The Shunshin is actually easier to do, the difficult jutsu you may be thinking of is the hiraishin? This is fanfiction I choose what happens. It’s world building, I’m making the changes I want to see. Unless it’s a grammar problem or interferes with the plot I won’t it. Sorry kinda not sorry!

Yes it is the substitution jutsu which is also known as the ‘body flicker’ or ‘Shunshin’. So far the characters have only swapped with inanimate objects so I added to it.

The second seal was like 'Chakra Stocks' . When I 'Invest' Chakra it doubles in a set amount of time. I had remembered a bit of information; Sakura was Uzumaki under a changed last name.
