Slowly, he turns his gaze to the rest of his body and is amazed by what he sees. He has become much more muscular, looking as if he's been doing calisthenics for years. Large, defined muscles adorn his body, not like a bodybuilder, but more like a Spartan, a warrior bred for war. Very defined with presumably 0.0% body fat. "Wow, I should have taken these drugs earlier..." he says to himself, "if only it weren't for the strange color of my skin, and I definitely need a pedicure."

The former is due to Harrenhal; it is said that the place is cursed, and Catelyn was born there, preventing her from having even a hint of magic in her; hence, the Lord of Light's resurrection turned her into a zombie instead of bringing her back whole like Jon and others. I mention this because there won't be any Stark-Tully in this story. - YellowScarf1mthコメントI had read about a third of the book, which, as expected, described methods for summoning gods that sow horror and death, satiating themselves with the bloodshed on a massive scale. It also covered methods for summoning various demons, as well as curses, runes, and rituals of all terrifying kinds—from methods of torturing people to when and where to consume certain parts of humans. What I read clearly bore a magical imprint and changed a person to serve the magical abilities described therein.
