Number two, he had to do a lot of research. Specifically into some dragon based cards he wanted and to see if there were any more he'd missed. There were six specific cards he was aiming for above all else though. Divine Dragon Ragnarok, Lord of D, Flute of Summoning Dragon, King Dragun, Future Fusion and Five Headed Dragon.

Zane's monsters are the best of the best, and Odhar's using a deck of mainly tossed away cards. I mean, yeah he showed some great uses for them, but skill can only go so far when up against someone of possible greater skill and with a far superior deck."

Spoken like a true blue Obelisk mook. The only thing they understood was a beat stick strategy. Yarden honestly almost couldn't believe that the guy retained the Obelisk stupidity mentality from the anime. Not that he was going to complain mind you, it just made getting his first win all the easier.

no, there are some very useless cards.
Banner raised an eyebrow above his glasses at him, "You do realize of course that those cards are all very weak and considered in general to be useless, yes?" he asked pointedly.

atem... the one who could choose what card he would pick next... are you sure about what you're talking?
Jaden had proven it was possible to bond with them in regards to Yubel and Honest. Their powers stacked on top of his abilities as the Supreme King had made him individually far more powerful than even Yugi and Atem. What if he could bond with duel spirits as well? He'd get awesome powers, it made him salivate a bit just to think of it.

Dropped because I'm too lazy to actually trying to do something interesting after fucking up the story :( If you think the idea was cool or something similar, feel free to use it in any way you wish, I ain't bother with this thing anymore, my head simply can't take on the pressure, maybe I'll try writing this thing some other time with another plot, different mc or idk, something else, good luck.
