Dragon Emperor and Dragon Lords still hate him to this day for his actions. The Dragon Emperor's Greed for Coveting World Items brought about a drastic change to the New World. Though it is not fully revealed, it's the most probable theory that is majorly accepted by the fans. It was even mentioned in a side volume, where a Dragon Lord whose name I forgot. It was Elder Coffin or something along those lines called Ainz or Momonga as Dragon Emperor's filth. There is also a scene where PDL regrets his father's action. Though what it is? is yet to be mentioned.

It's fine. I can understand your enthusiasm. As for players, some got transported but we were alone. Those who were famous and came as a group to the NEW World and have managed to leave their mark on the history of the New World are The Six Gods of the Slane Theocracy, The Eight Greed Kings and Ainz Ooal Gown aka Nazrick. There's also a flying castle-type Guild said to be in the desert south of Nazrick. It most probably belongs to the Eight Greed Kings. There were other players but they were alone or came as a duo and weren't Max-leveled players. They were forgotten but there are few mentions of them in the novel. Though I don't remember in which volume Ainz while investigating, had his NPCs collect information on the New World. He found some people who could have been players.

It will depend. From what I understand and have based the magic system on. Whether the magic that the being uses is from within him, like the changes he causes to the world is from within him. Similar to Reality Manipulation, if he brings changes to the outside world from within himself. Or does his magic depend on some outside factor like Mana produced by the World, that aids his magic? Or his body is self-sufficient and does not depend on any outside factor to cast magic. Then it might be possible. Kind of like Overlord's Yggdrasil players. Ainz or Momonga are game players. For them the Magic System is simple. They have Mana producing Agents in their Bodies or Souls. Represented in the form of numbers. They cast spells using this Mana irrespective of outside conditions. So if they were to arrive in other verses they could cast Magic. Whereas few verses depend on outside factors. Where they have Mana but are not self-sufficient or they use Mana Generated by the World to cast their magic. You might have seen it in some anime or read it in novels where they can cast spells freely if the mana density is stronger. Similarly, they also have problems casting spells in the absence of outside mana in the region.

A good point but MC was not in the right state of mind when he questioned about it. He was griping at straws trying to make sense of the reality. He watched as what he knew as reality faded away. The Audi incident is by itself proof of what happens at that speed. His body was severed in two parts and they were not able to find the one part till day if I am not wrong. And he was at 300 Kmph. Also, there are a multitude of World Items stored in Nazrick and as for Ainz, he has equipped a World Item, the red orb. Which might have brought them all together. There are a lot of unknowns for us to exactly find out about it. There's also the Dragon Emperor who is believed to have summoned the World Items to the New World. Though there exist contradictions to this theory, the Minotaur player who appeared later was a low-level player. So far we can say that the Dragon Emperor is the Strongest being in Overlord Verse. We don't even know who he is. Or there are other continents in the New World. If the players are roaming around doing whatever they wish on this continent without interruption, we can believe that he is dead or somewhere else. The strongest beings in this continent are the Dragon Lords but they are easily slain by the Eight Greed Kings. The Brightness Dragon and Deep Darkness Dragon Lord are very powerful. We know that much from the extra novel where Ainz ran away from Brightness Dragon Lord. Though when Momonga fought him, he was confident to win next time if what he had seen was the limit of its strength. However, it will be interesting if there is another continent where the Dragon Emperor still lives. He is said to be above level 100 by Maruyama. As PDL hates his Father, it would be interesting if he left the continent to come to live in another because of his contempt. The possibility of there being other Players on that continent as there were 200 World Items in Yggdrasil and the possibility of only three Guilds having made it to the New World is unsatisfactory. I'm thinking of taking this fic with this idea.
