There are some similarities between the mcs birth world The serum he and his brother took and the resident Evil world the tvirus somethime lets the person keep quite a bit of sanity while bieng infected definitely not Sane but about as sane as a sosiopath The only thing that prevents me from thinking that its indeed the world is the implants the mc has But i also cant help but think if a world has super serums zombie bio wepons it wouldent be wierd to have implants like the mc did

Its decent seen better and worse Room for improvement is there but definitely a step ahead of outher authors

Still why her if you wanted a less used character why not silver sable lady deathstrike or (more used yes i know XD misteque) enchantress Or even hestia marval douse have greek gods yet they are ignored for the most part sadly so many percy jackson fanfic opritunitys missed

Honestly this ability is completely busted equip jonin with siringes and send them at Enemy jonin or cage a single scratch then put it in a scroll and use a technique to send it back via a summon or something and he can have a method to kill anyone via just a scratch Scratch the rikage for example send the single drop of blood and boom way to kill them Or if they are bleeding in a battlefield come after and pick up the blood no need to even fight just let someone else handle it
