One of my favourites is the story of Ubuntu told by Bob Nelson and Stephen Lundin.  If you are unsure of what Ubuntu is – here are Nelson Mandela's words on the subject.

"In Africa there is a concept known as Ubuntu – the profound sense that we are human only through the humanity of others; that if we are to accomplish anything in this world it will in equal measure be due to the work and achievements of others."

In short – Ubuntu means "I am, because We Are." The idea that we only know or experience our own humanity because of and through interaction with others.

So, back to Nelson and Lundin's story of John Peterson.  John is a recently promoted manager at BullsEye, who is finding his new role and personal challenges a struggle.  When he complains about having to come in on a Saturday to redo some badly done paperwork, Simon – a student from South Africa – misses out on his college final to come in and help John.  When John asks why, Simon replies – "It is Ubuntu".

How Ubuntu Creates New Stories

One of the important principles of Ubuntu, outlined in the story and also at the heart of what I teach, is that we tell ourselves stories to explain the stuff that happens to us in life.  These stories are often unhelpful, not the truth and limit the life we want to live.  They become our truth and as such remain unchallenged and damaging.

Ubuntu – or being connected to others – whether that is an inspirational peer group, a mentor or a coach – gives us the opportunity to challenge these stories that might be inhibiting our growth.  And together we can both achieve more than either would have achieved alone.  Like Hansel and Gretal.

And that is so true, as I have recently experienced.  Two weeks ago at the Professional Speakers Academy Awards dinner, my PSA cohort – Deenita Pattni – and I won an award.  It was the Trainer of the Year Award and we won it because our collaboration helps to make the PSA coaching a process of continual improvement, and because of feedback about the 5 star experience that delegates and members feel they get.

As you know, if you read this blog regularly, I am just back from another collaborative event – our WHY's Women retreat in Marrakesh.  This is a collaboration with Marion Bevington.  And our combined skills of mind and body weave into one, and result in a magical experience where people are able to understand and rewrite their stories.

And also – this month – on the 6th September I was coaching at the Radio Works World, Make The News Mindset event, which was all about the stories you tell yourself and others – when for example pitching for funding or new business opportunities.  This is a collaboration with Dr Marina Nani.

All of these amazing events would not be quite so amazing without the collaboration of others.  Maybe they would not have even happened.

So when you find yourself unable to move forward because of fear of failure, or fear of success, or little voices in your head telling you that you aren't good enough – then you know it is time for collaboration.  Time to experience that two heads really are better than one.  Time to know Ubuntu.

The author had an idea when he ate delicious Italian pasta. But the pasta came from Arabistan? Although others say that the Arabs borrowed the idea from China along the Silk Road. One way or another, it would be great if Dara could use pasta as a subject for trade! But in the modern world, hundreds of pasta variants of different shapes, contents, taste and color have already been created and are known. Few can surprise them ?!

But if ... if ..yu Daru move to another place and time?

Place for example, parallel fun! After all, astronomers say that there are 22,000 worlds in the world! But it sounds too fantastic, the genre is a fiction of history ... and not science fiction. The language is more or less like Farsi ?! And it looks like the language of Small-An, Esperanto of the Silk Road, a mixture of Arabic, Monogol, Persian, Chinese, Turkic ...

For example, in the 6-7th century? Or immediately during the battle of the Arabs and the Chinese, who had the main Korean commander? The famous Talas battle ?!

It seems best to send Dara, in the era of antiquity, the first settlement of a modern, straight-walking person, that is, the time began to develop mountain valleys, floodplains, terraces, and foothill valleys. People of Sisna were in a bad mood because of the cold weather and heavy working life. 

After the cold began, villagers began cultivating Red Lotus. Soon after the first harvest, they started plowing the fields for a second one. In winter, the village always continue harvesting this interesting red wheat. 
Red Lotus was an interesting thing that If there is enough cold, you could continue to harvest. 

But between every plowing and harvest, there was a short growing time. In this time, the village was in a rare holiday. So, everyone began their quiet vacation at home.

Of course, in the two houses of this village, the situation was the opposite.

The first house was the home of Director Munmer, a house where Nihan was a guest and did not leave. The other was the house of the village healer Yuzu. These two houses were already side by side, by which rest of the village could not envy these houses more.

Most recently he described what was the red room ", one of the great mysteries dilemma in a distant empire.

While all the people in the manager's house listened the Red Room" with holding their breaths, no one was really sure whether the Red Room was real or not. They wouldn't care if all the story was been made up. 

After a long tired work in the fields, these people didn't care about trivial things like "fiction-forged-false" anymore.

 Probably there was no one alive and still know that place anymore. But no matter how strange it is, at a very distant point on a continent, there was indeed a real building called "Red room". These villagers didn't know that but Red Room was certainly visited by Nihan a long time ago. 

The people in the house were out of their breaths after hearing the story of the day with strange dreams and long debates. In fact, though, they kept listening to these stories all the time. But a couple who were the source of all the tense air in the house fired all the listeners. They knew after every big final of the stories, there was a chance to kick all these people. Every night....every day..

They were Manager Munmer and his wife. Both had simple and calm lives over 60 years. Of course, this man came to the village six months ago and haunted their home.

Whatever they did, they couldn't get rid of the crazy old man. So they started to experience the most animated but comedy-filled moments of their lives.

Same day..

Eren was having a birthday dinner with her mother, grandfather, and Helen, her mother Yuzu's best friend.

He was excited to have Helen as a guest this day, because she was the only girl in the village whose age was close to Yuzu.

Helen was alike every woman of Sisna. She looked exacly 18-19 years old from outside, although her age wasn't certain, she was really young though. The Grandi, which have quite a long life but are very unstable in their ambition or desires, don't have many children. For a long time, even the middle aged Grandi Womans in their prime ages would imitate young girls. But somehow Eren learned that the most young generation in the village were two girls and one boy. Two of the girls were Yuzu and Helen. Eren thought they would be between 20 and 25 at most.

For example, Yuzu seemed to be 21-22 years old even if she was only 2 years older than Helen.  The element predisposition he had acquired for the last years, or the levels (lvl) he received for short, seemed to have not gone.

He tried to pierce his left palm with a small sharp piece he brought with him. First he had to puncture the lower vein parts by pressing on his palm and hurting his hand in a rookie way. Eren never hurt himself in both lifes he lived. It was sad but even hurting and bleed your hand was harder than it looked in hollywood movies.

With an uncomfortable expression on his face, Eren suppressed his disgust and pain. 

"You wouldn't have made an altar which measuring our levels by spitting saliva, wouldn't you? I swear you must have been a very stupid creator. They say "Holy Sky God". I say just "Brainless moron!

What a stupid lvl measure system !!", Eren lost his composure a little bit, then cursed before hardly relaxing again.

Drops of blood flowed onto the stone. One by one they all went into the stone and disappeared instantly.

The minutes passed, and after about 5 minutes again, the tiny black text appeared on the stone.

If Eren hadn't heard that this shity magic writings were the same language as his ex planet's, perhaps he couldn't have come here on his own.

 But as soon as he heard his grandfather, he was pleased. Clearly, the use of the language and the without including literature meaning behind this, Earth's language in this planet say a lot of things. 

For example right now, Eren was half sure for a guess. "Maybe this is future of the Earth. Or one of many possible futures of it. My memories or soul stuck on the planet somehow and I regained them as becaming Eren again. Borning like a new person but taking these memories made me resemble the old Eren from the past Earth! Anyway. I dont care. Fuck them all. Fuck your magic and gods! I DON'T CARE.."

He lost it again. But this time just a little bit..:/

Anyway after looking the figures, they surprised Eren when the texts on the stone came together for a meaningful way.

Finally when his hard suppressed whisper finished, he saw the exact numbers!

Eren was very surprised by the absurd numbers. Also his hand was in pain so his mentality was very sarcastic at that moment.

He read the writings and numbers again with the alphabet he had always known and learned in his old life.

"My shitty native language is fuc...Magic Language here!"

After reading again and again he figured one other thing. Clearly, the scripts looked only one minute and disappeared from stone.

Eren stand up and started to walk back and forth on da floor.

It was quite normal. But what about "Electric Element- Lvl 7!" 

That was something out of his expectations.

He hadn't done a special study on electricity for more than 10 minutes, ignored it because Yuzu would be angry if she notice. Even though he had to sneak occasionally, all his attention and time was for the soil.

He thought of everything that's logical and also unreasonable, then shook his head again. It just simply disn't make sense. Eren thought, questioned and thought more. A kind of unresponsive answer was there, in his head. But it was hard for him to notice the truth.

When he was meditating for the earth element, he didn't know about the shiny electric energy that had comes out of his hands. If he had a person accompanying him, maybe he would have noticed.

He didn't hear the strange "china" or the "zZzzxzz" voices from the different parts of his body.

In short Eren continued to look at the stone without knowing any shit.

"Fuck you stone!"

After a few more minutes at the altar, he went back the same way and wanted to complete his day's meditation or whatever it is, before the evening came.

He went in his usual place and sat in a proper position to switch to meditation.

One of his hands was on his leg which was crossed. His head was looking down at a very slight angle, but the majority of his chest and upper body was looked across.

F..uurrrr... (very cold winter breeze..)

Eren watched the village from afar while breathing the cold air.

Somehow, just somehow it was hard to endure this ridiculous fantasy crap. Eren was lucky and taking his second chance but all this bullshit was really hard to believe for him.

While taking deep breaths, he watched the sky, Sisna Village and dawn.

Sometimes he was thinking about the old world and what was missing in this village.

Clean Pijamas, restrooms, bathrooms, a stronger warming method in winter, cleaner kitchens and a lot ,Lot More!..

Eren liked and used to sleep in this world with a beautiful woman like Yuzu whom he couldn't even imagine on Earth. But on the other hand, the clutter of the environment and ordinary stagnant life began to disturb him.

Eren sighed thinking about this village and his old planet.

He didn't meditate that day.

"What do elements and levels make anyway. Fucking retards! What do I do with magic, when I have an outfit in shit color?"

Eren couldn't stand the cold anymore and ran home.

Without any friends, without laughter at all, and I'm sure I've never been loved.

I realized that there is no miracle, good luck or perfect coincidences in this life. I gave up of those crap.

I write this little text because lately I'm reading some comments that bother me a little and I would like to give my point of view

First of all I would like to explain why I decided to write novels, it was for two reasons:

1: I really like this format of novels and I've always had many ideas hanging around my head, which I found interesting, fun and and exciting... And I wanted to share them with more people
And I have many novels in mind:

2: In the workplace where I was recently... I barely had work to do.
There were many hours of the day (even whole days) in which i had nothing to do, so I decided to start writing to fill all those hours with something I liked.

That said, let's start with the complaints I received.

Complaints about the release:

I have changed my job, a job where I'm busy all day and also the office is far from my house.
I wake up at 6:40 every day and because of the schedule and the distance, I get home at 21:40 pm
When I get home I have to prepare everything for the next day, prepare dinner, shower and sometimes do last-minute work at home... Which leaves me very little time to write, think well what I should write and how.
If we add to that that my language is not English (I'm from Spain) we can conclude that it is not easy form me write a lot daily... Especially if I want to sleep at least 4 or 5 hours  and I don't like to write empty content chapters with less than 2000 words (7 or 8 word pages).

So I only have time to publish 2 chapters each week ... and sometimes I have a hard time to finish Wednesday's chapter

I'm taking a lot away from writing ... for example I have a Devil May Cry 5 that I've only played 2 hours and a One Piece World Seeker that I have not even been able to install and a lot of chapter of differents novels and mangas not readed...

So if you are not happy with the rate at which I publish chapters now... I'm sorry but I cannot do much more... Believe me that I would love to publish a daily chapter (you would vote for me more and I love it), but it is impossible for me now

Complaints about the fights:

You see, the novels that I fell in love with because of the way they explained the battles are Douluo Dalu saga or Heavenly Jewel Change... 

Battles very well written in each movement and attack, with strategies, conversations, thoughts ... Battles that could last several chapters but that made you really live them in your imagination
And that's what I wanted for my novels... ... I don't like monotonous, traced and meaningless battles where everything is based on naming 2 attacks and standard actions to win

If you don't know how to appreciate this, I'm sorry, but this novel is not for you.

I have seen these complaints especially in 2 fights of my novels. 

Broly Vs Hit and Broly vs Moro... and the duration of both is perfectly justified

In Broly vs Hit I wanted to show Broly's astuteness, thanks to the development of his skills, strategy, knowledge of his rival and preparation of external objects... was able to defeat (or almost defeat) a warrior of the God category like Hit in a battle of attrition (so it couldn't be a short battle)... when Broly only had the power of a normal Super Saiyan + Kaio Ken

In Broly vs Moro I wanted to show how bad the arrogance (be a Super Saiyan God  cana get to your head) and underestimate your opponent is, especially when you do not know ANYTHING about him... Moro is the best example of how dangerous it is to underestimate someone and not be decisive when it comes to beating someone... Vegeta and Goku know that very well now, becouse they would now be dead if it weren't for the medical help of Jaco and his co-workers.

And the battle had to be long so that Moro had time to steal Broly's energy and Shin had time to make his trips

I have also wanted to show and explain how important it is to apply your skills well and show the magic, an element very little used in Dragon Ball and since Moro is a magician and Broly also knows magic ... I found that this was the best and only time to do something similar

To all this say that I don't remember having made a battle chapter similar to the other, they are all different

Really? Then I have to say that you have little capacity for analysis and memory... No offense.

Let's do some memory

First Volume: Broly is born and almost from the moment of his birth he controls the whole planet Vegeta, and thanks to knowing the future he manages to achieve all his plans perfectly...  He even manipulated Beerus and Whis to increase his power.
Everything went perfectly ... He believed himself the king of the world

Second Voume: Broly manages to increase his power before embarking on his adventure as he planned... in this dangerous adventure Broly managed to achieve all his goals thanks to his skills, intelligence and the information he had thanks to having seen Dragon Ball... 
He gets the Super Dragon Balls, his transformations and other things and people to increase his power... He even provoked and annoyed Champa, a God of Destruction to archive this.
Everything went perfectly ... He believed himself the king of the universe.

Third volume: Broly begins to increase his powers once again, either by evolving his Three Realms, acquire new broken skills and above all becoming Super Saiyan God... And now he only needed to wait a year to ask his wish to his own dragon from his own universe.

Everything went perfectly ... He believed himself the most powerful God of all the universes... he believed himself invulnerable, invincible and that he had everything under control.

But behind his back and by his fault (while he was having fun with a girl, to add more irony) ... Gods and Angels begin to question the existence of the being called Broly and they find very disturbing things about him using the time rings... Very disturbing things that can cause many problems for him... And he has no idea about what happens 

At the same time while he believes that he is the definitive living being... is deceived and maybe he loses  due to being too overconfident... and because of this, someone he appreciate dies.

Proving that he is not invulnerable, invincible and that he doesn't have everything under control.

All fo this happens in the first saga in which he hasn't been able to foresee, since is a saga built due to the consequences of his acts in the Dragon Ball universe.

A saga in which I'm making Broly evolve as a person and giving him a slap in his face ... putting a insanely great villain of the manga (who hasn't yet apeared in the anime, and it is not easy to do it) that Broly don't know and making that two angels and 3 gods could realize his most important and inexplicable secret... creating the doubt of how he will come out of this and why there are 3 rings or why Shin cannot travel to the future (introducing time travels and its mysteries too)

...And you are saying that the history is not going anywhere?
I don't know what you expect then, volumes of 8 chapters in which I narrate everything like a robot without giving life and esence to the characters and his stories?

Believe me, I know perfectly where the story is going I have in my mind all the novel, including the end..

To reach a shocking conclusion... it is necessary to have previously traveled a path that makes that conculusion have a meaning... remember your reaction whit the chapter's 39, 40, 41 and 42... 


To finish I'm doing everything for free, if you don't like it and your time is too valuable and you have so little patience, you can wait a few weeks for the story to advance a little... or you can stop reading it...

PDT: Read the manga of Dragon Ball Super, the history has more sense

I decided to click on "Additional Stats" since I didn't know what categories the system focused on. When I clicked on it, a full list of stats was expanded and shown to me:

The current individual stats are out of 5. As it stands right now, you are looking at the base stats you arrived with. As you level up, your base stats will increase slowly. If you wish to increase your base stats, you'll have to train for that respective stat specifically. Otherwise, it will take a considerable amount of time to rank up the specific stat. For example, once you reach a star rating of 5 stars across the board, you'll be considered in the top 1% of Yggdrasil in terms of power. Most races can only get to a max of 4 but even so, most end up at 3 for the rest of their lives. However, as you move closer to 5 stars, it will become more difficult to increase the star rating. Even if you make it to 5-stars, you would still have to break the lvl. 1000 barrier in order to be in the top .5%. Finally, to be considered a God in Yggdrasil, you would have to reach the unreachable lvl. of 4000. This is the only way a Demi-God can be considered a God since Demi-Gods are the only beings capable of achieving such a feat. That would obviously place you in the top .1%.

Finding the aforementioned note interesting, I asked Central to explain. Apparently, he categorized and arranged the stats in a way that made it seem familiar. Hence, I was blessed with having the S.P.E.C.I.A.L-inspired system guide me on my progress. I asked him to explain each stat simply since I still wanted to listen to Daera's story while he explained. While I listened to Daera's story, Central explained the system to me as simply as possible:

Strength: Increasing Strength will allow greater carrying capacity, greater damage from melee, greater defense, and a boost to your overall physical abilities. As a paladin, this is a crucial stat to watch over.

Perception: Increasing perception will allow greater accuracy when using ranged weapons and attacks. Increasing perception will also increase the potency of Magic attacks, as more damage can be inflicted with less mana. As a Calamity Paladin, I would suggest that you find ways to increase your perception.

Endurance: Endurance is the second main stat that I would suggest looking over Brice. This helps increase your resistance to negative status effects, poisons, and allows you to have an "iron stomach" so to speak. It also lets you enjoy a damage reduction based on the current multiplier and the stat's current star number.

Charisma: This increases your likeability with other people. It also helps you to receive better prices on the wares that you buy and sell. A higher charisma will allow you to talk your way out of most issues and is generally a very liked stat to have. If you are really not going to fight the Demon Lords, this may be one to keep in mind Paladin Brice.

Intelligence: As the name suggests, the intelligence stat measures your mental aptitude to decide, lead, strategize, and more. The average level of intelligence in Yggdrasil, according to my data, is 3 stars. Having your intelligence already maxed will make you a more respected hero. It's personally my favorite since...well...I'm an AI. It would be obvious, right?

Agility: How fast you move. It'll be hard to level this one up but I'm sure you can find ways around it. Especially if those mental plans that I see in you are any indication.

Luck: Increases the number of good things and encounters that can happen to you! The average luck in Yggdrasil is currently 2 stars so you have around 100% more luck at the moment. It's also the one stat that is hard to level up. The amount of XP that you get is increased with the Luck stat, so if you had low luck, it would not only be hard to level up the stat but also your overall person. In short, this stat is going to be your best friend. It's the reason that you are currently in the situation that you are in right now, despite having 3 Demon Lords attacking the continent as we speak.

It seemed pretty straightforward to me so I switched over to the skills side. Eagerly looking towards seeing the abilities that I had, I noticed some of the skills listed were ones I already knew about:

Central also explained that the Creator skill, which was listed as the main skill, allowed me to create whatever came to mind at the cost of a sizable amount of mana. He said that it is similar to using Earth Magic but infinitely more advanced than that. For one, you don't need to gather any source materials since the magic will create it passively. You can also create more complex things all at once, which was a limitation of the Earth magic. This is part of the reason that the mana cost is so high since more complex materials require more mana to create. Usually, Demi-Gods and Gods are the ones who get blessed with this skill, as it can become highly dangerous in the wrong hands. Central said that it was so dangerous that the head of the 3 Demon Lords possessed it. It was part of the reason why their army had gained so much power as well as why the other Demon Lords listened to him.

After listening to Central explanation, I looked down the additional skills list. Many skills began to catch my eye but one stood out from the rest.
