Stretching is inefficient, tightening vessels that supply blood is better, or applying pressure to the entire heart, that could prevent it from beating, scratching important parts of the brain, or damaging nerves that control movement and vital organs is better.
I didn't even sweat but the time it took was too much and the target was stationary so I can't apply this in a fight. I need to train this more as with this technique, I could instantly kill weaker opponents. - Sea_of_Blood1mthコメント
You should try manipulating it’s brain, make it angry, sad, scared, happy, intelligent, comprehensive, loyal, tired, imaginative, irrational, etc.

The are so weak as to succumb to such injuries.

If this guy of all people can do it, then anyone can.
These were just his paranoia which his family always tried to convince him otherwise. His Mother often tried to set him up with girls she thought he would like, but Marcus didn't care.
