I... literally mention Boruto in the very first auxiliary chapter. We have Otsutsuki in the time skip, AND Obito blatantly used Kaguya's teleportation jutsu... Why is it only now a surprise this would happen, lol? Like, the Otsutsuki's supreme techniques are them. I'm not gonna just remove them from the Otsutsuki ;c.

It's the Otsutsuki's highest class of techniques, literally 'Divine Techniques' things like Creation of All things, or Kaguya's Ash Killing Bone bear semblance to them, but it's not confirmed if they are or not.
