In the year 2083 in a dystopian cyberpunk Detroit. A fixer dubbed Nomad is caught up in a job gone wrong. In need of new limbs and eye. He agrees to undergo a new software implant prototype to get a discount on his new prosthetics. Little did he know this software is going to bring him from the neon lit slums to the top of the world.

"You don't scare me," said Adham. "All the ones I went up against in the past said the same thing. "All of them shared the same fate." Death." said Zetsu. Zetsu crunched his hands into fists and ran towards Adham. Adham dodged all of his attacks without breaking a sweat. He couldn't break a sweat. It was too cold. He shoved his finger inside of Zetsu"s chest. Blood started to pour out of his chest staining his orange and black stripes. Zetsu clenched his teeth and grabbed Adham by the neck picking him up slowly. As he was about to snap his neck, Adham released a great deal of energy from hid body which made Zetsu fly into the wall. Zetsu vomited up blood and collapsed on the ground. Adham slowly descended to the ground. Purple aura generated around Adham"s body. Zetsu stood on his feet and wiped the remnants of blood from his mouth. "That was a cheap shot," said Zetsu. Zetsu clasped his hands together and sky-blue aura vegan gathering around his hands. Suddenly his claws turned incredibly sharp. Before Zetsu could react, he was punched repeatedly in his stomach. Adham picked up Zetsu"s one-ton body and slammed him on the ground You are making this harder and harder on yourself tiger man." said Adham. Zetsu jumped on his feet and hopped ten feet away from Adham. "I underestimated you," said Zetsu. Zetsu gathered sky blue aura around his body. The ground began shaking and rumbling. Rocks began circling around his body. Adham unwrapped the bandages from around his giant sword and held it with one hand. His giant sword weighed 2 tons. When Adham was about to unleash the power of his giant sword, the giant door behind him began opening, releasing incredibly powerful winds that were very cold. Adham's giant sword was blown out of his hand blowing into the air. Zetsu took the advantage and punched Adham in the face breaking his jaw like a toothpick. The force of the punch sent him flying through the Chosen Mountain, crashing into a statue which crumbled. The monks opened the door just in time. All the monks of the Chosen Mountain had incredible power but only use it when a powerful foe stood in their way.

Maddox"s Location...

Maddox just returned to The Realm Of Valadin. He wanted revenge. He would not have the likes of a machine to defeat him. It was unforgivable. He landed in a field that created a giant crater with fire and smoke rising out of it. He landed on an Island 2,000 kilometers from the CyberPunk Dokan Jungle. What Maddox didn't know was that the island he landed on was taken over by Acute Dark"s Soulless Troopers. The island was once lively and populated by humanoid creatures that went by the name of Villefort. The Soulless Troopers only arrived five days ago. Blood, limbs, and organs laid all over the place. Flies and bugs snacked on the rotting meat of the Villefort"s. When Maddox was about to leave the island he was confronted by two Soulless Troopers. "Well, well." "If it isn't The Fisherman or shall I say Maddox The Fifth." said both of The Soulless Troopers. Acute Dark"s voice projected out of the Soulless Trooper's mouth. Maddox crunched his teeth tightly and crunched hid hands into fists. "How did find out what my real name is?" said Maddox.  Isn't it fucking obvious? " I am an AI." I know all my greatest enemies real names, assets, and all their deepest secrets. "I can make your life a living hell," said Acute Dark. "Since you are here I can end your life." Both Soulless Troopers ran towards Maddox. Maddox stuck his finger out and fired a beam at the two Soulless Troopers. An explosion occurred an both of the Soulless Troopers were destroyed. Their pieces were sent flying all over the place. Suddenly Maddox turned around and saw more Soulless Troopers approaching. Maddox didn't have time to kill Soulless Troopers. They posed as a threat but they weren't important at the moment. He jumped into the water and swam back to The CyberPunk Dokan Jungle. However, The Soulless Troopers followed Maddox. Acute Dark placed AI form in The Titan. The Walking Machine Titan.  The Walking Machine Titan was Cornelius"s fourth giant machine used in the Third Great War. However, the fourth great machine was destroyed and sunk to the bottom of The Death Sea. Recently The Walking Machine Titan was pulled out of the Death Sea and many repairs were made on it. The Walking Machine Titan was now at least 20 times more powerful. The Walking Machine Titan would go up against The Towering Mecha which was also created by Cornelius. 

Cross's Location...

Cross and his friends and family were now heading to the Chosen Mountain. Orion was the reason for this. They went inside the ship they arrived in and headed for The Chosen Mountain. The ship was placed on autopilot and Sarah prepared food for everyone to eat. They hadn't eaten anything since they arrived at the CyberPunk Dokan Jungle. Sarah prepared pasta, that had over a pound of butter and cheese in it. Sarah always overdid it when she cooked food. She used many ingredients! If a normal person ate Sarah's food every day they would get a heart attack. Everyone ate Sarah's food and patiently waited for the ship to arrive in The Isle Of Zero Degree's Celsius. When the ship arrived in The Isle Of Zero Degree's Celsius it caught the attention of the battle sabretooth cats. The Isle Of Zero's Degrees Celsius had two sequencings. One part was called Frosty which was were Hydra the ultimate weapon was behind created. Frosty was however surrounded by a giant wall. The other part of the Isle Of Zero Degrees Celsius was Cold Hands. Cold Hands was were Cross, Sarah, Jesse, John, Orion, Lucia, Akashiri, and Naomi landed. This was also where The Chosen Mountain was.

One fateful encounter with an extraterrestrial being leaves a man named Cross with inhuman powers and abilities. What will Cross do when he finds out international criminal organizations and government agencies want to dissect him and use the powers of the being for their own evil use? Sarah awoke less than an hour later, bleary-eyed and exhausted.
'I can't believe I just spent an entire night fantasizing about making a utopia with Callum.' She thought, exhaustedly going about her morning routine. 'I doubt we'd even be able to create a dystopia.'
She went to work, exhausted and slightly crabby.
She couldn't even bring Nimbus, which made her crabbier.

After a horrible day working, Sarah returned to a very happy Nimbus.

"Did you miss me?" She asked Nimbus, who was purring like a jet engine.

Nimbus didn't respond, thankfully. She'd probably doubt her sanity if he did.

After tending to the attention-deprived cat, she called Callum.

"Yeah?" Callum never picked up the phone and said 'hello'. He'd only say 'hello' if he was royally pissed, and she had (thankfully) never irritated him to that point.

"Can you come over to my house?" Sarah asked, before immediately understanding what that implicated.

"Nah." Callum refuses her. "I just had somone try to snipe me. Maybe another time."

He hung up.

'Well...Is it schizophrenia?' She wondered.

She seriously doubted it. He had seemed of sound mind when they had last talked and she didn't think that a day was enough for someone to develop schizophrenia.

So, like anyone of sound mind, she visited his house to see if he was alright.

He answered the door, saw her and quickly ushered her inside.

"So today, I got this." He showed her a double-ended cyberpunk scythe. "And someone was trying to snipe me."

"...Is the double-ended scythe your proof that it was real?" Sarah asked skeptically. 

"You're questioning the fact that someone was trying to assassinate me, but not how your powers work?" Callum asked her.

She had no response to that.

"The person who gave me the scythe said I should enchant it." Callum mused, pulling out a soul. "I wonder if I can use a soul to enchant it."

Callum was startled by the sudden connection between the soul and scythe. The connection was the exact same colour as the orb and arked like lightning into the scythe, while the orb in his hands slowly shrank into nothingness.

Callum swung the scythe expirimentally, noticing no change to it. 

"Do you need more than one?" Sarah asked him.

"Maybe." Callum said, moving to put the scythe down before noticing that it had disappeared from his hands. "Huh. It's gone."

Callum stared at his hands, wondering where he had placed the scythe.

Callum was then shocked once more, seeing it appear once more in his hands.

"That's convinient." Sarah said, moving to take the scythe from his hands and inspect it.

"I guess it's bound to me." Callum said, watching Sarah's hands phase through the scythe like it wasn't there.

"Try cutting something now." Sarah said, trying to figure out the extent at which it was intangible. "Perhaps only what you want to interact with will be able to interact with it."

So, being the logical next step, Callum cut lettuce for a salad, using his scythe.

Sarah was a normal girl. She enjoyed gossiping with her friends, having coffee together, etc. Until she learned she was a walking disaster, that is. Note: This has literally no schedule.

I'm writing to tell you the story I promised you, pay close attention and don't forget a single name.

Even Loren was lying in his office on his comfortable sofa-bed, letting glorious prose of free speech and gender equality escape his lips, when Cohen, his writer, was already uneasy about his bold words and exclaimed to him:

___ Young man, do you think it's appropriate to write all that?    I mean, the censorship law forbids talking about such controversial topics - why are you interrupting me?  - Even replied to his writer.


___ Should I censor my words to hide the truth that many refuse to recognize even though they are not blind to it?

___ Cohen, I did not bring you here to also question what my eyes cannot see, but still, even I am not so blind to understand.  What I'm saying is exactly what I want you to write, do you understand?

Loren was a young man of character, dedicated to writing in body and soul; what a misfortune it was for him to be born blind. 

 Even Loren was born in 1886, in the golden years of Cyber-industrialization (it was Cyberpunk).  The world was not ready for so many changes, so everyone suffered a drastic confrontation with the new futuristic reality in which they were.  However, despite the technological changes they were undergoing, the era of floating cruises, they still retained the same creeds and taboos that held their advanced society back within a time loop.  They retained the same labels and social classes; the same beliefs and moral concepts.  Fashion stagnated in the Renaissance era.  Controversies over new ideas prevented them from continuing.  They lived with the same problems of acceptance and pedagogical advances.  A new era began very early for the seven kingdoms of Algon (name of the continent)

The Loren family became billionaires after investing a small amount of money in the new trend of the moment; cars.  All the noble families wanted complete car collections, and they didn't want just any car in their collections, they wanted those of the Loren brand.  The Loren family car line had gained a high prestige. 

 On Even Loren's twenty-third birthday, his mother Carli Loren fell into despair when she assumed that there was no alpha who wanted to commit himself to such a blind burden as her son. 

Then Carli screamed:

___ What are we going to do with him?!

Her husband was concentrating on his poker game, she said:

___ Are you asking me?  - he said with a smile on his face.

Carli, quite upset, turned round and replied:

___ Who the hell would I be asking then?  - She pointed to her son with her right hand and said;

___ Him?  - she said with a lot of irony in her words.  Then, Even in the middle of the climax said to his mother:

___ Lady, I'm blind, not deaf, I can't see why you have to talk like I'm not here. 

___ Even!  - She exclaimed 

___ Don't you understand what this means to you?  To reach such an advanced age without a suitor, oh for the gods!  - she said with her hand on her chest.  Even did not see the seriousness of the matter, so he answered her:

___ Not everyone needs a fiancé to feel complete, Mom; not everyone is like you. 

His mother frowned and replied:

___ Everyone could say that except you, Even.  Son, dear, a complete person could live alone for the rest of their life if they so chooses, don't you remember old John?  He preferred to live on his own with his fortune and nothing else.  But you...  you wouldn't be complete with anyone at your side. 

After she said such hurtful words, she left.  Even's father, Augustín, left his poker and stared out the window of his house in silence.  He had never heard so much noise among so much silence until that day.

Even Loren is a strong omega who likes to write and learn new things. How unfair to be born blind. However, his life may change with a unexpected friendship with another omega really different to him.

Asami and Jared went into the room Emily was recuperating in, only to see her getting dressed. The two exchanged surprised looks while she glared at them.

"Two seconds sooner and I'd still be naked," she said to them. "You two mind knocking next time?"

"We weren't expecting you to be awake," Asami answered. "But to be honest, I don't mind seeing you topless. Yummy yum yum."

"Sis, should you be up?" Jared asked ignoring the 'perverted geezer' that was next to him. "You were hit pretty badly."

"I'm alright now," Emily smiled at Jared and patted his head. "You head home and look after mom, I promise I'll be ok."

"But sis-"

"Hey. Remember when those debtors came along?" Emily asked him, while Asami pretended not to hear but was listening in carefully. "This is nothing compared to that. So go home. Study, eat, and practice to get Espers abilities."

"I - alright," Jared said.

"That's good," Emily said before hugging Jared tightly.

"Sis?"

"You know I love you very much, little bro," Emily said. Jared felt there was something different about Emily but with how young he was, he couldn't understand what it was. "We'll head out together and split up at the Bullet."

"Where are we going?" Asami asked.

"I'll tell you when we get there," Emily answered.

"Children, didn't you just arrive? Stay, have some lunch," as they reached the mansion's entrance, Silvia appeared. "And Ms. Caldwell, what are you doing up and about? Go back and rest some more."

"I'm fine, Ms. Graves," Emily replied stiffly, a hint of nervousness echoing in her voice. "I'm already healed."

"Nonsense," Silvia retorted. "It would take at least half a day for those internal wounds to heal. Unless …"

Silvia looked at Emily inquisitively and the latter nodded before raising an arm. A green glow surrounded it surprising all three who witnessed it.

"You've reached level 1?" Emily nodded at Silvia's question and she nodded back in curt admiration. "Impressive. I must say, I did not expect you to increase your ability so quickly. Congratulations.
"However, I can't permit you to leave so soon. You at least need a checkup to confirm your health, not to mention that you would be safer here."

"Ms. Graves no offence, but I'm an adult," Emily said in a slightly higher-pitched tone. "You can't keep me here against my will."

"Very well," Silvia said after the two had a silent confrontation where they stared at each other for a while. "You may leave, but only after you have taken Jason's, and my own, contact information. And if anything happens, call either of us immediately. Understand?"

"Yes, ma'am," all three answered simultaneously.

Twenty minutes later, Emily shooed Jared away while Asami checked her phone. The two left the bullet and took a Bus to the Sumps. The Bus was designed like a double-decker that covered the entire street; it was the size of three roads making it three times the size of an average bus. The first floor was hollow, allowing cars to pass through it while the sides were connected to maglev tracks on the side of the road. The two exited through the hover-lift at the side of the bus and walked through the Sumps, their destination getting closer to the Slums.

"Alright, can you tell me where we're going now?" Asami asked. "We're getting too close to the Slums and we're both pretty girls, y'know. Oh wow, this totally looks like a date, right?"

"We're looking for Accelerant," Emily said quietly. Asami stopped joking and looked at her in pure shock before grabbing her hand and turning Emily to face her.

Accelerant was a new drug that was almost nonexistent in the streets. It was so rare that AEM merely suspected the drug to be a rumour and the fact that no one had been hospitalized from overdose supported their claims.

However, Emily accidentally eavesdropped on Melanie when she passed by an empty corridor. Melanie who was talking to Olivia, let it slip that Accelerant was real and available in the market, surprising her. Later, after some research of her own, Emily discovered that what Melanie had revealed was true and that several lower-level Espers have already secretly taken the drug. Emily had been struggling for a while on whether she should follow their lead and take it as well but the recent event forced her to accept the situation.  

"You can't be serious right?" Asami asked Emily who refused to look at her. Asami's father, who seemed to know many things due to his position, had warned her of this drug, telling her not to be tempted into using it despite the fact that it might increase her strength. "Emily this … this isn't right. You know that's a drug."

"I know," Emily whispered.

"And it's only rumoured to increase your level," Asami continued.
"I know," Emily's voice slightly rose.

"And it probably has side-effects that we don't know of!" Asami protested.

"I know!" Emily shouted. "Goddammit, I know all that! But I need to get stronger, Asami!"

Asami was taken aback by Emily's shout and looked at her. She narrowed her eyes as watched Emily carefully.

"This is about Jason isn't it?" Asami asked, her voice unintentionally accusing her. "No, it's not only about him but Alina too. You want to be stronger because of them don't you?"

"This is about me, not them," Emily had her head lowered which prevented Asami from seeing her face as she answered.

"You know what it's like, don't you? You're a level one and no matter how much you pretend, I know you feel it. The contempt, the ridicule, the- the scorn others feel about you," Emily said in an anguished voice. "And you at least have your parents. You're an ambassador's daughter, at least you have that!"

Asami didn't say anything and looked away. Of course, she knew what Emily was talking about. Sanctuary was perfect for Espers, but there was a disparagement amongst the Espers based on their levels. Higher levels were given more preferential treatment as opposed to lower levels.

And since society gravitated to the strong, weaker level Espers were neglected, resulting in bullying or false accusations aimed at them and hardly any effort was put into dealing with this, regardless of how much anyone, especially Melanie, tried. Due to her parents, Asami did not suffer any mistreatments but she had seen the disdain many had for her in their eyes, and she imagined how much worse it was for Emily, someone who was not part of the one-percenters.

"You know, Jared isn't really my brother? I live in a foster home," Emily explained bitterly. "I was abandoned by my parents because my potential as an Esper was low, so low that it'd damage their reputation. My friends joined the girls in bullying me when I started attracting all the boys back in elementary. My boyfriend dumped me right after fucking me, telling the class I was a slut even after ... I have nothing, Asami, nothing but this face which has given me nothing but trouble my entire life!"

Tears ran down Emily's face as Asami comforted her by patting her back while hugging her. Emily took a deep breath to calm herself and wiped her tears away.

"I started to cover my face with makeup and my bangs. I tried to attract less attention but it never helped, it just made me a bigger target. A … a more vulnerable target," Emily shook her head as she spoke. "So one day I just gave up. 'Fuck it' I thought. If they're gonna treat me like a slut then I may as well be one. At least that way I won't be ... forced.

"But then I met you, Michelle, Alina … Jason. I met Jason," Emily wiped the new tears forming in her eyes before closing them. "He ... all of you encouraged me to be myself. But to do that I need to be stronger. I want to get stronger."

Emily finally raised her head to stare at Asami, her emerald eyes sparkled with determination and stubbornness.

"I can't rely on others forever," Emily said. "And I don't want to rely on my face or my body anymore. So, no, Asami. I'm not doing this for them ... for him. I'm doing it for myself."

"Alright," Asami finally said. "I'll help you. And I'll keep it a secret but if anything happens, I'm telling Jason. Ok?"

"Thanks," Emily said. "I knew you'd understand."

"So, where to now?" Asami asked.

"There's a gang here that might sell Accelerant and don't worry, we'll be safe," Emily replied. "This gang is called The Orphaned and they seem to look after Second Academy students, I don't know why but I think it has to do with Jason."

"Huh, that makes sense," Asami said. "Remember how Jason said he told the gangs to lay off us students to Q-tip? Wait, is that why you're wearing a school uniform?"

Emily nodded before checking the map on her phone. When she was able to move after awakening, she asked the maid waiting outside her room to give her a school uniform since she didn't have any other clothes other than the gown she woke up in.

"Come on, we're almost there," Emily said as she urged Asami to hurry, her face full of confidence as she walked faster. "They hang out in a bar near here."

The two walked for several minutes before finally stopping at a large bar that was sandwiched between two short buildings. The holo-sign for the bar was inactive and the neon signboard was also practically dead with only a few lights flashing. The paint had turned a dingy gray while lines of rust painted the area around the metal pieces. Looking up, the two saw the name of the bar written in red paint on a wall next to the door: Clumsy Punk's bar.

Emily entered the bar and Asami followed her nervously. The inside of the bar was as bad as the outside, the dimly lit room barely illuminated the walls and the stench of skunky marijuana and cheap, undistilled alcohol. Dark, electronic cyberpunk music filled with bass played in the background as groups of rowdy people lounged together, playing cards, throwing darts, and mingling together while making out in the dark. A big man, no doubt a bouncer, was sitting near the entrance and he stood up when he saw them. He was about to stop them when he saw Emily's school uniform and swallowed his saliva while sitting back down, pretending not to see them.

Emily ignored him and walked further in and Asami waved her hand while laughing; she was trying her best to act normal and friendly as the people near them started to pay attention to them. A few wanted to walk up to the newcomers with bad intentions but several others stopped them.

A man sitting on a barstool downed a mug of ale before turning and looking at them. His blonde hair and chocolate skin gave him an exotic look while his features and lean figure screamed pretty boy. His age couldn't have been more than twenty-eight but his life-weary eyes proved he had seen much in life.

"You girls lost?" 'Papa John' asked while looking them over with a critical eye. "The karaoke club's on the other side of the road."

(Explanation of Chapter 16:

There may be parallels between Emily and Michelle's reason for getting stronger but it is not exactly the same. Michelle wants to get stronger to protect others whereas Emily is looking to find herself by getting stronger.  The reason why they sound similar is that the person they're conversing with assumes their doing this for someone else, specifically Jason.

Previously, Michelle has hinted at preferring an American accent instead. This is because of her mother who is American. (Chapter 11)

Elizabeth is having a conflict inside of herself. She loves Jason but feels that he doesn't love her back. He's the perfect lover, but he doesn't open up. So, he knows everything about the woman he's dating but they don't and that works, the whole mysterious thing, it works in the beginning but not when you want a serious relationship. And that's a major problem for his love life: how girls he dates like him but feel like they don't know him so they break it off (that or they get terrified by his true nature). Elizabeth here feels like just being friends with benefits is better for both of them.)

Login activities were actually normal? It was a meeting in the large conference room, which had been cleared so the team could do stretches and a mild aerobics workout to warm up the body before actually starting work.

"Woah! Are all Tokyo elites as fit as you?" Sei drooled as she watched Yuma move with flexibility and ease next to her. The man didn't even break a sweat in his company sweats everyone had to change into.
"I guess," Yuma answered unconcernedly.
Everyone yelped and cursed at the high-pitched shriek from Minato's coach whistle. Then breathed a sigh of relief when it was the end signal and time to change and have a team break before getting into real work.
Yuma quickly changed in the level's change rooms with Minato and Sora. He felt awkward by Sora's stare as he was redressing into his suit with them.
"You have ripped abs." Sora noted as he pulled his cyberpunk undershirt over his head. "It's good your back didn't get anything more than a bruise."
Sora's cool dark eyes lingered on Yuma's six-pack, noting the slightly curved outline to his obliques. He figured the man trained with more than lightweights.
"You have good form. Calisthenics, I guess." He concluded when he finished dressing in his typical white shirt and dark slacks. His stylish hair flopped back into place like magic. He checked himself in the mirror to be sure.
Yuma saw the gold ring band dangling on the chain around his neck and jumped to a conclusion that the man was in a steady relationship.
"You look like you workout too." Yuma politely returned the compliment, which caused a chuckle from Minato.
"Gentlemen. How about a wager?" Minato asked with zero expression to his voice. His eyes were animated.
He was back to his accountant garb and attitude.
"Wager?" Yuma frowned.
"20 push-ups in 10 seconds. five thousand yen bet."
"Yeah, about those bets..." Yuma attempted to press the question and was cut off by Sora's vocal acceptance.
"Let's do this, Yama-chan." Sora goaded Yuma with a challenger's smirk, cracking his knuckles.
"Yama-chan?" Yuma gave him a cross-eyed stare.
"Great! On your marks..." Minato whipped out his sports watch and stood back to give the men space.
"Wait! What?" Yuma was caught off guard, unsure about the situation.
"GO!"
Sora dropped to the ground and fiercely pumped his press-ups on the floor.  Yuma felt compelled to do the same and took up the competitor's spot next to him.  His arms bulged as he pushed his body up and down with ease.
"Five seconds!"
Sora groaned and gritted his teeth, pressing harder to try to keep up to Yuma.
"TIME!"
Both men ambled to their feet and dumped themselves down on the change room bench.  Panting.
"Just great." Yuma huffed, feeling sticky with sweat under his suit.
"Well done Saito-san." Minato handed him a 5k yen bill. Smugly readjusting his glasses to his nose.
"You bet against me?" Yuma wasn't sure what to think about the fact.
"Haha. No, this is Nakamura's cash. Man's too proud to hand it over himself. Well, he did just lose 10k."
Sora grumbled as he stormed out of the room.
"Don't mind him. He'll get over it." Minato coolly noted and whistled his way out of the room.
Yuma glanced at his 5k bill in his hand. Well if it's betting like these, it should be okay.
He gave his image a once over before heading to the floor's kitchen area for the team break.

Yuma Saito found himself demoted from a highly praised Senior Business Analyst role of Canyon IT's prestigious CEO Office in Tokyo, after his management of a pivotal customer project ended up a botch job; deemed a brand damaging clusterf**k.
