(I had to put this under a genre, so i picked horror. As that’s what it is to me.)

I just needed a place where I can write about what I’m going through... 

These past few moths have been very difficult for me. So I needed an outlet.

And this is the outlet.

I also needed a way for me not to forget him, my memory is terrible and I’ve already forgotten a lot of my younger life, the earliest memory I have is so where around when I was 6 or 7. That means I not remember 9 or the years of my life... this is a way for me to remember.

After Mo Ling's weird call, his assistant immediately followed through on the instructions and hurriedly made the necessary arrangements.
The same day Ah Min received an interesting call. The property managed spoke to her in a surprisingly nervous tone.
"Miss Min. Good news."
"I felt very bad with how we ended things and tried my best to negotiate with all the parties involved."
"Master Mo even personally apologized for all the inconvenience he had inadvertently caused and included a special discount to the originally agreed contract."
"And now the lease is all yours. Congratulations. I hope nothing has changed in your end."
"Please sign the contract papers and send them back to me at your earliest convenience."
The property manager lied through his teeth and explained the sudden change in the situation to Ah Min.
Ah Min was obviously not pleased with his finicky behavior, jumping from one extreme to the other.
Her eyebrows furrowed in silence as she calmly tried to gauge if this was still the best option for the company, or if they were being blindsided by something sneakily.
Why else would the man so suspiciously change his mind?
Ah Min took her time and carefully went over all the details again. She only sent the final papers for Runyan's approval when everything was double and triple verified.
She also sent a text to Su Lin updating her of the latest developments. 
Though she couldn't help but wonder if it was her mysterious boss who handled the issue silently on the other end.
Li Shi, Runyan's assistant promptly handed her the papers with an excited gleam.
Both the women were currently on a work high, which was only slightly better than a sugar high.
Runyan especially was influenced by Su Lin and was also en route to become another pretty little money grubber.
She meticulously went over all the papers again and finalized the plans for their new Hongkong store outlet.
Since the opening day events of their first store outlet was still fresh in her mind, Runyan decided to personally visit Hongkong city and oversee this store at least for a couple of weeks.
If they could just make sure that the start of the operation was smooth, the rest should easily fall in place.
The sales model they currently had worked very well for them. At least, they had not received any complaints and concerns for their current store outlet so far. 
"Shi Shi. Book tickets for us tonight. We are flying to Hongkong." It was already evening. So Runyan picked up her bag and left to the bungalow to pack some essentials for the short trip.
Even she had not realized it yet, but as every single day passed by, the meek and nervous woman slowly gained more and more confidence and was much more independent now.
More importantly, she finally had people in her life who genuinely loved and cared about her.
Runyan took a hot bath and patiently applied her "special personalized" skincare products that were custom made for her by her dear friend.
She then loosely tied her long auburn locks into a simple neat bun and picked a sandal colored dress for her trip. 
It had pretty little dark red flowers that made her look very refreshing and youthful.
One's attire often reflected their mental state and Runyan's as well accurately conveyed her warm and fluffy mood.
She glanced at her figure in the mirror and blinked her eyes in surprise. Sometimes she herself couldn't believe the current her.
Her past and now... They seemed as if they were entire lifetimes apart...
"Don't think about it now." She slapped her small hands on her cheeks and hurried downstairs.
Li Shi arrived on time, along with Runyan's personal security guard, and the trio left together for the airport.
"Boss, here are your tickets. I will meet you at the Hongkong airport exit." Li Shi beamed and handed over the first class tickets to Runyan.
Runyan gasped in surprise and almost scolded her assistant for wasting money like this.
Li Shi, who knew very well her boss's down to earth nature, immediately chimed in with an explanation.
"Big boss's orders. Sorry boss. Company policy to book first class tickets for your travel needs."
Hai!! Runyan didn't know whether to laugh or cry. When did Su Lin get the time to pay attention to such small details?!
She really needed to get used to things like this. 
After all, she was also one of the people representing their company in public and had an image to portray.
Runyan smiled and walked over to her flight departure gate. Her elegant demeanor and her beautiful figure turned quite a few heads as she boarded the flight and took her seat.
The flight was about five to six hours long. So Runyan picked up her correspondence course books and started busying herself with it.
Only she knew that their almighty super cool CEO was a business noob with crazy bizarre ideas and so she took it upon herself to help Su Lin in that department.
Runyan couldn't help but chuckle when she thought about her sister and her antics. 
She was only gone for a few days and the city already looked so empty without her drama and theatrics.
"Excuse me." A crisp voice sounded near her snapping her out of her thoughts.
Runyan had placed a couple of books on the seat adjacent to hers and immediately moved them to make space for the gentleman waiting nearby.
"Oops. Sorry about that, I was just settling down." She turned around to apologize to her fellow passenger when a familiar face unexpectedly greeted her.
The tall lanky figure sitting next to her seemed as if he was constipated from the shock.
Even Runyan stuttered a little from surprise.
"Ahh... I... Hello." She hesitantly greeted Su Han and turned around, burying her head back into her books.
And just like that the five hour long flight trip, suddenly seemed much much longer...

Closing the distance between them again, he took a step forward and lifted her hand, pointing at her watch’s display. 

“I always did have that my dear. But in this case, see your heart rate just spiked.”

I walked the stairs all the way down to the study. Liam finally stopped my march at the bottom of the stairs.
"Beloved?"
I brushed his hands off. "I need to figure this out. Why did they take Kezia? Why did they take Amy?"
Liam shook his head. "Kline said they wanted you or Kezia. It must have something to do with the witch blood."
I shook my head. "Kezia is inside the Veil. It must have something to do with the Grey bloodline." I looked around at the books. "What if I can find a spell that has to do with family bloodlines?"
I scanned the shelves pulling random books and setting them on the table as I walked. 
"Do you really think this is going to help?" He asked.
"Do you have any other ideas?" 
"We should gather all the brothers and attack them."
"Where? Do you know where their underground base is?"
"We know an entrance at Grocer Outlet. We could attack there."
"Well, we could, but if we enter through their tunnel entrance, they will pick us off one by one. I've been down there. That's not a good fighting place."
Liam grumbled something.
"I'm sorry. I want to attack them, too, but I don't want to risk everyone's lives to do it."
"Why don't you just use all those crystals then? Blow it up. You have the power. You have the witch blood. I've seen you!"
"It's not that easy! I can't just go blam and take out Grocer Outlet. What would that even do? Kill some people? That won't kill their boss. That won't take out the darkness!"
"So, you're just going to sit in here and read books?"
"Yes, that's exactly what I'm going to do until I figure something else or you come up with a better plan."
Liam growled and disappeared up the stairs. I slammed a book down on the table. I was feeling just as helpless as he was. I wanted to go in and fight, just like him. But the darkness was smart. It always had a plan, and if I didn't understand what it was up to, it would be a slaughter.
I shuffled through a bunch of books. The languages and runes rushed through my mind. I focused on just looking for blood at first and then on family relations. There were just so many spells. This would be so much easier if it were digitized. I whipped out my new smartphone and searched. The spells I came across where mostly bullshit made by people pretending to do magic. The spells that looked legitimate didn't need family blood. I continued back with my search through the books.
At some point through the night, Cherry joined me. She was just suddenly there at my side, looking over the mass of open books in front of me.
"Do you really think this is going to help?"
"Do you have a better idea?"
"I think there is a better way of doing this."
"And how is that?" I asked without lifting my eyes from my book.
"I think you need help." 
The room filled with people behind me. I looked up. Brothers crammed in.
"What are we looking for?"
I scrambled for a piece of paper. I wrote runes and words in several languages. "These things. Anything that looks close to this would be helpful."
"Alright. Pass it around. Take a book and pass it on. Let's get everyone we can on this. When you find something, bring it back here."
Books disappeared from the shelves. They passed from hand to hand, disappearing upstairs. My heart filled with appreciation of the strength of this brotherhood. I refocused on the book in front of me with renewed effort.
It didn't take long before books started coming in. I laid them out in front of me. The spells varied. There were pregnancy spells, summoning your dead relative spells, changing time spells, and bringing someone back for the dead. The biggest question was, which one was the darkness up to? 
My finger ran over one line in a book. "This one here. It takes six blood relatives and ten thousand souls."
"What's that one do?" She asked.
"It's an immortality spell."
She shook her head. "Not likely. Immortality is a myth. You'd have to be a god to do that. Is the darkness a god?"
"I don't think so."
My eyes shifted through more of the books. They all had one thing in common: the need for a blood relation of the person casting the spell or the person they were summoning.
"So, If not immortality, then the darkness must be summoning a Grey. Are they trying to summon my mother?"
"Did she have witch blood?" Cherry asked.
I nodded.
"Would she still have that power if they summoned her?"
"It depends. If they summon her as a contract, then, no. But if they summon her back from the dead..." Cherry shrugged. "It's anyone's guess. It's not like I've seen a lot of this stuff done."
"How do you know so much about it?" I asked.
"I... a... well, my mother was really close to that witch that took over Utah. She had me researching all sorts of stuff for her. I learned a ton, but when things went down, my mom died. I got out of there. The place was a mess, and the faction broke going to war."
"I'm sorry."
She waved her hand. "It's not like you had anything to do with it. It's all water under the bridge now."
I dipped my head back down to the book. I really hoped she couldn't read my mind. "Okay, well, it has something to with Grey blood. But what about Amy? She doesn't have Grey blood, but they wanted to trade for me or Kezia, so was she just a bargaining chip?"
"Mmm-hmm." Cherry nodded as she looked at her own pile of books.
"The biggest question is... which one? Which spell is she plotting?"
"What has it done in the past?" Cherry asked without looking up.
"It brought my mother and me back from Limbo. Before that, my mother tried to sacrifice me for power, and then the last spell, I merged."
"Back from Limbo? Isn't that death?"
"Sort of. But it's not the same as this resurrection spell. In this one, it brings you back from complete death. It takes one thousand souls of power, be performed on an equinox on a major node, and a person of your bloodline. To bring Isabell and me back from limbo, she used Mila and Matei."
"Isabell?"
I nodded. "That's my mother."
"And she was a witch?"
I nodded. She was starting to catch on. There was no use in denying it. That would only make me feel worse. "But I killed her. She dead, dead."
"Well, then maybe the darkness is trying to bring her back."
"And she needs a Grey to do it." My heart sank. I didn't want to have to kill her all over again. It was hard enough the first time.

Switching back to the avatar, I have them start going back to shore. While heading back, I buy a Remote Inventory Outlet Talisman and a book on how to make both the outlet and inlet talismans, costing 1,000 and 3,000 GSP respectively. I bought the knowledge on how to make the talismans because I know I will be using a lot of them in the future and if I had to keep buying them it would be too expensive. I go down to the storge and put the Remote Inventory Outlet Talisman on top of the storage, so when the fish came out of the inventory, it would fill the whole thing. 

The main difference between the inlet and outlet talismans, other than the obvious one, is that I need to actively let things out or someone needs to press the switch that came with the talisman. I give the switch to Jim and tell him to press it only when offloading fish.

Arriving at the shore, Jim walks over to me and starts talking.

"Boss, I have a few contacts with local hotels and restaurants. If you want I can get in touch with them and sell the fish to them for a decent price by the end of today," Jim suggests.

"Alright, go ahead and do that. If the deal goes through, I will give you a rise and a 1,000 dollar bonus," I tell Jim, feeling happy about his show of initiative.

Getting off the ship, I travel to Mason Shipyard to obtain a fast boat for treasure hunting and see if Hal knew where I can buy some diving equipment.

"Oh, were you not supposed to tell me that," I ask, as I see her begin to tear up.

"Da... *sniff*ddy said I'm not supposed to tell an... anyone or they might take me away. He is going to be angry at m... me," Emma states while sobbing.

"It's alright, how about I forget you ever said anything about it," I say to try and make her feel better.

"Really," Emma asks.

It all started when Eke stepped into the beautifully decorated restaurant of Metro hotel. 

A set of complex emotions took over Michael. You can call it love, infatuation, or even lust; but whatever it was, he knew right then and there that he could end regretting his life’s decisions if he ever allowed her to walk out of the restaurant without him by her side. 

‘Eke’ who hadn't heard of her? The black beauty, the jewel in every man’s eyes, the envy of women of all ages, the perfect balance between brains, beauty, and grace; and to top it all off, the daughter of a very powerful business tycoon. She is what her admirers referred to as reaching for the impossible skies. She was out of anyone’s league. 

Michael knew all these intimidating attributes about her but he refused to let the excessive pounding of his heart or the never-ending discouraging pleas of his friends accompanying him at the restaurant to deter him from the task he was set out to accomplish. She was nothing like Eke; she lacked her kind of class or better still, the charisma that he so admired in his first wife and she wasn’t even close to her beauty. But, Gift had what Eke never possessed —the willingness to put up with his numerous bad habits and that was enough to dime her the perfect candidate for the title ‘Mrs. Adeleke’. And so things returned to normal; the children now had a new mother, Gift had a roof over her head, and Michael now had acceptable freedom for exploration. 

Six years into the alliance, life became unbearable for Gift. Anger and frustration became the order of her day, “For how long will this continue?” She would lament to herself; she couldn’t fight the consistent hatred that was slowly eating away at her system like a termite-infested log. She desperately needed an outlet, a place to vent, and from that desperate need, her step-children whom she once loved as her own became her relief outlet.

Writing means to mean everything. Writing is how I express myself and how I can tell people about my life without hurting anyone else. I began writing in middle school when I was struggling a lot and then in high school. I am not myself without my writing. Now that I am a mother and a wife writing and crocheting is my outlet to the world around me and what is happening. I'm not a person who can speak their mind unless it's on paper and I am nowhere to be seen. I absolutely hate conflicts so hiding behind a book, crocheting, and my writing is the only way I can keep myself inline and not scared. That is what writing means to me. What does writing mean to you? If you have a hard situation that you are going through or went through then writing about; even if that means turning it fiction by changing the names of the people and adding to it, helps you get through life. Absolutely don't hold yourself back from expressing yourself. 

"Book an appointment with a doctor as soon as you can. There's a lot of stuff babies are vulnerable to since their immune systems are still developing, so getting her vaccinated against the more dangerous situations is now your priority."
"Can't you do that for us? You're a Healer." Rupa said, looking slightly shaken by the implication.
Yuliang shook his head, "Yeah, but only doctors or certified Healers have access and the qualifications to administer them. I'm just a licensed Healer."
The couple didn't seem to quite see his point, but they trusted in his expertise and promised to do as instructed.
Once Yuliang checked over the mother and baby one last time to ensure their good health, he said his goodbyes and returned to his compartment.
Yukio was snoring up a storm from his spot on the lower bunk, making Yuliang roll his eyes. His brother was such a deep sleeper, not even an explosion would wake him up.
Plugging his phone in to charge, in the outlet provided under the window, Yuliang stumbled up the ladder onto the upper bunk. His head had barely made contact with the pillow when he found himself finally succumbing to his exhaustion.

Yuliang Davos is an omega with a lot on his plate; completing his internship, working part-time, studying for his Healer Certification exam, keeping his twin in check, and suppressing his transformations.

The chapters are short because my attention span is limited, and I can't write 1k words in one sitting. I don't think it's a big issue, though, since the story will be a really long one either way, just in bite sizes.
