Elite Ten were the 10 strongest experts in the skies and lands. All of them were merciless and it was best if one didn't offend them.
To date, the Ten Books of Heaven passed down by the Elite Ten were dream items. Acquiring the Books of Heaven would give one invincible powers.
Li Xiandao looked at the stubborn Book of War and said helplessly, "I will help you pay attention to his tracks, but I won't promise anything!"

In truth, the so-called 'understanding the mind to know one's character' was not that complex.

It was just fusing and linking them up as one.

Time gradually passed, and from the moist ground outside the library came the chirping of insects.

Clearly, it was still early spring.

The darkness gradually set in, the many stars gradually brightened, and the capital bustled with the noise of people.

The Orthodox Academy with its sole occupant was still as quiet as ever.

Several thousand years later, the fourteen years old orphan Chen Changsheng left his master to cure his illness and change his fate. He brought a piece of marriage vow with him to the capital, thus began the journey of a rising hero.

"Mister Scythe, now that the exam is over, shall we take a short walk outside?" Tina Roxley lightly smiled at she asked.
Davis turned to gaze at her, feeling confused. What did this woman want from him? Was she inviting him to dinner? Do people here really interact with suspicious strangers like this? Especially a masked person like him? At least, he thought he wouldn't if he were a woman.
Still, he said politely, "I don't think it's appropriate, no?"
"Y-Yes... No!" Tina was flustered for the first time as she stuttered.
Davis was amused and inwardly laughed at her antics. Wasn't this woman composed as a majestic bird all the time? Like the Phoenix in the legends? He was amused at seeing her naive yet genuine reaction. From this, he assumed that she was not the one who probed him jus now.

The shopkeeper shook and was suddenly humbled by the visit of a Mid-Level Sky Grade Alchemist.
"Welcome, esteemed alchemist." The shopkeeper said while Davis took the book up as he skimmed the pages.
The more he read, the more his eyes shimmered. He finally closed the book and asked the shopkeeper, "Who is this author named Plagiarism Plague?"
"Esteemed Alchemist, I don't know who this author is but I do know that he has created a lot of work of literature like this."
"It's true, I have this book in my home. Not only that, I have the author's other work of literature too." Tina caught up to him and explained. Her face looked like she was happy to help.
"Other work of literature?" Davis asked, a little confused.
"Yes. His other works of literatures include titles like Cultivation Universe, Great Lord, Soul Ring Continent, I Shall Seal the Skies, Traitorous Immortal and many more."

Even the character names were different but the stories were almost the same.

The next year and a half were spend killing monsters looting they're bases, learning new magic , mainly lightning focused .

On floor 124 the monsters here are all level 100+ I didn't think that was possible but it seems so  right now I'm level 100 and have become a 'Sword God' the requirements weren't just get 2 top tier platinum classes related to sword I all so needed to master the sword, my body, single handedly kill a level 100 opponent and get a God tier sword.

The were all easy except the God tier weapon but I was lucky on floor number 97 the boss was a demon king.

A level 100 powerhouse truly fit to be a demon king.

My collection of books, swords, armor, plants and probably anything I could find has grown so much that it didn't fit in my tier 7 storage space any more so I had to get anything bigger one.

The problem hear is that there are none I mean what kind of idiot needs so much space.

I invented my own a tier 9 spell that has unlimited space.

Surprisingly it only took me a month.

Another year has past I'm now on floor number 156.

The enemy are still getting stronger now at level 115 to 125.

It's starting to get difficult but I figured something out.

I learned the tier 9 appraisal spell it allows me to see not only my enemy's stats but all so they're skills.

And they all have one skill in common 'limitbraker'.

Looking tru all the books I have especially the new once I got, the once a from the lich's like library are to basic, I found out how to get it.

I need to either make a potion or a formation they boosts my body to the next level forcefully. 

Sounds simple but I have no alchemist kn and I never made such a big formation before.

But now I have, after 3 Months of none stop trial and error I made one.

Obviously I also did some other stuff I read most books about this dungeon and did research on my next call.

I'm gone go with the formation and scroll master round.

One of the books about this dungeon was from a 'space-time magic God', not a 'space magic God', not a 'time Magic God', no he reached the top of the top in both. 

in his books he talked a lot about his live here in this dungeon but all so it's origin and what hepend to his world when he got out of hear.

Long story short monsters a peered just like the ones in this dungeon.

Luckily for me he left some advice behind for those how came next. 

A list of hundreds and thousands of formations useful scrolls how to keep as many people safe as possible and help them survive.

The answer was simple really when I get out of hear the change will start I need to set up a world wide formation that detects monsters of level 50 and above when those are detected I go and kill them, in the mean time I make sure basic sword and magic techniques are wide spred and set up a heavenly purification formation it will use the world's magic energy to purify whatever I put in, I would need to be level 300 to survive inside so no I can't purify my self.

This will slow down the speed of monster spawning and I get some top class materials instead only having 5 years before the level 80 monsters come I get 10 to 15 depending on how much I use it and how big I can make it.

The down side is that the materials needed to make this are on floors 187 and 212.

Heavenly blood and abyssal rocks.  

And I'll in counter monster level 190 to 215 up there.  

I'm about to have one hell of a time.

But what good does it do against this FUCKING abyssal high bread.

Nothing, not a thing, nope, nada.

I came all this way I killed monster upon monster and now some piece of shit wants to stop me.

But what can I do about it, he's to strong I tried it all.

I even tried to set up a formation to kill him but it just didn't work.

But worst of all this guy shouldn't be here there was no mention  of him any were.

I was honestly on the brink of giving up but then I realized I'm level 185 just one more level and I can pick a new class again.

If I choose a class that is specifically designed to kill guys like this then maybe, just maybe....

It's just wish full thinking honestly. 

What class is specifically designed to do anything.

I have a idea classes aren't designed to do specific things but items are I'm a formation Grandmaster can't I just make a item that seals him instead of kill.

Honestly after 10 years of just slather I couldn't imagen not killing him, it's what I've been doing for so long now I just didn't stop to think about it.

The plan was great I used the best materials I had and make A giant platform inscribed the formation on it and lured my enemy over.

Once he was close enough I activated it and it just secede him in never to be seen again.

"That's what you get for not knowing enough about formations asshole. "

I was so happy I couldn't help my self but scream out loud.

Now I finally went on  to the next floor.

Floor number 212.

Abyssal rocks are supposed to be easy to find I kill a abyssal creatures and the stone is in side they're body acting just like a heard for them.

Luckily I was right one of these creatures was easy enough to find but now to kill, they are all in the 200 levels but I'm still 185 I could kill one easily but they are moving in groups of 5 to 10.

I had a simple but pretty effective plan in mind I trow a stone at one of them from a couple of kilometer away, they are higher level the could sense me if I was closer.

But theses guys weren't as dum as they're predecessors they are in groups of 2. 

No problem for me they are just mobs I could even take on leader class monsters on alone.

I killed them took they're corpse and activated the gate spell. 

I just could not wait any more. I may act like I didn't miss home but I do I do so deeply.

Arriving home I was shocked, sad, happy all at the same time. Failing on my nease I broke down in tears I don't know what came over me I just felt so emotional.

After 10 long and lonely years I'm back.

I was traped in a dungeon for a while and now the world is being takeover by monsters.

Chapter nineteen:

After walking out of the study Feng Qi's face was dark enough to drip ink. The entire hallway felt like it traveled back to the ice age as he walked toward his servant. 

"Where did Princess Meng go?" He asked creating an illusion of the calm before the storm. Shadow one didn't dare to speak and only pointed in the direction Meng went. A smile lacking any humor grew on Feng Qi's face.

"Good... very good... she dares to run off after creating this kind of mess. You were right Shadow one it's about time I payed her back for her kindness."

Traveling toward the royal library Meng felt a shiver go down her back. Feeling paranoid she carefully looked both ways before sighing in relief. That person should be just leaving the study by now....

Mend felt a bit guilty toward Feng Qi for chaining him to her, but she knew it was the best option. In the book, one of Feng Qi's most damaging traits is the fact that he never got close to anyone. He always put some kind of distance, which soon became a habit of his. 

Without being able to connect to people he had a severe shortage of close followers. In fact they could be counted on one hand: Shadow one, Shadow two, and all the way up to five.

Considering the fact that they all acted as shadows, it would be safe to say that in the book, Feng Qi had no supporters. One man against the world might sound grand, but in the end, it's very difficult. The higher sect's went after him and all of his shadows when he later on breaks the ancient law of being a cultivator who exceeds the earth rank without being apart of a sect. He was powerful, however without lots of money or any kind of connections he was doomed to fall short of the resourceful sects. 

She had to be shameless in order to throw him off that path and on to a new one. Based off of the book, her being his fiancé shouldn't hurt his future much as in the novel he didn't have a fated love one. 

To be clear Meng didn't feel love for Feng Qi and if he did meet a girl she approved of she wouldn't mind stepping aside. All she felt for him was admiration and protectiveness. He was her only light in her past life and she would make sure that light never goes out in this one.

When Meng reached the royal library she slid inside before closing the door tightly behind her. Standing in the dark, old library gave her a sense of comfort and protection making her forget about the fear of Feng Qi finding her. 

Looking around, her eyes lit up like fireworks seeing all of the books lining the shelves. Her entire body shook with excitement as she picked up random books and flipped through them inhaling the familiar scent. 

The library seemed to never end, going so far that those who didn't cultivate couldn't see the ending. However, Meng estimated that it around 5 acres. 

A slight grin grew on her face. "Looks like a really lucked out!" She exclaimed to herself in wonder.

"Can I help you with anything?"  A old librarian walked out from behind a shelf. Seeing the beautiful child in red he couldn't help from being surprised. 

Commoners barely come to library because it's closed off from them and royals barely come because they would rather focus on cultivation than read books. 

Some of the books were about cultivation too, but because they were very hard to read many people would rather learn it from a master. Also, cultivation itself was more of something learned through experience not books. 

He quickly assumed the child must be here to fool around and felt annoyed. however, from the looks of her, she seemed to be someone of high standing so he shouldn't be rude.

Seeing the wrinkle in the old man's head, Meng could tell that he was annoyed with her, however why should she care? Books were her home she didn't need any assistance. Even though these books weren't on a computer... and seem super old... Meng toughened her stance and focused on the books ahead of her. 

"No thank you." Meng said humbly nodding her head at the librarian before walking into the sea of book. 

The librarian just shook his head before going back to his office.

Once she heard the librarians foot steps getting farther away, she started to look through books for one that could help her with cultivation. As she currently wasn't the previous Ru Gu Meng she had no idea about how to cultivate. The novel touched on the subject, but it wasn't nearly enough for her to even start to do it. As she was from an entirely different world, she needed to know the foundations for cultivation.

The advantage that she recently found out that got from transmigration is that, now when she closed her eyes and thought about the book she no longer just remembered texts, she could see images as if she were a ghost watching in the place of the narrator.

"Really?" Lin Yuhan didn't believe him.

She also included questions that were related to politics. *** Defence Against the Dark Arts class

Almost before Harry could get a glimpse, Voldemort exited Harry's mind. Quirrell's face snapped to look at Harry incredulously.
Remembering what he had read about kids making accidental protections, Harry pretended to be doodling on his parchment, he doodled walls and cannons and drew a knight for good measure.
Quirrell/Voldemort carefully entered Harry's mind again and this time found the wall and the cannons, firing in the opposite direction, as well as a knight riding a unicorn and a Dumbledore-esque old wizard brandishing a wand in squiggly motions that were obviously not real spells.
Voldemort carefully exited Harry's mind, his relief that he hadn't been discovered was enough to give Harry enough proof that he had managed to fool Voldemort into thinking he was daydreaming.
He almost slumped back into his chair before remembering that Quirrell/Voldemort was still sitting at the front of the class and observing him, while continuing his stuttering act, which Harry could see through easily, now that he knew it was Voldemort who was lecturing them.
Harry resolved to find out what sort of dark magic Voldemort had used to look like the Defence professor. After considering, he decided that it was also possible that both Quirrell and Voldemort were in the same body. Either way, he decided to keep an eye on Quirrell and research what The Dark Lord was doing to impersonate/possess him.

*** Library

After Defence, Harry rushed off to the library, walking fast but not fast enough to seem in too great a hurry.
He got to the library and found mainly 5th years and above, with the occasional 3rd year floating around.
Them and Hermione Granger.
The girl had been in his defence class with him and had gotten to the library even faster than he had. Hell, she seemed to almost live in the place anyway.
She peered over her thick book, "Harry, what are you looking for!" she said bossily.
"Come on, I'm nearly done with my book on supplementary Potions. I could help you research whatever you're looking for."
Harry smiled at the pushy girl and declined, "Sorry Hermione, I'm just doing some general looking, I don't need your help."
"Come on, I can look with you." Hermione looked at him hopefully.
Harry realised that staying in the library all day, the one place where literally no first years apart from himself and Hermione had come yet was probably not the best place to make friends or socialise, Hermione was probably just trying to befriend him.
Harry felt his heart go out to the poor girl. He could sympathise with Hermione, because he didn't have any friends either and before he learned that Dudley was preventing everybody in his school from befriending him, he would also talk to others who went to the library, hoping to find a friend.
With a sigh, Harry decided that he would talk to Hermione. His analytical side screamed at him that it would be wasting time and he would need to make explanations and waste valuable research time, but for the first time in 3 years, Harry decided to ignore his analytical side and just go with his impulsive response to just accept her help.
With a start, he realised that he had been staring at her for a full 10 seconds.
He grinned sheepishly, "Sure, come on and I'll tell you what I've been reading about."
Hermione smiled, hoping she had made a friend and moved to stand and walk with Harry.
They started walking and Harry started towards the section on the mind arts.
"I've been reading up on Occlumency and Legilimency, I've progressing quite well on learning some Occlumency."
Hermione looked at him weirdly, "Occlumency is supposed to be really hard to do and it's almost never given to anybody under 15."
"It's actually easier the younger you are, because the imagination part of it, is far easier when you are younger and have a better and less restricted imagination. The reason many people think that Occlumency should not be taught to children is because it requires a large amount of patience and focus to keep your shields up and many children tend not to have the required concentration time."
Harry gave Hermione a short appraising look.
"People who read a lot of books, specifically non-fiction tend to be able to concentrate better as well as people who are focussed enough on one activity to spend lots of time to become good at it. The kind of meditation that this kind of concentration is required for, is also integral for the animagus transformation and wandless magic."
Harry looked back at Hermione who was looking almost hungrily at him, ready to absorb more knowledge.
Harry laughed, genuinely.
"I'll lend you some of my books."
Hermione enveloped him in a crushing hug and it took all of Harry's self-control not to stiffen and to sort of return the hug.
Hermione separated and blushed, "Sorry, I'm just really happy, I love books." She explained as if Harry was somehow unaware of the fact.
"Just make sure that you're reading the right books and not speculation or opinion posed as fact." Harry cautioned her.
Hermione looked somewhat offended, "Books are meant to tell the truth!"
Harry sighed at Hermione's naiveté.
"Anybody can write a book; it doesn't have to tell the truth. Make sure that other books can corroborate the stories and that you know where the information is coming from."
Harry looked at Hermione seriously, "Believing things you are told blindly can be the biggest mistake you ever make."
Hermione nodded numbly and opened her mouth to counter argue but closed it again. Harry's points were fair, and the emotion she heard in his last statement sounded like he had some experience.
"Fair enough, I will." Hermione found herself agreeing to Harry.
Harry smiled again, deciding to share his topic of research with the avid researcher that Hermione was. She might not have the general smarts that Harry did, but she was a much faster researcher than he.
"Today in Defence class, Professor Quirrell tried to use legilimency to enter my mind. Only, when I managed to stop him and he left my mind, I saw a glimpse of his face… and it wasn't professor Quirrell, it was… Voldemort."
Hermione looked at him sceptically, "But Harry, you killed Voldemort." She said as if talking to a toddler.
Harry shook his head, "I'm sure of what I saw, it made my scar hurt too."
"Just because you got a headache doesn't mean Voldemort is Professor Quirrell, you're the one who told me to check my facts."
"Trust me, I know what I saw, Voldemort is either impersonating or possessing Quirrell. If there was any way to show you, I would."
Hermione looked at him considering, "There is an heirloom pensieve in the Headmaster's office, I've read about it in 'Hogwarts, A History', we could sneak into Professor Dumbledore's office and take a look at your memory."
Harry rolled his eyes and shook his head, "One: It's stupid to even try to get into the Headmaster's office, 2: we'll get caught almost immediately, there's no way that idea would work."
"Oh." Hermione said, somewhat crestfallen.
"But your idea does have some credit, only, I can ask Griphook, whether I have a pensieve in the Potter vault and whether I can retrieve it, otherwise I can buy it, they're supposed to be expensive, but really useful and I do have the money."
Hermione took a long look at him, "Okay then, if you can obtain a pensieve and prove to me that Voldemort is back, then I'll help you research." Now looking a whole lot more frightened as Harry had expected her to be, the possibility finally sinking in, that the greatest Dark Lord of their time could have returned.

"ehh did I just somewhat become a national treasure"

"Nah this will blow over in a week or so" In theory, he isn't wrong but Theodore is really underestimating his own hype.

Closing down his phone he decides to take look at the strong bones reward "System will I suffer some sort of pain like the cultivation novels I've read after accepting this"

[No, so stop being a pussy and just accept it] 

He accepted the reward and immediately regretted his decision to listen to the system. He felt his spine compress, stabbing pain crawled it a way through his body and the awful sound of his bones cracking and dislocating, masked his blood-curdling screams.

"AHHHH! YOU!! AHHH.ASSHOLE!!!"

[Oh did I say no, sorry I meant It's excruciating]

after just one minute of pain, he passes out on the floor. Theodore was completely unconscious, his body would twitch every now and then. 

He eventually woke up, getting up off the floor he stretched out his new iron bones *crack*. Looking at his knuckles he thought of a fictional character in his original world  "Go spikes go" nothing happened "it was worth the try"

"Okay, so my are bones stronger than before no additional changes, hmm I kinda feel taller and heavier" he moved his hair out of the way before stopping a and staring at his hair, he directly ran to his mirror

Theodore stood in front of the mirror, he was definitely taller but the reason he ran to the mirror was for something else.

 "Shit my hair is completely solid white, I heard that hair can turn white overnight after a traumatic experience or fall out but it's only been three hours. At least I'm not bald and I look pretty badass with this"

"It's about time I get a haircut, what's the time, 4:10 pm better now than never"

. . . . . 

Inside a Barbershop, Theodore sat down on a leather chair looking into the mirror then the barber asked "What would you like"

"Can I get a grade 3 back and sides, can you do that parting thing on the left side, just a little off the top and just brush it the side"

"Are you sure mate, your lucky to have soft long hair"

"Yeah it just takes too much work"

"That's a shame"

On his way out he thanked the barber again.

Outside the barber, he feels a cold breeze brush against his head 'note to self-haircut only on warm sunny days'

With his new short haircut, he stops by at the library. Saying his greetings to the librarian, as usual, he walks to the front of the shelves 'what should I read today. . . . I should try getting my science to the same level as my other academic skills what else. . . I should start looking at how to compose music and write music sheets '

Holding a pile books he navigates himself to his spot. His spot is in the back corner or Library, surrounded by tall shelves filled with history books, three desks facing the floor to ceiling windows.

Putting his books on the table 'I didn't bring something to write with and write on, I'll just ask the librarian'

Standing in front of the librarian, he wasn't sure on how to address her but he saw that her hand didn't have a ring and said "Excuse me, Miss"

23year old Megan Hancock has been the librarian here for three years now. She gets about 9 too 10 people a day, she doesn't have many regulars but it's not her fault.

It's the 21st century where everything you want to know is only clicked away. She works here because she loves too read and books provide a personal feeling that the screen doesn't give.

Even though she doesn't get many regulars, there has been one weird character who comes in at 4ish and stays still 8.

He looked frightening and every day he seems to change, not just clothes wise but physically. On the first day he looked like he escaped from a horror movie, hunched over black long hair that partially covers his face, she was really scared but she still managed to put on a fake smile to greet him.

On the second day, he looked taller and slightly more healthy. On the third day, he looked a lot better and she didn't see him the next day.

Megan would also secretly follow him to make sure he wasn't burning down the place. she saw him take 30 minutes to read a book and move on to the next one. She watched him follow a how to draw booklet to it's best. 

In the end, she came to the conclusion that he wasn't a problem and that he was just another customer.

Today she heard the same person greeting her but she was way too into her book and without looking just nodded. 

An hour passed, she was fully absorbed into the book she was reading, when she heard the same voice again "Excuse me Miss"  'god it was just to the getting good part'

Raising her head, her eyes met with feline-like eyes 'Gold! no amber eyes'

after admiring his eyes, she began to visually scan his body 'Tall, pale white skin and white hair. It's like he jumped out of a fantasy book'

"Umm Excuse me, Miss"

Megan quickly snapped back to reality and in a flustered manner, she replied: "ah yes hello, how can I help you Mr .."

"Theo is fine, do you by chance have any spare paper I can use please"

"I should have some lying around here" rummage through her draws and stacks of the book "ah here it is, do you need a pen?"

"no Thank you, I have a pen"

Theodore remembered that he had a pen as a reward from his task and took the opportunity to check what it doses.

Picking up a Biology, chemistry and physics books that he found he thought about how he should go back to the basics. 

He then looked at the pen was still in his system 'I did not think this through, is the library really the place to test a reward... fuck it, whatever happens, happens'

Prepping himself he accepted the reward and instinctively closed his eyes to hear *think* the sound of a metal object falling on the desk.

Opening his eyes, he stood up and looked at it from different angles without touching it. What he saw was an ordinary metal cherry red and silver pen with a lid.

After observing it he cautiously approach is it, sitting back down on his chair he picks it up. Once he came in contact with the pen he heard the system notification go off.

*Ding* [<Good Pen's data will be transferred to host in 3 seconds please prepare for transfer>]

*Beep* [3]
"Wait, at least tell me...
*Beep* [2]
 "how too prepare"
*Beep* [1]

When the countdown hit one, he felt his body go limp, his muscles shut down and his body speedily fell forwards facing the desk. 

Whilst falling, Theodore saw the hardwood table come in view 'Well this is gonna hurt' with that thought he accepted the inevitable pain he was about to experience.

His head came crashing down onto the table with a huge *DONK* his head bounced and made another *donk* but slightly quieter than the first one.

Megan was secretly watching Theodore from behind a bookshelf. She was surprised when she saw Theodore suddenly become limp, then she heard and saw Theodore's head connect with the table to make a loud thundering noise.


She reacted quickly and came out of hiding to see if he's okay. Tapping Theodore on the shoulder "Theo are you okay" 

she's confident that he's not dead but seeing as Theodore's not responding she decides to check.

 She gently placed two fingers on Theodore's wrist 'thank goodness he's not dead I should call for an ambulance'

Warning: Harem, system, slow-paced, CRINGE and system with a bad personality. 

This has been dropped. This is my first novel which had a lot of problems from the pacing, power scale and grammar. Read knowing that it has no end.

To be a star is a simple Idea but to turn a boy that's been secluded from Society into one is much more difficult. Even if you took on his body you still felt his anxiety, insecurity and more. It's slow but worth it.

The Mc is beta at the start as he is a character that suffers from anxiety due to his upbringing. Although it did take 23 chapters for the Mc to show visible growth that's just due to my naturally slow pacing.

Don't expect too much, especially since this is my first time writing a novel. It's also best not to take seriously as I am just writing for fun and to just something to do on my downtime 

This novel will share a lot of similarities to other novels that I particularly love and mostly because I lack originality but it will be in my style.
