The city has it's secrets,but so do I.....



The council members, the Queen and the citizens emissaries, all assembled at the royal hall, they all sat, assorted in different positions in accordance to their ranks and categories. 

 In a horizontal row of seats, the legislatives took the middle row, and they were flanked by the emissaries on the left and administrative council flanked their right side, the Queen sat in front of them, utterly set back from them. 

Bowen cauldron was called forward to testify against the Queen and call out her crimes and omissions, Bowen was commissioned as an emissary because, he knew many facts concerning the demilitarized frontier, 

''We call forth Bowen cauldron to testify.'' Auxilio Carnegie, called him to stage to. 

''Remember Bowen, every citizen is counting on you.'' Eniel whispered to him before he stood from his chair, 

 Bowen walked to the stage nervously, and stood in between the Queen and council, it was really nervy for him, standing before the Queen and council members. 

 Bowen kept shaking his feet that made a clumping sound, and pangs of fear and twitches called forth by nervousness flushed in him, Bowen knew he had no choice other than doing it or be called a failure by the citizens, reneging wasn't an option after promising the citizens they would come out in flying colours, their names have been hollered around town, and people calling them the saviours would make Bowen to not want to loose the case. 

He breathed in and puffing out hot air, as a way to muster courage, while the council members rummaged in an assemblage of files and pastiches of exhibits, trying to sort out the needful for the current event. 

Auxilio Carnegie brought an exhibit that had the Queen's crimes and omissions written on it. 

 He held it up. 

Cleared his throat, and said 

''So,the first allegation is-.'' Auxilio said, while opening the scroll. 

Bowen interrupted, for his understatement, he cleared his throat and said to Auxilio 

''Excuse me Auxilio, everything written on that scroll aren't allegations, I'd rather call them facts.'' 

 He said, exhibiting forensic tactics. 

Auxilio left it to slide and continued. 

''The first fact written here, is the demilitarization of the frontier,'' auxilio said. 

Bowen took over and said. 

''Yes, we know very well that, nambiti is a threat to every land beside it, they have been several cases of nambitians pulling off heists and kidnapping our beloved women.'' He said, with a little sloppiness in the rhythm of his speech. 

 Bowen rummaged in his pocket and brought out the picture of a wench. 

''This young lady in this picture was kidnapped a few months ago.'' Bowen gave the picture to Auxilio Carnegie. 

''Pass it to the nearest man.'' He said before continuing his speech. 

''She was kidnapped by nambitians who were smuggled into this land through the frontier, by their brothers in diaspora here.'' 

''Her family searched for her for many months, but couldn't find her.'' 

 Bowen said, while the picture was going round, everyone who looked at the picture was astounded considering it was a young beautiful lady that could be 17-20 years age band. 

''But they later found her laying unconscious in a field near the holy mountains.'' 

Bowen squelched and Walked around for a while, the whole council were quiet, making it more convenient for Bowen to speak without getting flustered. 

 his loafers clumped and everyone waited in anticipation for what he would say, a suspenseful ambience was made in the Hall following the intriguing story, that had everyone craving for the rest of it, both the antagonists and protagonists. 

''When she was found, she was pregnant already and had been infected with several diseases, and she had vaginal fistula due to violent ****.'' 

 Just as the story was horrible the word **** sounded disgusting to bowen, he barely said the word aloud and with a straight face. 

The whole council were disgusted probably because of the visuals of Bowen's speech. 

Auxilio was afraid Bowens words were strengthening the grip on tangible reasons for impeaching the Queen, the Queen was afraid and marveled as well, she barely had the thought that her reputation and impeachment would take a dent from the unlikeliest of people, a rookie in forensic knowledge. 

 Aricia covered up her worries as usual by giving a vile mien. 

The heaviness of the effects from the unprotected frontier looked viable in resetting the corrupted minds of the legislative, it could cause the legislatives to forfeit the idea of taking her offer and render justice by impeaching her, because the effects of the demilitarized frontier was very horrible and delineated how incompetent her leadership is. 

Bowen cauldron kept worsening the situation for the Queen, by saying more ugly effects of the unprotected frontier. 

''Murdoch grizzel the physician, after running tests on her and a few investigations. 

 Confirmed she was raped by twelve different men.'' Bowen said. 

Comments flurried amongst the council members, the administrative mostly, whispers and harangues due to agitation was spread all over the hall. 

Bowen kept speaking and had to make his voice stentorian, and his words came out in quick successions. 

''Tell me why the frontier shouldn't be guarded, this is one of the highest incompetence a leader can exhibit!.'' 

 Bowen yelled with so much audacity, his morale grew as time progressed, the fear and nervousness to say what he wanted went out, he then bombarded the whole council with facts that should be considered and should imminently get the Queen impeached. 

''Gentlemen and council members, let me advice us that we made an enemy our leader, and she should be impeached as soon as possible.'' 

Eniel gave Bowen an ugly look with disapproval to his untactful speech, he wanted Bowen to be diplomatic, Eniel feared it would draw dangerous attentions to the pacifists, Bowen shrugged off his message, and said what he needed to say. 

''She, demilitarized only the frontier between us and nambiti, 

 And left other frontiers like lemuria, Yellowstone and the rohans & centils guarded, 

''We know very well nambiti is a land that is dearth of resources and pastures, and the nomadic inhabitants known for frequent diasporic settlements should be a factual reason why the frontier should be guarded, and nambitians are more violent than other lands that share frontiers with us, following the fact of years of nonstop civil war that is still extant. 

 All these I've adduced should be significant reasons why the frontier should be militarized, but then it's not, why?, because our leader, a member of nambitian diaspora is trying to save her people and forgot her underlings, we the nirvanians are her underlings. 

 Council members I am perturbed by how wisdom eluded you and you weren't able to notice the queen's prejudicial act.'' 

Eniel and the administrative council enjoyed the speech because of Bowen's factual testaments, and professional forensic exhibition, Auxilio and the legislative didn't find the speech interesting, but they couldn't make Bowen to stop talking, it will only show they are in alliance with the queen and her prejudicial act. 

 Bowen concluded his speech on a high. 

He went to his chair, leaving the Queen's reputation in jeopardy, when Bowen reached his seat Eniel camari gave him an affectionate hand shake for a well done job, eniel somehow believed Bowen's testament was enough to get the Queen impeached. 

''I think that packed quite a punch.'' Bowen complemented his brave speech, 

''Let's not conclude it would be enough to get her impeached.'' Bowen said, he made Eniel not to get his hopes high. 

''I understand.'' 

''I noticed something while I was speaking,'' 

''What,?.'' 

''The legislative council, they were acting like all am saying were insignificant, I think the Queen has their support.'' 

 Bowen said although he didn't have enough proof about that, but he kept convincing himself with what he saw, that Aricia bought the legislative council.

But all they fought were trivial problems, the main problem came when the Queen made a secret deal with the meldions, she promised to give them 30 percent of nirvanah's population so the meldions would multiply their own population, because their mood of geniture needs lymphocytes and hearts,  and in return of the favour, the Meldions will help her to take over every land and kingdom surrounding them.
Little did she know the meldions had the same thing in mind, they needed population to be able to take over the world

"Three cheers for our Groom-to-be-Prisoner friend" ridiculed Wang Haoxuan and lifted his glass; took two gulps, winced again, rubbed his mouth, and closed his eyes.
It was 4 in the evening. Wang Haoxuan was with his friends in his lavishing villa, which was surrounded by a spacious garden, landscaped with many stunning fragrant bushes, shrubs, and vibrant bougainvillea to ensure total privacy and 4 Lamborghini's under the sheltered car park.
         
The villa was comprised of two floors.
Ground floor: there was a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a full range of modern appliances and utility cupboard, a furnished living room with a large table, sofas, armchairs, and satellite TV, a spacious lounge enhanced by an original rustic fireplace surrounded by couches, armchairs and satellite TV; The kitchen and living room on the ground floor opened out to a veranda sheltered by a pergola.
         
First floor:  4 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower, an open fireplace, and a satellite TV.
         
Swimming pool with Roman spa steps leading into the pool and a hydro-massage zone, push the button to release the water jets for a soothing lower back and neck massage.
Three sides of the pool were decorated with flowers and the fourth with a small waterfall; a solarium with sunbeds, chairs, and small tables for those who prefer to bask in the sunshine; a wrought iron sheltered gazebo with sofas and armchairs for those who prefer the shade.
         
While the group was poking fun at one another, Li Bowen said: "Kevin, it's your last night as a bachelor; where are the girls from the strip club?"
"Hungry asshole,"  Wang Haoxuan scoffed.
"We are not bringing any girls here. My fiancee will kill me if she knows that I brought some girl at my bachelor party,"  Kevin replied.
"Look at this scared dick," Li Bowen mocked at Kevin.
"Wang Haoxuan!! Come on, bro, let's bring in some fun," Li Bowen tried to convince Wang Haoxuan.
"I am not into hiring anybody from strip club but yes, I can surely imagine you being beaten by your girlfriend; she almost cracked your nose last time." Wang Haoxuan guffawed as he slapped him on the head.
"Wang Haoxuan, you have surely some amazing stuff down here," Mark bursted on finding a stack full of porn DVDs near the TV.
"Let's watch it and enjoy," Max exulted while inserting the DVD into the DVD player. 
"Don't say you are going to enjoy the bachelor party jerking yourself." nagged Li Bowen.
After 10 minutes of watching the video,
 "We would like to hire four girls from your club," Li Bowen bubbled as he excitedly looked around the club and found one of the club girls winks at him.
"You look like a hungry dog, dude!!" Wang Haoxuan bantered.
The manager gave Wang Haoxuan the register. The register had a list of all the employees, including guys and girls, with a feedback column in which customer feedback is obtained. While Wang Haoxuan was flipping the page's Li Bowen was busy flirting with girls around.
"You Asshole!! Move your ass here and select! I am not into these kinds of things, so I cannot choose," exasperated Wang Haoxuan.
"Select whoever feedback is good. I am busy with my baby," opined Li Bowen as he was just close to getting the girl who flirted shamelessly with him.
" You slap-dick. Tighten. It Up." exasperated Wang Haoxuan while he again dived into the register for selection now.
While flipping pages, his gaze caught on a picture of a guy who had grievously insulted him by forcing him a  bended-knee apology in front of the whole high school. With a grin on his face, he read the feedback column.
Li Bowen, who was now left alone as the girl was now busy with another guy, looked at Wang Haoxuan's devilish smile and took a glimpse of the register.
"This dickhead has an inferior review." Wang Haoxuan said.
"It is hard to picture him involved with anything like this... but why?" sputtered Li Bowen, who was startled to see Song Ji Yang's name on the register.
Please send them to this address Wang Haoxuan told the manager. When the manager saw Song Ji Yang on the list and noticed that Wang Haoxuan was accompanied by Li Bowen, one of his affluent and regular customers, he counseled them to choose some other guy as he had a poor record of serving clients.
"I would still like to be served by him," Wang Haoxuan interjected.
Li Bowen hinted, "You are surely an asshole, dude. Are you going to fuck him just because of that one incident?" 
"He is not privileged to be fucked by me; I will just make him feel what I felt four years back." fumed Wang Haoxuan while paying the money at the counter.
"You are evil, dude!" exulted Li Bowen.
Suddenly,
"Li Bowen!!" Li Bowen heard a voice, and a girl wearing a classic little black dress, smoky eyes, and a chic updo; came walking towards Li Bowen and hugged him.
Li Bowen exclaimed, "Lilly, How are you? Long time no see. How have you been?"
Lilly replied, "I know! What have you been up to?"
While they were talking, Emily noticed Wang Haoxuan standing next to Li Bowen and asked about him.
Li Bowen introduced them, and she asked, "Are you here to hire any striper, Li Bowen?"
Li Bowen quickly covered and exclaimed, "You see, this hungry friend of mine wants it; you know I am not like this." pointing at Wang Haoxuan.
Li Bowen had convinced her that he was too sophisticated to be interested in this kind of thing.
Wang Haoxuan gave him a sour look. She called her friends, and they shook hands and introduced themselves.
"Wanna Join us?" asked Li Bowen.
They agreed and told them that they would come over in some time as they had to drop one of their friends who was dead drunk.
When the girls were gone Li Bowen immediately went back to the manager and quickly asked him to cancel the request they had made earlier but sent only Song Ji Yang and nobody else as he had tricked Emily regarding Wang Haoxuan.
Wang Haoxuan kept abusing him until they reached the farmhouse.
The BAD BOYS let out a short, derisive laugh when they heard the latest news from Li Bowen about Song Ji Yang. 
Wang Haoxuan, with a beer, can in his hand, sitting on the bean bag, grinned, which allowed them to see his fangs. "I will teach that jerk a lesson last time I missed; this time, I will make sure that I don't miss my most awaited moment."
"Wanna tell me what you're thinking, boss?" Max asked. Wang Haoxuan kept quiet and gulped the beer.
"I can't imagine what this demon is thinking. Let's pray; Song Ji Yang survives his evil intentions." Li Bowen fretted on seeing the feral look, Wang Haoxuan's face was giving. 
"Cheers!!" The boys erupted in cheers and applause. 
"Knock!! Knock!!"
Kevin stood up, looking scared, and spilled the drink on Max's jacket.
"Hey!! What are you up to, man?" Max yelled, standing up while cleaning his shirt.
Li Bowen chuckled and told Kevin that it's not her fiance but his friends he met in the striper club.
Kevin sighed; Wang Haoxuan opened the door and welcomed them, beer can in one hand.
"Thanks," Lilly replied with a flirtatious smile; took the beer can from his hand and kissed the can. Wang Haoxuan gave her a coquettish glance. 
"Welcome, Girls!! Welcome !!" Li Bowen Kowtowed them and was well-versed with the girls, and he introduced them to the boys. "This is Elena, Lilly, and Mary," gushed Li Bowen.
The Girls sat on the bean bag. Wang Haoxuan looked outside, his eyes searching for somebody.
Li Bowen hinted, "Song Ji Yang must not have come."
"I will kill that manager if this is the case," Xue Yang fumed, facing Li Bowen with back towards the door, which was still open.
"I am sorry!! I forgot something so.." Song Ji Yang apologized but could not complete it when Wang Haoxuan turned, and his gaze roved over Wang Haoxuan's face.
Song Ji Yang stared at him, too shocked to speak.
Wang Haoxuan grinned and gestured him to come in, closing the door behind him.
Song Ji Yang sank to the ground, too startled to register what to do next.
Wang Haoxuan plopped down on his bean bag, his intense gaze fixed on Song Ji Yang, who sat across him. Song Ji Yang continued to avoid his eye, focusing on others instead.
He greeted everybody as he knew this group of BAD BOYS in his high school. All the boys were good with Song Ji Yang except Wang Haoxuan as they did not end up on a good note.
"Song Ji Yang, how come you are into this thing? We did not expect you to do something amazing like this?"  Xue Yang mocked,
"It's a long story not worth sharing with a person like you," Song Ji Yang raged, which increased Wang Haoxuan's anger.
Li Bowen could sense increasing heat in the air; he quickly effused "Let's Play Truth and Dare."
Max brought an empty beer bottle, and before he could spin it. Mary suggested, "Let's do it some other way," and pulled a stack of cards from her handbag.
"How can we play truth and dare with this pack of cards?" Max Questioned. 
Amidst all this, Wang Haoxuan kept staring at Song Ji Yang, making him feel uncomfortable.
She wrote everybody's name on the card and stacked them on one side after shuffling them.
"Let's spin the bottle," she added. 
"What is the use of the card if we still have to spin the bottle?" puzzled Max as he spun the bottle.
The Bottle pointed on Kevin.
"Now, Kevin!! Pick two cards from the deck and dare them to do whatever you feel like." Mary explained.
"Wow!! That is something interesting," Kevin crowed and picked two cards.
He picked two cards which had names, Li Bowen and Max.
He gave the dare that Everybody will feed them candy and they will have to say, "Thank you, Daddy," after each one.
"Damn!! Kevin" cursed Max and Li Bowen. Everybody laughed at them and finally completed the dare.
** The Bottle Spin ***
The Bottle pointed at Max, Name on the picked cards:- Kevin and Li Bowen.
"Not me again," whined Li Bowen.
"One of you has to lay down on the ground, and one has to use chalk to outline the other person's body." Max dared.
I am not acting dead!! Not at all me!!
After some time,
"Li Bowen, don't move, or else I will have to re-do," Kevin solicited.
"Why is it always me acting dead" Li Bowen scoffed while laying on the floor and Kevin marking the outline of his body.
They laughed so loudly that Song Ji Yang, feeling nervous, first smiled, then burst into a guffaw himself.
** The Bottle Spin ***
The Bottle pointed at Mary, Name on the picked cards:- Song Ji Yang and Li Bowen.
"Again? I am not playing this anymore," whined Li Bowen.
"Pick any one card and lightly trace your hands over the lips of that person whose name will be on your selected card and whisper "I'm coming, I'm coming," five times," Mary dared.
Li Bowen picked a card, and before romantic thoughts could cease his mind, Li Bowen read the name "Max" on it and whined, "What Kind of weird dare is this? I am not doing this."
"Stop being a twat-waffle and do what you are said," Max nagged.
Li Bowen started the dare.
Li Bowen whispered, "I'm coming, I'm coming," to which Max replied, "Then come baby," and the atmosphere was filled with laughter and abusive language, which the boys were uttering to each other.
Li Bowen completed his dare at dropped on the bean bag with a "Damn!!" face.
Song Ji Yang stood up as he was a shy person; his cheeks turned red. The girls awwed on seeing Song Ji Yang nervous. Mary encouraged him, "You can do this. It's just a game".
Song Ji Yang took a deep breath and selected the card. 
Li Bowen read the shocked look on his face and hinted, "It's Wang Haoxuan."
Wang Haoxuan sputtered, "What The Fuck!!!" choked on his drink, spilling it on his shirt.
 Everybody started teasing him and warned Song Ji Yang to complete his dare or else the party is over.
Wang Haoxuan stood up and started walking towards his room.
"Wang Haoxuan game is a game. Please let's not spoil the game." Song Ji Yang insisted.
"You sure are habitual of this, but I am not," taunted Wang Haoxuan, sat back on his bean bag, and closed his eyes.
"You're right," Song Ji Yang sniveled, a trace of a smile pulling up the corners of his full lips, which hid the pain he felt from those sharp words. 
He moved his lips near his face. Wang Haoxuan browed and closed his eyes with disgust.
He leaned into him, brushed his lips against his ear, and started whispering, "I am coming."

The discussion could end having aricia impeached as the Queen, if her leadership and agendas are found evil, incompetent and prejudicial, but the wild matriarch had already made haste before the sun shun,

    Bowen said although he didn't have enough proof about that, but he kept convincing himself with what he saw, that Aricia bought the legislative council.

The whole council members went into a huddle with each other, they were trying to make a decision on Bowen's testament they could either call it incompetence or a prejudicial act because she left nambitians to come into their land and she is a member of nambitian diaspora,
And according to the law of Nirvanah, if a leader exhibits incompetence in his or her leadership, it will attract a long term suspension, but if prejudice is exhibited he or she will be impeached, as a leader favouring a particular race more than another race is considered a crime in nirvanah, Bowen and Eniel kept hoping the the administrative council would call it prejudice and the legislative would impeach her.
  After several minutes of whispers and deliberation, Cassio reverie the leader of the administrative council stood up and apprised to everyone the conclusions they made about the exhibit,

  ''I must confess, that am perturbed and disappointed by what I've heard all this while, negligence exhibited by a leader to some level is probably as a result of ignorance or nescience concerning leadership, but to this level it's more than just ignorance, something else is attached to this incompetent act, that's why the administrative council has called it a prejudicial act.'' 
  Cassio declared the Queen aricia's action was prejudice, and then, the final say was to come from the legislative council members, they hadn't done with deliberating, everyone waited patiently for them, Bowen and Eniel were relieved a little because the administrative council called the act a prejudicial act.
but the last laugh was more crucial and will be the longest laugh.
