.

With no one to fight that is strong enough, Silver could only sigh. 

Even though He's only at God King Realm 9th Order, his physique, bloodline, and others made him able to beat even those at God of Creation Realm for he is abnormally powerful.

His cultivation does not represent his true strength: he doesn't also need any cultivation manual because he only needs to refine Chaos Energy, Grandmist Energy and other for his cultivation to rise.

Imagine someone only uses the purest energies and with further refinement and using it for his cultivation. How could others do it?

Lin Fan arranged the papers neatly and got ready to leave the place.
Xiao Wang wanted to ask Zhao Ming Qing a few questions but realized that Zhao Ming Qing had already gotten ready to leave the place with Lin Fan. Till now, he still didn't know what was going on and who the young lad was, and why Elder Zhao would call him Teacher.
Forget it. This was Elder Zhao's business. I would just come off as annoying if I probe too much into this.
Outside the Ministry of Health.
"Teacher, are you satisfied with this?" Zhao Ming Qing asked, his face full of glee.
Lin Fan nodded. "Indeed, I am. I am impressed with the efficiency of the Ministry of Health."
"When do I formally become your disciple? This needs a huge ceremony!" Zhao Ming Qing said excitedly.
Lin Fan nodded. "Yep, that's for sure. Becoming someone's disciple is a grand occasion."
Zhao Ming Qing was on cloud nine. He finally found someone to teach him the true art of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and he promised himself that he would work harder than ever to complete learn from Master Lin.
"Teacher, when will my discipleship start?"
Now that the certificate was completed, he felt more comfortable. As far as the discipleship was concerned, he still had to wait, to find the right time to bring it up, otherwise, all of these would go to waste.
"This issue isn't urgent, let me think for awhile," Lin Fan waved him away, saying.
Zhao Ming Qing was getting a little worried. "Teacher, didn't you say just now that you'll accept me as your disciple once I've settled your certificate?"
Lin Fan paused for a moment, before looking at Zhao Ming Qing. "Who said that? I said just now that I would consider. Furthermore, you dare to contradict me even when you haven't become my disciple yet. Imagine what will happen next time when you learn even more things from me!"
Zhao Ming Qing immediately put his hands together. "Teacher, I did not. Can I know when will you consider?"
Lin Fan gestured towards the sky, causing Zhao Ming Qing to look at him in confusion. "Teacher, what is the meaning of that?"
"Look at the sky," Lin Fan said calmly.
"Teacher, what is the meaning of that?" Zhao Ming Qing asked, confuddled.
Lin Fan tilted his head skyward. "If it is today, let there be thunder, signifying that it is the Heaven's will for you to be my disciple. If there is no lightning, then we'll have to wait for the next time. Let me consider in the meantime."
Zhao Ming Qing tilted his head and looked at the sky, which was clear, azure blue, the sun hanging at the center of the sky. There wasn't a single dark cloud.
Mu Lao looked upwards as well. "The sky looks so clear. It doesn't look like there is going to be any lightning."
Lin Fan chuckled to himself. If there were an actual lightning bolt, it was as good as seeing a ghost. Don't you get it? This is my attempt at subtly letting you down.
The opportunity to become my disciple is over and gone. My own talent is superior! Do you think just anybody can be my disciple?
Suddenly!
Rumbling sounds!
Lin Fan was originally immensely proud of himself, but in that instant, he looked up, seeing a flash of lightning race across the sky.
"This...this..."
Zhao Ming Qing was completely overjoyed. "Teacher, there is thunder! Thunder!"
"F*ck!" Lin Fan was seething with rage. How was this even possible? But Lin Fan kept his cool, replying, "I know there is thunder."
"Teacher, does this mean I get to be your disciple now?" Zhao Ming Qing asked, his face looking at him expectantly. In all his years, this was the fourth time he got this excited.
Lin Fan stood there and continued to observe the sky, unable to believe what just happened. This phenomenon also attracted the attention of a few other onlookers.
A promise was a promise, and he could not go back on it.
"Yes, you... You may be my disciple," Lin Fan stuttered.
Zhao Ming Qing was elated beyond belief and was at a loss for words. "Teacher, don't you worry. This is a grand event and I'll let the whole Traditional Chinese Medicine community know that you have become my master and I'll invite everyone that I know to my ceremony. However, I do know alot of people, so if you find this too much a hassle, we can figure out something a little simpler."
Lin Fan looked at Zhao Ming Qing, still in a daze. "What do you mean by simpler? Now that you're my disciple, everything must be done in broad daylight and everything must be grand. As long as your friend is in the same line of work, you have to invite them."
Zhao Ming Qing nodded his head. "Alright, alright. Teacher, you don't have to worry about that."
Lin Fan still couldn't get over the fact that there was thunder on such a clear day. "Alright, I'll go back first. Once you've made the arrangements, look for me on Cloud Street."
Lin Fan got into his car and drove off.
In the car, Lin Fan whipped out his phone. He frowned as he read the notifications page.
"Warning of imminent showers with thunderstorms today..."

Not long after, it started to rain cats and dogs.
"F*ck, how could I not have seen this coming? This is my unlucky day!" Lin Fan shook his head helplessly. But at least, Lin Fan didn't have any problems taking Zhao Ming Qing as his disciple Teaching someone without any basic foundational knowledge would just be a pain in the ass, but teaching an old Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner with a very solid foundational knowledge would be much more efficient and may even benefit society. It wasn't too bad an option.
Since I've agreed already, I'll just let it be.
As far as I am concerned, I don't like students who were all action without any character, and Zhao Ming Qing was not one of them.

"What about your family? I don't think they will agree with it, especially your sons and daughters," Mu Lao said.

I am Lin Fan and I've become a jack of all trades just because of a powerful Encyclopedia. 
In the first ever competition organised for trolls, all the other contestants lost. The crowd exclaimed, "Brother, you're so good at trolling." 
Lin Fan replied, "But I've never been trolling..."

Sky closed his eyes and waited. A minute passed. Another minute passed. Noticing the strange situation, he gulped down the saliva that had been formed due to his fear and opened his left eye.

As he opened his left eye, Sky's vision fell on the enlarged hand of the young lady, but this hand had already stopped moving. It stayed stationary in air, it's fingers clenched. 

With no other movements from the hand, Sky's fear disappeared and he smiled while his vision fell towards the illusionary face of the Young Lady. While he looking at her, the Young Lady was also looking at him. Her eyes seemed to say something, but Sky could not understand her intentions.

They stared at each other and the staring contest ended swiftly with Sky turning away his head. For some reason he found it hard to look at the illusionary face of this young lady for a prolonged amount of time.

Seeing Sky avert his eyes, the Young Lady sighed. Sky who had been watching her from the corner of his eyes found this action both comical and cute and also little strange.

After sighing, The Young Lady slowly opened her clenched fist before Sky. As she relaxed her fist, a bright light spread all over the surroundings blinding Sky. 

It took a while for Sky to adjust his vision to the newly lit environment, but when he had adjusted, he stared dumbly at the open palm of the Young Lady.

On the relaxed palm of the Young Lady was a small ball of white light. If it was your normal light, Sky would not have had this kind of shocked expression, but this ball of white light was made up of World Tribulation, in other words this small ball of white light that was smaller than the size of his head was the Lightning Dragon from before. Obviously Sky was shocked.

"This.. this.." Sky's face turned stiff as he tried to form words. "W-Why is it still alive?" Sky's body weakened with former fear of the Lightning Dragon returning to him.

The illusionary figure did not open her mouth, nor did she say anything in return to Sky's question, but her hand stayed still. 

After a second, the World Tribulation Ball of Lightning moved and approached Sky, who was in a state of confusion and fear. The World Tribulation Ball was so fast that before Sky could even react it was already inside his body. Sky did not even get the time to react before this small ball of World Tribulation Lightning merged with his body.

Suddenly, Sky's mind received a load of information which was disorganised at first, but as time passed, his mind started organising this information on it's own and arranged it an a order Sky could understand.

By the time his mind finished organising this information in the way it should have been, a total of nine profound verses(statements) appeared in his mind.

' Destroy Gods In Path, Destroy Devils in path. Punish those who harm, Punish those who hurt.'(First Verse)

Sky was dumbfounded by these nine verses but he suddenly felt a wave of new power rising in his heart as he comprehended these nine sentences.

As Sky understood the First Verse, His World Tribulation Lightning cultivation reached to the same level as Sin Manifestation realm. It felt strange, but Sky suddenly comprehended the World Tribulation Lightning Cultivation, a type of cultivation that had never been seen in the Martial Sin Realm.

This type of cultivation wasn't deliberate, Sky hadn't cultivated the Lightning Cultivation before, but he was still able to reach a level of Sin Manifestation realm just by understanding the First Verse.

So in other words, it was the small ball of World Tribulation Lightning that gave Sky this Lightning Cultivation which was comparable to the Sin Manifestation realm cultivation.

The First Verse was 'Destroy Gods in path, Destroy Devils in path, Punish those who harm, Punish those who hurt.' 

When Sky understood this Verse, a 'new' Law appeared inside his body. This New Law used World Tribulation Lightning to create a Destructive force that destroys anyone in it's path.

Destroy and Punish, these two words easily emphasised destructiveness of the Lightning Tribulation. As for Gods and Devils, it meant that the Tribulation does not differentiate between good and bad, all it knows was destroy and punish everything in it's path.

Finally, Sky had a comprehended a Law that belonged to the 'Martial Sin World', in other words, he could be barley called as a 'World Conquerer' as he had comprehended a Law that belonged to a World.

The reason that Sky's Lightning Cultivation was so high as soon as he absorbed the Lightning Tribulation Ball was because he had comprehended this single Law. Normally, Sin Manifestation realm cultivator could comprehend a single Law, while every new level in Sin Cultivation would allow one to comprehend another new Law.

Sky's Lightning Cultivation had reached this level because Sky had comprehended a single Lightning Law.

Sky also understood that understanding each Verse in the Nine Verses would let him comprehend a different Lightning Law of the World Tribulation and rise his Lightning Cultivation by a whole realm, as he did not lack 'Lightning energy' due to the presence of 'World's Lightning Tribulation Ball' in his heart.

Now all Sky needed to do was understand the next few verses, and he would reach the level of Original Sins, the Nine Original Sin Realm.

While Sky was still immersed in the new changes that were occurring in his body, the Black Lotus disappeared along with the young lady, they turned into Sloth Laws as they returned into the EverNight Palace.

The Primary Clone of the Original Wrath was sitting on the ground a few meters away from Sky with a dazed expression on his face. His eyes looked empty as he recollected the events that had passed through today.

First, while he was attacking the God Beast with all of his power and comprehending a new Wrath Law, the 'Helpless Wrath Law', he felt the God Beast shaking. The God Beast who had stood like an unshakeable mountain for a whole year had finally started shaking.

The Primary Clone's first reaction was joy. He thought that he had finally succeeded in shaking the God Beast. While he was taking pride in his own power, the God Beast shook for the last time and finally fell down. The Primary Clone had been ecstatic as he conjured his Wrath Laws to kill Sky, his actual target.

He had been attacking the God Beast because the God Beast was protecting Sky until now. Now that Sky was no longer protected by the God Beast, his target had changed back to Sky.

But before he could attack Sky, the Night skies of the EverNight Forest suddenly turned bright blinding him, and by the time the Primary Clone could see again, a World Tribulation Lightning Dragon was watching at his surroundings.

His body instantly stiffened as he felt the danger that he could not overcome. He was rooted to his location unable to comprehend his current situation. He had even badmouthed the Martial Sin World about this situation.

'Why the fuck is this happening. I have always sent Tribulation on others, and have not undergone one on my own. Are you punishing me on behalf of all those who had perished from my Wrath Tribulation, ahhhhh! Damn you!!'

When the Lightning Dragon had opened his mouth and shot out that Lightning Ball, the Primary Clone's soul seemed to fly out of him in fear.

But the strangest thing was, a young lady appeared on top of a White Lotus and snored. This snore created a barrier that protected him from the Lightning Ball, but before he could be happy that he would be able to live, the Lightning Dragon started acting like a clown and started attacking pure air. This action was so strange that the Primary Clone did not know what to feel, he was crushed between laughter and fear.

Finally, the Lightning Dragon stopped and attacked the Seventh Territory once more, but like the previous time the young lady snored this attack away. 

That was still fine, but then, the Young Lady had to go and enlarge her hand and simply crush the Dragon. The Primary Clone no longer knew what he had to feel in this situation. 

A Lightning Dragon was supposed to be indestructible, it should have been able to tear skies and earth alike, but it was instead taken down by a simple palm, the Primary Clone did not know what to feel in this situation. While he was clearly saved from death, his mood wasn't in the best condition. 

More than being happy about his alive status, he felt overwhelmed due to the power of the Young Lady. He was totally depressed after seeing how weak he was. He was made to see his powerlessness and this made him depressed.

The Primary Clone looked at Sky who had his eyes closed and the Clone's expression became complicated. Even though Sky was before him, and even though it might be the last chance for him to kill Sky, he no longer dared to.

Fuck, who would dare kill Sky when that Young Lady was protecting him. Even a Lightning Dragon was destroyed, a puny Primary Clone like him did not even have the qualifications to look at Sky's face.

He cursed this unfair world as he cut the space and returned to his hiding space.

Sky had been too concentrated in the Nine Verses that he had forgotten about his surroundings and his current situation.

He tried to comprehend the nine verses for a long time, but no matter how long he tried, the Second Verse seemed to be illusionary, thus it became harder for Sky to comprehend the Second and Higher Verses. For now, the First Verse was the only verse that wasn't illusionary, every other Verse was either Illusionary or completely empty.

Sky understood that he would not be able to force his understanding of the Verses, so he finally, reluctantly, stopped and came back to his senses.

These kinds of things could not be forced. Sky would need external stimuli to understand the other eight Verses. The best way to understand them was to go through another World Tribulation.

The reason that Sky was able to understand the First verse that was about Destruction was due to the fact that he experienced the destructiveness of the World Tribulation Lightning firsthand.

He still had no idea about other Verses as they hid other properties of Tribulation Lightning that Sky did not know or experience about.

With nothing to do, Sky sat down and started his Sloth Cultivation. 

Sky understood a lot of things about Sin Cultivation when he saw his Aunt's, EverNight's attack.

His aunt had said, 'First Form of the Sleeping Sloth'. Sky was able to see some clues about Sloth cultivation through her words.

First, every Sloth Cultivator who cultivated above Sin Devil have their unique understanding of Sloth.

Sky's aunt had mentioned 'Sleeping Sloth', this was mostly her understanding of Sloth Cultivation. Sky's aunt EverNight seemed to comprehend Sloth as Sleepiness.

Sky had his own view of Sloth and he had comprehended Sloth as Heaviness, unlike his aunt, who had comprehended it as Sleepiness.

This does not mean that Sky was correct and EverNight was wrong. It meant that everyone were free to have their own interpretations of Sloth.

Every interpretation was correct, as it was defined by themselves.

In simple words, you can say that they were not comprehending Sloth but something completely different. Like sleepiness, Heaviness.. etc. It was just that all of these were derived from the single word 'Sloth'.

Second thing Sky had noticed from his aunt's words was 'Form'. She had mentioned First Form, Fourth Form, Ninth Form. Each form represented a single Law, and Sky could clearly guess that his aunt was at least a Nine Original Sin realm cultivator.

But the word 'Form' was very important here. Forms meant that everything, every form was connected. This meant that Sky's aunt had comprehended Nine Laws, Nine Laws belonging to the same group.

Her comprehension of Sloth was Sleepiness, so she probably comprehended Nine Laws of the Sleeping Sloth, and named them First Form, Second Form... and so on. 

This meant that Sky could also comprehend Nine Laws that belonged 'Heavy Sloth' just how his aunt had comprehended the nine laws of 'Sleeping Sloth'.

This type of cultivation was unique. You can guess it by the fact that the Primary Clone of the Original Wrath was comprehending the Fifth Wrath Law from his Wrath 'feelings' and not his 'definition' of Wrath. Or maybe, the Primary Clone did not have a separate meaning of Wrath in the first place.

In fact, EverNight's cultivation was just like Sky's Lightning Cultivation. All nine Verses belonged to the same definition of Lightning.

Sky was able to understand all of this because of his aunt. She had left all the clues to let Sky figure it out. The main clue was the World Tribulation ightning Ball that was residing inside Sky's heart. Since he knew how his aunt's Cultivation worked through the nine verses, Sky was able to guess how to cultivate his own Sin Cultivation.

His aunt, EverNight had done a lot and helped him unconditionally today. he did not know how to repay her. He also had a vague feeling that his aunt did not care about it. But Sky still vowed to meet her expectations and become stronger. This was the best way he could repay her love towards him.

Sky closed his eyes and focused on comprehending a Sloth Law based on his understanding of Heaviness.

When he entered Sin Manifestation and comprehended the 'Heaviness' as the definition of Sloth, a huge amount of information about 'Heavy Sloth' had entered his mind in an disordered way. Now, he was trying to put this information in the correct way.

With his previous experience from Lightning Cultivation, he was fairly fast in ordering the information about Heaviness.

But, even after a whole week of arranging information in the correct order, Sky wasn't able to see the Nine Verses of Sloth, like the Nine Verses of the Lightning. 

This made Sky realise a simple fact. He did not have enough information about 'Heaviness' to form Laws.

The reason that he was able to form the Nine Verses of the Lightning Cultivation was because he had the source of the World Tribulation Lightning in his heart, thus letting him gain more information about it and form the Nine Verses.

But he did not have anything like this for Heaviness, so his information was lacking to form the Nine Verses of the Heavy Sloth.

Sky sighed in understanding of this fact. Nothing was simple when it came to cultivation. 

He slowly stroked the small body of the God Beast who had been unconscious for a while. Gentleness could be seen his eyes as he stroked her. Sky's heart was filled warmness when looked at this small body.

Sky's mood turned for better as he stroked her. He closed his eyes and fell asleep. In his arms was the God Beast who was also sleeping.

"From this moment on, I, Gu Xijiu as the creator of the universe, will no longer be a master to Di Fuyi. Regardless of what happens, we shall embark on different paths from today onwards. Our lives will not cross paths from this moment on, and we will have nothing to do with each other anymore." 
Nothing to do with each other anymore?
Di Fuyi's heart sank upon hearing her words.
Once Gu Xijiu was done, purple clouds started to surround them in the sky above, rolls upon rolls. Under the dark sky, her robes fluttered fiercely in the violent gusts of wind. "Fuyi, your turn now."

He did not say anything more, for he never intended to stay out of her life for good.
Ten years was all he needed. After a decade, he would become a more capable man. When the time came, he would pursue her again and not give her to chance to escape.
As soon as he finished speaking, the utterly stubborn Love Bracelet on their wrists shattered abruptly. The pieces then disappeared entirely.
Something did not seem right.
All he wanted to achieve was the dissolution of their discipleship. Nothing more. 
He stood right up and uttered, "This…"
Before he could say anything more, the first streak of lightning struck like the deadly blade of a grim reaper. As soon as the violence erupted, it felt like doomsday was upon them.
He had never seen or expected such a horrifying sight.
Di Fuyi subconsciously evaded the streaks of lightning. Meanwhile, Gu Xijiu cast a streak of seven-colored rays to encapsulate him in a protective barrier.
Just then, a streak of lightning hit the seven-colored layer of protection and immediately shattered it into pieces. The flash of white light actually penetrated the barrier and struck him. 
He could feel his veins boiling and aching in unspeakable pain. Even the colors started to fade from his cheeks.
The next streak of lightning was aimed at Gu Xijiu. She made a turn to cover herself in a seven-colored barrier of protection. However, no amount of protection was enough. The lightning dispersed the protective layer and struck her hard from above. Her face immediately went pale after just one strike.
The streaks of catastrophic lightning continued to rain down upon them, one at a time, leaving them no room to catch their breaths. 
Every time the lightning struck, she would always protect him by casting a barrier around him using her own spiritual power. Although, it was not enough to stop the flash of electricity, at least she could help to absorb some of the force from hitting him head-on.
After a while, the clouds finally went away, revealing the scorching sun from behind them.
During the catastrophe, every part of Di Fuyi's body was in pain to the point where he would rather just die.
But oddly enough, the pain disappeared along with the ominous purple clouds. The only thing he felt now was exhaustion. The man was so tired that he wanted to take a restful nap right away. 
However, he tried to stay awake and quickly checked on Gu Xijiu.

Even Azief himself believe he had no right to judge a person choice of how to live their life. 
Being cowardly did not mean that the person living a meaningless life. Sometimes people become a coward because they have to. 
Because they are some things that are more important than their pride. 
Like a father that did not want to get involved in a delinquent fight so he could go back home and kiss his little girl.
Azief did not disdain such person. As long as one could live, as long as one could survive, that is what matters. As long as one could live and there is hope, then life still have meanings.
The only reason for Azief to interfere in a person way of life is when their way of life harms others and obstruct him.
After all, he could not respect all of them the same. Azief is not some kind of Buddha that could accept everything
In Pandemonium the sight of parents handing out silvers and gold so that their children could go train in some city sponsored dungeon is a common sight.
When some wandering independent Disk Formation traveler is in town some people would pay anything for their children to be under that person discipleship.
With Disk Formation leveler as a teacher even an Orb Condensing Stage could roam the world relying on the protection of the teacher.
And there is a higher potential of one becoming stronger under a tutelage of such a figure.
As such, it is not a rare scene to see some young kid referring to some older people as their master or teacher since discipleship is even encouraged in many great powers.
In this matter, Pandemonium had an edge since it is full of crouching tigers and hidden dragons. 
To many people living in this new era, not all of them are as talented as Death Monarch. Of course if Azief heard this, he would surely rebuke them. 
There is nothing about talent in gathering energy. It was always about survival. What talent is there to speak off! 
After all, when the Fall happens, no one got any walkthrough on how best to proceed to become stronger. 
There is even that game-like system to help humanity familiarize itself with the changing makeup of the world. 
Everyone during that time was standing on the same starting line. The difference is only their mindset, their experience and their determination
The reason Azief was strong and the many others heroes and heroines that appears in this era become strong is simple. It is not about talent. It is not about luck. 
It is about determination. 
To survive and to follow one own path. 
However, to follow one path, one must first survive. And that is what Death Monarch focused the most during those early days of the Fall. 
He survived first. 
Then when he is strong, only then he can walk his own path. 
The weak speaking about justice and following their own path is laughable. How could a weak person enforce justice? How could a weak person not get blown by the wind walking on their own path?
Justice require strength. Walking on one own path also requires strength. When one has strength, justice could be enforced and their determination will not get swayed.
But the stories about Death Monarch is always exaggerated. As the storytellers in inns and taverns tells it, Death Monarch was turned into a figure of virtue.
His flaws were diminished, his virtue exaggerated. Statues and monument were built to glorify him.
In some places a temple was erected with his statue placed inside it. 
In some villages a monument of him is placed on the entrance of their villages like it is some kind of amulet of protection that warded off evils.
In a world of magic, superstition and belief is not something that should be laughed at. There is power in belief and faith in a world of magic.
The people of Pandemonium had lived in peace from monsters or outside threats since the day Death Monarch got the title the strongest person in the world. 
It enables them to develop a working and prosperous society.
Those kids and many more people had lived in a world where Death Monarch is idolized, respected and even in some parts of the world and in Pandemonium, worshipped.
They are proud of Death Monarch and they aspire to be like him. To look down upon the world and to be invincible and peerless
When they saw the weather turns for the better, they know that Death Monarch had calmed down his feeling and matters had settled in the Centre Palace.
And while these kids that is now rushing to the city square brush off the matter simply, for the many other residents of Pandemonium, they have many thoughts.
With Death Monarch return, Loki had to hand back the power he had. 
This is not exactly good for some people.
For the merchants that have made their home in Pandemonium these did not mean it would be better for them. 
They preferred Loki then Death Monarch
To the merchants Loki the Trickster is better than Death Monarch in governing
Death Monarch did not care about the merchants or took care of the governance but Loki was different.
Because of Loki, some kind of economy had been formed and with the World Government and the Republic support, the economy of the world had revived only in a different form
They sued the gold coins they got from killing monsters and the miens that have energy crystal to mint coins and assign values to them thus stabilizing the act of buying and selling and creating a new currency of the world
After all, not all people could be like those people in the story they heard at inn and taverns that could go without food and water. 
Not all people could reach Energy Disperse stage and it is even harder to reach Disk Formation.
The world had changed too much from the time of the Fall. At that time, energy was in abundance and everyone level up pretty fast. Now, it is very hard to even level up one level.
There is also the matter of the Shadow Guards and the three Army.

PS: The SS stones is not determined by me. It is determined by how long the chapter is. I have taken steps to cut some of the chapters but there are some chapters that could not be cut as it would obstruct the story.

And a chapter is usually ten thousand word each. I have taken steps to cut it and make it into part sized in the later part of the story because many were complaining and thought I was the one that determines the SS so I hope this answers your question.
