The school opens into a long hallway splitting in two after a few cadences, one leading to lockers and classes, while other leading to the office. We followed the one for the office, and in few moments found ourselves face to face with the Principal. "Ah, Good morning. Please, come in, come in, have a seat. How are you doing on this fine day? I'm Isaac Stowell, Principal of Blackwood High.", he greeted us. " Good morning Mr Stowell, we are good. Thank you for asking. How are you?", Dad replied to the pleasantries with a firm handshake. "Good. I'm good. I assume you are here to enrol your children today." He inquired. "Yes. This is Orion, my son, he is 16, to register in junior year," Dad said, whilst pointing to Rock "Good morning, Mr Stowell", he greeted with a handshake, "Good morning son", Mr Stowell replied with a warm welcoming smile. "And this, this is my daughter, Phoenix, she is 13 and ready to start high school." Dad continued this time gesturing to me. "Hello sir, Good morning.", I replied in a small quiet voice. My social anxiety coming up. "Good morning, young lady.", the Principal replied back with the same kindness. Mr Stowell is a middle-aged man, in his early 40s or 45s, with an average height of five feet and seven inches, salt and pepper look for hair, a bit chubby, but very welcoming. He has one of those kind eyes and charming smile, that just warms you up. But something tells me not to test his patience. "Alright, now that introductions are done, let us dive into the purpose of your visit. Shall we!", he said, pulling out forms to be filled for the admission. " In Blackwood High, extracurricular activities are given the same importance as that of the academics. Thus, for Juniors, they have to choose between various sports, arts, science, literature, and volunteering clubs. They have to select any three subcategories of the above-mentioned. It can be all the same categories or different, there wish. You also have the right to choose your subjects, just make sure you add at least one of each core subjects. All your preferences would be taken into consideration, while matching with your current academics, before finalization. But seeing your grades, I think it would be a piece of cake for you to get in any your heart desires.", Mr Stowell said, laughing up, heeded by Dad and me, turning Rock a blushing mess. "Yea, sure, I will fill it up", Rock mumbled, still flustered, whilst taking out a pen and starts filling up. 

" Now, for freshers, the rules change a bit.", he carried on facing me instead. I like the way he is talking to Rock and me, and not just Dad alone. "We want freshers to experience and try all the new things, to learn where their passion lays, and to enhance and enrich it. Therefore, they have all the core subjects, along with a few additional subjects in their curriculum. These include - Art, Language, Music/Theatre, Gym and Culinary/ Pottery. You have to take all the subjects the for the first semester, and then according to your preferences and your performance in them, you will have to take at least anyone among the Art, Music / Theatre, Culinary/Pottery. You are also to carry them in the sophomore year. Also, the school has various sports and non-sports club. The sports include Football, Basketball, Varsity, Badminton, Tennis, Gymnastics, Swimming and recently added Boxing. You are required to try for all of the clubs. If you have potential, you would be in. In case, you get selected for more than one, it would be up to students to choose either or both or none, provided they give valid reasoning. In the non-sports category, we have literature, astronomy, science, mathematics, environmental science, social sciences, indoor games, creative writing and psychology & philosophy. In this, you would be part of any three clubs for three months, and then switch for the next three and then again towards the end. All of them have quizzes, debates, poster making, essay writing and various other activities. Again based on your interest and performance, next year you would be required to select any three.", Mr Stowell paused, letting all the information to sink in. "Any question so far?", he inquired, and when I answered in negative, he gave me my form and asked me to fill in. Meanwhile, Rock has completed his and is just going through the checking. 

Okay, for the extra subjects, I choose culinary from culinary or pottery, music from music or theatre and the German language as my second language from French, Spanish, Arabic, German, Chinese and Russian. The reason for German, well I'm biracial, and I've got reasons to believe that at least one of my biological parents were from Germany, while others being English. 

Once, the forms as well as documents were filled, checked and accepted, the admission procedure was finished off. "Congratulations. Welcome to the Blackwood High", Mr Stowell announced, giving us a blinding smile. I swear it looks like he was more delighted than all of us. Dad politely thanked him on our behalf, discussed a few more rules and regulations, like clothes, working hours, punishments etc.  After a quick tour of the school and assuring all of us that someone would be there to show us around on our first day, we were on our way back home, err, mansion! You know, what FM, Ya that sounds good.

" Found him. ", said a man in his Bluetooth receiver. He was sitting in a black van, dressed in a wife-beater and joggers. He was around 30, chiselled sculpted face, high cheekbones, olive skin, and those luscious raven curls giving him a look of that of Adonis. But his eyes, they were as black as darkest skies, piercing into your soul. And those mysterious nerve-wracking eyes were fixed on the new addition of the BlackWood Valley, noting every step of this dysfunctional yet content family. "Are you sure?", asked a dominating voice from the speaker. "More than anything. It's him. Though he changed his appearance a bit. Seems like he got a new hair colour and a new pet", The Adonis said with all seriousness. "Watch him. And find more about this pet of his.", and with that order, the line went dead. "The chase came to an end. Let's see what you got know bunny", thought the Adonis, an evil smirk ever-present on his lips and eyes locked on the oblivious family.

Henry finally decided what car he will buy. It was Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 black color, and it's cost just for $30,000. Henry choose this car as mainly it looks quite good but not attract attention as this car is fairly common at this time as even his father has one.
After decided, Henry then goes to Chevrolet dealer to buy the car. After 2 hours of the various document and stuff, Henry finally gets the car. Henry then circles Palo Alto as his home is near the famous Silicon Valley.
Henry feels quite fortunate as his home near Silicon Valley, to get there you just need 10 min drive. This will save trouble later if he wants to recruit talent here.
Henry circle Palo Alto and the Silicon Valley for 2 hours to familiarize as in the future he will have a lot of activities here. Henry deciding to stop as now is time for lunch and drove to a nearby restaurant.
Henry sits in the windows side as that is his favorite spot. Henry then orders a steak and a juice to fill his stomach. The restaurant quite crowded as this is a time for lunch. At this time Henry then spotted someone familiar, but he not quite sure.
That person then approached Henry as all the seat are full and just Henry opposite seat not occupied. It was a man with long hair and quite a messy beard.
"Hello sir, is your seat occupied, as you see now all the seat is full ?" He asked with a polite tone.
"Sure, get yourself occupied." Henry answered as he still thinks who this man is.
The man then sits down and begin to order.
"May I know your name? I seem has seen you somewhere." Henry asked as he is really curious, someone he familiar must be an acquaintance from the future or Henry know him.
"My name is Steven Paul Jobs, but people usually call me Steve." The man introduced himself
When Henry heard that, he shocks as he didn't expect to meet Steve Jobs here. At this time Steve Jobs still has his hair and about the same age as Henry as Jobs is 1 year older than him.
Henry quickly calm his mind as he introduced himself, "Nice to meet you Steve, my name is Henry William, but you can just call me Henry."
They then chatted for a while until Jobs food arrived. After Jobs finish his food, they chatted again about their lifestyle and hobby. Henry then learned Jobs now is in Reed College and looking for a part-time job.
Henry did not expect this meeting as now is still too early. After they chatted for 30 minutes, they parted way as Jobs has other business to do. Henry then pays Jobs food as they make a friend. Henry feels this is still too early to pull Jobs into his company as his preparation is not enough and Jobs still need to mature.
If Henry pulls Jobs too early, it will only counterproductive as now Steve Jobs he knows in the future has not yet mature. So Henry just makes a good impression to Jobs to make things easier later.

Henry goes home and parks his car in the garage. His garage quite big as it can hold 2 car, 1 his father, and another his car.
As Henry enters the home, Margaret is sitting in the living room while reading a newspaper. His father Jacob usually home late at night as his job as a professor at Stanford is quite busy.
Henry then greeted his mom, "Hey mom, what are you reading ?"
"Your book now became a bestseller in the US, many media want to interview you." Margaret replied with a smile as she feels proud her son have this achievement.
"Of course, that's because my work is good. Oh yeah mom, I have a new book here, I already completed it last night." Henry feels proud but then he thinks now is the right time to launch the 'Da Vinci Code'. Henry plans to use 'Devotion of Suspect X' heat to hype the release of his new book so the book is selling faster and hotter.
"What book is it honey?" Margaret curious as now she knows her son is a genius at writing, maybe his new book can bring her surprise.
"Wait a minute, I gonna change my clothes and bring the book"
Henry then goes upstairs to change his clothes and bring the 'Da Vinci Code in his drawer.
Henry holds the book and gives it to Margaret. Margaret then read the book for 5 minutes as Henry wait patiently.
After Margaret read the book, her tone somewhat weird, "Are you sure you want to publish this book?"
"Of course."
"Do you know what are you writing? this can be considered as blasphemy!!!" Margaret tone somewhat high as William family is Christian, even though they just barely faith in it, but they still respect the religion.
"Of course I know what I'm writing. But listen to my explanation mom, all of this based on the historical research and various material that I researched. So the content is 99% according to historical material and about the content the book itself, I don't know much as I just fictionalize the rest of it." Henry explained to Margaret as he knows the content of the 'Da Vinci Code' is controversial and has condemnt many Christian in the future.
But he determined to publish it as the 'Da Vinci Code' is the bestseller of 5 years and sold for a total copy of more than 80 million in 2009. This book is determined the fund he needed for the company establishment.
Margaret was then silent for a while. Henry knows she is thinking now, so he just waits patiently.
After about 10 minutes of struggling in her mind, Margaret then says "This is the last time I helped you honey, if you want to publish this type book again in the future, I will not help you." Margaret then agrees as who makes Henry her son, so she decided to help him.
"Yes, this is the last time I write this type of book, I promise mom. And can you negotiate with the publisher about the royalties, it's best if you can help the royalties reach the highest." Henry promises as he knows writing book is just a way for him amass the money need for company.
In the future, there are a countless way to make more money than writing a book so he thinks this may the last book he released, maybe he will release a book later if he has time.
"Well, let mom call my friend and discuss this with her." Margaret then walks away from the living room and prepared to call her friend.

A place where time does not exist existed. Wait no, let me correct that.
A place where time is insignificant existed. Now, that's better.

You may not believe it, but how can I not?  I am living- I mean, staying here and I have one job.

To write.

Everyone here has one job, a job unique to us. Work that we will perform until we leave this place.

Before we entered this place, we were given choices - to do a job here or go to where our souls belong. I chose the former because I felt it was the right choice.

Maybe, I was anticipating that I can finally have my dream job, which is writing, or it was just curiosity. Whatever it may be, it was enough to make me choose to do a job.

Luckily, being a writer was still on the list of available jobs. Editing, which no one chose since the beginning, would've been my second choice.

Writing was my passion, but I never got to do it. I don't even know if I had talent in it since I died too early. Be a doctor or an engineer, then live your life - that's how I was supposed to live.

But after becoming a doctor, I got here. I never got to live my life. Anyway, enough drama.

Unlike the living dimension, talent doesn't matter here. Choose a job, and you'll be able to do it without hiccups.

Back to the main point, closing the dimension? I couldn't care less about the others who just came here for fun, but how about those who wanted to be here like me? Will they wait for eternity until the dimension opens up again, or will they automatically go to either of the two places?


Well, I only have one way to answer that. I'll need to write about this.

We all live, we all die. But have you ever wondered what really happens after we die?

I thought my end would be either at those two places but a dimension where time does not exist, existed.

In here, we all have one job. One can clean anything, another can teach anything. And mine?

Well, I can write anything. Even things I never knew in my whole lifetime, I can write about it.

I never knew what love is. I never knew what it feels to be loved or to love.

Will a pen really be enough to know? Should I write about the thing called "love"?

Is love that shallow?

I don't think so.

One saturday afternoon a bunch of girls were walking back from their college...Two of them drained after a long boring lecture in the middle of a hot summer day. 

All of them just entered the hostel premises, half of them excited because all the local girls would go back home; some would visit their friends house and some would go to the city for shopping and dinning. And some would just like to collapse on the bed and chill. all these were freshers from medical college. 

Fun fact about freshers in Medical College is they are stared down by some seniors in the corridor or TV room or even in the hostel premises. it's like senior gals always keep judging you ...checking if you have the potential to steal their boyfriends... 

Anyways coming to the point... u can say all these girls were beautiful in their own way. Two of them chattering in front were the pretty ones rest were the average types... Suddenly Archie  told Dia who was dragging her feet at the back  that she had a letter in the matrons room. That must have caught Samitha s attention  who was walking right in front as she was very interested who would write Dia a letter as among the roomies she was the only one who got letter's.

Samitha just ran to matrons room and snatched the letter to see who had written the letter but sadly there was no written address. Disappointed she handed the letter to Dia who was asking her to open it to know who the letter was from and probably out of boredom.


Dia was curious as she knew her parents wouldn't bother writing her a letter. Her friends from her hometown didn't have her postal address as yet because it was just 25days after joining and she hadn't gotten to give them her proper address. 

Seeing everybody's gaze on her she decided to open the letter right there in the corridor without even entering her room. Her other roomie Taapthi was also waiting but showing that she was least interested as she was very competitive in everything be it studies or socially. 

It was 2002, so you can just imagine that old white inland letter that was to be opened... Dia tried opening it without tearing any part of the folded inland letter. Losing patience Archie who was the closest to Dia just took it from her hands and opened it. 

Dia was just about to read the letter when she just noticed 5-6 more heads popping in and trying to read it simultaneously. she lost all her patience and just walked towards her room and while keeping the letter inside her apron pocket. 

Taapthi unlocked the room and before all three gals staying in the room could enter you could say among the gals staying in the ground floor room almost 7 gals entered this room curious as to what was all this was about. 

Dia just had taken out one of her floater chappal removed her letter and started reading it with Archie by her side. Taapthi and Samitha were too irritated by than so they picked up their plates and went to the mess hall. 

Archie was a local so she would go home every Saturday afternoon and return on Monday morning.So she was waiting for Dia to open the letter as you can say she was kind of her bestie among the gals.

Semester Results day...
 
"Sir, you have got an A" John, his body-guard handed him a piece of paper which showed a scribbled hand-writing of all his subject marks.
 
"That's as expected, anything new?"  Arnav shrugged sipping his coke from the tin, leaning onto his sea green TVR Tuscan, a mere head-turner in the campus as his aviators reflected the sun above the roof of the cafeteria adjacent to his car. He exchanged occasional nods to the passing by students who threw random pleasantries at him and ignored the constant glances from the group of girls seated opposite.

 
 
"Sir, there is a fresher's event coming up. There is notice put up for the interested students who would like to perform seeking their nominations--"
 
"Seriously Naman?" he snarled at the second body-guard who gave this piece information. "Is that all you can get from that big freaking notice board? A stupid party of maroons?" he asked sounding incredulous and thus earning an annoying look from the passing by student.
 
"I'm sorry sir"
 
"Anything else, important that I should be aware of?"
 
"I guess nothing sir"
 
"Guessing doesn't work with me Naman! You get that straight in your head. I only want sure shot answers, you understand??" he yelled again.
 
"Yes"sorry sir" with that he turned around.
 
"And where do you think you are going?" Arnav stopped him.
 
"I'll just go recheck everything and come sir---"
 
"Did I ask you to?"
 
Naman just looked down rooted to his place. Arnav then glanced at the other man speculating it all and flipped his head; taking the command John quickly made his way towards the notice board again.
"And you!" Arnav pointed his finger. "Get me a sandwich now, here" he added thrusting a 500 rupee note in his hand.

"Oh my god! Guys you can't be serious!!" exclaimed Khushi who had been silently witnessing it all seated with a group of students right behind Arnav's car at a decent distance. Her eyes went wide having seen the whole Arnav Singh Raizada's, I'm-the-boss- drama and her jaw dropped almost digging itself into the ground below.
 
"He is a man-eater! A perfect definition of an ass-hole! He"he is a living"dinosaur! And you are planning to send me as his prey??"

 
 
"Shhh--" a guy from the group silenced her and dragged her away into the cafeteria.
 
"Look, that's the bet, either do it, or forget your chance to perform in the freshers!" another girl voiced and the group grinned at her.
 
"This is not fair!!" she exclaimed eating her nails nervously.
 
"All is fair in Love and war baby" the guy wrapped his hand around her and she shrugged it off immediately. "Listen you---"
 
"Khushi kumara gupta" she offered.
 
"Yeah whatever--"
 
"It's not whatever, it's my name!" she argued with the weird guy, who looked like he had a hundred of piercings at his ear-lobe and the guy just stood there suddenly dumb struck being smitten by her chirpiness.
 
"Argh! listen you feisty girl, Freshers DO.NOT.PERFORM for the fresher's party, but since you asked and you are not bad yourself, we are giving you this chance, either take it or forget it" the girl standing with the guy offered.
"Or are you scared of bets?"
 
"I thought you promised you would do anything?"
 
"So Ms.Khushi Guptha backs off from her promise?"
 
"Alright stop" She shoved her hand at the small group of her seniors. "Khushi kumari Guptha doesn't back off her promises" she said confidently lifting her chin in the air and girl in front of her lifted her eye-brow in a challenging way. "He does look like a monster but he isn't a monster, is he?" the confidence in her voice suddenly seemed low enough and she swallowed hard.
 
"Well, you would find that out, wont you?" with that the group started walking away.

"The art of smiling is not a rocket science; it's just a reflex action to what you feel. Try it's not that hard, Arnav."
 
He smiled again at the memory;  Seven years, was long enough to forget someone, not that the memory of the person haunted him or tortured him in anyway, he is just amused by himself to relive the memory ever so naturally every time he found himself helping someone.  
"Ram Singh" he greeted as he reached the parking place of the airport.
 
"Hello sir how was your flight?" the driver spoke reaching out to his luggage.
 
"It was good, I would have hailed a cab, you shouldn't have come" he said going around the SUV and settling himself behind the wheel.
 
"Oh, I was strictly instructed not to allow you to drive at this time of the night sir---" he said hesitantly looking at Arnav settled behind the wheel already.
 
"Then your Maam shouldn't have sent you Ram singh, the taxi would have served that purpose, don't you think? Now shut up and take the place beside me or you can choose to stay here for the rest of the night, and oh! I might just deduct your one day pay if you choose to stay by the way" he said and smirked.
 
Ram Singh visibly cursed his boss under his breath. He slowed down his car as they neared the building with both of their gazes fixed to the white image above them and finally the car halted just below the building. Sensing the car stop, Ram Singh turned his head to look at his boss as a reflex action. "Sir, I was just kidding; you are not thinking to go up there, are you?"
He asked swallowing hard as he could see Arnav just ignoring him and his glance fixed to that image.
 
Arnav stepped out of his car all the way looking up at her and stood facing the ridiculously tall building, his face bent behind in an attempt to take a clear look at the white image. He tugged his hands in his pockets and continued to observe her. The white gown looked oversized for her petite body, it looked more like a hospital gown, her legs stood long and straight on the very thin wall; he noticed there wasn't a shiver nor a tremble in the way she stood there, her posture almost looked relaxed and his lips parted registering the view that spoke volumes to him, but somehow nothing made sense. He felt a sudden pull and he swallowed hard processing the unknown fear creeping up his nerves.His legs on their own accord made their way into the building completely ignoring the repeated calls from his driver. The doors of the elevator wide opened into the top most floor and then he walked around to find the stair case leading to the terrace. "You are not gonna jump?" he definitely did guess that "Well, sorry to disappoint you Stranger, but I'm not jumping" she stated bringing her palms over her hands and rubbing against the cold breeze.
 "I'm glad, I wonder why stand like that if you have no intention to jump though"

Chen Mo started distributing the work to the three of them after going through the design concept.
Everyone was more or less familiar with their jobs after working on Warcraft and Wulin Legend without needing Chen Mo to say much.
Chen Mo re emphasised the importance of the story for Onmyoji.
Onmyoji did have an IP, it was a novel by Baku Yumemakura under the same name. However, the novel wasn't super influential in China either, and the biggest contribution of the novel to the success of the game was the story.
Of course there would be a lot of work involved remaking the novel, and Chen Mo didn't need to do that as Zheng Hongxi could fill out the rest after receiving the main gist of the story.
Moreover, most of the monsters and characters in Onmyoji were based on folklore from the Heian period taking inspiration from Konjaku Monogatarishūt, so it wasn't hard for Su Jinyu and the others to grasp the concept.
The three of them started working after receiving their jobs. Zheng Hongxi in particular had a lot to do as he needed to do research because it was his first time writing Japanese style stories.
Chen Mo's job was the same as usual, quality control.
Back at his office, Chen Mo used a Memory Playback Potion and started working on the sketches for the different Onmyojis and Shikigamis from the game.
Abe no Seimei, Kagura, Hiromasa, Yao Bikuni.
Ootengu, Shuten, Gyourou Arakawa no Aruji, Ibaraki Douji...
Through Onmyojis continual updates, more and more Shikigamis were added to the game. In the end there were nearly one hundred Shikigamis, which was more or less the so-called Demon Parade.
There wasn't a need to have that many Shikigamis in the first version, seventy of them was more than enough to support the content of the game.
Chen Mo decided to go by his Memory and provide sketches, positions, and abilities for all the Shikigamis.
The rich combat system was the core of the game. The settings of each Onmyoji and their abilities matched perfectly, and was a Chinese mobile card game that did this aspect particularly well.
For example, Yuki Onna's Blizzard, Sanbi no Kitsune's Woman Scorned or Shouzu's Water Circuit. The Shikigamis and their abilities fit well with the stories. And when a Shikigami consumes another one of the same type, they can even level up their abilities. And with the inclusion of different souls having different effects, its combat was much more complex and rich than the other games.
This was Onmyojis biggest advantage, it was a game that felt fresh and complete.
Strictly speaking, the core of Onmyoji wasn't a new concept as it was still a type of card game that was very similar in playstyle to Summoners War.
Summoners War wasn't a huge mobile game either, but the game felt really complete.
Onmyoji didn't make many changes with the balancing (other than making it more time consuming), but it was successful because it implemented a lot more content surrounding the theme of Onmyoji.
In terms of art, artwork, UI, and models were the best of the best and didn't feel out of place, making the game feel more immersive.
In terms of music, the background music and dubs were incredibly good, making it easier for the players to be immersed into the story.
In terms of story, using the novel's story as the foundations, each character/monster had their own background story. The animated scenes and texts had tens of thousands of words combined, with plans to keep expanding on it.
Therefore, Onmyoji's real reason for success was its story and content. When other card games were still borrowing IPs, buying IPs, or forcing IPs, Onmyoji already reached a stage where it had a highly integrated theme and content, a state where the game was the IP. This was the reason it became such a huge phenomena.
If Chen Mo wanted to recreate Onmyoji in the parallel world, this was the point he had to focus on.
The game can be scummy, time consuming, or monotonous. These flaws can exist, but as long as the aforementioned point was done well, it can surpass all the other card games just by virtue of its content.

While Chen Mo was working hard on Onmyoji, the other videogame designers weren't slacking off either.

In the meeting room, a powerpoint about Experience with Demon Slayers was being projected onto a screen, honest my Qiu Bin.
The meeting room was filled with people, mainly B and C-grade videogame designers within Emperor Dynasty Entertainment. They were giving it all their focus as they were afraid of missing out on something.
Qiu Bin seemed to be in good spirits as he spoke.
He led the development of Demon Slayers and managed to reach over forty-five million RMB in monthly revenue. He was now really well known in the mobile game industry as the sat safety at the top of the best selling leaderboards and was gaining ground within Emperor Dynasty Entertainment.
He almost quit after losing his bet with Chen Mo but luckily Lin Chaoxu was confident in him and allowed him to develop a game like I Am MT, resulting in the hugely successful Demon Slayers.
Qiu Bin was quite smart, what he lacked in creativity he had in being calm and collected. After losing to I Am MT, he dedicated everything to learn the reason I Am MT was so successful.
Qiu Bin's understanding of I Am MT continued to grow during the development and operation of Demon Slayers. Qiu Bin was confident enough to say that he was probably the videogame designer to best understand this genre of game.
Of course, other than Chen Mo.
Emperor Dynasty Entertainment decided to host this talk hoping that Qiu Bin could pass on the experience he gathered from developing Demon Slayers to other videogame designers, solidifying Emperor Dynasty Entertainment's ground in the mobile gaming industry.
Qiu Bin was presenting non-stop with the help of the powerpoint.
"I've done extensive analysis on the entertainment value of card games. It has to do with the recognition the players have for the value of the cards. Of course, these were all points that designers are able to reach after basic research. Well, how can you make your card game different from the rest?
"For the success of Demon Slayers and other card games of similar success, I reduced it down to three things, fragmentise, low cost, big IP.
"By fragmentise I mean plan and reduce the time a player could spend in the game. Reduce the daily playtime and split big chunks of playtime into smaller chunks and allow players to fully utilize the smaller chunks of time."


Chen Mo liked calling himself a video game designer, despite being a mere video game producer.

It was always the same morning for me,the view outside my window don't change the birds still sang their morning songs and my mum would still yelled from my door waking me up and I would reluctantly wake up do washup AMD breakfast as usual. 
It's the second day of college and I really do hope that nothing like yesterday's incident  happen again. 
The first class today is philosophy and the subject teacher is an old man but his eyes are shining with knowledge and experiences. The topic was about "the philosophy of Life" from childhood till now I was always curious about Life so I listen attentively. 
"Life is like a book, you never know what the next chapter is until you turn the page and see for yourself. Sometimes things don't happened to your expectations but at times you get more than your expectations,all our thoughts and actions are correlated to our Lives. Life,  it is not just living but a life lived the way you wanted is the actual life" the old professor explained about what life is. And soon the class came to an end and the next class started. 
Unlike yesterday,today most freshers are talking to each other. 
"hello"  a girl approached me, I know her she is the newly elected representative for the freshers. 
"hello how may i help you"i replied
"well it's nothing just wanted to know you" the girl replied. 
"Ohh...I'm Jessie nice to meet you" I replied. 
" nice to meet you too Jessie I'm lulu"
Replied the girl named lulu. 
"Are you going for the lunch break" asked lulu
"yes what about you" I asked. 
"I am going there too,lets eat together."lulu said. 
Soon We reached the dining hall,we took our plates and as were looking for empty table someone called me. 
"Jessie...jessie.. Here" I turned around to see who's calling me, turns out it was Cindy weaving her hand and inviting me to join her. 
"Jessie this is senior Linda final year" Cindy introduced me to the girl next to her named Linda. She is a tall girl with ponytail wearing a spectacles  and seem to have a cold and indifferent attitude. But I have to admit she is really beautiful,well talking bout beautiful she is among the top goddesses of RiverBelt College. 
"hello junior nice meeting you"Linda greeted me but still with a cold face. I feel that she doesn't want to engage in too much conversation. 
"Did you hear? "
"what is it? "
"come on tell us don't keep us waiting in suspense!"
Meanwhile as we were having our lunch a hot topic was discussed among the students. 
"you guys don't know?"
"come on spit it out!"
"listen!! The Dream Academy will open for admission next year!! "
"are you sure?"
"someone tell me is this information legit?"
"of course its 100% legit! I know because my cousin who had been selected for the language teacher told me!" said a boy proudly looking at girls as if telling them, look your handsome dude here can help you join the Academy if you follow me. 
"Wowww...your cousin got a chance to work there?"
"oh my God I really wanna study there!"
"What about Dream academy?" I asked as I have never heard of that name before. 
"it's a newly established Academy where everything there is equipped with latest technology." Cindy explained. 
"the fees are low and is even affordable  for even poor people from cast sector.but the qualifications for getting admitted there is not easy you need to have good grades in the entrance exam." supplemented Linda.  ( the Central Town is a large commercial  town and the town is divided into different sector i.e Cindy and Linda live in central hub also the centre of the town where most of the influencial figures and rich people live. Jessie live in industrial sector where most People are working in private corporates.likewise cast sector is the lowest part of the town located outskirt of town boundaries. There, people are extremely poor,most people there earn money  doing manual jobs,do farming and all the miscellaneous works are given to them) 
"yes!! And it is said that the Academy have their own currency and all the things from buying books to canteen to accessing libraries and other facilities are paid by that currency." added Cindy. 
"yeah it's like a crypto currency,every students are mandatory to apply for credit cards.and you can top up with real money,for instance the price of 200 credit points is 300$ but you can also earn credit points!"explained Linda somewhat having an interested look about the topic. 
"in what ways can they earn credit points?" I asked. 
"well... You need to topped in any subjects,fir instance if you score 90 points in one subject you get 50 credit points.likewise if you are good at any sports and emerged as champion in any activities you earn cps. And also if you can come up with innovative projects or give creative ideas for the academy to improve they give you much higher cps." explained Linda. 
"they also have various departments like fashion and designing, business management ,art and entertainment etc.. Said one student. 
"that's why Dream Academy is filled with competition and all the students there are the top of the cream,they hardly have any well students like me.." Sigh another student. 
"yeah and overall there  are lots of pretty girls there we might get chance who knows" said one student while looking like he is already picturing himself flirting with girls there. 
 "hahh...ha.. " " in your dreams" 
"With a dog face who fall for you" joke his friend.
"well...guys go for the girls we girls go for the principal!" said one girl.
"yeah... I almost forgot it said that the principal is a young man at his mid 20's and is very handsome and dashing!"
"what?  The principal is still at his mid 20's!?"
"yes it's true I have seen him and he is so handsome more handsome than most celebrities."said one girl almost drooling.
"that's a great academy I wish I could study there too." I sighed as I'm also interested in this academy.
"well... If we wanna be admitted there we gotta work really hard" said Cindy. 
"girls let's make a promise"said Cindy excitedly. 
"what promise? "I asked somewhat puzzled. 
"let's promise that we will not go to any other university after graduation let's set this as our goal and whoever break this will have to be punished at that time. Agree?  What do you all day? " asked Cindy. 
"well I can go for it " I said. 
"I agree too" Lida said. 
"I agree too" join lulu. 
"I agree as well! "someone shouted. 
"huhh??"we turn our heads to see who it was. 
"Becky!! " Cindy called out.
"what happened to you? Why were you absent from the college for the past few days?" asked Cindy to the new comer.
"ohh... I moved into a new house so there were Lots of things that I need to arrange so I couldn't attend the class."Becky replied. 
"well so who's this?" asked Becky seizing me and lulu.
"it's our freshers Jessie and lulu" said Cindy. 
"Jessie,lulu this is Becky my bestfriend"  introduced Cindy. 
"well now we are best friends! " laughed Becky. 
"Becky...umm.."Cindy called Becky but halfway she seemed to be in hesitating weather to continue or not. 
"what is it?" asked Becky. 
"Becky di...did Draco troubled you again?" asked Cindy. 
Becky went silent and sigh for a moment. 
Sigh...."he did call me up last night about 20 times as I dint pick up the call. And  later he sent me a message asking for my current address and asking for forgiveness." replied Becky gloomily. 
"Becky you can't!  You can't forgive him. And you know it was his fault and he always gnash been like that, he's just a playboy, how many girls have fallen for his trick and ruin their college life?you know the answer yet I can't believe you still fall for him."Cindy reprimanded Becky sternly. 
"you know from the beginning that things are not gonna work out between you  and Draco but you still fall for it!" sigh... Added Linda.
"forget it,  I will end our relationship and I will try to move on its not like he controls my life" replied Becky somewhat sounding helpless.
I just stood there like a dumb girl and for a moment I can't believe a beautiful girl like Becky would be the girlfriend of that disgusting fellow Draco, what in the world is going on in the minds of this people?  Well I realised its all about looks,afterall nobody cares about what kind of  characters and qualities you have they only seemed to focused on outer appearance. 
And I don't know about this relationship thing as I never had a boyfriend before and as a fat girl boys often seems to not approach me much,so in the context of love I'm nowhere near beginner i'm totally innocent.
So nothing happened much even on the second day made a new friends,set a goal to study in dream academy after graduation that's all.  My life can be summed up in two words "very Bored!".
After class I went home and as usual we ate our dinner and went to sleep. i remembered my dream that night i was admitted in the dream academy along with my friends lulu,cindy,becky and linda we were having a great time there.
