Gu Mengmeng looked at Lea with sparkles spewing out from her eyes as she counted with her fingers, saying, "The only way to prevent people from knowing is not to do it."
Lea was taken aback for a moment before he suppressed his laughter and shook his head.
He originally wanted to tell her directly but was also curious as to what other weird sentences she could come up with. Thus, he coughed and said, "Guess again."
Gu Mengmeng thought over it and then counted with her fingers again. The sentences she could think of were either wrong in number or did not suit the situation. Eventually, she shook her head and said, "Stop leaving me in suspense. Hurry and spill the beans."
Lea smiled and replied, "Distance makes the heart grow fonder and haste does not always bring success.
Gu Mengmeng contemplated for a while before she said with a helpless expression, "Do you also think that I've an affair going on with Snake?"
Lea nodded his head honestly and asked her back, "Isn't his reaction the best evidence?"
Gu Mengmeng shook her head and retorted, "He's just too lonely and all he needs is a friend."
Lea smiled slightly and said, "Do you know how many snakes the Snake King Valley has? Every snake here only listens to him and they all treat him like their God, he's not alone."
Gu Mengmeng wanted to tell Lea, how could snakes be compared to humans? But her stand changed when she suddenly recalled that to Snake.....snakes were the same breed as him, right?
But that mighty person was already over 1000 years old, despite how old his past relationships were, that difference was...…
People said that, all men, regardless of whether they were youths from 17 to 18 years old or old men from 70 to 80 years old, liked young girls that are 18 to 19 years old.

Gu Mengmeng shook her head and corrected him, "It's my birthday this month so I should be 19 years old now."
Lea nodded before asking, "Then guess, how old are we this year?"
Elvis's face darkened. Even though he could not emit his beast pressure due to the venom, his aura comprised of some murderous intention.
Lea did not take it to heart as he pressed for an answer, "Look at him, his face has already darkened to this extent. Let's guess his age, guess him first."
Upon hearing Lea's words, Gu Mengmeng suddenly noticed the problem.

Dai Li was astonished. He knew the detector was correct, and Gang Yang's performance did match his 374-point ability. But what Dai Li could not understand was if Gang Yang only had C-level talent, how did he acquire 374 ability points at only 18-years-old?

The sun cast its golden rays on the calm sea, and the blue water glistened in the sunlight. However, Dalu Fang was in no mood to appreciate the beautiful nature. He legit looks scared. Suddenly I'm worried about his well being.

"Mr. Ethan, we're meant to protect you and keep you safe." Princess Belle informs me as they drag me back towards the "office"

"But he said he's not gonna hurt me, and why are you calling me 'Mr. Ethan'?" I turn back to the situation just in time to see Li Shang kick Noah in the hard shin, causing him to fall over.

"STOP!" I try to run back to Noah but the princesses grab me and hold me back, boi are they strong.

"Mr. Ethan, the boys are beating up the attacker for you." Princess Jasmine stands in front of me, blocking my view from the attack on Noah, trying to calm me down. I look around at the girls, they are all wearing their color schemes, but not their dresses.

Taking a deep breath I scream "Je Vous ordonne d'arrêter!!!" I scream at the top of my lungs, and just like that the girls let me go. I run in the direction of Noah and the boys, leaving the princesses behind in what seems like a trance.

When I get there the boys are standing around Noah in a circle. I push between Naveen and Adam to see Noah lying on the ground in a huddle, with his knees under his body and his hands covering his head. There are rips all over his clothes and scratches on his arms.

I kneel down beside him as a few tears roll down my cheeks.

Why am I crying?

I carefully move his hands, he looks up at me and smiles weakly. I give him a worried expression, and his smile fades away.

He puts his hand palm down on the ground and attempts to lift himself, but his arms give out under his weight and he falls back down onto his chest.

"ADAM AND LI SHANG, HELP HIM UP!!" I scream for the two strongest, still angry with all of them. Both boys reluctantly walk over and help Noah to his feet before supporting him with one arm over each of their shoulders. I look between the 2 boys

I look at Noah to see him smirking, trying but failing to hold back a chuckle.

How on earth are you able to kid around?

I roll my eyes and gesture back towards the office building before walking towards it myself. With all 6 princes following me we walk up to the girls and pause.

"Noah and I are going back inside to discuss, you all will stay outside and sit next to the door until I come back out."

They all nod and follow me to the glass door before stopping, I take Noah from Adam and Li Shang and walk inside leaving the characters to talk amongst themselves.

A quaint sound rang through the dormitory hall, disappearing into the cubicle she shared with her recently earned nemesis. The music abruptly stopped and a curt hello was quipped before the music continued, taking an almost seductive tone. Her roommate ignored the greeting, got in bed and went to sleep or rather pretended to sleep. The year was turning out to be a nightmare. Nasike sunk into restless sleep after endlessly convincing herself that the school year only had 7 months remaining if the holidays were deducted. 
The sounds of metal hitting metal, keys jingling, and wood and metal falling on and being dragged on the floor woke Nasike up. The peace broken, she incredulously stared at the terrible terrorist ahead of her. 
'What are we, terrible three? Must have skipped a stage or something', Nasike quipped after being woken by the incessant noise. After the spectacle at her home, she decided to cut her losses and speak her mind. In any case, what could be the worst that could happen? Well, except a hurtful response that by now did not hurt as much; especially coming from the person who had antagonized her for no good reason.
'No, just 17 and alive, wake up already unless you want to be a failure', Khalayi responded banging the door and heading out. Her victim had gained some courage; it didn't mean she would let her off if the opportunity arose. She ensured Nasike could not avoid her at any costs. The pranks ceased. It was no fun playing with someone who was guarded against her anyway. 
The morning run rejuvenated her, it was her time to think through and may be, just may be find another gem to play; a dismissive introvert with enough courage to retaliate and enough patience to not snap easily. The breakdown is always epic. She smiled, finishing up her tenth lap with warm ups. Her target rather targets were set once she walked past a wall sheltered by brambles. Oh well, they do not meet her criteria but they would do. She silently walked around the bramble to a more visible part of the wall decorated by a couple on a not so welcoming rendezvous. 
'That is lots of saliva going about. Not good looking, old, 15 year age gap, minor, indecent assault, if already at 2nd base-defilement, irresponsible adult, we are looking at crashed career and minimum 15 years in prison or life if you land in a Catherine Mackinnon adhering judge. We already know your interest mwalimu (teacher)', Khalayi rambled as she casually leaned on the wall crossing her arms over her chest.
'What is in it for you Christy?' she raised her eyebrows curiously at the young girl who had since distanced herself from the teacher.
'Consent or not, the difference is the same, it does not excuse you sir. Christy's barely 16 and we both know that', her voice transitioned from the casual drawl to a hardened inquisitive almost accusatory tone. It could be her hatred for adults who have the advantage of age and experience and the belief that kids should just grow as kids and be clumsy as kids. No matter how informed they were. Or maybe it was the belief that adults ought to apply more sound reason when making decisions that would involve any person below the age of 18.
'You can choose to stay or come with me Christy but I am not letting either of you off. Especially you, Sir', she stated as she strode past the tongue tied duo. After strolling for a while, she turned, smiled and shouted
'Christy, I can't carry the flask of water from the kitchen, my arms are tired. You know my room'. 
She strode away leaving the duo second guessing her intention. Christy snapped out of her shock and begun running after her.

Dull, boring, routine do-gooder. 
'No, am not talking dirty with you now because am in the office and i look innocent and everyone thinks am a good person'
Reincarnated in her doppelganger's 19 year old body, 
'it is about time to be a bad girl, unapologetically evil, basely iniquitous'
She smiled innocently, her eyes holding an evil glint.

The characters might irk you. They have no apologies for who they are...

"Thank you for caring for me but I don't think you gonna get the situation I was into, nor was anyone." Yoshi stare at Luna and say in a serious tone. 

"Then we are on the same boat." Luna say in in a serious tone. "By the way, my names is Luna." Luna put on a friendly face.

"My is Yoshi." This time Yoshi doesn't sound angry or serious, he sound calm and friendly.

"You say that you are on the same boat as me, well you like to explain your story? I will tell my after." Yoshi asked Luna.

"Sure, no problem." Luna smile the whole time she tell her story to Yoshi. Yoshi didn't get why  Luna doesn't cry or get angry telling her whole story.

After Luna finish telling her story, her face remains the same, she still smile "What about your?" Luna asked Yoshi with curious face.

"Last week, my mom passed away due to unexplained disease and today my dad got a new wife. Let just say my stepmother. My stepmother have two child. A boy and a girl, the boy is the same age as me and the girl is three years younger me. Now I have a step brother and sister. My stepmother is evil woman, I saw her cheated on my dad but there's no way I gonna tell my father. My father will believe my stepmother lies instead of the truth I tell him. My dad and me never got along so... living with him and his family is like living in a hell."

After explaining his story, Yoshi suddenly smile. "I can't always be sad right? look at you, you look so happy while telling your story even though to so tragic. I sorry for your parent and your relationship." Yoshi put on a friendly face for Luna.

"It fine, don't worry about it. The past is the past, thinking about it doesn't make any difference." Luna smile back to Yoshi.

"You know this is the first time I came to Japan, we could become friends and you can be my guide." Luna laughed as she told Yoshi.

"Ofcourse we can become a friends and I will be happy to be your guide, I don't have anything to do anyway." Yoshi smile as he look at Luna.

"By the way, how old are you? I am 18. You don't have to say your age if you don't want." Luna wait for Yoshi to answer back.

"I am 22, I am four year old older then you." Yoshi said to Luna.

"I just turn 18 yesterday." Luna laughed 

"Well then happy birthday to you" Yoshi congratulate Luna. " I will bring you to a restaurant for your birthday." Yoshi stand up.

"Right now? you don't have to. You already done enough." Luna look at Yoshi with confuse face but at the same time happy.

"So this is how my life plans? Everyone that close to me, left me alone. When it was my 18 birthday." Luna talk to herself with a serious voices. "Dad, from now on. I gonna handle my own situation and not trusting anyone, even someone close to me. I not the naive girl anymore!" Luna make  a oath, then walk out of the room.

At level 10 , players could go to the capital of their country or empire and get a class there . Though it may sound like a drag , it was designed as a test of sorts , depending on the level you left the beginner village at . Level 25 was the rough estimate for a level which made the class quests easiest . For every level above 10 at which you leave the village , the class quest would become easier . There were however some downsides to this . The higher your level , the less bonus stats you get . Even though just 5 may look like nothing at first , after 15 levels it would become a difference of 75 attributes between a player taking the class quest at level 10 and the one who took it at level 25 .

Ron knew this , and also the fact that at level 10 , the class quests was S - grade . But that was all . He wasn't like some top ranker , but he was good enough according to his own standards . Combat wasn't something he was inexperienced in . If it came to simple combat , he might even be able fight head to head against them , but the problem was : Level . 

In a game , levels may not be the difference between skills , but were certainly the difference between power , especially at lower levels , as at the higher levels , equipment became another variable .

' I don't need to care about all that ... yet . Level 50 ... that's when the difference between equipment widens . I'll have to be ready for it . ' Ron thought to himself as he looked on on the road . ' I somehow did not have to put any more points into my attributes . I have ... how many free points ?'

" Status ." He whispered under his breath .

' I don't even know how to learn any skills . I am supposed to go to the capital of Harsher empire , and live there for some time . The war has not started . The Dark and the Light forces are still in a truce . '

Harsher Empire was the empire he was currently in . There were 4 empires , which of course were at each other's throats except when something like a major war like the one between the Creatures of Dark and the Creatures of Light was going on , and this was such a time . The war was predicted to end by the end of this year , when the demons did 'something' which will cause the war to be thrown their way .

' I have until then to catch up .' Veracity was running at a time of 3:1 relative to the real world . The half year he had would translate to a year and a half in Veracity time . The other rankers would most likely reach level 200 and their 2nd class advancement by that point considering how hard it got to level up even once after level 100 .

Ron shivered as he remembered the huge amount of experience required to level up he saw on a post . ' It's good that I will have no assignments for the rest of the years of my life . ' He sighed .

He looked as though he had left his past behind him . ' This game is much softer than what I did in reality anyways .'

He remembered the contract he signed with the States and sighed once more . ' Who told me to surrender at just 18 years of age .'

His eyes looked distant and the people around him stole short glances at him . To them , he looked like an elf as he had the same characteristics as one as long as no one focussed on his mouth , when he opened it , except ears , of course .

There were four more people sitting on either side of him , and he was currently on a carriage to the Capital of Harsher Empire , Ruseir City . The other people were of different races as well with a Human , a Dwarf , a Dryad and a Sprite 

Sprites were something like elves except they had minimal physical attack and couldn't use equipment . They were one of the races which received a huge boost on their advancements . The beginners were considered as lower sprites , when they get their first class advancement , they will become actual members of the Sprite community every advancement after that will improve their status , later , becoming an elder Sprite at a higher advancement .

Vampires were the same and so were the Draconians and Demons . 

The carriage abruptly stopped and an elderly voice came from the front " Here we are , kids . Ruseir city . You have already paid for the ride so make it quick , I need to get passengers for the return trip ."

Ron quickly jumped down and vanished into the crowd of players across from the carriage .

" Impatient kid . " The old man said as he patted his horse .
