The guys is stupid, he could have made a "everytime my heart beats, i gain 0.1 energy" type of quirk. Plus breathing, any other income energy quirk, he would just constanltly generating energy instead of 1 perday? that sucks. he's stupid.

You know what wouldn't take a lot of energy? Energy absorption and conversion into forge energy. Sunlight, electricity, nuclear. Doesn't break the laws of physics so while it'd be expensive, not ridiculously so.
