I guess it's a good way to up the word count

I read 1500 chapters on an aggregate site for free because it doesn't deserve to be bought. The only reason I read so much is the slow updates so when I have a few minutes to kill, nothing else to do, it takes no time to catch up to the last chapter. The story started great. A MC already in Nascent soul, he progress rapidly, his system is novel and there are ennemies to keep things interesting. Then the story becomes slower and slower. You get glimpses of an enormous plot but 1500 chapters in and that plot is still nowhere to be seen. The MC has no ennemies to drive him to progress except the ones he imagines he would have in the future. When you really look into it, you realize nothing happens in the story. Often the MC witness a huge event takes place but he is not an active part of it. He does everything to not be involved and it works. The MC is not proactive, he just reacts to his system to move his butt. There are a lot of characters and lots of POV about them but it doesn't mean we know them. They just want to be stronger, that's it. Same with MC, he has zero personality. Every body just want to get stronger for no reason other than that. I don't have the impression that people really care about others but because nothing happens (so no big tragedy) I can't be sure. All in all, it's a story to milk the readers because every single thing takes one chapter to explain. The author just wants to write more chapters to get more money without having to write another story.

Brilliant, just brilliant. The story is pure gold. First, the MC is said to have blurry memories of his past life and is not transmigrated so he doesn't have an earthling personality and it's good. Maybe that detail will be important later but so far it only explains his better divine sense than other. I actually forget about it. And because he is not from Earth, his personality is really good. He is crafty, he is bold and he knows to use his head. I really love the MC. He is not perfect, he has weak spiritual roots and a weak body. And he won't miraculously change that. They will be a problem all story long but he focus on his strength (array formation and strong divine sense) to advance and forge a unique path. He is never overpowered compared to other at the same level even if it can be felt sometimes because he knows to use his strong point to win. The thing I really like is all the other characters. They aren't flat with 2d personality. They have depth, they are useful and they aren't discarded like trash when MC is too powerful. Their relationship with each other and the MC made me almost shed a tear at times. And for the story? It starts slow to introduce the characters and the environment but it really picks up fast. You feel quickly there is a huge plot around because the MC is concerned on a local level but the more you learn, the better it becomes. Don't expect quick cultivation level up even if you can feel the MC getting better. The story isn't about his cultivation, it's a real story focused on a plot. The only problem is the MC's gender change with the translation but it's not that annoying because the story is just too good.

The use of pronoun is atrocious. You mix I and he and sometimes in the same sentence. Choose between 1st person and 3rd person pov. Don't do both

The story isn't in Japan. Why use Japanese suffix?
