Chapter 8


It has been three months exactly and xu fan was already a year and two months old. 

Within these past three months, xu fan read all the books related to array creation. He also had a celebration for his birthday. This made xu fan bored though, even in his past life, he never was fond of celebrations but celebrating his online accomplishments and learning complex programming was much more fun than parties. 

Talk about being an introvert. 

But in this life, all the things he need are here, no online games but books, knowledge, martial arts, cultivation and magic. 

This were the things earth did not have but this world did not have online games so xu fan busied his self reading and accumulating knowledge to avoid boredom.

Within this three months, xu fan completely memorized all the knowledge within the ten books made by Qian Fu.

Array creation needs good materials or treasures for one array to be effectively created and used. The runes must be drawn within the array to form the theme of array in a canvass or in a material. 

This was like alchemy! 

Xu fan thought. 

The same alchemy has in an anime he watched long ago. 

But this one's kind of different as runes are required for an array to have uses. 

These were the basics for the first three books. 

On the next three books, it taught xu fan the introduction and basic techniques to form array formation and rune creation using only his qi. An array master must be able to use his qi to draw up a complete array in the air without a need for a canvass. 

This ofcourse fascinated xu fan again, however for one to be successful in it, the person's cultivation must be atleast in the combat soul stage due to the qi requirement. If a person have a cultivation of not equal or lower level, just creating the array without the runes using qi would be too difficult already. 

For the last four books, this truly made xu fan convinced to learn array formation, why? It is because of the words "Creating a separate dimension" "Creating array shield protections". These technique' names made xu fan excited. 

I can create things with array formations!? For real!? 

Blurted out by xu fan when he read the last four books. 

Creating things was xu fan's favorite hobby. Upgrading and creating game items, codes, programming, creating mini games and his ultimate goal, creating his own online game. 

But all of these were already gone. His dream was already destroyed when he died in that earthquake.

Still, his hobby had yet to completely disappear and with the new found knowledge he received after reading the ten books of qian fu, his dream began to be alive again, although not in the form of online games since there's no internet on this world.

The last four books detailed the advance application of arrays and this time, arrays and runes must be applied by what in this world's cultivators named as the Laws.

But due to xu fan's interest in creating a dimension he did not give full interest in learning different laws but turning to only one law required to create a dimension and that was the law of space and law of void.

These two laws were the laws xu fan needs to have to create a dimension of his own. 

So within this three months, he completely absorbed his self in researching on how to feel the laws around him.

Previous Creator's will got corrupted due to disruption of energy so he choose to give his power to another person who can work as his successor .

I was shocked , am I the only living being.  But I calmed down , if I didn't had power to create a life then I won't even got the will to live alone floating in a place where you can't even see your body .

System gave them intial knowledge about their existence and powers also the way to interact , many basic things which were given to all first unique lifeforms who have powers .
After the base was complete , Lucifer went to make some things which were not in game so to add spice in things . He made some systems , inheritance many more things which will make world fight for and add mystery so those who were in upper part of world not become idle .

But the doctor also gives good news. His body is completely healed, so he can be discarded. While the doctor explained his condition, he secretly learned his new name, Tejo Kusumo. As for his little sister, her name is Wulan Diana. Although he feels strange about names without a surname, he won't question his name.

Because he didn't have any relatives who could be his guarantor, he decided to discard immediately. With his new little sister's direction, he manages to arrive at his apartment. Before they enter the apartment, Diana runs toward the red box in front of the apartment. When she opens the box and picks the letter inside, she looks curious. Si Chen was not as dense as to think that the recipes he had created were already at the peak of the world standard.
He still had a long way to go before he reaches that, and with every upgrade of his F&B Business Expertise, he goes one step forward to reaching that goal.
Now, the next thing he had to do was the allocation of his attribute points.
He decided to go with the Wisdom and Charm stats.
Wisdom, because it could help him learn faster, deduct and analysis things more thoroughly, and make it easier for him to innovate and create new things, such as recipes.
As for Charm…just because he felt like it.
He pressed the addition button, and relished in the pleasure. It felt as if he was indulging in the soft and gentle spring winds caressing him in the higher heavens.
His brain shined with a glow, as stronger and more connections were being made, activating a higher portion of his brain potential.
His features became more defined and sharp, giving him a more attractive appearance.
He then sat back down on his chair and entered his mind space yet again.
He had already completed two missions, the one with the Hui Yuan Drink Store, and the other with the Seafood Restaurant. Now, he had a hint of anticipation and expectation for what mission was to come next.

To Si Chen, this mission seemed rather reasonable to him. After investing within F&B businesses, it looked like he was on the way to the Retail businesses.

Businesses within the retail industry were businesses that provided goods and services to the customers.
There were two main choices for him, which was either clothing stores, or convenience and grocery stores.
Clothing stores seemed more like a practical choice to him, because they did not require as much funding for the stores to open up, in comparison to convenience and grocery stores.
Of course, this was only in general, and did not apply in all cases.
Si Chen felt more inclined towards the clothing stores as an investment target right now. He had distinctly remembered that he had chanced upon something on the internet.
It was something by the name of "Online shopping", where there would be websites created online for consumers to see, check and buy products on the internet.
This was still a new thing within the internet, and there was not much popularity for it yet. However, Si Chen could see that this could be the next great prospective asset.
If he were to invest into online shopping, would this be considered as investing into a retail business since he was selling goods online?

This cold robotic voice within his mind cleared his doubts, and the idea within his head started to sprout.
For this idea to work, first, he had to invest into a store that sold clothes, then in the business who created an online shopping website, since he had no knowledge of how to create such a platform online.
During this period of time, since online shopping did not gain much attention yet, the businesses who created the websites would most likely still be in a profit deficit.
Because of this, Si Chen was confident that it would be must easier to invest into a suitable online shopping website with the current cash he had on hand.
And Si Chen figured that the idea of online shopping would take some time to get on fire, which was why he wanted to invest into a storefront to sell clothes in the real life first so that he could gain some instant profits, while waiting for the online shopping idea to become popular.
After all, if he solely relied on the online shopping platform, Si Chen predicted that the profits would take a much longer time before it could start coming in, and before that happened, the online shopping platform would be nothing but a liability.
Although this liability will not stay a liability for long, however, this would still affect the speed of his mission completion.

Since the Seafood Restaurant mainly sold Seafood, Si Chen wanted to find a location near to the beach to have the branch shop at, so as to allow the sea scenic to better suit the theme of the restaurant.
The rent for shops having a full view of the beach was definitely going to be more expensive than usual, but this difference in rent compared to the prospective profits that the restaurant was going to bring was not even worth mentioning.

When I arrived at my house, I felt the cold breeze from the open windows. I don't know why anyone would keep a window open when everyone is gone. Good thing we didn't get robbed.

I take off my shoes and climb the creaky wooden stairs up to my room. I sit down at my desk turn on my old desktop computer, and bug around on the internet. As i'm lazing around I realize how sad and unimportant, and unaccomplished my life is right now.

"I said I was going to get my life together and now i'm doing nothing, I don't deserve this computer if i'm not going to do anything with it."

As my thought comes to an end, I search up ways I can earn money at home and online. I watch a few videos, read a few articles, then I come across a video named. How to start an online businesses. I was intrigued. Not any normal person can easily start a businesses, and here's just a video on how to do so. Naturally I clicked.

As to summarize the video, it's about a form of businesses called dropshipping. It is a form of making money online by making a website, and sourcing products from another website, that's probably in china, and selling it at a higher price.

It seems relatively simple. But the more you think about it the more complex it seems. The easy money making task is not at all. For one how do you create a website. You can pay someone to but that cost money. Secondly how will people fine your website. You have to advertise it, but on what platform. How do you make the ad. You could make a simple one yourself but would people click on it.

What products would your site be based on. You can't just put random items on the store it has to be focused on a type of items. For example, do you find golf clubs on a clothing store. No, all you find is clothing. What type items would you put on your store in the first place. The most profitable ones, or the ones you most enjoy. Because you don't want to do something you don't enjoy.

But I will tackle this challenge head on. I will create my own website, make my own logo, and find my own products. I will do it all on my own so all the money made will be mine. I am the CEO and the only employee. But first I have to create the website and find the type of store it will be.

I believe it would be a clothing store. Its easy to find items for, and can't be to hard right. First I have to find a website creator. But as i'm looking for that I come across a website just for dropshipping. I find it pleasing that something like this exists. But that also means that the market is very competitive.

I go on the website and sign up, then open the website creator. I want it to be classy and simplistic. I found a template that suits my tastes and chose it. I find pictures of clothes to go with it and finish the website in about 45 minutes. I now have to create the logo.

The logo I created isn't the most creative, but by going off of my skill set it's high quality. I then implant it in the logo spot and finished the website. I now have to go and find the products, then promote the website through ads. But I currently have no money to my name, I will just have to shamelessly promote it on different platforms. But I have to get the products first.
