Iryo-nin the i in iryo is the same character as the i in isha, which means doctor in Japanese. 医療(iryo) and 医者(isha)

And then they start saying you’re fat shaming them because you’re skinny and they’re not 😭 it’s not like I work out or anything?! And even if I do, what’s wrong with me doing something that I feel is good for my body?!
