 Also, I will suggest/tell/advice/request you not to spend much time on screen, even if it means you stop reading my book, it's okay because I see that in these lots of young people are having a headache, there eyes are becoming dry, they forgot things etc, it is due to online classes, and also due to we spend more time in front of the screen, so please limit your screen time, eat healthily, drink more water, wash your eyes often with cold water, follow the rule of 20/20, that is after 20 minutes of screen exposure, give rest to your eyes for at least 20 sec, if possible wash it with cold water and then do your work again.
