This book is really really good. The writing is great... But there are some MAJOR flaws that stop this from being a masterpiece. 1st of all, the pace is slow asf. Now, theres anything wrong with that(just look at one piece lol), but a lot of times it lacks the flair to keep the slower pace interesting. 2nd, the mc just takes L after L after L, and its just a dreg to read. It becomes predictable after a while. Its like, the MC is OP asf, but somehow the story gives him a middle finger and rubs his face in the dirt. There are like 500 chapters worth of Ls bro. And that brings the 3rd point. This whole story leans really heavy into the whole "revenge" thing. So when MC finally does catch a W with his op ass cheats, its usually some kinda beat down or SA And that brings probably the biggest issue. MC is a total rapper without a p. (dont want review taken down.) Like im not even joking. There is no sugar coating or anything. Just blatant and true SA. (Its supposed to be revenge sex or whatever. Still messed up imo.) And 3rd, MC has ABSOLUTELY NO GAME bruh. Like its impossible for him to get a girl to NOT hate him. EVERY SINGLE fmc despises the shit out of him, and wants him dead. I can tell what the author was going for, its supposed to be "World vs Mc" type of thing, where like, everything goes his way despite the literal world going against him. Him winning even though all the odds are stacked. But seriously. A totally wrong approach to the concept IMO. This goes from a 5/5 to a 3/5 or 2/5 because of above mentioned flaws. HOWEVER, call it guilty pleasure or whatever, but i still love the shot out of this book lol. I've read it twice. I really want to see the Author write something new with less uh... Rappers. Because genuinely this book is so so close to being EPIK and stuff. So so close to being a masterpiece. Anyways. All done with my rant. Go ahead and try reading it, but I can garuntee most sane ppl wont like it at all because of above mentioned flaws.
