Since I was a cripple who matched to a certain cliche troupe, the system gave me this as my novice gift. i didn't say that he's merely going to different time lines, i said he's entering world lines at different points, it's technically not time travelling because he's not moving through time if he could truly time travel then why would the blue exist, why would there be two time travelling true magics?

I even watched the Justice League, man those were the days Justice League unlimited was it names maybe i don't know anymore. fun fact... this would just eventually kill him, humans need our atmosphere pretty much exactly to be healthy and safe increasing the concentration of oxygen even by just 5 percent would probably leave him light headed woozy and unable to concentrate thus breaking his telekinetic hold on the water around him and drowning him
For me, in this case, it lies in the fact that I am currently standing at the bottom of Lake Ontario and breathing. I've been sitting here for the past couple of hours separating or, at least, trying to separate the oxygen from the H2O around me. I trapped a bunch of air within my telekinetic aura while also trying to keep the weight of the water from crushing me.
