She rode the bicycle before stopping far away. The woman on the bicycle wore many clothes, wrapping herself tightly and only exposing her eyes. However, upon closer inspection, one could notice a pair of extremely beautiful eyes. No matter how much the world has changed, the brilliance in her eyes remained the same even after two lifetimes.
Had she changed? Actually, she had never.
She walked to the back of the team and started queueing up. Lu Yi walked to the front and also queued at the back of the line. However, his eyes were constantly on her. She was holding her handphone and playing with it occasionally, without being too distracted.
She bought a basket of buns and when she returned to her bicycle, she immediately took one out and ate it. The bun was the tastiest when it was still warm, especially just as it came out of the steamer. 
She took a bite and it almost burnt her lips. However, that was the way of savoring it. She pushed her bicycle and ate as she walked. The buns would probably be finished before she reached home. Hmm, I should've bought two baskets of it. Should I go back to buy another basket of it? Forget about it. She sighed. The buns might be sold out when she arrive. I'll just come again tomorrow.
However, she did not know that a man had been trailing behind her. She was busy thinking to herself, so she did not realize the long shadow cast under the bright streetlights.
When Lu Yi returned, it was already 8 pm in the evening. He took his handphone and with a light tap of his finger. His ticket for tomorrow's morning flight was canceled. Then, he set it aside and walked toward the hotel's French window. He could almost see the entire River Xun City from there. He lived there for about two years, after all.
Yan Huan parked her bicycle at the doorway and opened the door before going out. She thought that she would come back anymore, but in the end, she relented. Compared to Sea City, it was more peaceful here and she really needed this peace of mind. Perhaps, she would return again before long.
"There's an endorsement for you, do you want to accept it?"
In the phone, Luo Lin lamented, "You are the International Best Actress, yet you did not shoot any films, dramas, or movies. It's a waste of your nickname as a box office elixir."
"Wasn't my name so tarnished that I was kicked out of the entertainment industry?" Yan Huan had not been paying attention to the news for quite some time. Since she was revealed to have an extramarital affair, her reputation had drastically plummeted. Even some of her endorsements had been substituted. Unexpectedly, there were still people looking for her to film a commercial now. Was the product a rat poison or pesticide?

Luo Lin's voice obviously sounded like she was gnashing her teeth in anger, saying, "Your reputation is finally restored after so much struggle, it was almost completely ruined. Yan Huan, do you think that the entertainment industry is a place that you can leave easily and simply enter as your wish?"
Yan Huan moved her handphone away from her ear, as Luo Lin had been hot-tempered recently. She was afraid to answer her call every time. Usually, her call would last for an hour and Yan Huan's ear would hurt after being bombarded with endless nagging.
After she put down the phone, she would feel that her brain was buzzing, as if there was a bee flying inside, and have a severe migraine.
However, what was Luo Lin saying? I'm successfully absolved?
I'm absolved, but why don't I know about it?
She walked to a side and took out her laptop. She wanted to browse the internet. After pressing buttons for a long time, the laptop still did not respond. She frowned and pondered to herself. Is it spoiled?
Forget it. She did not want to try again. She never knew how to fix a computer anyway, she would rather just send it and let others repair it tomorrow.
She took out her handphone, leaning on the headboard of her bed and started to snoop around.
She wanted to find out about the dirty secrets of Yan Huan's affair.

She pursed her red lips tightly and had no idea who wrote these. There were a few photos of her in the hospital. Actually, there should not be too much news about her.
However, these seemed like they had existed for a very long time. To be honest, she disliked it when her name existed in these domains for so long. The entertainment industry was a place that one could be forgotten easily. The latest news was constantly churned out while the old news would disappear in a flash and turned into dust.
The latest news was updated endlessly as things happened every day.
She noticed after she stopped filming, there were many artists who became famous. As for the seniors like her, they would be replaced and forgotten eventually.
A few of the rookies discovered by Linlang became famous and they were considered as Linlang's most successful roster. Till now, Yan Huan had lived to the age of her last life, so she could not do anything for Linlang anymore. She had to make her own path in the future. Anyway, she had years of experience under her belt, so she was very stable and determined now. She could even compete with the top domestic entertainment companies.
Then, she put down her handphone. She was still in doubt that her name was cleared. Although it did not matter if she was absolved or not, it was better to have her name cleared. At least, she would not be scolded every day. No one sane would want to be scolded, after all.

The graphic card was in stock and after being changed and adjusted, she brought the laptop and walked back home. As she kept lowering her head to ponder over something, she did not notice that a person brushed against her. That person stopped, but she kept going forward without pausing.
Lu Yi stared at her back view for very long until she vanished from his sight. Then, he turned around and walked forward. It seemed that she had been living well in this city, everything was simple and peaceful for her. 
He put his laptop on the table. 
"The graphic card is damaged."
Before going out, he had checked his laptop and knew that it was the graphic card's problem. Thus, he immediately came here today to change the graphic card. 
The computer maintenance staff took his laptop and as expected, it was similar to the previous laptop he repaired. Both of their graphic cards were damaged.


For his sake, she was willing to abandon her career as the best actress and be his wife. With her own network, money and unscrupulous methods, she helped him rise to the top of the world. He, on the other hand, held another woman in his embrace and kicked her away with no mercy. It turned out that all he ever wanted was her rare blood type, her six-month-old child's cord blood. George Lucas and Spielberg congratulate him for a success transaction.

"Al, come with me everytime I have some business transaction, maybe they will afraid of your bargaining skill." Spielberg joking.

"Okay but I want comission 20%." Al said with smile.

"You are ripping me brat." He just smiled and shake his head. Then he saying farewell to him and continue to discuss the <Indiana Jones> post-production results with Lucas.

He already call Ari Emanuel to find a good office in LA and found them in Playa Vista for $70,000 a year.

The new President will be Alvy Ray Smith, and Al will meet some of the rest 40 employee to discuss the Graphic Group problems.

The next day, they arrive at Graphic Group office in Richmond, California. He meets with some of the co-founder of Graphic Group.

All of the Graphic Group employee knew that Edwin is quitting and some of them resign and follow him, so now the company only have 25 people left, most of them are young people.

"Okay, I want to ask what this Graphic Group has made before?"

Alvy said, "Well we have this program called REYES, a 3D converter computer program, and also an Image Computer, we called it Pixar Image Computer, used for working on CGI and we also trying to work on animation department, John Lasseter here have made animated the short film The Adventures of André & Wally B."

He tell his new boss what they have planned with Edwin before, to sell Image Computer and make an animated film.

He was afraid that his new boss would disregard the their 3D animation dream and focusing on making CGI effects.

Al smile and nod, and said, "Okay, I won't cancel any of your work before, but the opposite. Firstly I plan to rename this company name, its too old fashioned, I will rename it to Alfheim Studios."

"Alfheim?" Alvy ask, "It means realm of light elves." Answered Al.

Alvy ask again "Weird name, is it greek?" Al just shrugged and said, "No, its from norse mythology."

"A good name." Everyone else also nod.

"Then this company will be focused on 3 things, as you said before I will continue the animation department, not only 3D but also 2D."

Everyone feel happy about it, especially Alvy and John, Edwin is not here to see this day come. Too bad he is underestimating this boy, sometimes he is too arrogant and felt humiliated to work under a boy.

"Second is to continue the CGI works, but I need improvement and new technology. So this department will be combined with research department. I want to make the effects as good as possible and all of you here going to help me to realize it."

Everyone agrees to this idea. Al really plan to bring a 2020s CGI, VFX, and motion capture technology to 90s. He will make many aqcuisition to some special effects company and bring it under banner Alfheim Studio.

"Third is to make a game developer department, but this won't be realize until 3 to 5 years. Current game console is only have 8-bit processor, I plan to make 16 ... no, 32-bit and make this best game company, but due to lack of graphic expanssion slot in some computers and console, we plan to delay this first, just make some foundation."

Now everyone see Al in different light, he really understand about computer and graphic technologies, not only that, he aim it higher .... no, highest.

After some discussion, they agree to make Malcolm Blanchard as Vice President, John Lasseter as Alfheim Animation Leader, Ralph Gugenheim as Special Effects Leader. For game, he will do some outsourcing.

The Alfheim employees also surprised by their boss knowledge of programming and made many suggestion to improve the software capabilities of REYES.

The only problem is how the hardware could not cope up with their software. The current technologies is suck, no graphic slot enchancement in regular computer, how the hell he supposed to do any rendering.

So they just improve slowly, wait the right time for hardware develops, and they are focusing in improving Pixar Image Computer first.

The Alfheim Studios will move to Playa Vista next month after New Year 1984 and no one in Alfheim Studios has problem with it.

Well, 3 of the 9 realm has completed, Muspelheim Film, Nidavellir Finance, and Alfheim Studios.

The next thing is he really need to go back to orphanage before Christmas or Mrs K and Mary will be very mad at him.

Today is a Christmas Eve, so the 7 of them are decorating the Christmas tree, now they are glaring at Mary who relaxing and drinking her cofee.

"Oh come on Mary, really?" Al said, complaining to Mary, while the 7 other kids are also repeating his words.

"Oh come on Al, its my first day of my vacation, yesterday was really tiring! Let me relax a little." She complained.

"Mrs K!! Mary won't help us!" He call Mrs K, "Solve it on your own Al, I'm too old for this." Mrs K said and made Al have a black line.

Then Al sneak behind Mary and pull her into the Christmas tree, with the help of other kids of course.

Now Al's height has reach 168 cm or 5'6" and now bit taller than Mary. So he easily carry her to be sacrificed under the christmas tree.

He now has a lean and strong muscle due to exercise program and food diet he plan. He also force the boys to join his training programs. The girls also joined too, well only Annie but she is a singularity that can't be corrected even when the Counter Guardian came.

After they made Mary to help them, Mrs K bring them a hot chocolate and few cookies. They gather at living room and Mary had a little talk with Al.

"Please Mary, be CEO of Yggdrasil! You have promised that if I made a company, you'll be the CEO! Even Toby and Jon also want to join my company!" Al begging her.

"Yeah Mary, we can be co worker." Toby also encourage her.

"Oh really Toby? I'll make sure you become my errand boy for 10 years Toby." She smiled evilly

Toby's face become pale and immidiately said to Al "For another thought Al, I disagree to let Mary join Yggdrasil."

"Marrryyyyy." Al whinned. She smiled and said, "Okay okay, I can't believe I made that promise years ago. Guess I will babysit you again until you're an adult."

"Woohoooo, Mary finally join!" Al and others are cheered, except Toby.

"But I won't join now, wait at least 1 year, I need to finish some business in my current work first."

"I will wait but not long, or I'll find another person to become CEO of multibillions media company!"

After some debacle created by this munckin, they have another relaxing night, the time is showing 9 o'clock and they are watching some tv series together.

This year's winter is colder than before. A small rain occurs this morning and now only drizzle can be seen from evening.

There is no snow in LA, even in winter, the last time snow appeared in LA was on late January 1962.

Suddenly, the front door bell is ringing and everyone is confused. Who would have come this late night in Christmas's Eve.

Al came to the front door, open it and see the image that will haunt him forever.

Slowly over time, he feels himself falling for Dani, the girl with the hidden scars, talents, secrets. Whose eyes hold so many secrets, so many broken dreams, so many stars.   

He stays awake with her every single night, wipes away her tears, holds her in his arms, he peels away the layers of secrets, breaks down the walls keeping him out. But can he show her love, or does he hurt her one last time? Can he turn her shadows into stars?

Trix is being looked up and respected by her colleagues too. They would always call her Miss Perfect. She has the face and the beauty that everyone adores. Only one is lucking though.

Yes you might think she must be a goddess or a princess with great and perfect life, amazing career and all those stuff but hey she isn't happy at all. The last piece of the puzzle is still missing.

After bading goodbyes the two went on their separate ways.

Among us was the game of trend since 2020, even a symbol of 2020's gaming icon and it has been listed as one of the most influencing games in the world, standing side by side with hugely famous games like Clash of Clans and Pokémon Go.  But the game doesn't get all famous in a day, the game also has its own fair share of losses and failures. The game has a long history ever since it was being developed by the all-knows-who Innersloth gaming company.
Innersloth is structured as a limited liability company. With staffs only consist of a programmer, two artists and a community director. The name of the company, as we all know, was generated by a random name generator, so, bruh. The company has eyed their target and focus as an indie game developer. The developers rare met each other except some rare or important occasions as they prefer to work remotely. It is a small gaming company, and honestly, no one saw future in the game they developed. 
Until one day, the game's designer, Marcus Bromander decided to create a game after getting inspiration from the famous role playing party game Mafia. The game Mafia was a classic and I believed that most of you may have heard about the name or even a hint of the game's gameplay. The game Mafia was a battle between the good and the evil. It is a card game that appeared at the 90s and the rule is simple. One or two among the players is the mafia, who will kill other players at night. And at the day, the civilians needed to discuss and vote out the mafia. Just like the imposter and the crewmate in Among Us. The Chinese version of the game, werewolf kill, adapted the same theory so do the PC game Town of Salem that was played by PiewDiePie. So long story short, there are a ton of game with this genre so Marcus decided to create something unique, something ground breaking that no one had done before. 
He stopped and paused Innersloth's currently developing game, The Henry Stickman Collection as he turned all of his focus to create the first map in the game Among Us, and you guess it right, the one and only iconic, THE SKELD. Later after some developing, programming and designing, the game was released in June 2018 to Android and iOS under the AppID of "spacemafia". Yes, you got a mafia game with a space theme, BOOM, spacemafia. Shortly after release, Among Us had an average player count of 30 to 50 concurrent players which is kinda the death signal of a game. And at the first 50 days of the game, if only earned a total amount of 30bucks, which I can spend it clean in a day. According to Marcus, he blamed Innersloth for the poor marketing of the game, claiming that Innersloth is really, REALLY bad at marketing their own games. 
The game is about to be killed for a few times but they continue their development due to a small but vocal base. After a few modifications including bug fixes, adding in online multiplayer, new tasks, graphic changes and customization options the game was released on Steam on November 16, 2018. Nothing happened after that except more graphical changes and bug fixes. It was not long after on August 8 2019, the game created a brand new map and announced it as MIRA HQ, the map the imposter thrives in the vent. After a series of cursing on the map, Planet Polus was released later at November 12 on the exact same year and that map was much better than the previous one. The map can only be played after purchasing it with 4 dollars which was later reduced to 2. The fans were really pissed about the news and the sales rate was so low that they hardly made any profit. So it was not long after the company declared the map as free-to-play maps. The new maps were a great hit and slowly the game began to gain popularity but not until year 2020.
Year 2020 started off like any other years, until suddenly the Corona virus came slamming in like a wrecking ball, breaking the perfect year within days. The first influencer who make this game a gaming nuke was Sodapoppin, who he streamed the game at Twitch and immediately catch eyes at the internet. And soon more and more Youtubers, streamers, influencers such as PiewDiePie, Mr Beast, Shroud and Ninja started to join in, streaming and making videos of the game, and it was not long after the game was a big hit at the internet.  The game was crazy famous that it feels like Michael was back in a form of a game. The company had earned for a fortune as the game's popularity spiked within a few days. The company, Innersloth is earning Billions of dollars nowadays and the popularity of the game is still not showing signs of slowing or fading away. At the end of the year, the game has achieve the Breakthrough Award, Best Mobile Game award and Best Multiplayer Game for the year 2020. Their wish for being the brightest stars in the night sky was finally achieved on this faithful year, where the virus split the earth but the game hold our spirits tight.
 They said that the game is comparable to another trending game called Fall Guys but to most, Among Us is much, MUCH more interesting and fun to play. The reason the game has earned the heart of billions is due to that it allows people to communicate socially around the world without physical interaction during the pandemic era. The game's concept is also genius, adding crime solving with action and interaction is the finest idea ever after Edison invented light bulb and electricity. The game's simple yet fun control makes player all around the world, big and small to enjoy. Unlike other top hit games before, Among Us only needed small amount of spaces to play so it suits whether the rich or the poor. So in contrast, Among Us was a game suitable to people all around, thus earning its good reputation from players all around the globe. So now I've talk about the brief history of the game, so let's break the game into pieces and talk about them one by one.

THE EVOLUTION OF THE GRAPHIC
The game has a pretty crummy graphic at its kind of crummy. The engines and the parts of the ship were hand drawn flat and looks way too 2D but don't blame it, it was just a pre beta concept. The graphic of the tasks were way uglier than what we know today and the movement of the players were just way too stiff. But soon the game became better after a few developments and now the graphic were just great, not to over, simple yet special.

THE EVOLUTION OF TASKS.
Tasks were kind of annoying especially some of them, but did you know that back in the pre beta days, there were only limited amount of tasks? At that time, there were only 5 types of tasks that we will get at least one in each game, the admin card swipe, the wire fixing, the task downloading, the divert electricity tasks and lastly the Unlock manifold task. The concept was that the tasks were supposed to show hands of the crewmates, but due to some circumstances, the decided to kill the idea. It was not long before they started to add more and more tasks into the game until what we see today. The tasks were designed to be easy so that the players will not shift their focus from the game to the tasks. And the graphics of the tasks were smoothly after they were launched so, bravo Innersloth, you sure did it.

THE CREWMATES DESIGN
This is a lesser known fact, and I just only know this after a leak image about the crewmates design. The thing is, these cute cuddly little guys don't just pop right in the designers. It was after a lot of hard work and failure that they have learnt to create a perfect model. There were a tons of concept for the crewmate. From a model which looks like Patrick from SpongeBob till what looks like a minicrewmate in nowadays version of the game, check the wiki if you are curious, you will be surprised!
So that's all from this brief history series and apologize for the short delay and also the short content as I am making every story as short as possible to avoid mess and frustration to read. On the next day, Fern and Emily go through their routine of attending different lectures in the morning and reuniting for lunch. After the girls have recovered their energy, they find a bus and go to the art gallery. 

The Tremblay Art Centre looks like a big white box on the outside, but it houses a fantastically large collection of various art pieces. The centre could easily be mistaken for a museum because of its education programs and historical exhibitions. It would take multiple 8-hour extended visits to see everything that the centre has to offer. 

Immediately upon walking into the building, Emily and Fern are dazzled by a colourful and large glass sculpture that doubles as a chandelier. Careful to avoid standing under the sculpture, just in case it falls, the two pick up an informational brochure and map from the greeter. 

Looking at the map, Fern is immediately overwhelmed by an onslaught of compelling exhibitions to look at. In contrast, Emily does not bother looking at the map and starts walking towards the first thing she sees. When Fern looks up to ask Emily about her thoughts, Emily has already infiltrated a group of artsy looking people. 

Walking up to Emily and poking her shoulder, Fern smiles awkwardly to the strangers and says hello. Turning back to Emily, Fern looks like a mom who is about to scold her kid and asks, "what?" 

Like she's known this group of people her entire life, Emily cheerfully says, "Let me introduce you! Everybody this is my best bud Fern, Fern, this is everybody. We were just talking about what we think the meaning is of this painting." Leaning into Fern and using her hand to cover her mouth, Emily jokingly says, "Poor Sally said she thinks it means that clowns aren't scary." Emily's new friends laugh like that was peak comedy while Fern lets out of a fake chuckle. 

Failing to notice Fern's awkwardness, Emily wraps her arm around Fern's shoulders and tells the group, "We're actually starting a science club that produces a newsletter. Any of ya'll interested in joining? You guys seem like you'd be good at writing and design." 

Fern's eyes widen as she is shocked by Emily's boldness. They might not even be students at Ontario University. Fern continues to be stunned as the strangers actually consider Emily's proposal. Do absurdly fearless university students with lots of free time all gather at art galleries? 

After Emily tells the group more about the club, two of the group members say they might be able to write for the newsletter. Emily trades contact information with the two group members and shows them the club's Facebook page, so they can follow it. Happy that she's recruited some more members, Emily cheers and says, "Already got 5 club members! We still need to get a graphic designer for the website, you guys know anyone?" 

In response, one of the people offers, "One of our friends does graphic design gigs on the side, but I don't know if she'd be willing to help. She came to the gallery with us-" 

The person stops talking as a young woman walks up to the group. She's at least 6 feet or 182 cm, has dark brown skin, and very short hair. Complementing her artsy model aesthetic, she's wearing unique pieces of clothing and graphic makeup that make her look like she jumped out of a fashion magazine. Looking down and making eye contact with Fern and Emily, she says to no one in particular, "Who are these two?" 

Perking up, one of the new potential writers for the club says, "Hey, Alina! We were just talking about you. These are our new friends, Emily and Fern. They're looking someone to do graphic design for their club newsletter." 

Raising her eyebrows, Alina sizes up the due before unceremoniously replying, "Well, good luck with that." 

Off-put by Alina's bluntness, but unwilling to give up, Emily wears a customer service smile and says, "Thanks. Could we convince you to be our graphic designer?" 

Watching Alina's unamused body language and responses, Fern worries that she and Emily have somehow offended her. Knowing that Emily is stubborn as heck when it comes to apologizing, there is almost no chance of Alina agreeing to help if this continues. Before Alina can respond, Fern jumps into the downward spiralling conversation. 

"It can be like a part-time job rather than a volunteering position... We won't be able to pay you from the get-go, but we can reimburse you later." Noticing that Alina looks more open and interested, Fern gains confidence and adds, "If you want." 

Crossing her arms and raising her head, Alina says, "I don't need your money." In the same breath, she says, "But I have standards and my time is valuable. I expect you'll pay me at least $15 for every hour that I'm working, not just for the art itself." 

Emily inwardly scoffs at Alina's 'I'm better than you act,' but says nothing. Pleased that she fortunately guessed why Alina was miffed, Fern smiles and says, "Great! Can I see some of your work, and I'll tell you about the club?" 

"Sure." After standing straighter and getting rosy in the cheeks, Alina says, "A higher up at the gallery is alumni, so it does exhibitions of student works. You can see some of my pieces there." 

"Wow, that's so cool!." Tugging on Emily's shoulder, Fern enthusiastically asks where the exhibition is. Emily, Fern, Alina, and the two writers split off from the rest of the group to look at Alina's art and discuss club plans. 

Eventually, Fern and Emily lost track of time while chatting and looking at intriguing art. Although Emily was averse to the idea of persuading Alina any more, Emily and Fern got verbal promises to join the club from Alina and the two writers. Verbal commitments from university students are not the most reliable, but they are better than nothing. By the time they had seen maybe 40% of everything in the building, they were exhausted, and the sun was starting to set. Not eager to be outside when it is dark out, the two decide to stop by Dr. Martin's lab and postpone shopping.

A young university student, Fern, is a mess. She has yet to find something that makes her feel passionately excited. 

When Fern receives a bad mark on a research project proposal, she is forced to seek help from a professor and discovers the magic of biology. 

As Fern pursues her fascination with the field, she and her friends will inadvertently revolutionize the world's understanding of the planet and its inhabitants.

Zoya, the love of my life. I still remember the first time I saw her. It was love at first sight. I was sitting in my office going through the CV of the candidates who applied for graphics designer job in my company. There were over about 50 people applying for the job as my company , the great Abadi Pixels was well-known in the town. 

My dad was proud of me as my company won awards such as fastest growing companies in the world. Usually my interviewer would take interview for the candidates. I don't believe in luck,fate ,destiny and stuff. But as they say whatever is destined for you will happen no matter what. 

This time I felt like to interview the candidates myself as I wanted the best graphic designer. 

I was going through the CV and called the first one. A man with short beard but half bald head entered with his long steps,as his legs were long and he was a bit tall. I asked, "What can you do for this company?" He replied, " I can do anything." Okay anything , was not expecting such answer. "why do you need this job?". "What funny question is that ,it's simple I stay nearby so it will be easy." What nonsense ? I said to myself. 

"Do you even know anything about graphic designing?",I continued asking. "Sir, the social media just made me afraid not to apply for this job , it's so easy , graphic designs are drawing graphs and collecting social data right?". 

"What the? How can u even expect to enter Abadi Pixels primises ? Get out!". I was really frustrated by such answers. "But sir ,what's wrong? The questions were so easy, I replied correctly sir ? Can you please explain what wrong I said?" 

"Leave I said". He went out with a disappointed face. I was frustrated by his answers that I drank a glass of water and took the next CV in my hand and went by the windows and opened it to cool down my temper with fresh air. 

First name: Zoya 
Last name: Zaki 

I went through the CV checking the educational background and stuff. "Sir, it's Zoya Zaki right behind you." So ? I never called next yet and who is this girl to enter before I called out 'next'. I turned around harshly to check , and in the process I made her hand which was bought forth to shake twist and band hard. 

She whimpered in pain as I bent her hand harshly while I moved away the air which was hugging me through the window hugged the beauty standing in front of me making her hair blow. 

The person in front of me was no less than angel. She had dark pink cheeks with light brown almond eyes and Greek nose with heart-shaped lips. She was forcefully tucking her long dark brown hair behind her ears as by my point of view it might be blocking her view to see me. 

I found long beige warm undertone long fingers with a palm and thin wrist waving through my view and sound waves like passed through my ears , "Sir can you please close the window." "Huh?" I was distracted by her words. 

"Oh ,yah sorry." I was embarrassed by what I was doing at the moment and turned around slowly making sure not hurting her this time and closed the window. 'What kind of behaviour is that ,stay normal Aahil' I said to myself. 

I walked past her and pulled the chair offering her to sit and I went back to my chair and made myself sit while forcing myself to do the work she is here for. "Hi ,Aahil Abadi " , I said while offering my hand for her to shake. 

She made her hand hug mine saying , "Zoya Zaki here for graphics designing job." Oh Zoya Zaki... Zaki? I felt as if I heard the name somewhere. I was again zoning out. "So shall we?" ,She asked. "Yah why not? What will you like to have , coffee,tea , milkshake?". "Sorry sir, I meant , sh..shall we start with the interview?",she said nervously. 

What am I doing? Uh let's get back to work Aahil. "Oh yah sorry Miss Zoya," I said. "Sorry for ?",she asked. "Sorry I made your hand hurt",I said avoiding eye contact. "No that's all okay",she said. How sweet I mumbled. "So you here for graphic designing , let's start with the first question..." I stopped, looking at her who was listening attentively. 

"Sir are you okay? Sorry if you feel bad , but do you have an ear aid problem?",she asked. What? No! "No!", I spat out. "Sir , because am calling you since a minute and you not reacting,as if my voice is not reaching your ears." 

That's enough of today's insult Aahil ,stop embarrassing yourself. I quickly thought of what to say as I forgot why both of us are in the office. "I was thinking that I have heard Zaki somewhere." I know I am smart. "Of course , Abadi Pixels is a great company so am sure you know Zaki Retro Canvas." Oh that's where I heard Zaki name. "So it's owned by your dad right?", I asked. "Yes sir, that company is owned by my dad",she said proudly.

Wow she is the daughter of the great well-known Zaki family. "So I think my advice is you can take over your dad's company instead of working here on a job as a graphics designer",I advised. "No sir, that company was made and bought up with hard work by my dad and he is the only one capable of search big company, I would like to start from a small level such as a job and invest my own money in my own company",she explained. 

What a genius and smart girl. "Oh that is a really great plan",I blurted out. Without thinking for a second I stood up with offering my right hand and said , "Congratulations, you are now an employee in Abadi Pixels", I congredulated her. I saw her lips corner moving into a hard curve , and said, "Thank you sir ,I can't explain how happy I am to work in this company." Me too.

She left taking her bag and my best friend, my brother, business partner ,partner in crime came in Saying ," what's this bro? You didn't even ask her interview questions and kept her on job!?". 

"Yah", I said smiling."yah? What yah , that's not answer am expecting from you ! Have you lost your sense ?",he spat out on top of his lungs. 

"Hey chill! She is a good graphic designer I know ,she is the daughter of the great Zakis , am pretty sure she will make Abadi Pixels touch seventh heaven",I said with a smile curved ear to ear. 

"No! You haven't checked her educational background and her experiences on this field , you just talked to her as if you on a date with her",he said. 

"No Zain , that's all fine,"I tried to convince him. "Fine , my foot , what about those other candidates sitting outside with good experiences and educational background..." 
"Aahil am telling you ,call her again and interview her properly..." 
"Aahil ,am talking to you ! Are you listening?", He screamed sitting in my ears making me come back to the surrounding I was in , as I was zoned out thinking about her. 

Nervously I replied ,"huh?", Seriously I didn't heard any of his words. 

"Don't tell me you in love with her!", He said with a smirk. I gave him a 1000 watts smile giving him a clue that indeed this girl touched my heart. I don't know what , her innocent yet smart talks and her appearance made me fall for her. 

I was busy in my own world thinking about her when I felt a manly body touching me and realisation hit me when I saw Zain hugging me tightly , probably congratulating me. I never believed in love and there's quite times Zain and my parents made me meet girls so that I can get married and settle, I don't know why I was just not interested in the topic. 

I know he was genuinely happy for me as I heard him saying, "I am really happy for you! That's why I was doubting how can you favour someone and keep on job without checking their background, don't you think lack of experience by her can cause a loss of the company?"

"No ! Posetive thoughts only", I said assuring him. What? No ! Was I favouring her because I liked her ? Is that unfair to other candidates who would like to get employed in my company? No as they say everything is fair in love and war ! I assured myself. 

"Well then ! That's a great news , let's keep a party tonight and share with kaku (paternal uncle in guji language) and kaki (paternal uncle's wife in guji language ),am sure they will get super duper happy and excited for you",I know my buddy was an exciting person but no ! "No ,that's too early , Zain sometimes you act as a son of mad..." 

Oh no ! My bad! What have I just said, "sorry I never meant that , I was saying I just met her now we not even friends , I am just a boss for her , surely when things set I will tell you my brother to take the good news to mom dad." 

He smiled and gave a small nod and left. Did I hurt him? I always call him brother but treat him as friend. In friendship bad language is ok but today I took the talk till his parents. 

My dad and uncle Zaid were best friends. One storming night on Zain's birthday, they were arriving with his special gift for his 9th birthday and they met up with an accident. Few hours after the accident we got to know by the people who gave details that it was raining and the faces nor the number plate of the car was visible so couldn't note down the number plate but someone took the lady in the car away with him. The man in the car died at the same spot. 

Since then Zain stayed with us , in childhood we were enemies. I was jealous of Zain as I thought my parents gave him more love than me but then as time passed ,I grew older and understood how lonely he might feel without parents and we stayed as blood brothers under one roof.

We tried very hard to find his mother ,but she was nowhere to be found. That was just a memory of the past and...

Now it's been two years since I and Zoya are in relationship , well we were best friends first but from past few months I am trying to convince her to get married , I want to change our relationship into a pure relationship by getting married. 

I don't know what's the problem , everything is going smoothly , her small business has also been set up and my parents are cool they won't rise a issue on love marriage. 

I have also talked to Zaki family in a way to give them clues if they are happy of me and Zoya getting together. They also ready then what is going on in this small mind of Zoya. 

It's not that she is not happy to stay with me ,there might be solid strong reason behind am sure. 

I think me convincing her she is taking lightly , I think I really need to talk to her strictly I don't want to stay in a haraam (forbidden) relationship , I think I will have to come up with some idea to convince her. 

"Allah(creator of the world) please send some angel or someone to help me out or atleast send some ideas in this dumb mind of mine! Aameen" (Aameen- said when you want to agree with a prayer recited) 

I made a final dua (supplication) of the day and made my way to bed and took myself in the world of dreams.
