It just replaces the word in the notification. Before as his talents increased some books would be useless, which doesn't make sense since he still needs those books for knowledge and foundation. But now, the system awards him talent points by making him go for the books that will deepen his knowledge. It was a mistake to use the word talent at the start even though I was thinking about knowledge. I don't know what you mean by experience, books don't give experience and it only levels up skills. If you mean the knowledge when he gains after leveling them up, it's only on that specific skill. Like he can know how to conjure something but doesn't know much about conjuring as a subject itself.

No, Charlie and Tonks both graduated in 1991, while Harry's school also started in 1991. So they were never in the school together with Harry. Charlie went to Romania after graduation and left his wand to Ron. On the other hand, Tonks took 3 years of Auror training after graduation and she was an Auror for a year at the start of the fifth book. I heard it has been said Charlie was two years older than Percy at the start and changed to three years older afterwards. You can also check the wiki.

"It's been just three days." Charlie laughed. "I saw some people from your house at the Quidditch stadium on Sunday, but failed to see you guys.

Indeed but I also want a cover that is original to the series. I myself can create one possibly in the future when I have the time but until then, I actually like this picture from Webnovel. Because it reminds me of Bowtruckle Island in the Hogwarts that we have seen in the second Fantastic Beasts movie where Newt spent his time.

I will explain in the future chapters. Then if there is a confusion I will give a more detailed explanation about it. For now I will leave it to the main character to explore and give his opinions on it for a couple of chapters :)

I know about the law very well, that's why I made Dumbledore say wait for your Transfiguration class. There is this part in the law: 'In addition, while "good food" could not be conjured, consumable things such as sauces,[2] wine,[3] and potable water[4] could be, as they were not particularly nutritious substances.' While also a cookie is questionable, the boundaries of the law is not perfect. Because there is also this part: 'Furthermore, creatures could be conjured, such as snakes[5][6] and birds,[7][8] but whether or not they may be used in cooking to create edible or nourishing food is unknown.'

"It's quite fragrant sir, I wonder if you can conjure some food too? I heard the conjured food is not as nutritious as regular food." asked Alder.

Directly taken from wiki: Edward "Ted" Tonks[2] (d. March, 1998) was a Muggle-born wizard. He was the husband of Andromeda Tonks (née Black), father of Nymphadora, and grandfather of Teddy Lupin.

"Hufflepuff. I hope I will be sorted there." said Tonks, visibly relaxed for the most part.

That was not a typo, System-san :) Professor Binns' personality is like this, he doesn't learn his students' names. At least new ones.

It's not about acting, Hermione also spends time in library but he went to Gryffindor. The choice of the MC is because he thinks other houses at school don't act like teachers who built the school in dark times to help people. Only Hufflepuff accepts all students and tries to help people without expecting any similar traits. MC also has the traits of Ravenclaw I mentioned it in the sorting ceremony. But he doesn't like Ravenclaw because the house is like a private school.

It's not like completely creating a new life. It's as sentient as Draco's conjured snake in the second film, and I have also further thoughts about next levels. You can also think the system like it's filling the gaps in the knowledge. Because in real life you can't really reach the next level by simply casting low level spells, so that's one of the functions of the systems. While the system doesn't give something free, you can think it's rewarding hard work with the knowledge it contains. And you know what I mean by real life :D

While I couldn't see the category of elemental magic in spell classification too, I added this type of magic to the story due to seeing Elemental Magic Mastery among Dumbledore's magical abilities and skills. You can look further into wiki page for more information. I will put here the first sentence of that section, and it is not under the same section with charms/dark arts. "Elemental magic mastery: Dumbledore was extremely capable in using magic to manipulate the elements, especially fire, water and wind, although he seemed to prefer the former, for both combative and supplementary purposes, as it seems that when straying away from more conventional combative spellwork,"

Among all the books, one of them was particularly interesting to Alder. There was no Talent Tree for the Elemental Magic but he knew most of the strongest spells Voldemort and Dumbledore casted were some form of Elemental Magic. It seemed quicker, more silent and more flexible than traditional magic. His remaining 2 months passed uneventfully while studying the books.

Alright, let's end it here. But don't mistake not changing the story, on a perspective I don't believe possible(since as I even talked about character origins in the story in the previous comment) means I didn't hear your opinion. Nor I did try to oppress you, everyone can accept the perspective they want when they look at our comments. Have a nice day, it's always pleasant to discuss what you like with others, and thank you for putting your opinions thoughout the discussion.

"Then it's normal you don't know about this. Because this part of the history includes one of the most powerful and notorious dark wizard of all time. Maybe only second to You-Know-Who." said Thomas, looking at Stephen to take over.

I know the taboo spell on it, but considering it's agreed that he has fallen three years ago, still fearing his name is also an important fact. And since the boy(Thomas) may be familiar with the history of Grindelwald since the fame of Dumbledore is mostly based on his victory against him, Voldemort is more fresh memory. And also the one saying the second to You-Know-Who is a half-blood boy. While afterwards Stephen, a boy(Stephen) with pure-blood family and inside knowledge since his great-grandfather was affected by the rise of Grindelwald, explains in detail.

In one of the paragraphs, the same thing is being discussed, where I am explaining it's stated as a canon in wiki: 'Gellert Grindelwald (c. 1883 – March 1998) was a Dark Wizard who was considered to be amongst one of the most powerful and notorious wizards of all time, his only superiors being Albus Dumbledore and Lord Voldemort.' And although Grindelwald may really be more powerful than Voldemort, he didn't spread his campaign in UK trying not to alert Dumbledore. That is since why British people who just experienced Voldemort and they still fear to say his name may have not the most objective thoughts on the subject. Rita Skeeter's article about him is such: "The name of Grindelwald is justly famous: In a list of Most Dangerous Dark Wizards of All Time, he would miss out on the top spot only because You-Know-Who arrived, a generation later, to steal his crown." Even though it seems less optimal and more subjective article, it clearly shows how British people see the threat of Voldemort compared to Grindelwald. And that's all that matters in the chapter. Since I'm not stating it as a fact, just mentioning thoughts of an eleven year old boy who grew under the threat of Voldemort.
