Primordials of the same world generally have roughly the same power at birth, but this power varies greatly from one planet to another due to (Oops, I can't tell you more without spoiling certain future events I'm already writing). Furthermore, there is a way for primordials to become even stronger, something the primordials of Era only discovered after the invasion, unlike the others.

it's a good question. But it wouldn't be cool to answer you and spoil the suspense for everyone. There are, however, the beginnings of answers in the chapters...
