It was explained a a previous chapter, that they destroy it. Otherwise a persons soul like to go back to the old body after a certain amount of time.
Coulson was the next person given a new body. He attempted to refuse it. Coulson didn't feel he deserved to have so much potential power. Ezekiel talked him into it though. I am currently working on his ambition. As for his cheat... I don't think I will give him one. Meta knowledge about the story and trying to bring other anime/manga powers into the world should be enough right?

They were introduced all the way back in chapter one. Also he was like 60-70ish.
As for who Theo found, well that was a little bit of a surprise for Theo. He was actually excited to meet them, since he enjoyed the movies based on the guy. Old enough to party.
The next few weeks flew past quickly and my routine didn't change much. My clone would be programming Monday thru Friday, while my parents were working. My parents made sure they had the weekends off so they could spend it with Emily and me. Which normally included May and Ben at least once for a meal, sometimes more. Peter would join us sometimes with his parents, but most of the time he would join us with May and Ben. His parents always seemed to be busy working, so he stayed with May and Ben half the time. And you didn't seem to read my whole point. If the kitten has no strength, it will never be able to break it's own teeth. Sure the kitten might hurt it's teeth and mouth a little. But there is no way it would have the power behind it's bite to break it's own teeth.
It immediately hissed and tried to bite at my hand, prompting me to withdraw my hand quickly. I gave you a reasonable explanation for why I wrote it the way I did. You should also keep in mind that people don't develop certain skills as fast as others. I couldn't talk till I was like 6-7 and always had issues with learning how to talk properly. I still have issues with certain words even today. As for learning a new language it's incredibly hard for me, because my brain just doesn't work that way. But throw math problems in front of me up to algebra level and I can pretty much solve them in my head. Anyways if my explanation doesn't work for you, all I can say is you are free to not read the story. Or you can easily go write a story yourself.
The only positive thing about the whole being a baby again, was he seemed to be learning Japanese a lot faster then he thought he would. He could only speak a few dozen words currently, but it was a pretty big improvement over knowing none when he first started. At 12 to 18 months old: Many babies start using single words. They name familiar people and objects – such as ma-ma, da-da, ball and cat. By age 2: Child says two-word phrases, such as: "Dog sit." "Mommy go." By age 3: Child has words for almost everything and speaks three-word phrases.------- As far as time frame goes it seems to be pretty close to normal since both the MC and Luffy are a little over two ATM... Or did you think the MC would be speaking a brand new language completely fine and have no issues?
