'ok, so I've been wanting to do this for a while now, create skill universal library, all books ever created in the whole universe will be found there, and any new book will be installed into my brain before entering the library as well.'

'ok time to begin studying, i wanna study books on how to develop an app, then i will spread that app to all the civilizations that have internet, then i will add a forum platform to see people's discussions... So the main point of the app will be what is happening with our lovely candidates, i already increased the time flow on those planets so that 10 years on those planets equal to a year outside, of course every action our mc does will be recorded, and when there is enough recording, they will be put together into a small episode, also, the episodes should come in both anime form and a real show, looking like it's acted, that will be interesting, okay time to start studying on how to develop an app that could do all this by itself, so i need to learn on artificial intelligence as well, so that it could learn how to do it, amd get even better, ok that's the main point of things, let's go.' said ash to himself, planning his actions. 

'right, since im just starting, and i can tell that's going to take a while, i better change the time flow once again.' after entering the library, ash used his manipulation skill to further change the time flow so that 10 years inside will equal to a day on the outside.

'aghhg, finally done, those books almost had my brain turn into a potato, thankfully my brain is enhanced as my level increases.... Hmm, how much time did i spend studying?'

'Ok i need a computer, a X7Z would do, okay, load onto the main stream internet there, download CXz on our computer, start developing, first i want to build the artificial intelligence, it should be able to learn anything related to the app, and have a hardware able to process everything happening, and answer the user's questions almost immediately, since there are an almost infinite number of sentient beings having access to the internet, let's assume half of them actually download the app, it's gonna need at least 30 yottabytes of hardware to be able to process all this, and assuming that it is also going to have to take the info from the recording and edit them and allthat 73 yottabytes of power for you, so how do i get that kind of hardware, simple, ask the system'

Looking at the store, he saw many different hardwares, some of them the size of a vila while others were so small they were simply chips. Some came in different shapes, he even found some of them that actually looked like a bracelet. Eventually he decided to pick a manly looking bracelet, it was jet black. Installing a big amount of qi and mana in, though it didn't contain qi but it was classified as a high level mortal item, and so the number of qi it needed was quite big.

After getting the bracelet, he attached it to his computer and downloaded the AI on it. Without turning the AI on, he simply continued writing the program for the app, he made programs for it to be able to merge with the Ai and giving it full control over its functions, the AI was like the GM. Downloading the app on the bracelet as well, he let the AI and the app merge together.

After the successful merge, the system started sending the live stream of whats happening with those contestants to the AI, the AI simply received the recordings amd turned them into well edited videos, as for the anime version, the AI began drawing the anime version off the main video turning them into top quality anime.

"ok all that's left now is creating the account functions, the ranks an account can have, the restrictions of each account, then creating the forums, giving access to certain account ranks to create their own forum, then we let the AI merge it with the app, then we download it on all internets." ash muttered to himself.

The ranks now looked like this from lowest to highest (FFF, FF, F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, X, Admin) the admin rank as of right now belonged solely to Ash. The first time a person downloaded the app, he would start out as an E rank, then after doing some tasks, like a certain number of daily log ins or so, the rank will increase, breaking the rules will lower the rank, the lower the rank, the less the privileges, the higher the ranks the more privileges. A person can use money to go all the way up to A rank, after that, all they could do is do tasks.

Early in the morning just as Ronan was waking up he heard the dorm room door go.

'Must be one of my nonexistent roommates.'

Ronan got up, went for a shower since he couldn't be bothered last night and a quick brush of his teeth before opening up his laptop and logging I to his stock market account. 

'Up another 3%, but it's still fairly worthless for now.' Ronan thought to himself. 

Screw it, I'll add some more money into it, after all, I am getting paid today, or I am supposed to.' After fighting with himself for several minutes he decides to add more money into the Cyber stock. Making it a total of $150.

After finishing up with his stocks Ronan checked the time.

7:45.

' A lecture at 3 PM and probably more work to do for jake and a quick check of my stocks and that's my day done, nothing much going on.'

'Hey system, is there any other way I can get more money?'

'Creating stuff, what's that supposed to mean?' Ronan started to get frustrated.

'You do realise I know nothing about computer programming right?' Ronan was losing hope with the system.

'So basically you're telling me that the beginner gift was worth a total of $1000 because I could've got those skills without doing anything in the first place.'

Ronan had grown fed up with the system for the day and instead looked into several programming languages used to create apps. Creating apps is a great way to make money, there are always apps needed for several things, playing games, keeping emails, chatting, travel, encrypting information, etc.

After several minutes Ronan had decided to create a chatting app that was encrypted with 256-bit encryption.

Ten minutes later and he finally found several websites which shows him the best ways in order to use encryption and how to create an app.

After reading several tens of pages of recommended app building software, he decided to go with the most recommended with over 5000 reviews, it was called CreateAnApp and it seemed simple and easy to use, it only cost him $5 to use, whereas the encryption came from a company called Encryption256, it provided 256-bit encryption.

When he opened the app creator it was easy to use, it showed Ronan how to create an app using JAVA which was nice and simple, all he had to do was integrate the 256-bit encryption into the app when creating it and then he would be able to protect peoples information from people trying to intercept it.

3 Hours later and he had finally finished creating the app, it was fairly simple, the creator came with several different samples you could use and then just edit it from there but he ran into some problems, he hadn't searched for server space to rent, he needs a place to store all the information of the people who sign up using his app and that would take some time, then integrating the encryption will take roughly a couple of hours.

But Ronan was tired, soon he would have to attend a Lecture for credit and then he had to do work for jake in order to get paid.

After taking 20 minutes to rest he checked the time.

14:15.

45 minutes, that's how long I've got until the lecture starts.

Ronan packs his bags and gives himself a once over to check whether or not he looks at least presentable, before heading out.

'Ah crap, forgot the textbook.' 5 minutes into the journey Ronan had managed to forget his meal ticket so he had to walk back.

'There it is.' He picks up the finished textbook and puts it into his bag before heading out again.

After getting into the lecture hall he notices that Jake isn't there, so he sits down somewhere near the back before checking his watch.

Ronan has nothing to do while he was waiting for both the lecturer and Jake so he decided to doodle for a while, he wasn't that good at it, but that doesn't matter, because its all to just pass the time.

Jake walks in with his 2 'minions' and sits down next to Ronan.

"Finished with my textbook?" Jake asked to which Ronan countered "Yeah, got my money?" They exchanged the finished textbook for the cash and the next textbook that needed to be completed.

After doing that they had some small talk.

"Nice weather." Ronan started, 'Getting close to him may mean I can make more money if he gives me more work to complete, that and it'd be nice to have people to talk to instead of just sitting and doing nothing.

"Yeah." Jake wasn't much of a talker, but then Ronan remembered something important, his eye was yellow.

"So what do you think about my eye?" Ronan asked.

"It's okay I guess?" Jake answered, "Why do you have to answer with a question? Anyways don't you find it strange that my eyes are different colours?" Ronan asked again.

"Well not really, its either 1 of 2 possibilities, there's that genetic disease that gives a person 2 different eye colours and then there coloured contact lenses. Either way I'm not bothered because it doesn't really concern me, but you, on the other hand, should feel more secure about yourself, if it's a contact then you have your reasons, but if it's genetic then you should feel happy, it makes you more unique compared to other people, at least this way it's easier to notice you compared to others, but if you feel insecure then why not get a coloured contact lens?" Ronan sat there stunned, it seems he had hit a sore spot as he didn't expect Jake to be both a counsellor and possible friend all in one conversation.

Ronan Atkins is a 20-year-old student, he studies Business Administration at Trinity College, it is considered as one of the best colleges to learn Business Administration in the world and in order to obtain a scholarship Ronan had to pass many tests, most of which have nothing to do with the actual course he was studying in, after passing all those tests he was finally given the scholarship he dreamed off, but even after getting the scholarship his life was hard, he had to work several jobs in order to pay for food and accommodation.
Until one day, when he is working part-time at a convenience shop something happens...

"I need substantial proof and although this amount should be fine on its own, it just seems like its some type of elaborate prank of sorts." Jaune leant against the ledge, splaying his arms out and glanced towards the setting sun.

It seemed to calm his frayed nerves and put his mind in a state of ease. Silently, he propagated through his thoughts and stewed through what he had learnt just a few moments ago.

The Empyrean App had a multitude of surprising functions, Status, Options, Perks, Titles and even the Store function which he could buy skills from.

His status window was odd, different from other RPG type games out there. There was a concept of levels but no... experience points, so to speak. Instead his level was based upon achievements. If he were to accomplish hidden milestones or complete a worthy feat, whether good or bad his level would increase.

And with every increase in level, came with an increase of +1 to each of his stats. Additionally, 5 Stat points which he could distribute between his stats were also awarded.

This was a perfect boon that allowed him to grow in every area with little weakness in a specific field but at the same time, it gave him an advantage of being able to Min-Max. Except in his case, he would be simply Maxing instead of Min-Maxing. 

That was the general gist of his status.

The other two aspects which were hard to believe were his Perks and his Store. Perks could only be bought with perk points which were gained every five levels or by quests. The Perks which cost a decent amount of PP were truly insane in regards to how they could help him.

The same could be said about the Store option. Its currency was Emp-Coins, which translated to Empyrean coins. Like, the Perks section, Emp-coins could also be earned through quests. The things that could be bought with Emp coins were vastly and diversely different. There were weapons, clothes, food, armor, and even skill orbs which were available as long as one had enough currency to exchange for.

Now, Jaune had carefully explored each function and was happy to note that Store function was equally as broken or, should he say, preposterous as the Perk section.

Some weapons and items were literally God-like in nature, some were demonic, and other were just downright strange.

"Might as well get this over with..." Jaune shrugged. He was helping no one, wasting his time like that.

At first Jaune believed that his scroll had been hacked but soon he realized that the App, the Empyrean App was far more than it seemed at face value.

Haru had lost but he didn't think that it was bad. 

"I'll register you for our school right away," Kirari said, and took out a briefcase before opening it to him, "These will be your uniform."

"You sure are very well prepared," Haru said while looking at the uniform. 

"You should try it first, I am not sure whether it is fitting your body or not," Kirari said. 

Haru looked at the uniform and was wondering where this girl had gotten his size since they had only met each other once yesterday. 

"...." 

Haru thought for a while and said, "I'll try it later since I have something to do now." 

"Oh? What is it?" Kirari asked. 

"Nasa, you have done it, right?" Haru said. 

"Now, you only remember me...." Nasa was a bit pouting since he had come earlier. 

"My bad," Haru smiled and asked, "It's complete, huh?" 

"Yeah...." Nasa also sighed in relief. 

"Let's publish it right away," Haru said. 

"I have prepared everything. You only need to press enter before your app will be published," Ritsu said.

Kirari and Ririka who were by their sides were a bit confused by their conversation.

"Yeah, even without my help this app will become very popular easily," Ritsu said. 

"Can you help me to create an official account for this, Ritsu? You can choose a random photo on my phone," Haru said, and added, "Don't add a lewd one."

"Alright, next time bring me to an interesting place," Ritsu said. 

"I know," Haru said and looked at everyone, "Alright, everyone, please download the app and create your own account."

"Now?" Iwasawa asked. 

"Yeah! Shiina, I have brought you a smartphone, right? You can share your kitty photos with the world," Haru said, and added, "You can also look at a lot of kitty photos of the whole world." 

"Eh?" Shiina didn't hesitate and downloaded the app directly. Haru had taught her how to use a smartphone and it was very handy since she could take a lot of cute kitty pictures.

Iwasawa, Kosaka, and Nasa also created their own accounts. 

"Hmm, interesting," Kirari said and asked, "Did you create this?" 

Haru nodded, "Yeah. If you don't want people to see your photo, you can make your account private." 

Kirari nodded, "That's good." 

Haru thought for a while and said, "Alright, I'll cook something and let's create a party."

"Oh, this is what I have been waiting for!" Kosaka said since she had been waiting for him to cook something. 

Haru looked at Kirari and Ririka, "Do you want to stay for a while?" 

"Hmm, I am thankful for your invitation but I have to go now," Kirari said. 

Haru nodded, "That's alright." 

Kirari looked at him and said, "Come to my house tomorrow and tell me the right size for your clothes. I'll prepare the right size of your uniform." 

"I will be there tomorrow," Haru said. 

"So please excuse us," Kirari said, and she went out together with Ririka.

"Haru, who are they?" Kosaka asked. 

"They seem to be a rich lady or something," Iwasawa said. 

"Just acquaintances," Haru said, and added, "I'll cook now, do you have a request?" 

"Pizza for me!" Kosaka said. 

"Fried rice," Iwasawa said. 

"Dumplings," Nasa said. 

"Cotton candy," Shiina said.

"He sure has a lot of friends," Kirari said. She wasn't sure but she felt slightly a bit uncomfortable to be in that atmosphere. She had been living around a hypocrite people who disgusted her and that was why she had decided to create her own castle before that she also needed a knight and she had found the candidate only that knight had his beloved women. 

Ririka didn't say anything but she wanted to stay and eat his food since it was very delicious. She was wondering whether she could ask him to cook her something when Haru had become Kirari's bodyguard. She looked at her sister and understood why she was interested in Haru.

Yuri, Sora, and Megumi went back to his cafe and they had heard Haru lost in a gamble then needed to become a bodyguard for someone for a month. They had complex emotions but they were surprised when they heard that he would become a student in Hyakko Private School suddenly. Though, Haru didn't intend to talk too much about this matter and told them that it would be an easy job for him. 

They nodded and didn't ask again since it was a good day since his app had been published to the market and they went to have a party with everyone. 

Kosaka had become wasted since she had been drinking alcohol for a while. 

Haru brought Megumi to the backyard sitting together under the moonlight. 

"So your social media app has been published?" Megumi asked. 

"Yeah," Haru nodded and asked, "How is your school? I hope that I won't bother you to ask you to come to this party?"

Megumi shook her head, "It's alright. I am sure that you need my help again, right?" She said while looking at his pants that had been standing for a while.

"......" 

Haru didn't shy anymore and gave her a nod. 

"Have you created your own account on Instagram?" Megumi asked. 

"I created it, but I haven't published the photo yet," Haru said. 

"Why not?" Megumi asked. 

"I am waiting for you," Haru said and asked, "Let's take one now. The photo of both of us." 

Megumi blushed and nodded softly at him, "Wait, I'll create an account too." She didn't need a long time and she had registered her account. 

"Let me take one now," Haru said, kissing her cheek and then taking their photo together. He checked the result and nodded, "This is good."

Megumi blushed again and asked, "Can you use a normal photo for the first one?" 

"Normal photo, huh?" Haru thought for a while and wrapped his arm around her shoulder. The distance between them was very close to each other before taking their picture together. He nodded since he was satisfied with the picture, "How about this?" 

"Let's not share it with your social media and keep it between the two of us," Megumi said while looking at him. 

"I know," Haru thought that this girl was really cute and kissed her lips. 

Megumi didn't mind his kiss and received it. 

"Haru, where are you? Let's take a picture together!" 

Megumi and Haru stopped and looked at each other before they went back together. 

Everyone was ready to take a picture with this cafe as a background. 

"It would be great if you brought your lover Nasa," Haru said. 

"I know," Nasa nodded and said, "I will find her for sure." 

"That's good," Haru nodded. 

"Be ready!" Yuri said.

They looked at the camera and took their pictures together.

Su Yang nodded. "Hmm, maybe I'm being too vague. I'm sorry, Ms. Urara.SuDeeny."

All the way down, he scrolled the page and in the end, it asked,

He uncertainly clicked Ok.
The app then displayed a message which said,

The app closed automatically and disappeared from the screen.
He rummaged the phone for the app but it looked like it never existed on his mobile. The app just vanished into thin air. He couldn't find the app and thought that he was fooled by some junk app. The sky had become darker outside. The old antique clock showed its almost seven o'clock.
He couldn't believe that he wasted the whole afternoon on that rubbish app. He thought of preparing dinner and moved towards the kitchen. The phone blinked once again…

The snake once again appeared without any warning. It hissed at him and disappeared. So the app was real and it's not a dream. Fine! Good! Let's create a novel that will get a million views tomorrow!!!
He felt happy for the first time in his life after his father's death. Even when he wrote books and got his first hundred views, all Hastin felt was zeal but no joy. But now he definitely sensed great pleasure and triumph. 
Even though he did not receive a million views yet, he could feel that the day was not away anymore. That made him jump up in gratification.
Meanwhile, the app sent lucky draw links to a few random people across the world. When they clicked on the link, they were all asked to answer some random questions which also included questions about their personal details.
Few people ignored the link altogether. Some looked at the details they were asked to enter. They backed off at the last minute after looking at the questions they were asked to answer.
But among them, there were thirty-five people who were in desperate need of money, and the prize amount definitely tempted them. Twenty people filled random junk as an answer while remaining gave the exact answer to each of the questions asked.
Once all the details were filled they were allowed to spin the wheel for the lucky draw. Among the thirty-five, exactly five got 'Quietus' displayed on their screen.
Within no time, they were all pulled inside their mobile. And no one ever heard about them again. For others, they were asked to try once again next month as this lucky draw will keep happening every month until noticed otherwise. Hastin's mobile blinked once.
All of them who were pulled in were dumped into the warehouse. They all laid in one corner almost looking like they were in deep sleep except for one guy. He stood up and searched the warehouse for the exit.
But before he could reach the exit, a giant creature caught him and lifted him in the air. It suddenly vanished along with the guy.
Hastin's mobile on the nightstand blinked once with a message.
"It's ready. Let us launch the horror..."
He, who still doesn't know what actually happened, slept peacefully in his lonely mansion. Also, Hastin completely forgot to create an outline for the story which the app specifically insisted several times for him to do.
As he was having a spooky dream, a giant vulture landed on his front yard with a half-dead guy. It slowly started to peck on the food in front of it with bright blood-colored eyes. 
Let us wait and watch the punishment he would get for missing his target set by the app this time.

Hastin was running out of ideas for his horror novel. By chance, he comes across an app which gives him ideas for his story. In the beginning, everything was smooth flowing. But later he finds out that whoever reads his story disappears and becomes the story character themselves...
