"And so what?" He acted as though it was no big deal. "I already knew all this last night. We all did. You heard Lucifer. We thought you knew. They had planned this from the beginning. Belial has been working on this project for hundreds of years. Technology was just invented to where he could actually execute this. Why you were actually chosen, I have no idea. Personally, I think someone who could put some actual influence on the human world would have better suited the position, but I will get to bottom of that one before this is all over." He got off the bed and walked around the room. "But you have no idea what you are doing anymore." He looked at her with softer eyes, "Get yourself up."
Mai looked at him with a twisted face.
"GET UP!" His voice resonated from a deep and dark place within him. The sound shook Mai to the core.
She pulled the covers off and stood in front of him. 
"Your purpose is to excel. You were told to stay out of trouble. You were told to do your studies. You were told to learn from us. So that's exactly what you are going to do! You are going to make this experience a story to be told for lifetimes. Better than any sappy love story you watch in a movie. And i'm going to be a part of it." He smirked. "I'm going to make you the most extraordinary human there ever was. And to prove this to you, i'm going to offer you a deal." He crossed his arms and thought for a second. 
"Okay?" Mai said in disgust.
"I'm going to make a pact with you." He grinned. "Now here are the terms and conditions. You must make a pact with every other demon prince before the end of the year. That's going to be complicated and nearly impossible. But! I think I know of a few ways to get a couple of my brothers. Especially the weaker ones. If you make this happen, I will dedicate my existence to you and serve you for the rest of your natural human life. I'll make sure you want for nothing, and need for nothing. But when you die, you will come back here, with me, and become a demon yourself. " He stuck out his hand. 
"How cliche." Mai looked back and forth between his hand and him. She looked again and saw there was a sigil on his palm. "What happens when I agree to this?"
"All of the things I had said before. As if I didn't just tell you." He rolled his eyes. But she noticed that his deep hazel eyes shone just a little more gold than she had seen previously. 
She looked him in the eyes, nodded once, and grabbed his hand. The instant she did, she screamed out in pain. Her entire arm felt like it was on fire. She let go of his hand, and realized the sigil had moved to her as well. Her knees buckled and she fell to the floor. The sigil burned like fire into her skin, and vanished just as quickly as it had appeared.
"Why would you do this?" Mai asked as she knelt on the ground holding her hand. "What happened to having an 'Us' day? What the hell Asmos!?" 
"Pity. I suppose. Curiosity. Entertainment. But concern for my brothers would be the strongest reason I could give you." Asmodeus said matter-of-factly. 
She noticed that the sigil had stayed on Asmos palm and had actually burned him. 
He clicked his tongue. 
"How unsightly. I suppose we need to invest in gloves now." Asmodeus sighed as if he was only slightly irritated. 
"Does that not hurt?" Mai asked trying to get back up. 
"Not any more than yours does." He helped her get back on her feet, stood her up in front of him again. 
"Hey! What the hell is going on?" Mammon yelled from behind the door, "Asmos! I know you're in there! OPEN UP!" He proceeded to bang on the door even louder. 
Asmos opened the door, "May I help you?" He asked as if he was annoyed by him. 
Mammon brushed past Asmodeus and looked around the room. His eyes stopped on Mai. They narrowed and he went back to Asmodeus. 
"She screamed. Why? What are you doing in here? Why isn't she at school?" Mammon demanded. 
"You are awfully hostile to me for a human you couldn't be bothered with before Mammon." Asmodeus said coldy.

Lucretia's face blushed with embarrassment when the Pieterzcoons got there carrying Edward on their back.
"What are you doing? We better hurry to the location that has been determined right? "
Bastion asked, but Akno only replied with a slightly lopsided face on Lucretia and Watanabe.
"Are you ... ?"
"No, we not! let's move on, ... where are we going?"
Immediately Lucretia interrupted Akno's words, leaving him embarrassed for nearly saying something insensitive between Lucretia and the samurai.
"Actually, we got information that there is a weak gap in this pseudo-world, which we can use to get the survivors out."

Then shortly after the five remaining demons, namely Leraje, Asmodeus, Vepar, Purson, and Barbatos, flew off Kerberos' back, immediately the warriors attacked them again with an unseen attack.
"Shit !! Leraje, Asmodeus, Vepar, Purson use your sigil !! At the very least, even if we can't open the gates of hell when the dragon is born, we can finish off the covenant girl of the light side who's running off guard !!! "

The four of them immediately released their sigil, and their bodies immediately turned into four giant monsters in the air.
Asmodeus, who had black fur and three heads, turned into a black dragon with three skulls held high by three long necks.
Leraje gave grows to two giant green wings and immediately transformed into a predatory bird with skin as hard as emerald crystals.
Vepar, who immediately lunged at Herman after releasing his sigil, immediately turned into a giant sawfish with a long snout like a crocodile.
And Purson floated in the air with two wings and the tail of a snake that spewed fire, while his body turned perfect as a lion of enormous size.
Meanwhile, Kerberos who was still at the bottom began to square off. The three-body started ducking down while moaned from his throat, and then with the same momentum, his three mouths immediately eject hot lava which shot straight to the ground in front of him. Shatters the soil and slowly gives way up to climb for him.
Herman remained over the top of the ravine, even though the ground he was treading on was getting lower and lower. He saw the three giant dogs continued to growl while continuously spitting out hot lava, and in the air ... the monsters above were no less frightening and fierce than these three trapped dogs. Then a memory of when he was alone with Lily came to fly to his mind.
Black hair that fluttered in the wind, and a cute face decorated with red lipstick. It was as if the woman was talking to him.
Herman closed his eyes, then as he opened them again, the thick red blood that had returned to him began to spawn out again from his palms. It continued to spread out and began to form a solid, hard red spear.

On the other hand, Vepar, who was gliding, saw that the man with the glasses of his target was dropping himself towards Kerberos, but remembering how that man could create an abyss ground to knock Kerberos out, immediately a doubt raises in Vepar mind, about the capability of the demon hounds that guard the door to hell to face that man. Vepar began closing the fins to be able to fall faster, but unable to catch that man in glasses, he dug a sudden dive into the...
"... !!"

A big collision unexpectedly occurred, which is caused by Meleonarch who dashing and throw his raw fist at the Vepar who slid down in the form of sawfish, and the punch hit the devil's head and threw him to the ground together with Meleonarch, due to the momentum created by the blow.
Meleonarch landed on the ground, and Vepar, whose body had grown without arms and legs, fell and hit the ground like a fish stranded on land.

Jinan looked happy and then he said to Aurin that after the fall of Lucifer his soul fragments got separated into seven pieces and are  Belphegor, Leviathan, Asmodeus, Bleezeblub, Azazael, Astaroth, and Belial.

''You'll receive one of them. But I don't know which one,'' said Jinan

''Okay, so shall we get started?'' said Aurin and they went outside

Jinan agreed and with his left hand in a praying position said ''With the power of  Lucifer King of Hell. I the host of Lucifer, The one who possesses the power of  Lucifer open the gate to hell and summon the seven souls of Lucifer.''

Suddenly the sky turns dark and a loud thunder is heard. Then a circle forms between them with 7 different patterns. Jinan tells Aurin to get inside the circle. Aurin steps inside the circle as instructed by Jinan. After that Jinan said

''Oh, 7 souls of Lucifer I command as the host of Lucifer that one of thou shall be together with the person inside the sigil. Thou shalt possess the human inside the sigil.''

As he says that suddenly Aurin starts to scream and his eyes glow. The sigil starts to rotate and after 5 seconds of rotation, a strange pattern can be seen in the sigil. Jinan asks Lucifer whose sigil was it.

Lucifer with an evil laugh said ''I cannot believe it. He chose you. One of my strongest soul fragment Azazael''

Then a bright light flashes within the sigil and mysterious figures emerged from it. It was Aurin's new identity. He looked a lot powerful and scary. His body was changed and there was a sigil pattern in his chest. After that Aurin went straight to Jinan and bowed to him.

''My King, I am here to serve you for eternity,'' said Aurin

''What shall I call you? Aurin or Azazael?'' said Jinan

''Call me Azazael my king. There's no Aurin now,'' said Azazael

Jinan asked Azazael to stand up and asked him how he feels now. Azazael replies that he's feeling a lot better and a lot powerful now. Then Azazael asks Jinan what they'll be doing now. Jinan replied that they'll collect all 50 Ascended Beings stone and use it to open the gate of heaven and dethrone God. 

''Excellent! As expected my king. So from where are we going to start my king!'' said Azazael

''We'll start from Uthoidell'' said Jinan with an evil smile.

One night a ray of bright light flashed through the sky as if God was coming from heaven itself, But it was neither god nor angel. The next morning many people around the world were investigating what had happened last night but neither they could find anything nor figure it out. Chapter 10 
Part 10: Start of Something Dire

The squad is standing inside of the briefing room looking at the pictures that Evie took. Showing the altar with blood and a weird circular symbol in front of it.

Dasean, Chops, and Ada are in the room with them as they start to discuss what happened.

"Eve sent me the pictures right as you guys completed the mission, so as you were getting here we went to work." Dasean says

Chops pitches in "So pretty much this was an altar made to Asmodues who is a prince of hell...we believe he is tied to the sin of Lust." 

He shows a picture of Asmodeus who is a large beast with three heads. One is a bull, another is a ram and the one in the middle resembles a human. "This is apparently what he looks like but we don't know for sure." Chops says as he shows more pictures and sigils.

"Ada here has been reading some books on demonology and occult sigils and artifacts. She can go into further explanation about what each one is and what prince of hell has power over it...Ada." He says letting her speak.

Ada looks at Chops "Thanks Lashard..First things first i would like to congratulate you all for a job well done on your first assignment. You managed to save a lot of lives, now back on topic. There are 7 Demon Princes of Hell that Includes Asmodeus, Mammon,Belphegor, Leviathan, Lucifer, Beelzebub, and last but not certainly less the big bad Satan himself. They each have control of each set, Asmodeus has Lust, which you have already seen. Mammon has Greed, Belphegor has Sloth, Leviathan has Envy, Lucifer has Pride, Beelzebub has Gluttony, and Satan has Wrath."  She says showing pictures of every single one and what sigil they represent. 

Evie speaks up looking at all the symbols and the pictures "So are we going to try to stop the other 6 sigils from activating?"

Ada smiles at Evie "Smart girl. That is exactly what we are going to do."

"So how are we going to do this? Are they just going to activate the sigil in order or will it be random?" Jake says picking up a picture of Asmodeus looking at it.
"Well according to Ada, it may have to be in the order that we told us, it would make more sense anyway since it's like unlocking each door." Dasean says to Jake

Jaden yawns pitching in "So that's cool and all but how exactly are we going to find the other sigils, since an altar had to be made in its place? "

Chops pats him on the back making him almost fall "Good question boy! We actually have a plan for that! We are going to send you around the world to the next perceived locations of the next 6 sigils."

Dasean interrupts Chops "This is going to be a long journey, so if you don't want to do it then it's fine we can send someone else." He says looking at Jake 

Jake can sense something from Dasean as he thinks to himself "Does he think i'm not ready?" he shakes his head "I believe we'll be fine, so where is the first place we're going?" 

"You're going to investigate around the Church of Mammon in Utah, be careful, giants have been known to make it their home, old skeletons have been found and there are a lot of undiscovered caves as well." Ada says gathering the pictures and her books as well.

Xander stretches "Alright! So we're going right now?"

"No, we have to finish gathering intel and supplies for you before you leave, so it should be done in a few days. So just come back here later." Dasean says walking out of the room "So be ready." He says once again looking at Jake.




Chops and Ada follow behind Dasean leaving the group in the debriefing room. As they look at each other. 

Evie looks at everyone "So what do you guys want to do?"

Before anyone can say anything Jake interrupts "How about we go into town? I haven't really been relaxing since I got back so I think it'll be something that we all will need."

"You know what I actually agree with Jake I've been dying to try some food here that doesn't come from the cafeteria." Xander says with a hint of excitement to his voice

Jaden yawns some more "I mean I guess I can eat, I'd rather be sleeping right now, but let's do it." 

Leslie only gives off a "Sure I'm down!" As he walks outside, "I'll see if we can get someone to take us." 

Evie looks at Jake "Yeah I've been meaning to talk to you too, I have some questions regarding you and Dasean."

Jake looks at her confused, wondering why she would be wanting to question him about it. "Huh? What for?" 

"I'll tell you later, but put your old outfit that you were wearing when you first got here." Evie says leaving the room.

Jake sighs "Yeah…they kinda don't fit me anymore.."

"She shouts down the hallway "Then we'll use this day to give you a makeover." 

After everyone gets sorted and they all head to town which is in New Orleans, which from its world class jazz music, and it's dazzling art scene, all the way to its tropical climate. It was a place that the team knew was going to be an enjoyable experience. 

Leslie is wearing a Hawaiian T shirt with cargo shorts.  "This is kinda nice out this time of year." He says letting the group know he has been here before. 

Evie was wearing a pink crop top with jeans shorts and heart shaped sunglasses. "Thanks for the heads up Les, I get to try out these new shades!"

Jaden is wearing a red jacket with a plain white shirt with ripped blue jeans. "Yeah it may get cold so I got myself a little something," he says as he pulls a pillow out of his jacket.

Xander has his sword on a sheath that's strapped to his back while wearing a white loose cardigan coat with green cuffs with a green dragon on the back of the coat, with a black shirt that has a white writing that says 'Miya' on it. With white linen harem pants. He looks at Jaden "Bro where did you get that pillow from?" 

Jake is wearing his normal uniform as he tugs at his shirt "Geez it's hot out here…" 

"Alright let's give you a makeover!" Evie says dragging him further into town as they look for some clothing shops. Everyone is falling behind taking in the scenery.

As they get further into town they see people getting ready for a festival as Jazz music plays throughout the city. 

Leslie looks at the group "Oh they're getting ready for the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage festival! So I guess we get to learn some stuff!" 

Xander looks at Leslie "I can't wait to see what's going to happen at the festival! And all the different foods too!"

"How about Jake and I go to the chops while you guys can go see all of the festival plans?" Evie says pulling Jake down the street.

Jake reaches his hand out "Guys! Don't let her take me away!"

"Goodluck man!" Leslie says waving.

"Yeah! Better come back looking good!" Jaden says giving him a thumbs up.

Xander is holding a filer looking into it "Oh..what is Jambalaya and Po-Boys..?" 

Jake sighs as Evie continues to drag him through town as people start to stare at them.

Jake hears someone as they pass by "Is that a FATSN agent? What are they doing out here??" More people start to talk "Is there a monster out here?!" "Will the festival get cancelled?!" 


"Hey Evie.. I think we caused mild panic with just me being here.." he says nervously waving at a group of people who just give him blank stares.

"It's not you Jake it's your outfit..you basically look like the military.." 

They reach a clothing store and Evie pushes Jake inside "Okay now let's get you suited up okay?  Now head to the dressing room!" She says with a bright smile.

Jake just stares at her smile and says out loud "Wow.. she's something else.."

"What are you talking about?" Evie says looking at him with a confused look.

He backs up grabbing a random "Uh this shirt! It's something else! I'm going to go try it on!" He says running into a dressing room. "Did I say that out loud? Jeez I'm stupid.."

Evie just stares at the dressing room door. "Was he talking about me?" She thinks to herself bringing a smile to her face. She gets excited as she looks around for clothes humming a tune. 

"Excuse me, have you seen this boy?" Evie hears a feminie voice behind her as she is looking through the shirt racks. She turns around and sees a woman with white hair wearing a black sundress with a black beach hat on her head. "Ummm who are yo-" She notices the picture. It was taken in the city they left yesterday. The sight of it makes her eyes widen.

The woman smiles "Oh where are my manners? My name is Maribel..but please call me Mari."

The 7 kings of Demons, go back as far as the times in which Azazel stood on top of God's creation! 
Originally created as Angels! 
They were the first ranks of soldiers that served him for an eternity of years. 
Considering their deep ties and respect to him, when push came to shove...
They sided with their master instead of their creator. Believing his cause to be the right one, pushing their whole destiny on line to proove it. 
Meymon, the strongest of the 7 and the most loyal to his newly called master, Satan! He was the second in rank after Astaroth! It is said that the two fought for the title of Azazel's right hand for 50years! 
Soley, the Golden one, is said to have been protecting the sun til he became an embodiment of it. 
Kamer, the white one. Just like the previous case but  the moon instead! He is considered to be the closest and most trusted king by Satan of the 7! 
Zawba, the most feared of the lots! Always handed the dirty work and he embraced that role. Said to have fought with Gabriel in the Great war of Heaven and escaped alive! 
Borkan, the red one. Said to have been the main reason why demons survived the war against Angels. The ultimate handler of flames in all of Demon society! 
Almarih, said to be physically the weakest of the seven. Yet, he is the ultimate master of illusion and psychological games! Most demons do not mess with him, even the kings themselves! 
And the last one, Shamhuresh! The youngest of the kings and the ultimate master of Sigil. He looks up to Satan as the ultimate being and loves him greatly. 
As they descended to earth, Satan forbid them of engaging in human matters without his will or consent. And instead, they were given the privelage of being the masters for all demons! 
Including his sons, who they made sure to teach them and grow them even stronger than they are.
In a natural way, each prince of hell liked to spend more time with a specefic king. 
Lucifer, the first son liked to spend most of his time with Kamer, the white one! 
Beelzebub with Shamhuresh, which explains that both are ultimate masters of sigil, eventually Beelzebub was able to grow even stronger than his master.
Leviathan liked to be with Almarih, who took him under his wings and teached him the roundabouts of illusion and manipulation! 
Asmodeus with Zawba, this one had no particular reason beside that Asmodeus loved the king's character and how strong and ruthless he is. 
Belphegor with Soley, both shared the lazy factor so they would pass years and years just circuling arround the universe!
Borkan was just the one who they would all casually come to everytime they felt like it, because Lilith didn't pass any time with the kings!! Her story may need another time to be told. 
This war, was the perfect timing for Satan to set them free and make them of use...They have been waiting for this moment since so long! 
"...Finally! 
I have gotten rid of the rust that has accumulated on my body for hundred thousands of years...
SPLENDID FIGHTER, WHAT IS YOUR NAME??". Said Zawba as he pointed his very long thick sword towards Harun!
"...I am The Orthodox, Harun the Orthodox!". 
Normally, he wouldn't have felt the need to reply but he is a former king and warlord! When asked about your name in a furocious battle, you must oblige! 
Zawba, with a big scary smile on his full of scars face.
"HAHAHAHAHA THE ORTHODOX!!!!
ALRIGHT THEN...I AKNOWLEDGE YOU AS A WORTHY OPPONENT OF ZAWBA!!!
THE KING OF DEMONS!!!"
The king's human form was that of an extremely big man, his muscles were so tough and hard they'd rip his armor in any given time. with his right arm he held his scary sword, with the other he guarded himself with a round red and black shield. 
As for Harun, he had a tall perfect posture! Fighting against him so far, even Zawba found no weak points to take advantage of! his sharp eyes gave him an even more intimidating aura. 
Black dominated his appearance, black short hair, black eyes, black long beard and even black clothes and armor!! 
However, he wielded two swords!! 
The one on his right was the thicker sharper one, it's hilt was covered in black and red leather!
And even it's iron was as black as night!  
The one on his left hand, was thinner and longer! And to the opposite of his appearance, it was completely white from the hilt to the tip! 
Zawba rushes like a mad spartian towards his enemy, and swings his sword as hard as he could. Bringing it from up high down hard! 
Harun uses his thinner white sword and blocks the attack!!! Yet it was so strong his feet got burried in the ground! 
Zawba uses his shield and hits Harun sideways, throwing him away to the left. then follows him and keeps on swinging his sword.
'...His attacks suddenly got heavier, and even faster!! 
I shouldn't let him corner me in anyway...'
He acrobatically turns multiple times on his axis on the air, turning himself into a mini windstorm!!! and slices the body of Zawba multiple times in all of his body, the king could not keep up with that speed. 
However! it barely cut his skin, Zawba laughs even harder and didn't back away! 
he took hold of his shield with his fist instead of his elbow, and punched Harun as hard as he could!! 
The repetetive friction of Harun's two swords turning with incredible speed and Zawba's shield,  created little fractions of flames as if a goldsmith was shaping metal!!! 
The force of Zawba's shield punch overwhelmed Harun, and threw him back away. 
Breathing a bit heavily, he tried to catch some breath and think of another strategy. But Zawba didn't give him any time to do so, like a berserker he keeps on rushing, not caring about the hits he take. 
'....His skin is as hard as diamond! 
I have to take him by surprise...' 
"WHAT IS WRONG ORTHODOX!!?? 
DO NOT TELL ME THIS IS THE BEST YOU COULD DO!!!! 
I WANT TO FEEL THE WARMTH OF MY BLOOD ATLEAST ONCE AGAIN!". 
Harun now could only defend, as Zawba's attacks kept on overwhelming him...He got annoyed! 
"...There is nothing i hate more than, arrogance!!".
 Harun jumps high in the air, and starts moving his black sword so elegantly between his fingers, turning it round and round and round!!
Then lets it off on the air to turn on its own, and recites.
IGNITE, NASSEL!!!!!"

Kisah ini, adalah kisah dari sebuah harapan. Kisah ini juga kisah dari sebuah perjuangan. Kisah dari sebuah cita, kisah dari sebuah asa. 
Kisah dari seorang gadis bernama Anna, yang kehilangan ingatannya di tengah para penjajah VOC yang bisa merubah wujud mereka. 
Terbagi dalam tiga babak besar, dimana pada awal tiap babaknya akan di gambarkan keseluruhan alurnya dalam satu puisi singkat.
Kisah ini mengangkat catatan sejarah bangsa dalam genre cerita fantasi yang mendebarkan. Mengambil setting di tiga masa berbeda, kisah ini akan membawa pembaca untuk bertualang dan menyaksikan koneksi dari perjuangan para pahlawan Nusantara.

Batavia 1628, sebagai salah satu wilayah jajahan VOC kota bergaya eropa ini berubah menjadi tempat yang sangat mencekam. 

Kemudian tepat di suatu bangunan megah yang berada di tengah kota, digelarlah suatu pesta dansa tepat saat pertengahan malam. 

Bulan bersinar bulat, tarian dan musik klasik pun mulai diputar, dan seketika lampu ruangan itu dimatikan.

Saat itulah panggung mencekam Batavia dibuka....
